Across the nation, there are more and more examples of left-wing rioters showing up at conservative events to create commotion and ruin it for other attendees.
This pattern has been growing for years now. There are too many instances to count of conservatives being booked for speaking engagements, only for these engagements to later be cancelled after left-wing demonstrators appear and cause problems.
In Manhattan, New York, two women were attending their own book launch party when leftists showed up, provoked a disturbance, and ruined what was a happy occasion, as reported by the Daily Wire.
Unwarranted Attacks
Karol Markowicz and Bethany Mandel are each the authors of Stolen Youth: How Radicals Are Erasing Innocence and Indoctrinating a Generation. The book comes at a time when this country is debating what children should and should not be exposed to.
Last Wednesday, Markowicz and Mandel were both in Manhattan, New York to celebrate the release of the book when left-wing protesters confronted them. The two protesters were white and female; they screamed at the pair of authors before tossing drinks at them and their display of books.

According to Markowicz, the two protesters later went as far as chucking actual books at her and Mandel. It goes without saying that both women could have been seriously injured, as could Mandel’s baby son. He was with the pair at the time and is only a couple of months old.
The two authors said they tried speaking with the protesters to help calm them down. However, the latter ran away after shouting at Markowicz and Mandel and throwing objects at them.
Harassment Continues
Markowicz and Mandel have been subjected to not just in-person attacks, but also attacks online.
Critics who take issue with Stolen Youth: How Radicals Are Erasing Innocence and Indoctrinating a Generation have resorted to leaving fake, negative reviews about the book on the internet.
Mandel, on her Twitter account, shared screenshots of these phony reviews, while encouraging her audience to purchase the book. Despite the harassment of the two authors, their work has resonated with many Americans who do have concerns about the next generation.

Both women also made it clear that online trolls, left-wing rioters, and others are not going to stop them.
Markowicz even specifically noted the two women who harassed her and Mandel last week proved all the points made in the book.
