Americans are livid at the Biden regime after it has been confirmed they are letting illegal aliens board flights in droves unimpeded even as the Regime warns of terror attacks.

As the New York Post reported, conservative political commentator Dave Rubin noticed earlier this month while traveling from Miami International Airport a damning sign proving the Biden regime is letting illegal aliens board flights without any acceptable identification.

Specifically, it states that the Transport Security Administration (TSA) is working with Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to “validate adult non-US citizen travel documentation when the traveler does not otherwise have an acceptable form of identification.” Moreover, the non-U.S. citizens don’t even have to get their picture taken.

Since illegals are not American citizens, that means they can waltz right through security. At the same time, Americans traveling domestically must show an ID card or a passport to board an airline.

Conservative watchdog group America First Legal unearthed a secret Obama memo that could torpedo Jack Smith’s claims that President Trump didn’t have the authority to possess or retain classified documents.

In June Jack Smith indicted Trump on 37 federal counts for storing classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago residence.

Trump was charged in a federal court in Florida with 31 counts of willful retention of national defense information and 6 other process crimes stemming from his conversations with his lawyer.

In July Jack Smith hit Trump with 3 additional charges in a superseding indictment in the investigation into classified documents stored at Mar-a-Lago.

Last week AFL filed a FOIA request against the Defense Department for more information on a secretive committee created by Barack Obama

In 2014 Obama created the secretive Presidential Information Technology Committee (PITC) after Russian hackers breached the Executive Office of the President’s network.

“Special Counsel Jack Smith’s indictment against former President Trump, claims “Trump was not authorized to possess or retain…classified documents.” But Obama’s PITC memo may have created a reasonable belief in President Trump that he, in fact, had such authority,” America First Legal said.

In October 2014, Russian hackers breached the Executive Office of the President (EOP)’s network. In response, President Obama created, via executive action, PITC. PITC includes representatives of the Departments of Defense and Homeland Security, among others.

Why is the committee relevant today? 

First, PITC creates a presumption that the President controls all information he receives. The PITC memo established the President’s exclusive control over information resources and systems provided to the President. (§ 1, ¶ 2.). The memo created the presumption that information contained on information systems and resources was “EOP information.” ( § 4(f)). Because the memo relied upon the Federal Records Act’s definition of “information system” as resources organized for the “use” and “disposition” of “information”, the memo gives the President exclusive control over information he receives. This is relevant to what a President may reasonably believe about information given to him while in office.

Second, and related, if information stored on the PITC network formed the basis for Special Counsel Jack Smith’s prosecution of former President Trump, that evidence should have been disclosed to the former President and may be relevant to his liability.

These explosive findings are consistent with America First Legal’s whitepaper contending that the President of the United States has absolute authority over presidential papers. Neither Congress nor the federal courts may lawfully abrogate or limit this authority.

January 6, 2021 pipe bomber. The person is reportedly a former government employee but the FBI refuses to interview him.

Over three years ago, on January 5, 2021, a suspect planted pipe bombs near the Washington DC RNC and DNC headquarters the night before the January 6, 2021 protests.

The US Capitol was shut down on January 6 after the feds found the bombs near the Republican and Democrat Party headquarters.

As previously reported — A mysterious suspect planted two pipe bombs at the RNC and DNC DC Headquarters and safely detonated by a bomb squad on January 6.

The FBI continued to drip out new videos of the suspect who placed two pipe bombs at the DNC and RNC the night before the Capitol riot in the months following the incident.

A whistleblower stepped forward in 2022 and disclosed that the FBI was withholding information on the investigation.

In 2023 the FBI finally offered a $500,000 reward for information on the alleged bomber.  Maybe they need to check who was on duty that night?

The culprit was caught on video but never caught by the FBI – the greatest intelligence service in the world.

Now we know why.

in May 2023 Representatives Jim Jordan (R-OH), Andy Biggs (R-AZ), and Bill Posey (R-FL) sent a letter to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), demanding an update on the case of the J6 pipe bomber.

Rep. Jordan’s letter highlights a crucial detail that has come to light: the FBI may possess information about the license plate number of the suspect’s vehicle.

“As part of our oversight investigation into the pipe bombs placed near the headquarters of the Democratic National Committee and Republican National Committee on January 5, 2021. At the start of the 118th Congress on January 17, 2023, we reiterated this request. To date, you have failed to comply,” reads the letter.

The committee’s interest in the investigation was sparked by a whistleblower disclosure from a senior FBI official, which raised questions about the “unusual” nature of the FBI’s investigative efforts.

The whistleblower disclosure revealed that the FBI’s Washington Field Office had requested other field offices to canvass all confidential human sources across the country for information about the culprit, despite more than a year having passed since the bombs were placed.

The request specifically asked for information from sources reporting on all types of threats, as the suspect’s “motive and ideology remained unknown.”

The FBI then used the security camera footage from the Northern Virginia Metro stop to identify the license plate of a car associated with the suspect. However, the FBI has yet to identify the suspect, despite these leads.

One former FBI assistant director observed, “[it just doesn’t add up … [t]here’s just too much to work with to not know who this guy is.”

Now, there are reports that the operative who planted the bomb is a former government official – but the FBI refused to interview the person!

The Daily Wire reported:

A former FBI agent said that the Bureau quickly believed that it tied the person who planted pipe bombs at the Democrat National Committee and the Republican National Committee to a particular Metro fare card and license plate, but did not allow him to interview the person of interest and pulled his team off of the lead.

The allegation raises more questions about the pipe bombs, which were by far the most violent aspect of the January 6 protests, but which Democrats and authorities have seldom mentioned since.

Kyle Seraphin, who led FBI surveillance teams, told The Daily Wire that shortly after January 6, a counterintelligence team met him at a firehouse in Falls Church, Virginia to brief him on his next surveillance target: They had used security footage to follow the person into a Metro station after he planted the bombs, and identified the fare card that was used.

That fare card then allowed them to determine that the person got off at a Metro stop in Northern Virginia, where surveillance footage showed the person entering a car. Both the car and the fare card were in the name of the same person — a retired Air Force chief master sergeant who was now working as a contractor with a security clearance, they said.

Seraphin and his team were assigned to stake out the person’s row house for days, but the FBI blocked his request to interview the person, he said. Then they were called off the target completely and told to pore through low-priority leads about minor January 6 participants, he said.

Israel’s Defense Minister, Yoav Gallant, stated on Monday that the country’s ground troops will take action “very soon” along the Lebanese border. The Israeli offensive comes as exchanges of gunfire between Israelis and Hezbollah intensify, escalating the risks of a direct confrontation in the region.

In a video released by the Ministry of Defense, Mr. Gallant declared:

“We have strengthened our positions in the North, and we will gradually release reservists so they can prepare and be ready for the upcoming actions. And very soon, they will be sent into action.”

The Defense Minister’s statements coincide with at least 12 Hezbollah attacks recorded against Israeli positions on the same day. At least three shots landed in open areas near Kiryat Shmona, according to the Israeli Army.

In response, a Hezbollah observation post and other group infrastructures were targeted, as confirmed by the Israeli military.

Since the October 7 attacks by the Hamas terrorist group against Israel, resulting in approximately 1,200 deaths, the Lebanese political-military group Hezbollah, also supported by Iran, has been firing rockets and artillery into Northern Israel.

These actions are considered acts of solidarity with the Palestinian organization. In retaliation, Israel has also launched its own attacks on positions within Lebanon in response to the acts of terror committed by Hezbollah.

Last Monday a Cobb County judge granted a motion to unseal the top Trump prosecutor Nathan Wade’s divorce records.

Judge Henry R. Thompson last week also issued a stay on Fani Willis’ deposition…for now. Willis previously tried to quash the subpoena. She was supposed to give a deposition last Tuesday.

Jocelyn Wade’s attorney told the judge last Monday that her client wants Fani Willis’ deposition *not as a Fulton County DA* but as “the alleged paramour of my client’s husband.”

“I have questions and she needs to answer them,” Jocelyn Wade’s lawyer said in blistering remarks to the judge last week.

As previously reported, Fani Willis had an ‘improper’ romantic relationship with Nathan Wade, a top Trump prosecutor in her office.

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Fani Willis “financially benefited” from a romantic relationship with Nathan Wade, a top prosecutor she hired to go after President Trump.

In August Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis hit President Trump and 18 others with RICO and conspiracy charges for daring to challenge the 2020 election.

The motion was filed in the Superior Court of Fulton County on behalf of defendant Michael Roman, a former Trump campaign official who was hit with counts 1, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19 in Fani Willis’ RICO case.

The motion seeks to have the charges against Michael Roman dismissed and for Fani Willis, Nathan Wade and everyone in the DA’s office to be disqualified from the RICO case against Trump.

The filing claims Nathan Wade, the special prosecutor hired to go after Trump, paid for luxury vacations he took with Fani Willis to Napa Valley and a cruise in the Caribbean – and used money from Fulton County to pay for their out-of-town escapades.

“County records show that Wade, who has played a prominent role in the election interference case, has been paid nearly $654,000 in legal fees since January 2022. The DA authorizes his compensation.” the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.

Nathan Wade’s Capital One credit card statements provided by Jocelyn Wade were documented in the court filing reviewed by The Gateway Pundit.

Nathan Wade spent money on Fani Willis by buying her flowers, and paying for hotels, air travel, a cruise, and Ubers.

The bank statements prove Nathan Wade bought Fani Willis flights to Miami and San Francisco.

Last week Trump joined Michael Roman’s effort to disqualify Fani Willis from the RICO case in a 6-page court filing reviewed by The Gateway Pundit.

Trump’s attorneys accused Fani Willis of violating Georgia’s ethics rules by publicly accusing the defendants in the RICO case of racism after they called out her illicit affair.

There will be a hearing as early as February to look into Fani Willis’ relationship with Nathan Wade.

A 37-year-old Arizona man was arrested after harrowing surveillance video showed what took place Friday as an 11-year-old girl was walking to school.

“As a father myself, as a parent, it’s very frightening that on her normal walk to school, she was targeted,” Glendale police officer Moroni Mendez said Monday, according to Arizona Family.

“Someone tried to take her away from her loving family,” he said.

Joseph Leroy Ruiz was arrested in connection with the incident. He faces charges of attempted kidnapping and custodial interference.

Police responded to Sunset Elementary School after a fifth-grader said she feared she was the target of a kidnapping attempt.

The girl told police someone she believed to be “suspicious” was waiting at the bottom of the stairs of her apartment building and gave her what she called an “odd look” as she passed. She told police she felt uncomfortable because of the interaction and ran through her apartment complex.

Upon reaching Onyx Avenue, she told police a car driven by the same man she saw at her apartment building stopped by her as she walked.

She said a man exited the vehicle and ran after her with his arms outstretched, until she ran to some nearby friends, yelling for help.

Police said the girl was then joined by three friends and continued on to school.

When police went to the location of the alleged incident, they examined surveillance video that buttressed the girl’s story.

Police saw a car matching the one in the video driven by a man who resembled the description of the man the girl saw at her apartment building. They detained the driver.

Ruiz has a record that includes charges of attempted first-degree murder and aggravated assault in 2013.

Police said Ruiz lives in the same apartment complex as the girl, according to KSAZ-TV.

Police said the girl did as others should do.

“She did the right thing. She yelled. She screamed. She told adults,” Mendez said, according to the Arizona Republic.

Co-host Sara Haines was so concerned she declared this year is “not the time” for someone such as Kennedy to potentially play the role of “spoiler” for President Joe Biden’s re-election bid.

Whoopi Goldberg began a discussion on the topic by noting that Democratic California Gov. Gavin Newsom told ABC’s Jonathan Karl on Sunday that he is very worried Kennedy’s independent presidential campaign could harm Biden in the general election.

“Are you concerned with the governor’s concerns about … a third party?” Goldberg asked.

Sunny Hostin said she was “very concerned” about Kennedy’s run and how it could affect the election.

She cited Green Party candidate Jill Stein’s impact on the 2016 presidential race between Democrat Hillary Clinton and Republican Donald Trump.

“I just learned today that when Jill Stein ran and it was Trump versus Hillary, there were three states — Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin — where Stein’s vote total exceeded Trump’s margin of victory,” Hostin said.

She went on to say that had Stein stayed out of the race, “Hillary Clinton would be president.”

Ana Navarro, one of the show’s supposed Republicans, then chimed in.

Navarro invoked the 1992 presidential race in which she said independent candidate Ross Perot spoiled the re-election bid of then-President George H.W. Bush.

She described both Bush and his opponent — then-Arkansas Gov. Bill Clinton — as both “normal and “sane,” contrasting that with Trump, the GOP front-runner.

“In this case, you have got Joe Biden — a sane, decent, normal human being — running against a man who is an existential threat to democracy and to the foreign world, to the international world, to the universe,” Navarro said.

She then exclaimed that the country cannot tolerate Kennedy’s bid for the White House.

While Alyssa Farah Griffin was agreeing with her, Navarro interrupted to dehumanize Trump supporters.

“The people who support Trump are cult members … and the people who support Biden are normal human beings,” she said to applause.

Haines then portrayed Kennedy’s campaign as a threat to the two-party system.

“This is not the time for a third party. Change comes very slowly in this country,” she said.

Haines further argued that there is “no room” for an independent candidate this year.

On Sunday, Newsom said on ABC’s “This Week” that he was concerned about third-party or independent candidates becoming “spoilers.”

“I’m worried,” the governor said, according to a transcript. “But you know what? You’ve got to control the controllables. Got to control what you have to control. Right now, it’s getting the vote out.”

Kennedy isn’t the only possible spoiler in the race for the Democrats. Stein is again seeking the Green Party’s nomination, and left-wing social critic Cornel West is running as an independent candidate.

Meanwhile, Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin of West Virginia also has said he might enter the race.

Fox News anchor Dana Perino slammed Joe Biden after he absurdly claimed he’s ‘done all he can’ on the border amid an unprecedented invasion of military-age males.

81-year-old Joe Biden tried to answer a few questions on the South Lawn as he prepared to board Marine One and Dana Perino blasted him for mumbling through answers while the rotating blades of the helicopter drowned him out.

An estimated 11 million illegal aliens – mainly military-age men from China, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America have crossed over the border since Joe Biden was installed in January 2021.

The illegals are crossing the border on Joe Biden’s open border invitation after he took 94 executive actions to create the crisis.

Joe Biden is now blocking the House-passed Secure the Border Act – while blaming Trump for the border crisis.

“With executive authority…was there more you could do?…” a reporter asked Biden referring to the border crisis.

Biden told the reporters that he is completely powerless. The president of the executive branch is completely powerless according to Joe Biden.

Biden replied, “I’ve done all I can do! Give me the power! I asked for the very day I got into office! Give me the border patrol! Give me the people who can stop this and make it work rationally!”

Meanwhile the Biden Regime is hamstringing border patrol agents and cutting razor wire on the Texas-Mexico border to allow more illegals to cross into the US.

Biden also vaguely answered a question about the Iran-backed terrorist attack that killed three American servicemembers.

Fox News anchor Dana Perino slammed Joe Biden as he shuffled away to Marine One en route to a campaign event in Palm Beach, Florida.

“I find it professionally insulting as someone who used to work there that they think that this is good enough? For the president to just take a question like that when you can’t actually hear him above the rotating blades [of Marine One]” Dana Perino said.
