Another illegal alien has been charged with murder in progressive Democrat run Fairfax County in the sanctuary state of Virginia.
Anibal Armando Chavarria Muy was arrested Monday for the stabbing death of a man on Sunday.
This is the second deadly stabbing by an illegal alien in Fairfax County in the past six weeks. Stephanie Minter was murdered at a bus stop in February. An illegal alien from Sierra Leone was charged with her killing..

The Department of Homeland Security issued a statement calling on Democrat Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger to not release the accused illegal alien: “ANOTHER FAIRFAX FATALITY. Just one month after Stephanie Minter was stabbed to death by a criminal illegal alien at a bus stop, Anibal Armando Chavarria Muy—a criminal illegal alien from Guatemala—has been arrested for second-degree murder. On March 30, 2026, Fairfax County Police Department arrested Chavarria Muy in connection to a fatal stabbing of a man in Bailey’s Crossroads, Virginia. The male victim was pronounced dead at the scene. DHS is calling on Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger and Virginia’s sanctuary politicians to not release this murderer back into our communities.”

Just one month after Stephanie Minter was stabbed to death by a criminal illegal alien at a bus stop, Anibal Armando Chavarria Muy—a criminal illegal alien from Guatemala—has been arrested for second-degree murder.
Fox News reporter Bill Melugin reported Muy is from Guatemala and is likely a ‘got-away’ who illegally crossed the border, “BREAKING: Per two ICE sources, I can confirm @NickMinock’s reporting that the suspect arrested in a new stabbing murder in Fairfax County, VA is a Guatemalan illegal alien. I’m told he likely snuck into US as gotaway, as DHS has no prior encounter w/ him.”

Detectives from our Major Crimes Bureau have charged a man with second-degree murder in connection with a fatal stabbing in Bailey’s Crossroads.
On March 29 at approximately 8:56 p.m., officers responded to the 6000 block of Bellview Drive in Bailey’s Crossroads for a reported stabbing. Officers arrived on scene and located an adult male inside a residence with multiple stab wounds to the upper body. Officers began performing life-saving measures until relieved by Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department personnel. The victim, whose identity is being withheld pending notification to next of kin, was transported to a local hospital in life-threatening condition and later pronounced deceased. The suspect left the scene before officers arrived. Detectives from our Major Crimes Bureau responded to assume the investigation.
Through their investigation, detectives identified the suspect as Anibal Armando Chavarria Muy, 38, of no fixed address. Preliminarily, the victim and suspect are known to each other. With the assistance of Fairfax 1, officers quickly located the suspect in a vehicle in the 11000 block of James Swart Circle in Fairfax and took him into custody without incident.

Chavarria Muy was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. He was charged with Second-Degree Murder and is being held without bond.
Detectives continue to conduct interviews and process evidence recovered from the scene to determine the circumstances that led up to the fatal stabbing.
The House Judiciary Committee has scheduled a hearing for April 15 on Fairfax County’s deadly sanctuary policies (WJLA-TV excerpt)
Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano and Sheriff Stacey Kincaid were invited to testify at a hearing next month before the House Judiciary subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement.
The hearing, titled “Fairfax County, Virginia: The Dangerous Consequences of Sanctuary Policies,” is set for April 15.
The following invitation was sent to Kincaid and Descano:
“The hearing will examine how state and local policies that prohibit cooperation with federal immigration authorities hurt public safety. Your testimony will assist the Committee and Subcommittee in developing legislative reforms to address sanctuary jurisdictions.“
The committee members previously sent letters to Descano and Kincaid. The hearing was scheduled after the murder of Stephanie Minter in Fairfax County.
The U.S. Department of Education is also investigating Fairfax County after an 18-year-old illegal alien high school junior, Israel Flores Ortiz from El Salvador, was charged with serially groping girls between their legs in school.
ED is opening yet another investigation in Fairfax County following reports from 12 high school girls who have credibly accused one male student – an illegal immigrant – of sexual assault. This is the latest in a long list of investigations into Northern VA school divisions:
FIVE Northern VA school divisions allowed students to access bathrooms and intimate facilities based on subjective ‘gender identity.’ Female students say they witnessed male students inappropriately touch other students and watch female students change in a female locker room. Many female students in the Divisions have reported that they avoid using the restroom at school because the policies make them feel unsafe and uncomfortable.
And, just last week, convicted sex offender Richard Cox – a man charged with possessing child pornography and exposing and touching himself in girl’s locker rooms in multiple VA high schools – had his trial paused. Arlington Public Schools and Arlington County allow the use of intimate facilities based on ‘gender identity.’ Cox now wants the charges dismissed, claiming that the women testifying against him just “don’t find my body beautiful.”
Virginia’s experiment with radical gender ideology, race-based admissions systems, far-Left indoctrination, and unlawful discrimination has inflicted immeasurable harm on our students. It must stop.

Katy Tur of MSNOW recently went on the air and questioned Trump’s mental acuity, saying that ‘more people’ are becoming concerned.
How do these people even look at themselves in the mirror after propping up the brain dead Joe Biden for four years and criticizing anyone who questioned his mental state?
You’d have to be a psychopath. Someone who is incapable of feeling remorse or shame. Is there any other possible explanation?
KATY TUR, MS NOW: Is Donald Trump well? Is his head in the presidency? Does he have the mental acuity to lead this country? More people are starting to doubt that, beyond, of course, Democrats, who have always doubted it. This is being borne out in two new polls. The first one from The Washington Post, ABC, and Ipsos, which finds a number of people who think he lacks the mental sharpness to serve effectively is now climbing 56 percent.
And the second, from Reuters and Ipsos, which shows six in ten Americans now say President Trump is becoming more erratic as he ages. That includes a growing number of Democrats, independents, and Republicans. Why is that?
Well, the apparent sleeping during Cabinet meetings and Oval Office visits, probably they’re not helping. Neither are the stories about how he’s forcing his top aides to wear his preferred brand of shoes and buying them in incorrect sizes that he’s guessed they wear. He also doesn’t sound as energetic and clear as he did even a few years ago, comparatively speaking, of course.
Case in point, the wild besides, mid-thought. He has always done that to a degree, but now he’s doing it in the middle of White House Cabinet meetings, largely defined by deadly serious issues like the war in Iran or alleged political prosecutions. Listen to this one, when the president took a sharp left turn during complaints about what he argues is criminally wasteful spending for construction at the Federal Reserve.
This video is cued to start at the 1:32 mark, so just press play:
You just have to marvel at the level of absolute nerve it takes for someone like Tur to look directly into a camera and say this with a straight face after four years of Biden.
Last night, the Gateway Pundit reported that the mayor of Providence, Rhode Island was caving to left wing activists in the city who wanted him to stop the creation of a mural honoring murder victim Iryna Zarutska, the legal immigrant from Ukraine who was killed by a repeat offender.
Now we have a clip of Rhode Island Democrat Rep. David Morales who said on camera that the mural doesn’t reflect the values of the people of the city.
Who exactly does reflect their values? Zarutska’s killer? This is just stunning.
Dem lawmaker sparks online firestorm after saying Iryna Zarutska mural doesn’t align with city’s values
A Rhode Island Democratic state representative is facing blowback on social media after claiming that a mural of Iryna Zarutska, the Ukrainian woman whose brutal murder while riding a North Carolina train sparked national outrage, doesn’t reflect the “values” of the city of Providence.
“Ultimately, we want to make sure that every community member who calls Providence home feels safe,” Rep. David Morales told local media about a mural of Zarutska facing calls to be removed from the exterior of an LGBTQ+ club in downtown Providence.
“We can both agree that this mural behind us does not reflect Providence’s values nor does it reflect the creativity that we would want to see in our city.”
The lawmaker’s comments immediately sparked negative reactions from conservatives on social media after they were posted by the conservative influencer account End Wokeness in a post that has been viewed over 1 million times.
“What are his values?” Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk, who is reportedly involved in the mural project, posted on X.
“He cites people wanting to be ‘safe’ as a reason to destroy a mural on a private building meant to honor a murdered woman,” Red State writer Bonchie posted on X. “You can’t imagine how crazy Democrats are in these blue bastions. You think what you see on MSNBC is nuts? It’s even worse in their bubble cities.”

The New York Times was forced to issue a second correction following a complaint by the Trump administration regarding its article about securing the supply chain for energy and technology amid the ongoing war with Iran.
The story was titled, “Trump Sets Up ‘Pax Silica’ Fund to Reduce Global Dependencies,” referring to a fund that could potentially be invested in energy projects, minerals, and semiconductors.
Other countries, including Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Sweden, will also be participating.
Under Secretary of State for Economic Affairs Jacob Helberg announced the news in Washington, D.C. last week.
“The fund will serve as a catalyst, a credible call to action for partners around the world to put serious capital behind shared strategic objectives,” he said at a breakfast for the Hill and Valley Forum.
Helberg, however, posted his full remarks on the social media site X with the following message: “The @NYTimes completely FABRICATED quotes that never happened. We submitted corrections (multiple times). They ignored them. So for posterity, sharing my full remarks.”
— Under Secretary of State Jacob S. Helberg (@UnderSecE) March 29, 2026
The first correction came on the same day the article was published.
“A correction was made on March 23, 2026: An earlier version of this article misstated the amount of funding being sought for a new investment consortium. It is over $1 trillion, not $4 trillion,” a note at the bottom of the story read.
Then, almost one week later, the newspaper updated the piece with a second correction.
“A correction was made on March 29, 2026,” the second note explained. “An earlier version of this article misstated the amount of money that would be invested in projects. The members involved in the consortium have over $1 trillion in assets under management. They have not committed to investing $1 trillion.”
“The article also misquoted Jacob Helberg, the Under Secretary of State for Economic Affairs,” it continued. “He called the situation unfolding in the Strait of Hormuz, where shipping traffic has been largely blocked, ‘a lesson,’ not ‘a blessing.’”
This isn’t the first time the White House has had to do battle with The New York Times.
President Donald Trump is still pursuing legal action against them after he initially sued the outlet for $15 billion over defamation claims linked to his financial history and taxes.
His original suit was dismissed, but the president refiled in October, and the case is now making its way through the courts.
Later, federal U.S. District Judge Paul Friedman, who is an appointee of former Democratic President Bill Clinton, sided with The New York Times in March, saying the Pentagon violated the First Amendment when it set new rules for reporters. Reporters walked out in defiance rather than sign on to the new standards, according to The Associated Press.
The new policy included terms that would have allowed the Pentagon to revoke press passes for anyone deemed a security threat. It said that possessing confidential or unauthorized information could be grounds for revocation as well.
Reporters were also asked to pledge that they’d obtain, or solicit, information only from authorized War Department officials, and the new rules also restricted access in certain cases.
Pentagon Spokesman Sean Parnell wrote on X earlier this month that, “We disagree with the decision and are pursuing an immediate appeal.”
Secretary of War Pete Hegseth has expressed frustration with information exposure, especially given the sensitive nature of national security matters. In April 2025, one of his top aides was escorted from the building after reportedly being identified during an investigation focused on leakers.
The saga didn’t end there, however. The New York Times claimed Monday that the Pentagon ignored Friedman’s order by instituting new policies as a workaround to the ruling, yet Pentagon officials maintained they are in full compliance with the judge’s requirements.
The O’Keefe Media on Tuesday released part III of its cash-for-ballots investigation into voter fraud in California.
In part III, undercover journalists discovered that the petition fraudsters are logging into an online database to get real voter names for the forged signatures.
Sigvalid.com was identified as the online database.
Per OMG:
In Part III of the cash-for-ballots investigation, petition fraudsters on Skid Row in Los Angeles were caught on hidden camera logging into an online database accessing registered voter names and addresses. These identities were then given to homeless individuals and used to sign in the name of on election petitions.
Our undercover footage shows these signatures completed under false identities, followed by cash payments.
We tracked the names used in the footage and went door-to-door to verify the individuals whose names appeared in the footage. Residents confirmed the addresses were accurate, but denied ever signing any petitions.
Actual voters are angry and demanding authorities take action.
“That’s my address… but that wasn’t me,” one of the voters said.

“You’re not gonna use your name… I’m giving you one.”
The O’Keefe Media Group last Tuesday released video evidence of more California election fraud crimes.
Undercover journalists revealed that homeless people are being paid by petitioners to forge real voters’ signatures to sign ballot petitions on Skid Row.
“In Part II of Cash for Ballots, series hidden camera footage shows petition circulators paying homeless individuals $2–$3 per form to sign ballot petitions using the names and addresses of real registered voters and forging their signatures,” James O’Keefe said.
“Circulators provided printed lists of voters, assigned identities, and directed the homeless individuals exactly what to write, monitoring them to ensure the information matched so the circulators get paid,” O’Keefe said.

Earlier this month the O’Keefe Media Group released part one of its investigation into a California elections fraud cash for ballots scheme.
James O’Keefe and his team of journalists went undercover on Skid Row in Los Angeles posing as homeless people.
‘Petitioners’ told the undercover journalists that they are paid between $7-$10 per signature. Some of them earn up to $1,000 per day.

A federal judge on Tuesday ordered the Trump Administration to restore the legal status of hundreds of thousands of migrants who entered the US on a Biden-era cellphone app.
More than 900,000 migrants entered the US on Biden’s CPB One app.
The app allowed the illegals to schedule appointments at a port of entry to make asylum claims.
Last April, the Trump Administration sent notices to the migrants and informed them that their parole status had been terminated.
“If you do not depart the United States immediately you will be subject to potential law enforcement actions that will result in your removal from the United States — unless you have otherwise obtained a lawful basis to remain here,” the message sent by the Department of Homeland Security and obtained by CBS News read.
The Trump Administration instructed the migrants to use the same Biden-era app to self-deport.
“Again, DHS is terminating your parole. Do not attempt to remain in the United States — the federal government will find you,” the notice said.
“Please depart the United States immediately.”
On Tuesday, US District Judge Allison Burroughs, an Obama appointee, said the DHS unlawfully notified the migrants of their terminated status.
The Trump administration must restore the legal status of potentially hundreds of thousands of immigrants who came to the United States legally through a Biden-era pathway, a federal judge ruled Tuesday.
U.S. District Judge Allison Burroughs said the Department of Homeland Security acted unlawfully last year when it sent a notice telling many of the over 900,000 immigrants who used the CBP One app: “It is time for you to leave the United States.”
During the Biden administration, nearly over 900,000 immigrants used the app to make appointments with immigration officials at ports of entry in hope of later applying for humanitarian parole or other forms of immigration relief that would allow them to enter the country.
Those who were granted parole were allowed to temporarily receive work authorization while their cases were adjudicated.

Operation Epic Fury, a joint US-Israeli military operation, began on February 28.
So far, the military operation has involved the US Air Force and Navy.
The US military has decimated Iran’s missile infrastructure, naval forces, air force, and nuclear capabilities, according to the Pentagon.
Earlier Tuesday, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth provided an Iran war timeline.
“He [Trump] said four to six weeks, six to eight weeks, three weeks. It could be any particular number, but we would never reveal precisely what it is.”

Later Tuesday, in remarks to reporters in the Oval Office, President Trump said
“I think we’re two or three weeks out. We’ll leave. There’s no reason for us to do this,” President Trump said amid a Wall Street Journal report that claimed Trump would end the war with Iran without completely securing the Strait of Hormuz.
“Look, the problem with the Strait, a guy can take a mine, drop it in the water, and say, oh, it’s unsafe. It’s not like you’re taking out an army or you’re taking out a country. He can drop it.
“Or he can take a machine gun from the shore and shoot a few bullets on a ship. Or maybe an over-the-shoulder missile, small missiles. That’s not for us,” Trump said.
“That’ll be for France. That’ll be for whoever’s using the Strait,” Trump said.
“But I think when we leave, probably that’s all cleared up,” Trump added.

For the first time in seven years, the United States Embassy in Venezuela is open.
The reopening of the embassy in Caracas took place Monday, less than three months after the January operation that removed Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro, according to The Associated Press.
The building needed numerous repairs after being closed for so long, including remediation of mold.
“Today, we are formally resuming operations at the U.S. Embassy in Caracas, marking a new chapter in our diplomatic presence in Venezuela,” the State Department announced in a news release.
‘The resumption of operations at U.S. Embassy Caracas is a key milestone in implementing the President’s three‑phase plan for Venezuela and will strengthen our ability to engage directly with Venezuela’s interim government, civil society, and the private sector,” the release said.
In comments published by the State Department, Secretary of State Marco Rubio said U.S. efforts to lift Venezuela from the days of the Maduro dictatorship are progressing.
“I think it’s moving along very well. We said it from the very first day after that operation happened. I said our hope is, number one, to stabilize the country,” Rubio said.
SECRETARY RUBIO: You’re seeing civil life come back to life in Venezuela. Independent media is now allowed to operate. Political prisoners have been released. Political parties are forming again. People are speaking and participating in public life. pic.twitter.com/6RfexVkyGo
“We didn’t want to see civil war. We didn’t want to see systemic collapse. We didn’t want to see a mass migration event. You’ve seen none of these things,” he said.
Rubio said Venezuela is slowly awakening from its nightmare.
“What you’ve seen is that for the first time in decades, Venezuela is now selling their oil in the global market at full market price, and the money is coming back to Venezuela and being spent for the benefit of the Venezuelan people,” he said.
“It’s being spent to buy medical goods and equipment. It’s being spent to cover the salaries of teachers and police officers and civil servants and people that – sanitation workers and things of this nature. So it’s a very important part,” Rubio said.
Rubio said progress is coming step by step.
“The second phase after the stabilization occurs, or concurrent with the stabilization, is a period of recovery in which you try to recover the elements of the country that allow it to prosper and grow, and that is attracting businesses back, creating the kind of stability that brings businesses back. We’re seeing that begin to happen,” he said.
“But you’re also seeing civil life come back to life. Independent media is now allowed to operate. Political prisoners have been released. Political parties are forming again. People are speaking and participating in public life,” he said.
“And finally, you want to see a full transition, because in order for Venezuela to fulfill its economic potential, it has to have a stable, democratic government that people are willing to invest in that economy because they know that they’re protected by laws and courts and legitimacy,” he said.
Rubio said officials running the country have become solid partners.
“So we are well on our way to achieving this. A lot of credit goes to the interim authorities who have assumed this responsibility. We’ve reopened our embassy. We enter in dialogue with them every single day. We feel very positive about it,” he said.
James O’Keefe was served with a restraining order while he was livestreaming at his West Palm Beach, Florida, headquarters on Tuesday.
On Monday, a law enforcement officer showed up to the O’Keefe Media Group headquarters looking for James.
“Police showed up at my office looking for me,” James O’Keefe said on Monday.
“We don’t know what this is about,” he said.
On Tuesday, the Sheriff came back to the OMG headquarters and served James with a domestic violence restraining order.
The domestic violence restraining order was from Matthew Tyrmand, a former Project Veritas board member.
“Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Department just served me with a domestic violence restraining order from Matthew Tyrmand. The former board member from Project Veritas who said he wants to murder me,” James O’Keefe said.
“Despite admitting multiple times on hidden camera wanting me dead, Matthew Tyrmand filed a restraining order against ME in Miami Dade County,” O’Keefe said.
“Saying such things as: “I would kill him [O’Keefe]. Because he is one of the most evil people I’ve ever known.,”” he said.
“He even shot up my book with rifle bullets through my heart on the cover. The audacity of evil has no bounds,” O’Keefe said.
