‘I’m Just Okay With That’: Bill Maher Admits Abortion is Murder and He Still Supports It (VIDEO)

Real Time host Bill Maher has admitted that abortion is murder but says that he is comfortable with this harsh reality.

During a discussion on his HBO talk show with former CNN host Piers Morgan, Maher responded to another panelist who described using abortion as an electoral issue as “strange.”

He responded:

Not if you believe it is murder. That’s why I don’t understand the 15-week thing. Trump’s plan is let’s leave it to the states. So you mean so killing babies is okay in some states? I can respect the absolutist position, I really can. I scold the left when they say, ‘Oh, you know what, they just hate women, people who aren’t pro-choice.’ They don’t hate women. They just made that up.

They think it’s murder. And it kind of is. And I’m just okay with that. I am. There are 8 billion people in the world. I’m sorry, we won’t miss you. That’s my position on that.

Bill Maher openly admits the Left’s real position on abortion:

“They think it’s murder. And it kind of is. And I’m just okay with that. I am. There’s 8 billion people in the world. I’m sorry, we won’t miss you. That’s my position on that.” pic.twitter.com/ZCV5SwUZu1

— Citizen Free Press (@CitizenFreePres) April 13, 2024

Maher’s comments come after Donald Trump released a statement outlining his position on abortion if he gets back into the White House, amid growing concern that the issue is electorally damaging the Republican Party.

“This 50-year battle over Roe v Wade took it out of the federal hands and brought it into the hearts, minds, and vote of the people in each state was really something,” Trump explained.

“Now it’s up to the states to do the right thing,” he continued. “Like Ronald Reagan, I am strongly in favor of exceptions for rape, incest, and life of the mother. You must follow your heart of this issue, but remember, you must also win elections to restore our culture, and in fact, to save our country, which is currently, and very sadly, a nation in decline.”

After Several Days of a Coordinated Media Smear Campaign – Germany’s AfD Foreign Politician Petr Bystron Becomes Target of Death Threat and Blackmail

By Johann Leonhard

Petr Bystron

After days of agitation in the European mainstream media, the popular AfD politician Petr Bystron has now become the target of a death threat combined with blackmail. As BILD reports, Bystron’s Bundestag office in Berlin received an anonymous letter with the text: “…if you value your life, then you quickly collect €100,000 and call here…”

The blackmailer insulted the AfD foreign politician as an “asshole” and added a collage with Bystron’s photo with a painted Hitler beard. The Bundestag police are taking the matter seriously and have started investigations (file number Vg/949/2024). The AfD politician said to the German Newspaper BILD of the death threat: “These are the fruits of the smear campaign of the last few days. I ask Czech Prime Minister Fiala: ‘Is this what you wanted to achieve?’”

Several insider authorities in Prague are accusing Czech Prime Minister Fiala of being personally responsible for mentioning Bystron’s name in connection with an affair surrounding the news portal “Voice of Europe.” At the beginning of last week, the Czech secret service made it public that it suspected two Ukrainians of covert propaganda for Russia. The accusations of collaborating with the portal and even taking money were directed against six European parties, all of which are against the war in Ukraine.

Bystron told the Czech newspaper BLESK that this was revenge for his appearances at the anti-government demonstrations in Prague, such as the demonstration on Wenceslas Square last year, where hundreds of thousands of Czechs cheered the AfD politician and at the same time loudly demanded the resignation of the hated Fiala government. According to the latest surveys, only 2% of its own citizens trust the Czech government.

Investigative journalists Michael Shellenberger and Gregor Baszak recently reported in the magazine “Public” that during the EU elections, state-financed NGOs such as “Correctiv” were used by the respective governments to create sentiment against the opposition in the run-up to the EU elections the respective countries. On behalf of NATO, they are supposed to publicly discredit the opposition forces fighting against the war in Ukraine with disinformation. In Germany, this particularly affects the AfD. The campaign against Bystron was also carried out in the Czech Republic by the local counterpart to Correctiv, “Dennik N” and the NGO “European Values,” which is financed by the USA and Soros.

The Schellenberg report unmasked the campaign in which Soros-NGOs and Czech intelligence services joined forces to fabricate a news story aimed at six European populist parties. Among them was the only true opposition party in Germany – the AfD (Alternative for Germany), with prominent figures in the line of fire. Our well-known friend Petr Bystron and his colleague Maximilian Krah, two leading candidates on the AfD election list for the European Parliament were named. Since the AfD is expecting to get around 20 seats, both are eager to join the ranks of the conservative movement in Brussels to fight the globalists on their home court.

Nevertheless, those facts don’t stop various German media as Spiegel and BILD from continuing the agitation against Bystron and accusing him of “dubious Kremlin contacts” and calling him a “Putin friend”, in spite of the fact, that Bystron never met Putin once (in contrast to Donald Trump) and did not express any expressions of friendship with Putin and only visited Moscow during an official business trip together with party head Alice Weidel. Bystron commented: “Everyone who has stood up for Germany’s interests in the last two years has been defamed as a Putin hooker. Anyone who advocated for U.S. interests was hailed as the great savior of Ukraine. Both are wrong.” The strategy of the campaign is quite clear: Portray the promising right-wing candidates as “Russian agents” and propaganda-slingshots.

Smear-Campaign presented by NATO?

In his report Shellenberger writes, Soros-funded NGOs like the German “Correctiv” and the “Institute for Strategic Dialogue” are de-facto “military and intelligence front groups spreading disinformation about German farmers and politicians”. He goes on to say: “Government, military and intelligence agencies are engaged in essentially political activities unrelated to national security and thus illegal.”

Particularly interesting for our case is the revelation, that this covert operation aims at German politicians and critical voices against the Ukraine war:

“Both NATO-funded and government-funded NGOs are working with government bodies to interfere in German elections. Their “influence operation” aims to keep Germany in line with American foreign policy objectives and undermine the European peace movement.”

It is in this context that the attacks on AfD-lawmakers Petr Bystron and Maximilian Krah make sense. The narrative is basically this: Bystron, Krah and other conservatives around Europe supposedly took bribes from Russia funnelled through a news-outlet called “Voice of Europe” with its main office in Prague. The evidence? Less than zero!

The agitation has reached its sad climax with the death threat against Bystron. Hopefully, it won’t go as far as the case with party leader Tino Chrupalla. He was stung by Antifa radicals with a syringe containing an unknown substance at an election campaign event,

Trump Falters on Abortion

Trump Falters on Abortion

State of the Union: What does the former president hope to gain by his recent statements on abortion?

The former President Donald Trump has often been called the most pro-life president in American history by many on the right.

Trump is indeed responsible for nominating the conservative majority of judges on the Supreme Court who, nearly two years ago now, finally overturned Roe v. Wade. The former president never misses an opportunity to remind his supporters of this fact.

On Monday, Trump released a video on Truth Social regarding the issue of abortion and the prospect of a possible “federal ban.”

“The Republican Party should always be on the side of the miracle of life and the side of mothers, fathers, their beautiful babies,” Trump said. Good start. He continued, “At the end of the day, this is all about the will of the people. You must follow your heart, or, in many cases, your religion or your faith. Do what’s right for your family, and do what’s right for yourself.” Okay—that’s more questionable.

Finally, he spoke specifically about his opinion on abortion legislation: “My view is now that we have abortion where everybody wanted it from a legal standpoint, the states will determine by vote or legislation or perhaps both. And whatever they decide must be the law of the land—in this case, the law of the state.”

“You must follow your heart on this issue, but remember, you must also win elections to restore our culture,” he concluded.

Like anything else Trump does or says, this video has stirred up much controversy over the past week. Many Republicans were quick to praise the former president for maintaining a relatively moderate position on the abortion issue, as that stance is the most likely to give way to success in the upcoming presidential election. As Jim Antle wrote earlier this week for The American Conservative, “Social conservatives need more than political courage to be successful (though courage certainly helps). They have to think of how to effectively pursue their policy objectives and build political coalitions that can sustain their wins.”

Although the rhetoric of “you must follow your heart” and “do what’s right for yourself” is confusingly teetering on pro-choice style language, there is a point to Antle’s argument. Despite Trump’s inability to commit to a total pro-life worldview, he is the “lesser of two evils” on this particular issue.

Yet Trump delivered another blow to ardent pro-lifers following the decision by the Arizona Supreme Court that the state reinstitute an 1864 ban on abortion at all stages of pregnancy with exceptions only for the life of the mother.

The Arizona Supreme Court did what the former president seemingly wanted: The issue of abortion was in the hands of the state, and the state acted accordingly. Arizona’s decision should be seen as a win for the pro-life movement and for the rule of law.

But Trump took to Truth Social once more to lament the ruling: “The Supreme Court of Arizona went too far on their Abortion Ruling, enacting and approving an inappropriate Law from 1864,” he wrote. “So now the Governor and the Arizona Legislature must use HEART, COMMON SENSE, and ACT IMMEDIATELY, to remedy what has happened.”

Arizona Senate candidate Kari Lake jumped on her state’s Supreme Court decision too, releasing a vexing video on X.

“I chose life, but I’m not every woman,” she said. “This issue has the ability to bring down our country.”

One X commenter rightly pointed out the hypocrisy in her statement:

Kari Lake: The states should decide!

AZ: We decided!

Kari Lake: Not like that!!!!

You should have stayed out of it. You had nothing to do with the decision. And you could have stated as much. Now it’s just a blatant political decision.

— TheHero (@RobertGC2001) April 11, 2024

Why would Trump and Lake be so against Arizona’s abortion ban if they truly believed that abortion regulation should be left up to individual states? A “remedy” is not necessary—the law was followed, and now more Arizonan babies will be allowed to live.

It’s an unfortunate reality that some pandering is required to push forward in today’s political scene. But tossing both the law and unquestionable morality to the side for the sake of getting a few more votes is sinister. Trump won’t get more people on his side with his statement on Arizona; in fact, he might actually lose support from pro-lifers who already were on the fence about his conflicting statements on abortion and for whom abortion is a top priority in the 2024 election.

Matt Walsh of the Daily Wire fame put it well: “You can’t win votes by being a watered down Democrat. That only alienates and demoralizes your own supporters. How many times do Republicans have to learn this lesson?”

Massive Protests Break Out Japan in Opposition to WHO’s Proposed Pandemic Treaty (VIDEO)

On April 13th, a significant demonstration took place in Tokyo’s Ikebukuro district, drawing attention to the World Health Organization’s (WHO) proposed Pandemic Treaty.

The treaty, set for adoption at the WHO’s General Assembly in May, has sparked controversy and fear among citizens, leading to one of the largest protests in recent Japanese history, according to Aussie17, a former Big Pharma employee.

The march began in Higashi-Ikebukuro Central Park, where thousands of participants gathered with banners and chants expressing their opposition to the treaty and the WHO’s overreach, Yahoo reported.

Protesters voiced strong opposition to mandatory vaccinations and the potential infringement on Japan’s sovereignty. “We strongly protest against the WHO for forcing people to be vaccinated, ignoring Japan’s sovereignty where vaccines are voluntary,” declared one of the banners leading the march.

The protest aimed to bring attention to several issues, including an increase in excess deaths and the lack of transparency regarding the adverse effects of vaccinations. The demonstrators demanded accountability and clearer information from both the Japanese government and global health authorities.

Eminent figures such as Professor Masayasu Inoue and historian Chikatsu Hayashi provided insights before the demonstration, criticizing the influence of pharmaceutical companies and private interests on global health policies.

Professor Inoue warned of the dangers of genetic vaccines and highlighted the significant funding the WHO receives from entities like the Bill Gates Foundation.

The WHO’s pandemic treaty negotiations, which began in March 2023, aim to establish legally binding regulations to enhance global cooperation in pandemic response.

According to the WHO’s website on March 30, 2021, it announced an “urgent call for an International Pandemic Treaty,” stating that such a treaty is needed to orchestrate a single globalized response to pandemics. And “25 heads of government and international leaders” have come together in a joint call to form the treaty.

For over two years, the World Health Organization, alongside its 194 member countries, has been developing a global treaty to combat a hypothetical future pathogen, referred to as “Disease X.”

According to the article, the treaty “would be rooted in the constitution of the World Health Organization, drawing in other relevant organizations key to this endeavour, in support of the principle of health for all. Existing global health instruments, especially the International Health Regulations, would underpin such a treaty, ensuring a firm and tested foundation on which we can build and improve.”

WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus and any of his successors would have unrestricted authority to implement WHO regulations.

The treaty would provide “a framework for international cooperation and solidarity” and address issues like surveillance systems and responding to outbreaks, Ghebreyesus said when announcing the treaty during a March press conference. “The world cannot afford to wait until the pandemic is over to start planning for the next one.”

The World Health Organization “global pandemic treaty” includes a plan for a mandatory, universal digital passport and ID system.
Article 4 of the draft outlines the treaty’s overarching “principles,” including “universal health coverage,” “equity,” “transparency,” “inclusiveness,” “gender equality” and “diversity. “ Also, the treaty targets “misinformation” and “disinformation.”

In July 2020, former President Donald Trump formally withdrew the United States from the World Health Organization.

Immediately after taking office, Joe Biden reversed the decision and brought the US back into the WHO in one of his very first acts as president.

Then, in January 2022, Biden’s Health and Human Service Department secretly submitted proposed amendments, “Strengthen WHO preparedness for and response to health emergencies,” to the WHO to reform International Health Regulations of 2005, an existing health treaty.

The amendments delegate the international body of unelected bureaucrats more authority to define what constitutes a pandemic, when a pandemic is in progress, how long a pandemic lasts and how “to prevent, detect and respond to future public health emergencies of international concern,” ultimately delegating the WHO total authority over emergency operations in the U.S. during a “public health emergency.”

Biden administration’s amendments along with amendments submitted from several other countries will be combined to create the new global ‘Pandemic Treaty” that would subject its member states to the authority of the international organization.

Spectrum News reported:

At a hearing on the treaty Feb. 5 Rep. Brad Wenstrup, R-Ohio, who chairs the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic, spoke against the treaty. He said it demands too much of its funding from the U.S. and may require U.S. companies to share their proprietary vaccine or treatment formulas with other countries in future pandemics.

“We must ensure that final draft does not violate international sovereignty or infringe upon the rights of the American people or the intellectual property of the United States,” Wenstrup said.

Wenstrup said the WHO is not a responsible steward of an international pandemic response program, underscoring a growing Republican mistrust of international organizations.

“The COVID-19 pandemic showed us that the WHO, the World Health Organization, is not the preeminent global health institution that perhaps it once was,” he said. “Politics should never have a place in science.”

The treaty has two potential paths forward; the Senate can approve it by a two-thirds majority vote or the president can unilaterally approve it in a maneuver known as an executive agreement. If ratified, the treaty would have the force of law.

The WHO is aiming to finalize the treaty by May, when all member states will meet in Geneva for the annual World Health Assembly. A large amount of work remains, with 300 proposed amendments to consider before publishing a final draft.

New York Police Confiscate Unlicensed Gun From E. Jean Carroll for ‘Safekeeping’ After Revelation in Trump Defamation Lawsuit — No Criminal Charges Filed

Raving lunatic E. Jean Carroll

The New York Police Department waited a month before taking action to confiscate a firearm belonging to writer E. Jean Carroll

This move came after Carroll, during her testimony in a defamation lawsuit against former President Donald Trump, revealed she possessed an unlicensed gun at her residence. The police action, according to a report by NBC News, did not lead to any charges being filed against Carroll.

The chief of Warwick, N.Y. police personally visited Carroll’s home on February 15 to address certain “open issues.” Among these was Carroll’s own admission, made while testifying on January 17, that she kept a “high standard revolver, nine chambers” by her bed without a valid license.

Officer John Rader indicated in the report that he “offered to secure the weapon at the police station’s property for safekeeping.” Carroll, accompanied by a member of her security detail, complied with the officer’s request the following day. The gun is to remain in police custody until Carroll can obtain a New York pistol license.

Under New York law, unlicensed possession of a firearm is a serious offense, potentially leading to felony charges with penalties that can include up to four years in prison. However, no charges have been filed against Carroll in relation to the unlicensed gun.

It is still unclear why the NYPD did not file charges against this serious offense. The reason behind the NYPD’s delayed response to Carroll’s January testimony and the current status of the firearm also remains unclear.

The issue of Carroll’s gun ownership was a point of contention during the trial, particularly during cross-examination. Trump’s attorney, Alina Habba, questioned Carroll’s knowledge of the legal requirements for gun ownership, prompting U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan to express frustration with the line of questioning.

In 2019, E. Jean Carroll alleged Donald Trump raped her in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room in the 1990s.

Trump has denied the allegations and called E. Jean Carroll a “whack job” who’s “not my type.” The jury found Trump sexually abused and defamed Carroll and ordered him to pay $5 million in damages.

Judge Lewis Kaplan, a Clinton appointee, ruled that Trump is liable for defamatory statements he made about E. Jean Carroll after she accused him of rape.

The Trump jury in the E. Jean Carroll defamation trial returned a verdict: $7.1 million… $11 million… plus punitive $65 million! *TRUMP MUST PAY A TOTAL OF $83.3 MILLION TO E. JEAN CARROLL*

Former US Ambassador to Bolivia in the Clinton Administration Convicted to 15 Years in Prison for Spying for Cuba

The depth of the United States infiltration by communist operatives is a grim reality that hasn’t even begun to be scratched.

But if the tale of the former US ambassador to Bolivia is any indication, it’s even deeper than we may suspect.

Hidden in plain sight during the Bill Clinton administration, Victor Manuel Rocha held several high-ranking posts in embassies around the world, and even worked at the White House.

His more than 20 years in ‘public service’ were actually in the service of the Cuban Communist dictatorship.

Rocha is a Colombian-born us career diplomat, and he always portrayed himself as a ‘Cuba hardliner’, someone opposed to the Fidel Castro regime, his real secret master.

Now, the former ambassador to Bolivia has been sentenced to 15 years in Federal prison.

New York Post reported:

“Miami-based US District Judge Beth Bloom accepted Victor Manuel Rocha’s guilty plea on two counts, including acting as an agent of a foreign government, before handing down his decade-and-a-half-long sentence and a $500,000 fine, the maximum penalty allowed.”

After four decades serving Cuba in a mission that he described as ‘enormous’, and that ‘strengthened the Revolution immensely’, Rocha was indicted last December.

Attorney General Merrick Garland described the case as ‘one of the highest-reaching and longest-lasting infiltrations of the US government by a foreign agent’ – we may add ‘that we know of so far’.

“’Today’s plea and sentencing brings to an end more than four decades of betrayal and deceit by the defendant’, Assistant Attorney General Matthew G. Olsen said Friday.

‘Rocha admitted to acting as an agent of the Cuban government at the same time he held numerous positions of trust in the U.S. government, a staggering betrayal of the American people and an acknowledgement that every oath he took to the United States was a lie’, the Justice Department official added.”

After leaving the State Department, Rocha continued to spy, this time as an advisor to the US Southern Command, whose area of responsibility includes Cuba.

According to the Department of Justice, the spy gained access to nonpublic and classified information – and worse, developed the ability to affect US foreign policy.

“Rocha admitted that his involvement with Cuba’s intelligence service began in 1973 and continued until the time of his arrest – spanning his entire career in government.”

“He was arrested after a series of meetings with undercover FBI agents posing as Cuban intelligence officials, during which Rocha acknowledged the “decades” of spying he had done on behalf of Cuba, spanning “40 years.” Rocha referred to the US as “the enemy” and praised the late Cuban dictator Fidel Castro during his meetings with the undercover FBI agents, according to the DOJ.”

The DOJ did not charge Rocha with espionage, a crime that is harder to prove but that would’ve carried a stiffer sentence.

Pro-Palestinian Activist Who Threatened to Kill Bakersfield Officials Breaks Down in Tears in Court (Video)

Riddhi Patel, the pro-Palestinian activist seen on video threatening to murder the Bakersfield, California mayor and City Council members at a public meeting Wednesday, broke down in tears in court Friday as she was arraigned on 18 felony counts. Patel is being held on $1 million bond after pleading not guilty.

In fiery remarks to the council in support of a ceasefire in the Gaza war on Israel, Patel, 28, spoke of revolution, guillotines and threatened murder at Wednesday’s meeting.

Patel spoke twice during the meeting Wednesday in support of a ceasefire resolution in the Hamas war on Israel. Her first remarks began with mention of her belief Jesus would kill the City Council members (“You guys are all horrible human beings and Jesus probably would have killed you himself”), and ended with mention of violent revolution and her hope the City Council would be killed by guillotine one day (“I remind you that these holidays that we practice, that other people in the Global South practice, believe in violent revolution against their oppressors. And I hope one day somebody brings the guillotine and kills all of you motherf***ers!”)

Her second remarks included opposition to a proposal to use metal detectors for City Council meetings and ended with her saying, “We’ll see you at your house, we’ll murder you!”

Patel’s remarks went viral after video clips were posted by Libs of TikTok, “WILD: Unhinged Pro-Palestine protestor Riddhi Patel threatens to M*RDER Bakersfield Mayor Karen Goh (R) in a psychotic rant during a city council meeting. A video posted by KGET-TV Friday night shows Patel in tears in court:

Patel’s bio at the Center for Race, Poverty and the Environment, where her position is listed as Economic Development Coordinator, reads:

Riddhi joined the Center on Race, Poverty & the Environment in September of 2020. She was born and raised in Bakersfield, CA and attended Stockdale High School. She then went on to achieve a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Saint Louis University in 2017. After returning to Bakersfield in 2019, she began volunteering for the Bernie 2020 campaign where she found organizing. After the campaign ended, she quickly found a home in the Sunrise Movement, co-founding the local Sunrise Movement hub in Kern County with other local organizers.

Through her advocacy for common sense statewide setbacks to protect frontline communities across the state, she found CRPE in the fall of 2020. She prioritizes highlighting the intersectionality that comes with the environmental justice movement to achieve collective liberation for all oppressed communities. In her spare time, she enjoys holding elected officials accountable, watching endless amounts of movies, television series and sports, and enjoying time outdoors with her family and friends.

The Bakersfield Californian reported on the charges (excerpt):

The 10 counts of threatening with the intent to terrorize are in regard to five City Council members — Andrae Gonzales, Bruce Freeman, Ken Weir, Manpreet Kaur and Patty Gray — as well as Mayor Karen Goh, City Clerk Julie Drimakis, Assistant City Clerk Sara Ortega, City Attorney Ginny Gennaro and City Manager Christian Clegg, according to the complaint The Californian requested from the Kern County District Attorney’s Office.

At Friday’s hearing, Court Commissioner Sally Ackerknecht granted a protective order that restricts Patel from going within 500 yards of the 10 individuals’ homes, businesses or schools that they attend or have events at. Patel is also ordered to stay 500 yards away from City Hall North and South if she posts bail, which is currently set at $1 million.

For the eight counts of threatening certain public officials, the complaint lists Gonzales, Freeman, Weir, Kaur, Gray, Goh, Clegg and Drimakis as the victims. Clegg and Drimakis are not elected officials, however, the complaint refers to them as such.

The other two City Council members who attended Wednesday’s meeting, Bob Smith and Eric Arias, are not considered victims because they did not feel threatened, DA spokeswoman Daniela Gonzaga said in an email to The Californian.

The next hearings for Patel are on April 24 and 25.

Anarchy in the UK: Squatters Take Over £13 Million London Pub Owned by Celebrity Chef Gordon Ramsay

A luxurious London pub and boutique hotel owned by celebrity British chef Gordon Ramsay has been taken over by a gang of squatters who are threatening legal action if an effort is made to remove them, according to reports that place the value of the property at 13 million pounds sterling (About $16.2 million.)

— The Sun (@TheSun) April 12, 2024

Excerpt from the UK Sun report:

The gang, said to be made up of at least six “professional squatters”, used Ramsay’s own kitchen appliances to barricade themselves in and have glued shut the locks.

Photos show the swanky bar area of the venue — which had been temporarily closed for a handover — resembling a tip, with debris sprawled everywhere and a squatter crashed out on a leather sofa.

Ramsay, 57, was about to sign over a multi-million pound lease to new partners when the gang broke in to the York & Albany pub and boutique hotel near Regent’s Park, central London.

The TV chef — who was embroiled in a legal battle over the venue back in 2015 — called the police last Wednesday but has been unable to remove the squatters from the 19th-century building.

SNIP

They have also slapped a legal notice on the front door, saying they are entitled to stay there as it “is a non-residential building”.

They claim that the law which prevents squatting is not applicable because it “was NOT designed or adapted, before the time of our entry, for use as a place to live”.

Incredibly, they then threaten legal action, suggesting that if anyone tries to enter “by violence” they could end up in jail for six months.

They warn: “Take notice that we occupy this property and at all times there is at least one person in occupation.

“That any entry or attempt to enter into these premises without our permission is therefore a criminal offence as any one of us who is in physical possession is opposed to such entry without our permission.

“That if you attempt to enter by violence or by threatening violence we will prosecute you.

“You may receive a sentence of up to six months’ imprisonment and/or a fine of up to £5,000.”

The note, signed by “The Occupiers”, also warns: “If you want to get us out you will have to issue a claim for possession in the County Court or in the High Court.”

End excerpt. Please read the complete Sun report at this link for more including photos of the squatters.

Background on the property via Yahoo!Life/ the Evening Standard (excerpt):

The historic Regent’s Park pub that was at the heart of a court battle between Gordon Ramsay and the building’s owner is on the market with a guide price of £13 million.

Film director and actor Gary Love bought the freehold of the derelict former coaching inn in 2007 from the Crown Estate. He leased the premises to the celebrity chef on a 25-year term where Mr Ramsay opened the York and Albany hotel and gastropub.

Mr Ramsay claimed that the lease for the premises had been signed with an effectively forged signature, alleging his father-in-law, who was then CEO of his company, had used a ghost writer machine to sign his name on a document that made him personally liable for the rent.

Mr Ramsay was unsuccessful in his action and remained bound by the lease.
