Landmark Shift Against Gender Ideology: Sex Defined as Biological Sex

‘A return to common sense and an overdue recognition that women’s well-being and safety matter’

The transgender agenda, the belief that men can simply say they are women and they are women, has hit headwinds with a new decision by the National Health Service in the United Kingdom.

A report in the Telegraph explains that the organization that serves the health care concerns of millions has proposed a definition change that states sex is a matter of biology.

The report noted that’s a “landmark shift against gender ideology.”

The change means, among other things, that men who claim to be women now are banned from women-only wards, and women have the right to request a female physician for intimate care.

The changes are coming as part of an update to the organization’s constitution that is required to be reviewed every 10 years, and last was done in 2015.

Women’s groups for years had expressed concern that the service had fallen victim to “gender ideology” promoters. It was only a few years ago that NHS guidance said transgender individuals could be placed in single-sex wards based on what they claimed to be.

But now the new constitution change states: “We are defining sex as biological sex.”

The women’s groups said the move is a “return to common sense and an overdue recognition that women’s wellbeing and safety matter.”

There have been battles in the United Kingdom, like in the United States, over the ideology that sex is changeable as a man or woman desires. However, being male or female is embedded in the human body down to the DNA level and doesn’t change, despite whatever chemicals may be administered or what mutilating surgeries done.

In the U.S., Joe Biden has adopted the agenda as one of the major goals for his term as president, and has been busy rewriting rules and regulations to promote his beliefs.

The report explained, “The proposed changes will also see discrimination requirements updated, with the word gender replaced with sex.”

And it noted, “The document also places a duty on health providers to use ‘clear terms’ to communicate and take account of biological differences. It follows pledges from ministers to stop NHS trusts using terms like ‘chestfeeding’ and ‘people who give birth.’”

Maya Forstater, chief executive of Sex Matters, told the Telegraph, “It is excellent news that the NHS constitution is being revised to put ‘sex’ in its rightful place – at the heart of principle 1, which sets out that the NHS must treat everyone with equality and respect for their human rights. The confusion between ‘sex’ and ‘gender’ in official policies like the NHS constitution is what has enabled women’s rights to be trampled over in the name of transgender identities.”

Just the News noted that the NHS constitution is what sets out the principles and values of the service, and rights of patients and staff.

Rep. Virginia Foxx Unloads on Colleges Allowing Radicals to Take Over Campuses “We Have a Clear Message for Mealy-Mouthed, Spineless College Leaders”

On Tuesday, House Speaker Mike Johnson announced he is expanding the investigations into antisemitism exploding on college campuses across several committees.

Johnson said at a Tuesday press conference, “Antisemitism is a virus, and because the administration and woke university presidents aren’t stepping in, we’re seeing it spread.”

He added that “nearly every committee here has a role to play in these efforts to stop the madness that has ensued.”

Since January, House Education and the Workforce Congresswoman Chair Virginia Foxx (R-N.C.) has launched multiple antisemitism investigations into Rutgers University, the University of California, Berkeley, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Columbia University, the University of Pennsylvania, and Harvard University.

At the press conference, Foxx announced an additional antisemitism hearing scheduled for next month to include Yale, UCLA, and the University of Michigan.

Foxx did not hold back when addressing the disgusting weakness shown by college administrators across the county by allowing radicals to take over their campuses.

We have a clear message for mealy-mouthed, spineless college leaders: Congress will not tolerate your dereliction of your duty to your Jewish students,” Foxx said.

Adding, “American universities are officially put on notice that we have come to take our universities back…College is not a park for play-acting juveniles or a battleground for radical activists. Everyone affiliated with these universities will receive a healthy dose of reality – actions have consequences.”

The World Health Organization’s Pandemic Treaty Ignores Covid Policy Mistakes

This story originally was published by Real Clear Wire

Real Clear Wire

The World Health Organization is urging the U.S. and 193 other governments to commit next month to a new global treaty to prevent and manage future pandemics. Current estimates suggest over $31 billion per year will be needed to fund its obligations, a cost most lower income countries cannot afford. But that isn’t the only reason to oppose it. Validating this treaty is a vote for the disastrous policies of the Covid years. Rather than taking time for deep reflection and serious reform, those pushing the pandemic treaty are set on ignoring and institutionalizing the WHO’s mistakes.

From the Spring of 2020, many experts warned that the panic begun in Wuhan’s unprecedented lockdown would cause wide-ranging damage—and indeed they did. School closures deprived a generation of children—especially poor children—of access to basic education. Businesses were shuttered. Vaccine and mask mandates made public health an authoritarian exercise of power devoid of science. Border quarantines promulgated the idea that the rest of the world is unclean.

But few experts care to seriously dissect these errors. How many schools of public health—in America or Europe—held serious debates during the Covid response, or since? Very few.

Opposing the treaty is a signal to the WHO and global health community that they cannot whitewash these mistakes. Next time, we need to ensure a better balance between trade-offs, evidence-based policies, and democratic rights. Such a view seeks to restore the WHO’s own definition of health into pandemic response: “a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

Yet the governing philosophy of the WHO emergency program is the exact opposite. Its leaders chastise the world to “move faster’ and “do more.” Bill Gates, the agency’s single largest private donor, is convinced lockdown benefits vastly outweighed their harms. He’s wrong.

Read through the current draft of the treaty itself and you will find a whole section dedicated to “fighting misinformation.” There is no section focused on preventing harm. Those speaking out about these dangers have been subjected to harsh censorship. Once esteemed professionals were summarily fired for describing the reality of what was happening. The authors of the anti-lockdown Great Barrington Declaration—professors at Stanford, Harvard, and Oxford—were subject to a “devastating takedown” at the hands of Dr. Fauci and top scientific bureaucrats at the National Institutes of Health and the WHO.

Public health came to resemble the police, and those pushing the new WHO treaty want to go further. It calls for more mandates, more vaccine passports, and more censorship—our new global health “Lockdown Doctrine.”

Proponents of the treaty would have you believe that it is merely a tool that countries can use to guide future pandemic response efforts, that it cannot trump national sovereignty or be used to force failed policies on entire populations. But the lifeblood of international treaties is not in the dried ink. Treaties are constantly ignored. Nonetheless, they do one thing very well: they create an illusion of consensus, signaling to those with power and influence. These priorities are then filtered down into national laws and plans where they can do tremendous damage.

How can national governments seriously endorse an international agreement when their own domestic Covid evaluations are ongoing? The UK Covid Inquiry is set to end in 2026. Australia’s commission is ongoing. Italy and Ireland have only recently announced them. Most have none planned.

The rush needs to slow down. The U.S. should avoid signing until a thorough, bipartisan review of WHO’s Covid pandemic management is accomplished. Until then, a vote for a pandemic treaty is a vote against real, positive change.

Kevin Bardosh is Director and Head of Research at Collateral Global. Jay Battacharya is a Professor at Stanford School of Medicine.

Billionaire Donors Are Pulling Funds From Universities That Allow Violent Anti-Semitic Protests…Should US Taxpayers Be Forced To Fund Universities That Allow Protesters Calling For Genocide of Jews On Their Campuses?

Surging anti-Semitism at elite private universities has captured the media spotlight and Congressional attention, but escalating anti-Israel protests at our nation’s premiere public universities should be of even greater concern because they are taxpayer and government-supported.

Should Jewish children be afraid to walk freely on a college campus in America in 2024 over fears of being targeted by large groups of individuals calling for the genocide of Israeli Jews?

Imagine how it must feel to be a young Jewish student who is forced to walk through these protesters, many of them fellow students whom they sit next to in class, who are either fueled by their hatred for Jews or have no idea what they’re protesting, as they openly call for the elimination of the Jewish state of Israel.

Philip Klein of the National Review explains what it means when protesters are shouting the phrase “Free Palestine from the river to the sea” or “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free” may seem innocuous to those unfamiliar with the geography of the region, but in reality, it represents calls for genocide against Jews.

Those of us who follow these issues closely have recoiled whenever we hear the phrase chanted at rallies around the world, or, as was the case last night, projected in massive letters on the library of my alma mater, George Washington University. We may take it for granted that everybody else understands why these words are so alarming. But it strikes me that, to the unacquainted, saying, “Free Palestine from the river to the sea” may seem like an innocent call for people to be free. How could that be objectionable?

Well, the issue is that “from the river to the sea” refers to the entire area in between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea — an area that encompasses not just territories captured by Israel in 1967 during the Six-Day War, but the entirety of Israel. Referring to that entire area as “Palestine” is not a call to end the occupation, to create a two-state solution, or even to return Israel to the borders that existed before 1967. It is a call for the elimination of Israel in its entirety. Israel is home to nearly half of the world’s Jewish population. The only way you can eliminate Israel and turn that whole area into Palestine is by killing millions of Jews.

There is simply no way of getting around the fact that anybody who utters the phrase “Free Palestine from the river to the sea” is advocating genocide.

Today, House Republicans stood up to colleges allowing radical anti-semitic protesters on campuses and put American universities and colleges on notice that they will lose their taxpayer funding away if officials at these so-called institutions of higher learning don’t put an end to these hateful and, at times, violent protests.

The Forward, a Jewish publication, ranked the top 18 colleges and universities that scored the best for “The Best Jewish Life” in America.

Let’s examine how great life is for Jewish students at the top 18 colleges and universities in America for “The Best Jewish Life” in the final months of their 2024 academic year:

1) University of Maryland, College Park — 34/34

Pro-Palestinian/Hamas protesters at the Univ. of Maryland are camping out in College Park “for Gaza.” As part of their list of “demands” of the university, the protesters claim the university must denounce the “genocide” in Gaza but don’t ask the university to denounce the violent terror attacks on innocent Israelis by Hamas on Oct. 7, 2023, or the recent rocket and drone attacks by Iran against Israel. The protester’s list of so-called “demands” of the university also includes protecting “Black and brown” students as well as the ridiculous demand to have police removed from campus.

The regurgitation of the demands that Barack Obama encouraged during his reign as America’s first anti-American President should come as no surprise, given that recent reports have revealed that Democrat mega-funder George Soros is behind the funding of these campus protests.

2) New York University — 33/34

Protesters on the New York University campus are seen chanting, “From the river to the sea, Palestine will soon be free!” The genocidal chant, for anyone who doesn’t know, is calling for the elimination of the Jewish state, as it references the land between the Jordan River, on the border of eastern Israel, and the Mediterranean Sea to the west. It was first used in the 1960s by Syrian leader Hafez al-Assad, the father of the country’s current dictator, who said: “We shall only accept war and the restoration of the usurped land … to oust you, aggressors, and throw you into the sea for good.”

Hamas is a radical Islamist movement which aspires to impose Islamic law. Hamas is the Arabic acronym for “Islamic Resistance Movement” and was founded in 1987, during the early days of the Palestinian Intifada against the Israeli occupation of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. The fundamentalist Islamic group won the 2006 elections by an absolute majority and expelled Fatah, the organization that formed the founding core of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO). And since 2007 — two years after the Israeli withdrawal from Gaza — it has been the de facto ruler of the Gaza Strip.

The 2017 constitution of Hamas, the Iran-funded, unofficial government of the unofficial state of Palestine, states: “Hamas rejects any alternative to the full and complete liberation of Palestine, from the river to the sea.”

T-3) Brandeis University — 32/34

Seven people were arrested on the Brandies University campus. One of the protesters, who calls Brandeis University a “social justice institution,” assaulted a police officer during a pro-Palestinian protest.

Reminiscent of the Black Lives Matter protests, responsible for the burning and looting of cities and towns across America, that began while the far-left agitator-in-chief, Barack Obama, was President, pro-Palestine protesters can be seen shouting in the faces of law enforcement on the campus at the University of CA on April 24.

On March 26, The ADL (Anti-Defamation League) wrote a strongly worded letter to the University of Michigan President Santa Ono, where they expressed their “deep concern in response to two troubling incidents reported to
ADL.” The left-leaning group, who gave over $14K to Joe Biden’s presidential campaign, wrote, “These episodes are just the latest in a string of unanswered incidents of antisemitism on the University of Michigan’s Ann Arbor campus, with Jewish students and faculty feeling harassed, threatened and fearful for their safety and wellbeing.”

ADL blasted the University of Michigan over reports of how students and their guests were prevented from celebrating their successful academic achievements of the Honors Convocation at Hill Auditorium by Anti-Israel protestors, calling the actions of the protestors “appalling” and accusing U of M of sitting back and allowing the open hostility toward the Jewish students to happen. “It is astonishing that hundreds of students and their parents were prevented from being honored and celebrated because of disturbances caused by anti-Israel hatred.” They continued, “We are trying to understand why the University appears to have allowed the demonstrators to shut down the event rather than having security remove those disrupting the event from the premises.”

The ADL asked U of M why one of their students, Salma Hamamy, who was recently given the Martin Luther King Jr. award, has not been arrested or charged for writing, “Until my last breath I will utter death to every single individual who
supports the Zionist state. Death and more. Death and worse!” on her Instagram account.

“Clearly, your Administration understands the severity of these threats as according to the email the Vice Provost for University Life sent on the evening of March 24, the University “increased security patrols on and around campus” in response to this threat. Yet it appears that no further action has been taken, and Ms. Hamamy is still part of the campus community. We assure you that calling for the death of Jews does not “depend on the context.” In their letter to the president, the ADL asked if Hamany’s “vile and inciting hate speech” has been referred “to the FBI for criminal investigation.

The ADL assured President Ono that the “two incidents are not outliers” and that students at U of M have “in some instances led by SAFE UMich – stormed the administration building, run for student government on platforms of intense anti-Zionism, and disrupted classes by marching through the Ross Business School multiple times. And those are just a few examples of very public behavior. We have not even discussed the personal attacks aimed
at Jewish students themselves.

The lax response by the university is in stark contrast to the proclamation of its credo, published on its website, to “build a safe and respectful community.”  Students, parents, alumni, taxpayers, and concerned citizens have complained that their communications to the university have fallen on deaf ears.

Only last month, following a blanket death threat to Israel-supporting students on campus and the defacement of the local Hillel chapter with swastikas, protestors disrupted and shut down the spring Honors convocation ceremony.  Now facing rising tensions on campus and trying to head off the cancellation of the May 4 commencement in its iconic Big House stadium, UM just released its commencement policy:

“The University of Michigan does not attempt to prevent peaceful protests or other speech protected under the First Amendment. Many ceremonies will have a designated area for protests outside the venue.
Our goal is to limit substantial disruption, ensure safety, and support a successful and celebratory event worthy of the achievements of our extraordinary graduates.”

After an initial wave of disruptive demonstrations and subsequent abrupt termination of the honors convocation, the UM administration disclosed that it was considering a “disruptive activity” policy that provided for the suspension and expulsion of students, which was found to violate the policy. UM’s leadership has yet to move forward with implementing any visible, substantive changes.

“We all must understand that, while protest is valued and protected, disruptions are not,” UM President Santo Ono wrote in a letter to the community following the shutdown of the honors convocation. “One group’s right to protest does not supersede the right of others to participate in a joyous event.”

“It was painful for everyone who had gathered, and especially so for members of our Jewish community,” Ono added.
There is no doubt a growing climate of fear for Jewish students on campus.  Many news accounts have detailed the intimidation, harassment, and violent rhetoric spiraling out of control at UM.  Just this year alone, two federal complaints have been filed against UM for violating the civil rights of Jewish students under Title VI protections. The Anti-Defamation League gave the university a failing grade for its unwillingness to enforce policy safeguarding the security and well-being of Jewish students on campus and in the classroom.

No Arrests For Hateful Hamamy…

Salma Hamamy, a senior and president of SAFE (Students Allied for Freedom & Equality, an offshoot of SJP – Students for Justice in Palestine) posted on her Instagram (which has since been deleted), “Until my last breath, I will utter death to every single individual who supports the Zionist State, Death and more. Death and worse.”

Hamamy appears to have deleted her post, but a post showing her leading students in a chant demanding the University of Michigan divest from Israel can be seen here, as the students shout at President Santa Ono:

Screenshot

According to a top official at U of M, Salma Hamamy has not been investigated for hate crimes by the FBI. The university has not revoked the radical student’s Martin Luther King award, and she is still enrolled as a student at U of M. To date, Ms. Hamamy has not been arrested for hate speech.

“Ono, Ono, you can’t hide! You are funding genocide!” the protesters chant as they fill the hallways of a University of Michigan building.

The University of Michigan is among the top five public universities with the largest Jewish enrollments, with an estimated 6,500 Jewish students, or nearly 15 percent of its total undergrad and graduate population. Those students come not just from Michigan but from all over the country, seeking the reputed educational and career cache of this top-tier university.

Several of its buildings, its world-class medical center, cardiovascular center, and academic departments are emblazoned with the names of Jewish alum and donors from suburban Detroit and elsewhere across the nation.

Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning

Regarded as the country’s foremost public research institution, the university is also among the leading recipients of federal grant monies.  According to a 2022 recap, the University reports it was ranked No.1 in research volume among US public universities for 11 consecutive years. The total value of UM research expenditures exceeded $1.86 billion in Fiscal Year 2023, with more than $1 billion or 56% of its total research volume coming from the federal government, its single largest sponsor of this activity.

The university’s operations as a public state university are also bankrolled to the tune of $357 million by Michigan taxpayers.

Boasting the country’s second-largest alumni network amongst all public and private universities, UM’s endowment was valued at $17.9 billion as of June 30, 2023, ranking it third among all public universities.

The university’s largest single donor is New York real estate magnate Stephen Ross, founder and chair of Related Companies.  A graduate of the U of M’s undergraduate business school, which now bears his name, the billionaire has given, in aggregate, close to half a billion dollars.  Unlike his heavy-hitting counterparts at other colleges and universities engulfed in anti-Semitic furor, Ross has yet to publicly speak out and demand the university take decisive action to check the spiraling Jew-hatred on campus.

Billionaire U of M donor Stephen Ross

Just days ago, Robert Kraft, owner of the New England Patriots and a graduate of Columbia, announced that he is withholding his giving to Columbia until the climate there is safe for Jewish students.

Former Columbia Univestity donor and New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft.

Kraft pulled support for his alma mater because of the antisemitic violence and protests on campus, wrote in the newspaper that the focus of the demonstrations should shed light on what professors have taught those students.

“Today, the attention and visuals surrounding the hateful protests taking place on Columbia’s campus have been focused on the students, but the students have been taught and empowered by faculty more focused on politics than they are on education,” Kraft wrote.

“These are not the professors I had who exemplified the fundamental principles underpinning the mission of higher education in the United States.”

He added, “I do not recognize my alma mater.”

Kraft wrote to his astonishment over the signs on campus which read, “Go Back to Poland,” and chants of “Kill all the Jews” and “October 7th 10,000 more times.”

“The Columbia I loved is no longer a place I know,” he added in the New York Post.

Similarly, hedge fund billionaire Bill Ackman withdrew his support from his alma mater, Harvard University, in the wake of anti-Israel and anti-Semitic protests on campus.

Former Harvard donor Bill Ackman

Former US Ambassador Jon Huntsman, a Mormon and a long-time University of Pennsylvania donor and former trustee, said his foundation would “close its checkbook” to UPenn in response to UPenn’s “moral relativism” and “silence” in the face of the Oct. 7 Hamas terrorist attack on Israel.

Former UPenn donor Jon Huntsman Jr. (AP Photo/Rick Bowmer)

Ross’s silence is even more notable because his giving far eclipses the donations of his peers and because he has been involved in Jewish philanthropy.  Ross is also the owner of the Miami Dolphins and is the nephew of the late Max Fischer, a Detroit industrialist and icon in the Michigan Jewish community.

Recently, protestors entered the eponymously named Ross School of Business, disrupting classes and making it impossible for students to concentrate on their lectures. No action has been taken against the disrupters to date, even though one professor had to cancel class.

The University of Michigan is governed by its Board of Regents, 3 of whom are Jewish – Ron Weiser, Jordan Acker, and Mark Bernstein.   None of them has been vociferously outspoken against the violent rhetoric and militant anti-Semitism on campus and in the classroom.

Screenshot

In March, the CSG (Central Student Government) elected “Shut It Down” on a BDS platform to a majority position. Shut It Down professes to “take decisive action to disrupt the status quo.” They also profess that “we will halt CSG activity and funding disbursal until the University of Michigan divests (from Israel). We will Shut It Down!”

Watch the video of small children joining in the hateful protest against Israel on the University of Michigan campus. A young girl can be seen chanting, “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free!” into a megaphone.

Given UM’s status as the nation’s top-government-funded public research institution and its tolerance of an alarmingly hostile and hate-inciting environment on campus, the actions, or lack thereof, of its administration warrant Congressional scrutiny. Congress needs to haul in the university’s leadership team and hold their feet to the fires of anti-semitism they are fanning by failing to reassert authority over the campus.

The U of M Hillel Rabbi David Rosen has written a letter to the Jewish U of M students after he went to administration and asked for a large “Infitata” banner calling for violence against Jews that is hanging from one of the buildings on campus. U of M officials refused to remove it.

From the U of M Hillel rabbi:

Dear Jewish Wolverines,

I hope that everyone has had an inspirational start to Passover. On campus, Hillel supported more than 1,000 students participating in seders – some at our building and ones students hosted in their apartments. As we come out of the first days of Passover, I wanted to send you an update about where things are on campus.

Like on many campuses, there’s an encampment of about 20 tents on the Diag. Blocking one of the entrances to the Diag is a giant banner that reads “LONG LIVE THE INTIFADA”.

As you may know, the Intifada was a violent uprising that included terrorists bombing buses, pizza parlors, and Passover Seders. Before Passover began, I told the University that a sign calling for violence against Jews has no place on campus and must be removed immediately. The banner remains. And it’s more than this sign: students have consistently been sharing with us their concern about language used on signs and in chants that call for violence against Jews. This is not about free speech. This is intimidation and harassment.

I would hope that such hate would not be tolerated anywhere, especially at the University of Michigan — a place of learning and free inquiry open to all and funded by taxpayers from across the state. Make no mistake: this is dangerous language calling for violence. As we discussed at our Seder tables earlier this week, the Jewish people have endured so much more over the millennia. But when we sense a canary in the coal mine, we know that we must act. Messages of hate must not be tolerated. The University must intervene, enforce its own policies, and take down signs that call for violence.

Finals have begun. Finals are stressful enough in a typical year, and this has been far from a typical year. If you are a parent, friend, or loved one of a Jewish student at Michigan, call them, check in, ask how they are doing, listen, and let them know that they are loved. Let them know that Hillel is here for them. Our building remains open for those looking for a safe and quiet place to study, schmooze, eat Kosher for Passover snacks, and get support. And tomorrow, we will be hosting our final Shabbat of the semester, yet another time for the community to come together, proud to be Jewish.

There is a long, proud history of Jewish students at the University of Michigan. For nearly 100 years Michigan Hillel has been here to cultivate and support a thriving Jewish community. We are determined that Michigan must remain a great place to be a Jewish student.

Go blue.

Democrats Lose Big Time After Appeals Court Denies Request to Reconsider Whether Date Requirement for Mail-In Ballots is Enforceable in Pennsylvania

Last month the Third US Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that mail-in ballots with no dates cannot be counted by Pennsylvania election officials.

Democrats use this tactic frequently to add more ballots to their candidate’s totals following election day.

“Mailed ballots that arrive on time but in envelopes without dates handwritten by Pennsylvania voters or with incorrect dates should not be counted, a three-judge panel of the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Wednesday. Their 2-1 decision strikes down a lower court ruling.” NPR reported last month.

“The main legal issue surrounding what are often called “undated ballots” is whether not tallying them violates the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which says a person’s right to vote cannot be denied for “an error or omission” that is “not material” in determining voting eligibility.” NPR reported.

Democrat lawyers requested an en banc review (a decision from the court’s entire slate of judges) and the appeals court ruled against them.

In a 9-4 vote, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals on Tuesday denied a request for en banc review to reconsider whether the date requirement for mail-in ballots is enforceable in Pennsylvania.

Tuesday’s decision will likely send the fight to the US Supreme Court.

The Democrats used mail-in ballots to steal Pennsylvania for Joe Biden in 2020.

Recall that in 2020 the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that mail-in/ballots with no dates or handwritten names/addresses on the outer envelopes can be counted.

In 2020 Trump’s legal team argued that the General Assembly set forth in the Election Code the requirements for how a qualified elector can cast a mail-in or absentee ballot.

A voter is required to “fill out, date, and sign” the declaration on the outside envelope the Trump campaign argued (citing 25 P.S. §§ 3146.6(a) and 3150.16(a)).

The Trump campaign argued that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court has repeatedly ruled that the requirements of the sections of Election Code impose mandatory obligations that the ballots cast falling short of these requirements cannot be counted.

The Philadelphia Board actually argued that the Election Code set forth by the General Assembly does not require them to set aside “timely-filed ballots” for “merely missing handwritten names, street addresses, and/or dates on the signed voter declaration.”

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court shot down the Trump campaign’s argument and said voters failing to fill out their name/address and date on the envelope is just a “technical violation” of the Election Code and does not “warrant the wholesale disenfranchisement of thousands of Pennsylvania voters.”

In October 2020, the US Supreme Court declined to block a Pennsylvania state court ruling that allowed mail-in ballots to be counted even if they arrive days after Election Day.

EXCLUSIVE: New Gen 47 PAC to Whip Up Support for Trump Through Pop Culture and Concert Events with A-List Acts – YOU WON’T BELIEVE THE NAMES THAT ARE JOINING IN! (VIDEO)

New Gen 47 PAC launch video

STAY-TUNED – more updates coming that will blow your mind!

New Gen 47 PAC, a new political action committee, seeks to use popular culture and is in talks with A-list celebrities to focus on turning out low-propensity voters in swing states and purple suburban counties for President Trump and conservative candidates this November.

The group was founded by LJ Fino, President of First Class Records, and PR consultant Alex Fahmy. It can be recalled that LJ Fino had a hand in producing hit #1 songs, such as “Justice for All” featuring Donald Trump and the J6 Choir and “Kari Lake’s 81 Million Votes my Ass,” as Mailman Media’s Head of Recorded Music Operations. Fino’s First Class Records label has also produced music by Lara Trump.

Under New Gen 47, Fino and Fahmy plan to hold concerts and music events with famous musicians to rally voters for Donald Trump and other conservatives in November.

Their first event will be held sometime in June, and the group will hold more concert-style events with A-list entertainers, soon to be announced. The Gateway Pundit has knowledge of some of the entertainers New Gen 47 is currently in talks with, and it’s something to look forward to!

Fino told The Gateway Pundit, “NEW GEN 47 is a Hybrid PAC that combines popular culture with politics. We will be focusing on reminding the electorate which Presidential candidate benefits all Americans from all walks of life, and that candidate is President Donald J. Trump.”

He continued, “President Trump signed the Bi-Partisan Music Modernization Act into law, which helped songwriters, musicians, performers, and creatives receive fair compensation for their work in the arts and changed copyright law to better reflect the digital era of music. It is incredibly hard for me to fathom why people continue to vote for a candidate who has repeatedly lied and made racist remarks throughout his long career in politics and signed the 1994 Crime Bill, which unfairly treated minority individuals and resulted in the mass incarceration of a group of Americans whom President Biden and his party claim to support.”

“President Trump also signed legislation in 2018 that provided more than 360 million dollars in funding to Historically Black Colleges and Universities as part of his efforts to expand opportunities for minorities in higher education,” Fino added.

“You can ask yourself the age-old question, ‘Are you better off today than you were four years ago?’ and no one can genuinely say ‘Yes,’ with the exception of Hunter Biden.”

co-founder Alex Fahmy had similar comments, telling The Gateway Pundit, “Over 60% of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck thanks to Joe Biden’s ‘Bidenomics.’ This election is between putting America First with President Trump or continuing to put America Last with Joe Biden.”

“Joe Biden is rolling out the red carpet for illegal immigrants, and people are waking up to it. Our tax dollars are paying for visa gift cards, plane tickets, free healthcare, and housing for illegal immigrants.”

According to New Gen 47’s webpage,

Welcome to NEW GEN 47, where the pulse of the future beats with the rhythm of change.

We’re not just a Hybrid PAC; we’re a movement fueled by the energy of a new generation. We’re on a mission to ignite a revolution in politics—one that resonates with the youth of today.

Our goal is crystal clear: to secure another term for Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential election, pitting his vision against the status quo. But we’re not just about politics as usual. We’re about rewriting the script, infusing pop culture into the MAGA Movement, and embracing the diverse voices that make up our nation.

At NEW GEN 47, we believe that politicians are the new celebrities, and by harnessing the power of pop culture, we’re opening doors to Independent and disengaged voters like never before. Our mission is multi-faceted: to educate, energize, and empower young voters aged 18-39, particularly in Florida and Key Swing States. We’re not just registering voters; we’re sparking conversations, building bridges, and amplifying President Trump’s agenda through social media and direct outreach.

But we can’t do it alone. We’re forging partnerships with community leaders, Trump-endorsed politicians and candidates, educational institutions, celebrities, influencers, and businesses—because change is a team sport, and together, we’re unstoppable.

So, if you’re ready to be part of something bigger than politics as usual, if you’re ready to make your voice heard and your vote count, then join us at NEW GEN 47. Together, let’s shape the future, one election at a time.

You can support New Gen 47’s mission to turn out voters for President Trump here!

You can also follow New Gen 47 on Truth Social, X, and Instagram.

We are currently seeing a shift in pop culture, with former and current Hollywood stars waking up to the reality of the Democrat party. While Biden tries to bribe porn creators on Only Fans to push his propaganda, more and more well-known actors, comedians, and musicians are realizing Trump is the answer to this country’s problems.

As The Gateway Pundit recently reported, comic legend Jerry Seinfeld calls out the joy-killers in the far-left for ruining comedy with political correctness.

Cherie Currie, former lead vocalist of the iconic 1970s rock band The Runaways, recently delivered a vehement condemnation of the Democratic Party and former President Barack Obama.

Drea de Matteo, a star of the legendary HBO series ‘The Sopranos,’ recently slammed Biden’s Far-Left policies and Illegal Immigration after it was revealed the actress was blacklisted in Hollywood for refusing the COVID jab.

This is also seen in the music industry with rap stars like Lil Wayne, Kodak Black, Snoop Dogg50 Cent, Meek Mill, Chief Keef, Waka Flocka Flame, Lil Pump, and others expressing frustration with the Biden Regime and signaling that they will support President Trump in 2024.

Kodak Black, one of the top rap stars in the world today, endorsed Donald Trump for President in 2024, saying, “We need Donald Trump in office, forever!”

It can be recalled that Lil Wayne also endorsed Trump for President in 2020, and with the way things are going in Biden’s America, he’s likely not changed his mind!

This could be why President Trump’s popularity within the black community continues to grow, and racist Joe Biden is losing popularity among black voters.

Last week, rapper Afroman came out with a parody of his 2000 hit song “Because I Got High.” His incredible new song, “Hunter Got High,” produced by Baste Records, makes fun of Hunter Biden for his drug usage, scandalous laptop, d*ck pics, prostitutes, and foreign business dealings with China and Ukraine. Listen here:

HILARIOUS: “He Was Gonna Get His Laptop Fixed But Hunter Got High” – Rapper Afroman Releases New Song “Hunter Got High”

“Hollywood is melting right now,” said Fahmy, pointing to Biden’s recent New York fundraiser with former Presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton, Stephen Colbert, Lizzo, and other Hollywood stars, which raised a record $25 million, which President Trump shattered at his fundraiser about a week later, setting a new $50 million record.

‘You Guys Put Yourself in That Position’: Columbia Protest Leader Struggles for Words as Reporters Expose Hypocrisy for Demanding University to Feed Protesters Who Occupied Hamilton Hall (VIDEO)

Screenshot: Johannah King-Slutzky, a paid instructor & PhD candidate at Columbia

A Columbia University protest leader was caught in a cycle of contradictions when reporters questioned the logic behind the protestors’ demands for food and water after they had unlawfully taken over Hamilton Hall.

The protest escalated dramatically overnight, with the group smashing windows and forcefully entering the building. The Hamas supporters fortified their position by barricading doors and covering windows, effectively taking control of the academic building.

The occupation began around half past midnight following a standoff on the university’s academic lawn, where protesters had set up roughly 120 tents. The move to storm Hamilton Hall, a central location used by university deans, came shortly after the university administration took action to suspend those refusing to dismantle their encampment.

A Columbia facilities worker recounted the harrowing experience of being held against his will by the protesters. “They held me hostage,” the worker disclosed to the Columbia Spectator after being released.

The protesters have laid out clear demands: for Columbia University to divest from Israel, increase transparency regarding their financial affiliations, and grant amnesty to all students involved in the prolonged demonstrations, Fox News reported.

Protestors are now demanding that the university provide them with food and water, essential supplies they were cut off from due to their own barricades. They argue that their basic needs should be met despite their aggressive actions.

A reporter challenged the protest leader, asking why the university should cater to the needs of those who unlawfully occupied its property.

“Why should the university be obligated to provide food to people who’ve taken over a building?” the reporter asked.

The leader’s response was a mix of entitlement and confusion, first asserting an obligation due to paid meal plans, then scrambling to clarify the nature of their requests for “basic humanitarian aid.”

The conversation became increasingly muddled as the reporter pointed out the self-inflicted nature of the situation, with the protest leader contradicting earlier statements by saying they were not asking for direct provision but rather non-interference with outside aid – a commitment they sought from the university.

Protest Leader: “Well, first of all, we’re saying that they’re obligated to provide food to students who pay for a meal plan here.”

Reporter: “But you mentioned that there was a request that food and water be brought in.”

Protest Leader: “Unless I misunderstood. To allow it to be brought in. I guess it’s ultimately a question of what community and obligation Columbia feels it has to its students. Do you want students to die of dehydration and starvation or get severely ill, even if they disagree with you? If the answer is no, then you should allow basic… I mean, it’s crazy to say because we’re on an Ivy League campus, but this is basic humanitarian aid we’re asking for. Could people please have a glass of water?”

Reporter: “Don’t they have water? But they did put themselves in that very deliberately in that situation and in that position. So it seems like you’re saying, ‘We want to be revolutionaries. We want to take up this building. Now, would you please bring us food and water?’”

Protest Leader: “Nobody’s asking them to bring anything. We’re asking them to not violently stop us from bringing in basic humanitarian aid.”

As the dialogue continued, the leader’s position became less clear, with them admitting uncertainty over whether attempts to deliver food had been made or prevented, revealing cracks in the protesters’ front.

Second reporter: They’re stopping the delivery of food?

Protest Leader: We are looking for a commitment from them that they will not stop it.

Second reporter: But they haven’t stopped it yet?

Protest Leader: Well… I don’t… I am not… I don’t know to what extent it has been attempted, but we’re looking for a commitment.

Investigative reporter Jordan Schachtel was able to identify the Pro-Hamas spokesperson.

“I did a quick search and found that this lady, who refused to reveal her name, is named Johannah King-Slutzky. She is a paid instructor & PhD candidate at Columbia studying “theories of the imagination & poetry as interpreted through a Marxian lens.” No, I’m not making this up,” Schachtel wrote on X.

Israel’s Prime Minister Netanyahu Responds to Potential War Crimes Arrest Warrants from International Criminal Court (VIDEO)

Screenshot: Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu/X

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu responded strongly to reports that the International Criminal Court (ICC) may soon issue arrest warrants for him and other senior officials.

The ICC, based in The Hague, is said to be nearing the decision to issue warrants for Netanyahu and other high-ranking figures in the Israeli government. The allegations are tied to events that took place during the Israeli-Hamas conflict.

Despite Israel’s non-membership and non-recognition of the court, the Palestinian territories were admitted as a member state in 2015, allowing the court potential jurisdiction over alleged war crimes committed by both Hamas and Israeli forces in Gaza.

ICC Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan previously stated that the court has the “authority” to investigate any such crimes, with the intention to hold accountable those found to be in violation of international law.

In a fiery statement, Prime Minister Netanyahu condemned the ICC’s potential move, framing it as a gross misjudgment and a threat to Israel’s national security.

“The International Criminal Court in The Hague is contemplating issuing arrest warrants against senior Israeli government and military officials as war criminals,” said Netanyahu in a video released Tuesday.

“This would be an outrage of historic proportions. International bodies like the ICC arose in the wake of the Holocaust committed against the Jewish people. They were set up to prevent such horrors, to prevent future genocides. Yet now, the international court is trying to put Israel in the dark.”

“It’s trying to put us in the dark as we defend ourselves against genocidal terrorists and regimes Iran, of course, that openly works to destroy the one and only Jewish state.”

Highlighting the ethical conduct of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), Netanyahu praised their efforts to minimize civilian casualties, a task complicated by Hamas’s alleged use of human shields.

“Branding Israel’s leaders and soldiers as war criminals will pour jet fuel on the fires of anti-Semitism, those fires that are already raging on the campuses of America and across capitals around the world. It will also be the first time that a democratic country, fighting for its life according to the rules of war, is itself accused of war crimes.

“The Israeli army, the IDF, is one of the most moral militaries in the world. It takes endless measures to prevent civilian casualties, measures that no other army takes. It does so while fighting a terrorist enemy which uses its own civilians as human shields. You know the truth. Hamas places its weapons, its terrorists, in hospitals, schools, mosques, and throughout civilian areas. They do this in order to win immunity and to maximize civilian casualties.”

The Prime Minister also highlighted Israel’s ongoing humanitarian efforts in Gaza, contrasting them with Hamas’s claimed disregard for Palestinian lives and misuse of humanitarian aid.

Netanyahu’s response was clear in its rejection of the ICC’s jurisdiction over Israeli actions and its insinuation that Israel’s self-defense measures could be equated with war crimes.

He stressed Israel’s robust legal system, capable of investigating any violations, and dismissed the ICC’s actions to paralyze Israel’s defensive capabilities rather than seeking justice.

“The government and people of Israel reject outright this grave threat to our security, this grave threat to our very existence. I want to assure you that no ICC action will impact Israel’s iron-clad determination to achieve the goals of our war with Hamas terrorists. We will destroy Hamas’s military and governing capabilities in Gaza. We will release all our hostages, and we will ensure that Gaza never poses a threat to Israel again.”

The Prime Minister concluded his statement by calling upon the international community, particularly the leaders of democratic nations, to oppose the ICC’s “outrageous assault” on Israel’s right to self-defense.

He urged allies to stand with Israel in their confrontation with “the barbarians of Hamas and Iran,” and in the broader effort to establish global peace.

HISTORIC Speech Declares THIS “Conspiracy” a REALITY | Beyond the Headlines

Recently, CPAC was held in Budapest, Hungary, and among the many prestigious speakers, one took the stage by storm. Eva Vlaardingerbroek, known for her work during the Dutch farmer protest, declared the Great Replacement conspiracy a REALITY — to the cheers and applause of an approving crowd. Most of the world is waking up to this fact — so why does the establishment still treat it as an evil and harmful conspiracy theory?

DEVELOPING: Biden Regime is Considering Flooding US with ‘Refugees’ From Gaza

The United States staged a food airdrop in Gaza Saturday, dumping 66 bundles containing about 38,000 meals. (@CollinRugg / X screen shot

Here we go.

The Biden Regime is considering ‘welcoming’ so-called ‘refugees’ from Gaza into the United States.

According to internal federal documents obtained by CBS News, the Biden Regime is considering resettling Palestinians who have family members in the US.

Egypt doesn’t even want to take in refugees from Gaza!

The US will work with Egypt to resettle Palestinian refugees who have escaped there.

CBS News reported:

The Biden administration is considering bringing certain Palestinians to the U.S. as refugees, a move that would offer a permanent safe haven to some of those fleeing war-torn Gaza, according to internal federal government documents obtained by CBS News.

In recent weeks, the documents show, senior officials across several federal U.S. agencies have discussed the practicality of different options to resettle Palestinians from Gaza who have immediate family members who are American citizens or permanent residents.

One of those proposals involves using the decades-old United States Refugee Admissions Program to welcome Palestinians with U.S. ties who have managed to escape Gaza and enter neighboring Egypt, according to the inter-agency planning documents.

Top U.S. officials have also discussed getting additional Palestinians out of Gaza and processing them as refugees if they have American relatives, the documents show. The plans would require coordination with Egypt, which has so far refused to welcome large numbers of people from Gaza.

This is as Hamas supporters are violently taking over universities and demanding colleges stop doing business with companies with ties to Israel.

As TGP contributor Ben Wetmore reported last week, part of the $9 billion in relief being sent to the Palestinians of the Gaza Strip, claims a former Congressman who sat for years on the Foreign Affairs Committee, is secret funding for massive Palestinian resettlement in America and Canada.

Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) last week said that the billions being sent to Gaza are suspicious in that the funds seem disconnected from the reality of a true humanitarian mission. The funds are legally worded in such a way as to give the Biden Regime the ability to do whatever it wants with the money.

I’m pouring through the pages of the three supplemental funding bills. Don’t buy what they are selling. Came across this on page 11:
‘‘International Disaster Assistance’’, $5,655,000,000, to remain available until expended, to address humanitarian needs, and
‘‘Migration and… pic.twitter.com/lhkoXVuZWp

— Rep. Paul Gosar, DDS (@RepGosar) April 18, 2024

As TGP’s Ben Wetmore noted, Congressman Steve Stockman said the Biden Regime and Deep State are planning a massive resettlement of Palestinians to the West.

“The $9 billion in relief aid wasn’t meant to actually help the Palestinians who need it,” Stockman said. “They structured it as ‘humanitarian aid’ because legally, that definition is so broad that they can repurpose the aid however they want. It’s a classic Congressional con game with this funding. It’s part of the billions and trillions spent every year by the deep state to accomplish its goals, and most of it is right out in the open.”

“They are going to use this money to resettle Palestinians in America, using this pier, the same way the militant left used Muslim refugees from Syria to colonize Europe.”
