A second seated juror was dismissed on Thursday after they were sworn in by the judge presiding over the Stormy Daniels ‘hush money’ trial.

One juror on Thursday was already excused from service after she admitted to concerns about her impartiality upon being officially sworn in by Judge Juan Merchan.

“Yesterday alone, I had friends and family push things to me,” the first dismissed juror stated. “I don’t think at this point that I can be fair and unbiased.”

A second juror was dismissed over his past arrest. Details of juror number 4’s criminal past were not disclosed.

NBC News reported:

After they had a conference with the juror, Merchan announced he’s excusing juror No. 4, who had previously been seated and sworn him. His prior arrest was questioned by the DA.

A seated juror was called for questioning, with prosecutors inquiring about whether or not he was truthful in answering questions about his past criminal history.

Following a conference between the juror and Merchan, the judge said, the juror “expressed annoyance about how much information was out there about him in the public.”

And Merchan sealed the portion of the transcript where he says the juror discussed “highly personal” information.

Jury selection was underway on Thursday for Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg’s lawfare case against Trump. Last April Trump was hit with 34 felony counts of falsifying business records and conspiracy.

Judge Merchan admonished the mainstream media for excessive exposure of juror information. He announced that potential jurors’ places of employment would be removed from the public record and instructed members of the media to refrain from describing jurors’ appearances.

I swear we are living in some kind of bizarro “Twilight Zone” episode. Or a zombie apocalypse nightmare. Things are that bizarre in America nowadays.

48 hours ago, I was watching a TV show on CBS when a promotion came on my TV screen for the CBS morning show. Host Gayle King (Oprah’s BFF) said, “Join us tomorrow for our show dedicated to how to keep your children safe- with HHS Chief Alejandro Mayorkas.”

Did I really hear that? I reversed my TV to watch it again. Gayle King really said that. This one :30 second promotion proves without any doubt that leftists and the liberal media are a combination of insane, delusional and suicide bombers.

They’re a danger to us all. A danger to our survival. A danger to our children’s lives.

It also proves without a doubt that we are being brainwashed, gaslighted and defrauded with a level of media propaganda not seen since the Nazi Germany Gestapo, Soviet Union KGB and East Germany Stasi.

Our nation is under foreign invasion by millions of barbarians- including murderers; rapists; terrorists; welfare addicts who will bankrupt our country; illegal alien invaders carrying third word diseases that will kill us; and let’s not forget millions of military-age men from our enemies like China, Hamas, Hezbollah and MS-13.

This is literally an ARMY of 20 million or more brand new illegal alien criminals that can and will turn America into “Mad Max” at a moment’s notice if…

A) They get their marching orders from their leaders to destroy America…

or B) their goal is to create crisis, chaos, anarchy, unrest, rioting, looting, torching, killing, fear and intimidation before the November election to prevent Trump from taking back the White House …

or C) their goal is to create crisis, chaos, anarchy, unrest, rioting, looting, torching, killing, fear and intimidation after the election in order to topple the Trump administration…

or most likely, D) all of the above.

In the middle of it all sits HHS Chief Alejandro Mayorkas.

In my opinion Alejandro Majorkas is the worst traitor in the history of America. He is evil personified. He is the devil. Or he is certainly taking his marching orders from Satan himself.

Majorkas makes Benedict Arnold (who gave the secret location of General George Washington to the British Army and was banned from America for the rest of his life) look like a petty pickpocket.

Majorkas makes Julius and Ethel Rosenberg (who passed secrets about the atomic bomb to the Soviet Union in 1945 and were executed) look like pikers.

Majorkas is doing more damage to America and America’s children than anyone in the history of America.

He is not only enabling and empowering the full-scale invasion of America…and letting barbarians into our country who will murder and rape your children…and infect your children with third world diseases…and bring pedophiles and perverts into our country…and the cost of this illegal invasion will force higher taxes that will destroy quality of life for your children…but perhaps worst of all, Majorkas is allowing all the fentanyl into America that will hook your children on drugs, ruin their lives, and literally kill over 100,000 Americans annually.

One of them could be your child.

Wait, it gets worse. We just let 20 million brand new illegals into America- at least that many. Because this administration of suicide bombers admits 10 million have been welcomed in in the past 3 ½ years. But that number does not include “got aways.” That at least doubles the number to 20 million. Maybe substantially more. And that’s 20 million as of today. But by Trump’s swearing in on January 20, 2025, it may well be 30 million, or more.

Think about this. We’ve added 20 to 30 million new poverty-stricken patients, but no new doctors. This is the bankruptcy and collapse of our healthcare system.

And we’ve added millions of new criminals and terrorists, but no new cops. This will lead to mass chaos, anarchy and the worst crime wave ever seen in America’s history.

It’s already started.

Think what all these millions of illegal alien children added to public schools will do to retard your children’s education and their future earning potential.

And how about the national debt. This foreign invasion is costing America about half a trillion dollars a year. That’s what they admit- it’s probably much higher. That’s trillions added to the national debt in the next decade. Our economy will be overwhelmed. Our country will collapse.

Alejandro Majorkas is the point man for the intentional destruction of America.

He has done more damage to our country and our children than anyone in history. He is more deadly to America than all the Islamic terrorists in the world combined.

And yet the CBS morning show portrays him as a “hero” who can show us how to keep our children safe. And the U.S. Senate voted for the first time in history to kill his impeachment trial before it even started.

This is the definition of gaslighting and propaganda. This man is the enemy of every American citizen. He is the enemy of your children. He is evil personified. He is the devil.

I know where he belongs. Burning in hell.

But until then, how about we elect President Trump on November 5th. And then immediately indict Alejandro Majorkas for treason. And after conviction, sentence him to life in prison, breaking rocks at Guantanamo.

And then America will be great again. And your children will be safe again. God bless America.

Arizona Congressional Candidate Abe Hamadeh (AZ-08) laid out a comprehensive election integrity plan, exclusively to The Gateway Pundit, to ensure elections are free and fair and election fraudsters are punished when he is elected to U.S. Congress.

Hamadeh plans to introduce legislation to crack down on cheaters, illegal immigrants voting in local and federal elections, ranked-choice voting and private funds, such as Zuckerbucks, influencing elections.

Maricopa County, Arizona, which holds 60% of the state’s electorate and the fourth largest county in the Country, received $3 million in ‘Zuckerbucks’ from a Democrat non-profit before the stolen 2020 election. Still, roughly four years later, Nobody knows who accepted it or where it went.

Hamadeh told The Gateway Pundit in a statement, “I fully support election integrity efforts to ensure every vote counts and every voice is heard. A secure election is fundamental to our democracy and the very fabric our country was founded upon, and I am committed to upholding the integrity of our electoral process.”

“I firmly believe we must implement a unified standard of voting in order to achieve this. My comprehensive election integrity plan will achieve just that, and I look forward to proposing these policies on day one in Congress,” He continued.

As The Gateway Pundit readers recall, Abe Hamadeh’s race for Arizona Attorney General in 2022 was stolen by just 280 votes after 60% of voting machines in Maricopa County due to intentional voter suppression that targeted Republicans on election day. Additionally, thousands of ballots were not counted due to wrongfully canceled voter registrations and ballot misreads across the state of Arizona.

No serious person believes the 2022 election in Arizona was run fairly for statewide candidates.

President Trump has endorsed Abraham Hamadeh for Congress in Arizona’s 8th District, noting that Abe is “Strong on the Border, the Military/Vets, Crime, Cutting Taxes, Election Integrity, and Protecting our Great Second Amendment.” 

Like Trump, Hamadeh refused to surrender to the radical left and their stolen elections and fought his election lawsuit all the way through the corrupt Kangaroo Courts.

Abe’s five-point plan to secure elections nationwide is as follows:

Voter ID Requirement for Federal Elections: I will introduce legislation that requires states to adopt voter identification for federal races. If a citizen does not have a valid identification, they will not be allowed to vote. 

Federal Ban on Ranked Choice Voting: On day one in Congress, I will introduce legislation that imposes a federal ban on ranked choice voting for federal races. At its core, ranked choice voting is unconstitutional and should be banned at the federal level. Ranked choice voting takes away our country’s long history of a vigorous primary system, confuses voters, and makes it nearly impossible to conduct audits to ensure election integrity.

Withhold Federal Funding From Cities that Allow Non-Citizens to Vote: In Congress, I will advocate for withholding federal funding to cities that allow noncitizens to vote in local elections. Voting is a right that extends to all lawful citizens of the United States. Any individual who is in the United States illegally should not be allowed to vote in any local election. 

Strict Penalties for Election Fraud: In Congress, I will introduce legislation that imposes severe penalties for election fraud to deter individuals from engaging in fraudulent activities including making voter fraud a federal crime. Election fraud is a severe crime and any individual found guilty of violating election laws or undermining the integrity of the electoral process will be prosecuted accordingly. 

Ban Corporate and Non-Profit Funding: I will introduce legislation to prevent all private donations to help run elections. Americans should never have another “Zuckerbucks” interference in an election. Free and fair elections are the centerpiece of our country and there is no room for corporate meddling to tilt outcomes and further encourage widespread fraud. 

In addition, Congress should allocate funds for states to upgrade and secure their voting machines, including regular cybersecurity assessments and prohibit the use of internet-based voting systems due to security vulnerabilities.

This includes enhancing cybersecurity measures to protect voter databases, election systems, and infrastructure from foreign interference or hacking attempts. We must establish protocols for responding to cybersecurity threats and ensure transparency in reporting any breaches or attempts to undermine election integrity.

“It is time to restore confidence in our democracy and protect the fundamental right to vote as Americans. I will tirelessly fight for the integrity of our elections for generations to come when elected to Congress. This is my promise to not only Arizona but to all Americans,” Hamadeh concluded.

Elon Musk on Tuesday blasted radical NPR CEO Katherine Maher after video emerged of Maher trashing the First Amendment of the US Constitution.

After having secured 99% of the US legacy media, Democrats in America today are outraged that their lies and half-truths are challenged by the American public and independent voices. Today’s Democrat believes they should be the arbiters of truth despite their insane ideas and completely fraudulent statements on news and current issues.

Katherine Maher is no different.

Maher described her disgust for the First Amendment to the Atlantic Council in a recent interview.

Katherine Maher: “The “the number one challenge” here that we see is, of course, the First Amendment in the United States which is a fairly robust protection of rights and a protection of rights for platforms that I actually think is very important that platforms have those rights to actually regulate what content they want on their sites. But it also means that it’s a little bit tricky to really address some of the real challenges of where does that information come from and some of the influence peddlers who have made a real market economy around it.

Several states lost access to 911 emergency call services late last night causing many residents not to have any access to emergency services.

Nebraska, South Dakota, Texas, and Nevada residents experienced emergency service outages from around 10 p.m. to midnight.

Authorities in Texas reported the outages were due to “an outage with a major cellular carrier” but did not elaborate on which carrier was responsible.

The outages were first reported in Las Vegas, which caused the Las Vegas Police Department to urge those needing emergency services to dial 911, and dispatchers would call them back.

Outages in Texas, Nevada, and Nebraska were only reported in several cities and towns, but South Dakota experienced a state-wide outage.

Per CBS:

Multiple states lost access to emergency dispatchers late last night, meaning that residents could not call 911.

The issue affected parts of Nebraska, Texas and Nevada, and all of South Dakota. The outage was first reported around 10 p.m. local time. Service was restored around midnight, officials said.

In Texas, the City of Del Rio Police Department said the outage was because of “an outage with a major cellular carrier.” The department did not specify which cellular carrier was responsible.

Affected areas recommended that residents call non-emergency numbers amid the outage.

In Las Vegas, Nevada, officials said that 911 calls from landlines were not working, but that dispatchers could still see incoming calls. Dispatchers worked to call back numbers that dialed in, officials said on social media. According to Henderson County, Nevada officials, texts to the 911 number were coming through even when the phone line wasn’t working.

Hours before the 911 services were disrupted, ABC News released an article stating the Department of Homeland Security is concerned that emergency services are likely targets for cyberattacks.

ABC News’s report stemmed from a bulletin the outlet obtained from the DHS that read, “Cybercriminal exploitation of data stolen during ransomware attacks against the Emergency Service Sector (ESS) likely poses a persistent criminal threat due to the exposure and availability of victims’ personal information.”

What began as a seemingly local skirmish between a social media platform and a third world socialist country has escalated into a planetary affair that has finally dragged the censorship-happy Joe Biden administration into the fray.

The US House of Representatives Judiciary Committee is probing whether Biden and his team are involved in the draconian censorship initiatives that are being uncovered now.

The story is very simple: not only was Brazilian Supreme Court Justice Alexandre Moraes demanding that X suspend the accounts of prominent conservatives, against Brazilian law, and under the penalty of heavy daily fines, but he also ‘forbid’ the company from even mentioning the reason for their suspension – X would have to pretend they were struck because they broke the platform terms of use – which they have not.

Musk: “We kept getting these demands from Judge Alexandre to suspend accounts of sitting members of the parliament and major journalists. We could not tell them that this was at the behest of Alexandre, we had to pretend that it was due to our rules. And that was the last straw, and we said no.”

So, now it seems as if Musk is the iceberg into which the Titanic ship of Brazil’s unbridled censorship will crash and sink.

Musk even went there and spoke the truth about Brazilian rigged election.

But since Alexandre pulled Lula out of prison and put his thumb on the scale to get Lula elected, Lula will obviously not take action against him.

And you know who else helped Lula win it? The Biden administration.

Brazilian sources: Musk predicts sanctions on Brazil?

Brazilian news outlet Metropoles reported:

“In conversation with Brazilian allies, businessman Elon Musk said he believes that the United States (USA) will be able to impose political and economic sanctions on Brazil in the near future.”

[…] Discussions about sanctions on Brazil should gain strength if Donald Trump returns to the White House in the election scheduled to take place in November. The former North American president is close to the Bolsonaro family and, even more so, to Elon Musk.”

I’m not sure how verified is this information. We can’t help but notice how they say Musk spoke with his ‘allies’, as if it’s all some shady political conspiracy.

To cap it all, the report goes on to say that Trump and Biden are ‘tied in the polls’ – which tells you all you need to know about their veracity and understanding of geopolitics. Trump is leading by a significant margin in the current presidential polls.

But while sanctions may be a bridge too far, it is indeed a fact that the issue is under investigation in Congress.

The House Committee on Judiciary of the United States has just released a 541-page report on ‘attacks on freedom of speech’ in Brazil.

The document was made after the Committee subpoenaed X for the documents regarding requests by the Brazilian court.

“The document includes 90 decisions on account and content removal ordered by Supreme Federal Court (STF) Minister Alexandre de Moraes and the Superior Electoral Court (TSE).

Many of the documents released by the U.S. House are classified as confidential.

Several of them also bear a watermark identifying them as copies received by Twitter. The report does not provide an analysis of the decisions, aside from a brief summary at the beginning.

Apparently, this was a way to disclose Moraes’ decisions without violating court orders. Twitter provided them to American congressmen, and they took responsibility for the disclosure.”

After releasing this treasure trove of information, the House Judiciary Committee sent a letter to the Biden administration with questions and subpoenaing more documents on this case.

It was sent to Uzra Zeya, Under Secretary for Civilian Security, Democracy, and Human Rights of the U.S. Department of State Washington, and Eileen Donahoe, Special Envoy and Coordinator for Digital Freedom.

“The Committee on the Judiciary and the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government are conducting oversight of how and to what extent the Executive Branch has coerced or colluded with companies and other intermediaries to censor lawful speech. In furtherance of our oversight, the Select Subcommittee has examined how other countries’ governments, including Brazil’s, have sought to censor speech online. According to recent reports, the Brazilian government is attempting to coerce X Corp. (X) to block certain accounts on its social media platform that the Brazilian government deems to be spreading disinformation. After X stood in support of free speech online, a Brazilian judge opened an inquiry into X and its owner, Elon Musk, for refusing to give in to Brazil’s censorship demands. X has indicated that X is being “forced by court decisions to block certain popular accounts in Brazil” or else face serious consequences, including large fines, the arrest of X employees, and causing X to shut down in Brazil.”

Musk, Lula and Moraes: It’s getting spicy!

The Electoral Court and the Supreme Federal Court in Brazil ordered X to suspend or remove over 100 accounts, targeting critics of the Brazilian government, including ‘former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro, conservative members of the federal legislature, journalists, members of the judiciary, and even a gospel singer and a pop radio station’.

“The court often only allowed the social media companies two hours to comply with the censorship demands.

[…] To understand what the State Department is doing to promote online free speech in Brazil and to protect against tyrannical censorship abroad, we ask that you produce the following information:

All documents and communications between or among employees of the State Department, including but not limited to the U.S. Embassy and Consulates in Brazil, referring or relating to orders, demands, or mandates from the Superior Electoral Court in Brazil and the Supreme Federal Court concerning the suspension or removal of accounts on X or any other social media platform; and
All documents and communications between or among the State Department and the government of Brazil referring or relating to orders, demands, or mandates from the Superior Electoral Court in Brazil and the Supreme Federal Court concerning the suspension or removal of accounts on X or any other social media platform.”

The man who transformed El Salvador from one of the most dangerous countries in the world to one of the safest, President Nayib Bukele, is despised by liberals.

When he won reelection in a landslide, liberal media outlets ran headlines stating that democracy had ended in El Salvador and that the country had become a one-party state. However, El Salvador is not Cuba.

Bukele did not eradicate opposition parties, nor did he imprison them or seize control of the press. Instead, he delivered on his promises. He made the country safe by locking up criminals.

President Bukele claimed that his country went 365 days without a murder. And while the exact number has been called into question, it is an indisputable fact that the country now has the lowest murder rate it has seen in 30 years, plummeting by 70%, and now stands at only 2.4 per 100,000 in 2023, making it the second lowest in the Americas, just behind Canada.

In 2022, after a gang war resulted in the deaths of 87 people over a period of just three days, Bukele took action against crime. He constructed the country’s largest prison, the Terrorism Confinement Center (Centro de Confinamiento del Terrorismo or CECOT), with a capacity for 40,000 gang members. And he began filling it.

Out of gratitude for restoring peace in the country, voters reelected him with 85% of the vote. Human rights groups, who live in safe, wealthy Western nations, have criticized Bukele for violations of the rights of suspects.

But the logic is flawless. Only gang members have gang tattoos. If anyone else gets a gang tattoo, they will be killed by the gang. The same is true for tattoo artists.

They would be killed for giving gang tattoos to non-gang members. Additionally, part of the initiation to joining a gang is to commit a serious crime, often murder. Once they become a member, their full-time job is to commit crimes. So, logically, anyone with a gang tattoo is a gang member and has committed crimes.

In the U.S., it is not a crime to be affiliated with an organization, even a criminal one. To secure a conviction, there would need to be proof that the person committed a specific crime.

However, that system, while acceptable for a high-trust society, was being exploited in El Salvador, where repeat offenders and murderers were being set free by crooked judges and jailers.

So, Bukele decided to let logic prevail, arrest the gang members, and put them in prison. He was more concerned about the rights of street vendors, business owners, school children, working people, and ordinary citizens than he was about the rights of violent criminals.

The state of emergency he declared in 2022, and has renewed several times since, suspends the constitutional rights of the gang members and bypasses the corrupt courts and justice system, which had allowed the criminals to reign for decades. Since then, 75,000 gang members have been arrested, and 7,000 have been released.

According to reported data from human rights groups, since 2022, there have been 78,000 arbitrary detentions. This is likely because they consider nearly all of the arrests to be arbitrary detentions.

The rights groups are also upset that “approximately 102,000 people are now deprived of their freedom in the country,” disregarding the fact that these people are criminals.

Additionally, they are upset that the prisons are overcrowded by 148%, which is absolutely true. The prisons are not pleasant, and a sane person would avoid going there by not committing crimes.

They also lost sleep over 235 deaths in state custody. There is no mention of how many of these deaths represented prisoners being killed by other prisoners, nor have they stopped to consider that five times that number of innocent people would have died during the same time period if these gang members were not in prison.

Rights groups have claimed that Bukele’s New Ideas party winning 58 of 60 seats in the country’s legislature has turned the country into a one-party state, with a “dangerous” concentration of power.

They are missing the point that the country had a fair election and the people were free to vote for the horrible system they had before, or law and order, which is now making their lives livable again. And they chose the latter.

According to Gabriela Santos, director of the Human Rights Institute at the University of Central America (IDHUCA), “Bukele’s popularity underlines how some Central American countries have struggled to launch sustainable democratic models.”

Again, there appears to be no flaw in El Salvador’s democracy. The critics just do not like the way the vote turned out. Santos went on to say that countries never recovered their democratic principles “in the aftermath of civil conflicts between left-wing guerrillas and U.S.-backed right-wing authoritarian regimes.”

There is no indication that the people voting for Bukele had any connection to the US or to right-wing regimes.

Liberals are claiming that there is a frightening move toward fascism in Latin America because 2 of 32 countries now have a president who is not a socialist. The other bright spot is President Javier Milei in Argentina, whom the liberals also hate.

He is cutting the government down to size, waging a war on debt and waste. He told school children that abortion is murder. He is pro-gun and is considering deploying the military to take on the gangs.

The shocking lesson we can all learn from El Salvador is that if you arrest all of the bad guys and keep them in jail, and if those who remain free are made to believe that crime has consequences and jails are horrible places, the streets become safer, and people can live their lives.

The other takeaway here is that if a president is tough on crime and wants to cut government spending and improve the lives of citizens, the liberals attack him.

It is also incredibly condescending that liberals in Europe or the US or elsewhere believe that 85% of Salvadorians do not know what is best for their country and voted for the wrong person.

Members of the Biden administration have a nickname for Donald Trump and it is as pathetic and unoriginal as it gets.

According to Politico’s West Wing playbook, some Biden aides are referring to Trump as “Hitler Pig,” although this is generally confined to younger members of the regime:

That moniker, four people in Biden’s orbit told West Wing Playbook, is one that aides to and allies of the president — generally younger, more digitally native individuals, not senior staffers, one person clarified — frequently use to describe Trump.

A Google search of the term brings up various images (search at your own risk) depicting the former president as, well, a pig. With a swastika armband. That suggests the characterization started online and was adopted later by people in the president’s orbit.

According to the four people who were granted anonymity to speak to West Wing Playbook about the term’s usage in Biden world, it started in late 2022 after Trump invited NICK FUENTES, an avowed white nationalist and Holocaust denier, to dinner at Mar-a-Lago along with the rapper KANYE WEST.

Calling Trump “Hitler Pig” is not so much an attempt to inject some levity into private conversations as it is a way to characterize what Biden aides see as one of Trump’s most outrageous behavior patterns, the four people all said.

Biden, meanwhile, is said to be “far saltier behind closed doors” when discussing his precedessor, although tries (and often fails) to keep his grievances out of the public eye.

The Trump campaign responded to the report by pointing out Biden’s emphasis on so-called “decency.”

“Joe Biden talks a lot about decency, but he and his staff don’t have a decent bone in their bodies,” said Brian Hughes, a senior campaign adviser. “These ridiculous and gross comments reflect the failure and dishonesty of the entire Biden operation.”

An unpublished op-ed by Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer discovered through a public records request reveals that he believes the First Amendment is “the biggest threat to elections and Democracy,” Americans ‘ opinions are “disturbing,” and that “it may be time to revisit our First Amendment jurisprudence.”

The election official in Arizona’s largest county also refers to his constituents and Trump supporters who know that Joe Biden didn’t legitimately win 81 million votes as “gullible,” “crazies,” and “idiots.” He even suggests that suing citizens for defamation would be a remedy to his problems if it weren’t for the First Amendment.

Jack Butler, editor of The National Review, rejected the drafted op-ed, citing Richer’s attack on freedom of speech.

However, days earlier, Richer apparently gave a similarly written speech, ironically in commemoration of Constitution Day, to students of the Maricopa County Community College District, which was approved by the district beforehand.

In his drafted speech, Richer warns, “Despite what I’m going to say, I’m a huge fan of the Constitution” before remarking that “the Constitution today is in some ways a thorn in the side of my office. Specifically the First Amendment.” He also states, “It’s possible that our First Amendment jurisprudence needs to change,” even calling it a “religious problem.” In closing, Richer tells the college students, “If you have some time to spare to think about the problem of disinformation, I’d greatly appreciate it, and so too would all elections workers in the country.”

The Gateway Pundit previously reported on a similar op-ed published on CNN before The National Review rejected his more edgy and anti-American opinion piece. In his prior article, titled “What Happened to Trusting Experts?” Richer complained about the so-called conspiracy theories surrounding the 2020 election and the ongoing Arizona 2020 election audit while criticizing COVID-19 and vaccine skeptics as “Average Joes” who “somehow know better.”

This is the same Maricopa County official who sued Kari Lake with the backing of a Soros-funded nonprofit for speaking out and criticizing the stolen 2022 election, where she led by double digits in the polls until the intentional voter suppression that targeted Republicans on election day. But Richer, who helped oversee a sham election and is now trying to silence critics, claims that “the gravest threat to voting rights and our elected form of government is no longer the systemic disenfranchisement of a particular class of people, but instead the undermining of the entire election system through lies and disinformation.”

It should be remembered that Richer oversaw early voting in Lake’s stolen 2022 election for governor and founded and operated the Pro-Democracy Republicans dark money PAC aimed at eliminating candidates with a MAGA agenda. He is anything but an objective election official, and when catastrophes such as 60% of machines failing on election day and an estimated hundreds of thousands of early ballots being counted with no signature verification occurred in a race that Lake reportedly lost by less than 1%, it would seem reasonable for Lake to criticize and question the integrity of the officials who oversaw the election.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Kari Lake recently pled no contest in the lawfare defamation case, which is backed by a Soros-linked Protect Democracy, so that she could focus on her campaign against Soros-funded Democrat Ruben Gallego. This is the same leftist organization that is currently engaged in lawfare to silence The Gateway Pundit for questioning elections. Though they haven’t admitted it publicly, they seemingly share the same views that the First Amendment is “a thorn in the side” and needs to be diluted.

It was further revealed after the 2022 election that Stephen Richer’s office colluded with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) to censor information they disagree with surrounding elections in Maricopa County, explicitly mentioning The Gateway Pundit’s reporting. Clearly, he hates the First Amendment.

As our readers recall, The Gateway Pundit successfully sued Maricopa County for unconstitutionally barring our correspondent, Jordan Conradson, from their press room, citing “a real or perceived conflict of interest” and claiming he is “not a bona fide correspondent of repute.”

Still, they allowed the far-left fake news media into their press room. They didn’t want us in their press room before, during, and after the rigged 2022 election because we would have asked about the actual conflicts of interest:

Soros-funded former Secretary of State Katie Hobbs oversaw and certified her own election for governor.
RINO Recorder Stephen Richer ran an anti-MAGA PAC during the election.
RINO Chairman Bill Gates called for the “humiliation” of Trump-Endorsed candidates at the ballot box leading up to the general election.
Far-left Supervisor Steve Gallardo served as a co-chair of the Latinos for Katie Hobbs coalition and a member of Hobbs’ transition team.
Katie Hobbs threatened to sue or prosecute any county official who did not vote to certify her rigged election where 60% of machines failed Republican election day voters.

The Joe Biden administration from Hell has a horrible track record with a number of mistakes that are simply unprecedented in number, scope, and gravity.

And its foreign policy is no exception. Everywhere we look, the US is engaging the wrong players for all the wrong reasons.

Take Venezuela’s Nicolas Maduro, for instance.

A socialist dictator, charged by the U.S. Justice Department with ‘narco-terrorism,’ drug trafficking, money laundering, and corruption.

He conspired with a faction of the Colombian Farc rebel group to flood the United States with cocaine and use drugs as a weapon against American communities. As a result the U.S. government has offered a $15 million reward for information leading to Maduro’s arrest.

Lovely fellow, right? Oh, and before I forget – the guy who is vowing to invade its neighbor Guyana and occupy TWO-THIRDS of their oil-rich territory.

So, of course, this is a political player that old Joe Biden chooses to engage for all the wrong reasons and lift some of the Donald Trump-imposed sanctions on the ‘fugitive’.

To no one’s surprise, Maduro did not fulfill his end of the agreed bargain, and now the moronic Biden administration says it will not renew a license – set to expire early on tomorrow (18) – that had considerably eased Venezuela’s oil sanctions.

The move to reimpose punitive measures is a response to Maduro’s failure in the election commitments that he never really meant to meet.

US Treasury Department has issued a replacement license allowing companies 45 days to ‘wind down’ their business and transactions in Venezuela’s oil and gas sector.

Reuters reported:

“Washington had repeatedly threatened in recent months to reinstate energy sanctions unless Maduro made good on his promises that led to partial U.S. sanctions relief from October, following an election deal reached between the government and the Venezuelan opposition.”

The sweeping sanctions imposed by the Trump administration in 2019 were a reaction to Maduro’s sham re-election.

“While Maduro has met some commitments under last year’s deal, he has failed to meet others, including allowing the opposition to run the candidate of its choice against him in the July 28 presidential election, senior U.S. officials said on Wednesday.”

The current six-month general license will expire without renewal just after midnight, according to State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller.

“‘We are concerned that Maduro and his representatives prevented the democratic opposition from registering the candidate of their choice, harassed and intimidated political opponents, and unjustly detained numerous political actors and members of civil society’, Miller said in a statement.”

Top U.S. concern about Venezuela’s electoral conditions is the crackdown on Maduro’s political opponents, especially the election ban on popular opposition candidate Maria Corina Machado.
