Soros-funded Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has reportedly raised nearly $1 Million since making good on his campaign promises to indict Trump.

Per the New York Times, “Alvin Bragg, the Manhattan D.A., campaigned as the best candidate to go after the former president.”

Jury selection is still underway for Bragg’s election interference lawfare case against Trump. Last April, Trump was hit with 34 felony counts of falsifying business records and conspiracy.

The far-left judge overseeing the Stormy Daniels trial trampled all over Trump’s First Amendment rights with a strict gag order.

Juan Merchan earlier this month expanded Trump’s gag order to bar Trump from making factual statements about the judge’s far-left family members after it was learned that the judge’s daughter, Loren Merchan, is a far-left political operative who worked for the Biden-Harris campaign and received tens of MILLIONS of dollars from Democrats who want to take down Trump.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, the first seven jurors in liberal Judge Juan Merchan’s Kangaroo Court, and they all get their news from the far-left New York Times. The trial is rigged.

Amid the start of President Donald Trump’s now-infamous “hush money” trial in a Manhattan Criminal Court, disturbing allegations have emerged that paint a picture of District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s possible financial boons for prosecuting the 45th president.

According to a report from Newsweek, based on campaign finance data, Bragg has raised more than $800,000 since indicting the 45th president in 2023. If he is not reelected in 2025, his term as DA in Manhattan will end in 2026.

The outlet stated that the money was raised between March 2023 and the last reporting date of January 2024.

It can be recalled that Bragg, in 2022, reduced 52% of all felony charges to misdemeanors. He then elevated a misdemeanor charge against Donald Trump, where the statute of limitations had already expired, to felony charges last year.

As Bradley Smith, Institute for Free Speech Chairman, Capital University law professor, and former Federal Election Commission Chairman, notes in an op-ed for The Federalist, the made-up felony charges against Trump are completely baseless, setting aside the clear conflicts of interest with the prosecution and the judge.

DA Alvin Bragg argues that Trump falsified business records in order to “conceal crimes that hid information from the voting public during the 2016 presidential election” and to “boost his electoral prospects.” Under this theory, Bragg claims that Trump violated campaign finance laws by not publicly reporting so-called campaign expenditures to influence the outcome of the 2016 election.

As Smith writes,

Misreporting business expenses is normally, at most, a misdemeanor. Bragg seeks to ratchet it up to a felony here by arguing that the misreporting was done to cover up a crime. That alleged crime is a violation of the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA). The theory is that Trump’s payments to Daniels were campaign expenditures and thus needed to be publicly reported as such. By not reporting the expenditure, the theory goes, Trump prevented the public from knowing information that might have influenced their votes.

But let’s think about this for a minute. Political candidates do things all the time that are “for the purpose of influencing an election,” but that, nonetheless, are not considered campaign expenditures. For example, a candidate cannot buy a new suit, get his teeth whitened, or pay for cosmetic surgery with campaign funds, even if he does so for the purpose of looking good on the campaign trail.

That’s because, in campaign finance law, these types of expenditures are known as “personal use.” FECA specifically prohibits the conversion of campaign funds to personal use, defined as any expenditure “used to fulfill any commitment, obligation, or expense that would exist irrespective of the candidate’s election campaign.”

Does anyone really think a candidate should be able to use campaign funds to settle lawsuits, or threatened lawsuits, arising from activities that occurred long before his candidacy? It’s stressful being a candidate, and a little relaxation may make the candidate more effective on the stump. Does that mean your campaign contribution should pay for a candidate massage? How about a country club membership, or tickets to the Super Bowl (after all, the candidate might take along a potential donor)?

Herein lies the most frightening part of this prosecution: Had Trump made these payments with campaign funds, it seems a near certainty he would now be facing criminal charges for a knowing and willful diversion of campaign funds to pay personal obligations. If Bragg’s prosecution is successful, it will mean a candidate can use campaign funds to pay almost any obligation that, the candidate might argue, would benefit his candidacy. Perhaps worse, zealous prosecutors could get a candidate coming or going — falsification of records if campaign funds are not used, and illegal personal use if campaign funds are used.

Video of Biden’s entrance shows two children and their mother seated, silently watching Biden, with the sound of the in-store music heard quite clearly over the small talk by Biden and the supporter. There were no cheers, no chants of “Four more years!” Just muzak. With few supporters to talk to, Biden was in and out in just two minutes according to the pool report.

Joe Biden, the Democrats, and House Speaker Johnson are colluding on an aid package for Ukraine, which may upset plans by some Republican lawmakers to remove Johnson from the Speaker’s chair.

The $95 billion package provides an additional “$60.84 billion to address the conflict in Ukraine and assist our regional partners as they counter Russia, $23.2 billion of which will be used for replenishment of U.S. weapons, stocks, and facilities.” It also provides aid to both Israel and, reportedly, Palestine. “I will sign this into law immediately to send a message to the world,” said Joe Biden in a statement urging Democrats in the House and the Democrat-controlled Senate to pass the un-American legislation.

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY), who recently announced that we will cosponsor a motion to vacate the chair and remove Mike Johnson as House Speaker, said on X, “Biden backs Johnson’s plan because Johnson’s plan is Biden’s plan.”

The Gateway Pundit reported last month that Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) the motion thanks to his actions over the House Omnibus bill, which will fund the government until September 30.

Massie further slammed Johnson for leading the House to pass a $1.2 trillion spending bill with more support from Democrats than Republicans, reauthorization for warrantless searches of Americans under FISA Section 702, and his push for another disastrous foreign aid package:

Massie’s support is pivotal given the slim Republican majority in the House, which has been further diminished by the resignations of several GOP members and the ousting of Rep. George Santos (R-NY). This delicate balance suggests that a unified Democrat vote, coupled with the motion to vacate, could end Johnson’s tenure as Speaker.

However, as The Gateway Pundit reported, Johnson was in negotiations with the Biden regime to introduce a substantial funding package for foreign conflicts and whip up opposition from the Democrats to a Motion to Vacate against him.

On Monday, Johnson said he is ready to fund the hapless Ukraine War. Johnson is not capable of fighting back against the Uniparty cabal so he joined them – once again.

Aaron Rodgers, celebrated quarterback for the New York Jets, has sparked a storm of controversy following remarks made on the “Look Into It” podcast, where he suggested that the HIV/AIDS pandemic of the 1980s was a government-engineered crisis, with Dr. Anthony Fauci playing a corrupt role.

In the viral video clip, Rodgers questioned the management and motivations behind the government’s response to the HIV/AIDS crisis that claimed over 100,000 lives in the United States within a decade.

He hinted at a possible ulterior motive, suggesting that the pandemic was engineered as part of a larger scheme.

“The blueprint, the game plan was made in the ’80s. Create a pandemic with a virus that’s going wild,” Rodgers claimed.

He went on to criticize the funding allocated to Dr. Fauci, accusing him of benefiting from the research grants without significant advancements in treatment, except for AZT – the first drug approved to treat HIV/AIDS that according

“Fauci was given over $350 million to researchers to come up with drugs, new or repurposed, to handle the AIDS pandemic. All they came up with was AZT,” he added.

Dr. Anthony Fauci, a prominent figure in American medicine and public health, played a significant role in the response to the HIV/AIDS pandemic.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that in the 1980s, during the height of the AIDS epidemic, Dr. Fauci told Americans that children could catch AIDS from casual contact.

Of course, this caused a huge reaction from Americans towards gays and those suffering from the disease.

The Fauci NIH approved experiments on hundreds of New York City orphans. Government agencies and pharmaceutical companies used the orphans in deadly AIDS drug trials.

In 2005, the city of New York hired the VERA Institute to form a final report on the drug trials. VERA was given no access to medical records for any of the children used in trials. Their report was published in 2008.

They reported that twenty-five children died during the drug studies, that an additional fifty-five children died following the studies (in foster care), and, according to Tim Ross, Director of the Child Welfare program at VERA (as of 2009), 29% of the remaining 417 children who were used in drug studies had died (out of a total 532 children that are admitted to have been used). No payment or compensation has been paid to any of the children used in the trials, or to their families.

A hospital nurse later spoke out to reporters about the testing. She reported that children would immediately get sick, break out or throw up during the testing.
They were orphans at the Incarnation Children’s Center in New York City.

The NBA has banned Toronto Raptors forward Jontay Porter for life after violating NBA gambling rules.

According to  ESPN, Porter provided inside information to bettors and limited his participation in games due to gambling purposes.

NBA commissioner Adam Silver released a statement saying, “There is nothing more important than protecting the integrity of NBA competition for our fans, our teams, and everyone associated with our sport, which is why Jontay Porter’s blatant violations of our gaming rules are being met with the most severe punishment.”

In an internal investigation, the NBA discovered before a game on March 20th that Porter gave information to a bettor regarding his health status.

After obtaining the inside information, the bettor bet on an online sportsbook that Porter would not reach the stat line set for him in the parlay.

Just a few minutes into the game, Porter checked himself out, claiming he was sick and did not reach the numbers set for him in the parlay.

Porter’s move would have won the bettor $1.1 million, but the bettor’s account was frozen due to the suspicious actions, and an investigation ensued.

Toronto Raptors forward Jontay Porter has been banned from the NBA, the league announced Wednesday.

The NBA said that Porter provided confidential information to bettors, limited his own participation in games for gambling purposes and bet on NBA games.

“There is nothing more important than protecting the integrity of NBA competition for our fans, our teams and everyone associated with our sport, which is why Jontay Porter’s blatant violations of our gaming rules are being met with the most severe punishment,” NBA commissioner Adam Silver said in a statement.

“While legal sports betting creates transparency that helps identify suspicious or abnormal activity, this matter also raises important issues about the sufficiency of the regulatory framework currently in place, including the types of bets offered on our games and players. Working closely with all relevant stakeholders across the industry, we will continue to work diligently to safeguard our league and game,” Silver said.

The United States Senate was supposed to hold the impeachment trial of Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas beginning at 1 PM Eastern Wednesday. It actually proved to be a historically rapid dismissal by the Democrats.

As The Washington Post reported, the Senate at Majority Leader Chuck Schumer’s (D-NY) urging voted to dismiss both articles of impeachment against Mayorkas, who has presided over the worst border crisis in America history.

Democrats voted along party lines on the first article of impeachment which charges Mayorkas with “willful and systemic refusal to comply with the law,” finding the charge unconstitutional. Sen. Lisa Murkowski (RINO-Alaska) voted present.

Democrats then found the second article charging Mayorkas with “breach of public trust” to be unconstitutional. Murkowski voted with her GOP colleagues this time.

As Townhall.com’s Spencer Brown notes, this move by the Senate upset 227 years of congressional history. Only once was an actual trial not held when an individual was impeached, and that was because an impeached judge resigned before the trial began.

Last week, 43 Republican members of the United States signed a letter to Schumer highlighting the upper chamber’s “constitutional duty” that “requires the Senate to hold a trial.”

“In every previous congressional impeachment of the past 227 years, Congress has been faithful to the process set out by the framers,” the letter emphasized. “Never before has the Senate abandoned this duty, even when certain members believed the basis for impeachment was tenuous at best.”

Absent Secretary Mayorkas’ immediate resignation, this impeachment should remain faithful to Senatorial precedent,” senators wrote.

On Tuesday night in Downers Grove, a quaint Chicago suburb, the Village Council 4-3 voted to remove the only Republican, logistics executive Bill Nienburg, from its six-member, appointed village library board.

Nienburg publicly opposed repeated initiatives intended to make the library more “progressive.”

As reported by Dupage Policy Journal, in 2022, Nienburg was the only board member who did not support a “drag queen bingo” event for children at the library featuring a male cross-dressing stripper.

The board’s plan to spend approximately $160,000 on an “anti-racism” and also to replace the Pledge of Allegiance with a “land statement,” which would declare that the town was formed on land “stolen by white Christian men from the Indians,” were also criticized by Nienburg.

In another blow to the radicals, Nienburg refused to put his “pronouns” on the library board’s “about” page.

Democrat Leslie Sadowski voted in favor of a resolution to remove Nienburg.

Dupage Policy Journal reports:

Sadowski told a crowd of more than 100, mostly attending in support of Nienburg, that she felt he should be removed because his ideas are “unsafe.”

“This has nothing to do with political affiliaton, and everything to do with dangerous extremism,” Sadowski said.

She said that she offered Nienburg “coaching” on how to get along with his liberal Democrat library board members, but that he refused.

Although Mr. Nienburg did not attended the meeting which ousted him, he sent a letter to Dupage Policy Journal:

The politically active Downers Grove Public Library administration and library board moved on February 28, 2024 to censure nonconforming library board member Bill Nienburg for sharing nonconfidential information with a Downers Grove taxpayer regarding a window painting policy at the library.

In a 5-0 vote the board moved to censure Mr. Nienburg and entered a request to the Downers Grove Village Council for his removal from the board. These actions all occurred when Mr. Nienburg was out of town and unable to attend this meeting and thereby denying him an opportunity to defend himself.

Bill Nienburg began his tenure with the Downers Grove Public Library Board in November 2022.

In this role as a library board member Mr. Nienburg exercised his fiduciary duty to the Downers Grove taxpayer by asking tough questions to and holding the library administration to account.

Last year he asked why a Native Land Statement is read before each meeting, but no Pledge of Allegiance. Suddenly the Pledge is now recited before each meeting.

During budget review Mr. Nienburg asked specific questions regarding increases to certain budget items, as well as how the budget can be proposed with no exact numbers.

And he questioned why the library staff, on its own accord, modified the native land statement with an anti-Christian update associating Christian Churches with native genocide.

In the broader context, this is the same activist library administration and board majority who (1) spent $86,000.00 on the divisive RGW Consultant equity report which cast Downers Grove as a racist community, (2) pushed a Drag Queen Bingo event targeted at children, and (3) developed and recites a native land statement that serves as a virtue signal with no real substance regarding native injustice.

Mr. Nienburg’s censure was not enough to satisfy the board majority.

During the February 28, 2024 Library Board Meeting, board members made disrespectful and mean-spirited remarks that likely violated board policy and by laws regarding respect and civil tone at board meetings. One board member, Carissa Dougherty openly violated Mr. Nienburg’s privacy by discussing his library card during the meeting and was a likely violation of the Illinois Library Records Confidentiality Act 75 ILCS 70/1.

On March 5, 2024, the Downers Grove Village Council voted 4-3 to investigate the removal of Mr. Nienburg from the Downers Grove Public Library Board. Again, no substantive policy violation was identified beyond alleged good governance. However, speakers during public comment made direct points regarding policy and law violations by the library administration and board members regarding the open discussion of Mr. Nienburg’s library card.

At the March 20, 2024, Downers Grove Public Library Board meeting speaker Noel Manley asserted that board member Carissa Dougherty may have violated the Illinois Library Records Confidentiality Act during her attack on board member Nienburg. Ms. Dougherty, during board comments, asserted she checked this matter with an attorney and that this was not protected information.

Note that in a FOIA dated April 1, 2024 an email dated March 13, 2024 was produced from the firm Klein, Thorpe & Jenkins arguing that “card holder status isn’t exempt information under the Library Confidentiality Act…” To test this assertion, in the same FOIA a request for a list of all active library card holders over the age of 18 was made. And the FOIA officer released a 510-page list of 28,031 names Downers Grove Public Library card holders.

Similar requests for active library card holder lists were made to the Westmont Public Library, the Oak Brook Public Library, the Hinsdale Public Library, and the Indian Prairie Public Library District. All denied this requested citing the same language in the Illinois Library Records Confidentiality Act (see attachments).

To compound the inconsistent application of library policy, at the April 9, 2024 Downers Grove Village Council meeting a former library employee spoke at public comment regarding her employment at the library. Specifically, she presented the council with her experience of sexual and criminal harassment from library patrons and the lack of response from the library administration. In fact, when she addressed this matter with the Downers Grove Police, she was placed on an employee improvement plan for failing to follow library protocol. Note that she cited the library employee handbook’s regarding harassment and sexual harassment. A policy that was not enforced. So feeling humiliated and abandoned in by the library administration, this violated woman resigned.

The consistent element of the Downers Grove Public Library’s administration and board majority is to deny due process to any board member or employee who fails to conform to their will.

In the case of Bill Nienburg and the former library employee, if you step outside your lane, you will be punished with selective and unspecific policy enforcement. However, if you violate the law, you get a pass.

Joe Biden on Tuesday evening made his second campaign stop in his *hometown* of Scranton, Pennsylvania.

Biden couldn’t draw decent-sized crowd in his own hometown in a state he supposedly won in 2020.

Literally no one cared that he was in Scranton.

Biden visited his childhood home in Scranton before his second campaign event.

It was a creepy photo op. A few people (staffers?) cheered for Biden as he emerged from his childhood home holding hands with children.

During his second campaign stop, Biden recounted a bizarre story about answering his motel room door while he was standing in a towel and shaving cream.

Biden put the room to sleep with his monotone mumbling.

And we’re expected to believe this guy got 81 million votes.
