The US Supreme Court on Monday ruled that Idaho can enforce its ban on sex changes for children. Healthcare professionals can face up to 10 years in prison for mutilating children or providing puberty blockers to them.

In December Judge Lynn Winmill, a Clinton appointee, ruled that Idaho could not enforce the transgender ban while the lawsuit by two plaintiffs made its way through the courts.

The US Supreme Court 6-3 granted an emergency request filed by Idaho’s Attorney General.

Idaho previously enacted the Vulnerable Child Protection Act which protected children from dangerous puberty blockers and procedures that remove body parts.

Far-left activists sued to stop Idaho from protecting children so Idaho’s Attorney General quickly acted and appealed to the 9th Circuit. After the 9th Circuit denied its request, the Attorney General’s office appealed to the US Supreme Court to allow the law to take effect while the case makes its way through the courts.

Idaho’s Attorney General Raul Labrador celebrated the win.

A divided Supreme Court on Monday allowed Idaho to mostly enforce a law that bans gender-affirming health care for transgender teens.

Granting an emergency request filed by Idaho officials, the court said the law enacted last year could go into effect statewide but cannot be applied against the two plaintiffs who challenged it.

The court’s three liberal justices objected to the decision, saying the law should have remained blocked in full.

U.S. District Court Judge Lynn Winmill ruled in December that the state could not enforce the law while litigation continues. The state has appealed to the San Francisco-based 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals but it has yet to rule.

The law, like measures enacted by other states, prevents the use of what Winmill called “generally accepted medical treatment” for transgender minors, including puberty blockers, hormone therapy and surgeries.

A huge fire erupted at the Scranton Army Ammunition Plant in Scranton, Pennsylvania, according to initial reports.

The blaze at this crucial facility, responsible for producing the metal bodies of the U.S. Army’s 155 mm artillery shells, prompted an immediate response from local firefighting units.

NEPA Fire Photography first reported the incident, noting that Scranton firefighters were actively battling a structure fire at the Army Ammunition Plant location on Cedar Avenue.

The Scranton Army Ammunition Plant (SCAAP), a key component of the national defense infrastructure, is operated by General Dynamics and plays a pivotal role in manufacturing artillery projectiles for the U.S. military.

The situation appeared dire as “heavy smoke venting from the roof” was reported, with firefighting crews working tirelessly to control the blaze.

Efforts to extinguish the fire saw some progress, as it was later reported that “the bulk of the fire [had been] knocked down.”

Additional support was called in from the Greenwood Fire Department for ventilation assistance and the Chinchilla Hose Company of South Abington Township to stand by with a foam trailer, according to report.

Scranton Army Ammunition Plant released the following statement:

At approximately 3:20 p.m. today, emergency personnel responded to a fire at the heat treat building at Scranton Army Ammunition Plant.

The fire has since been extinguished, with no injuries and all personnel accounted for. The cause of the fire is unknown at this time. We are currently assessing the damage to determine possible impacts to facilities or production.

The safety of our workforce is our primary concern, and we appreciate the quick response of our emergency personnel.

According to The Bridge, the Scranton Army Ammunition Plant is a vital asset to the United States Army Joint Munitions Command (JMC) and the broader military infrastructure.

Managed by General Dynamics-Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS), the facility’s production capabilities include a wide array of military munitions such as 155mm and 105mm artillery projectiles, various mortar projectiles, and naval gun projectiles, among others.

The House of Representatives on Monday passed a Motion to Table the Motion to Reconsider H.B. 7888, which passed on Friday to renew FISA 702 and allow warrantless surveillance of innocent Americans.

This was a betrayal of Americans.

Recall that official intelligence documents show that the FBI illegally used FISA 278,000 times to spy on Americans, including their political enemies like President Trump, Trump donors, and January 6 families. Republicans in Congress chose to screw the American people and allow unwarranted search and seizure of our private communications, giving the Biden Regime and FBI renewed authority to spy on Trump and innocent Americans, as they previously did, leading up to the 2024 election.

The final vote on Section 702 of the Foreign Surveillance Act was 273-147 on Friday, with 126 Republicans in favor of betraying the American people. On Monday, the legislation was brought back to a vote on a motion to reconsider, requested by Rep. Laurel Lee (R-FL) and demanded by Rep. Anna Paulina Luna in a recorded vote.

However, 117 Republicans voted with 142 Democrats in favor of a Motion to Table the Motion to Reconsider, which was requested by House Intelligence Chairman Mike Turner (R-OH). The legislation now heads to the Democrat-led Senate, where it will presumably pass and then be signed into law by Joe Biden.

Recall that Mike Turner, a staunch opponent of FISA reform to end warrantless surveillance of innocent Americans, came under fire earlier this year for sending a letter to colleagues and raising concern over “an urgent matter with regard to a destabilizing foreign military capability that should be known by all Congressional Policy Makers.” According to Rep. Andy Ogles (R-TN), who asked Speaker Johnson for an inquiry and possible removal of the House Intelligence Chair from his committee, this was an attempt by Turner to create unfounded worry in pursuit of a “political agenda” to prevent the passage of FISA reform legislation.

The Gateway Pundit reported earlier that Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL), following Friday’s disappointing vote by RINOs, Democrats, and Speaker Johnson, sent a letter to all 435 members of Congress on Monday urging them to protect civil liberties, follow the U.S. Constitution and fix the current legislation to make it constitutional.

“I urge all Members of Congress to vote NO on the motion to table the motion to reconsider,” states the letter. “I am specifically asking the 56 Members of Congress who voted for final passage of H.R. 7888, the Reforming Intelligence and Securing America Act, after supporting and voting for Biggs Amendment #1 to vote NO on the motion to table.”

Friday’s legislation permits U.S. agencies to monitor foreign targets abroad but has come under scrutiny for its implications and past misuse in surveilling American citizens. The vote displayed a uniparty alliance, with 147 Democrats and 126 Republicans supporting the bill, while 88 Republicans and 59 Democrats opposed it.

Shortly before final passage, the House rejected a commonsense amendment from Rep. Andy Biggs, which would require a warrant to spy on Americans. 86 Republicans voted for authoritarianism, with Speaker Mike Johnson casting the decisive vote.

The House, under the leadership of Speaker Mike Johnson, could vote in the coming days on an aid package to Israel. But will Ukraine aid be attached?

If the White House has its way, the answer is yes. “We are opposed to a stand-alone bill that would just work on Israel,” White House National Security Communications Advisor John Kirby told members of the media Monday. Johnson, however, reportedly told House Republicans at a conference meeting Monday evening that Ukraine and Israel aid should be separated. Is Biden willing to use the veto to get his way, and if he is, will that force Johnson to reconsider?

“House Republicans and the Republican Party understand the necessity of standing with Israel,” Johnson told Fox News on Sunday. Previously, the House had advanced two aid bills for Israel—in fact, Johnson’s first legislative act as Speaker was passing a stand-alone aid bill for Israel.

“We’re going to try again this week, and the details of that package are being put together. Right now, we’re looking at the options and all these supplemental issues,” the speaker continued, signaling an openness to keeping aid to Ukraine and Israel bundled.

Over the weekend, Iran launched a strike with more than 300 missiles and drones in response to an Israeli strike on an Iranian consulate in Damascus that killed 13, including senior military officials. Very few of the Iranian missiles and drones ended up hitting their targets; Israel, with assistance from the U.S., Britain, and France, shot down most. The Jordanians, critics of Israel’s campaign in Gaza, also shot down drones and missiles that entered its airspace. Iran gave ample prior warning of its retaliatory attack and used slow-moving drones, suggesting its actions were meant to be non-escalatory in nature. Despite the apparent scale, Iran expected most of its projectiles would be shot down.

After the Senate failed to strike a deal that would provide supplemental aid to Ukraine, Israel, and the Indo-Pacific in exchange for border security, the Senate passed a $95 billion aid package without border security provisions in February. Johnson has refused to take up the legislation, but has repeatedly stated he wants to create an aid package for Ukraine and Israel that won’t cost him the speaker’s gavel.

On Sunday, in the wake of the Iranian attack, Johnson spoke with President Joe Biden, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries. The group urged Johnson to bring the $95 billion supplemental, nearly two-thirds of which is funding for Ukraine, to the floor.

But Johnson would most likely have to bring the $95 billion package to the floor under suspension of the rules, and it’s unclear whether two-thirds of the House would be willing to sign on. While the weekend’s attack has added urgency, Johnson faces a House GOP growing increasingly skeptical about America’s involvement in Ukraine and a House Democratic conference that increasingly questions U.S. support for Israel. Threading the needle, and doing so while keeping his job, is going to be difficult for Johnson.

For its part, the Senate has refused to consider House-passed aid packages too. The first Israel aid bill Johnson passed out of the House offset the costs via spending cuts, most of which from Biden’s IRS expansion.

In the past few weeks, Johnson has been flirting with various ways to offset future expenditures on the war in Ukraine for his future aid package, such as providing Ukraine aid in the form of a loan or using the REPO Act to seize Russian assets.

“I think these are ideas that I think can get consensus, and that’s what we’ve been working through,” Johnson said in the wake of a Friday meeting with former President Donald Trump, who is more comfortable with the idea of Ukraine aid as a loan. “We’ll send our package. We’ll put something together and send it to the Senate and get these obligations completed.”

While Johnson’s decision to separate Israel and Ukraine aid is aimed primarily at shoring up support from the more conservative wing of the conference, some House Republicans, such as House Foreign Affairs Committee Chair Michael McCaul, believe the conflicts are intertwined. “What happened in Israel last night happens in Ukraine every night,” McCaul said on CBS’s “Face The Nation.”

What happens with the impending aid package remains to be seen. That doesn’t mean Johnson’s House will be idle, however. Johnson is preparing a legislative barrage against Iran in the coming week. The speaker is putting 17 bills about Iran and Israel on the floor—11 of which will proceed under suspension of the rules.

Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) on Monday promised to halt US Senate business until Democrats hold an impeachment trial for DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.

For weeks now Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer has refused to hold the Senate trial for DHS Secretary Mayorkas.

Constitutional expert Hans Von Spakovsky recently informed Grant Stinchfield and the Real America Voice audience that holding an impeachment trial is not an option for Democrats – it’s their duty according to the US Constitution!

Hans Von Spakovsky: The Senate has a special rule that it put in place, a parliamentary rule, to handle impeachments. The rule was implemented back in the 1980s. That rule calls for a trial. There is no language in there whatsoever that simply allows a motion to dismiss and a vote on a motion to dismiss. Plus, look, the Constitution says the House votes on whether to impeach a federal official, and the Senate then is responsible for holding a trial and determining whether they are guilty or should be acquitted. There’s nothing in there about not h not holding a trial and simply throwing it out.

Senator Mike Lee (R-UT): Madam President, I rise today to speak in support of my motion to table the Ramona Manglona nomination. My issue with the nominee at hand is not with the nominee at hand. In fact, she’s quite well qualified. She passed out of the Judiciary Committee on which I serve, with my support, my vote in committee of 21 to zero.

The Senate should not be processing nominees right now. The Senate should be laser-focused instead on preparing for the trial for Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, whom the House impeached in February. Instead of confirming yet another nominee, we should be considering an organizing resolution to set up that trial, which we’re constitutionally compelled to conduct. But unfortunately, that’s not what we’re doing. Instead, Senator Schumer is preparing to enact a nuclear option by tabling the articles of impeachment.

For the first time in American history Senate Democrats want to avoid even examining the evidence presented against Mayorkas. We should not be going about business as usual while Senator Schumer prepares to nuke the Senate. If this motion to table is successful, then with respect to Manglona, we could move to legislative business to consider an organizing resolution for the impeachment trial.

I ask my colleagues for support. To that end, Madam President, I move to table the nomination of Ramona Villagomes, Manglona, and ask for the yays and nays.

Tonight Senator Lee is holding Democrats accountable and is halting business until Democrats hold the DHS Secretary’s impeachment trial!

The Senate doesn’t get to ignore its duty and give Secretary Mayorkas a pass for his border disaster.

“A transgender athlete, Aayden Gallagher, from McDaniel High School, smoked female competitors at the Sherwood Need For Speed Invitational on Saturday.

Gallagher, who is in the 10th grade and identifies as transgender woman, competed in the girls’ track and field events, participating in the 200-meter, 400-meter, and 4×100-meter relay races.

In the 200-meter race, Gallagher secured a first-place finish in the heat with a time of 25.49 seconds, smoking the nearest competitor by more than five seconds.

This performance earned Gallagher a second-place finish overall in the girls’ 200-meter event, with the top spot going to Aster Jones from Roosevelt High School, who finished with a time of 24.43 seconds.

According to Red State, Gallagher’s time would have placed 61st in the boys’ 200-meter race at the same meet.

Gallagher also competed in the girls’ 400-meter race, finishing second with a time of 55.61 seconds—a time that would have ranked 57th in the boys’ category.”

This is a story that seems to have been playing on repeat for the last two years. The question now is what will we as a society do in response? Are parents going to continue to sit on the sidelines and watch as their daughters get destroyed by males? Or, are more parents going to join those who are outraged and take a stand for basic biology?

If something doesn’t change soon I fear we will be stuck living with the growing plague of collective insanity that is modern gender theory.

President Trump on Monday afternoon spoke to the press after the first day of the Stormy Daniels ‘hush money’ trial in Manhattan.

Jury selection was underway on Monday morning for Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg’s lawfare case against Trump related to ‘hush payments’ made to porn star Stormy Daniels.

After refusing to recuse himself, Judge Juan Merchan on Monday threatened to put President Trump in jail if he doesn’t show up for trial.

Merchan read Trump his right to be in court during the trial.

The judge told Trump a warrant would be issued for his arrest if he failed to show up to trial without a valid reason.

President Trump asked the judge if he could skip the trial on Wednesday for his son Barron’s graduation.

Judge Merchan said that the decision “really depends on if we are on time and where we are in the trial.”

President Trump spoke out after Judge Merchan threatened him with jail if he skipped court.

President Trump: We had some amazing things happen today.

As you know, my son is graduating from high school, and it looks like the judge will not let me go through the graduation of my son, who’s worked very, very hard. He’s a great student. We’re very proud of the fact that he did so well. And he was looking forward for years to have this graduation with his mother and father there. It looks like the judges are not going to allow me to escape this scam. It’s a scam trial.

If you read all of the legal pundits, all of the legal scholars today, there’s not one that I see that said this is a case that should be brought or tried. It’s a scam. It’s a political witch hunt. It continues It continues forever. And we’re not going to be given a fair trial. It’s a very, very sad thing.

In addition, as you know, next Thursday, we’re before the United States Supreme Court in a very big hearing on immunity. And this is something that we We’ve been waiting for a long time. The judge, of course, is not going to allow us.

He’s a very conflicted judge, and he’s not going to allow us to go to that. He won’t allow me to leave here for a half a day, go to DC, and go before the United States Supreme Court because he thinks he’s superior, I guess, than the Supreme Court. We got a real problem with this judge. We have a real problem with a lot of things having to do with this trial, including the DA, because you go right outside and people are being muffled and killed all day long. He’s sitting here all day with 10 or 12 prosecutors over nothing, over what people say shouldn’t be a trial.

I just want to thank you very much.

The New York Post reported:

Hundreds of anti-Israeli protesters wreaked havoc in Lower Manhattan on Monday, storming the Brooklyn Bridge and grinding traffic to a halt on its Manhattan-bound side as cops in riot gear fought to contain the unrest.

The marchers — including some who burned American flags, according to social media posts — converged on the historic span around 3:45 p.m., immediately disrupting cars and prompting NYPD cops to swarm the area and begin cuffing at least two dozen of them.

Photos posted on social media showed the massive mob invading the span during the disruptive rally — only the latest in the Big Apple since the Oct. 7 Hamas terror attack on Israel and the subsequent counter-offensive by the Jewish state in the Gaza Strip.

Police across the country could learn a few lessons regarding how Florida takes care of pro-Hamas protesters who disrupt the daily lives of residents.

As WSVN reported, several of the losers were manhandled, dragged, and then arrested by Miami Police in riot gear and on horseback as they attempted to block the entrance to Port Miami. The incident occurred at roughly 1 PM on Monday.

The local police were joined by state troopers and armored vehicles in the process according to the outlet.

Bryan Griffin, the communications director for Governor Ron DeSantis, shared a clip of the Miami police taking out the trash. At the same time, other cities like Chicago and San Francisco coddled the protesters instead.

Like their fellowcomrades across the country, the protesters in Miami want the U.S. government to stop sending Israel weapons to defend themselves against Hamas and cut off aid to the Jewish State completely.

Here’s what one protester told WSVN:

“After October 7, they have given more tax dollars, what we’re saying is that money could better be used to address the housing crisis in the US, the public education issue, the lack of accessible food and affordable housing, and better transportation,” whined protester Libra Sankara.

If every state were like Florida when dealing with unlawful protests, leftist clowns would think twice before attempting these publicity stunts.

Stabber Takeira Hester in police booking shot and running with a knife after stabbing attack on Saturday.

Takeira Hester was arrested Saturday after stabbing a 24-year-old Asian woman and hours later a one-year-old baby boy in a stroller in Philadelphia.

Hester recently skipped court in New York City on separate charges.

According to Steve keeley at FOX 29 Hester is charged with multiple counts of attempted murder and aggravated assault.

A Brooklyn woman charged in a subway stabbing that left a good Samaritan injured was busted for knifing two people in Philadelphia – including a 1-year-old boy – just days after skipping out on a court date in her New York City case.

Takeira Hester, 28, was out on bail when she missed her April 11 hearing in the assault case for allegedly stabbing a 31-year-old man who tried to break up a fight between her and another woman on a lower Manhattan train in 2022, authorities said.

She now also faces attempted murder charges for the stabbing spree in Philly — which began at around around 8:30 a.m. April 13 when Hester allegedly randomly knifed a 24-year-old woman in the chest and hand in the Center City neighborhood, local cops said.

Just hours later at around noon, Hester allegedly stormed up to a 1-year-old boy riding in a stroller alongside his twin – and brazenly stabbed him in front of both parents on South 18th Street, authorities said.

Hester had a warrant out for her arrest out of New York City at the time after skipping out on her hearing in Manhattan Criminal Court on the assault case, prosecutors said.
