CLASSY: Jennifer Lawrence Calls Mike Pence Gay at GLAAD Awards, Says He Has a Weird Penis

Hollywood actress Jennifer Lawrence suggested that former Vice President Mike Pence is a homosexual and made crass remarks about his penis.

Speaking at the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) annual Media Awards event in New York City on Saturday, Lawrence said that Orville Peck, who was receiving the Vito Russo Award, was her “favorite musician and good friend.”

“I love the gay community. In fact, I was in love with a homosexual. I tried to convert him for years, but now I know conversion therapy doesn’t work,” Lawrence explained.

“Did you hear me, Mike Pence? I said conversion therapy isn’t real, even though I know you think it worked on you. He’s in New York tonight. He’s receiving a Kid’s Choice Award for weirdest dick.”

While Pence is known for his socially conservative views, there is no evidence that he has ever privately or publicly advocated conversion therapy.

As explained by The New York Times, accusations of Pence’s support for conversion therapy originate from a website for Pence’s 2000 congressional campaign where he discussed the Ryan White Care Act, which provided federal funding for H.I.V. and AIDS patients having been approved by Congress that same year.

The website stated:

Congress should support the reauthorization of the Ryan White Care Act only after completion of an audit to ensure that federal dollars were no longer being given to organizations that celebrate and encourage the types of behaviors that facilitate the spreading of the HIV virus. Resources should be directed toward those institutions which provide assistance to those seeking to change their sexual behavior.

Regardless of Pence’s supposed sexuality, it is clear that his political career is at an end. After being dubbed a “traitor” for his refusal to challenge the results of the 2020 presidential election despite widspread evidence of voter fraud, he has alienated vast swathes of the Republican base.

In March, Pence delivered his final betrayal by refusing to support Donald Trump’s campaign to remove Joe Biden from the White House.

“It should come as no surprise that I will not be endorsing Donald Trump this year,” Pence told Fox News at the time. “I’m incredibly proud of the record of our administration.”

“But that being said, during my presidential campaign, I made it clear there were profound differences between me and President Trump on a range of issues,” he continued. “And not just our differences on our constitutional duties that I exercised on January 6th.”

LA Prosecutors Won’t Be Filing Charges Against Two People Suspected of Secretly Recording Racist Conversation Involving Ex-Council President, Who Said Fellow Democrat’s Black Son Was ‘Like a Monkey’

Credit: Venice Paparozzi and YouTube screengrab

Los Angeles County prosecutors have concluded that a crime likely occurred in connection with the leaked recording of a racist conversation that led to the resignation of then-city council president Nury Martinez (Democrat), but they will not be filing charges.

The Los Angeles Times reported that the investigation traced the source of the recording to a residence linked to two former employees of the Los Angeles County Federation of Labor, Santos Leon, and Karla Vasquez.

Despite indications of a criminal act associated with the recording, the district attorney’s office cited the lack of prior criminal records and a precedent of not pursuing felony charges in similar cases as reasons for their decision.

The matter has been forwarded to the city attorney’s office to assess the potential for misdemeanor charges.

“The evidence suggests that a crime was committed,” noted a memo from the district attorney’s office per LA Times.

The Gateway Pundit reported in 2022 that the recording captured Martinez using the phrase “parece changuito” (“he’s like a monkey”) to describe council member Mike Bonin’s black son.

Mike Bonin is a gay politician.  At least she didn’t call him a queer.  Martinez also said of LA DA George Gascon, “fu*k that guy, he’s with the blacks.”

Listen:

Senator Alex Padilla, who previously served as California Secretary of State, expressed his disgust at the “racist, dehumanizing” language used by Martinez and was among those who urged her to step down.

“I am appalled at the racist, dehumanizing remarks made by Los Angeles City officials and leaders that were made public yesterday. As a father, I am offended that an innocent child was a target of these remarks.

“At a time when our nation is grappling with a rise in hate speech and hate crimes, these racist comments have deepened the pain that our communities have endured. Los Angeles deserves,” Padilla wrote.

Following the scandal, Martinez resigned.

“It is with a broken heart that I resign my seat for Council District 6, the community I grew up in and my home,” Martinez said in a statement.

Dozens of Duke Graduates and Students Walk Out on Vocal Israel Supporter and Jewish Comedian Jerry Seinfeld at Graduation

Hundreds of Duke graduates walk out on Jerry Seinfeld at graduation, May 2024.

HUNDREDS of Duke graduates and students in the stadium stands walked out of commencement ceremonies on Sunday prior to Jerry Seinfeld’s speech.

Seinfeld is a staunch Israel supporter and Jewish comedian and star in the most successful sitcom in US history, named after him.

The Duke leftists didn’t care dozens, if not hundreds of the students stood up and walked out before Seinfeld could begin his speech.

Wouldn’t you just LOVE to hire one of these young Gaza-loving radicals at YOUR company?

Jerry Seinfeld received an honorary degree at Duke. It was just too much for the pro-Palestinian leftists.

In December Jerry Seinfeld traveled to Israel and met with freed hostages of Hamas and family members.

According to The Times of Israel.

“Seinfeld told the families that he feels a deep commitment to raising awareness around the world about the issue of the hostages,” according to a statement issued by the Hostages and Missing Persons Families Forum Headquarters. He and his family were clearly “deeply affected” by the stories of “the experiences they heard from the family members and the released hostages.”

Hamas barbarians slaughtered 1,200 innocent Jewish civilians on October 7, 2023, and took another 200+ hostage. Hamas still holds 130 hostages in Gaza.

Hamas targeted a youth concert during their massacre.

The Duke leftists really don’t seem to care.

Sound Retreat!

Sound Retreat!

When your forces are overextended, retreat can be the right decision.

Credit: Michal-CZ

No element of the art of war is so misunderstood as the retreat. It is commonly thought to be synonymous with cowardice, failure, and defeat. Heroes are those who bravely shouted, “No surrender and no retreat!”

In fact, retreat is the means by which many armies have avoided surrender. George Washington spent much of the American Revolutionary War retreating; had he not done so, our present sovereign would be King Charles III. For centuries, the British Army’s standard tactic when things go wrong has been to retreat to the coast, knowing the Royal Navy would be there to take it home. To Lord Cornwallis’s misfortune, when he arrived in Yorktown he found the waiting fleet was not British but French. A blocked retreat cost Great Britain its American colonies.

Far more dangerous than retreat is overextension. Overextension is making too many commitments, more than your armed services can meet. That is the situation in which our country now finds itself. Through our excess of alliances we are committed to fight Russia in Europe, North Korea, China if it attacks Japan and perhaps if it invades Taiwan, Israel if it attacks someone and is losing, Saudi Arabia against Iran, probably Lichtenstein if Switzerland attacks, and maybe the Duchy of Grand Fenwick if it is invaded by Graustark.

The Blob and the Pentagon never met a commitment they did not embrace because that is what keeps the trough full. We are playing multiple bluffs and we need to reduce commitments before they get called. In Europe, we should withdraw all American forces and remind the Europeans that Article 5 of the NATO treaty does not require the U.S. or any other NATO member to go to war if a state in NATO is attacked; all that is mandated is that it “take the actions it deems necessary.”

Already, the prospect of President Trump returning to office has led the Europeans to think about how to create a nuclear deterrent of their own. That is not difficult, because both France and Britain have Strategic nuclear forces. Here as elsewhere, nuclear weapons make large-scale conventional war highly unlikely because of the danger of escalation.

Why shouldn’t the U.S. withdraw from NATO altogether? Because NATO provides a basis for a very different alliance, that of the northern hemisphere, pointed south. All along the globe’s circumference the southern hemisphere is invading the north. The invasion is driven by long-term factors including population pressures, state failure, economic collapse, and Islam’s expansionary nature. The invasion comes in the form of immigrants, not hostile armies, but that makes it all the more threatening. Enemy armies eventually go home, but immigrants who do not acculturate permanently change the landscape, in this case much for the worse.

To transform itself into an alliance facing the future, not the past, NATO must bring Russia in. Russia guards civilization’s vast flank that stretches from the Black Sea to Vladivostok. No defense of the northern hemisphere is possible without Russia. During President Putin’s early years, Russia asked to join NATO. The U.S. said no. That was the worst grand strategic blunder the Blob has made since the fall of the Soviet Union. Once the war in Ukraine ends, we should welcome Russia into NATO. Had we done so earlier, there would now be no war in Ukraine.

In the Middle East, we are caught up in a vast civil war within Islam,’a war between the Sunnis and the Shiites. We have no dog in that fight. On the contrary, it is to our advantage that Islam expend as much of its energy internally as possible. We need only hold their coats and urge all parties to fight fiercely. As to Israel, no American interests lead us to support Likud’s quest for Lebensraum.

The Pacific holds several ticking bombs which we need to deactivate before they explode. Korea is one. There, President Trump was well on his way to ending the Korean war and normalizing relations with North Korea until his second summit with Kim Jong Un was sabotaged by the neocon John Bolton. I doubt we will see Mr. Bolton resurface in a new Trump administration, so it should be possible to get that train back on track. With China, we should offer to withdraw from the first island chain but ask which China would prefer: the U.S. remaining an ally of Japan and South Korea and a “friend” of Taiwan or those places going nuclear? A wise China would choose the former, with a promise of no wars, rather than see nuclear-armed adversaries proliferate. Any one of those adversaries, if attacked, could knock China back a century.

The Blob will scream “isolationism” at such strategic retreats, but the word is a lie. The only time the U.S. pursued a policy of isolation was under President Thomas Jefferson, who embargoed all American trade with Europe during the Napoleonic Wars. Rather, through most of our history we related to the rest of the world primarily through private means, trade and serving as a moral example, rather than via the great power tools of diplomacy and war. That strategy was highly successful and can succeed again.

But that should not be where America’s strategy ends. As noted, we should complement it with a northern hemisphere alliance, our contribution to which would be securing our own southern border. We should also seek an alliance of all states in defense of the state system itself, because state collapse is one of the factors driving the peoples of the southern hemisphere north. Here, too, our contribution would primarily be domestic, in restoring the legitimacy of our own political system, whose capture by a culturally Marxist oligarchy is alienating the American heartland.

Just as many armies throughout history have faced a choice between retreat or defeat, our vast overextension gives us that same choice now. I hear George Washington commanding, “Sound retreat!”

Free Speech Still Applies at Universities

Free Speech Still Applies at Universities

Bad or hateful opinions aren’t against the law.

My conundrum begins with the base concept that there is no such thing as hate speech according to the First Amendment. I believe something very different than the encampment protesters at Columbia. But I believe in defending their right to protest legally just as much. Makes for some uncomfortable times, but it’s the thought that counts.

There are no laws against “hate speech.” Some people have developed an alternate understanding of free speech, with students in particular believing “offensive” speech should not be protected, particularly when the offense is directed at groups defined by race, religion, ethnicity, gender, or sexual orientation. But the 1A says a speaker can call people names and insult them by their religion. What many people think and say is hateful. It is in fact carefully thought out to inspire hate, to promote hate, to appeal to crude and base instincts. Indeed, that is the point. Free speech means just that, with any limited restrictions content-neutral. So there’s nothing in the law per se preventing people from holding and/or shouting anti-Semitic views.

(BONUS: Much of what follows applies to Donald Trump’s own statements to the mob on January 6. His so-called inflammatory statements that morning are protected by much of the same law as the Gaza encampment people. It should make a college age ACLU donor proud to know her $25 contribution with Mom’s credit card helps the Gaza encampment people, Israel supporters, and Trump all at once.)

But what about when that anti-Semitism extends to calls to violence, horrible stuff like signs asking for counter-protesters to become Hamas’s next victims? Brandenburg v. Ohio precludes speech from being shut down as incitement to violence unless 1) the speech explicitly or implicitly encouraged the use of violence or lawless action; 2) the speaker intends that their speech will result in the use of violence or lawless action; and the important one, 3) imminent use of violence or lawless action is the likely result of the speech. (A hostile reaction from a crowd doesn’t count.)

A second type of speech excluded from First Amendment protection and often wrongly labeled hate speech are “fighting words”: speech that instantly “inflict[s] injury or tend to incite an immediate breach of the peace.” This must be directed at a specific individual; offensive speech to a crowd doesn’t count.

The upshot is that, apart from some very narrow definitions of violence-inducing words, the obligation exists to the concept of free speech independent of the content of that speech. This is also one of the most fundamental precepts of free speech in a democracy. There need be no protections for saying things that people agree with, things that are not challenging or debatable or offensive; free speech is not really needed for the weather or sports.

But what about anti-Semitic speech such as “From the river to the sea [wipe out the Jews]?” Isn’t this the equivalent of that bit about “shouting ‘fire’ in a crowded theater”?

The Fire! line comes from the Supreme Court decision in Schenck v. United States and is often cited as justification for limiting free speech. Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes said “the most stringent protection of free speech would not protect a man in falsely shouting fire in a theater and causing a panic. The question in every case is whether the words used are used in such circumstances and are of such a nature as to create a clear and present danger.”

The full decision says the First Amendment doesn’t protect false speech that meets three conditions: 1) the speech must be demonstrably false; 2) it must be likely to cause real harm, not just offense or hurt feelings, and 3) must do so immediately, a “clear and present danger.” This interpretation of the First Amendment has been adjudicated to impose a high barrier to restrictions on what can be blocked or banned, and over the years has allowed flags to be burned in front of veterans and real Nazis to march among Holocaust survivors, and—yeah—the “river to the sea” thing. None of this extends to trashing a building or blocking a public highway.

Schenck was what jurists call bad law, in that it sought to use the Espionage Act against a Socialist pamphleteer to stop free speech, not to protect it. (The pamphleteer was determined to be a clear and present danger in wartime.) The case was eventually overturned. The Supreme Court has set a very high bar against restricting speech based on the idea that what is being said leading to violence.

But colleges and universities are not the government. Many are private institutions like X and Facebook that are not subject to the 1A. So shouldn’t they have the right to censor their students, the way X can censor tweets and Facebook block users?

Academic administrators like to rely on the idea of “time, place, and manner” in their restrictions on speech. But public funding invokes the First Amendment for schools, though obviously if a school exists that accepts zero public dollars, that’s another story. The legal argument extending the First Amendment to institutions accepting Federal funding is Rosenberger v. University of Virginia, where the Supreme Court held that the University could not fund all student publications except those addressing religious views because such a policy violated the institution’s constitutional obligation not to discriminate against particular viewpoints.

Universities like Columbia, which accept pubic funds, are avoiding the 1A by claiming their protesting students are trespassing or violating school Codes of Ethics that specify time, place, and manner of protests. Whether the latter would stand up in court is an open question.

There is no legal or other justification for banning speech based on who it may offend or threaten; in fact, quite the opposite. Wendell Holmes declared a “marketplace of ideas”—all ideas, not just popular ones. Free speech is messy as hell, but it is our essential defense against fascism, whether from the left or the right.

Even in the week before finals.

Iranian Lawmaker Claims Tehran Now Equipped with Nuclear Bombs

Credit: Foundation for Defense of Democracies

Iranian lawmaker Ahmad Bakhshayesh Ardestani claimed on Friday that Iran possesses nuclear weapons, despite the country’s formal policy under the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). This statement came shortly after the UN’s atomic watchdog highlighted Iran’s capacity to produce multiple nuclear bombs, Fox News reported.

Speaking to Rouydad 24, a local media outlet, Ardestani contradicted the official line that Iran adheres to the JCPOA, which aims to prevent the nation from developing nuclear arms in exchange for economic sanctions relief.

“In my opinion, we have achieved nuclear weapons, but we do not announce it. It means our policy is to possess nuclear bombs, but our declared policy is currently within the framework of the JCPOA,” Ardestani said.

This controversial declaration follows a warning by Rafael Grossi, head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, who recently stated that Iran has enriched enough uranium for several nuclear bombs.

The international community, particularly the United States and Israel, has expressed grave concerns over Iran’s nuclear ambitions, with the U.S. withdrawing from the JCPOA in 2018 under President Donald Trump’s administration.

Conservative media exploded after it was revealed Barack Obama’s former Secretary of State, John Kerry, has been secretly meeting with Iranian officials to salvage Iran’s nuclear weapons program.

Fox News reported:

Ardestani, who was re-elected to Iran’s quasi-parliament in March, added, “The reason is that when countries want to confront others, their capabilities must be compatible, and Iran’s compatibility with America and Israel means that Iran must have nuclear weapons,”

The Iranian parliament member noted, “In a climate where Russia has attacked Ukraine and Israel has attacked Gaza, and Iran is a staunch supporter of the Resistance Front, it is natural for the containment system to require that Iran possess nuclear bombs. However, whether Iran declares it is another matter.” Fox News Digital sent press queries to Iran’s Foreign Ministry in Tehran and its U.N. mission in New York.

Experts on Iran’s illegal nuclear weapons program warned about the seemingly speculative comments made by Ardestani. Jason Brodsky, the policy director of the U.S.-brd United Against a Nuclear Iran, told Fox News Digital that “Ardestani is only a member of parliament, and he’s not in the inner core of the regime’s nuclear decision-making circle, so while his comments are interesting, I think they have to be weighed properly given his access and standing.”

Just two days before Ardestani’s announcement, the president of the Iranian Strategic Council on Foreign Relations, Kamal Kharrazi, told Al-Jazeera Network Qatar, “I announced two years ago, in an interview with Al-Jazeera TV, that Iran had the absorptive capacity and the capability to produce a nuclear bomb. Iran still has that capability, but we have not made the decision to produce a nuclear bomb. However, if the Iranian interests are threatened in this manner, we may change this doctrine. The military officials in Iran have announced that if our nuclear facilities would be attacked, we may change our military doctrine, with regard to the nuclear facilities.” The U.S.-brd Middle East Media Institute (MEMRI) translated and published Kharrazi’s May 8 interview.

Brodsky said, “Kharrazi’s comments are part of an increasingly loud chorus of threats from Iranian officials that they will change Iran’s nuclear doctrine if Israel attacks them. The current advanced state of Iran’s nuclear program provides it with the luxury to make these threats as it hopes to deter Western policymakers from launching pressure campaigns on Tehran.”

Critics of the Biden administration’s Iran policy argue the White House strategy of de-escalation and containment targeting Iran’s atomic program has backfired. Iran’s regime – the world’s worst state-sponsor of international terrorism – is moving at an astonishingly fast pace to secure an operational nuclear weapon.

Actor Steve Buscemi Assaulted in Random Attack in Crime-Ridden New York City

Steve Buscemi, the acclaimed actor known for his roles in classic films “Reservoir Dogs (1992)” and “Fargo (1996),” was the latest victim of a random assault in Manhattan’s Kips Bay neighborhood last week, the New York Post reported.

The 66-year-old Brooklyn native was walking on Third Avenue around 11:48 a.m. Wednesday when an unidentified assailant punched him, causing significant swelling to his face and left eye. Buscemi was promptly taken to Bellevue Hospital for treatment, while the attacker fled the scene and remains at large.

“Steve was assaulted in Mid-Town Manhattan, another victim of the random acts of violence plaguing our city,” Buscemi’s publicist told The Post.

“He is recovering and is grateful for the support of his fans and the community, although he remains deeply troubled by the rising violence.”

The NYPD has released surveillance images of the suspect, described as a “a bearded man wearing a baseball cap, a blue t-shirt and black sweatpants.”

Eyewitnesses, including a local worker, reported seeing the incident unfold. “I saw he was with a woman, then he suddenly tripped and fell backwards. It’s unsettling, especially as it gets late,” she recounted.

This assault is not isolated. Last month, Actor Michael Stuhlbarg experienced an unexpected attack while walking near East 90th Street and East Drive around 7:45 p.m. on Sunday.

A homeless man, later identified as 27-year-old Xavier Israel, assaulted Stuhlbarg by throwing a rock at him, which resulted in a minor laceration on the actor’s head.

Stuhlbarg chased his assailant out of the park, leading to the apprehension of Israel by police officers stationed outside the Russian Consulate on East 91st Street near Fifth Avenue.

Israel has been charged with assault and was awaiting arraignment in Manhattan Criminal Court. His criminal history includes three arrests within a span of ten days in 2022 and convictions for misdemeanor assault and attempted robbery.

Convicted Perjurer Michael Cohen to Take the Stand in Trump ‘Hush Money’ Lawfare Trial on Monday

Convicted perjurer Michael Cohen will take the witness stand on Monday in Alvin Bragg’s ‘hush payment’ lawfare trial against Trump in New York City.

Trump’s former lawyer-turned-rat Michael Cohen has been on TikTok nearly every day trashing Trump and selling t-shirts of Trump in jail.

Meanwhile, President Trump is gagged and cannot defend himself against Michael Cohen’s attacks.

Judge Juan Merchan last week warned Michael Cohen to stop talking about the Trump hush money case.

A 2018 letter from Michael Cohen’s lawyers admitting Trump knew nothing about the Stormy Daniels ‘hush money’ transaction re-emerged this year as the judge set the trial date.

Last year the Daily Mail obtained a 2018 letter from Michael Cohen’s lawyer stating Cohen used his own personal money to pay Porn Star Stormy Daniels in 2016.

The letter also states that the Trump Org nor the Trump campaign reimbursed Michael Cohen for the $130,000 payment to Stormy Daniels.

This directly contradicts Cohen’s testimony – not surprising given Michael Cohen is a convicted perjurer.

Trump has been accused of paying Daniels ‘hush payments’ through his then-attorney Michael Cohen in a scheme to silence her and stop the story about their alleged affair from being published in the National Enquirer.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg charged Trump with 34 felony counts related to the Stormy Daniels ‘hush payment’ transaction.

Michael Cohen’s former legal advisor Robert Costello last year appeared before the Manhattan grand jury to set the record straight.

Costello blasted Michael Cohen as a “convicted perjurer” in remarks to reporters in New York last March.

The prosecutors “cherry-picked” 6 emails out of more than 300 emails, Costello said.

Costello told reporters that Michael Cohen used the money “pursuant to a HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit) loan” to pay Stormy.

“And why did you take the loan, Michael?” Costello said recalling a conversation he had with Cohen about the payment to Stormy Daniels.

“‘I wanted this secret. I didn’t even want my own wife to know. Much less Melania Trump,’” Costello said recalling Cohen’s remarks about using money from a HELOC to pay Stormy Daniels.

A 2018 letter from Michael Cohen’s lawyer to the Federal Election Commission (FEC) blows another hole in Cohen’s testimony.

“In a private transaction in 2016, before the U.S. presidential election, Mr. Cohen used his own personal funds to facilitate a payment of $130,000 to Ms. Stephanie Clifford,’ Cohen’s lawyer Stephen Ryan, who worked form McDermott Will & Emery wrote.

“Neither the Trump Organization nor the Trump campaign was a party to the transaction with Ms. Clifford, and neither reimbursed Mr. Cohen for the payment directly or indirectly,” the lawyer wrote.

“Contrary to the allegations in the complaint, which are entirely speculative, neither Mr. Cohen nor Essential Consultants LLC made any in-kind contributions to Donald J. Trump for President, Inc., or any other presidential campaign committee.” he said.

Ohio Community Outraged After School District Allegedly Withholds Information on Student Accused of Raping 9-Year-Old — Suspect Still in Class, Playing Sports

A storm of controversy has enveloped Hudson High School following revelations that Jeremiah Earl Stoehr, an 18-year-old senior, has been attending school and participating in sports despite facing severe allegations including rape and kidnapping of a 9-year-old child.

Stoehr was indicted on February 7, 2024, on multiple charges, including rape, kidnapping, and gross sexual imposition, with the alleged offenses occurring on or around December 2, 2023, according to Chasing Liberty. Despite these charges, it has come to light that many within the school were unaware of Stoehr’s legal troubles until recently.

A concerned parent reached out to The Gateway Pundit, claiming, “The county has now even removed his records from public viewing. Corruption at its finest. This student was still able to attend class and play sports. They clearly didn’t want this to get out locally.”

According to Akron Beacon Journal, “The case docket, which included redactions to protect the 9-year-old’s privacy, was removed from the Summit County Clerk of Courts website this week after a judge granted a defense attorney’s request to seal the documents from public view, said James Pollack, a spokesman for the Summit County Prosecutor’s Office. The Beacon Journal began collecting its information for this report before access to these documents was cut off.”

The Gateway Pundit was able to find Stoehr’s mugshot via recentlybooked.com.

Screenshot

Chasing Liberty reported:

Stoehr’s case has stirred a strong backlash from the public, particularly from students and parents connected to Hudson High. Much of the anger centers on Judge Alison Breaux’s perceived lenient treatment of the defendant and then-Summit County Prosecutor Sherri Bevan Walsh’s office’s lackluster response.

The court released Stoehr, who pleaded not guilty, on a $25,000 bond, meaning he only had to pay $2,500 to get out of jail. He was placed on “free-range GPS monitoring with maximum pretrial supervision” and must adhere to a curfew, according to court documents. He is also prohibited from having any contact with the alleged victim. The defendant was allowed to continue attending classes at Hudson High School.

However, the defendant’s attorney later filed a motion to modify the condition of Stoehr’s bail, which Judge Breaux, a Democrat elected in 2016, approved. The new conditions permitted Stoehr to attend several school events, such as track meets, a track banquet, and the school prom, while still wearing his ankle monitor. It has not beenn confirmed whether he actually attended prom. Walsh, also a Democrat, resigned in February. The Democratic Party appointed Elliot Kolkovich as her replacement.

A female senior at Hudson High expressed her dismay to FOX 8 News: “When I first got the text from my mom, I felt sick. It’s distressing to see him continue as if nothing happened.”

The sentiment is widespread, with students and parents questioning the decision to allow Stoehr to remain active in school life and upcoming graduation ceremonies.

Despite the community’s outcry, school officials have maintained that they are limited in the information they can disclose due to legal constraints and privacy policies. In a statement to FOX 8, Hudson City Schools clarified:

“Hudson City Schools is aware that one of our high school students is part of a police investigation involving an alleged sexual assault. While we are not permitted to discuss specifics of the case, we do want to be clear that this alleged incident did not occur on school property and did not involve another Hudson City School District student. This is a legal issue with the Summit County Prosecutor’s Office and the Summit County Court System. Supportive and protective measures have been in place to keep all students safe since the issue was first brought to the district’s attention.

“We understand there are questions; however, the district is extremely limited in what information can be released, per the law and student privacy policies. Please know the well-being and safety of all of our students remains our top priority.”

An online petition calling for Stoehr’s suspension until the trial’s conclusion has been gaining traction. From the petition:

As a deeply concerned member of the Hudson, OH community, I am writing to express my alarm and distress over a situation that is currently unfolding in our local high school. An 18-year-old student has been charged with kidnapping and raping a 9-year-old child. Despite these serious allegations, this individual continues to attend school and participate in extracurricular activities like the track team while awaiting trial.

This situation not only raises moral questions but also poses potential risks to other students. We are inadvertently providing an alleged pedophile access to minors under the guise of protecting his educational rights. This is not about denying anyone’s right to education but ensuring the safety of all students until proven innocent or guilty.

According to RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network), juveniles accounted for 23% of those serving time for rape in juvenile facilities across America in 2015. This alarming statistic underscores the need for immediate action when such serious allegations arise within our schools.

We urge Hudson City School District officials and relevant authorities to suspend this student until his trial concludes. It is crucial that we prioritize student safety over any individual’s rights when they stand accused of such heinous crimes.

Today’s Latest Media Smear: Mainstream Outlets Accuse Trump of Antisemitism for Telling Jews “They Should Be Ashamed” to Vote for Joe Biden – When They All Know He’s Right!

The fake news media today is slandering President Trump for telling American Jews “they should be ashamed” to vote for Joe Biden.

It’s not a secret that Joe Biden is the most anti-Isreal, pro-Hamas president in US history.

It’s also not a secret that Joe Biden announced he was withholding arms from Israel and that he is also withholding information on the whereabouts of senior Hamas officials in Gaza.

But on Sunday CNN hack journalist questioned Senator JD Vance on President Trump’s “anti-Semitic” remarks outside the New York City courtroom.

Numerous leftist media outlets ran with the slander against President Trump – the most pro-Israel US president in over 70 years.

The fake news was upset that Trump called out American Jews who were still supporting Joe Biden after his very blatant anti-Israel policy decisions.

President Trump spoke to reporters after a day wasted in New York City in the Democrat Party’s latest lawfare suit against him.

During his speech Trump called out Jewish Americans who still support the Democrat Party, “What Biden is doing with respect to Israel is disgraceful. If any Jewish person voted for Joe Biden, they should be ashamed of themselves. He’s totally abandoned Israel.”

J.D. Vance agreed.

Trump right again.

Biden’s policy in Israel is equal parts incoherent and immoral. https://t.co/FmGWeNMUBj

Liberal Jews have very publicly exited the Democrat Party the past several weeks as college campuses became ground zero for antisemitism and violence against Jews like nothing we have ever seen in this country. Jewish students are chased through the halls, blocked inside rooms, threatened on campus and refused entry into public spaces. Joe Biden refused to address this anti-Semitic violence.

So now that Jews are leaving the Democrat Party in droves the fake news media had to come up with something to stop the bleeding. So they made up the nonsense that by telling American Jews to vote Republican was “anti-Semitic.”

This is how the far left media operates. Is it really that surprising then that America’s legacy media ranks dead last in trust in media rankings from 46 countries.

So on Sunday J.D. Vance was questioned by Democrat lackey Dana Bash about Trump’s “antisemitic” speech.
How gross.

J. D. Vance knocked it out of the park, refuting the nonsense and pointing out the President Donald Trump was the most pro-Israel president in modern history. That is not up for debate.
