It’s been a bad week for RFK Jr.’s presidential campaign.

Not only has he faced copious memes that have flooded the internet since news of his “parasitic brain-eating worm” came out; Kennedy also has gotten himself into hot water with the pro-life movement. 

On May 8, the Independent presidential hopeful was featured on the former ESPN anchor Sage Steele’s podcast. Up until then, RFK had not discussed the abortion issue that much—as his campaign spokeswoman, Stefanie Spear, commented to the Washington Post that he would rather not “add fuel to the fire” or “dwell on the subject” of abortion.

Even though he conceded that the decision to have an abortion should be “up to the woman,” not the government (federal or state), Kennedy also had gone on the record saying, “Every abortion is a tragedy. Many of them leave permanent trauma on a woman.”

When pressed on whether he supports a woman’s “right to choose” up until birth, however, Kennedy, after a slight hesitation, said he would. 

This is a radical perspective, even for those who claim to be pro-choice, and a confusing stance for RFK to take at this point in his campaign.

Even Kennedy’s running mate, Nicole Shanahan, was taken aback by RFK’s new abortion stance. 

“That is not Bobby’s position, at least as far as I understand it,” Shanahan said in her own episode of Steele’s podcast. “My understanding with Bobby’s position is that, you know, every abortion is a tragedy, is a loss of life…. I don’t know where that came from.”

Just as recently as August 2023, Kennedy said he would support a federal ban on abortion after 15 weeks of gestation. “I believe a decision to abort a child should be up to the women during the first three months of life,” Kennedy told NBC. “Once a child is viable, outside the womb, I think then the state has an interest in protecting the child.”

His campaign then claimed he had “misunderstood” the question: “Mr. Kennedy’s position on abortion is that it is always the woman’s right to choose…. He does not support legislation banning abortion.”

Either way, the pro-life movement is now up in arms about Kennedy’s recent statements. 

The fallout from this interview might serve as a threat to the already questionable success of RFK’s campaign, as he has historically appealed to right-wing voters unsure about whether or not they should cast their ballots for Trump in November.

The unhinged climate activists from Stop Oil are at it again.

Two elderly protestors, Reverend Dr. Sue Parfitt, 82, and Judy Bruce, an 85-year-old retired biology teacher, entered the British Library, where two of the four surviving copies of the Magna Carta reside, and attempted to use a chisel and hammer to break the glass case protecting the historic document.

The Magna Carta is the first document to put into writing the principle that the King and his government were not above the law.

The two held a sign that read, “The government is breaking the law” and asked, “Is the government above the law?”

Sky News reports:

Rev Parfitt said: “The Magna Carta is rightly revered, being of great importance to our history, to our freedoms and to our laws.

“But there will be no freedom, no lawfulness, no rights, if we allow climate breakdown to become the catastrophe that is now threatened.”

In a statement, the British Library confirmed two people had “attacked the toughened glass case” containing the landmark charter in its treasures gallery.

“The library’s security team intervened to prevent further damage to the case, which was minimal,” it said.

The Gateway Pundit has reported on the global rise of vandalism and public temper tantrums by unhinged climate activists.

In October 2022, two disturbed women from the activist group Just Stop Oil threw tomato soup over Vincent van Gogh’s ‘Sunflowers’ on display at London’s National Gallery.

In June 2022, another pair from Just Stop Oil glued themselves to the frame of another Vincent Van Gogh painting.

In France, a 36-year-old man dressed as an old lady tried to break the glass protecting the famous Mona Lisa painting before throwing a cake on its surface.

Claude Monet’s ‘Les Meules,’ displayed at the Potsdam Barberini Museum in Germany, was attacked by an alliance of German and Austrian activists,  Letzte Generation (Last Generation.)

In March, Letzte Generation also vandalized an artwork near the German parliament building.

Vandals smeared black and red paint on the glass case and pedestal of Edgar Degas’ famous and beloved sculpture “Little Dancer Aged Fourteen” displayed at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C.

FBI agents spread documents from Mar-a-Lago on the floor during their raid on President Trump’s home.

In August 2022, President Trump reported that he believed the FBI stole his will during the Biden-endorsed raid on Mar-a-Lago.  The FBI also stole 1,800 other items that were not documents that belonged to President Trump. This was not lawful or necessary.

It is also widely known at this point that Joe Biden who ordered the FBI access to Trump’s documents at Mar-a-Lago and President Trump’s personal belongings.

On pages 2-3 of the ruling Judge Cannon revealed that it was JOE BIDEN who ordered the FBI access to the Mar-a-Lago documents and President Trump’s personal belongings.

This was despite the Biden regime insisting they had nothing to do with the raid.

In September 2022, Joe Hoft at The Gateway Pundit reported that Chris Wray’s FBI created a fake crime scene at Trump’s home by adding their own documents to the scene and doctoring at least one photo. (more here).

The FBI created the crime scene, inserted their own documents, and then photoshopped the document.  At the bottom of the photo provided to the court there is the number 2A, indicating that this was a crime scene photo as well as a type of tape measure across the bottom of the photo. The corrupt FBI threw the photos on the floor themselves. They staged this.

We know this because the containers were right next door. Had the FBI wanted to take a picture of the documents, they would have been placed on a table. Showing them as scattered across the floor is to indicate they were found this way, a lie we explain below. Also, the cabinets are right next to the documents, which is likely where they were stored. They weren’t stored on the floor.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Biden’s corrupt FBI’s raid on Mar-a-Lago was all a set-up. We reported this when it happened. Now we have more evidence.
It was all another set up from our totally corrupt DOJ and FBI.

This past weekend Judge Cannon redacted documents previously concealed to the American public.

Julie Kelly reported on X that an entire pallet full of boxes that was held by GSA was later dumped at Mar-a-Lago. These boxes contained the papers with “classified markings.”

It was all a set-up.

But now political hitman Jack Smith may have finally pushed the envelope too far.

It appears Jack Smith committed the same criminal act as Biden’s Special Counsel as the criminal act Joe Biden’s DOJ is using to put January 6 defendants in prison.

Now reporter Andrea Widburg at American Thinker has noticed something missed by the legacy media and mainstream leftists — Hitman Jack Smith violated the same law that the Biden regime is using to jail J6 protesters for attending a rally and committing no violence!

Special Prosecutor Jack Smith has just admitted that he and other DOJ and FBI minions manipulated documentary evidence underlying the Mar-a-Lago case against Donald Trump. Everybody from Judge Aileen Cannon on down realizes this is bad. Still, I wonder how many people have noticed that Smith has admitted to doing what the J6 defendants are accused and have been convicted of doing: Violating 18 U.S.C. § 1512(c)(2). The statutory charges against the J6 defendants are a specious abuse of the law but they perfectly fit Smith’s admitted conduct.

One of the main tools in the DOJ arsenal against anyone near the Capitol on January 6, 2021, is § 1512(c)(2), which the DOJ claims means imprisonment for a person who “corruptly…obstructs, influences, or impedes any official proceeding…” That is what the DOJ claims happened when ordinary Americans (a) exercised their rights of free speech and (b) usually inadvertently, entered onto Capitol land after masked agitators had removed “no trespassing” signage and fencing and after the Capitol police had opened the building’s doors. The penalty is fines and/or imprisonment, with the latter potentially as long as 20 years…

…To imprison ordinary Americans, the DOJ came down hard on subsection (c)(2) of the statute because it contains the phrase “official proceeding.”

(c) Whoever corruptly—

[snip]

(2) otherwise obstructs, influences, or impedes any official proceeding, or attempts to do so,

But while the DOJ is focusing everyone’s attention on subsection (2), they’re ignoring subsection (1):

(c) Whoever corruptly—

(1) alters, destroys, mutilates, or conceals a record, document, or other object, or attempts to do so, with the intent to impair the object’s integrity or availability for use in an official proceeding…

It reminds me of Smith’s admission to Judge Aileen Cannon about his and his minions’ handling of the documents seized from Mar-a-Lago, documents that then served as the basis for his decision to indict Donald Trump.

With the continuing of the Russian advances in the 600-mile long frontline – especially in Donetsk oblast, and now in the north in Kharkov region, the space in the MSM has to be filled with new kinds of Ukrainian ‘victories’.

And so we have learned that Ukrainian services claim to have foiled yet another assassination attempt against President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Zelensky has lost a good deal of popularity since the start of the war, and increasingly more so after dismissing his main political rival, General Valery Zaluzhny, from the position of Commander in Chief.

This week, Ukrainian SBU arrested two colonels in the state guard service, accused of plotting the assassination of Zelensky and other top officials – and now, the head of the State Guards has also been dismissed.

Reuters reported:

“Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky dismissed the head of the state guards on Thursday, two days after two of its members were accused of plotting to assassinate the president.

Zelensky issued a decree dismissing Serhiy Rud. No successor was identified.

[…] The SBU said the assassinations were to have been a ‘gift’ for Vladimir Putin as he was sworn in for a new term in the Kremlin on Tuesday.”

While there is a possibility that this was indeed a Russian plot, it does not seem so – since there exists a standing guarantee by Putin – that has not been fully withdrawn – that Zelensky would not be personally targeted.

Also, a Russian plot could be much more heavy handed than the infiltration of his personal security detail.

Fact is: a foiled plan by Russia is a micro-victory. A foiled plan by internal enemies means a painful admission that they will not want to do.

State Guard commander Serhiy Rud was dismissed.

So, SBU has said the men were recruited by Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) who leaked classified information to Moscow.

“The men, the SBU said, were tasked with finding someone close to the presidential guard who would take Zelensky hostage and later kill him. There was no indication at what point the alleged plot had been foiled.”

Zelensky has stated that his security services have foiled at least five Russian plots to assassinate him.

“The SBU said the spy group also planned to kill SBU head Vasyl Maliuk and Kyrylo Budanov, the military intelligence agency’s head.”

Newsweek reported:

“According to a presidential decree published by Zelensky’s office, Serhii Rud was dismissed from his position as director of the UDO, which is in charge of security for Zelensky and other high-ranking officials. The decree did not explain why Rud was fired and Zelensky’s office did not announce his replacement.

The decision follows an announcement from the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) on Tuesday that it had intercepted a plan, led by agents at Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB), to kill Zelensky and several other senior Kyiv officials. Two colonels at the UDO were detained in the aftermath, and the SBU said in a post to Telegram that the plot included ‘individuals among the military close to [Zelensky]’s security who could take the head of state hostage and later kill him’.”

Zelensky has ‘lost track’ of the number of times that Moscow officials have attempted to assassinate him since February 2022.

Kremlin officials have naturally denied ever plotting to eliminate Zelensky.

“Last month, the SBU said that it worked alongside Polish law enforcement to identify an individual who had offered to help Russia’s FSB in planning Zelensky’s assassination while he traveled to Poland. Officers in Warsaw detained the suspect, a Polish citizen, and charged him with working for a foreign intelligence service.”

Russian media is happy to supply alternative explanations for the issue.

Political analyst Alexander Asafov told Sputnik: “The alleged plot “could be an artificial ideological construct intended to divert attention from genuinely significant issues, such as the forcible conscription of individuals and their deployment to the front lines.”

It could also be used to divert from Zelensky’s legitimacy issue, since the Ukrainian leader’s presidential term expires on May 22th.

“Some experts also believe that a fierce struggle has broken out in Zelensky’s inner circle, following on from the conflict between the Ukrainian president and Ukrainian Armed Forces Commander-in-Chief General Valery Zaluzhny and other generals over the botched summer counteroffensive.

If the alleged plot was not a PR stunt, then Zelensky could have been targeted by either the military or political competitors, according to Asafov.”

Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) says that the West is extremely concerned about Zelensky’s growing unpopularity at home, and has ‘stepped up its search for an alternative Ukrainian president’.

President Trump was in court once again on Friday for Alvin Bragg’s Soviet-style Stormy Daniels ‘hush money’ lawfare trial.

Trump was accused of paying porn star Stormy Daniels, AKA, Stephanie Clifford, ‘hush payments’ through his then-attorney Michael Cohen in a scheme to silence her and stop the story about their alleged affair from being published in the National Enquirer.

The payments made to Stormy Daniels did NOT come from Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign.

The payments were made through internal business records – there was no tax deduction taken and there was no obligation to file it with the FEC, according to Trump attorney Joe Tacopina.

Bragg alleged Trump committed fraud because the payment was labeled “legal fees.”

Bragg’s biased prosecutors called in the final witnesses to testify on Friday after Stormy blew it on the witness stand this week.

Trump walked out of the courthouse with a stack of news articles in hand and went off on the crooked judge’s gag order. He also blasted Joe Biden.

Trump said he’s willing to go to jail for the Constitution.

“The judge is corrupt. The whole thing is fake,” Trump said flanked by his lawyer Todd Blanche. “The judge wants to put me in jail. I would be very proud to go to jail for our Constitution.”

According to recent revelations obtained exclusively by The Daily Signal, the Secret Service launched an investigation into a Maine man, an Army veteran displaying an “unusual interest” in the Biden family.

The investigation, led by now-retired Secret Service agent John Mazza, was launched in July 2022 after the man made comments on Twitter that were deemed ‘concerning,’ including a suggestion that he planned to “invade the White House and get pics of Biden in his ‘Depends.’”

The Secret Service opened a “preliminary protective intelligence investigation” targeting the veteran based on one or more of his Twitter posts.

According to the documents obtained by The Daily Signal, the Secret Service was concerned because this person, whose identity was initially unknown to the agency, “posted statements of unusual interest towards the Biden Family.”

One of the man’s posts that caught the agency’s attention suggested, apparently jokingly, that he planned to “invade the White House and get pics of Biden in his ‘Depends,’” referring to a brand of adult diapers.

However, the Secret Service did not identify any actual threats of violence against the president or his family in the man’s social media activity. Instead, his comments appeared to be in the form of jokes and criticism of the Biden family.

Despite finding no credible threats from the man, the Secret Service extended its investigation beyond the preliminary stage, according to the news outlet.

“Eventually, the Secret Service sought the results of an interview with the Maine man, a photo of him, more results from corroborating interviews, investigative notes, and two different official forms used by the agency. It is not clear whether the Secret Service ever interviewed the Army veteran or conducted the corroborating interviews,” according to The Daily Signal.

Interestingly, the contact information for the lead investigator, John Mazza, was found in the contact files on Hunter Biden’s notorious abandoned laptop.

Mazza, who is now retired, was previously assigned to the Secret Service division that provides protection to the vice president, the position Biden held from 2009 to 2017, as well as some of the vice president’s family members.

The presence of Mazza’s contact information on Hunter Biden’s laptop has raised questions about the potential connections between the Secret Service and the Biden family. A former Secret Service agent interviewed by The Daily Signal described the situation as “extremely irregular.”
