Have you been witness to a popular social-media scam? If you’ve been in an airport and seen a suspicious number of travelers in wheelchairs, you might have.

According to CNBC, the CEO of a major ultra-low-cost carrier was the latest airline executive to call out what he says is a common practice: Able-bodied individuals using wheelchairs meant for the disabled.

Thanks to the 1986 Air Carrier Access Act, airlines are required to provide wheelchairs for those who need them. However, according to the CEO of Frontier Airlines, plenty of travelers are faking disability or injury to get someone to wheel them to or from their flight.

“There is massive, rampant abuse of special services. There are people using wheelchair assistance who don’t need it at all,” Biffle said Thursday during an industry event in New York City, CNBC reported.

Biffle told the crowd that he’d seen some flights with 20 wheelchairs present at departure, with only two or three upon arrival at destination.

“We are healing so many people,” he quipped.

Now, there might be legitimate reasons for the disparity between wheelchair use at different ends of a flight, as John Morris — a triple-amputee who founded WheelchairTravel.org — noted to CNBC.

For instance, at bigger airports like New York City’s LaGuardia or Dallas Fort-Worth, it may be daunting for those with disabilities to make it through the airport. Smaller cities or airports may not present the same challenge, he said. So, for passengers taking off from a major airport and landing at a much smaller one, a wheelchair might not be necessary at the destination.

“Disability impacts people in a lot of different ways,” Morris told the outlet.

“I think there’s a good case to be made that abusers should face some consequence, but I’m not sure how we do that in a society when our disabilities aren’t [always] visible,” he added.

But that isn’t what Biffle was talking about. And he’s not the first person in the industry to remark on the trend.

Back in 2022, for instance, London Heathrow Airport CEO John Holland-Kaye told a British radio outlet, as the U.K. Mirror reported, that travelers were “using wheelchair support to try to get fast-tracked through the airport.”

“If you go on TikTok, that is one of the travel hacks people are recommending,” he told LBC Radio. “Please don’t do that. We need to protect the service for people who need it most.”

Disability may impact different people in different ways, but not that differently.

This is the sign of a sick society — the idea that taking advantage of a wheelchair meant for the disabled is a “travel hack,” not shamefully dishonest behavior.

It’s sad that we should be such a low-trust society that we start to consider asking those in wheelchairs for their credentials and banning those who have a history of faking it.

Yet, that’s exactly what one is tempted to do here. Perhaps a goodly dose of shame heaped upon these malingerers thanks to Biffle’s comments — combined with the reminder that getting on a wheelchair won’t get a traveler to the destination any quicker — will be all it takes for TikTokkers to take their pathetic wheelchair-hack videos down.

Her fans gave her a round of applause when she admitted to exposing them all to the virus.

At a Q&A ahead of a screening of her new HBO concert special, Gaga Chromatica Ball, on Thursday, the mask Nazis revealed her COVID-19 infection didn’t stop her from performing and getting up close and personal with her fans in the audience.

“If you wouldn’t mind sharing something you’ve never shared before about the creating of this project, the execution of this project and…of this tour, something that you’ve never said aloud before, what you’d be willing to share today?”

“I did five shows with Covid,” Lady Gaga admitted.

The host’s jaw dropped and he jumped to his feet as the singer’s supporters cheered the hypocrisy.

“You ever be like, ‘You better get a friend?’ the host muttered incoherently bursting into laughter.

“I shared it with everyone on my team,” Gaga said. “I said, ‘I don’t want anyone to feel uncomfortable at work and you don’t have to perform and you don’t have to work that day, but, I’m going to the show because I just didn’t want to let all the fans down.”

“And the way that I saw it also is that the fans were all putting themselves in harm’s way every day, coming to the show. So, you know,” she added before began cracking up laughing.

“Hahahah. Somebody said, ‘Better than lying,” the host shot back.

Lady Gaga has received 36 Grammy nominations, won 13 Grammy Awards, 2 Golden Globe Awards, and 18 MTV Music Awards, to date. She has also received awards from the Songwriters Hall of Fame and the Council of Fashion Designers of America. In 2010, Billboard name her Artist of the Year and in 2015 named her Woman of the Year, according to IMDb.

Of course, Lady Gaga is an ardent Biden supporter.

Hunter filmed himself with a gun and kept the video on his laptop from hell.

The Judge in Hunter Biden’s federal gun case ruled on Friday that prosecutors can use evidence from Hunter Biden’s laptop to sway jury members.

However, according to Fox, “prosecutors on Special Counsel David Weiss’ team cannot use some salacious evidence in the first son’s criminal trial next month, including references to his U.S. Navy discharge and the child support case for his out-of-wedlock daughter in Arkansas.”

In September, Hunter Biden was indicted on federal gun charges. He was indicted in a Delaware court on three counts related to his possession of a firearm while using drugs.

Hunter pleaded not guilty to all three felony gun charges in October.

Separately, Hunter Biden was hit with a 9-count indictment filed in the Central District of California: Tax evasion, failure to file/pay taxes, and false/fraudulent tax return.

Jury selection in the gun case begins on June 3, and they will be presented with evidence of illegal drug use from the laptop.

In 2019, Hunter Biden dropped off his damaged laptops at a Delaware computer repair shop run by John Paul Mac Isaac.

John Paul Mac Isaac’s life changed in April 2019 when a visibly drunk Hunter Biden stopped by his computer repair shop with three damaged MacBook Pro laptops and left one with Isaac to fix. After many failed attempts to reach Hunter Biden, John Paul Mac Isaac took lawful ownership of Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop.

Discovered on the laptop were photos, videos, and email evidence of Hunter Biden’s illicit drug and prostitute usage as well as criminal foreign business dealings.

Now, after denying the laptop is even his, Hunter Biden is now claiming in civil lawsuits and his gun case that the data has been manipulated.

Five years and one month after first son Hunter Biden dropped off three damaged laptops at a repair shop in Wilmington, Del., and never returned to pick them up, a Delaware federal judge ruled that jurors at the 54-year-old’s upcoming trial on weapons charges can be shown damaging evidence about his illegal drug use taken from his hard drive, his iPhone and iPad and his own memoir.

As Hunter looked on in court — one day after attending a White House state dinner — US District Judge Maryellen Noreika in Wilmington ruled that the “laptop from hell” could not be barred out of hand based on his legal team’s claim it had been hacked and seeded with false information.

However, Noreika did rule that the first son’s attorneys can object to the introduction of specific pieces of information from the laptop as prosecutors — who say there is no evidence that the computer was ever compromised — seek to raise them during trial, which begins with jury selection June 3.

The Biden scion — who didn’t answer questions from the media on his way in and out of court — is accused of three counts related to illegal ownership of a gun while addicted to crack cocaine. He faces up to 25 years behind bars if convicted on all charges.

Now we wait and see if justice will truly be served against Hunter or if he will get away with the privilege of being a Biden.

A social media manager who thought the way to punish someone with opposing views was to endanger him and his family is now looking for a new job.

Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas announced during a Thursday interview with conservative talk radio host Pete Mundo that the city has “separated” from the employee who shared the city of residence for Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker on social media after his viral commencement speech at Benedictine College, according to the Kansas City Star.

During his speech, Butker criticized abortion, referred to “pride month” as a celebration of “deadly sin,” and promoted traditional gender roles, sparking backlash from leftists.

Four days later, the city’s official X account revealed that Butker resides in the city of Lee’s Summit, which is on the outskirts of Kansas City, before quickly deleting the post.

The social media post stated: “Just a reminder that Harrison Butker lives in the City of Lee’s Summit.” Despite the deletion, the post induced backlash for “doxxing” Butker in relation to his beliefs.

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey vowed to pursue action, accusing the city of retaliating against Butker for expressing his religious beliefs.

Bailey announced in a statement that his office “will not tolerate religious discrimination from City officials” and said he was prepared to use his authority under Missouri’s Human Rights Act to defend religious expression.

“Missourians of faith deserve to know why Kansas City officials decided to attack Mr. Butker for his deeply held religious beliefs,” Bailey wrote. “The mayor needs to immediately turn over his office’s communications relating to this post.”

Apparently, in response, the employee was subsequently fired.

Lucas called the social media post “clearly inappropriate” and said he hopes the city can move forward, according to the Kansas City Star.

“I think there has been accountability from the city of Kansas City,” he said. “We all look forward to moving on. Letting the Chiefs play. Letting the city do what it’s supposed to do in delivering basic services.”

While the city did not identify the employee, a spokesperson for the mayor said the post was “outside the scope” of authorized communications but that there would be no additional comments about the post “or individual employees related to it,” the Kansas City Star reported.

Doxxing someone because you disagree with their views essentially wields harassment and fear of physical harm as a weapon to chill speech you don’t like.

It is a severe violation of privacy and personal safety, as well as the antithesis of acceptable conduct in a free society.

If the social media manager disagreed with Butker, he or she should never have used the official social media account to exert pressure against him over his views.

Traditional Christian values seem to incense leftists to such a degree that they will resort to inciting violence or harm.

And when that happens, as the city rightly did in this case, they need to go.

A construction crew working on a bridge in Alaska’s Denali National Park was ordered to remove their American flag from their equipment. The park official said it “detracted” from the park experience.

Alaska Watchman reported:

The crew working on a 475-foot-long bridge in Alaska’s Denali National Park was recently told that they could no longer fly the American flag from their trucks or heavy equipment, which are being used in the $207 million Federal Highway Administration project.

The bridge is being built by Granite Construction, after a 2021 rockslide took out a portion of the popular Denali Park Road that is used by visitors and tour buses to access more remote areas of the national park.

Since 2023, construction has been underway to repair the road at mile 45. This spring two mobile trucks and one piece of heavy equipment had been flying standard-sized U.S. flags.

One of the contractors working on the bridge reached out to the Alaska Watchman regarding the recent order that the flags be removed. He asked that his name not be used, given that he is actively working on the project.

According to the contractor, Denali National Park Superintendent Brooke Merrell contacted the man overseeing the federal highways project, claiming there had been complaints about the U.S. flags, and notifying him that bridge workers must stop flying the stars and strips from their vehicles because it detracts from the “park experience.”

“The trucks are flying these American flags, about a foot atop the trucks, about three-foot by four-foot flags, and they said they don’t want this,” the contractor explained. “They’re saying it isn’t conducive and it doesn’t fit the park experience.”

How does someone this ridiculous make it to superintendent at a US National Park?

This woman should be fired immediately.

A group of academics has identified a planet that could potentially support life.

They’re describing Gliese 12 b as a planet within the habitable zone of its own solar system.

The planet orbits a red dwarf star 40 light years away from the Earth in the Pisces constellation.

University College of London scientist Larissa Palethorpe co-led the research into the planet with University of Southern Queensland astrophysicist Shishir Dholakia, according to Space.com.

The team used NASA’s Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS) to identify the world.

The planet orbits a red dwarf star, a celestial body far smaller than the Earth’s sun, according to NASA.

As a result, scientists view the “habitable zone” of red dwarf stars as far closer to them than that of Earth’s sun.

One year on Gliese 12 b lasts just under thirteen days, but it’s thought the world could have a surface temperature of 107 degrees Fahrenheit — comparable to a summer day in Arizona or Texas.

These conditions could be amenable to the existence of liquid water.

Palethorpe spoke of the discovery’s significance.

“To find it to be such a similar size to Earth was kind of a lovely surprise.”

“So that was a really nice thing to be able to nail down, but I think especially knowing that, in terms of habitability, it could lie between Earth and Venus, is really exciting.”

In spite of the planet’s potential for supporting life, mankind has no way to accurately survey the distant world yet, according to Palethorpe.

“I think Gliese 12 b will teach us a lot about life, but we can’t say anything for certain.”

“It’s not a bad place to start on a hunt for life.”

The team of academics behind the research are affiliated with numerous universities and institutions across the globe.

They published their research in a monthly notice of the Royal Astronomical Society on Friday.

In case there was any confusion over what NATO really stands for, the military alliance’s general secretary cleared things up with a bold tweet.

The U.S. military will pull all of its troops and assets out of Niger by mid-September, the Pentagon has announced, after days of talks with the country’s military junta finalized a timeline.

The Hill reports that a group of military leaders executed a coup in Niger last year, forming a military junta government that has geopolitically aligned with Russia. Talks of leaving Niger have lasted several weeks, with the timeline “finalized Sunday after four days of high-intensity negotiations,” according to The Hill, which adds:

“About 1,000 U.S. troops have been stationed in the country, for the purpose of counterterrorism operations against ISIS and al Qaeda-affiliated groups.”

That’s a big fat lie put out there by The Hill, a corporate media outlet based in Washington, D.C. But to be fair, the outlet did add this to its story:

“The Americans stayed on our soil, doing nothing while the terrorists killed people and burned towns,” Nigerien Prime Minister Ali Lamine Zeine told The Washington Post last week. “It is not a sign of friendship to come on our soil but let the terrorists attack us.”

But even this leaves a distorted view of the reality of why Americans and French are in Niger. The full story would be too harsh for the American masses to process but I’m going to give it to you because I know my audience can handle it.

The CIA, in cooperation with other Western intelligence assets, created al-Qaeda and ISIS and the real reason it built a $100 billion base in Niger has nothing to do with eliminating Islamic terrorism. The real reason that base is there, and why the French have been there for even longer, is because Niger is rich in Uranium and has vast untapped oil reserves, gold-mining operations, coal mining and other resources that the West has been exploiting for decades. And when I say “exploiting,” I mean in the worst way.

Here’s the dirty little secret I found hiding in plain sight on the website World Atlas, among other places on the Internet:

“Niger’s mineral sector faces several challenges such as the employment of children in the mines and fluctuating prices of minerals in the international market. A report by the US government estimated that more than 40% of children younger than 14 were working in mines. About 5% of the children were involved in hazardous activities. The government of Niger has made several efforts to eliminate child labor from the country’s mines. The efforts have been relatively unsuccessful, and in 2014 the US government reported that children were still working in Nigerien mines.”

A trans man is in custody after allegedly stabbing four youg girls at a movie theater in Braintree, Massachusetts on Saturday night.

ABC News reported:

At 6 p.m. Saturday evening, a man entered the AMC Braintree 10 and entered one of the theaters, authorities said.

Once inside the theater, the suspect stabbed four females between the ages of 9 and 17-years-old, police said, adding that the attack appeared to be unprovoked and without warning. The four girls sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to Boston hospitals for treatment, poilce said.

The suspect allegedly left the scene in a black SUV, police said. Using video footage in their investigation, police were able to identify a license plate and alert other law enforcement agencies.

It was after this alert that authorities discovered that a car matching the description was involved in a “similar assault” that occurred in Plymouth, Massachusetts.

At approximately 7:04, about an hour after the stabbing at the AMC in Braintree, the suspect allegedly stabbed two other people — a 21-year-old woman and a 29-year-old man — in a McDonald’s in Plymouth, Massachusetts, Massachusetts State Police said. Both were in non-life-threatening condition and were transported to area hospitals, MSP said.

A day after former rival for the Republican presidential nomination Nikki Haley said she would vote for him for president, former President Donald Trump said there would be a place for Haley on his team.

“Well, I think she’s going to be on our team because we have a lot of the same ideas, the same thoughts,” Trump said in an interview with News 12.

“I appreciated what she said,” Trump said, referring to her support for his candidacy.

“You know, we had a nasty campaign; it was pretty nasty. But she’s a very capable person, and I’m sure she’s going to be on our team in some form. Absolutely,” the former president added.

During the interview, Trump was asked to name his top three picks for his potential running mate.

In response, Trump, who previously said he would not provide a list of his top names, cited Ben Carson, Republican Sens. Marco Rubio of Florida and J.D. Vance of Ohio and added the Republican Rep. Elise Stefanik of New York is “doing a fantastic job.”

He said he would make his announcement during the Republican National Convention.

On Wednesday, Haley said she would support the president under whom the former South Carolina governor served as ambassador to the United Nations.

“Trump has not been perfect on these policies. I’ve made that clear many, many times. But Biden has been a catastrophe. So I will be voting for Trump,” Haley said at the Hudson Institute in Washington, according to ABC.

Eric Levine, a Haley fundraiser, noted, “What was her alternative?” per the outlet.

He said supporting Biden is not possible when America needs to “support Israel, confront our enemies and support our allies.”

“I think this gives a lot of people permission to not just not vote for Joe Biden, but to vote for Donald Trump. I think this is a very important statement that she made,” he said.

“Republicans need to be united as best we can,” Haley ally David Wilkins said.

New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu on Thursday slammed California Governor Gavin Newsom as “a prick,” former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo as “a jackass,” and both of them as “two real Governors that really nobody liked.”

“Even the Democrats, they won’t tell you out loud, but behind closed doors, they’re like, ‘Oh God, look who’s coming,’” Sununu said of Newsom, whose state looks like a third-world sh*t hole country with rampant homelessness and crime.

Sununu called Cuomo, who resigned in 2021 amid sexual harassment scandals, a “jackass” who “nobody liked.”

Finally, he got something right.

The Gateway Pundit reported that RINO Chris Sununu has been trashing Trump for years. Earlier this year, he told Fox News host Harris Faulkner that Trump is too old and can barely think coherently.

Sununu is a Trump hater who backed toxic RINO Nikki Haley for President after suggesting that he was thinking of running for President and falsely claimed that Trump could not beat Biden this November.

During a fireside chat at the Reagan Institute Summit on Education in Washington, D.C., on Thursday, Sununu was asked by moderator Fred Ryan who were the governors “no one really cared for.” And Sununu did not mince his words.

Newsom’s office declined to comment on Sununu’s remarks.

Cuomo spokesperson Rich Azzopardi said on Friday in response to Sununu that “it’s nice to see they both feel the same way about each other.”

Even on the Democratic side, Newsom dealt with a soft jab from Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker in February. Pritzker, bragging about Illinois’ balanced budget, said “California, for example, has a $38 billion deficit to contend with.”

I mean, in my eight years, I can honestly tell you there’s really only been two, maybe a third, but two real Governors that really nobody liked, nobody cared for: Andrew Cuomo, complete jackass, no one liked him, and I gotta be honest, no one cares for Gavin.
