Where are the documents?

Citing anonymous sources, Fox News White House correspondent Jacqui Heinrich claimed the FBI searches at Joe Biden’s homes included a deadly force policy.

This is just another attempt to water down the FBI’s authorization of the use of deadly force against Trump during the Mar-a-Lago raid as “standard policy.”

The FBI searches at Joe Biden’s homes were voluntary and federal agents coordinated with Joe Biden’s lawyers. FBI agents conducted a 13-hour search of Joe Biden’s Wilmington residence AFTER Biden had been able to return to the scene of the crime.

In Robert Hur’s 345-page report on Biden’s stolen classified documents scandal, which was reviewed by The Gateway Pundit, the Special Counsel did not mention the use of deadly force when the FBI searched Biden’s Delaware homes.

Furthermore, Robert Hur did not mention the DOJ’s authorization to use deadly force against Joe Biden or his Secret Service agents during his testimony before Congress.

Judge Aileen Cannon on Tuesday unsealed numerous motions related to Jack Smith’s classified documents case against Trump.

One filing revealed Biden’s FBI authorized the use of deadly force during their raid on Mar-a-Lago authorized by US Attorney General Merrick Garland in August 2022.

Armed FBI agents were prepared to confront Trump!!

“Law enforcement officers of the Department of Justice may use deadly force only when necessary, that is, when the officer has a reasonable belief that the subject of such force poses an imminent danger of death or serious physical injury to the officer or to another person,” the document on the use of deadly force read.

In an appalling statement released Tuesday evening, the FBI claimed the authorization of deadly force on former President Trump is just “standard protocol.”

The stenographers in the media also came out immediately and defended the FBI use of deadly force policy as “standard.”

There are so many ways to solve our illegal immigration crisis and stop the open borders disaster. I’ll start with a few obvious ones…

*First and foremost, elect President Donald J. Trump on November 5th. It all starts with this one solution. If we fail to elect President Trump, the border will stay open forever more, we will never elect another Republican President (or Congress), and America is finished. So, everything else I recommend below is dependent on Trump’s election.

* “Build the wall and deport them all.” Duh. This one is pretty simple. A nation without borders is no longer a nation. It’s a dumping ground for all the world’s poor, lazy, unskilled, diseased, gangbangers, terrorists and violent criminals of all kinds. Build the wall, but see my very last recommendation below on how to make it foolproof.

*On day one, immediately start the biggest mass deportation program in world history. We have to remove millions of felons, gangbangers, murderers, terrorists and military-age males first. Then all the rest who came illegally under Joe Biden (and his boss Obama). This will destroy Democrats’ “Great Replacement” plan to intentionally destroy America by changing the electorate.

*Reapply Title 42 (aka “Stay in Mexico”). No one is allowed into America. You want to legally apply? Great, then wait in a tent on the other side (in Mexico) for about ten years while your claim is being processed.

*Fire the new 86,000 IRS agents (aka “Gestapo thugs” hired by Democrats to harass, intimidate and destroy Republicans), and use the $86 billion dollars saved to hire 86,000 ICE and border agents. We need all those new agents to deport 20 to 30 million bad guys illegally in our country.

*Fly thousands of drones over the border to work with border patrol to make our border 100% impassable.

*Ban birthright citizenship. You have no right to break into our country illegally, drop a baby, and stay forever. Those days are over. And why should we pay the medical bills for your pregnancy in the first place?

*Ban allowing illegal aliens to invite family members into the USA. We choose who comes into our country- illegal invaders don’t get to choose. We should only choose the best and brightest.

*Ban the U.S. census from counting illegal aliens/noncitizens. This is just a scam by Democrats to add more Congressional seats in blue states.

*This is a big one…

Ban all forms of welfare, food stamps, housing allowances, free public school, free healthcare, and don’t forget “earned income tax credits.” If you’re here illegally you didn’t earn anything.

I believe virtually every illegal invader comes to America nowadays for the generous welfare benefits. End welfare for illegals and watch what happens. No one will come anymore. They won’t even try. The journey through Mexico now filled with millions of invaders, will suddenly become a ghost town. And most of those already here will voluntarily go home.

*Pass “Government-issued Voter ID” with photo and fingerprint as the law of the land for voting. That’s “racist” you say? Then how come to vote in Mexico you must show Government-issued Voter ID with photo and fingerprint? If it’s good enough for Mexico, it’s good enough for America.

*Make English the official and only language of voting in the USA. No more voting in Spanish, or Chinese, or Arabic. English only. If you can’t read English, you shouldn’t be voting.

*As Bill Maher would say, “New Rule:” If you vote as non-citizen…it’s a felony punishable by instant deportation.

But I saved the two best ideas for last…

First, demand any illegal alien caught trying to enter America, or caught anywhere inside America, before being instantly deported, will first be injected with the Covid vaccine. Even the illegal aliens all know how dangerous and deadly the Covid vaccine is. They want no part of it. This alone will scare away everyone in the world thinking of illegally crossing our border.

Now that no one in America wants the booster, this is how we keep Pfizer in business!

Second, President Trump should build more than a wall. He should build a South Korea-like Demilitarized Zone (aka DMZ).

This is an ironclad, 100% surefire way to prevent anyone from ever again getting into the USA illegally.

Does anyone from North Korea ever get into South Korea? Never. It’s impossible.

Can North Korea secretly invade South Korea through this military buffer zone? Never. It’s impossible.

They’d have to cross a 2.5-mile DMZ, lined with barriers, loudspeakers, video cameras, and drones, with soldiers, guns and tanks waiting on the other end. Good luck.

This is exactly what President Trump needs to build on the US-Mexico border. A two-mile militarized buffer zone. The U.S. government needs to buy two miles of land on the border at market price (to be fair to the ranchers).

Next fill it with three layers of walls and steel fences, with barbed wire at the top. Anyone trying to enter America would have to walk through this two-mile buffer zone, out in the open.

No invader or illegal alien could get over one wall, let alone three, with drones, radar, sophisticated video, and border agents watching and waiting along our border. No one will ever get through again.

Call it the U.S./Mexico DMZ.

Is this expensive? No, actually it’s cheap. It’s the best taxpayer money we’ve ever spent. We will save trillions of dollars in welfare for illegals.

Plus, tens of thousands of American lives will be saved from death at the hands of foreign criminals. And we will dramatically cut the odds of terrorist attacks. Our citizens will be safe again.

Add in millions of jobs saved for American citizens, instead of foreigners. Our public schools and healthcare system will be saved from bankruptcy. And think of the billions saved from spending on police, courts, lawyers.

This is how we create “Fortress America” and make America great again.

John Kerry reportedly told the Iranian officials to “wait out” Trump’s presidency for more accommodating policies from Democrats.

Kerry knew US dollars sent to Iran in Obama’s sham nuclear deal would end up in the hands of terrorists.

In April 2021, John Kerry was caught on audio sharing information on Israel’s covert operations in Syria with Iran’s foreign minister.  This was treasonous behavior. The information was NOT in the public domain as Joe Biden’s administration suggested.

In March 2024 House Republicans demanded John Kerry disclose details about his “shadow diplomacy” with the Iranian regime during the Trump administration — warning that Kerry’s actions may have violated the federal Logan Act.

Earlier this week, Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) revealed that he has new emails that show Obama’s Secretary of State John Kerry blocked MULTIPLE FBI attempts to arrest two dangerous Iranian individuals during Obama’s nuclear negotiations with the Iranian regime.

The documents show that Kerry’s State Department stopped eight arrests in order to protect the Iran nuclear deal, including arrests of terrorists.

During the Obama Administration, the US State Department prevented the FBI from arresting people connected to Iran’s illicit nuclear weapons and ballistic missile programs, including “known terrorists,” two Republican Senators said in a bombshell accusation.

Yesterday (Wednesday), Senators Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Ron Johnson (R-Wis) presented unclassified emails from the FBI obtained from whistleblowers showing that the State Department blocked multiple arrests in 2015 and 2016 so as not to jeopardize the Joint Plan of Action, the 2015 nuclear deal with Iran.

In a letter to US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, the Senators wrote, “The records provided to our offices show that the Obama/Biden administration’s State Department, under the leadership of John Kerry, actively and persistently interfered with FBI operations pertaining to lawful arrests of known terrorists, members of Iranian proliferation networks, and other criminals providing material support for Iran’s nuclear and ballistic missile programs.”

They elaborated, “For example, unclassified FBI email records from August 25, 2017, detailed at least eight instances connected to the Iran deal where the ‘FBI/DOJ/USG could have moved forward with the cases but the State Department chose to block them.’ According to the records, in six of these instances, the FBI lost the opportunity to arrest the main subject. The email says that one of the lost main subjects was noted to be ‘on the Terrorism Watch List” and another “returned to Iran.’ The email further says that in another instance the State Department ‘blocked [FBI’s] plan to arrest while the subject was mid-flight and the subject was forced to leave the US immediately upon arrival.’ The email also provides that at least two targets were arrested only after ‘State lifted their block…since the new [Trump] Administration took office.’”

Will Congress take any action against this traitor? We are waiting.

Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) proved once again Wednesday night that few people can match him in a battle of the wits, especially a leftist CNN talking head.

Cruz was a guest on notorious Trump hater Kaitlan Collins’s eponymous CNN show, The Source with Kaitlan Collins, to speak about the upcoming general election between Donald Trump and presumably Joe Biden. Collins thought she could trick the brilliant Cruz with a three-year-old Democrat game of gotcha on accepting fraudulent election results but got schooled instead.

Collins opened the line of questioning by mentioning how Cruz was the first to object to the questionable 2020 election results and demanding to know whether he would accept the results this time, no matter what.

Cruz rightfully pointed out that it was a ridiculous question and demanded to know whether Collins had asked a Democrat a question like this. She replied, “Of course,” but could not provide examples when Cruz asked for names.

Collins subsequently embarrassed herself when she asked Cruz whether a President had ever refused to facilitate the transition of power. Cruz pointed out this never happened and proceeded to point out several times congressional Democrats refused to accept clear-cut GOP presidential victories, including in 2016.

The CNN anchor then claimed the results were certified and again tried to trick Cruz into committing to accepting a rigged election. But Cruz saw right through Collins and schooled her.

“So you‘re asking me will you promise, no matter what, to agree an election is legitimate, regardless of what happens,” Cruz said. “And that would be an absurd thing to claim like we have an entire election law system that people challenge elections, elections get overturned, voter fraud gets proven, that happens all the time, and the media engages in this weird game post-Donald Trump that you insist no voter fraud has ever existed.”

“Why does every state have laws challenge voter fraud when it occurs,” he continued.

Collin had no answer and falsely claimed that the actions of Republicans, including Cruz’s, were different in 2020. She asked him again if he would accept the results in 2024.

“Look, if the Democrats win, I will accept the result, but I’m not going to ignore fraud regardless of the result,” Cruz said.

Collins then stepped in it again by claiming there was no voter fraud in Biden’s “victory,” which Cruz promptly pounced on.

‘Oh, you know for a fact there was zero voter fraud,” Cruz sarcastically replied. “Really, what’s your basis for that? Show me your evidence.”

Collins then tried again to gaslight him by hiding behind Georgia Governor Brian Kemp and the Deep State in claiming “it was the most secure election in history.”

“You’re saying zero voter fraud occurred,” Cruz said.

This caused Collins to flip-flop somewhat and say there was not enough that would have changed the 2020 election results.

“OK, but that’s a different statement,” Cruz correctly pointed out.

Collins then proceeded to battle Cruz over whether enough fraud occurred to impact the election and mentioned Cruz wanting to appoint an election to study the results. Cruz then brought up an important history lesson about the election of 1876, which left Collins stumped.

“I tried to look through history and precedent, and the best precedent I could find (on the 2020 election) was the election of 1876 between Rutherford B Hayes and Samuel Tilden,” Cruz explained.

“And what happened there?” Cruz continued.” There were serious allegations of voter fraud. Congress didn’t throw its hands up and say, you know what? CNN demanded that we accept the results no matter what. So ignore the fraud.”

For readers not familiar with the 1876 election, Tilden led Hays 184 to 165 in the electoral college with 20 votes electoral votes unresolved from three states: South Carolina, Florida, and Louisiana. The US Congress formed a commission that eventually awarded the Republican Hayes the win after allegations of electoral fraud, election violence, and disfranchisement of (primarily Republican) black voters emerged.

Unable to answer, Collins whines about Cruz not answering her question. The Texas senator then blasted the media’s double standard on voter fraud.

“I think the country would have been a lot better off with a determination of what evidence of voter fraud occurred. And instead, the media didn‘t want to hear it and insists voter fraud never occurs,” Cruz said.

“It was CNN that relentlessly pushed that propaganda,” Cruz continued. “That voter fraud doesn’t exist, and anyone who says it does is wearing a tinfoil hat. That is propaganda, and by the way, you never ask Hillary Clinton this, you never ask Stacey Abrams this, you never ask Al Gore this, and every one of them said the Republicans who won were illegitimate.”

A triggered Collins closed the interview by again complaining Cruz never answered her gotcha question about the 2024 election.

The Supreme Court has rejected a lawsuit from the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People that accused South Carolina of “racial gerrymandering” across its new Congressional map.

In a 6-3 decision split along conservative-liberal lines, the Court ruled that the challengers had not proven the state legislature’s actions were racially motivated when it relocated thousands of Black voters from the state’s 1st Congressional District.

Writing for the majority, Justice Samuel Alito said that there was “no direct evidence” that race was an issue when the lines were drawn.

“No direct evidence supports the District Court’s finding that race predominated in the design of District 1,” Alito wrote. “The circumstantial evidence falls far short of showing that race, not partisan preferences, drove the districting process.”

Justice Clarence Thomas also weighed in, writing that there was “no substance to the dissent’s attacks.”

The affected area in Charleston was previously a swing sweat, having changed parties in 2018 and 2020. It is currently held by Republican Congresswoman Nancy Mace.

Writing in dissent for the liberal wing of the court, Justice Elena Kagan said that there was “more than enough evidence” racial gerrymandering had taken place.

“The Challengers introduced more than enough evidence of racial gerrymandering to support the District Court’s judgment,” she wrote. “The majority declares that it knows better than the District Court what happened in a South Carolina map-drawing room to produce District 1.

“But the proof is in the pudding: On page after page, the majority’s opinion betrays its distance from, and lack of familiarity with, the events and evidence central to this case.”

The ruling is an obvious victory for the GOP, which is likely to hold at least one Congressional seat as a result. However, litigation on a separate claim related to Voting Rights Acts will be returned to lower courts, placing the future of the Congressional map under continued doubt.

There seems to be some parallel fate befalling King Charles III and his daughter-in-law, Princess of Wales Kate Middleton.

They both got fingered by the author of Prince Harry’s train-wreck memoir ‘Spare’ as the two ‘racist royals’ who questioned ‘how dark’ would his son Archie’s skin be.

Shortly after, they both became mysteriously ill, and in both cases it surfaced they are battling Cancer.

Now, right after King Charles unveiled a creepy, controversial portrait of him that generated more than the usual polemic, a Princess Kate portrait has been published in a magazine, and… guess what? It’s ‘ruffling feathers and angering the public.’

NOT a masterpiece.

Painted by artist Hannah Uzor, the Princess of Wales’ new look is reportedly not an official portrait, and it was revealed in the latest issue of Tatler magazine.

The New York Post reported:

“The portrait shows Middleton, 42, in a white gown with a blue sash and a tiara. The artist told the outlet that she ‘spent a lot of time looking at [Catherine], looking at her pictures, watching videos of her, seeing her with her family, seeing her in diplomatic visits, seeing her when she’s rowing or visiting children in a hospice’.”

Royal fans and watchers were horrified, saying that it does not resemble the princess.

“’This is dreadful – somehow, I’m not sure the artist is a fan of the Princess – it looks like a bad [high school] project!’ one remarked, while another said, ‘Is this a joke?’”

Hellish King’s portrait generated controversy.

Less than two weeks ago, Charles unveiled a new portrait that showed the monarch against a red background, leaving people to wonder if it was blood on his hands.

It was almost unanimously agreed that the new Middleton ‘portrait’ doesn’t resemble the princess.

“Referring to Middleton being out of the public eye since January, before she announced her cancer diagnosis, another said, ‘Kate Middleton (aka current Princess of Wales) has been out of sight since Christmas last year. The artist, like many people, has only a vague recollection of what she looks like?’ 

Another keyboard art critic deemed the portrait, ‘hilariously terrible’ while someone else called it ‘absolutely horrible’.”

The Gateway Pundit correspondent Jordan Conradson joined The Absolute Truth with Emerald Robinson earlier this month to discuss this major development in the conservative movement.

The Gateway Pundit reported that rapper Afroman released a parody record of his hit ‘, ‘Because I Got High,’ titled, ‘Hunter Got High,’ making fun of Hunter Biden for his drug usage, scandalous laptop, d*ck pics, prostitutes, and foreign business dealings with China and Ukraine.

Robinson: This speaks to a larger movement that is clearly going on in the minority community. There are now a lot of people who are not black artists, you know, and others who are not afraid to come out for Donald Trump anymore.

Conradson: It’s really incredible what we’re seeing. It’s exciting what was just announced this morning, that Waka Flocka Flame is going to be hosting a concert with New Gen 47 PAC in Miami. New Gen 47 PAC is a new political action committee; they’re pro-Trump. They’re trying to turn out, as you said, low-propensity, minority, and young voters, who otherwise would have voted Democrat, for President Trump and other conservative candidates this November. I mean, it’s not that surprising that when you’ve got a so-called president who says ‘you’re not black’ if you don’t vote for me, makes racist comments all the time, can’t even find his way onto or off of the stage, as our country is in ruins, it’s not very surprising to me that people are waking up. And, you know, Waka Flocka is just one of many rappers who have come out with support for President Trump.

Robinson: And not just as a part of Donald Trump, but there’s been some who have explicitly kind of come out against the Bidens. In fact, let’s take a look at Afroman’s revamp of his own hit. This is ‘Hunter Got High… That first line just cracked me up. ‘He was gonna get his laptop fixed, but then he got high.’

Conradson: And, you know, it’s just so in touch with everything that’s going on. He’s talking about the laptop, he references the White House is getting shut down ‘because Hunter got high’ with the cocaine scandal where they found cocaine in the West Wing. So, that was another hilarious song. That was produced by Baste Records, which is another very good, conservative kind of leaning production company that’s trying to influence the culture like New Gen 47, like mailman media was with Donald Trump’s ‘Justice for All’ song and Kari Lake’s ’81 million Votes My Ass,’ which both made it on Billboard charts. So I’m expecting we’re gonna see more conservative leaning music coming out kind of making fun of the Bidens, expressing support for Trump from various artists, and I’m expecting more announcements for top A-list celebrities, A-list rap stars and pop stars, to come out and hold concerts with New Gen 47 on behalf of President Trump.

Robinson: Well, it sounds like Jordan, you just teased that you probably have some more fun exclusives coming soon that we’ll be able to share with our viewers, which is nice, right in a new cycle that is so predominantly negative and can be overwhelming some days, it’s nice to have a little fun. And look, you know, having a thought about it until we were listening to Hunter Got High again this time, that’s a real appeal to the community because, I mean, hunter can get away with anything. He can get away with drug charges, he can get away with gun charges, and you know, anyone else will get the book thrown at them. It’s interesting. We’re in an interesting cultural moment, Jordan, we’ll see how it comes out in November. And we’re gonna see you again soon. You cover a lot; you don’t just cover this music beat. J6 prisoner Ryan Samsel has been locked up for over three years now under the Biden regime and has faced continued medical neglect.

In April, The Gateway Pundit reported that federal agents raided Samsel’s jail cell and dragged him to solitary confinement in the hole of the Metropolitan Detention Center Brooklyn (MDC).

The conditions are so dangerous at MDC that in January, a Southern District of New York Judge refused to send a prisoner there, citing the horrific conditions.

It is one of the most notoriously dangerous jail systems in the country. 

Ryan reports black mold in the showers, a lack of cleaning supplies, leaking toilets, no emergency buttons in cells,
dirty and extremely dusty and dirty units, expired food, undercooked food, brown drinking water, extremely long waits to see medical, “if any,” and exposed electrical wires sticking out all over.

In addition, Ryan reports that prisoners spend more than 50% of their time locked down and are often deprived of religion practices.

Ryan reached out to The Gateway Pundit to share the unsanitary and dangerous conditions faced by prisoners at MDC:

The BOP is a complete failure; that is something that all Americans can agree on. Every month, left-wing activists stand on the roof of the Amazon building, yelling to us, “WE LOVE YOU!” I was sent to M.D.C Brooklyn by Jia Cobb, a Biden-appointed judge who has denied me basic human rights, along with medical assistance. I made it my mission to expose the truth.

NY judges have heard rumors of the deplorable conditions in M.D.C Brooklyn, such as medical neglect, killings, stabbings, lockdowns, and maggots in the food. People are locked in the hole for years without disciplinary sanctions based on false investigations. I myself am not allowed family visits WHY!! Because I expose them.

During a walkthrough of higher-level inspectors and wardens, I spoke to a man who asked not to be named yet. I showed him the showers and explained to him the reason people are dying is that all the emergency call buttons are disconnected. I witnessed people coughing up blood due to the contaminated vents, and the attached pictures provide evidence. I wrote to my judge, Jia Cobb, and explained this to her when I was here last time. I was stabbed in my face and arm and had no emergency call button. A Spanish inmate sewed up my wounds.

I showed the high-level inspector that I was scheduled for surgery in B.O.P, but it never went through, and none of my treatments have. The judges in NY have considered giving inmates who spend time here three days credit for every day served here, and some already give out two days credit as an unwritten rule at sentencing. My judge, Jia Cobb, strongly disagrees with this, so she sent me back to MDC Brooklyn after I was robbed and stabbed as a way of retaliation.

It is all working out because this is so much bigger than Jan 6. This is why crime is so high in America. Judges like Jia Cobb are the very reason there is no reform programs, no treatment, no real safety. The inmates run the jail; you have to join a gang just to survive. How can we release people who have now suffered severe PTSD from government abuse? They lock us up, treat us like animals, feed us maggots and raw food, and expect them to go home as civilized human beings.

We, the people, have nobody to represent us. 100% of inmates in here on pretrial detention are begging for Trump. He was the first president with real impactful federal prison reform with the First Step Act. They now see what the Biden administration has in mind for America. They have yet to even speak of prison reform or anything to actually help the people of America, the real citizens like me and you, not the elite he’s buddy up with.

I have spent so far $45,000 of the money Patrick Burns donated and I raised on Sam Mangel so he can live first class. MTG promised to help J6ers and in fact, when she came to DC, I was told she refused to see me. I was beaten blind in one eye, suffered a broken nose, blood clots, and was very badly assaulted.

Prisoners receive spoiled milk.

I am starting an organization called the Effort, and it is an effort to become better today than yesterday. The inmates in the B.O.P across the country do want to be rehabilitated from the trauma and poverty that brought them to crime. They seek to be fixed, but the B.O.P only compounds the already existing mental issues with more severe trauma of a new kind.

MDC serves expired food.

We want to pay our debts to society, but when is enough enough? If we instead of sending countless dollars back into the pockets of Congress funding wars that don’t have anything to do with us, we would have the funds and resources to fix the issue if our leaders acted as real leaders of the people rather than egotistical desensitized humans feeding their egos.

Meal at MDC.

Allocate funds into B.O.P for health, education, real rehabilitation programs, and mental health programs. I promise you the crime rate and recidivism would drop significantly. I believe everybody agrees. Let’s get sports back like boxing and schools. People would quit killing each other with something else to distract their already traumatized minds.

I believe this is my calling. I am not a patriot or a hero. I’m a man who loves his fellow man and understands that hurt people hurt people, so why do we keep hurting already broken souls?
