In a harrowing episode that underscores the fatal consequences of insufficient law enforcement and rising criminality, a 39-year-old man was arrested following a brutal attack that left one man dead and another injured.

This incident occurred in one of the most heavily gun-controlled states in America – California.

The heartbreaking event unfolded around 6:30 a.m. on State Street in San Jacinto near West 7th Street, according to KTLA.

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department promptly responded to reports of Julio Rodarte firing indiscriminately at passing cars.

Victor Hugo Leon, who was returning home from his night shift, fell victim to this senseless act of violence.

Surveillance footage captured the horrifying moment when Rodarte started randomly shooting at cars on State Street. He can be seen firing off an entire magazine before reloading and continuing his rampage.

Julio Rodarte, 39, was arrested on suspicion of murder, and 10 counts of attempted murder.

“It’s so sad you know, very sad,” said Enrique Tores, who owns E & E Tires, located near the shooting. “In the back there were 5 or 6 people working you know, and I was afraid he would get in my business and start shooting people.”

He says he heard close to 30 shots during the incident.

The incident happened on State Street, north of W. 7th Street just after 7 a.m. Monday.

Rodarte apparently first stopped at a market in the area and attempted to buy a shot of liquor, but didn’t have enough money. He left and moments later allegedly pulled out the gun and opened fire.

California’s gun laws include universal background checks, restrictions on high-capacity magazines, and even a “red flag” law that allows family members or law enforcement to petition for the removal of firearms from individuals deemed a risk to themselves or others. Despite these measures, this tragic event occurred, proving that laws alone cannot prevent criminal activity.

The sad reality is that criminals do not abide by laws. They will always find ways to obtain firearms, even if they are banned or heavily regulated. Law-abiding citizens, on the other hand, are left defenseless and vulnerable. The right to self-defense is a fundamental one, enshrined in our Constitution through the Second Amendment. Yet, in states like California, this right is being eroded under the guise of public safety.

A recently released significant study has confirmed the suspicions of so-called COVID “conspiracy theorists” by suggesting a link between the COVID-19 shot and millions of excess deaths worldwide.

As GB News reported on Tuesday, scientists from the Netherlands’ Vrije Universiteit discovered despite the rollout of 13.5 billion COVID vaccines across the globe, excess mortality remained shockingly high. These findings were published in BMJ Public Health.

The scientists wrote that this “new” information raised “serious concerns.” They then elaborated on adverse events that have been reported following the introduction of the Fauci ouchie, including severe injuries and deaths.

“Although COVID-19 vaccines were provided to guard civilians from suffering morbidity and mortality by the COVID-19 virus, suspected adverse events have been documented as well,” the authors wrote. “Both medical professionals and citizens have reported serious injuries and deaths following vaccination to various official databases in the Western World.”

“During the pandemic, it was emphasized by politicians and the media on a daily basis that every Covid-19 death mattered and every life deserved protection through containment measures and Covid-19 vaccines,” they continued. “In the aftermath of the pandemic, the same moral should apply.”

The scientists went on to cite numerous studies which revealed that COVID-19 vaccination may induce myocarditis, pericarditis, and autoimmune diseases.

“This commonality hinders clinical suspicion and consequently its detection as adverse vaccine reactions,” the authors wrote.

The study goes on to note there have been over 3 million excess deaths in 47 western countries between 2020 and 2022. These include the United States, Australia, and nations in Europe.

The study cites that 1,033,122 excess deaths occurred in 2020 when the pandemic started and individuals had no immunity. But the numbers ROSE to 1,256,942 in 2021 and fell to just 808,392 in 2022.

Such news should come as a surprise to Gateway Pundit readers, given the fact COVID-19 vaccines have already been directly linked to deaths by otherwise healthy individuals.

As TGP reported, “Dr.” Anthony Fauci also finally came clean admitted that COVID shots can cause myocarditis while discussing the recent surge in COVID-19 cases and the ongoing vaccine drive last year.

Moreover, back in March, the FDA also admitted the COVID shot leads to a significantly elevated risk of seizure in toddlers. Yet government agencies around America continue to urge COVID vaccination for children as young as SIX MONTHS OLD.

How many more suspicious deaths and injuries will occur before the federal government finally takes action and launches a full-scale investigation to provide answers to the American people?

Axios reported Thursday that the Trump campaign had sent out paperwork to eight potential contenders for his vice-presidential pick.

Trump’s apparent shortlist included four senators: J.D. Vance (R-OH), Marco Rubio (R-FL), Tom Cotton (R-AR), and Tim Scott (R-SC). Also included were Reps. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) and Byron Donalds (R-FL), Governor Doug Burgum (R-ND), and a former HUD secretary, Ben Carson. 

Also noteworthy in the report is that some of the candidates received larger or shorter packets, depending on how seriously the Trump campaign is considering them. 

The potential picks are diverse in their views on many important issues, particularly concerning Ukraine aid. Vance, Rubio, and Donalds have opposed military aid to Ukraine, while Cotton and Burgum support it. Stefanik and Scott both supported Ukraine aid earlier in the war, but now oppose it. While Carson has accused Biden of putting Ukraine first, in 2015 he supported NATO expansion, arming Ukraine, and possibly removing Russia from the UN Security Council.

In a new lawsuit filed in Virginia, American Muslims for Palestine and National Students for Justice in Palestine, both notorious for their anti-Semitic, Hamas-supporting rhetoric, are being accused of acting as the “propaganda division” for Hamas terrorists in the United States.

A report from CBN reveals the dark collaboration aimed at spreading terrorist propaganda on American soil.

Arsen Ostrovsky of the Jerusalem-based International Legal Forum told CBN that American Muslims for Palestine and National Students for Justice in Palestine are essentially serving as the “propaganda division” for Hamas terrorists in the U.S. and that the groups are more than just “advocacy organizations”

Ostrovsky is working alongside the U.S. legal team of Greenberg, Traurig, and the National Jewish Advocacy Group.

The Gateway Pundit has reported on the support these groups receive directly from Hamas leaders. Senior Hamas official Khaled Mashal officially thanked student protesters at American universities for their protests and anti-Israel encampments and for their participation in the “Al-Aqsa Flood” war.

Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei also released a letter thanking American college students who staged campus protests against Israel and the United States after the October 7 terrorist attack by Hamas and  praised them for their role as part of an international “Resistance Front.”

Ostrovsky explained, “They are acting and serving in collaboration and coordination with Hamas, essentially as propagandists and collaborators on campus to try and promote the Hamas extremist ideology.”

CBN reports:

According to Ostrovsky, the campus agitators began mobilizing the day after October 7th.

“Hamas issued a call to action. And the very next day, SJP and their affiliates throughout the United States – they answered that call. They answered that directive. They created a toolkit, a manifesto for chapters across the United States, echoing the language, the terminology, the instructions by the Hamas terror group, and propagated that across campuses,” Ostrovsky said.

The lawsuit charges these groups with becoming foot soldiers for Hamas and includes nine plaintiffs, both Americans and Israelis, seeking damages for the harm inflicted. The suit also alleges the groups have committed violations of the U.S. Anti-Terrorism Act.

Among the plaintiffs are victims and survivors of the horrific Nova music festival massacre.

Ostrovsky asserted, “They are the ones fomenting the hatred, the antisemitism, the harassment of Jewish students. We need to shut them down. And we can do that legally by branding them as a terrorist organization, as a collaborator of the Hamas terror group, and making sure once and for all they cannot be active on campus.”

And the battle will not be fought only on the battlefield, but also in courtrooms.

“Today, Israel is being demonized, vilified, and delegitimized, with international law being weaponized against us simply for defending our citizens and trying to rescue our captives,” Ostrovsky continued.

He insisted that accountability is crucial not only for Hamas terrorists but also for those who enable and support their agenda. This fight is a critical step towards curbing the spread of extremist ideology and protecting Jewish students across America.

The Kansas City Chiefs abruptly canceled all team activities on Thursday following a severe medical incident involving defensive lineman BJ Thompson.

According to NFL Network Insider Tom Pelissero, Thompson suffered a seizure during a special teams meeting and subsequently went into cardiac arrest.

According to Pelissero, who received information from sources close to the situation, the incident occurred suddenly, prompting immediate response from the Chiefs’ medical staff.

An ambulance was quickly called to the scene. According to the update, Thompson is currently in stable condition.

In response to the incident, the Chiefs made an official announcement early Thursday, stating that the day’s Organized Team Activities (OTAs) were canceled due to the medical emergency.

The media availability session, which was to feature head coach Andy Reid and select players, has been rescheduled to Friday, June 7.

Biden is spending 5 days in France, attending D-Day ceremonies in Normandy and visiting with French President Emmanuel Macron.

During the 2024 Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum, Russian President Vladimir Putin has gathered foreign journalists – including from ‘unfriendly countries’ – for a long conversations about many topics, including, of course, the new ‘authorizations’ by western powers for Ukraine to strike Russian territory with their supplied long-range missiles.

Putin warned that Moscow could arm countries near those Western powers that could potentially attack targets in their territories.

Several countries, including France, UK, Germany, and the United States, have given Ukraine the green light to utilize these missiles to strike targets inside Russia.

BBC reported:

“‘If someone thinks it is possible to supply such weapons to a war zone to attack our territory and create problems for us, why don’t we have the right to supply weapons of the same class to regions of the world where there will be strikes on sensitive facilities of those countries?’ the Russian president said. ‘That is, the response can be asymmetric. We will think about it’.”

Putin did not specify which countries Moscow could supply weapons to, but one of the potential targets that he mentioned was Germany.

“‘When they say that there will be more missiles which will hit targets on Russian territory, this definitively destroys Russian-German relations’, Mr. Putin said.”

US President Joe Biden has allowed Ukraine to use American-supplied weapons to strike targets in Russia, but only near the Kharkov region.

Long-range missiles are the new escalation worry of the moment.

Sources have confirmed that Ukraine has already used US weapons to strike inside Russia in recent days.

Putin also gave a worrying warning that ‘the West was wrong to assume that Moscow would never use nuclear weapons’.

“‘For some reason, the West believes that Russia will never use it’, Mr. Putin said when asked by Reuters about the risk of nuclear escalation over Ukraine.

‘We have a nuclear doctrine, look what it says. If someone’s actions threaten our sovereignty and territorial integrity, we consider it possible for us to use all means at our disposal. This should not be taken lightly, superficially’.”

Russia has no plans to attack NATO territory, he insisted. He said Western countries should not make Russia out to be the enemy, because ‘they are only hurting themselves with this’.

“They thought that Russia wanted to attack Nato. Have you gone completely crazy? That is as thick as this table. Who came up with this? It is just complete nonsense, you know? Total rubbish.”
