The Democrat party is reportedly in a state of chaos following Joe Biden’s disastrous debate performance against President Trump.

The Gateway Pundit reported on Friday that Doug Kass, a hedge fund owner and a prominent figure within the Democratic party, disclosed insider information about an emergency meeting between President Biden, his former Chief of Staff Ron Klain, and former President Barack Obama.

According to Kass, Jill Biden is pushing for Joe Biden to run for re-election, a move that has apparently created internal conflict within the campaign. Vice President Kamala Harris is allegedly “furious” about being overlooked as a potential replacement candidate.

“What I am hearing regarding Joe Biden. Ron Klain and Barack Obama are having a sit down with the President today. Jill Biden is insistent that Joe runs. Kamala is furious that she is not being considered as a replacement (Whitmer and Newsom are). Interestingly, my neighbor in East Hampton is hosting the Bidens tomorrow. It will be an important tell if the fundraiser is cancelled,” Doug Cass wrote on X.

On Saturday, Joe Biden attended a high-profile fundraiser in New York’s Hamptons. The event, hosted by hedge-fund billionaire Barry Rosenstein and his wife Lizanne, took place at their sprawling 18-acre oceanfront estate in Long Island.

Following the event in New York, Biden traveled to New Jersey for another campaign reception. This fundraiser was held at the waterfront home of Governor Phil Murphy in Middletown.

“I didn’t have a great night, but I’m going to be fighting harder,” Biden told attendees at the home of Murphy. “Donald Trump is a genuine threat to the nation,” he said.

While Biden was campaigning with Gov. Phil Murphy in New Jersey, the Democratic National Committee (DNC) held an emergency call with its members. The call was reportedly an attempt to reassure members following Biden’s disastrous debate performance.

As reported by the New York Post, “The Biden campaign is working overtime to quell the overwhelming panic after the President’s disastrous debate performance — and even had party bigwigs set up a call with members to talk them off the ledge.”

During this hastily arranged call led by Biden campaign manager Julie Chávez Rodriguez and DNC chairman Jaime Harrison, they tried to downplay the significance of the debate. A source informed the New York Post that there was only a “passing reference to the debate,” and that the discussion focused on moving forward.

A spokesperson from the DNC attempted to dismiss concerns about the call, stating it was simply one of their regular quarterly meetings. However, sources indicate that this was a last-minute effort to contain any discontent arising from the debate.

MSNBC also reported that this emergency call was an attempt to reassure party members shaken by the debate fallout.

One day after getting destroyed on the debate stage, crooked Joe Biden headed to New York City on Friday to pander to a group at a pride event.

The barely conscious Biden went to the Stonewall National Monument visitor center. Among the people in attendance was singer Elton John.

Not surprisingly, Biden appeared confused in speech and, at times, appeared to not know where to stand.

At one point, Biden’s head was hiding behind the teleprompter while he stood next to singer Elton John. He then proceeded to stand behind the singer.

Facebook founder and CEO of Meta Mark Zuckerberg has claimed artificial intelligence companies are attempting to “create God.”

Zuckerberg made his comment during an interview with YouTuber Kane Kallaway.

During the interview, Zuckerberg stated, “I find it a pretty big turnoff when people in the tech industry kind of talk about building this one true AI.“

“It’s almost as if they think they’re creating God or something,” added Zuckerberg.

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg claimed this week that artificial intelligence companies are trying to create “God or something,” but said his company is different.

“I find it a pretty big turnoff when people in the tech industry kind of talk about building this one true AI. It’s almost as if they think they’re creating God or something. And it’s like, that’s not what we’re doing,” Zuckerberg said during an interview with YouTuber Kane Kallaway.

He also maintained that his company had other goals, such as allowing creators and small businesses to personalize their own AIs to suit their needs.

Zuckerberg’s comment seems a bit hypocritical, considering Meta has amplified AI usage on Facebook and Instagram.

A Michigan non-profit is reportedly sending voter registration mailings containing a picture of Michelle Obama on the front.

In a post on X, Leading Report wrote, “BREAKING: A non-profit organization in Michigan is reportedly sending out voter registration mailings with Michelle Obama on the cover.”

The Voter Participation Center sent the forms according to the return address listed on the mailings.

The About section of The Voter Participation Center’s site describes the organization as “a non-profit, non-partisan organization founded in 2003 to help members of the New American Majority register and vote. Since then, the organization has helped more than 6 million people register and cast ballots.”

The Voter Participation Center is a left-of-center voter registration nonprofit that was founded in 2003 as Women’s Voices Women Vote, changing its name in 2011 and expanding its mission to become the Voter Participation Center. The group initially focused on registering the strongly Democratic-leaning voting bloc of single women to vote; today, the group organizes registration of numerous Democratic-leaning voting populations.

The Voter Participation Center runs a direct-mail program that targets “unmarried women, minorities and millennials” with voter registration mailings and phone calls.

Since 2004, the Voter Participation Center claims to have “signed up 2.7 million voters.” However, the group’s efforts have been criticized for being imprecise, misleading, ineffective, and potentially illegal. Moreover, the group’s ties to the Clinton family and the liberal agitation group MoveOn.org have drawn questions about the group’s purported non-partisanship.

Some users on X falsely claimed the ballots stemmed from the state of Michigan, but several users on X clarified the Voter Participation Center sent out the ballots.

Begala told CNN’s Jim Acosta, “Here‘s the risk: If any of them called me, I’d say, ‘Look, the first politician, the first Democratic politician to call on Biden to step down, it‘s going to end their career.”

“They may be right in the eyes of a lot of Democrats, but if you‘re the first one through the door, you‘re gonna get shot and I think they all know that.”

Begala continued, “I mean, look, there‘s a dozen governors in my party, I think, that could be very strong candidates. Maybe not a dozen, maybe half a dozen at least.”

“None of them are going to say, ‘Hey, let me step forward and knife Julius Caesar,’ right? It‘s just, like, not — Biden is a beloved man in the Democratic Party, spent his whole life in there. He delivered us from Donald Trump. He is beloved. So it‘s a really, really difficult move for anybody who thinks they might want to replace him.”

Thursday’s Presidential Debate was a disaster for Joe Biden, and a debate focus group led by pollster Frank Luntz agrees.

Biden stuttered and mumbled all throughout the evening with a weak voice and shaking hands.

Luntz held a live focus group with undecided voters during the debate.

After the debate, Luntz wrote: “Twelve out of 14 say they are now leaning Trump. One chose Biden and one didn’t move. This is an unmitigated disaster for the Democrats.”

Luntz joined CNBC’s Squawk Box and shared, “In my entire professional career,  I’ve done 32 debates, never has someone performed…and I was very upset with Donald Trump in 2020; I’ve never seen a performance like I saw last night.”

“My focus group all came in undecided from swing states.  Twelve of the fourteen swung to Donald Trump.  Only one to Joe Biden.”

“We’ve never had that before. We are truly in unchartered territory.”

“What blew me away the most was that Joe Biden voters in 2020 don’t want him on the ticket in 2024.”

For months, Luntz has warned Democrats of potential elector disaster facing them.

In May, Luntz told CNN that up to a third of male Black voters could end up with Trump in the Fall.

“But specifically, with black voters, it’s not all black voters.  It’s younger Black voters and particularly younger Black men.  I discovered this when I got off a plane at JKF when two baggage handlers come over to me and to tell me I don’t get it.”

British media is reporting that at least 27 people affiliated with the radical environmental activist group Just Stop Oil were apprehended by authorities for their plans to disrupt airports during the busy summer travel season.

BBC reports:

Dozens of Just Stop Oil supporters suspected of planning to disrupt airports this summer have been arrested across England.

The Metropolitan Police said 27 people were taken into custody, including some believed to be “key organisers” for the climate group.

Six arrests were made in east London, four at Gatwick airport, and the rest from forces across the country.

The force added the six who were arrested on Thursday evening at a community centre in London were there “as part of a publicly-advertised event promoting airport disruption”.

A Met spokesman shared that the operation occurred in Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Devon, Essex, Manchester, Surrey, Sussex, Norfolk, and West Yorkshire.

The arrests were made under the Public Order Act, which makes it illegal to conspire to disrupt national infrastructure.

Just last month, two elderly Just Stop Oil protestors, Reverend Dr. Sue Parfitt, 82, and Judy Bruce, an 85-year-old retired biology teacher, entered the British Library, where two of the four surviving copies of the Magna Carta reside, and attempted to use a chisel and hammer to break the glass case protecting the historic document and held a sign that read, “The government is breaking the law” and asked, “Is the government above the law?”

Even Joe Biden’s biggest Hollywood supporter Rob Reiner was unimpressed with Joe Biden’s embarassing debate performance on Thursday evening.

Posting on the X platform, where he typically rants and raves about his left-wing political views, Reiner said that the debate was a “disaster” for the declining 81-year-old.

According to a report from Deadline, Reiner watched the debate alongside Democratic Govs. Gretchen Whitmer of Michigan, Andy Beshear of Kentucky and JB Pritzker of Illinois. The event doubled as a fundraiser for the Biden campaign.

The actor and filmmaker, who is best known for his role as Mike “Meathead” Stivic in All in the Family and directing the coming-of-age drama Stand By Me, has repeatedly insisted that American democracy will collapse if Trump wins November’s presidential election against Biden.

The Texas Supreme Court has upheld a ban on child sex changes, ruling that such a policy does not violate the state’s constitution.

Justices voted by a majority of eight to one in favor of allowing the law, which was passed by Texas legislators last year, to remain in place.

Under the legislation, doctors are prohibited from prescribing hormones and puberty blockers, and it also prevents them them from performing sex change procedures on minors.

“The legislature made a permissible, rational policy choice to limit the types of available medical procedures for children, particularly in light of the relative nascency of both gender dysphoria and its various modes of treatment and the legislature’s express constitutional authority to regulate the practice of medicine,” Texas Supreme Court Justice Rebecca Huddle wrote.

“We therefore conclude the statute does not unconstitutionally deprive parents of their rights or physicians or health,” she continued.

Justice Debra Lehrmann, the only judge who opposed the ruling, wrote in her dissent that the law was “cruel” and “unconstitutional” and went against past efforts by the court to create a “a robust conceptualization of parental autonomy.”

“This particular parental right — to make potentially lifesaving medical decisions for one’s children — certainly does not fall within the same category as tattooing, tobacco use or even child labor,” she wrote.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton celebrated the ruling, saying in a statement that the court had succeeded in  “protecting children from dangerous gender confusion procedures by prohibiting puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and mutilative surgeries on minors.”

The FDNY recently sent a reminder to firefighters and medics to limit “political expression” on the job. Some claim the move is an effort by FDNY Commissioner Laura Kavanagh to silence supporters of President Donald Trump.

According internal order reviewed by The New York Post, “The department reminds all members during this time of heightened political debate, particularly in the lead up to the November 2024 elections, to be mindful of engaging in conduct that creates division within our workplace. The workplace is generally not the appropriate place for political expression.”

The Post reports:

The order did not define “political expression,” and FDNY officials refused to describe the policy’s parameters.

In response to the incident, Kavanagh initiated a “hunt” for those responsible for the outburst.

FDNY Chief of Department John Hodges emailed the department’s leadership, stating that the Bureau of Investigation and Trials (BITS) would investigate the matter.

He urged those involved to come forward voluntarily, implying that consequences would be less severe for those who did not wait to be “hunted down.”

“BITS is investigating this so they will figure out who the members are. I recommend they come forward. I have been told by the Commissioner It will be better for them if they come forward and we don’t have to hunt them down,” the email reads.

In March, Ladder Co. 11 in the East Village was told to remove its “red line” American flag after a neighborhood resident complained it was “fascist” and a local politician questioned whether it was a “politically charged symbol.”

Ladder Co. 11 lost six brothers killed on 9/11, and the flag is to remember and honor the fallen.

After intense public backlash, Kavanagh and Hodgens reversed the decision.
