The U.S. Supreme Court surprised no one Thursday morning when it ruled unanimously that the Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine et al. did not have legal standing to challenge the FDA’s approval of mifepristone, the abortion pill. The court had already made it quite clear during the March hearings for the case that, while the group of conservative doctors and activists may have had valid concerns about mifepristone and its harmful effects on women and unborn children, the harm to the plaintiffs specifically was not direct enough to merit the case. While plenty of women who take Mifeprex have suffered severe side effects, and required doctors to complete their botched abortions, the pro-life doctors bringing the case to the highest court had never themselves been forced into prescribing the abortifacient.

The political effects of cases like this one rarely center on the facts, however. The Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization decision had much to say about fixing a previous bad ruling in Roe v. Wade and curtailing judicial overreach, but its political effect was to raise an anti-life deluge: A threat to abortion anywhere is a threat to abortion everywhere. So too with FDA v. Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine. After such a decision, the political scorecard seems to read, “abortion pills are not going anywhere, losers.” 

Editorial staff at the New York Times wheedled that few unanimous decisions have ever “felt as unsettling,” while the president and CEO of the Center for Reproductive Rights complained that the ruling was “not a ‘win’ for abortion—it just maintains the status quo, which is a dire public health crisis in which 14 states have criminalized abortion.” But while the anti-life cause continues to sound the alarm at anything short of abortion on demand with no exceptions, the Food and Drug Administration remains coolly above the Court’s reach. Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh wrote in the majority opinion that “federal courts are the wrong forum for addressing the plaintiffs’ concerns about FDA’s actions,” and concerned citizens should instead turn to lawmakers and regulators with such complaints. The Court said it would consider the merits of a similar case only if plaintiffs can demonstrate “sufficient likelihood of future injury.” For now, the FDA’s drug approval decisions remain untouchable. 

Because this win for abortion advocates is also a win for the administrative state.

There was a fear that FDA v. Alliance might “undermine the FDA’s drug approval process beyond the abortion context by inviting judges to second-guess the agency’s scientific judgments.” A topsy-turvy world in which checks and balances exist for the administrative state is, to the current administration, unspeakably dangerous. If mifepristone can be questioned, other drugs which FDA has approved despite harmful side effects—of which there are a concerning number—might also be brought to trial. 

All of which naturally makes one wonder who, if not the courts, might provide any check on the agency that has approved these drugs that many view as harmful. In theory, administrative oversight is the role of Congress, but in practice Congress seems just as impotent.

In 2013, Linchpins of Liberty v. United States came before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia with tremendous national attention. The case centered around a woman named Lois Lerner, the director of the Exempt Organizations Unit of the IRS, which was found targeting hundreds of conservative non-profit applicants. Any non-profit with the words “tea party,” or “patriot,” in its application—or, like the case’s title organization, an apparent penchant for liberty—was singled out for additional scrutiny, to the tune of 90 page detailed questionnaires in some cases. The scandal was big enough to be brought before Congress. Once there, however, Lerner insisted she had broken no law and refused to answer any further questions. Six Democrats joined Republicans in finding Lerner in contempt of Congress, but the Department of Justice refused to pursue the charges, and Lerner retired of her own accord later that year. This is the pitiful extent of congressional oversight. 

For pro-life Americans, the biggest problem with mifepristone is still the very thing it is designed to do: terminate unborn children. But its side effects include deadly uterine hemorrhage, made worse by the drug being approved for at-home usage with no medical supervision, meaning problems of a serious nature are often not discovered until too late. If there is any hope in bringing the Court to correct these serious maladies, it might simply be found in bringing those women and their doctors to testify en masse. 

The attempt to end-around FDA approval of mifepristone was an incisive one. Such a case could do more than curb an at-home abortion drug– it would call into question the authority of irreproachable experts. The high priests there found the common folk unclean, and therefore unfit to weigh in on this in a more democratic fashion.

Alex Jones recently interviewed Tucker Carlson on Info Wars, and the founder of the Tucker Carlson Network had some interesting facts to share regarding Jack Ruby’s death.

Jack Ruby, who was born Jacob Rubenstein, was a nightclub owner who killed Lee Harvey Oswald just two days after Oswald was accused of assassinating President John F. Kennedy.

Tucker told Jones, “You do sort of wonder of how Jack Ruby died of galloping cancer like a week before his second trial.”

Jones added, “They have weaponized cancer that will kill you in two weeks.”

Tucker continued CIA psychiatrist, “Joylon West visits him, and next thing you know, ‘oh, I have terminal cancer. I’m dead in a week.’”

According to CIA declassified documents, Joylon West did administer special techniques to Ruby shortly after being jailed for the murder of Oswald.

In a report released by the CIA titled “Report of Examination Psychiatric Examination of Jack Ruby,”  it was revealed West used “hypnosis and intravenous sodium pentothal” techniques on Ruby.

Before becoming Ruby’s psychiatrist in prison, West was known for taking part in MkUltra, which was a CIA program that used LSD to brainwash and psychologically torture people.

West was also infamous for killing an elephant with LSD in 1962, which makes it even more bizarre that the CIA tagged him to take care of Ruby in jail just a year later in 1963.

Journalist Emma North-Best dove deeper through the CIA documents regarding Ruby:

Ruby had an isolated cell constructed for him to live in as he awaited his fate and contemplated the possibility of being executed. The proposal stated that “There is reason to believe that environmental manipulations can affect the tendencies for dissociative phenomena to occur. Isolation, in particular, can markedly change the individual’s response to suggestion in the form of verbal communication. It is proposed that new experiments utilizing special environmental manipulations, including sensory isolation, be begun …”

West’s proposal specifies that these can produce marked personality changes, which Ruby appeared to have undergone in West’s examination of him. The report asserts that Ruby was psychotic and delusional at the time.

In his report, West said that “hypnosis and intravenous sodium pentothal were included among possible techniques” to be used on Ruby. In his proposal to CIA for continuing his MKULTRA work with them, he proposed that “the combined use of hypnotic techniques and autonomic drugs be exercised.” Sodium pentothal, as a barbiturate, is one such autonomic drug that – frequently used in various MKULTRA experiments and other interrogation or hypnosis related programs. In total, West requested an additional $35,995.00 for the next year’s work, not including the other ten years of research he had proposed. This included $5000.00 for “polygraphic, electroencephalographic, electromyographic, and special stimulatory apparatus.”

The Agency’s response to West’s proposal was apparently ordered destroyed along with all the other MKULTRA records. However, he continued to appear in CIA files as late as 1991. According to one document, West was indirectly involved in the STARGATE program which had a surprising amount of crossover with MKULTRA and its sister programs. While this particular project was undertaken by the Defence Intelligence Agency, the CIA’s counterpart in the Department of Defense, it was considered a CIA equity.

One of those famed “Chuck Norris facts” about the television and movie star and longtime WND columnist explains he doesn’t wear a watch.

Why not? Because he decides what time it is, of course.

There may be more truth in that than many would admit, as now he appears to let his years of work, which started back in 1968 with “The Wrecking Crew” followed shortly after by his role as Colt in “Way of the Dragon,” impact him not at all, as at age 84 he’s appearing in a new sci-fi action movie, Agent Recon.

By the way, at the start of that year, Lyndon Johnson was president; Richard Nixon was elected in the fall.

He plays Alastair, the captain of a covert Earth security force, whose team tracks down a mysterious disturbance in New Mexico.

It’s his first movie product since “Expendables 2” in 2012, when he provided a cameo role and saved a team of toughs on a special mission after they were pinned down and destined for annihilation by the enemy.

Facing the end, the team members heard bang, bang, bang and a few explosions and looked down to the road so see Chuck Norris casually strolling toward them.

His famous line there: “I work alone.”

Legendary only understates his work entertaining the nation, with his “Walker, Texas Ranger,” television series and moves including his hit, “Good Guys Wear Black,” “A Force of One,” “Silent Rage,” “Lone Wolf McQuiade, ” “Missing in Action,” “The Delta Force,” “Firewalker,” “Delta Force 2,” and more

Online, he’s described as a “noted writer,” authoring books on martial arts, philosophy, Christianity, politics and exercise, twice being named a New York Times bestselling author.

He was born Carlos Ray “Chuck” Norris” and after serving in the United States Air Force he turned his interest in martial arts into a long-time world championship. He worked with Bruce Lee in “The Way of the Dragon.”

His wife, Gena, said in a statement about the new project, “He loved his role in this great film and particularly enjoyed his couple days on the set working alongside his son Dakota, (who choreographed CN’s fight scene) and Executive Director and lead actor Derek Ting and his wife Joyce Ting.”

The movie is described as family friendly.

In an commentary about the project, Norris wrote, “As Ting mentioned, one of the personal thrills for my wife, Gena, and me was to have our son, Dakota, serve as the choreographer for my fight scenes on ‘Agent Recon.’ Dakota is a third-degree black belt and a martial arts expert in his own right.

He shared, “Here’s an action-packed 1-minute video of Dakota and his equally amazing black belt sister and our daughter, Danilee, sparring in our gym on our Lone Wolf Ranch in Texas. Here is Dakota also doing a little more training in Hawaii. Not bad, eh?

The Quiver Distribution project is to appear starting June 21.

WND reported when, in 2022, Norris volunteered to work with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban for “that better future.”

Norris’ comment came then in response to Orban’s message to the Conservative Political Action Conference in Texas that America needs now “more Chuck Norris.”

Orban, a firebrand who frequently has triggered liberals and progressives over and over with his comments, got a hero’s welcome at the CPAC events and pleaded with his audience not to pull punches in a culture war – going on globally – with liberals.

In America, under Joe Biden, that fight has erupted over and over with the president’s blatant promotion of abortion, the LGBT ideology, progressive government priorities like massive spending and more.

Orban explained that Hungarian state institutions define marriage as the union of one man and one woman, and he said Americans in the fight need to trust their Judeo-Christian tradition.

“We have to be brave enough to address even the most sensitive questions, migration, gender and the clash of civilizations,” he said.

“Politics, my friends, is not enough,” he said. “This war is a culture war.”

He said what is needed now is “more Chuck Norris.”

Norris, to WND, at the time issued a statement that, “In 2018, my wife Gena and I were invited by Hungarian Baptist Aid to visit Budapest. We love the Hungarian people and were honored to spend time with Prime Minister Viktor Orban.

“We heard he fired up conservative Texans at CPAC in Dallas this week by saying America needs ‘more Chuck Norris.’ I’m humbled and honored to fight with Orban and all conservatives to rebuild America (presently and in 2024 with a new president) from the depression (in economy and spirit) too many Americans are experiencing right now. Let’s pray and fight for that better future! We’ve done it before, and we can do it again!”

Norris, and his life values, regularly appear online. Elon Musk posted an image of Chuck Norris playing chess, with the caption, “Chuckmate,” as his fight over Twitter exploded.

Norris at times as appeared on screen with endorsements, one time complaining to an auto maker’s representative that he had been “replaced” with a truck. A few years back, WND reported his affiliation with Glock.

After all, those internet sayings already had linked him with weaponry, with:

“When Chuck Norris donates blood, he avoids the syringe, just asking for a gun and a bucket.”

And then there’s “faster than a speeding bullet” is a Chuck Norris warmup.

Norris, says another, “doesn’t dodge bullets, they dodge him.”

And Norris “only invented guns because he wanted to make it a fair fight. For others.”

To Norris, meanwhile, have been attributed many “facts.”

For example, demonstrators in Montreal complained that police intimidated them by plastering on a police vehicle a poster of Norris toting two guns from the movie “Invasion U.S.A.”

A political-science professor, Francis Dupuis-Déri, filed the protest with authorities against nine police officers who were patrolling streets in Quebec City when the G7 summit was held.

“The complaint includes a video of a protest held June 8 in which a photo of Chuck Norris carrying a rifle in each hand can be seen attached to the door of a police van used to transport an arrested demonstrator,” the report said.

The Norrises’ Kick Start program for school students has taught tens of thousands lessons in self-defense and life.

Norris also has let loose his humorous side more than once.

He released a video that was a parody of an ad by action movie hero Jean-Claude Van Damme, who performed a split between two moving trucks.

Once, when asked what he thought about the phenomenon, Norris said: “My answer is always the same: Some are funny. Some are pretty far out. And, thankfully, most are just promoting harmless fun.”

Norris also downplays the notion that he’s some sort of superhero.

“I’ve got a bulletin for you, folks. I am no superman. I realize that now, but I didn’t always. As six-time world karate champion and then a movie star, I put too much trust in who I was, what I could do and what I acquired. I forgot how much I needed others and especially God. Whether we are famous or not, we all need God. We also need other people.”

A massive, years-long study shows the overwhelming majority of young people who identify as transgender will grow out of the diagnosis within five years. Researchers, who tracked all children and young adults diagnosed with gender dysphoria over a nine-year period, found a similar supermajority of trans people suffered from at least one other psychological condition.

The Central Institute for Statutory Health Insurance in Germany reviewed all the medical billing records from the nation’s health care providers for insured people between the ages of five and 24 diagnosed with gender identity disorders from 2013 to 2022.

Researchers then combed through the data to identify trends in the number of children and adolescents diagnosed with transgenderism, including the prevalence, demographics, and duration of those struggling with their gender identity.

Two out of three young people medically diagnosed with gender dysphoria will no longer identify as a member of the opposite sex within five years. Researchers found overall that 63.6 percent of trans children and adolescents desisted from their clinically-confirmed gender diagnosis, and “only 36.4 percent had a confirmed [gender identity disorder] diagnosis after five years.”

Experts found the majority of all people who identified as transgender desisted during that time frame. The most likely group to change its mind is 15- to -19-year-old females, with 72.7 percent desisting. But a majority (50.3 percent) of young men who came to their transgender identity in adulthood (males age 20-24) also desisted in five years.

Similarly, nearly three quarters of young people who identify as transgender (72.4 percent) had at least one other psychiatric condition.

Trans young people were most likely to suffer from depressive disorders — an outright majority of females (57.5 percent) and about half of males (49.3 percent, female), as well as “anxiety disorders (23.5 percent/34.0 percent), emotionally unstable personality disorders of the borderline type (12.1 percent/17.6 percent), attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (12.7 percent/12.6 percent), and post-traumatic stress disorder (9.9 percent/13.6 percent).”

“With regard to psychiatric comorbidities, our results are consistent with the literature, at least for depressive disorders,” they note.

The number of young people identified with gender identity disorders rose by 780 percent. Although they note some of this increase is due to the way the condition is coded, correcting for this still shows a nearly three-fold increase in transgender diagnoses (289 percent).

They pointed out that other studies show similar increases in the number of doctors identifying young people as transgender, ranging from 280 percent to an incredible 1,019 percent.

“In almost all years, the highest prevalence of” transgender-related diagnoses “were found in the age group of 15- to 19-year-old female adolescents,” they noted.

Researchers say the reason for this spike could vary from “real increase in prevalence” and “increased awareness, decreasing stigmatization” to “social contagion” or “overdiagnosis.”

“Further research into the reasons for the low persistence of diagnosis and the observed increase in prevalence is required,” the researchers conclude. “In the meantime, the stability of diagnosis and the high prevalence of accompanying mental disorders should be taken into account in recommendations for starting gender reassignment therapy in adolescence.”

Those results track with verifiable, expert data flooding in from around the world. A team of Dutch researchers came to nearly identical conclusions earlier this year.

After reviewing the records of 2,772 adolescents aged 11-26 in the Netherlands, they found a desistance rate of 64 percent. Young people were nearly 10-times more likely to feel better about their birth sex than worse during that time frame, the study reported.

“Gender non-contentedness, while being relatively common during early adolescence, in general decreases with age and appears to be associated with a poorer self-concept and mental health throughout development,” they found.

Other studies have found people who identify as transgender or nonbinary are up to six times as likely to be diagnosed with autism than the norm. Pediatric transgender facility whistleblower Jamie Reed revealed that “nearly all children who came to the Center here presented with very serious mental health problems.” She specifically identified autism, ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, OCD, and eating disorders.

The combination of these studies and growing weaknesses in the transgender “standards of care,” based on low-quality studies and drawn up by transgender activists, have led many nations to reconsider the way healers deal with gender dysphoria.

The current U.S. affirmation model holds that health care professionals should affirm anyone who presents as transgender and start that adult, or child, down a pathway of “gender-affirming care” that may include potentially sterilizing puberty blockers, cross-sex hormone injections, and transgender surgeries to remove healthy breasts and reproductive organs.

But the groundbreaking Cass Review in the U.K. found “remarkably weak evidence” undergirds these criteria. Leaked files from the primary medical group driving gender dysphoria diagnoses, the World Professional Association for Transgender Health, similarly undermined the affirmation model.

Bucking the trend among their colleagues, and standing up to professional ostracization, a growing number of medical experts have spoken out against the present consensus. “Transition affirmation is not proven to be safe or effective long term,” said Dr. Andre Van Mol, representing the American College of Pediatricians, the Christian Medical and Dental Associations, and the American Academy of Medical Ethics earlier this week.

“It does not reduce suicides. It does not repair mental health issues or trauma. Minors cannot give truly informed consent. Children have developing and immature brains. Their minds change often. They are prone to risk taking, they are vulnerable to peer pressure, and they don’t grasp long term consequences.” And as such, he contended, “Refusing to provide gender transition procedures or so-called gender affirming health care is non-discriminatory and is appropriate both professionally and scientifically.”

The peer-reviewed Deutsches Ärzteblatt International will publish the English text of the paper, titled “Gender identity disorders among young people in Germany: prevalence and trends, 2013–2022. Border Patrol Agents at the California and Arizona border have seized 25 AK-style rifles, two handguns, and ammunition magazines that they believe were en route to a Mexican cartel.

The massive seizure took place on Wednesday in Blythe.

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department said in a press release that the driver, Jose Palma Almendarez, a 25-year-old from Calexico, and his 17-year-old juvenile brother had the large cache of assault rifles and magazines hidden in the rear of the vehicle.

The press release explained, “During the investigation, Border Patrol Agents at the California and Arizona border contacted the driver, Jose Palma Almendarez, a 25-year-old from Calexico, and his 17-year-old juvenile brother in a Honda CRV. BP Agents discovered a large cache of assault rifles and magazines hidden in the rear of the vehicle. Through interviews, Task Force Officers later learned the firearms were picked up in Phoenix, AZ, and were being trafficked back into California.”

“CVVCGTF members were able to seize 25 assault rifles and two handguns. Palma Almendarez was ultimately booked into the Blythe Jail for several weapon-related charges. The male juvenile was released to his parents,” the press release added.

Law enforcement officers assigned to the Coachella Valley Violent Crime Gang Task Force (CVVCGTF) responded to the U.S. Border Patrol Blythe Station to assist with the weapons seizure and investigation. Based on initial interviews with both suspects, authorities believe the weapons were originally picked up by the pair in Phoenix, Arizona, and were ultimately destined for Mexico. The weapons were found in the cargo compartment of a Honda CRV crossover.

Blythe sits 100 miles north of the Mexican state of Sonora. As reported by Breitbart Texas, clandestine gravesites in the state were recently discovered — evidence of violent clashes between Mexican cartel members. Splinter groups within the Sinaloa Cartel that controls the state have been engaged in internal battles and are largely responsible for the most recent skirmishes in Sonora. The Sinaloa Cartel is also at odds with its rival Juarez Cartel to the east. The weapons seized Wednesday may have been destined for this region of the U.S./Mexico border.

Bowman’s challenger, George Latimer, has raised more than $14 million of outside money in his fight for New York’s 16th congressional district.

Meanwhile, Jamaal Bowman has only raised $1.9 million outside money in this year’s Democrat primary race.

The knives are out for Jamaal Bowman in NY’s 16th district which includes parts of the Bronx after he was charged for pulling the fire alarm during a crucial vote in the House.

Recall that insurrectionist Jamaal Bowman was caught on camera pulling the fire alarm in the Cannon building after Democrats unsuccessfully tried to adjourn the House of Representatives and go home hours before a government shutdown last September.

Bowman tore down emergency exit signs before he pulled the fire alarm in an effort to obstruct a crucial vote.

Jamaal Bowman was criminally charged by the DC attorney general for pulling the fire alarm in the US Capitol.

AOC attacked the First Amendment and whined about George Latimer’s fundraising, calling it a “threat to American democracy.”

MSNBC anchor Jen Psaki gushed about Joe Biden’s “love for his son” after Hunter Biden’s felony conviction on gun charges.

Hunter Biden was convicted of three felony charges stemming from his lying during the purchase of a revolver in 2018 when he claimed he was not using illegal drugs or a drug addict.

Sentencing has not yet been scheduled, but Hunter is facing up to 25 years in prison and $750,000 in fines.

Biden has claimed he will not pardon his son, but the White House has not ruled out commuting his sentence.

Discussing the ruling on the former White House press secretary’s show, Inside With Jen Psaki, she raved that his refusal to pardon his son shows Biden’s “character as a human being than almost anything else.”

Psaki’s monologue began, “Joe Biden is a person who answers his phone every time any of his grandchildren call, any time. Doesn’t matter what’s going on. He does the things your grandparents do when they pretend you drop money on the floor just so you have $20 in your pocket. And they say, did you drop something?”

The White House is again defending Joe Biden from the appearance of dementia on the world stage after videos were posted late Saturday night showing Biden freezing up at a Hollywood fundraiser and then being led offstage by Barack Obama.

The video is the third one this week that appears to show Biden either frozen or wandering.

White House Senior Deputy Press Secretary Andrew Bates defended Biden on Sunday in comments that attacked the New York Post for its reporting on the incident:

A Tennessee police officer has been fired and is now facing charges for touching a woman’s breasts for an OnlyFans skit while in uniform.

The porn site performance was conducted during a fake traffic stop in a warehouse parking lot in late April.

According to a press release from the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department, the former officer, Sean Herman, 33, was charged on Thursday with two counts of felony official misconduct for taking part in the production of an adult video while on duty.

The former Nashville police officer was arrested at his home in Sumner County.

“Chief John Drake fired Herman, 33, on May 9, one day after Specialized Investigations Division detectives discovered the video and identified him as the person in an MNPD uniform, seen in the video from the chest down, who took part in a mock traffic stop in an OnlyFans skit during which he groped the exposed breast of the female driver,” the press release explained.

The department continued, “The investigation found that the video was made on the evening of April 26 in a Madison area warehouse parking lot while Herman was on duty as a patrol officer in the Madison Precinct.”

Herman had worked at the department for three years.

Chief Drake had ordered the investigation to continue after Herman was fired, resulting in his indictment.

Herman’s bond has been set at $3,000.

The porn star, who goes by the name “Jordin” on OnlyFans, told Outkick, “I met the officer a while back in person for a few moments and one day he saw me on my Reddit and reached out about potentially filming a full video at some point in the future. In the meantime I had an idea to do a ‘fake’ traffic stop where I’d flash him to get out of a ticket.”

“The video was only to be used for promo/clickbait on Twitter and other socials to bring eyes to my platform. Obviously we’ve all wondered if flashing cops would get us out of tickets right? Every guy/girl has joked about it, so I thought it’d be funny/playful.”
