The Gateway Pundit reported earlier this month that Joe Biden was planning to support sweeping changes to the Supreme Court and target President Trump’s immunity. Now, he has made this scheme official.

In an op-ed published this morning in the Washington Post, Biden argues he decided to make this call for “reform” after the Supreme Court in part because they foiled his plan to jail Trump before the 2024 election.

Biden writes:

This nation was founded on a simple yet profound principle: No one is above the law. Not the president of the United States. Not a justice on the Supreme Court of the United States. No one.

But the Supreme Court’s 6-3 decision on July 1 to grant presidents broad immunity from prosecution for crimes they commit in office means there are virtually no limits on what a president can do. The only limits will be those that are self-imposed by the person occupying the Oval Office.

If a future president incites a violent mob to storm the Capitol and stop the peaceful transfer of power — like we saw on Jan. 6, 2021 — there may be no legal consequences.

And that’s only the beginning.

Biden proceeds to rail against the so-called “scandals” and “conflicts of interests” involving various Supreme Court Justices who have been involved while whining about the “extreme” decisions that overturned years of ” precedent.”

Of course, he also could not resist throwing in a January 6 reference.

On top of dangerous and extreme decisions that overturn settled legal precedents — including Roe v. Wade — the court is mired in a crisis of ethics. Scandals involving several justices have caused the public to question the court’s fairness and independence, which are essential to faithfully carrying out its mission of equal justice under the law. For example, undisclosed gifts to justices from individuals with interests in cases before the court, as well as conflicts of interest connected with Jan. 6 insurrectionists, raise legitimate questions about the court’s impartiality.

What is happening now is not normal, and it undermines the public’s confidence in the court’s decisions, including those impacting personal freedoms. We now stand in a breach.

Biden then details his three-step process for restoring “trust and accountability” in the judiciary branch, starting with a constitutional amendment to overturn Trump’s immunity decision, which he ironically deemed the No One Is Above the Law Amendment. None of these proposals should surprise The Gateway Pundit readers because they mirror what he previously suggested.

That’s why — in the face of increasing threats to America’s democratic institutions — I am calling for three bold reforms to restore trust and accountability to the court and our democracy.

First, I am calling for a constitutional amendment called the No One Is Above the Law Amendment. It would make clear that there is no immunity for crimes a former president committed while in office. I share our Founders’ belief that the president’s power is limited, not absolute. We are a nation of laws — not of kings or dictators.

Old Joe then turns his focus to demanding term limits for Supreme Court Justices. He writes that he wants a system in which the President gets the right to appoint a Justice every two years regardless of whether there is a current vacancy and limits Justices to only 18 years on the Court.

Second, we have had term limits for presidents for nearly 75 years. We should have the same for Supreme Court justices. The United States is the only major constitutional democracy that gives lifetime seats to its high court.

Term limits would help ensure that the court’s membership changes with some regularity. That would make timing for court nominations more predictable and less arbitrary. It would reduce the chance that any single presidency radically alters the makeup of the court for generations to come. I support a system in which the president would appoint a justice every two years to spend 18 years in active service on the Supreme Court.

The final part of his three-step scheme involves a binding code of ethics for Supreme Court Justices, which is seemingly targeted toward Justice Clarence Thomas. As TGP readers know, the left has used corporate media reports of alleged gifts Thomas has received to smear him as “corrupt.”

Third, I’m calling for a binding code of conduct for the Supreme Court. This is common sense. The court’s current voluntary ethics code is weak and self-enforced.

Justices should be required to disclose gifts, refrain from public political activity and recuse themselves from cases in which they or their spouses have financial or other conflicts of interest. Every other federal judge is bound by an enforceable code of conduct, and there is no reason for the Supreme Court to be exempt.

None of these proposals should surprise The Gateway Pundit readers because they mirror his previous suggestions.

It is important to note that the first two parts of Biden’s plan would require changes to the U.S. Constitution. This means both changes must receive 2/3 support in both houses of Congress and 3/4 of the state legislatures across the country.

The third, a code of ethics, could be accomplished with just congressional legislation.

The storyline concerning Lenin’s “What is to be done?” began as Lenin was in Exile. It would still be approximately seven years before the cunning move of the Kaiser would transport Lenin into Russia to initiate the withdrawal of Russian forces from the eastern front thus freeing the Kaiser’s troops so they could concentrate on crushing France and Great Britian at the western front before the USA entered the war.

Here is where history becomes intriguing. Unintentionally the Kaiser’s plan enabled Lenin to implement his “What is to be done?” And an evil Empire was produced. The real-time cruelty and inhumanity of Lenin’s strategy remain in the heinous politics of our modern times.

The storyline does not end with that protected train ride across the Kaiser’s controlled territory. It does not end with the murders of Alexander’s family, the Holodomor, or the disastrous worldwide human rights record that is held by the USSR and today’s Russian Federation.

Lenin’s legacy continues as his “What is to be done?” formats politicians’ behavior. Many seek to deny the complacency of politicians (they keep reelecting them!) even though their hypocrisy is identified and their cowardice is evident. They use strong words but no actions. They make promises that suddenly vanish and are never substantive. They are “allowed” a long and profitable tenure in national politics as long as they play along with those in charge.

Now, the intriguing query asks how exactly is this attributed to Lenin? How does a pamphlet written in 1901 have any impact upon the modern politics. It is answered by recalling the study of communism in my Ninth Grade Civics class. Marx and Engles are known for the politico/socio philosophy of “class struggles.” According to these two, the utopian society exists only when all are “equal.” This assertion is made only in “theory” because its actual practice is destructive to any culture. Marx/Engles laid the philosophy of DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) absurdity which is eagerly embraced by unthinking minds who want to be politically correct (PC). But these are damnably culpable for the consequences. Fools today have gullibly accepted the PC DEI and refuse to recant its absurdity! The roots of such folly are found in Marx/Engles/Lenin and not in the pompous “social warrior’s justice.”
According to Marx there is a “class consciousness” by which those working for others will unite and rise up in conflict and that conflict will lead to “equality.” Such sounds good but it masks a practical evil. It envisions an imagined reality where there are no structured roles in society. There are no “bosses” and everyone is a “boss.”

Marxism urges that because of this imagined equality of “class consciousness,” one must be aware of “false consciousness.” This refers to the suggestion that one has the drive, ability, talents and can work hard and become “exceptional” in personal achievements. Basically, this “false consciousness” says “the American dream” is evil because it urges personal exceptionalism and such should be erased.

Let alone, Marx’s theoretical socio/politico class conflict would incite clashes but these conflicts would not bring any fundamental change to the governing Rule of Law. So, Lenin offered a “cure” for this failing.

The cure is found in that small pamphlet published so long ago—and it is quite shocking. Lenin had no patience for Marx’s philosophy to change society. Lenin had no confidence in Marx’s philosophy to change society. In his power lust, the tenets of Marx sounded good to Lenin and could be manipulated so as to be received by the ignorant masses. But Lenin had a plan that would leverage the tenets of Marx and transform society into a promised “perfection” (actually he was seeking his own power). One has to credit Lenin with insight as to how to achieve his wicked transformation, but it was, and still is, “wickedness” that seduces little minds.

Lenin’s pamphlet offered a scheme that would “help” Marx’s philosophy succeed so that the power lust of Lenin could be fed. Lenin agreed that there is a class struggle. He stressed that even though all are diverse they should be equal and personally valued and viewed as a critical part in society’s inclusivity. BUT, and here is the BIG BUT, Lenin argued that the working class would never utilize the conflicts to achieve a utopian society. Lenin suggested that the workers would limit the conflicts with the employers over wages, working hours, etc. So, the common man must have “help” in this struggle. Lenin insisted that Marxists form a political party of dedicated revolutionaries in order to spread Marxist political ideas among the workers and thus by political shenanigans and manipulation, Marxist ideology will be victorious. Lenin’s “What Is to Be Done?” is a playbook by which that socialist consciousness can be injected into the “class struggle.” Basically, Lenin’s playbook calls for fundamental changes to occur with the governing politic. This fundamental change occurs slowly and subtly. There are “useful idiots” who are willing to sell their integrity and agree to do the bidding of the governing CABAL.

Note that even in 1901 there existed a “Deep State” operating a “Shadow Government.” Then and now, Lenin’s playbook says it does not matter how many votes, but the critical role is who counts the vote! Those who count the vote are those following Lenin’s directives in “What is to be done?”

Does this seem too far-fetched? Can you believe that there is a group that controls the governing of the Executive, Judicial and Legislative branches of our nation? Can you accept that the United States Constitution is no longer viewed as a living code but is full of archaic rules no longer applicable to society? Is it conceivable that Lenin’s “What is to be done?” has formatted a play-by-play attack upon the United States Constitution, enabling politicians and the Deep Staters to solidify power? Those following Marx/Engles/Lenin seek to make “fundamental changes” to the US Constitution (Where have we heard this boastfully announced?)

Consider these facts…
 The unconstitutional transfer of executive powers—by “executive order” Biden transferred powers
 The misdirection of the FBI Director—it was not a bullet but “shrapnel”
 The deliberate persecution of those daring to defy the CABAL—weaponizing Federal agencies to terrorize opponents, assassination attempts, ludicrous lawsuits, corrupt Judicial personnel, prison, etc
 The miscalculation of the CABAL—it failed to reckon senility would unmask their puppet
 The miscreants of governing—they placed their despicability in the spotlight
 The misinformation of propaganda—its narrative clashed and unraveled
 The mismanagement of politicians—its greed and vulgarity are exposed
 The management of the public’s truth—is seen as self-serving villainy, outrageous wickedness
 The mockery of our Constitution—the Rule of Law is subtly replaced with administrative anarchy
 The supplanting of national governing—the individual becomes servile to the Ruling Elite
 The sinister assurance of personal security—trust in the State to make all decisions (remember one who claimed “The government knows best how to spend YOUR money?)

Back to the storyline regarding Lenin’s pamphlet…that small writing had a significant impact upon the world in the early 1900s. But the impact did not stop then. Today we still have the evil intrigue of Lenin’s suggestion of how to implement the Marxist DEI society. And today’s politicians quickly do the bidding of their CABAL handlers—they can fuss and cuss as publicly as they wish, but they are never allowed to implement any real correction to the “fundamental changes” occurring with the United States Constitution!

Be assured that evil governing will be held accountable. History shows that evil governing is ALWAYS held accountable. It may appear that evil is victorious, but rest assured, adjudication is being rendered NOW and will be absolutely pronounced in the future. Too late, these degenerate political villains will know they have sold their soul to the Devil and must face the unquenchable wrath of the Almighty Holy One whom they have mocked.

There is still time for the political puppets to renounce their choices and step up and expose the evil that has captured them. However, history reveals that only a few “whistleblowers” will seize the opportunity. The majority will remain committed to their inevitable destruction. And note that ALL involved will be held accountable. Not only the political “faces” will be accountable but also those who sit ensconced in an assumed safe position (the deep state bureaucrats who think they are beyond accountability).

Listen to the ultimate end for those politically following the playbook of Marx, Engles and Lenin: “The name of the Lord comes…His anger is burning with smoke; His lips are filled with indignation, and His tongue is like a consuming fire; His breath is like an overflowing river…And the Lord will cause His voice of authority to be heard, and the descending of His arm to be seen in fierce anger, and in the flame of a consuming fire… the Lord has a day of vengeance… Say to those with anxious heart, ‘Take courage, fear not. Behold, your God will come with vengeance; the retribution of God will come, but He will save you’.” (The Bible, Isaiah the prophet chapters 30, 34, 35).

A recent Gateway Pundit article elaborated on a FOIA made by Terry Newsome of Behind Enemy Lines podcast regarding Catholic Charities role in the illegal immigration crisis plaguing the City of Chicago.

Further efforts have unearthed a trove of 213 email documents detailing the collaborative efforts of the City of Chicago, State of Illinois, Exelon Energy company, New Life Centers – an Obama Foundation affiliate – and Catholic Charities in prioritizing the “resettlement” of illegal immigrants over the needs of American citizens.

Upon further examination of the  FOIA emails there is a collaborative effort amongst multiple organizations including Mayor Andy Schor of Lansing, Michigan to “resettle” illegal immigrants in the sanctuary City of Chicago.

As previously reported, Gateway Pundit noted that the Illinois taxpayer is on the hook for an additional $1B  in 2024. One of the largest allocations of that funding is earmarked to care for illegal immigrants.

This particular FOIA trove of emails reveals a reporting cadence from Catholic Charities in partnership with New Life Centers (Obama Foundation Affiliate) to report on the resettlement of illegal immigrants between the timeframe of December 2022 and March 2024. In the below chart Catholic Charities reports on having helped “resettle” over 15,200 “new arrivals” during that time.

The email chain centers  around reporting from both Catholic Charities and New Life Centers. However, there are frequent conversations regarding the particular efforts involved in the resettlement program.

For example, there is an email exchange between a ComEd (Exelon Corporation) employee discussing the percentage of customers making full payments, partial payments, and no payments. Kirstin Chernawsky, Associate Secretary Early Childhood Family & Community, of the Illinois Department of Human Services responds in kind suggesting a one page flier alerting migrants of what to do should they receive a late payment notice.

The absurdity of the situation is highlighted in the email below where the Catholic Charities VP is notifying the ComEd official as to who is included in the collaborative effort. Note the titles of officials on the email chain include Deputy Mayor for Immigrant, Migrant, and Refugee Rights, First Deputy Mayor for Immigrant, Migrant, and Refugee Rights, Chief Philanthropy Officer, and of course we cannot forget the Director of Strategic Partnerships, Mayor’s Office of Immigrant, Migrant, and Refugee Rights.

A quick analysis of the City of Chicago employee database reveals that these four employees together enjoy a collective annual salary of $665K. These positions and their titles would only begin to shed light on the colossal tax increases that Illinoisans and Chicagoans alike have continued to experience in recent years.

In another disturbing excerpt, a Catholic Charities report updates the collaborative group that a pilot program has been created to divert victims of domestic violence to another location. In a previous Gateway Pundit article the problem of crime including an abundance of domestic violence was uncovered through a FOIA made by Terry Newsome of Behind Enemy Lines.

In that article just one of the locations housing illegals was found to have had over 200 pages of incident responses by Chicago PD. Many of these incidents included domestic violence and abuse of children.

While the project management of multiple entities appears to be streamlined and well organized there is a mysterious lack of concern over any cost involved. In the below graphic New Life Centers boasts of providing 55 apartments per day, 275 per week, and 1100 per month.

Another slide cites free groceries for 7,000 families a month. As Milton Friedman once said, “there’s no such thing as a free lunch.” Someone else – the American taxpayer – is always picking up the tab.

A charitable reading of this FOIA email trove would suggest that the people involved appear to have good intentions. They are trying to help people. However, the reality of mass, unchecked, migration tells a different story entirely. As Gateway Pundit has previously reported, this phenomenon also imports increased cost and crime that would not exist in an otherwise secure and legal immigration program.

America has paid, and will continue to pay the price of inflation, increased tax burden, increased crime, increased terror threat, loss of jobs, increased homelessness, and lack of available healthcare. It could be argued that this entire effort is a leftist policy prescription to combat the  concerning problem of a sustained increase in the decline of birth rates according to the CDC.

Leftist pundits will continue to gaslight the American public suggesting that “Replacement Migration,” is a conspiracy theory pushed by right wing racist bigots. Of course, this talk track ignores a dispassionate analysis performed by the United Nations in 2000 regarding the concern over population decline and aging populations titled: Replacement Migration. The study is readily available on their website here.

A wise philosopher once said, “The road to hell is paved with good intentions.” As shown in the FOIA documents, a widespread effort to support AND fund illegal immigration into the sanctuary City of Chicago has been underway during the Biden administration.

This program facilitates the “resettlement” of largely unchecked and unvetted illegal immigrants in a mass social engineering effort that is likely to increase – at a mass scale – the welfare state. As a result, government will grow exponentially along with the taxpayer burden.

Meanwhile, American citizens are dying from Fentanyl, homeless are going hungry, Veterans are lacking the healthcare they need, citizens are being victimized by illegals, women and children are being trafficked across an open border, and the nation is less safe while known terrorists are entering the country with impunity. Having good intentions does not change the reality that the people in these emails are contributing to a worldwide crisis of crimes against humanity.

In November 2020 Democrats in Pennsylvania blocked Republican election observers, including Corey Lewandowski and former Florida AG Pam Bondi, from observing the ballot counting room in Philadelphia after the November 3rd election.

Republican observers were barred from entering the Philadelphia vote counting center even after receiving the appellate court order.

The Philadelphia Sheriff did not enforce the appellate court order, according to Corey Lewandowski, who was on the ground in Philly. Pam Bondi said the counting machines were moved far away from observers, defying the court order allowing GOP observers to be no more than 6 feet away from officials counting ballots.

This is what you would expect in a banana republic.

President Trump was ahead on election night by nearly 800,000 votes over Joe Biden in Pennsylvania. Four days later the vote went to Joe Biden. Trump was ahead in the state by nearly 800,000 votes on Election night! It only took four days of secret counting to flip the state to Joe Biden!

On November 3, 2020, in Michigan, President Trump was ahead of Joe Biden by over 100,000 votes. This appeared to be another solid win for President Trump in the battleground state with a greater margin than his 2016 victory. Democrats then locked doors on Republican election workers the next day and put cardboard over the windows to prevent the GOP observers from seeing in. The state continued to count until Joe Biden defeated Donald Trump in the state.

Similar events took place in several other states. It was a miraculous win for Joe Biden.

Chilling leaked messages from Trump counter snipers have surfaced, detailing the moments leading up to the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania, on July 13.

On Saturday, July 13th, there was a “colossal failure” of security, according to the former Director of the Secret Service, Kimberly Cheatle.

The ‘colossal failure’ resulted in an alleged sniper, Thomas M. Crooks, taking shots at President Trump from the rooftop of the AGR Building in Butler, Pennsylvania.

The Gateway Pundit has published exclusive reports indicating the assembled group yelling, which included local patriot Greg Smith.  The group could see the sniper team on the second floor. Smith could also see that the second-floor sniper team was watching Crooks for a half hour prior to the shooting, doing nothing.

Recall that Rep. Ron Johnson (R-WI) released his 13-page preliminary findings on the investigation into the attempted assassination of President Trump.

Below is the preliminary timeline on the day of the assassination attempt, based on information uncovered by Senator Johnson’s office:

At Allegheny Bomb Squad’s request, local law enforcement texts pictures of Crooks and nearby items to an ATF agent’s phone for facial recognition analysis.

Now, chilling texts, which were obtained by the New York Times from local law enforcement, detail the frantic communications of countersnipers who were tasked with protecting Trump during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

One of the countersnipers sent a message to his colleagues indicating that his shift was ending. At approximately 4:26 PM, he observed a suspicious individual—later identified as the assailant, 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks—sitting on a picnic table just 50 yards from the exit.

“Guys I am out. Be safe,” the sniper wrote. “Someone followed our lead and snuck in and parked by our cars just so you know. I’m just letting you know because you see me go out with my rifle and put it in my car so he knows you guys are up there.”

He added that Crooks was “sitting to the direct right on a picnic table about 50 yards from the exit” in a message sent at 4:27 PM, a little over 90 minutes before the gunman fired. The two other countersnipers responded with a thumbs-up emoji and a “Roger that.”

Another screenshot, timed at around 5:38 PM, shows Crooks beneath the countersnipers, who had positioned themselves in a nearby warehouse. One of the remaining snipers photographed Crooks multiple times and texted the pictures to the group chat.

“Kid learning around building we are in,” one wrote. “I did see him with a range finder looking towards stage. FYI. If you wanna notify SS snipers to look out. I lost sight of him.”

Witnesses later reported seeing Crooks crawling onto the roof of the American Glass Research building. At 5:40 PM, one of the countersnipers suggested calling in the report of Crooks. Within the next half hour, the gunman would be dead, and Trump would be photographed with blood coming from the area around his ear.

Taken together, the text messages provide the most detailed picture yet of the hours before the assassination attempt. They reveal that the gunman, later identified as Thomas Crooks, 20, of Bethel Park, Pa., aroused police suspicion more than 90 minutes before the shooting, rather than about 60 minutes, as has been previously discussed in congressional hearings.

The messages also add to the evidence that the would-be assassin was often one step ahead of security forces, and in particular the Secret Service.

Mr. Crooks scoped out the rally site a day before the Secret Service did. He used a drone to survey the site while the Secret Service did not seek permission to use one for the rally. He researched how far Lee Harvey Oswald was from John F. Kennedy when he fatally shot the president in 1963 — the answer is about 265 feet — and managed to climb onto a roof that was about 400 feet from Mr. Trump at its closest point. The Secret Service left that roof unmanned.

And while countersnipers were assigned to surveil the rally, Mr. Crooks was also in a position to watch them.

Even after the episode ended, the police seemed confused about what Mr. Crooks had done and how.

New video posted over the weekend by a man who was near the AGR building when shots were fired at President Trump at the July 13 rally in Butler, Pennsylvania shows police reacting to a perceived threat on the roof of the building several minutes before the would-be assassin, 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, opened fire. Two minutes before Crooks’ first shot, an officer could be seen with his handgun drawn as he kept watch on the roof from the opposite side of where Crooks turned out to be. (Note: the 6:10 pm on the screen is a watermark, not a timestamp.)

The man who posted the videos, self-identified as Dave, Dayve Stewart or realDJStew724, posted them to X Twitter and YouTube after getting his phone back from the FBI, he said.

A short video posted Saturday to X has the moment when Crooks opened fire, through the sniper kill shot and the police reaction afterward.

Stewart has situational awareness, warning someone near him as he sees police again responding to a perceived threat, “Make yourself small, bro. I don’t know what’s going on,” about twelve seconds before Crooks opened fire.

A longer video Stewart posted to YouTube has a few minutes from an hour before the shooting where someone (unsuccessfully) tried to clear the area. The video breaks and resumes a few minutes before the shooting started.

At least five police officers can be seen warily eying the roof while taking up positions around the AGR building, with one officer wielding his handgun from a distance of the building two minutes before the shooting started, and then climbing on top of a picnic table to get a better view of the roof.

One minute before Crooks opened fire, two officers are seen approaching the building, first walking, then running out of sight around the end of the building while a woman on a horse with a Trump flag calmly rides by. At this point Trump can be heard talking about the immigration chart that would soon save his life.

Thirty seconds before the shooting started, a man and a woman are seen walking toward the corner of the AGR building where the two officers went when the man suddenly sprints away, leaving the woman who was slower to react but then she starts running as one of the police officers comes running back into sight with a hand on his uniform mic. The officer then appears to draw his sidearm. After Stewart tells the nearby person to “make yourself small,” the officer yells at them to move back (seven seconds before the shooting.) Four seconds before the shooting a voice is heard crying out, “He’s got a gun!”

The officer runs parallel to the building toward the middle of it just before Crooks fires off three quick shots. (Some viewers think they can see Crooks at 4:53 in the video, just before he fired, at the top of the roof above where the drain pipe and window on the exterior wall are located.) A second burst is heard along with one counter-sniper round that missed, and then after a long pause the crack of the Secret Service sniper’s kill shot of Crooks is heard.

The video ends with a man in a suit approaching Stewart. The man, who appears to be the same man in a suit later seen in police bodycam video talking with officers on the roof guarding Crooks’ body, just wanted to photograph Stewart’s ID. A state trooper would soon take Stewart into custody and take his phone, apparently giving it to the FBI who would keep it for almost a week.

This video synched Stewart’s video with video of Trump speaking at the rally at the time of the shooting to provide context.

Stewart’s video reveals the state and local police trying to handle a situation the Secret Service should have been handling, but the superiors at the Secret Service decided otherwise. (BTW, no one is apparently seen on the water tower, neither friend nor foe.)

The officers radioed in what they were seeing, but when an officer felt compelled to draw his weapon from a perceived threat on the roof while Trump was on stage, Trump and his Secret Service detail were not warned. Two minutes later Trump was shot in the head, one supporter was killed and two supporters were seriously wounded.

“They interviewed me for 6 f***ing hours” Tommy said in a phone call describing his arrest Sunday, explaining how he is not entitled to remain silent under the Terrroism Act and is required to turn over access to his phone.

Ezra Levant explained that is presumably the reason the UK prosecutor invoked the Terroism Act despite no evidence of Tommy having any relationship to actual terrorism. In fact, Tommy Robinson is a vocal supported of Israel and opponent of the weekly pro-Hamas terror rallies held in London.

“Silenced” was first screened in Florida  by O’Keefe Media to a US audience, as Gateway reported.

The film centers around an incident in 2018 at Almondbury Community School in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, where Syrian “refugee” Jamal Hijazi, 17, was originally portrayed as a victim of “racist attacks” by the UK press. Tommy documented how Jamal Hijazi was not the victim, but the bully in the case. The local Town Council even bribed teachers at the school with £ 250,000 to  sign Non-Disclosure Agreements and not talk about Jamal’s record as a violent bully.

Frequent flyers critical of Southwest Airlines’s seating policies may be in for a bit of a pleasant surprise this week.

Many who opt to fly with Southwest do so despite the company’s open seating policy but, according to the airline, open seating may soon be a thing of the past.

On Thursday, Southwest Airlines announced it would be introducing assigned seating according to CBS News.

The reason for the change?

Apparently, the airline claims 80 percent of customers and 86 percent of potential customers prefer assigned seating to the airline’s previous open seating policy.

Those willing to spend more on their seating will also be given luxury options.

The airline’s new “premium” seating gives flyers the chance to snag a seat with additional leg room.

Aviation expert Henry Harteveldt told CBS News that the moves would improve the customer experience.

According to Harteveldt, the move will make flights “more orderly and comfortable” and will “improve the airline’s bottom line as well.”

Southwest will also start selling tickets for late-night “redeye” flights.

Southwest Airlines customers responded to the move on social media platform X shortly after the Thursday announcement.

Selected, not elected: Kamala Harris declares her candidacy for President of the United States July 27

 

Leading investigative journalist Seymour Hersh revealed inside details of how the Obama-run Deep State forced the acting “President of the United States” Joseph R. Biden to step down on Sunday, July 21 after threatening to invoke the 25th Amendment, which allows the VP and cabinet Majority to oust a President who is “unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.”

Joe Biden spoke at to the NAACP in Las Vegas July 16, saying that “Kamala Harris is not only a great VP, she could be President” in a speech that was so gaffe-filled the White House had to issue nine corrections to the offical transcript, as Cassandra MacDonald reported on TGP.

The day after the train-wreck NAACP speech, Mr. Biden was scheduled to speak at the Unidos US Convention July 17, but was instead whisked away to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware with an alleged COVID diagnosis. “Air Force One was flying so fast that I was shaking in my seat,” Emily Goodin reported in the Daily Mail, who was onboard Air Force One.

“Tray tables shook. Reporters held up their water glasses so they wouldn’t spill. Most concerning, though, was that we had no idea what was going on.  or security reasons, there is no Wi-Fi on Air Force One, so we were cut off from the outside world”, Goodin  wrote. Reporters asked White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre for an update on Biden’s condition twice, but were denied.

It was not clear who made this decision to start the coup and remove Mr. Biden from public view. Citing intel sources, investigative reporter Seymour Hersh compared the events of July 17 to 21 to the movie “Seven Days in May” about a coup in the USA.

According to Hersh, the pressure to remove Biden came from big-bucks Democrat donors, who the New York Times reported July 12 were withholding around $90 million in pledged donations. Several wealthy donors publicly called on Biden to step aside, Forbes reported, “including billionaire Mark Pincus, Christy Walton, Michael Novogratz and Reed Hastings, while Mark Cuban has said Democrats should weigh replacements.”

“After Biden’s return to Delaware, the White House told the public that Biden had contracted a COVID infection and would be in isolation. He was said to have upper respiratory symptoms, a runny nose, a cough, and was fatigued”, Hersh writes.

“By Saturday, July 20, former President Barack Obama was deeply involved, and there was talk that he would place a call to Biden”, according to Hersh’s intel source. “It was not clear whether Biden had been examined or just what happened to him in Las Vegas. “The Big Three,” the official said, referring to former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, continued to be directly involved.“

“On Sunday morning,” the official told Hersh, with the approval of Pelosi and Schumer, “Obama called Biden after breakfast and said, ‘Here’s the deal. We have Kamala’s approval to invoke the 25th Amendment.”

“It was clear at this point,” Hersh’s source official said, “that (Harris) would get the nod”—that is, the support to run for the presidency in the November election. “But Obama also made it clear,” the official said, “that he was not going to immediately endorse her. But the group had decided that her work as a prosecutor would help her deal with Trump in a debate.”

On Friday, the New York Post reported that Biden’s quick endorsement of Kamala Harris was “revenge on Barack Obama” for pressuring him to step down, according to a source in the White House.

“It was Joe’s big f–k you,” the source said. “Joe said, ‘If I’m out, then I am endorsing her.’”

Biden’s endorsement of Harris was “Joe truly knifing Obama and Pelosi in the back for making him stand down,” a Democratic Party source told the New York Post.

Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama did not endorse Harris until Friday, July 26, which was reenacted for social media in a cheesy staged phone call.

Seymour Hersh’s report seemed to indicate a pivotal role played by the Deep State “blob” in the coup, as Biden’s pick of Harris ran into obstruction from the intel community, due to Harris’ “disdain for the work of the US Intelligence Community.”

Harris is known “not to be especially interested in the President’s Daily Brief, a highly classified summary of current intelligence that is prepared overnight by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and delivered by hand to the most vital offices in Washington, including the vice president’s”, Hersh wrote. “I was told that Harris often showed little interest in reading the document and at some point asked the agency to stop delivering it to her. Now, as a presidential candidate, she is being kept up to date on all significant intelligence matters.”

The decision to oust Biden was made by the shadow behind-the-scenes puppet masters that seem to be running the country due the “ a series of increasingly negative polls on (Mr. Biden’s) standing against Trump”. If Harris did not pull in better polling numbers, “it was agreed that if the polls did not continue to show her gaining traction, other options would be considered, including an open convention.” Hersh was “unable to learn if Harris was aware of such considerations”, he wrote.

Hersh’s source told him that Barack Obama “emerged as the strongman” in the ouster of the man many still consider to be the United States President.  Obama “had an agenda and he wanted to seek it through to the end, and he wanted to have control over who would be elected.”

After Harris seemed able to rally the increasingly desperate legacy media around her,  Michael and Barack Obama “announced their endorsement of Harris and told her, over the phone in a staged TV event, that they would do all they could to campaign for her and to support her”, Hersh wrote.

Hersh indicates Harris may be brought down at any moment if she fails to “perform” against President Donald Trump.

About one hundred supporters were gathered outside to greet Vance, his wife Usha and their two children as they stopped by for a planned campaign stop, The diner was packed inside with supporters, many of whom had attended the rally the night before.

The Trump campaign is making a play for Minnesota, having come close but falling short in 2016 and losing the state by a larger margin in 2020.

Vance spoke to diners and then with a co-owner and a state GOP donor while the kids drank chocolate milk at the counter. Vance picked up a carryout order and left a $200 cash tip with the Trump campaign message “No Tax on Tips” written above his signature on the receipt.

Voters liked what they saw in Vance, according to a report by the Minneapolis Star Tribune (excerpt):

Vance, a senator from Ohio, was propelled to the national spotlight two weeks ago when he was named Trump’s vice presidential nominee. At Park Diner in Waite Park, just west of St. Cloud, voters said they like what they are seeing so far.

“I’m very impressed. It’s good to see a young person with good values, good morals, good common sense,” said Ken Cruze, 64, of Sartell. “That’s encouraging for the next generation.”

Joyce Heffron, 67, of Little Falls learned of Vance’s breakfast visit while volunteering at Saturday’s rally at St. Cloud State University. She said she was excited to see Vance’s wife and children join him, saying it epitomized “Midwestern values.”

Heffron said the energy she experienced at the rally — which had a capacity crowd of 8,000 people in the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center, as well as hundreds more outside the venue — makes her think the Trump-Vance ticket could turn Minnesota red this fall.

“We’ve never seen this much energy directed toward a candidate,” she said. “This would be the year for them to do it.”

After chatting with folks inside the diner, Vance was cheered on by a group of more than 100 voters gathered outside.
