The Israeli Defense Forces claimed to have carried out a “targeted airstrike” in Beirut Tuesday. According to Lebanese media, the strike killed at least one woman and was conducted by a drone launching three missiles.

The airstrike was conducted in response to the death of 12 children from Israel’s Arabic-speaking Druze minority in a July 27 missile attack on the town of Majdal Shams in the Golan Heights. After the attack, Israel blamed Hezbollah. Hezbollah published a rare denial. 

“Hezbollah crossed the red line,” Israel’s Defense Minister Yoav Gallant announced today after the retaliatory strike, which purportedly targeted a Hezbollah commander responsible for the Golan Heights attack. 

According to reports, Israel notified the United States through security channels ahead of the strike on Beirut.

It is unclear whether the strike will lead to further escalation in the conflict. Some in the Israeli cabinet seem inclined towards escalation. “The Hezbollah attack today crossed all red lines, and the response will be accordingly. We are approaching the moment of an all-out war against Hezbollah and Lebanon,” Israel’s Foreign Minister Israel Katz told Axios on July 27.

Before Israel’s Olympic men’s soccer team took the field against Paraguay on Saturday, a group of pro-Hamas activists appeared to have made “anti-Semitic gestures” and booed while Israel’s national anthem played.

Palestinian fans were filmed shouting slurs, booing and apparently giving the Nazi salute during Israel’s national anthem.

On Monday, Olympic organizers told Sky News they were aware that “a banner bearing a political message was displayed and anti-Semitic gestures were made.”

“Paris 2024 strongly condemns these acts,” the statement read. “A complaint has been lodged by Paris 2024, which is at the disposal of the authorities to assist with the investigation.”

On Tuesday, IOC spokesman Mark Adams said,  “We obviously deplore that,” “It has not place in sport, it has no place amongst the watching fans.”

This type of rabid, public anti-semitism, which apparently carries no consequences, is part of why Israeli athletes have had to step up security protections.

Israel’s minister of culture and sport, Miki Zohar, spoke with The Telegraph about the increasingly violent threats and the additional security needed from armed Shin Bet agents. 

“We know there are threats (against the team), but we don’t want to talk about it, Zohar said.“We try our best to make sure the athletes feel free but also safe and not afraid. We don’t want them to notice the security guards too much. We want them to feel confident so they can do their job.”

The anti-Israel behavior extends beyond the stands and directly into competitions.

Over the weekend, Tajikistan’s Nurali Emomali defeated Israel’s judoka Baruch Shmailov in judo.

When the match was over, the victorious Emomali refused to shake Shmailov’s hand and instead allegedly shouted ‘Allah Akbar’ at him.

Shmailov’s prior opponent,  Abderrahmane Boushita from Morocco, also refused to shake hands with Shmailov.

Acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe Jr. testified before the Senate Judiciary and Homeland Security and Government Affairs committees on Tuesday about the agency’s failures that led to the attempted assassination against President Trump.

“I went to the roof of the AGR building where the assailant fired shots and laid in a prone position to evaluate his line of sight. What I saw made me ashamed,” Ronald Rowe said in his opening statement. “As a career law enforcement officer, and a 25-year veteran with the Secret Service, I cannot defend why that roof was not better secured.”

Rowe blamed local law enforcement for allowing Crooks to climb up on the roof and said Trump’s security detail had no idea there was a gunman until shots were fired.

“It is my understanding those personnel were not aware that the assailant had a firearm until they heard gunshots,” Rowe said. “Prior to that, they were operating with the knowledge that local law enforcement was working on issue of a suspicious individual prior to the shots being fired.”

Ronald Rowe told Senator Grassley that cellular problems prevented the Secret Service from launching a counter drone system to detect would-be assassin Thomas Crooks.

Thomas Crooks flew a drone over the Butler fairgrounds at least twice on the day of the Trump rally.

He flew his drone at approximately 3:50 – 4:05 pm that day – during the time the Secret Service was having connectivity issues.

“That what if we … geo-located him because that counter UAS platform had been up? It is something that I have struggled with to understand,” Rowe said. “I have no explanation for, it is something that I feel as though we could have perhaps found him. We could have maybe stopped him. Maybe on that particular day, he would have decided this isn’t the day to do it, because law enforcement just found me flying my drone.”

Rowe told lawmakers that the drone system went back online at 5 pm after being down for 2 hours.

We have been gaslighted so badly, so many times in past few years, it’s almost impossible to believe. But none has been as absurd as what’s happening right now with the fake news stories and fake polls about Kamala Harris.

Only a couple weeks ago, Democrat leaders were discussing how to dump Kamala from the ticket.

She was that big of an albatross. The most unpopular, unlikeable Vice President in modern history was an anchor on the Democrat Party and yes, even “the Biden brand.”

Only a couple of weeks ago, a crowd of Democrat consultants and donors was debating who the candidate should be. A top Democrat fundraiser actually said to the crowd, Kamala as the presidential candidate would be “more threatening” to swing voters than a dead or comatose Joe Biden. See:

Only a week ago, the New York Times looked at the pros and cons of every possible Biden replacement and called Kamala Harris “the most unelectable” of any possible Democrat candidate.

And a quick reminder- for the past four years, virtually every poll showed Kamala was the only politician on earth more unpopular than her boss, Joe Biden (the lowest rated president in a century).

Everyone at the top levels of Washington DC agreed Kamala was thoroughly unlikeable, completely incompetent, and dim-witted. That’s a very bad combination.

Keep in mind Kamala was universally hated by even her own staff- 92% of the people working for her as Vice President quit over the past 3 ½ years. Staffers publicly called her “a toxic, soul-destroying bully.” See:

If Kamala had a TV show it would be called, “Everyone Hates Kamala.”

But Democrats had no other choice, but to replace Biden with Kamala…and then like magic, poof, the Deep State hit the switch…and their barking seals in the media obeyed instantly…and they all read from the same script…

Suddenly, overnight, out of the blue, they’re all telling us Kamala is popular, well-regarded, and get this- skyrocketing in approval rating, skyrocketing in polls, and in some polls actually leading or tied with Trump? How is this possible?

The answer is, it’s not.

Once again, we’re being gaslighted. Except this time it’s so fantastical, only a complete moron, fool, or delusional patsy would accept what we’re hearing.

Here’s the proof the polls you’re currently seeing in the mainstream media are total fraud. For years, the most accurate poll in the country has been The Democracy Institute, run by Patrick Basham.

Democracy only polls “likely voters,” as opposed to other biased pollsters (friendly to Democrats) who choose to poll any registered voter who picks up the phone. Up to one third of registered voters are not going to vote. And they skew dramatically Democrat.

These other polls also oversample Democrats. That’s how they have come up with such absurd numbers for Kamala Harris. Of course, if you poll mostly Democrats, you’ll come up with ridiculous fake numbers in favor of the Democrat candidate.

Here are the exact numbers used by Democracy versus other pollsters. Democracy used Democrats +2 for this latest poll. Meaning pollster Basham gives Democrat voters a +2 point edge- the exact number for the 2020 presidential election. Patrick believes the true number today is Democrats +1. But he is always cautious, so he stuck with +2.

But the polls you’re seeing now in the media claiming Kamala is suddenly popular and gaining on Trump, or beating Trump, are using Democrats +6, Democrats +8, and in some cases a ridiculous Democrats +10. This absurd, ridiculous, biased fantasy produces a “Kamala Miracle.” Voila- suddenly, she is popular.

So, what is the truth? What is the real snapshot of this election?

In the latest 100% honest, ethical, accurate Democracy Institute poll, with the electorate at +2 edge for Democrats, Trump is winning by a landslide of 8 points.

I use the word “landslide” because no Republican has won any presidential election by this big a margin since Ronald Reagan- almost half a century ago.

And of course, only the Electoral results matter. If Trump even loses the popular vote by 1 point, he’d almost certainly win the election with a large electoral victory.

In Basham’s Democracy Institute poll, Trump wins by 8 points because he is winning by a gigantic landslide with white voters, male voters, independents, and seniors.

Kamala is barely leading among young voters. Trump wins with Hispanics 51% to 48%, suburban voters 49% to 47%, and takes 22% of black votes.

The largest voting group in the entire electorate is working class whites. Trump wins 75% of their vote.

Trump wins by a whopping 35 points among men, while Kamala wins with women by only a razor-thin 3 points.

It’s also important to note, 62% of all voters believe Kamala Harris lied about Biden’s health.

Basham tells me the most important takeaway is that Trump historically ALWAYS outperforms polls- as many of his voters understandably don’t like to tell a stranger on the phone who they support. So, in reality, Trump almost certainly leads by 10 points or more. Which would be the biggest landslide since Reagan.

Want a little more “backup.” I’ve always found Rasmussen the other most accurate pollster. In their latest poll, Trump is up by 7.

So, there’s the truth. Reality. Trump is winning. BIG.

No amount of gaslighting can change that.

MSNBC political analyst Molly Jong-Fast claimed during an episode of Morning Joe that Republican vice presidential nominee JD Vance “just wants more white children.”

The unhinged claim completely ignored that the three children he has with his wife, Usha Vance, are mixed race.

The panel was discussing a comment from host Jonathan Lemire about Americans having fewer kids.

“And Molly, the stats are there: More and more Americans choosing not to have kids. Which again emphasizes why JD Vance’s comments about childless Americans childless ladies could be so politically damaging,” Lemire said.

“Well, so what’s interesting is this is this natalism that comes from an authoritarian playbook, right? That there there need to be more white children, right? That’s the idea that there’s, you know, this is about great replacement theory racism, right?” replied Jong-Fast.

Jong-Fast continued, “This is what this, don’t misunderstand it. For him wanting more children, he wants a certain kind of, you know, racist thing. So I would say, yeah, it’s certainly true. And attacking people for not having children is really cruel, right? Because some people can’t have children, some people, you know, want to have children and, you know, can’t, you know, miss the window. So I do think it’s it’s really just a very terrible way to go after people.”

Lemire, who is also the White House bureau chief for Politico, did not respond to Jong-Fast’s wild assertions.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced on Tuesday that his office has secured a monumental $1.4 billion settlement with Meta, formerly known as Facebook, to halt the company’s unauthorized collection and use of the biometric data of millions of Texans.

The $1.4 billion settlement, to be paid over five years, underscores Texas’s unwavering stance on protecting the privacy rights of its citizens and sets a precedent for holding major technology companies accountable for their actions.

Attorney General Paxton’s office has been at the forefront of numerous high-profile legal battles, including antitrust lawsuits and stringent enforcement of privacy laws.

This landmark settlement is the largest ever obtained by a single state and marks the most substantial privacy settlement an Attorney General has ever achieved.

“This historic settlement demonstrates our commitment to standing up to the world’s biggest technology companies and holding them accountable for breaking the law and violating Texans’ privacy rights,” Paxton said in a press release. “Any abuse of Texans’ sensitive data will be met with the full force of the law.”

According to the press release, the settlement is in response to Meta’s violation of Texas’s “Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier” Act (CUBI) and the Deceptive Trade Practices Act.

The lawsuit, initiated by Paxton in February 2022, accused Meta of unlawfully capturing the biometric data of millions of Texans without obtaining the informed consent required by law.

“Facebook has been storing millions of biometric identifiers (defined by statute as “a retina or iris scan, fingerprint, voiceprint, or record of hand or face geometry”) contained in photos and videos uploaded by friends and family who used the social media app. By this illegal activity, Facebook exploited the personal information of users and non-users alike to grow its empire and reap historic windfall profits. The company repeatedly captured biometric identifiers without consent billions of times, in knowing violation of Texas’ Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier Act and the Deceptive Trade Practices Act,” according to Paxton.

In 2011, Meta introduced a feature called Tag Suggestions, intended to enhance user experience by simplifying the tagging of photos with the names of individuals. This feature, however, was automatically enabled for all Texans without clear explanations of its workings.

For over a decade, Meta’s facial recognition software analyzed virtually every face in photographs uploaded to Facebook, recording facial geometries without user consent. Despite being aware that CUBI prohibits the capture of biometric identifiers without prior notification and consent, Meta continued its practices.

This is not the first time Meta has faced legal challenges over its biometric data practices. In 2020, Facebook users accepted a $550 million privacy deal over the same “Tag Suggestions” feature.

The lawyers representing Facebook users requested a judge approve the settlement in their class-action lawsuit, which claimed that Facebook illegally gathered biometric data through the photo-tagging tool.

According to CDR Info, class members received between $150 and $300, amounting to 15% to 30% of the possible recovery on an individual claim. Plaintiffs sued in 2015, alleging that the feature violated the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA).

A counter sniper sent an email Monday night to the entire Uniformed Division (not agents) saying he will not stop speaking out until high-level supervisors are either fired or removed from their current positions.

The counter sniper said the agency “SHOULD expect another assassination attempt” before November and complained that he is no longer proud to be a USSS counter sniper after leadership failed to protect President Trump on July 13.

“This agency NEEDS to change,” the sniper wrote in the email obtained by RealClearPolitics reporter Susan Crabtree. “If not now, WHEN? “The NEXT assassination in 30 days?”

“Sadly we have fallen short for YEARS,” the counter sniper wrote. “We just look good doing it. I have conveyed these thoughts to not only supervisors (to include the current Captain of CS, but those responsible for training us (SOTS/CS). Only to be brushed off as those with less experience somehow knew more than me.”

“The team I was once proud to be a part of, is something I have to somehow hide as I move into my next career,” the counter sniper continued. “Who wants to hire a USSS CS guy who failed? That’s the public perception I’m not faced with. The USSS CS team is a stain I will never be able to cleanse.”

“The motto of the USSS…CYA. And every supervisor is doing it right now.”

According to Susan Crabtree, the agency quickly DELETED the counter sniper’s email warning of another assassination attempt before November.

Virtually no one believes 20-year-old Trump would-be assassin Thomas Crooks acted alone.

According to the official narrative, Crooks did the following all by himself without an insider’s help:

Flew a drone over the Pennsylvania fairgrounds and got aerial footage of the rally layout on the day of the event – including 2 hours before Trump took the stage.
Got a range finder through security.
Evaded law enforcement officers from several different state, local and federal agencies.
Somehow ‘climbed’ up on a roof with his rifle 450 feet away from Trump, bear crawled to the perfect vantage point as bystanders alerted police and was still able to take 8 shots at Trump.
Parked a vehicle full of explosives near the Trump rally
Crooks was able to walk around the premises after Snipers took a photo of him looking suspicious.
A sniper located in the second story window was only 40 feet away from Crooks and didn’t neutralize him.
Trump was still able to take the stage after Crooks was pegged as suspicious by Secret Service.

Acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe testified before the Senate Judiciary and Senate Homeland Security Committees Tuesday in a joint hearing on the assassination attempt of President Donald Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania on July 13.

During the hearing Acting Director Rowe said it was “unfair persecution” to relieve officials who were responsible for the breakdown of security at the Trump Butler rally where President Trump was shot and another man was murdered.

Senator Hawley: Is that the person who is in charge of the interoperability of radio frequencies between local law enforcement and secret service? Has that person been relieved of duty?

Acting Director Rowe: No, Senator, because interoperability is a challenge, is a greater challenge than just one person. On that day, we had a counterpart system. It failed spectacularly.

Senator Hawley: As the person who decided, who made the decision to send Donald Trump onto stage knowing that you had a security situation, has that person been relieved of duty?

Acting Director Rowe: No, sir, they haven’t.

Senator Hawley: Has the person who decided not to pull the former President off of stage when you knew that, in your words, the locals were working a serious security situation, has that person been relieved of duty?

Acting Director Rowe: No, sir. Again, I refer you back to my original answer that we are investigating this through a mission assurance As opposed to zeroing in on one or two individuals.

Senator Hawley: What more do you need to investigate to know what the decision-making process was? What more do you need to investigate to know that there were critical enough failures that some individuals ought to be held accountable? What more do you need to know?

Acting Director Rowe: What I need to know is exactly what happened, and I need my investigators to do their job, and I cannot- A lot of people didn’t do their jobs. I cannot put my thumb on the scale.

Senator Hawley: Otherwise- What do you mean put your thumb on the scale?

Acting Director Rowe: You’re asking me, Senator, to completely make a rush to judgment about somebody failing. I acknowledge this was a failure of the secret service.

Senator Hawley: Is it not prima facia that somebody has failed? The former president was shot.

Acting Director Rowe: Sir, this could have been our Texas schoolbook depository. I have lost sleep over that for the last 17 days, just like you have.

Senator Hawley: Then fire somebody to hold them accountable.

Acting Director Rowe: I will tell you, Senator, that I will not rush to judgment, that people will be held accountable, and I will do so with integrity and not rush to judgment and put people unfairly persecuted.

Senator Hawley: I can’t believe that you are… Unfairly persecuted! We got people who are dead!

A reasonable hypothesis was that, like in Dallas with JFK, rogue elements in the SS, through their perhaps intentional negligence, actually opened a window in which a likely-to-succeed series of crossfire shots could be taken at DJT (much as the SS drove JFK into the Elm Street crossfire sixty-one years ago).

While the jury on this is still out, trusting the SS to protect DJT is suspect at best.

During a Senate Homeland Security Committee hearing on Tuesday, FBI Deputy Director Paul Abbate delivered a decisive blow to conspiracy theories surrounding the shooting of former President Donald Trump.

Chris Wray, who has a record of setting up innocent men in fake kidnapping plots, spying on Catholics at church, raiding the homes of peaceful pro-life activists, terrorizing J6 protesters, and targeting parents at school board meetings, took a swipe at President Trump during his testimony before Congress last Wednesday.

Wray suggested that President Trump was not hit by a bullet but that it was instead shrapnel that caused his injury on stage at the Butler rally.

‘With respect to former President Trump, there’s some question about whether or not it’s a bullet or shrapnel that hit his ear,’ Wray said during Congressional hearing.

‘I don’t know right now whether that bullet, in addition to causing the grazing, could have landed somewhere else,’ he added.

Last Thursday, President Donald Trump responded to Chris Wray’s contemptible allegations.

On Tuesday, FBI Deputy Director Paul Abbate thoroughly debunked conspiracy theories propagated by his own boss, FBI Director Chris Wray, regarding the shooting of former President Donald Trump.

Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) took the opportunity to set the record straight during the hearing.

SEN. JOHN KENNEDY: “Is there any doubt in your mind or in the collective mind of the FBI that President Trump was shot in the ear by a bullet fired by the assassin?”

FBI DEPUTY DIRECTOR PAUL ABBATE: “There is absolutely no doubt in the FBI’s mind … There never had been.”

ABBATE: “No.”
