Robert Kennedy Jr. sheds tears as he suspends his campaign, citing relentless attacks from the left.

North Carolina is the latest battleground state to block Robert F. Kennedy Jr. from removing his name from the presidential ballot even though he exited the 2024 race last week.

In a Phoenix press conference last Friday, Robert Kennedy Jr. suspended his presidential campaign and endorsed President Trump.

RFK said he will stay on the ballot in states where his presence will hurt Kamala, and he will remove himself from ballots in states where his presence hurts Trump.

“In about 10 battleground states, where my presence would be a spoiler, I’m going to remove my name. And I’ve already started that process and urge voters not to vote for me,” RFK Jr. said.

The North Carolina State Board of Elections voted on Thursday to keep RFK Jr. on the 2024 ballot. Votes cast for RFK Jr. in North Carolina won’t count because he suspended his campaign.

Former independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. will remain on the ballot for North Carolina’s general election, the state decided Thursday.

The North Carolina State Board of Elections on Thursday, Aug. 29 voted in favor of keeping Kennedy on the ballot, despite his withdrawal from the 2024 presidential race. Third-party candidate Kennedy suspended his presidential campaign on Friday, Aug. 23.

Kennedy’s name will appear on the ballot in November for North Carolina voters, who can technically still vote for him. Those votes won’t count, however, since Kennedy has withdrawn from the race.

Typically, if a candidate drops out of a race with enough time before an election, their name won’t get included on the ballot. Kennedy, however, suspended his campaign just before voting begins in North Carolina, creating a too-tight deadline for County Boards of Elections — of which many had already begun printing ballots for the election.

According to Karen Brinson, executive director of the state’s elections board, North Carolina had already printed about 1.73 million ballots as of Thursday in more than 60 counties. Special ballots, for example, such as for those overseas in the military or those with vision problems, were already being prepared.

To reprint and redistribute ballots without Kennedy’s name would take at least 13 days, according to Brinson. The process would reportedly require reproofing the entire ballot, which involves the state and county boards. Reprinting would also cost more money, the board said.

RFK Jr. will also remain on the Michigan and Wisconsin 2024 presidential ballot despite suspending his campaign.

I am a Jew. Just like Ben Stiller, the Hollywood actor and comedian, who just today released a video supporting Kamala Harris. I’m embarrassed and ashamed that any Jew could support Kamala Harris.

It’s so bizarre, ridiculous, sad and tragic that any Jew could support Kamala Harris and Democrats. As I’ve said repeatedly on my national TV and radio shows for the last three disastrous years of Biden-Harris…

I was tickled pink when I heard Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu address the US Congress and borrow my line to warn that “Gays for Gaza is like Chickens for KFC.”

I’ve seen many articles and commentaries reporting the reasons Jews should run away from Kamala and the Democrats like a grenade. Remember Kamala only weeks ago refused to attend Netanyahu’s speech in front of Congress. What a disgrace. What was she afraid of? Offending her Democrat base- a bunch of vile, radical, extreme Jew-haters who scream, “Death to Israel,” “Death to America,” and “We are Hamas.” That’s quite a crowd to suck up to.

With supporters like that, Kamala should be as popular with Jews as Chlamydia meets Herpes.

The thing with all the articles and commentaries I’ve read explaining why Kamala and Democrats are bad for Jews…is that they only talk about how Democrats mistreat Israel. Which is important. But it assumes Jews only vote based on Israel.

I don’t. I am a patriotic, MAGA, “America First,” Trump warrior, conservative, capitalist Jew. My priorities are always “America First.”

I love and support Israel. I understand Israel is one of our great allies in the world. But in the end, what matters is America. Because what good is America to Israel, if the US economy collapses, if Kamala’s brand of communism destroys our country, if we are in a “Kamala Great Depression,” if we have no more free speech in America, if we are in a civil war here at home, if radical Muslims, Hamas and Hezbollah run free in America’s streets?

So, I’m going to address the reasons why no Jew should support Kamala and Democrats in this election, from a different perspective. Jews should be focusing on “America First.” That’s how we keep Israel strong, safe and protected.

To vote for Kamala a Jew would have to be blind, deaf or very dumb. To vote for Kamala, a Jew would have to be self-destructive and self-hating.

Jews in America should support Trump because of what’s best for America!

Every Jew should vote for Trump because of the economy and the scourge of inflation. That has got to be the number one issue in America for everyone- Jewish or Christian, white or black, man or women. Biden-Harris and Democrats have destroyed this nation, our economy, our middle-class quality of life, with the worst inflation of my lifetime. Voting for them would be like voting for suicide bombers. Why would any Jew want more inflation? Higher grocery bills, restaurant bills, electric bills, insurance bills, higher gas prices? Do you hate yourself? You must, if you’d vote for clueless, hapless, incompetent, Marxist Kamala Harris- the person whose policies brought us this inflation.

Sure, Kamala feels our pain- because she’s the one causing it!

Every Jew should vote for Trump because of open borders- the millions of people being welcomed in by “Border Czar Kamala” are a threat to overwhelm the economy, explode the welfare system, explode the debt, bankrupt our country, explode crime, destroy our schools and healthcare system, and commit terrible acts of terrorism against America and in particular, Jews. Again, you’d have to be a suicide bomber to support Kamala and Democrats.

Every Jew should vote for Trump because of the exploding crime wave in our streets- because Kamala and Soros-backed liberal DAs let every criminal back on the streets, with no bail. Why would any Jew support that? Your homes are being robbed, your stores are being robbed, your children’s lives are being threatened. Add in reckless communist movements like “defund police” and the BLM riots. Kamala supported all of that. A Jew would have to be reckless and suicidal to support that.

Every Jew should vote for Trump to end affirmative action and DEI. These are the worst ideas in history for Jews. Why would you support others who don’t work as hard, with inferior grades and test scores, getting college admission, or jobs ahead of your kids? You’d have to hate your own kids to support that. America became the greatest nation and economy in world history because we based everything on merit. Whoever works the hardest and has best resume should get the job. Jews are being screwed the worst of any group when jobs or admission is given based on race.

Every Jewish parent should vote for Trump because of transgender brainwashing in our schools. Is this what Jews want for their children? Do you want your son David to become Debbie? Do you want your daughter to play volleyball with a 6-foot, 280-pound boy named Mary?

Every Jew should vote for Trump because of the pro Hamas college protests. Did you ever think in America thugs would openly scream “death to Jews” and “I am Hamas.” There isn’t one Republican in those Jew-hating crowds of thugs. This is all coordinated by radical leftist Democrats.

Every Jew should vote for Trump because of the censorship and weaponization of government by Democrats. Do you want America to mimic 1930s Nazi Germany? Only one party censors, bans, and silences the opposition. Only one party wants no dissent. Only one party tries to put their political opponents in prison. This is today’s Democrat Party.

If you’re a Jew, wake up and…and vote Trump. Or you won’t have to worry about Israel anymore. Because America will be gone. It really is true…

From the infamous “Green New Deal” to accusing Israel of genocide and calling President Donald J. Trump a Neo-Nazi days after he dodged the assassin’s bullet in Pennsylvania, she never seems to miss an opportunity to demonstrate her absolute ignorance every time she opens her mouth.

Kevin O’Leary of Shark Tank, the millionaire serial entrepreneur and economic analyst, took AOC to task a few months ago, telling Townhall.com that he wouldn’t trust AOC to run a candy store.

Kevin O’Leary of Shark Tank recently appeared on a podcast with Greg Gutfeld sidekick Tyrus and part of their conversation was about Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

While O’Leary praised AOC’s ability to manipulate social media, he pointed out that her district looks like a third world country and mentioned the disaster she caused with Amazon early on in her tenure.

He ultimately concludes that he wouldn’t hire her to run a candy store.

Tina Forte, born and raised in the Bronx, is a business owner who challenged AOC last cycle. She sailed through the GOP primary with no opposition this summer and is not sparing any expense exposing AOC’s radical support for the Biden regime.

Given the fact that African-American and Hispanic voters are now voicing their support for President Trump at levels never before seen for a GOP presidential candidate, 2024 may be the year that AOC gets the boot from NY’s 14th congressional district.

“AOC is a radical who does not care about the people of New York. She lives a lavish lifestyle, hires her own armed security, and thinks she deserves a pay raise. She cares about herself, not us.”

ABC rejected Kamala Harris’ last-minute effort to change the rules for the upcoming presidential debate scheduled for September 10.

The Harris campaign on Monday requested both candidates’ mics be unmuted for the entire 90-minute debate.

President Trump requested similar rules for his CNN debate against Joe Biden in June: Muted mics, no audience, no notes and no props.

ABC News told both campaigns that it accepted the “CNN rules” for the September debate.

However, according to an email obtained by The New York Post, Kamala Harris tried to change the mic rules at the last minute, but got rejected.

Harris spokesman Brian Fallon fumed and lashed out at Trump after ABC rejected Kamala’s latest tantrum.

Kamala’s handlers are still trying to push ABC to change the debate rules because they are afraid of Trump.

“Our latest understanding is that even though Trump said Monday he would be fine with an unmuted mic, his handlers don’t trust him to spar live with VP Harris and are asking ABC to ignore Trump’s comments and keep the mics muted or else they will back out of the debate for a third time. We have been asked to accede to Trump’s handlers’ wishes on this point for the sake of preserving the debate. We find the Trump’s team’s stance to be weak, and remain in discussions with ABC on the final rules,” Brian Fallon said.

ABC News’ own internal emails paint a different story, according to The New York Post.

The New York Post reported:

ABC News has declined to adopt Vice President Kamala Harris’ request to have wholly unmuted microphones during her Sept. 10 debate with former President Donald Trump — after days of wrangling over what Republicans viewed as Democratic attempts to lay a trap for the GOP nominee.

A network email reviewed by The Post lays out similar rules as those for Trump’s June 27 CNN debate against President Biden — including no audience, no pre-written notes or props and muted mics when a candidate is not speaking.

Trump and Harris will be standing on stage and will only be allowed to have a pen, a pad of paper and a bottle of water.

The Republican campaign had insisted the debate — set to be held at Philadelphia’s National Constitution Center — follow the same rules as the June showdown with Biden.

However, Harris’ team claimed Monday that they wanted both candidates’ mics on for the entire 90-minute forum.

A top Trump ally said ABC News had informed both campaigns in writing last week that it would employ the “CNN rules” and both had confirmed that Sept. 10 was a “go.”

The ‘advocacy for expanding the pool of vulnerable children subjected to life-altering procedures they may later regret is reprehensible.’

There’s an organization called the World Professional Association for Transgender Health that promotes that particular ideology, the scientific impossibility that men can become women or vice versa.

It even offers “guidelines” for imposing such chemical alterations and body mutilations on children.

Now members of Congress are investigating whether the Biden-Harris administration tried to influence that group to remove age minimums for those surgical body invasions.

The Washington Stand reports it is the House Oversight Subcommittee on Health Care and Financial Services whose members are reviewing the Biden-Harris role in “shaping guidelines for the provision of gender transition procedures to both adults and minors.”

The New York Times previously confirmed federal Health and Human Services officials two years ago “lobbied” WPATH to take away age minimums.

Rep. Lisa McClain, R-Mich., chief of the committee, said in a letter to HHS, “We are concerned that HHS officials, acting in their official capacity, inappropriately applied pressure for change to international pediatric medical standards.”

Cited were Rachel Levine, an official at HHS, a man who identifies as a woman, and his aide, Sarah Boateng, as “key actors involved in pressuring WPATH, according to email records disclosed in a court filing.”

The leftist organization had proposed in 2021 “Standards of Care” for such procedures, and had recommended giving cross-sex hormones to children as young as 14, mastectomies to those as young as 16, and genital surgeries or hysterectomies at 17.

The Stand reported then Levine and Boateng asked that age minimums be removed, over political issues, not medical, the report said WPATH emails confirmed.

“According to one email, Boateng ‘is confident, based on the rhetoric she is hearing in D.C., and from what we have already seen, that these specific listings of ages, under 18, will result in devastating legislation for trans care. She wonders if the specific ages can be taken out,’” the report said.

Another charged that Levine was “very concerned” that specifying ages “will affect access to care for trans youth and maybe adults.”

“Health care” is what pro-transgender radicals use to described the chemicals given, and surgeries done to patients.

Ultimately, WPATH released its document without those age recommendations.

Transgender promoters in the U.S. often have used WPATH citations to promote their ideology, arguing that gender “procedures” are in accordance with WPATH “standards” for care.

The report noted, “The publication of these emails provoked criticism at the Biden-Harris administration’s apparent political interference in medical recommendations. According to a nationwide study, in 2022 nearly 80% of Americans opposed gender transition procedures for minors.”

McClain wrote, “The Biden administration’s advocacy for expanding the pool of vulnerable children subjected to life-altering procedures they may later regret is reprehensible. Emails indicating that this advocacy was done for political advantage — possible to satisfy extremist elements of its base — is [sic] even more outrageous.”

The House subcommittee also wants to look at HHS records on the issue, and is requiring the agency to turn over relevant documents and communications involving WPATH.

A congressional letter to HHS said, “The committee expects your full cooperation with these requests. Under your purview, HHS has not cooperated in good faith with the committee’s oversight of HHS and its subagencies. … HHS and its subagencies have been recalcitrant in responding and producing documents …. It is unacceptable for HHS to interfere with congressional investigations by refusing and delaying cooperation with the committee’s oversight.”

In a damning revelation, an undercover video released by Louder with Crowder’s MugClub Undercover unit has exposed the United Nations’ deep-rooted fears of a second term for former President Donald Trump.

The undercover video features Jorge Paoletti, an associate legal officer in the treaty section of the UN’s Office of Legal Affairs.

He openly admitted that the UN is “terrified” of another Trump administration and that the organization’s globalist ambitions directly clash with Trump’s America First policies.

Paoletti: One of the defining features of this MAGA movement is the ultranationalism. It’s a movement that is deeply nationalistic. It’s American first, Make America Great Again, America, America, America, we hate immigrants, we hate everybody that is not us, that doesn’t think like us, look like us, right? That’s the central element.

One of the main enemies [of the MAGA movement] are what they call the globalists. I’m the definition of a globalist…I’m not sure the United Nations as an institution is going to survive a second term by Donald Trump.

MugClub Journalist: You said the United Nations? Wait, say that again?

Paoletti: I’m not sure the UN is going to survive a second term from Trump.

MugClub Journalist: Why do you say that?

Paoletti: Because the purpose of Donald Trump is to end the international institutions that somehow level the playing field. He wants America First.

MugClub Journalist: So, does the UN not want him?

Paoletti: I mean, we are terrified.

Paoletti’s admissions didn’t stop there. He went on to reveal that globalism is not just a vague idea but a concrete goal of the United Nations.

He explained that one of the UN’s objectives is to foster a global identity where individuals see themselves as part of a planetary community rather than as citizens of a particular nation.

MugClub Journalist: So, is globalism one of the goals for the UN?

Paoletti: Absolutely…It’s to create a space for- the creation of a consciousness of a species, of a planet, of an identity as a planet. One of the objectives of the UN is to create an identity of a global citizen.

MugClub Journalist: Of a global citizen?

Paoletti: Yes. Someone who shares an identity — a political identity with everybody on this planet.

MugClub Journalist: Is that known, though? That the UN is- that that’s one of the goals of the UN?

Paoletti: Yes, yes. And that- and I get it. That is annoying for people that are ultra-nationalist…it’s a threat to the absolute power of the United States.

MugClub Journalist: Why?

Paoletti: Because they [American nationalists] don’t want an institution over the US telling the US what to do.

The video also sheds light on potential strategies that the UN and other international bodies could use to counter Trump’s policies if he were re-elected. Paoletti suggested that legal maneuvers through organizations like the Organization of American States could be employed to challenge Trump’s actions on the international stage.

Paoletti also admitted that the UN is largely ineffective in fulfilling its core mission of maintaining international peace and security. He admitted that the organization is “95% useless” in this regard.

Paoletti: I would say for 95% of issues related to international peace and security, yes.

According to Epoch Times, the vast majority of Americans have no pre-existing immunity to the highly pathogenic avian influenza:

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) collected blood from 489 people and tested their blood for antibodies against clade 2.3.4.4b A H5N1, a strain of the avian influenza that is currently circulating in the United States.

“This study found no pre-existing neutralizing antibodies to 2.3.4.4b. A(H5N1) and that fewer than 1% of people had low binding antibodies,” a CDC spokesperson told The Epoch Times in an email.

The data means “that there is little to no pre-existing immunity to this virus and most of the population would be susceptible to infection from this virus if it were to start infecting people easily and spreading from person-to-person,” the CDC said.

Earlier this summer, Dr. Peter McCullough, gave an update of where we are with the bird flu and what we can do to be prepared.

First, Dr. McCullough says the mass destruction of livestock in order to “eradicate” the virus is “futile” and will only work to constrain our food supply – not end the spread of bird flu.

Second, McCullough believes it is clear at this point that the rapid spread of bird flu to migratory birds and mammals is the result of gain-of-function serial passage research and a lab leak. A set-up that looks eerily like how COVID-19 was released on the globe.

Model and former Dem Adrianne Curry took a swing and woke cheerleader Mark Cuban after Cuban went on a praise-a-thon for Kamala Harris.

Curry won the first season of America’s Next Top Model in 2003 and, though once a Democrat, has increasingly become critical of the party’s tactics and positions.

On Friday, Cuban posted a love note praising Kamala for “steering the Democrat Patry in a better place.”

Cuban’s praise comes despite the fact that Harris has been hiding from the press, only providing a vague sense of her platform, flip-flopping on some major issues, and even stealing ideas directly from President Trump, including building a wall at the border, removing taxes on tips, and a child tax credit, just to name a few.

Cuban praised Harris in a social media post on X, arguing that she is steering the Democrat Party in a better direction.

“Kamala Harris is not falling in line with Democratic Party Policies,” Cuban said. “Kamala Harris is defining her own policies, and the Democratic Party is falling in line with her.”

Parents speak out after migrants try to board school buses in Southern California Credit: Daily Mail/Fox San Diego

The border crisis orchestrated by border czar Kamala Harris continues to produce shocking and disturbing incidents, including those involving innocent children.

FOX 5 San Diego reported that several migrants were caught trying to board school buses filled with helpless children in southern California this week. According to the outlet, the invaders attempted to board buses along two school routes twice this week at the stop near Highway 94 and Cochera, which services the Jamul-Dulzura Union School District in San Diego County.

The school district’s Superintendent, Liz Bystedt, released a letter to parents revealing the first attempt happened Tuesday afternoon along the Route A route when three migrants were walking in the middle of the highway, attempting to halt one of the district’s school buses and barge their way on.

The following incident occurred Wednesday along Route B and involved 20 migrants trying to force their way onto the bus as it picked students up from the same stop.

Fortunately, the bus drivers ensured no migrants boarded the bus and the children were unharmed.

Bystedt added in her letter that “for the safety of students and bus drivers,” buses will now drive past stops with migrants nearby and to the next one on the route.

These disturbing incidents have terrified parents, knowing that their vulnerable children could have easily been abducted and never seen again. One parent, Nicole Cardinale, revealed to FOX 5 San Diego that her eight-year-old son’s school bus was affected this week and described what unfolded as “really scary.”

“He said these adults – they weren’t kids – had backpacks on, and they were trying to get on his bus,” Cardinale explained. “He said there was a lot of them.”

The school district has reported the case to the US Border Patrol, California Highway Patrol, and San Diego County Sheriff’s Department to determine whether any criminal acts occurred in either incident.

Kimberly King, the media relations director for the sheriff’s department, released the following statement to FOX 5 San Diego:

The San Diego Sheriff’s Office was made aware of this incident today. We are conducting a follow-up investigation to determine if a criminal act has occurred. The Sheriff’s Office takes issues regarding student safety very seriously and are working with the school district in order to keep the students and our community safe.

A 16-times deported illegal alien charged with killing a 64-year-old Colorado man will serve a maximum of one year in prison after radical Democrat prosecutors sought a lenient sentence.

Ignacio Cruz-Mendoza, 47, was arrested and charged in June with vehicular homicide, vehicular assault, reckless driving, and driving without a commercial driver’s license in connection with the death of 64-year-old Scott Miller.

Another victim was seriously injured in the crash on Highway 285 South near Conifer.

Cruz-Mendoza was driving a semi-truck and working for an American trucking company even though he had no driver’s license at the time of the deadly crash.

Democrat prosecutors in Jefferson County charged the illegal alien with misdemeanor traffic violations!

This is far more lenient than similar crashes involving semi-truck drivers.

Recall that the same DA’s office sentenced an American truck driver in Colorado to 110 years in prison after a deadly accident. Colorado’s governor had to step in and reduce that prison sentence because it was so extreme.

Scott Miller’s widow lashed out at the Democrat prosecutors for

“I’m mad that I’m not going to get justice for my husband, mad because the least the most this man can get is a year for murdering my husband because the DA refused to charge him with more charge,” Deann Miller said, according to 9 News.
