President Trump is scheduled to attend the nationally televised Georgia-Alabama football game in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Saturday night. Kamala Harris is planning to stalk Trump at the game with a banner plane and a TV ad begging him to debate her again after he rejected her pleas for a CNN debate next month.

The game between the second-ranked Georgia Bulldogs and the fourth-ranked Alabama Crimson Tide will be broadcast on ABC starting at 7:30 p.m. EDT. Both teams are 3-0.

Last month, Harris turned down Trump’s offer of three debates to be held in September–on ABC, FOX and NBC–opting to only participate in the ABC debate that was previously agreed to by Trump and Joe Biden before Trump knocked Biden out the race in their one debate in June.

Immediately after the ABC debate with Trump on September 10, Harris called for a second debate–a move Trump put down as a ploy by the loser of the debate to get another chance.

Last week Harris made a deal with CNN to participate in a debate with Trump on October 23. Trump rejected that debate, saying it was too late as early voting has already started.

After being rejected by Trump, Harris now plans to stalk him at the football game with a banner that reads, “Trump’s Punting on 2nd Debate,” flown over Bryant-Denny Stadium.

The narration of the TV ad scheduled to run during the game says, “Winners never back down from a challenge. Champions know it’s any time, any place. But losers, they whine and waffle and take their ball home.” The ad concludes with Harris taunting Trump, “Say it to my face!”

Texas DPS high-speed pursuit of Illegal Alien Smuggler in Webb County on September 23rd, 2024

Texas DPS went on a high-speed pursuit of an illegal alien smuggler in Webb County earlier this week. The smuggler, Romeo Elias, dangerously drove through traffic in a Chrysler 300 in an attempt to avoid capture.

After losing control of the vehicle, he eventually crashed into an electrical pole. Elias and the illegal aliens he was smuggling ran out of the vehicle. Elias was caught after hiding in the bed of a random pickup truck. He was arrested and charged with human smuggling. The seven illegals that were with him were handed over to the Border Patrol.

Texas DPS has been hard at work to defend Texas against illegal immigration. TGP reported last week they encountered “special interest” illegals that paid $12 thousand to cross the Rio Grande into the United States.

Texas has been very successful with Operation Lone Star, which was launched in 2021 by Republican Governor Greg Abbott. Its primary goal is to slow down the flow of illegal drugs like fentanyl into the US, while also pursuing human smugglers and illegal aliens from entering or staying in the State of Texas.

The Federal Government has failed to act on its Constitutional duties to protect the US from invasion under Article IV, Section 4.

“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence,” Article IV, Section 4 of the US Constitution.

The Biden Administration’s Department of Justice (DOJ) has launched yet another blatant attack on state sovereignty and election integrity, this time setting its sights on Alabama.

In an outrageous move, the DOJ has filed a lawsuit against Alabama for daring to clean up its voter rolls by removing illegal noncitizens from the system ahead of the upcoming general election.

This lawsuit, spearheaded by Biden’s weaponized DOJ, accuses the state of violating the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA), citing so-called “Quiet Period” provisions meant to prevent last-minute adjustments to voter registration lists.

Alabama’s Republican Secretary of State, Wes Allen, initiated a program in August to ensure only eligible citizens remain on the voter rolls, specifically targeting over 3,000 individuals who were flagged with noncitizen identification numbers, according to The Guardian.

According to reports, letters were sent out to noncitizens on Alabama’s voter rolls, informing them that their registration had been flagged as inactive and was under review for removal.

But, predictably, Biden’s DOJ swooped in, claiming that not only noncitizens but also native-born and naturalized U.S. citizens were affected by these letters. The DOJ contends that this action could confuse voters and deter them from participating in the election.

Kristen Clarke, Assistant Attorney General of the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division, had the audacity to declare that Alabama’s efforts “violate federal law,” and expressed concern about “voter confusion” resulting from the state’s actions. Clarke went on to lecture Alabama about the “sacred right to vote,” while ignoring the blatant irony of her statement—protecting the right to vote should first and foremost mean ensuring that illegal noncitizens aren’t tipping the scales in elections meant for American citizens.

“The right to vote is one of the most sacred rights in our democracy,” said Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke.

“As Election Day approaches, it is critical that Alabama redress voter confusion resulting from its list maintenance mailings sent in violation of federal law. Officials across the country should take heed of the National Voter Registration Act’s clear and unequivocal restrictions on systematic list maintenance efforts that fall within 90 days of an election.”

“The Quiet Period Provision of federal law exists to prevent eligible voters from being removed from the rolls as a result of last-minute, error-prone efforts. The Justice Department will continue to use all the tools it has available to ensure that the voting rights of every eligible voter are protected.”

According to the press release:

Section 8(c)(2) of the NVRA, also known as the Quiet Period Provision, requires states to complete systematic programs aimed at removing the names of ineligible voters from voter registration lists by no later than 90 days before federal elections.

The Quiet Period Provision applies to certain systematic programs carried out by states that are aimed at striking names from voter registration lists based on a perceived failure to meet initial eligibility requirements — including citizenship — at the time of registration.

The Quiet Period is an important protection for voters, because systematic removal programs may be error-ridden, cause voter confusion and remove eligible voters days or weeks before Election Day who may be unable to correct the state’s errors in time to vote or may be dissuaded from voting at all.

States may remove names from official lists of voters in various ways and for various reasons, but they may not carry-on this kind of systematic removal program so close to a federal election.

The Justice Department seeks injunctive relief that would restore the ability of impacted eligible voters to vote unimpeded on Election Day and would prohibit future Quiet Period violations.

The department also seeks remedial mailings to educate eligible voters concerning the restoration of their rights and adequate training of local officials and poll workers to address confusion and distrust among eligible voters accused of being noncitizens.

Radical Democrat Congressman Colin Allred is running for the US Senate in Texas against Republican Ted Cruz.

While Allred has a pattern of trying to protect illegals, he does not seem to feel the same sense of duty to young women.

The Gateway Pundit reported that Allred handed out “Know Your Rights Cards” during one of his campaign stops in Dallas with instructions to help illegal aliens evade law enforcement and deportation.

But when it comes to protecting young women from serious injury from men masquerading as women in sports, Allred has been a complete failure.

A new Truth and Courage PAC ad calls out the dangers young women will face if Allred is elected.

The ad highlights the perseverance and dedication all athletes commit to.  It highlights the hours of training, practice, and sacrifice young women devote to a sport they love, only to have a man come in and not only negate their work but potentially cause life-altering injuries.

The ad shares, “Texas girls are tough, resilient, and strong. But now, they’re facing an opponent they can’t beat by digging deeper or trying harder.”

The consequences to young women forced to compete against males can be tragically life-altering.

Payton McNabb was 17 when a ball spiked by a trans opponent with force struck her in the face and threw her to the ground, knocking her unconscious and leaving her with potentially permanent injuries.

In Massachusetts, a biological male playing for Swampscott hit a female opponent in the face, leaving her with serious injuries and knocking out some of her teeth.

Allred is a radical who threatened a brave citizen for daring to question his record and lawfully recording him.

He is also a member of the “Rules for thee but not for me” club.

He is a vocal advocate for gun control and has received numerous contributions from groups that support defunding the police, but he has made sure to spend considerable funds on personal security for himself.

Previously, a Secret Service whistleblower told Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) that Trump was almost forced to cancel the rally due to lack of Secret Service protection. In a letter Tuesday to acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe, Hawley said, “According to a whistleblower with direct knowledge of the exchange, Secret Service recently told the Trump campaign that it did not have sufficient assets to secure a potential campaign rally in Wisconsin for the former president. Other whistleblowers with knowledge of Secret Service planning protocols allege that failure to provide protection for a major public event is highly unusual and that a sitting president would never be denied resources in this way.” He further questioned Rowe on recent statements regarding the protection Trump is receiving and noted that the Secret Service may be engaging in election interference by not affording Trump the required level of security but protecting Kamala Harris when she holds campaign rallies.

The week prior, Kamala Harris held a rally in Madison, Wisconsin.

Trump’s rally comes after Kamala Harris visited Arizona’s southern border on Friday to take photos and pretend that she cares about the ongoing surge of criminals and rapists coming across the southern border.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Harris toured the border wall for just enough time to take photos and claimed during remarks at Cochise College that, as President, she will “do more to secure our border” after creating the worst border crisis in history.

Staten Island’s District 31 Superintendent, Marion Wilson, faced abrupt removal from her position amid accusations of attacking staff and declaring, “No more white principals,” The Post has learned. Wilson, who served for over three years, was ordered out of her office on September 20 and directed to report to the Department of Education’s Manhattan headquarters.

Despite her ouster, Wilson will keep her $230,000 salary and transition to a facilitator role in the Leaders in Education Apprenticeship Program (LEAP), which focuses on promoting racial equity in training future principals.

The New York Post reports,

Marion Wilson, who led District 31 schools for three and a half years, was swept out of her office on Sept. 20, and told to report to the Department of Education’s Tweed headquarters in Manhattan.

Wilson “will be transitioning to a central team,” Danika Rux, deputy chancellor for school leadership, said Monday in an internal announcement, without any explanation for the swift and stunning ouster.

Sources said she will keep her $230,000 salary and serve as “facilitator” in the Leaders in Education pprenticeship Program (LEAP), which prepares teachers to become principals with a focus on racial equity.

DOE officials refused to explain Wilson’s removal, but a school insider said she was caught on tape denouncing district employees.

Wilson’s removal follows mounting allegations of racially charged behavior. An insider revealed that she demeaned her own principals and staff during an unmuted Zoom or Teams call.

Wilson Denies Claims but Faces Investigation

Wilson denied writing the texts and filed a police report, claiming she received threats due to these “false accusations.” The NYPD’s Hate Crimes Task Force began an investigation and assigned her a police escort. However, months later, the investigation failed to identify the author, according to a spokesperson for the Special Commissioner of Investigation (SCI).

Recently, new recordings emerged, capturing a woman identified as Wilson making racially charged statements to Black parents. In one recording, she reiterated, “I said no more white principals. I meant it.” In another, she stated, “Us Black folks got to stick together. Ain’t nobody helping us.” The DOE’s Office of Equal Opportunity received the recordings but dismissed the cases, claiming they found no substantiation, according to DOE spokesman Nathaniel Styer.

SCI Investigation Ends, But New Allegations Surface

The SCI ended its case several months after the texts emerged, saying investigators couldn’t identify the author. Following this, recordings surfaced with a woman identified as Wilson making racially charged remarks to Black parents. A complainant sent the audio clips to The Post, where Wilson reportedly said, “I said no more white principals. I meant it.” In another clip, she stated, “Us Black folks got to stick together. Ain’t nobody helping us.”

The SCI didn’t investigate these recordings but referred them to the DOE’s Office of Equal Opportunity. The DOE dismissed the allegations, with spokesman Nathaniel Styer saying, “The cases involving these allegations were not substantiated.” Wilson hasn’t responded to requests for comment on the recordings.

Heather Jansen, a white principal, claims Wilson removed her unfairly from PS 46 in June 2023. Jansen’s discrimination lawsuit against the DOE is still pending.

The Lebanese militant group Hezbollah confirmed Saturday that its former leader, Hassan Nasrallah, was killed in an Israeli airstrike on the outskirts of the capital city of Beirut. Nasrallah has led Hezbollah for more than 30 years, including during the brief but savage war between Israel and Lebanon in 2006.

News of Nasrallah’s death caps a week of massive Israeli retaliation against Hezbollah, which has now killed almost all of the group’s leadership and destroyed hundreds of their weapons stockpiles and ground bases. The first strike came in an unexpected manner, as Israel remotely detonated thousands of pagers used by Hezbollah operatives for secure communications, degrading their communications network, killing 39, and wounding thousands. This was quickly followed up by a massive operation by the Israeli Air Force, which, according to the Lebanese government, has killed over 700 people and wounded thousands more.

The Israeli operation significantly has increased tensions in the region, as hundreds of Lebanese civilians have been killed or wounded in the bloodiest exchange since the 2006 war. The death of Nasrallah and other top Hezbollah leadership makes it unlikely for the group to be able to launch an effective response, but may provoke retaliation from Iran, the group’s principal sponsor in the region.
