America First Legal won big today in a lawsuit against Arizona’s Democrat Secretary of State Adrian Fontes.

The Superior Court of Arizona ordered Secretary Fontes to release the list of up to 218,000 registered voters who did not provide proof of citizenship as required by law.

Secretary Fontes must release the list by Monday.

Fontes previously claimed a computer glitch allowed more than 200,000 people in Arizona to register without proof of citizenship so America First Legal sued him on behalf of Strong Communities Foundation of Arizona, known as “EZAZ.org.”

“At trial, Secretary Fontes testified that his office only possesses a partial list of 98,000 of the 218,000 affected individuals because the Arizona Motor Vehicles Division has not yet provided him with a complete list. However, the court found that Secretary Fontes “provided inconsistent testimony on this point” and that “[h]is testimony suggested that he lacked detailed familiarity with the AZSOS’s efforts with regard to the issue and with regard to the records in the possession of the AZSOS related to the 218,000 individuals.” The court’s order requires Secretary Fontes to produce the list of 98,000 individuals that he has along with any other personally identifying information that he has about the 218,000 individuals,” America First Legal reported.

Today, the Superior Court of Arizona issued a ruling in America First Legal’s (AFL) lawsuit against the Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes and the Secretary of State’s Office, ordering Secretary Fontes to immediately produce the list of individuals who registered to vote without providing proof of citizenship as required by law. The number of individuals affected by this issue is approximately 218,000.

Secretary Fontes announced in September that a longtime computer glitch had allowed 218,000 individuals to register to vote without providing proof of citizenship, even though Arizona law requires such proof. Earlier this month, AFL sued to obtain this list on behalf of the Strong Communities Foundation of Arizona, known as “EZAZ.org.” Arizona’s Public Records Law requires Secretary Fontes to produce this type of voter information for members of the public who request it, and Secretary Fontes’s Office regularly produces voter lists in response to such requests. After Secretary Fontes violated the law and refused to hand over these records, AFL swiftly sued to demand accountability.

This lawsuit is critically important to the integrity of the upcoming presidential election as the official results for the presidential race in Arizona 2020 list the margin of victory as being only 10,457 votes.

Today, AFL has secured a win after the Court ruled that the Secretary of State must produce this list by Monday, November 4, 2024 — one day before the U.S. presidential election.

In November, Nevada voters will flock to the ballot box in support of President Trump and his vision to Make America Affordable Again.

In dollar terms, the tech giant has been told by Russian Justice to pay $20,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.

Google censorship is a planetary reality, affecting the US as much as its sanctioned adversary Russia.

In the case of Russia, it has been in conflict with video platform YouTube for over four years, and now it arises that the value of the Russian fines against Google is something that will require an exercise of our imagination.

What’s the biggest number you can think of? It’s probably bigger.

Google now owes some 2 undecillion rubles ($20 decillion) worth of fines in Russia. In dollar terms, the tech giant has been told to pay $20,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.

Yes, you read it right. It’s a value larger than the whole world GDP.

The absurd situation evolved after Google for years refused to restore the accounts of Russian outlets.

The Moscow Times reported:

“Google began accumulating daily penalties of 100,000 rubles in 2020 after the pro-government media outlets Tsargrad and RIA FAN won lawsuits against the company for blocking their YouTube channels. Those daily penalties have doubled each week, leading to the current overall fine of around 2 undecillion rubles.”

Undecillion is a number equal to 1 followed by 36 zeros.

Not even powerful Alphabet, the owner of Google, can deal with a value anywhere near it.

“A total of 17 Russian TV channels have filed legal claims against Google, according to one of RBC’s sources. Among them are the state-run Channel One, the military-affiliated Zvezda broadcaster and a company representing RT editor-in-chief Margarita Simonyan.”

YouTube did what it always does, and blocked several Russian media outlets over their support for the war in Ukraine.

Russia retaliated with hefty fines but did not block the website.

“Google’s Russian subsidiary filed for bankruptcy in the summer of 2022 and was officially declared bankrupt last fall. Alphabet Inc’s Google had earlier halted advertising in Russia to comply with Western sanctions over the war in Ukraine.”

Russian media outlets were also banned in Europe – prompting retaliatory measures from Moscow – but nothing this drastic.

BBC reported:

“According to Tass, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov admitted he ‘cannot even pronounce this number’ but urged ‘Google management to pay attention’.

The company has not commented publicly or responded to a BBC request for a statement.”

The post CRAZY: For Blocking Its Channels on YouTube, Russia Has Fined Google $20 Decillion – More Than the Entire World GDP appeared first on The Gateway Pundit.

Getting online Thursday morning, I did the usual Google vanity search. I was mystified to see a link for a hit piece by the Atlantic Council, a top DC think tank funded by the U.S. State Department, foreign governments, and other donors. And then I discovered that my article in The American Conservative, “The Democrats’ Three-Decade War on Honest Voting,” had turned me into a shameless tool of Russian propaganda.

Where did I go wrong? Were the years I spent as a Boy Scout all for naught?

Looking more closely at the article, I recognized even more rascality than I expected to find on Halloween. The article was posted by the Digital Forensic Research Lab (DFRLab), a branch of the Atlantic Council that boasts that it “has operationalized the study of disinformation by exposing falsehoods and fake news.” The piece, slugged “Russian Outlets Amplify Conspiracies,” warned: 

Russia-linked outlets are also copying election conspiracies from US publications verbatim. ZeroHedge, a known promoter of conspiracy theories and Russian propaganda that republishes RT content, is actively reprinting content from fringe sources that claims the establishment is manipulating legal and electoral system to ‘steal’ the election. Examples include an article by James Bovard originally published in The American Conservative, which alleges legal efforts to protect voting rights are part of a Democrat conspiracy to enable fraud.

“Legal efforts to protect voting rights”?

Like the unmanned ballot drop boxes that the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled were illegal after the 2020 election?

Like the torrent of unverified mail-in ballots, although the New York Times warned in 2012 were “fraud in voting by mail is… vastly more prevalent than the in-person voting fraud that has attracted far more attention”?

Like the controversies over whether people casting a vote should be required to show personal identification like they do when taking a flight, buying a beer, or renting a car? 

My piece ridiculed a banner front page New York Times headline one week after the 2020 election: “Election Officials Nationwide Find No Fraud.” How did the Times’ reporters confirm there was “no fraud”? They asked government officials and then dutifully reported what they were told. 

And now a federally-funded think tank is claiming that anyone who warns of election fraud is a Russian tool. 

DFRLab presumes my guilt-by-association is established by stating that ZeroHedge, one of the most popular news websites, reposted my article. And how do they prove that ZeroHedge is a Russian tool? By linking to a 2021 Atlantic Council piece slamming that website for publishing allegations that the Covid-19 virus originated in the Wuhan Institute of Virology. That was heresy three years ago, but is now an accepted account at numerous federal agencies, including the FBI.

The Atlantic Council’s DFRLab is a formal part of the Election Integrity Partnership that was condemned by federal judges for censoring social media during the 2020 election. In 2018, Congress created a new federal agency—the Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). CISA realized that it would be politically and legally perilous to directly muzzle Americans, so it relied on “censorship by surrogate.” The feds evaded the Constitution by subcontracting the destruction of freedom of speech. CISA partnered with federal grantees and the DFRLab to form the Election Integrity Partnership a hundred days before the 2020 presidential election. That project, along with the efforts of other federal agencies, created an “unrelenting pressure” with “the intended result of suppressing millions of protected free speech postings by American citizens,” according to a ruling last year by federal Judge Terry Doughty.

CISA targeted American citizens who complained about elections, and any criticism tacitly became a threat to the nation’s election infrastructure. Contractors composing the Election Integrity Partnership filed endless objections to Americans’ online posts with social media firms. Most of the censorship during the 2020 election cycle targeted posts “related to delegitimizing the election results,” the court decision noted. Once the government began censoring, the definition of misinformation mushroomed. The Election Integrity Partnership bragged about targeting social media posts merely for being “out of context” or “exaggerating issues.” Many of those alleged factual infractions were piddling compared to the sweeping falsehoods proclaimed by both Trump and Biden. As Mike Benz of the Foundation for Freedom Online observed, “the censorship focus was always and consistently foremost targeted at speech casting doubt on mail-in ballots,” devastating “the ability of concerned citizens to pressure their state representatives to take legal action on changing voting procedures” to prevent fraud. Those mail-in ballots delivered the presidency to Joe Biden. Federal Judge Terry Doughty on July 4, 2023 condemned the Biden administration for potentially “the most massive attack against free speech in United States history.” That verdict was ratified in September 2023 by a federal appeals court ruling slamming the White House and federal agencies for actions that resulted in “suppressing millions of protected free speech postings by American citizens.” 

This is the third presidential election in a row in which the Washington elite have screamed RUSSIA! RUSSIA! RUSSIA! to shroud their machinations. 

Special Counsel John Durham reported last year that, in mid-2016, after the shellacking she suffered from her email scandal, “[the Democratic Party presidential candidate Hillary] Clinton allegedly approved a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisors to tie Trump to Russia as a means of distracting the public from her use of a private email server.” President Barack Obama was briefed on the Clinton proposal “to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by Russian security services.” FBI officials relied on the “Clinton Plan” to target the Trump campaign even though no FBI personnel apparently took “any action to vet the Clinton Plan intelligence,” the Durham report noted. The first three years of Trump’s presidency were haunted by constant accusations that he colluded with Russians to win the 2016 election. In 2019, Special Counsel Robert Mueller finally admitted that there were no grounds to prosecute Trump or his officials for colluding with Russia.

In 2020, Hunter Biden’s laptop revealed vast corruption by the Biden family influence-peddling operation. Antony Blinken, then a top Biden adviser, orchestrated a letter from 51 top intelligence officials claiming that Hunter Biden’s laptop was nothing but a Russian disinformation campaign. That letter helped torpedo potential political damage from the laptop and assure Biden victory.

And now a federally-funded think tank is taking to the barricades to denounce warnings about voter fraud as another Russian disinformation campaign. Is DFRLab seeking to “pre-bunk” any reports of election fraud as a foreign disinformation? In reality, “disinformation” is often simply the lag time between the pronouncement and the debunking of government falsehoods.

American elections have seen fierce disputes over the legitimacy of votes going all the way to Thomas Jefferson’s victory over John Adams in 1800. When did ballots—or even alleged ballots—become sacred? Perhaps when the ruling class decided that elections themselves must be hallowed to place a halo over winning politicians. How else can Americans be swayed to unquestioningly submit to ever-greater subjugation? 

The efforts to “save democracy” become more perverse with every election.

The boxer and YouTube star Jake Paul has endorsed Donald Trump for president, saying he is the only man who can “save America” from the radical left.

In a video sent out to his 80 million followers across social media, Paul said that although he could not vote due to his residence in Puerto Rico, he was encouraging people to vote for Donald Trump.

He explained:

Uh, nervous, scared to make this video because of what it means in terms of my career, my life, people coming after me, more accusations, more turmoil, more division, potentially. However, I just want to provide information to the potentially undecided voter, the things that I have seen over the past couple of years that have led me in a certain direction as to who I am supporting in this presidential election.

And most of all, encouraging y’all to actually vote, encouraging y’all to actually do your own research, and to base that research in the truth, not just reckless propaganda or your favorite pop star telling you to vote a certain way and you believing them because you love their song. And with that said, after watching this video, you shouldn’t necessarily just listen to me either.

Do your own research before you go and vote, but I highly, highly, highly encourage you to exercise your right to vote. Because I moved to Puerto Rico in pursuit of becoming a world champion in my boxing career, I have rescinded my right to vote, but that doesn’t mean I can’t present my 80 million large audience with proper facts, numbers, and data to encourage them to vote in the proper direction to quite literally save America.

And I’ll start off with something that bothered me recently was Tony Hinchcliffe, a comedian who made a bad joke. Obviously, he’s doing his job, trying to be funny, but him talking smack about Puerto Rico was not funny. And I want to shine a light on the fact that these aren’t Donald Trump’s views. It was a comedian who made a bad joke.Tony, while I love most of your work, Puerto Rico is the most beautiful place on Earth, and the people here are absolutely incredible.

Wars, health, guns, jobs, economy, inflation, border control, freedom of speech, the list goes on and on and on with the number of problems that America currently faces. And I don’t come to you to make this video to create more division.

I believe love is the key to the universe, and that we should all love each other more and more and more. And it saddens me that in the current political state of the world, in America, people can’t have opinions without outrageous backlash.

And I truly believe we can all agree on that things just don’t feel right. America doesn’t feel good. It shows that we are more divided than ever, and I can’t sit back and watch this blasphemy unfold in front of me any longer. What is the problem?

Democrats have been in power for 12 of the last 16 years. So if we aren’t happy with the current political state, economic state, environmental state, then who is to blame?

Tim Walz, the vice presidential candidate, has even said this himself. We can’t have four more years of this. Even Tim says there needs to be change, and he’s right. We need to change from Kamala Harris to the Republican candidate Donald Trump.

While Paul has previously expressed his disgust with Joe Biden and his concern about attacks on freedom of speech, he has never publicly endorsed Trump as a political candidate.

Earlier this year, Donald Trump was interviewed by Paul’s brother Logan, who is also a world famous wrestler and social media personality.

Over the course of the interview, the two men discussed a wide range of topics, including his sham criminal trials, illegal immigration, foreign policy, artificial intelligence, and even the existence of aliens.

A FEMA whistleblower revealed the agency, which is supposed to focus on recovery efforts and assisting when disaster strikes for all Americans, is instead focusing on “DEI initiatives” over disaster response.

In an interview with James O’Keefe, Kelsey Goodman, a FEMA Hazard Mitigation Emergency Manager for REGION 4 said, “there are higher priorities given to different racial groups.”

“The number one goal of FEMA is to instill equity in emergency management. It’s not to save lives. It’s not to create stronger communities that will weather future disasters,” revealed Kelsey Goodman, a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Hazard Mitigation Emergency Manager for REGION 4.

Goodman has come forward to discuss concerns about FEMA’s response to recent disaster-stricken communities.

After Hurricane Helene, North Carolina residents reported seeing few FEMA responders on the ground, despite widespread devastation and flooding. Many people, Goodman observed, were “videoing themselves stranded” with little to no visible federal help. She described how “residents are very upset. They don’t see FEMA on the ground,” adding, “We are not there, and they’re very frustrated.”

Goodman expressed frustration about FEMA’s approach, stating that their internal narrative differed from the experiences of those in the affected areas. She explained that, internally, employees were told they were doing everything right, and “Anyone who has a problem with the way we’re doing things, they’re bad actors, they’re spreading misinformation.”

She detailed FEMA’s increasing focus on equity initiatives, revealing, “We are prioritizing disadvantaged communities when there’s no clear definition of what that is,” Goodman said. According to her, this focus is detracting from FEMA’s core mission to assist all Americans facing urgent needs after disasters. “When you’re dedicating that time and those resources to things that you can’t tie to fact… you’re not dedicating to the things that matter, which is helping American families stay safe.”

Despite potential risks, Goodman explained her motivation for coming forward: “If you feel a calling from the Lord…you need to speak the truth.” She called on FEMA to refocus on disaster response essentials, stating, “We have the resources. We need to get back to basics and use them to actually help people.”

Noelle Dunphy, a former employee, accuses Rudy Giuliani of vulgar remarks and unwanted sexual advances, leading to a $10 million lawsuit. Dunphy alleges that Giuliani coerced her into sexual activities, with claims supported by audio recordings. Additionally, she asserts that Giuliani owes her nearly $2 million in unpaid wages, having worked off-the-books. According to Dunphy, Giuliani promised her an annual salary and legal representation, deferred due to his divorce.

Dunphy insists her accusations are backed by hard evidence, poised to be presented at trial. A poll greeter in Dallas, Texas told one of Steven Crowder’s reporters that he found a folded piece of paper with username and login password for voting machines lying on the ground.

“I’m working as a poll greeter. I was going to check the count and as I’m maybe about 20 feet from the door, I looked down, piece of paper right here so I picked it up and I open it and it’s got passwords for the election machines,” a poll worker told a reporter.

The poll worker said he confirmed that he indeed found the login and passwords to get into the poll books lying on the ground.

The Dallas County Election Department told the undercover reporter of the piece of paper lying on the ground: “It’s not supposed to be not on the premises, no sir!”

The Texas Attorney General’s office said of the password and login information: “It would not be for the voting machine itself,” Alicia from the Texas AG’s office said. “It would either be for where you deposit the ballot, the counter, or the e-poll book would kind of be the two places where you would have that potential login.”

The poll book is where people can look up registration.
