Mark Cuban appeared on ABC’s “The View” on Thursday and claimed “strong, intelligent women” can’t support Trump.

“Donald Trump, you never see him around strong, intelligent women! Ever! It’s just that simple. They’re intimidating to him. He doesn’t like to be challenged by them and you know, Nikki Haley will call him on his nonsense with reproductive rights and how he sees and treats and talks about women. I mean he just can’t have her around. It wouldn’t work,” Mark Cuban said.

The View co-hosts went into damage control after Mark Cuban insulted millions of women.

“I think Stormy [Daniels] is intelligent. I don’t think that’s 100%. She’s very smart,” Joy Behar said in a snarky tone.

“He means on stage,” Whoopi Goldberg said in an attempt to defend Mark Cuban’s attack on female Trump supporters.

The Kamala campaign’s closing argument to voters isn’t going too well.

Earlier this week Joe Biden called millions of Americans “garbage.”

Joe Biden said Trump supporters are “garbage” during a campaign Zoom call on Tuesday night as Kamala Harris delivered a speech at the Ellipse in DC.

During the campaign call, Biden once again took a swipe at a comedian who cracked a joke about Puerto Rico being a ‘floating pile of garbage’ during Sunday night’s rally at Madison Square Garden.

“Donald Trump has no character. He doesn’t give a damn about the Latino community… just the other day, a speaker at his rally called Puerto Rico a floating island of garbage?… The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters,” Biden said.

Former soccer star Megan Rapinoe has claimed that former President Donald Trump is planning a “violent reality” for America.

Rapinoe discussed the upcoming election during an appearance on Wednesday’s A Touch More podcast episode.

“It is stressful. I am nervous, but I also am hopeful,” the athlete-turned-leftist-activist claimed.

“I believe in people, and I certainly believe in women, and I believe that people want better than the grim, dark, just violent reality that Donald Trump has very clearly laid out for us. He’s telling everybody what he’s gonna do, and it’s really dark, and it’s really sad, and I don’t think anybody wants to live like that.”

Rapinoe said she agree with San Antonio Spurs coach Greg Popovich, who called Trump “pathetic.”

“I actually really liked what Greg Popovich had to say about Donald Trump. He goes on to basically say you wouldn’t want this guy babysitting your child or working in your small business. He’s small, he’s mean, he makes fun of people,” Repinoe said.

The soccer player also whined about the Trump rally held at New York’s Madison Square Garden, whining that comedian Tony Hinchcliffe was “racist.”

“There was a rally at Madison Square Garden where the comedic act, the opening act, [was] just openly racist, openly bigoted, openly xenophobic – saying the most horrible things,” she said. “You would never allow your kids to say those kinds of things… There’s a level of decency here that I think is being lost in the decisiveness of right, left, and this, that, and the other. I think that’s important.”

Rapinoe is a recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom, an Olympic gold medalist, a World Cup champion, and an NCAA champion.

Australian shops are pulling an “offensive” straight-jacket costume off of their shelves after backlash from a mental health organization.

Big W caved to the pressure from the mental health organization SANE and is no longer selling the “Insane Asylum Costume.”

The straight-jacket features “Property of the County Mental Institution. Approach with caution,” written across the back.

“This crazed patient is out of control! If you find yourself in the maximum security psych ward at your local hospital or slammer this Halloween, this outfit will be perfect!” the costume’s description reads.

SANE called the costume “archaic, offensive and stigmatising” in their campaign to have the costume cancelled.

“It’s hard enough managing your own internal voices and shame – so to see this kind of language with costumes stocked online from brands like Spotlight Retail Group and Big W is pretty disappointing,” Luke Marshall, a board member for SANE wrote on his LinkedIn, according to a report from Yahoo Lifestyle.

Christina Farrell, a psychologist at Balanced Living Psychology told the outlet that retailers selling the costume “had not considered that we have moved way beyond people with mental health concerns being in an institution and that it’s a completely inappropriate portrayal of mental health today.”

“It’s so negative and incongruous with the information kids and teenagers are given about mental health from all their other channels – school, parents and social media,” Farrell continued. “Plus, mental health doesn’t even have a place in Halloween which is about death and spirits. It shouldn’t be linked at all.”

Big W has apologized for selling the costume.

“We are sorry for any impact we may have caused to the community in having this costume available in our Halloween range. As soon as we were made aware, we immediately removed it from sale on Big W Market on October, 29” a spokesperson for Big W told Yahoo.

The statement continued, “We have spoken with SANE Australia to understand the impact of stigma and experiences of people with complex mental health issues and their families, and are aligned with their position and values.”

The costume is still available on Amazon.

Election fraud concerns continue to grow in Pennsylvania as officials from Monroe County reveal new findings of fraudulent mail ballot request forms, making this the third county to uncover such irregularities.

Monroe County District Attorney Mike Mancuso announced Tuesday that several mail-in ballot applications were fraudulently submitted, with at least one case involving a deceased applicant, The Morning Call reported.

Investigations trace the source of these unauthorized requests to Lancaster County-based Field+Media Corps, a subsidiary of Arizona’s Fieldcorps.

The investigation when Monroe County’s election board conducted a standard review, uncovering around 30 irregular forms, which were then referred to the DA’s office.

The firm has been actively engaging communities of color in Arizona, Pennsylvania, Nevada, and California since 2017.

According to its website, Field+Media Corps is a consulting firm involved in strategic field and media operations that include voter registration and other campaign-related activities.

Most of its clients are Democrats, including Biden-Harris and AZ Dems.

Field+Media Corps issued a statement on Wednesday morning attempting to defend its operations, according to The Morning Call,

“We are proud of our work to help expand access to voting through our nonpartisan voter registration program. We have not been contacted by election officials in PA counties and we have no additional information on the alleged problematic registration forms,” the statement reads. “We would hope that if Field+Media Corps were the subject of any active investigation, that we would be proactively contacted by the appropriate officials. If we are contacted, we will work with local officials to help resolve any discrepancies to allow eligible people to vote.”

The firm stated that it made efforts to contact York County officials and plans to reach out to officials in Monroe County as well.

The company has previously been flagged for similar issues in York County, where suspicious registration forms were reported.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that York County, Pennsylvania, recently received a substantial delivery of voter registration forms and mail-in ballot applications from Field+Media Corps, a third-party group working on behalf of the Everybody Votes Campaign.

Field+Media Corps, an Arizona-based consulting firm, has been actively engaging communities of color in Arizona, Pennsylvania, Nevada, and California since 2017.

This recent influx of election-related materials from such an organization has prompted York County to take a meticulous approach to validate the legality of these submissions.

Julie Wheeler, York County’s President Commissioner, has assured the public that election officials are diligently processing these submissions to confirm their legality and accuracy.

Below is Wheeler’s full statement:

“We are committed to ensuring the integrity, safety and security of our elections. The York County Office of Elections and Voter Registration has received a large delivery containing thousands of election-related materials from a third-party organization.

Those materials appear to include completed voter registration forms, as well as mail-in ballot applications. As with all submissions, our staff follows a process for ensuring all voter registrations and mail-in ballot requests are legal. That process is currently underway.

If suspected fraud is identified, we will alert the District Attorney’s Office, which will then conduct an investigation. We will have no further comment until our internal review has been completed.”

Meanwhile, the York County District Attorney’s Office has reiterated its commitment to election integrity, stating that it stands ready to conduct criminal investigations should any evidence of illegal activities arise.

“The Office of the District Attorney has been in constant contact with the York County Commissioners and York County Board of Elections regarding any potential irregularities they are seeing and observing that may necessitate further investigation by this office.

As we have always done, this office will investigate any matter regarding elections that require a criminal investigation and if needed, would prosecute any cases where the evidence is sufficient to support a conviction.

Regarding any specific allegations or investigation, it is the policy of this office not to comment on such specific matters but only general operating procedures. Any other questions concerning the operations of elections should be referred to the County Commissioners and/or the Board of Elections.”

Trump took to X following this terrifying development.

In Lancaster County, another 2,500 suspicious applications linked to a large-scale canvassing operation have been submitted, further complicating the web of suspected fraud. Yet, officials remain cautious, refusing to name any specific group until investigations conclude.

During their press conference on Friday morning, the officials announced that the investigation would likely expand to include at least two neighboring counties.

Lancaster officials also announced that two ballot registration groups were involved in the scandal. These groups were not mentioned by name during the press conference.

A county attorney urged the Secretary of State’s office to warn other Pennsylvania counties to be on alert for fake registrations.

Zachary Apotheker, the Border Patrol whistleblower who appeared in James O’Keefe’s film titled, “Line In The Sand” is facing retaliation for exposing the Biden Regime’s child trafficking scheme.

Zachary Apotheker appeared in O’Keefe’s film because he just couldn’t sit back silently as children are trafficked, raped and abused.

Now he is being retaliated against.

“In a recent letter signed by a Division Chief, Apotheker’s law enforcement authority has been “temporarily revoked.” The letter mandates the removal of his badge, tactical phone, radio, body armor, and electronic control device, relegating him to administrative duties with a significant cut in pay,” James O’Keefe said.

James O’Keefe said the Citizen Journalist Foundation is covering Apotheker’s legal fees.

“The Citizen Journalism Foundation (CJF) is stepping in to counter these actions, covering Apotheker’s legal fees and offering essential support during this challenging time. CJF remains committed to protecting whistleblowers by providing legal guidance and advocating for those who bring forward evidence that serves the public interest,” O’Keefe said.

Earlier this month Zachary Apotheker said his government-issued firearm was revoked.

Shortly after the Los Angeles Dodgers defeated the New York Yankees in the World Series, the streets of Los Angeles descended into complete chaos.

As the Dodgers secured the game-five win in the World Series, Dodgers fans and criminals looking to wreak havoc took to the streets en masse.

The Los Angeles Police Department reported that several stores, including a Nike store, were looted during the World Series celebrations.

The LAPD further reported a bus was set on fire near Dodgers Stadium just shortly after midnight.

Per NBC News:

A bus was set on fire, shops were looted and fireworks thrown at police in scenes of lawlessness and “absolute chaos” in downtown LA following the Dodgers’ historic World Series win over the New York Yankees on Wednesday night.

LAPD said at 10:43 p.m. (1:43 ET Thursday) on X that there were reports of several stores being looted on Broadway and 8th Street. Various videos posted to social media, including one shared by the official LAPD X account, showed people walking out of a Nike store holding goods.

An unknown number of people have been arrested in connection with the disturbances.

Police issued a dispersal order because of fireworks and projectiles being thrown at officers. Then a “hostile crowd” surrounded an MTA bus on Echo Park Avenue, a short distance from the Dodger Stadium, at around 12:35 a.m. (3:35 a.m. ET) and set it on fire, police said.

The driver and five passengers managed to leave the bus before the fire started, the transport authority said.

The Dodgers defeated the Yankees 7-6 to win the World Series after the Yankees blew a 5-0 lead in the 5th inning.

Over 20,000 young voters from more than 140 schools have voiced their strong support for former President Donald Trump over Kamala Harris in a recent student mock election in Maine.

The results, submitted to the Secretary of State’s office, reveal a resounding victory for the Republican nominee, with 52% of students backing Trump compared to 41% for Harris.

The mock election, conducted just a week before the actual vote, saw participation from students across Maine.

The student mock election results also shed light on Maine’s local races, showing students favoring Maine’s three incumbents in congressional races, albeit with some close calls.

Democrat U.S. Reps. Jared Golden and Chellie Pingree held their seats, with Golden narrowly edging out his Republican opponent, Austin Theriault, by less than a single percentage point.

Sen. Angus King, an independent, led the U.S. Senate race in the mock election with 43% of the student vote, significantly outpacing Republican Demi Kouzounas, who garnered 24%, and Democrat David Costello, who trailed at 15%.

Meanwhile, in the 1st Congressional District, Democratic U.S. Rep. Chellie Pingree held a slimmer margin than usual, with 41% of students backing her over Republican Ronald Russell, who captured an impressive 38%.

According to WMTW, “In 2020, Maine students correctly predicted the results of several races in Maine. In that year’s mock election, students in Maine voted for Joe Biden for president, Sara Gideon for Senate (over Susan Collins), and Chellie Pingree and Jared Golden for Congress.”

Since 1992, Maine has primarily voted for Democrat candidates, siding with them in every presidential election except in 2016, when it split its electoral votes. Maine’s unique electoral vote system allows it to divide its four votes based on the outcome in each congressional district.

In 2016, Donald Trump won the 2nd Congressional District, securing one electoral vote, marking a noteworthy victory for a Republican in Maine and underscoring the state’s ongoing political diversity.

In 2020, Maine continued to demonstrate its split tendencies, with Trump again winning the 2nd Congressional District.

TST opened its first ‘satanic abortion clinic’ last year in New Mexico (also just a landing page that redirects to TST Health.) At that time, TST also announced ‘hopes to expand operations into other states, including those that do not allow clinicians to perform abortions’.”

TST is operating under the manner of a ‘religious abortion care,’ even if it’s nothing religious, and it is certainly no ‘care.’

Freedom of religion is getting abused as those women agreeing to do ‘the ritual’ avoid extra costs beyond the $90 prescription for abortion pills.

“’Ending abortion has always been a spiritual battle’, says Troy Newman, President of Operation Rescue. ‘If America needs a reminder of that, look no further than these satanists strategizing to kill unborn children in states where those children are most protected, and drawing women into a narcissistic, spiritual ritual that glorifies the choosing of her life at the cost of someone else’s – her own child’.”

Lifesite’s reporting calls back the free promotion that Cosmopolitan magazine, ‘the biggest young women’s media brand in the world’, gave to TST, with praise for their ‘efforts’ and images for a step-by-step of the ‘ritual’.

“’Cosmo’s easy willingness to make Satan worship trendy, just so it can bolster further support for abortion, shows how deep the systemic evil of abortion runs through our culture’, says Newman. ‘We must turn the tide, and our biggest chance to do that is coming up on Election Day. Even though, God willing, November is to bring us a new dawn for humanity as we reject the Joe Biden and Kamala Harris ‘administration from hell’, there will still be work to be done against a skillful and powerful enemy that is embedded in all aspects of our societies.

Phil Murphy thought he was just another guest on CNBC’s Squawk Box, but seasoned host Joe Kernen had other plans, grilling the far-left governor on his unwavering loyalty to the Biden-Harris regime’s radical policy positions.

Murphy’s attempt to dance around tough questions left him visibly stammering, dodging, and floundering.

Kernen came out of the gate with a rapid-fire checklist of Harris’s radical proposals: ending the filibuster, abolishing private insurance, decriminalizing illegal crossings, gun buybacks, and taxpayer-funded gender surgeries for inmates.

Yet, rather than respond with a clear position, Murphy deflected, accusing Kernen of sounding “like you’re on the Trump campaign for crying out loud.”

Undeterred, Kernen pressed Murphy on each specific issue, exposing the governor’s evasions with each follow-up.

Joe Kernen: So, Governor, if we went down a checklist, you like all the things that… You like Kamala Harris, not just against. So, let me ask you, do you believe we should abolish the filibuster? How about getting rid of private insurance? How about taxing unrealized gains? How about nationalizing energy? How about mandatory gun buybacks like Australia? How about decriminalizing illegal crossings, ending cash bail, child gender reassignment surgery being paid for in prison? Raising the corporate tax rate? What are your favorite proposals from Kamala Harris that make you like her so much?

Phil Murphy: Joe, for a Jersey guy, you sound like you’re on the Trump campaign for crying out loud. Come on, man… you’re cherry-picking stuff.

Joe Kernen: Which of those do you like? Which of those are you in favor of? Are you in favor of ending the filibuster? We’ll go one by one.

Phil Murphy: I’m not sure on the filibuster, honestly, but I think getting a fair tax rate…

Joe Kernen: You’re not going to talk about any specifics… What’s that?

As the discussion turned to taxes, Kernen, a New Jersey resident himself, wasn’t about to let Murphy off the hook. Murphy, who has long championed “tax fairness,” dodged specifics when asked what he considered a “fair” tax rate and accused Kernen again of sounding “like [he’s] on the Trump campaign.”

Phil Murphy: I said I think fair tax policy is sensible.

Joe Kernen: What does that mean, fair?

Phil Murphy: Fair means you pay what you should pay.

Joe Kernen: Well, you know I live in your state, Governor. Do you think if I pay 55% total, is that fair, or do I need to pay 80%? What would be fair for you? Because I live in your state.

Phil Murphy: Joe, I said that up front. Believe me, I know you do. But you sound like you’re on the Trump campaign.

Joe Kernen: Well, is that fair?

Phil Murphy: I don’t know what the right number is.

Phil Murphy: We passed a millionaire’s tax five years ago. Everybody, Joe, including you, said it would drive people out of New Jersey. We have more millionaires today than we’ve ever had in our history. So tax fairness isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

Joe Kernen: We have a very progressive tax system. Do you think we have a progressive tax system in the United States? Do you think it’s not progressive enough, or are you talking about billionaires? Because you know how much the 1% does pay the lion’s share of federal taxes. So what does fair mean?

Phil Murphy: I’m open-minded. I’ve obviously voted with my feet. We have a millionaire’s tax in New Jersey.

Joe Kernen: Would you tax unrealized gains?

Phil Murphy: We’re the number one state in America to raise a family… No, I’m not wild about unrealized gains, but I’m open-minded.

Joe Kernen: What are you wild about? Not Trump?

The showdown hit a boiling point when Kernen pointed out the elephant in the room—the weaponization of the DOJ under the current administration and Biden’s own hateful rhetoric.

Murphy couldn’t handle the heat. When asked if he believed Harris, Biden, and their allies were using the DOJ to crush political dissent, Murphy responded with denial, “Joe, you’ve got to be kidding me.”

When Murphy attempted to push the narrative of Puerto Rico as “a floating pile of garbage,” Kernen quickly reminded him of Biden’s recent remark, where he labeled Trump supporters as “garbage.”

In a last-ditch effort to deflect, Murphy admitted that Biden’s comment was “about the people in Madison Square Garden,” proving Kernen’s argument. “So they were garbage. Okay,” Kernen responded.

Phil Murphy: Here’s what I’m wild about. I’m wild about a democracy that works. I’m wild about the rich history of our country continuing for the future. I’m wild about opponents having a voice and having a seat at the table, as opposed to being thrown in jail or hunted down by our military. That’s what I’m wild about.

Joe Kernen: But we might throw Trump in jail. The Justice Department was not weaponized under Trump; it’s been weaponized under the current administration, right?

Phil Murphy: Joe, come on. You’ve got to be kidding me.

Joe Kernen: Okay. I don’t know. I haven’t seen Trump throw anyone in jail, but I have seen a lot of lawfare against Trump.

Phil Murphy: You’ve got to be kidding me… There’s no rational viewer right now watching this discussion that thinks Harris is the authoritarian threat versus Trump. There’s no one who’s reasonable who comes to that conclusion. How could you?

Joe Kernen: You just look around. You want me to go over the five cases that we’re talking about… Alvin Bragg? Those were all misdemeanors, trumped up to felonies after the statute of limitations. You don’t think that’s lawfare?

Phil Murphy: Alvin Bragg doesn’t work for Kamala Harris. You and I both know that.

Joe Kernen: Okay, I’m talking about if either candidate is in danger of using the Justice Department to punish enemies; what we’ve seen recently is not from Trump. Is there some reason you think that’s going to happen with him? Is it his rhetoric?

Phil Murphy: Joe, I’m having a hard time believing we’re having this conversation. Are you kidding me? Did you see what happened on Sunday in Madison Square Garden? Have you followed what he said about what he’s going to do against his enemies?

Joe Kernen: Did you see what Joe Biden said last night, that all the Trump supporters are garbage? And that wasn’t a joke. That was the sitting President of the United States. And that wasn’t some comedian that no one knew what he was going to say. That was Biden himself. Did you see that? Trump supporters were garbage?

Phil Murphy: I saw it, and he said specifically it was about the people who were in Madison Square Garden, and you and I both know that’s what he said.

Joe Kernen: So they were garbage. Okay.
