Race-baiting Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) is not known for being one of the more intelligent members of Congress, and incoming border czar Tom Homan brutally reminded America of this today.

On Saturday, Crockett appeared on MSNBC’s Alex Witt Reports to say Homan was utterly clueless about illegal immigration. She made this nutty statement even though Homan served under the first Trump term and during the Obama-Biden regime.

“We have someone (Homan) who doesn’t know what he’s doing,” Crockett claimed. “You have Trump that goes out there, him and his minions, who say things like ‘you know what, we’re only get rid of the bad ones,’ right?”

“People sit there, and they’re like, ‘Wait a minute. You’re gonna come to my job where I’m working and paying into taxes or whatever? Or my kids are at school?’” she added. “I think there will be a rude awakening on all sides.”

These remarks were played to Homan while he appeared as a guest on Monday morning’s “Wake Up America” on Newsmax TV. After host Christina Thompson finished showing the clip of Crockett smearing him, Homan savagely dunked on Crockett, first calling her ignorant on the immigration issue compared to him.

“Well, look, I forgot more about this issue than she’ll ever know,” Homan stated. “I mean, for God’s sake, I’ve been doing it for 34 years, But look, there has been a rude awakening.”

“That rude awakening was the November election, he added. “That was a rude awakening.”

Homan then went to ask a series of pointed questions which everyone knows Crockett is incapable of answering:

The American people are sick of an open border. The American people are sick of illegal alien crime in this country. I mean, how many young women have to be raped and murdered and burned alive?

How many MS-13 and Tren de Aragua have to be in our major cities committing crimes against U.S. citizens?

How many angel moms and dads do we have to have in this country that lost their children at the hands of someone who wasn’t supposed to be here?

Homan closed with one final fierce shot at Crockett’s IQ or lack thereof. He also added Trump would remain undeterred in his efforts to secure the border and save lives.

“So look, I don’t know who this lady is. Apparently, she’s not real smart, but she can say what she wants,” Homan said.

“President Trump is going to secure this border and save lives just not of Americans, but of aliens, too,” he continued.

Jack Smith withdrew from his appeal of the lawfare classified documents case against Trump and handed it over to the US Attorney’s Office in Florida on Monday.

“The Special Counsel has now referred this case to the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida, which has separately entered an appearance,” Jack Smith wrote.

Last month Jack Smith asked a federal appeals court to pause the classified documents case against President Trump.

Smith’s latest request comes after he asked Judge Tanya Chutkan to pause the January 6 case against Trump.

In July Special Counsel Jack Smith appealed Judge Cannon’s decision to toss the classified documents case to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Judge Aileen Cannon over the summer dismissed Jack Smith’s classified documents case based on unlawful appointment and funding of the special counsel.

The charges waged against Trump and his co-defendants Walt Nauta and Carlos De Oliveira were all tossed.

Jack Smith indicted Trump on 37 federal counts in Miami in June 2023 for lawfully storing presidential records at his Mar-a-Lago estate which was protected by Secret Service agents.

Trump was charged with 31 counts under the Espionage Act of willful retention of national defense information and 6 other process crimes stemming from his conversations with his lawyer.

Judge Cannon dismissed the ENTIRE case: “The clerk is directed to close this case,” Cannon wrote.

Cannon dismissed Jack Smith’s case based on both unconstitutional elements: The appointment by US Attorney Merrick Garland and the unlimited funding given to Jack Smith – both without the approval of Congress.

Jack Smith previously appealed Cannon’s dismissal to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals but withdrew his case on Monday and handed the case over to federal prosecutors.

As previously reported, the O’Keefe Media Group last Wednesday evening released undercover video of DHS Under Secretary for Policy, Robert Silvers, admitting Biden’s mental decline accelerated 12 to 24 months into his presidency.

Silvers also said Trump’s win was a “traumatic” and “crushing blow.”

“[Biden] has degraded faculties,” Robert P. Silvers, Under Secretary of Policy at the US Department of Homeland Security admitted on hidden camera footage to an undercover OMG journalist, referring to Joe Biden’s accelerated mental decline.

Per OMG:

Silvers, who works closely with President Biden, provided an account of the President’s cognitive struggles. During meeting’s in the White House, Under Secretary Silvers admitted there were times where “he’s [Biden] in there, and it’s a blank.” He noted that the President’s “body has deteriorated faster than his mind,” and that although Biden is sometimes “thinking clearly,” he often “just can’t get the words out.”

The Under Secretary also opened up about the emotional fallout within the White House after Donald Trump’s 2024 election victory over Kamala Harris, describing the moment as “traumatic” and a “crushing blow.” Silvers revealed, “He won, like there’s no work to be done.”

On the border crisis, Silvers acknowledged record-high, southern border illegal immigration during Biden’s tenure: “At the start of the Biden administration, the border numbers spiked, really much higher,” he admitted, underscoring the administration’s struggle to address the crisis.

When James O’Keefe confronted Robert Silvers about his comments over Trump’s victory and Biden’s “degraded faculties,” he responded, “I don’t really want to talk about it,” before hastily retreating, in Washington, DC.

Security ushered James O’Keefe off the premises as he confronted Robert Silvers.

“Why not be honest with the American people about the things you told our reporter?” asked O’Keefe, before being ushered off the premises by security.

“Keep DC Trash Free” Transit Ads in Washington DC Liken Trump Supporters to Garbage

Anti-Trump advertisements, likening Trump and his supporters to garbage, were displayed on Washington DC transit signs recently, causing outrage from conservatives and invoking a response from the government attempting to distance itself from the ads. 

This is reminiscent of Biden calling Trump supporters “garbage” during a campaign Zoom call before the election as Kamala Harris delivered a speech at the Ellipse in DC.

This is what folks in this town think of you.

The images found near metro stations and circulator bus stops clearly depict President Trump wearing a red MAGA hat and holding a book that reads “Project 2025.”

“Keep DC Trash Free,” the sign reads above the image of Trump with a large cancel symbol overlayed.

In response to multiple X posts by conservative activists, the DC Department of Transportation posted a photo of a blank screen, commenting, “This image was not created, funded, or authorized by the DC government, and our team has already removed the image.”

“If you see additional images like this, we encourage you to report them to 311,” the agency continued.

Clearly, this would never be authorized and displayed if the ad depicted Biden or a liberal cause. Despite claims from the city, this does not appear to be an accident.

Trump-allied attorney and Article III Project founder Mike Davis responded, calling for DC to be stripped of the Home Rule Act, which gives the city its own legislative body of a mayor and city council.

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) narrowly avoided a tragedy on Friday evening as a Delta Airlines passenger jet and a chartered plane carrying the Gonzaga University basketball team came alarmingly close to a collision during taxiing procedures.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has now launched an investigation into a near-collision.

The incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. on Friday when the Gonzaga team’s Embraer E135 jet, operated by Key Lime Air, was instructed by air traffic controllers to hold short of a runway due to an approaching Delta Airbus A321 taking off for Atlanta.

As the chartered jet began to cross the hold bars, controllers urgently commanded the pilots to “Stop, stop, stop!”

The jet halted just before the runway edge line, narrowly avoiding a collision as the Delta flight accelerated down the runway and lifted off.

A plane spotter, Kevin Ray, also uploaded video on YouTube, and they could be heard saying, “Wow!” as it was that close to being a very serious situation.

Most commercial planes reach between 150 and 180 miles per hour before takeoff depending on the weight of the aircraft. So, the impact of the charter plane could have been lethal.

“In the years I’ve been doing this, I’ve never heard a ATC controller tell a plane to ‘Stop, stop, stop,’” the plane spotter was heard saying.

The No. 19 Gonzaga men’s basketball team had landed in Los Angeles from Spokane, Washington for their matchup on Saturday against No. 15 UCLA.

The Bruins defeated the Bulldogs, 65-62, with star guard Eric Dailey Jr. scoring 18 for UCLA. Gonzaga’s Graham Ike had 24 points with eight rebounds and two assists.

As the momentous year of our Lord of 2024 ends, people around the world are taking stock of the last 12 months, balancing their lives, and sharing the season’s greetings with the people they care about.

When it comes to heads of state, it’s not so different, it seems, as it arises that Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated a number of foreign leaders on New Year and Christmas.

But, as one would expect, Western leaders such as Joe Biden, Olaf Scholz, Emmanuel Macron, and others were not included, as those are leaders now deemed of ‘unfriendly countries’ and must be on his ‘naughty list’.

Of all the European political leaders, Vladimir Putin only delivered New Year greetings to the Prime Ministers of Slovakia, Robert Fico, and Hungary, Viktor Orbán, and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.

A religious leader, Pope Francis, completes the list of those included in his ‘nice list’.

Fico, Orbán, and Vucic have, in fact, worked closely on many issues, from their rejection of unchecked mass migration, to the refusal to engage in the Ukraine mania and to demonize ‘everything Russian’.

Hungarian PM Orbán just had his tenure in the EU Presidency, and he struggled for peace in Europe against the will of the Globalists in Brussels and was trashed by them non-stop.
The support he found from Trump, Pope Francis, and even Putin received him to discuss peace efforts.

GOP Rep. Thomas Massie of Kentucky says he will be voting for “someone other than” Mike Johnson to be speaker of the House in the next Congress, warning the Republican leader would be the next Paul Ryan.

“On January 3rd, 2017 Paul Ryan was elected Speaker by every Republican except me,” Massie posted Monday on X.

“Ryan went on to offer a fake repeal of ObamaCare, increased spending, backed the deep state, and didn’t fund a wall. Two years later we lost the majority and democrats made a living hell for Trump,” he added.

The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, passed in December 2017, was the most prominent policy success Ryan and Trump achieved together.

A few months later, in April 2018, Ryan announced ahead of the 2018 midterm elections that he would be retiring from Congress. That November the Democrats gained 40 seats retaking the House and making Nancy Pelosi speaker for a second time.

Under Pelosi’s leadership, the House impeached then-President Donald Trump twice.

After leaving office, Ryan became a very vocal critic of Trump describing him last year as a “populist, authoritarian narcissist,” according to Politico.

The former speaker also had revealed in May that he would not be voting for Trump to serve a second term, but be writing in another Republican.

Regarding the current speaker race, Massie also posted on X last week, “I will vote for someone other than Mike Johnson. I’m not persuaded by the ‘hurry up and elect him so we can certify the election on J6’ argument.”

“A weak legislative branch, beholden to the swamp, will not be able to achieve the mandate voters gave Trump and Congress in November,” Massie wrote.

Fox News congressional correspondent Chad Pergram laid out the January 6 argument to which the congressman referred.

There are currently 434 members of Congress who will be able to vote for the next speaker following Rep. Matt Gaetz’s resignation from the House last month.

The breakdown is 219 Republicans and 215 Democrats.

“The speaker of the House must win an outright majority of all members casting ballots for someone by name. In other words, the person with the most votes does not win,” Pergram explained.

This was exemplified when it took Kevin McCarthy 15 ballots to become speaker in January 2023, though he had the most votes of any Republican.

After McCarthy was voted out in October of that year, House members struggled for three weeks to finally elect Johnson.

If a similar problem arises on Friday when the speaker election is due to take place, no other House business can happen. In other words, the members of the 119th Congress cannot be sworn in.

If they are not sworn in, they cannot vote to certify the Electoral College vote on January 6, and Trump cannot be sworn in as the 47th president until they do.

President Joe Biden’s term will end on Jan. 20, and if the situation still has not been resolved, Senate president pro tempore Sen. Chuck Grassley of Iowa will become acting president.

The Hill reported that given the stakes involved Republican leaders like House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer and others are urging their colleagues to back Johnson.

Johnson can only afford to lose one GOP member and still retain the gavel.

The speaker faced strong criticism from within his ranks for negotiating a massive spending bill with Democrats that ultimately was replaced with a slimmed-down version, which passed with more Democrats than Republicans voting for it. Thirty-four GOP lawmakers voted against it.

According to The Hill, other Republican members besides Massie who are non-committal for Johnson remaining speaker include former Freedom Caucus chair Rep. Scott Perry of Pennsylvania, Rep. Andy Harris of Maryland, and Rep. Nicole Malliotakis of New York.

On Monday, Trump endorsed Johnson to remain speaker.

Team Trump has ordered all Cabinet nominees to stop posting on social media ahead of the senate confirmation hearings.

According to a memo obtained by The New York Post, Trump’s incoming Chief of Staff Susan Wiles ordered the president-elect’s Cabinet picks refrain from posting on social media without approval from counsel.

The Senate confirmation hearings are set to begin next week.

A Trump transition source told The New York Post that Wiles’ memo is not in response to the H-1B Visa debate.

The New York Post reported:

President-elect Donald Trump’s chief of staff Susie Wiles sent a message Sunday ordering nominees to refrain from any posting on social media as Senate confirmation hearings are scheduled to start next week.

“While this instruction has been delivered previously, I am reiterating that no member of the incoming administration or Transition speaks for the United States or the President-elect himself,” Wiles wrote in a memo obtained by The Post.

“Accordingly, all intended nominees should refrain from any public social media posts without prior approval of the incoming White House counsel,” she said in the Dec. 29 missive.

The first-ever female chief of staff, nicknamed the “Ice Maiden,” also noted that she appreciates “how enthusiastic everyone is” about joining the second Trump term in her otherwise frank directive.

Trump’s nominees have been silent ahead of what is expected to be a fraught process for some in the GOP-controlled Senate. If Democrats band together against any nominee’s confirmation, Republicans can’t afford to lose any more than three votes from their own conference.

The Wiles memo, according to a Trump transition source, is not in response to the recent social media ruckus caused by Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) chairs Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy over H-1B visas that had MAGA world spinning.
