Robert F. Kennedy Jr. will testify this morning before the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee for a second confirmation hearing for the role of Health and Human Services Secretary. 

Trump FBI Director Nominee Kash Patel and Director of National Intelligence Nominee Tulsi Gabbard are also testifying in the Senate Judiciary Committee and the Intelligence Committee.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, RFK Jr. sat before the Senate Finance Committee for his first hearing on Wednesday.

As expected, Democrat Senators sneered at RFK Jr. as he confronted the lawmakers about wasting taxpayers’ money.

The Gateway Pundit reported that Fake Indian and Democrat Senator Elizabeth Warren (MA) got triggered and shouted at RFK Jr. after he exposed her for defending Big Pharma. She was zealous in her defense of her donors, ironically asking at one point RFK Jr. to vow that he will not accept money from drug companies or big pharma “in any way shape or form.” RFK laughed and asked her to repeat the question. “Who? Me?” he responded, subtly pointing out the hypocrisy in her question.

A devastating mid-air collision has left no survivors, as officials confirm all 67 individuals aboard two aircraft have died.

An American Airlines regional passenger jet collided mid-air with a U.S. Army Black Hawk helicopter on Wednesday night.

The collision occurred as the aircraft was approaching Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, sending both aircraft into the frigid waters of the Potomac River.

The passenger jet, operating as American Eagle Flight 5342, had departed from Wichita, Kansas, and was nearing its destination when the accident took place.

The U.S. Army Black Hawk helicopter involved was carrying three soldiers and was on a training mission at the time of the collision.

Rescue operations commenced immediately, with over 300 first responders deployed to the scene.

Officials have confirmed that there were no survivors from the passenger jet.

“Despite all those efforts, we are now at a point where we are switching from a rescue operation to a recovery operation,” said D.C. Fire and EMS Chief John A. Donnelly during a press conference Thursday.

He continued, “At this point, we don’t believe there are any survivors from this accident. We have recovered 27 people from the plane and one from the helicopter. The District Office of the Medical Examiner has the lead on reuniting these bodies and these people with their loved ones, and we will continue to work to find all the bodies, collect them, and reunite them with their loved ones.”

Young members of the U.S. Figure Skating Team and a renowned Russian figure skating couple were tragically among the passengers on a domestic flight from Wichita, Kansas, to Washington, D.C.

“These athletes, coaches, and family members were returning home from the National Development Camp held in conjunction with the U.S. Figure Skating Championships in Wichita, Kansas,” a statement by U.S. Figure Skating said.

A source told Reuters that as many as 15 people on the flight may have been involved in figure skating.

Renowned figure skating coaches and former world champions Yevgenia Shishkova and Vadim Naumov, were also among the passengers.

The couple, who clinched the pairs gold medal at the 1994 World Championships, had transitioned into coaching after their competitive careers and were based in the United States.

Their 23-year-old son, Maxim Naumov, is a U.S. citizen and competes internationally for the United States, having secured the U.S. national junior champion title in 2020. There are also fears that he may be among the passengers.

An Iraqi Christian who burned a Quran outside a mosque in Sweden has been brutally murdered.

Salwan Momika, 38, is reported to have been gunned down at his apartment in Södertälje, Stockholm, on Wednesday evening.

He is said to have been live-streaming around the time of his death.

Five people have since been arrested in connection with the assassination.

Momika became the subject of international attention in 2023 after he staged several burnings of the Islamic holy book, including one outside a mosque.

His actions led to outrage among Muslims in Sweden and in Muslim nations, sparking protests and even anti-Swedish riots as a result.

Momika arrived in Sweden from Iraq in 2018 and was eventually granted a three-year residence permit in 2021.

In 2023, The Swedish Migration Agency decided to expel him from the country.

This decision was later reversed on the grounds of the persecution he would have faced if sent back to Iraq.

However, the Swedish government worked to criminalize his anti-Islam activism on the grounds of incitement racial hatred.

His trial was specifically in connection to statements he made around the Quran burnings, with prosecutors charging him with racial hatred.

A verdict in that case was intended to be handed down this morning.

Various individuals, including the prominent British activist Tommy Robinson, paid tribute to Momika and the price he paid for expressing his views.

President Trump’s FBI Director nominee, Kash Patel, has already claimed his first Democrat victim in what is expected to be a highly contentious confirmation hearing.

As The Gateway Pundit’s Jordan Conradson reported, Patel sat down this morning to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee for confirmation beginning at 9:30 A.M. Patel’s impressive qualifications include several high-ranking positions in the intelligence and defense communities, such as Department of Defense Chief of Staff and Deputy Director of National Intelligence under President Trump.

The Gateway Pundit recently reported that Patel is already working with Rep. James Comer (R-KY) and building plans to crush the deep state. Comer revealed that he had a lengthy discussion with Kash Patel and said, “Mr. Patel is the right man for the job. He recognizes the importance of ending the weaponization of federal law enforcement and holding Deep State bureaucrats accountable. Change is here!”

But these facts do not matter to Democrats, especially Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL). As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Durbin has gone all out to stop Patel. He has sent letters to the Justice Department, Department of Defense, and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), accusing Patel of working to undermine the transition process between Donald Trump and Joe Biden following the widespread fraud that occurred during the 2020 presidential election.

But he got a cold taste of reality when he tried to ambush Patel on the J6 pardons.

“Do you think America is safer because 1600 people have been given the opportunity to come out of prison and live in our communities again?” Durbin asked.

After telling Durbin he had not had an opportunity to review all the pardons and making clear he had no tolerance for those who harm law enforcement, Patel destroyed him with this brutal reminder:

I also believe that America is not safer because of Biden’s commutation of a man who murdered two FBI agents…The man that point-blank range fired a shotgun into their heads and murdered them was released from prison.”

The person Patel was referring to was far-left ‘Native American rights’ activist Leonard Peltier, who not only killed two FBI agents on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation but also escaped from federal prison.

Patel then dropped Durbin on his head when the senator accused him of racism.

Sixty-seven people are dead or presumed dead after a commercial plane crashed with a military helicopter over the Potomac River Wednesday night. 

American Airlines Flight 5342 from Wichita, Kansas collided with a U.S. Army Black Hawk around 9 p.m. while preparing to land at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. There were 64 on board the plane and three in the helicopter. At least 28 bodies have been recovered. 

American and Russian figure skaters were among those on board the airplane. 

“At this time we don’t know why the military aircraft came into the path of the … aircraft,”  said American Airlines CEO Robert Isom. 

According to Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy, both the plane and helicopter were in standard flight patterns and maintained communication with the tower.

President Donald Trump took to Truth Social and called the crash “a bad situation that looks like it could have been prevented.” 

“To back up what the president said, what I’ve seen so far—do I think this was preventable? Absolutely,” Duffy told reporters.  

This is likely the deadliest plane crash since 2001, when an American Airlines flight crashed in Belle Harbor, New York and killed all 260 passengers on board.

A ‘Hispanic male’ in his 30s stabbed an elderly woman walking down the street in Los Angeles on January 18 in a broad daylight attack.

“On January 18, 2025, around 12:00 p.m., Rampart Division officers responded to a report of a stabbing in the area of Santa Monica Boulevard and Edgemont Street. Upon their arrival, officers located a victim suffering from multiple stab wounds. Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded and transported the victim to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries,” LAPD said.

“The ensuing investigation revealed that the victim was walking with two other people when the suspect approached her from behind and stabbed her twice, and then fled east on Santa Monica Boulevard to the Vermont/Santa Monica MTA Station,” LAPD said.

Police are asking the public for help identifying the suspect.

The suspect is described as 5’6″ black hair, brown eyes and weighing about 180 pounds.

Video posted by the Los Angeles Police Department shows an elderly couple walking down the street in the area of Santa Monica Blvd when a male suspect approached them from behind and stabbed the woman multiple times in the neck and back.

The suspect quickly flees before the victim’s husband realized what happened.

The victim was transported to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The suspect, described as a Hispanic male in his 30’s, fled to the Santa Monica/Vermont MTA station.

In a January 16, 2025 letter to the Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation and the Louisiana Stadium and Expo. District, numerous Louisiana state senators, representatives,and prominent advocacy groups have expressed strong concerns about the increasingly vile displays and performances that have come to define Super Bowl halftime shows.

This year’s Super Bowl is in New Orleans, Louisiana and the letter makes it clear that halftime performances that mock God and objectify woman are not welcome in Louisiana.

The letter from 17 Louisiana elected officials and 15 Louisiana advocacy organizations notes that in 2024 alone “10 million state taxpayer dollars were taken from the La.

State Major Events Incentive Fund and were given to the Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation, including a specific appropriation of $5 million from that incentive fund, for economic development initiatives related to Super Bowl LIX.”

Anybody who has watched past Super Bowl halftime activities doesn’t need to be convinced that many such performances are blatant displays of narcissistic vulgarity.

The letter details a few of them:

“For example, in 2020, Jennifer Lopez wore little clothing and was groped by male and female dancers on stage, while the performer made sexually suggestive gestures and performed on a stripper pole.

It was widely reported in 2020 that Lopez’s performance generated thousands upon thousands of viewer complaints to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and on social media.

Based upon the large number of complaints, clearly other Americans found this performance violated basic community decency standards. Further, who can forget the infamous 2004 halftime show with Janet Jackson disrobing?

Jackson’s exposed bare breast was excused by one of her fellow performers as a “wardrobe malfunction” but it initially generated a fine against CBS from the FCC for more than $500,000.

Had that 2004 performance taken place in Louisiana and been proven to be intentional, it would have violated Louisiana’s obscenity law (R.S. 14:106) which prohibits such public exposure.

At the 2023 halftime show, performer Rihanna was shown groping herself while she sang song lyrics that were so offensive that few Louisiana adults could read those lyrics before an audience without shame.”

Louisianans love sports, and the letter recognizes and applauds the great economic benefits our State receives from major sporting events such as the Super Bowl.

These benefits, however, are far less important than ensuring that displays associated with such events occurring in our State are consistent with the values of a majority of Louisiana citizens, especially when our tax dollars contribute to them.

The signers of the referenced letter should be applauded for their strong voice on this issue.

There was a notable reaction on X where users expressed embarrassment at the lack of self control shown by certain Democrat senators, framing the incident as a display of inappropriate and childish behavior. Many pointed out that the Democrats’ treatment of Kennedy was a strategic move to undermine his credibility. Clearly, President Trump’s HHS pick has the swamp on edge.

Ukrainian defense minister Rustem Umerov and President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Ukraine has long been infamous for its endemic corruption, and all that grift is yet another factor hindering the country’s war effort.

Now, it arises that Ukrainian investigators have opened a criminal case involving Defense Minister Rustem Umerov.

This is expected to worsen the standoff in his ministry over weapons procurement – one that could end up straining Kiev’s ties with important Western allies.

Reuters reported:

“The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) told Reuters in a statement that its investigation, requested by a corruption watchdog, would examine whether there had been an abuse of authority by Umerov but gave few other details.

The watchdog, the Anti-Corruption Action Centre, has accused Umerov of acting illegally by sidelining the head of the Defense Procurement Agency, whose contract Umerov is refusing to renew after criticizing the agency’s work.”

Just last week, Umerov said that the DPA’s coordination of weapons purchases did not deliver results for Ukrainian forces.

This caused the ministry infighting over arms procurement to burst out into the open.

“’Despite the publicized scale of procurement, our defenders on the frontlines have not experienced its tangible impact’, he wrote on Facebook.”

The bitter dispute comes as IUS President Donald J. Trump is reviewing all support for Ukraine’s military.

The tanks, rockets, missile defenses and ammunition supplied by the US and western powers are vital to Kiev’s fighting capabilities.

Umerov says that the increase in weapons procurement did not translate into better arming of Kiev’s troops.

“Umerov’s appointment as defense minister in September 2023 followed months of corruption allegations against the ministry, and the DPA was charged with introducing more accountability in arms buying.”

The agency tried to cut out intermediaries and minimize corruption, but Umerov accused the agency of playing ‘political games’ and leaking information.

“’This has effectively spoiled a year of our work to a significant degree’, [DPA’s head Maryna Bezrukova] said. ‘Confidence is built over a long time, but it can be destroyed very quickly’.”

Ray Epps and J6 Defendant Jeremy Rodgers and his young family. Jeremy goes to court in Washington DC today.

On January 6, 2021, Jeremy Rodgers and his friends went to Washington DC to hear President Donald Trump speak to his supporters. Jeremy is a very respectable young man and father.

He has a clean record, has been involved in politics for years, and went to Washington DC to hear President Trump talk and show his support.

During President Trump’s speech at the Ellipse, Jeremy and his friends stepped back from the massive crowd of a million plus Trump supporters so they could smoke a cigar.

When they were standing away from the crowd near the Washington Monument, Ray Epps came up and told Jeremy and his friends that President Trump was going to speak at the US Capitol later that day.

Jeremy was facing years in prison for the trumped-up charges against him by Joe Biden’s Department of Justice.

The Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft spoke with Jeremy Rodgers in November of 2023.

Jeremy told us about his encounter with Ray Epps near the Washington Monument.

Jeremy Rodgers: So as Trump was speaking, and if you were there you know, it was very crowded.

The group that I was with, we all enjoy occasionally smoking cigars, and we had brought some cigars with us, but we didn’t want to light up our cigars right in the middle of a big crowd.

We thought that that would be rude. So we made our way to the edge of the crowd near the Washington Monument, the side of the Washington Monument closest to the Capitol building…

…The crowd was from the Ellipse all the way up to the Washington Monument itself. I think there were people all around the Washington Monument.

And as we made our way to the edge of the crowd, I mean, we literally had to go all the way, basically to the street on the side of the Washington Monument, that grassy area that surrounds it. We almost had to go to the street before we were on the edge of the crowd. It was that big.

So we started smoking our cigars and we were just talking and we could still hear Trump and his speech, and we’re interested in what he was saying, but just trying to be respectful of others and smoked our cigars on the edge of the crowd.

And we noticed a gentleman, who I now know to be Ray Epps, basically working that side of the crowd, encouraging people to head towards the Capitol Building because Trump was going to be speaking there shortly.

And Ray Epps stopped and talked to my group as well and told us the same thing.

Jim Hoft: He told you that Trump was going to be speaking at the US Capitol?

Jeremy Rodgers: Yes. He did… He kept working the crowd.

Jim Hoft: Wow. What did your friends and yourself, what do you guys do?

Jeremy Rodgers: Well, we started just walking. We were admiring some of the buildings and the architecture. We started walking, looking for bathrooms, actually, because bathrooms were difficult to find, and the ones that were easily available had lines that were probably over an hour. There were so many people there.

Jeremy and his friends would have never gone to the US Capitol if they had not run into Ray Epps.

It makes you wonder how many more people can say the same thing about Ray Epps lying and steering them to the US Capitol.

Nearly two years had passed when the FBI visited Jeremy’s work. Jeremy was fired that day—right before Christmas. Jeremy is the father of two young boys.

Weeks and months went by when the FBI-Stasi raided his home at 6 AM on a June morning. Jeremy was in Florida working. He has never been arrested or in trouble with the law. The FBI agents drew loaded guns on his wife and infant sons!

Jeremy Rodgers: My wife called me after I had just gotten done working all night and told me that the FBI had just raided our house and taken her and my children.

I have two boys out of our house at gunpoint at 06:00 a.m. In the morning and executed a search warrant on my house. As far as I can tell, nothing was taken, but they absolutely trashed my home. They broke multiple of my children’s toys because they had been on the floor and they just stepped all over things.

Jeremy’s wife says his boys are traumatized by the FBI raid, “The raid has seriously impacted the psychological well-being of our children. For weeks now our three-year-old has been talking about this incident and has had difficulty sleeping that he did not have before. Jeremy and I are angry that his attempts to cooperate were ignored and that the jackbooted thugs over at the FBI decided to treat an American Citizen with absolutely no criminal record in this manner.”

Jeremy turned himself in days later. The Biden regime filed nine outrageous charges against him.

Since his arrest Jeremy was offered a “deal” by the wicked people who want to destroy him and his family. He turned it down.

Jeremy tells The Gateway Pundit:

Jeremy Rodgers: The Feds calling us domestic terrorists and a threat to democracy is total crap and that the real threat to democracy is the weaponization of democratic institutions to persecute and silence opposition. I really think that’s the crucial message that needs to be conveyed to America.

Jeremy, a college graduate and a patriotic American, is now looking at prison time. The regime is after him, knowing the charges are all based on the dishonest narrative they have repeated over and over since that day.

Since our discussion, the US Supreme Court ruled on the Fischer Decision and found what the Biden DOJ was doing to prolong the sentences of J6 political prisoners was illegal (and incredibly immoral!).

Jeremy told us that the DOJ removed the obstruction 1512c charge from him but added the physical injury to his assault charge for the hell of it and to make sure that this young father is sent to prison for years. We can see who the real villains are here.

Jeremy told us he has had five jobs in the past two years. It has been difficult to find work, put food on the table for my kids, etc. It has been an immensely stressful couple of years.

He has lost family members over all of this, including an aunt and uncle who turned me in and even went so far as to call local papers, leaving “anonymous tips” about me.

I figured this out because they happened to call an attorney’s office (long story). Local news writes stories about me all the time and doesn’t make you pay to read them but stories about other individuals who have been charged with crimes ranging from murder to child porn you have to pay to read.

Jeremy also says, “I am incredibly grateful to the family and friends who have supported me through this situation. They know who they are. I couldn’t have made it this far without them.”

Jeremy goes to court today to face the anti-Trump judge and partisan prosecutors who relish in their role of destroying lives and causing pain to thousands of American families who don’t agree with their twisted politics.
