A federal judge on Wednesday lifted a pause on Trump’s federal worker buyout program.

Earlier this month President Trump announced he is offering buyouts to millions of federal workers if they resign by February 6.

The federal workers who accept Trump’s offer will receive pay and benefits through September 30.

Trump is offering the buyouts to make sure all federal workers are “on board with the new administration’s plan to have federal employees in office,” CNBC reported.

Only 6% of all federal workers actually work full-time in the office!

Trump’s offer does not include postal workers, military, immigration officials or people in national security roles.

Union sued the Trump Administration last week to challenge the buyout program.

Last week US District Judge for the District of Massachusetts George O’Toole, a Clinton appointee, paused the February 6 deadline for the federal workers to take up Trump’s offer to resign.

On Wednesday Judge O’Toole said Trump can proceed with his buyout program because the unions representing the federal workers were “not directly impacted by the directive.”

“They allege that the directive subjects them to upstream effects including a diversion of resources to answer members’ questions about the directive, a potential loss of membership, and possible reputational harm,” the judge wrote, according to CBS News. “The unions do not have the required direct stake in the Fork Directive, but are challenging a policy that affects others.”

CBS News reported:

A federal judge in Massachusetts allowed the Trump administration’s bid to offer “deferred resignations” to federal workers who voluntarily leave government service to continue and lifted a previous court order pausing the program’s deadline.

Judge George O’Toole, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, ruled Wednesday that the plaintiffs in the case — unions that represent federal employees — lacked standing to bring the case in the first place. He also ruled he did not have the jurisdiction to stop the program from proceeding.

The judge initially paused the original Feb. 6 deadline for workers to accept the offer last week, and held a hearing on Monday over whether he should issue a temporary restraining order extending the pause.

Pam Bondi has filed a new lawsuit against the state of New York, Governor Kathy Hochul, Attorney General Letitia James, and DMV Chief Mark Schroeder for their decision to “prioritize illegal aliens over American citizens.”

“It stops, [and] it stops today,” Bondi announced during a press conference Wednesday.

“We are taking steps to protect Americans, American citizens, and Angel Moms like the mom standing right behind me,” Bondi stated in reference to Angel Mom Tammy Nobles, whose daughter was brutally raped and murdered by an illegal alien. Nobles told the story of her 20-year-old daughter, who was “viciously strangled” and raped in Maryland by an El Salvadorian MS-13 gang member, who “left her on the floor like trash,” says Nobles, after Health and Human Services allowed him into the country.

This comes after Pam Bondi filed a lawsuit against the State of Illinois, Cook County, and the City of Chicago over their sanctuary laws.

Bondi has also ordered the DOJ to stop all federal funding of sanctuary cities as well as the prosecution of any jurisdiction impeding immigration enforcement.

After announcing her lawsuit, Bondi took questions from the press.

“Violent criminals, gang members, drug traffickers, human smugglers, will no longer terrorize the American people, and that is why we are here today,” she said. “You will be held accountable if you do not follow federal law. It’s over, it ends, and we’re coming after you.”

President Trump announced he will be holding a press conference tomorrow to release a list of names of entities and people involved in government fraud and abuse.

This comes one day after Elon Musk said DOGE was investigating how government workers mysteriously accrued millions of dollars.

“We do find it sort of rather odd that there are quite a few people in the bureaucracy who who have essentially a salary of a few hundred thousand dollars, but somehow manage to accrue tens of millions of dollars in net worth while they are in that position,” Elon Musk said on Tuesday.

“We’re just curious as to where it came from. Whether they have very good investing in which that case we should take their investment advice perhaps,” Musk said. “They seem to be mysteriously getting wealthy and we don’t know why – where did it come from? I think the reality is that they are getting wealthier at the taxpayer expense.”

Trump said he’s going to name names.

“I’m going to read to you some of the names that hundreds of millions and even billions of dollars have been given to,” Trump said during a presser on Wednesday.

“I say it in front of our our attorney general. There’s no chance that there’s not kickbacks or something going on. When you give millions and millions of dollars to somebody that stands to look at something for 15 minutes and walks away with millions of dollars. That money’s coming back in some form. And that’s only one form of corruption,” Trump said.

President Trump said that out of a list of 200 expenditures, only 3 looked “reasonable.”

“I went through a list of 200 expenditures that were made, and I found three that looked like they were reasonable. Okay, three and, we’ll be talking about that tomorrow,” he said.

“I want to commend Elon. He doesn’t need this. You know, he’s abused by you people every day. He’s found more things than anybody could find,” Trump added.

Cincinnati Children’s Hospital allegedly denied a 12-year-old child a heart transplant because she isn’t vaccinated against Covid and the flu.

Adaline Deal, a relative of Vice President JD Vance by marriage, didn’t take the vaccine due to religious beliefs as nondenominational Christians.

Earlier this month Adaline’s doctor said she would need to get the Covid vaccine and a flu shot to be put on the heart transplant list.

Adaline was born with two heart defects.

“I thought, wow. So, it’s not about the kid. It’s not about saving her life,” Adaline’s mother, Janeen Deal told the Cincinnati Enquirer.

The Cincinnati Enquirer reported:

An Indiana family says Cincinnati Children’s won’t put their 12-year-old daughter on its heart transplant waiting list because of her vaccination status.

Janeen Deal, who is related by marriage to Vice President JD Vance’s half-siblings, said the hospital requires her daughter to receive COVID-19 and flu vaccinations, which Janeen and her husband are unwilling to do.

The couple adopted Adaline from China when she was 4 years old. Adaline was born with two heart conditions, Janeen said, and they adopted Adaline knowing she would one day need a heart transplant. Janeen said Adaline has been receiving treatment at Cincinnati Children’s for almost 10 years, and they hoped she would receive a heart transplant there because they consider it the best hospital in the area.

But earlier this month, Adaline’s doctor said she would need to have the two vaccinations to be put on the transplant list, according to Janeen. The couple told the doctor the vaccines conflict with their religious and medical beliefs, the family is nondenominational Christian, but the hospital would not honor a religious exemption.

If we had a dollar for every time we heard about a ‘major operation’ against the Italian Mafia, supposed to ‘break the back’ of the criminal organization, we probably could retire early, flush with cash.

But yesterday (11), the Italian police arrested almost 150 people in the largest operation in 40 years, targeting the Sicilian mafia in Palermo and surrounding areas that remain in the grip of powerful Cosa Nostra clans.

CBS News reported:

“Warrants were issued against a total of 183 people, 36 of whom were already in custody, for crimes including mafia-type criminal association, attempted murder, extortion, drug trafficking and illegal gambling, police said. More than 1,200 officers were involved in dawn raids, in what media reports said was the biggest operation against the Cosa Nostra since 1984.”

More than 1200 carabinieri were mobilized for the historic operation.

While the Sicilian mafia no longer has the power it once had, it’s still a force to be reckoned with.

It has been subject to endless crackdowns by the Italian authorities, and was eventually overtaken by the Calabrian ‘Ndrangheta criminal organization.

“Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni hailed the operation, which she said ‘confirms the state’s constant commitment to the fight against organized crime’. Palermo Mayor Roberto Lagalla also praised the operation, saying in a statement that the arrests ‘dealt a historic blow to the mafia’.”

Yesterday’s operation attempts to dismantle Mafia clans in several districts of the Sicilian capital Palermo and surrounding areas.

“Police described how the clans cooperated on drug trafficking – a major source of income – while also working with mobsters elsewhere in Sicily and with the ‘Ndrangheta on the Italian mainland. Within its territory, the mafia ‘exercises constant control’, police said.”

From demanding protection money from businesses to forcing commerce to use their price-inflated products, much continues like in the old days.

Disputes between mobsters nowadays are usually settled peacefully, but violence is still very much a part of their modus operandi.

The omertá is still their law, but now they use encrypted smartphones to communicate.

“And despite numerous arrests over the years, the Sicilian mafia ‘still manages to attract a large number of young people who embrace its principles’ and offer to work for them, police said. Last March, Italy expanded a controversial program to remove children from their mafia families to break the cycle of criminal behavior being passed down to new generations.

The Secretary of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem, is restoring FEMA to its core mission.

Posting on the X platform, Noem said that she had clawed back $59 million sent by deep state activists within FEMA, which is under the jurisdiction of DHS, to house illegal aliens in luxury New York hotels.

“I have clawed back the full payment that FEMA deep state activists unilaterally gave to NYC migrant hotels,” she wrote.

“FEMA was funding the Roosevelt Hotel that serves as a Tren de Aragua base of operations and was used to house Laken Riley’s killer.”

“Mark my words: there will not be a single penny spent that goes against the interest and safety of the American people.”

In a statement on Tuesday, DHS announced that the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) Chief Financial Officer, two program analysts, and a grant specialist had all been fired from the department for authorizing the payments.

“Effective immediately, FEMA is terminating the employment of four individuals for circumventing leadership to unilaterally make egregious payments for luxury NYC hotels for migrants,” said DHS spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin.

“Under President Trump and Secretary Noem’s leadership, DHS will not sit idly and allow deep state activists to undermine the will and safety of the American people,” she added.

Last month, President Trump created a FEMA Response Council with the aim of cleaning up the agency.

The order stated that the agency had lost its lost mission focus, diverted employees and valuable resources to support missions beyond their authority, and had blown billions of dollars housing illegal aliens.

J6 defendant Isaac Thomas reached out to The Gateway Pundit today to let us know that he is grateful for all of our readers who have supported him along his journey.

Isaac had his J6 case dismissed with prejudice, meaning the Department of Justice will not be able to charge him again for crimes related to January 6th.

He was originally scheduled to go to trial on March 7th for charges of assaulting an officer with a deadly weapon. The weapon in question was a plastic Trump flag. As of the day he was pardoned, no officer had come forward and accused Isaac of assault. The official victim listed on his case was “Congress”

Isaac denied the allegations of violence and said that he was falsely accused because of his political beliefs. He explained that after being charged, he was evicted from his home, lost his job, and then had his bail revoked for not having an address to use for the court.

The media smeared him as a violent insurrectionist but never bothered to look into the facts and evidence that was presented in his case.

Things keep progressing at warp speed on the Foreign Policy front, after the bombshell news that US President Donald J. Trump and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin had a lengthy call and are beginning high-level peace negotiations to end the war in Ukraine.

They also agreed to meet in the future.

Now it arises, from Russian official sources, that Putin invited President Trump to visit Moscow for a face-to-face summit to negotiate peace.

Reuters reported:

“Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Putin and Trump discussed the Middle East, bilateral relations, Ukraine and a prisoner exchange between Washington and Moscow, state news agency TASS reported.”

Peace is the prize.

Putin has invited Trump to go to Moscow.

Peskov said Trump and Putin also discussed the Middle East, the wider bilateral relations, and that a prisoner exchange between Washington and Moscow is being negotiated.

“Speaking to media on Wednesday afternoon, local time, White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said Trump had just gotten off the phone with Zelensky and had a conversation which went ‘very well’.

An American delegation comprising of Vice President JD Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio will be sent to Munich, Germany, on Friday to speak with the Ukrainian President.”

This is President Trump’s third week in office as the 47th President of the United States.

President Trump on his call with Ukraine’s Zelensky:

I just spoke to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of Ukraine. The conversation went very well. He, like President Putin, wants to make PEACE. We discussed a variety of topics having to do with the War, but mostly, the meeting that is being set up on Friday in Munich, where Vice President JD Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio will lead the Delegation. I am hopeful that the results of that meeting will be positive. It is time to stop this ridiculous War, where there has been massive, and totally unnecessary, DEATH and DESTRUCTION. God bless the people of Russia and Ukraine!

And here is what President Trump said about his call with Vladimir Putin:

I just had a lengthy and highly productive phone call with President Vladimir Putin of Russia. We discussed Ukraine, the Middle East, Energy, Artificial Intelligence, the power of the Dollar, and various other subjects. President Trump also announced that Vice President J.D. Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio will meet with Zelensky on Friday at the Munich security conference.
