President Trump on Tuesday signed a flurry of executive orders.

One executive order is aimed at banning illegal aliens from getting Social Security benefits.

Earlier this month DOGE executive Antonio Gracias, the founder of Valor Equity Partners, revealed shocking information on how illegal aliens and even violent illegal aliens are accessing government benefits and even voting.

“We mapped it through to the benefit programs. We found in the benefit programs that every benefit program that was being accessed by these people, 1.3 million of them are on Medicaid right now, today. And by the way, it’s just ramping. It’s just starting. Just to give you a point. And then out of curiosity, I woke up at 2: 00 in the morning. I couldn’t sleep. My mind was running on this. I sent the individual note saying, Hey, guys, let’s just look at the public voter rolls who we find in some friendly states. And we looked at the voter rolls, and we found that thousands of them were registered to vote in a handful of states. And then we went in further with those friendly states and found that many of those people had actually voted. It was shocking to us,” Antonio Gracias said on a podcast interview.

DOGE has also launched an unprecedented cleanup operation after it was revealed over 7 million supposed Social Security numberholders aged 120 and older were receiving benefits.

On Tuesday President Trump signed an executive order to ensure ineligible aliens are not receiving funds from Social Security Act programs.

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, I hereby direct:

Section 1. Responsibility for Determining Eligibility for Public Benefits. (a) As set forth in Executive Order 14218 of February 19, 2025 (Ending Taxpayer Subsidization of Open Borders), both Federal law (title IV of the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 (Public Law 104-193)) and principles of sound administration demand that taxpayer-funded benefits be provided only to eligible persons and not encourage or reward illegal immigration to the United States. This interest is especially compelling with respect to Social Security Act benefits, which demand strict policing of fraud, waste, and abuse to ensure future eligible individuals receive the benefits to which they are entitled. Consequently, this memorandum gives additional direction for implementing Executive Order 14218 with regard to Social Security Act programs.

(b) The Secretary of Labor, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, and the Commissioner of Social Security, in consultation with the Secretary of Homeland Security as necessary, shall take all reasonable measures, consistent with applicable law, to ensure ineligible aliens are not receiving funds from Social Security Act programs. Such measures shall include promulgating any necessary guidance or regulations regarding Social Security Act funds and, to the extent appropriate and consistent with law, prioritizing civil or administrative enforcement actions against States, localities, or other similar grantees or subgrantees that do not take adequate measures to verify eligibility, stop payments to deceased or otherwise ineligible payees, or otherwise prevent ineligible aliens from receiving funds from Social Security Act programs.

(c) The Attorney General and the Commissioner of Social Security shall cooperate to detail and credential such Special Assistant United States Attorneys as are necessary to expand the Social Security Administration’s (SSA) full-time fraud prosecutor program to at least 50 United States Attorney Offices by October 1, 2025. Likewise, the Attorney General and the Secretary of Health and Human Services shall cooperate to establish a similar fraud-prosecutor program utilizing Special Assistant United States Attorneys with regard to programs administered by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, which shall operate in at least 15 United States Attorney Offices by October 1, 2025. Detailees in both programs shall emphasize prosecutions of identity theft and beneficiary-side fraud. To the extent feasible, the Attorney General and the Secretary of Health and Human Services or the Commissioner of Social Security, as applicable, shall prioritize assigning new detailees in both programs to the 10 United States Attorney Offices whose jurisdictions encompass the largest known populations of illegal aliens, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security.

(d) The risk of beneficiary- or recipient-side fraud and abuse by illegal aliens shall also be reduced through other program-integrity measures.

(i) The Inspector General of the SSA noted in a July 2023 audit that death information regarding millions of deceased number holders is missing from the agency’s files, which obstructs efforts to prevent and detect fraud and improper payments across the Government with respect to executive departments and agencies that rely on SSA’s information. The Commissioner of Social Security shall fully implement the recommendations in the Inspector General of the SSA’s Audit Report A-06-21-51022. The Secretary of Health and Human Services shall cooperate fully with such implementation.

(ii) The same audit report revealed that the SSA does not investigate or attempt to resolve reports of earnings received by individuals age 100 or older if the SSA has not recorded death information for such individuals, even when the reported wage-earner does not match the name or other personally identifiable information in SSA records, which may indicate identity theft, illegal work, tax evasion, or other unlawful activity. The Commissioner of Social Security shall refer promptly to the Inspector General of the SSA all earnings reports for persons age 100 or older when the purported wage-earner’s name does not match SSA’s files. The Inspector General of the SSA shall investigate such matters as appropriate and refer matters to the Department of Justice, other executive departments and agencies, or local prosecutors as warranted.

(iii) Finally, within 60 days of the date of this memorandum, the Commissioner of Social Security shall review whether, and under what conditions, SSA should resume pursuing civil monetary penalties under section 1129 of the Social Security Act. If the Commissioner of Social Security determines that resumption is warranted, he shall either resume such program immediately or pursue regulatory or policy changes that would allow its resumption in a timely manner.

Sec. 2. General Provisions. (a) Nothing in this memorandum shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:

(i) the authority granted by law to an executive department or agency, or the head thereof; or

(ii) the functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.

(b) This memorandum shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.

(c) This memorandum is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

(d) The Commissioner of Social Security is authorized and directed to publish this memorandum in the Federal Register.

President Trump just signed an order to stop illegal immigrants from obtaining benefits under the Social Security Act and prioritize enforcement actions.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt on Tuesday delivered a scathing rebuke of the media and far-left Democrats for lying to the American people about illegal aliens and placing their wellbeing above the American people. 

As The Gateway Pundit reported earlier, Democrat lawmakers have announced plans to travel to El Salvador on Monday to demand that the President free a designated terrorist and El Salvadoran citizen from prison.

They claim the individual, Kilmar Abrego Garcia, is a “Maryland dad” and that he’s “innocent” while refusing to mention his ties to a designated foreign terrorist organization, MS-13, or that he’s an El Salvadoran national illegally in the U.S.

Karoline Leavitt on Tuesday described the actions of these Democrats as “atrocious.” Democrat Senator Chris Van Hollen of Maryland, who is leading the delegation to El Salvador, couldn’t care less when one of his constituents, Rachel Morin, was murdered by an illegal alien. But now, he’s losing his mind over the so-called “kidnapping” of a designated foreign terrorist.

Leavitt, in her opening remarks this afternoon, took aim at the far-left media for their glorification of Abregio Garcia, slamming them for “sensationalism” and making the criminal alien look like a “Father of the Year,” while refusing to mention Rachel Morin, the 37-year-old mother who was murdered by one of Biden’s illegals.

“President Trump and our administration will not rest until every single violent illegal alien is removed from our country. The safety of the American people is too important to settle for anything less,” she said after announcing the arrests of seven violent criminals who have convictions on their records for rape and sexual assault, pedophilia, sex trafficking, and child abuse.

On that note, the Democrat and media outrage over the deportation of Abrego Garcia, an MS-13 El Salvadorian illegal alien criminal, who was hiding in Maryland has been nothing short of despicable. Based on the sensationalism of many of the people in this room, you would think we deported a candidate for Father of the Year. That’s because, unfortunately, many in this country care more about this “Maryland father” illegal alien MS-13 gang member than a Maryland mother and an American citizen who was brutally murdered at the hands of a different illegal alien. Of course, I am referring to Rachel Morin.

And if you didn’t see yesterday, a Maryland jury found illegal alien Victor Antonio Martinez Hernandez guilty of murdering Rachel Morin in August of 2023. She was a 37 year old mother of five who was jogging in an otherwise safe community northeast of Baltimore when this monster ambushed, strangled, and beat her to death before stuffing her brutalized body in a tunnel drain. The Morin family, family finally got justice yesterday, but they will never get Rachel back. Our hearts go out to Rachel’s family, her five children, and her mother, Patty, who has suffered the unimaginable loss of her daughter.

After opening the press conference Leavitt was asked about the Democrat leaders, planning to travel to El Salvador to demand that President Nayib Bukele release a terrorist and allow them to traffick him into the United States.

I think it’s atrocious that you have Democrats in Congress on Capitol Hill, who swear an oath to protect their constituents and to serve them in Washington DC, spending more time to defending illegal immigrant gang members than their own constituents and law abiding American citizens like Rachel Morin.

And I saw the President personally on the campaign trail, and I continue to see him, in his role as President of the United States, put American families first, reach out to the victims, the families of victims at the hands of illegal immigrant crime, and frankly, the actions and the words of the Democrat prove they could not care less about the American public, and maybe if they did, they’d see a bit higher approval ratings.

California rapper Tay-K, born Taymor McIntyre, has been convicted of murder for the second time in Texas.

A jury in Bexar County found the 24-year-old guilty of the 2017 shooting of photographer Mark Anthony Saldivar, which happened while McIntyre was evading police after fleeing house arrest for the first murder.

McIntyre was originally sentenced to 55 years in prison over a 2016 home invasion that led to the murder of 21-year-old Ethan Walker. The rapper was 16 years old at the time of the first murder.

While on house arrest before the pending murder trial, McIntyre cut off his ankle monitor and went on the run.

In April 2017, McIntyre and two accomplices robbed Saldivar and took his camera equipment before fatally shooting him in a Chick-fil-A parking lot in San Antonio.

The same year, the fugitive went viral for his hit song “The Race,” which was recorded and released while he was still evading police. In the music video, McIntyre posed next to a wanted poster of himself.

The music video currently has over 251 million views on YouTube.

McIntyre avoided a capital murder conviction that would have carried a mandatory life sentence without parole but is now facing anywhere from five to 99 additional years in prison.

The sentencing phase of the trial is set to begin on April 15.

Dan Caldwell was escorted out of the Pentagon on Tuesday for “an unauthorized disclosure,” according to Reuters.

Details of the unauthorized disclosure are unclear.

According to Reuters, this comes after a March 21 memo ordering a Pentagon investigation into leaks ordered by Pete Hegseth’s chief of staff.

One of U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth’s top advisors, Dan Caldwell, was escorted out of the Pentagon on Tuesday after being identified during an investigation into leaks at the Department of Defense, a U.S. official told Reuters.

Caldwell, a senior advisor to Pete Hegseth, was placed on administrative leave for “an unauthorized disclosure,” the official said, speaking on condition of anonymity. The decision has not been previously reported.

“The investigation remains ongoing,” the official said.

China is starting to feel the heat over President Trump’s tariffs.

Xia Baolong, a senior Chinese Communist Party (CCP) official who governs the regions of Hong Kong and Macao, lashed out at Trump over his decision to impose 145 percent levy on goods from the region.

“The US isn’t after our tariffs but our very survival,” Xia said in a televised speech.

“The US has repeatedly contained and suppressed Hong Kong … and this will eventually backfire on itself.”

“Let those peasants in the United States suffer in front of the 5,000 years of Chinese civilization,” he continued.

“The Chinese people do not cause trouble, nor are they afraid of trouble.

”Pressure, threats and blackmail are not the right way to deal with China,” he added.

While the remarks did not come from Xi Jinping himself, the tightly controlled nature of the CCP means that Xia would have almost certainly had his approval before launching his tirade.

The comments may have been retaliation for similar remarks made last week by Vice President J.D. Vance in which he defended the Trump administration’s policy.

“We borrow money from Chinese peasants to buy the things those Chinese peasants manufacture,” Vance said in an interview with Fox News.

Asked about Vance’s comments at news briefing, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian it was “astonishing and lamentable to hear this vice president make such ignorant and disrespectful remarks.”

Meanwhile, Chinese Embassy in Argentina issued a response on Tuesday to Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent’s comments, in which he accused China of burdening Latin American countries with “huge amounts of debt” through “rapacious deals” disguised as foreign aid.

“We advise the U.S. to adjust its mindset, instead of spending time repeatedly smearing and attacking China, meddling in the foreign cooperation of regional countries,” the embassy said.

Republican Senator Jim Banks and Democrat Senator Ruben Gallego have introduced legislation to keep men out of sororities and protect women’s spaces on college campuses.

The Freedom of Association in Higher Education Act of 2025 is a bipartisan bill that aims to safeguard college students’ rights to form and join single-sex social organizations, such as fraternities, sororities, and off-campus clubs, without facing discrimination or punishment from the institutions they attend.

The legislation would “protect any student in a single-sex social organization” by “limiting membership only to individuals of one sex.”

“Students should be free to form and join single-sex organizations like fraternities and sororities without facing punishment. This bill protects students’ freedom to associate, uphold tradition, and choose the communities they want to be a part of,” Senator Banks said in a statement.

The bill has gained support from key organizations in the Greek life community, including the North American Interfraternity Conference (NIC) and the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC).

NIC CEO Jud Horras praised Senators Banks and Gallego for their commitment to protecting students’ rights, noting that single-sex organizations also help college men “shape their futures” and build meaningful communities.

In 2023, six members of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority at the University of Wyoming sued their national organization for admitting a transgender student. The sorority girls said that the man would engage in troubling behavior, including staring at them while they returned from showers and often having “an erection visible through his leggings.”

Ultimately, a federal judge ruled that he could not be kicked out of the sorority, despite his gross behavior.

Elon Musk’s DOGE strikes again!

Virtually every staff member of the Pentagon’s “Defense Digital Service” is resigning over the coming weeks after Musk’s DOGE team cleaned house.

DOGE is replacing the team of far-left Silicon Valley techies dubbed the “SWAT team of nerds” and handing their duties over to the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office.

Politico reported:

Under pressure from the Elon Musk-led Department of Government Efficiency, nearly all the staff of the Defense Digital Service — the Pentagon’s fast-track tech development arm — are resigning over the coming month, according to the director and three other current members of the office, granted anonymity to discuss their job status freely, as well as internal emails.

The resignations will effectively shut down the decade-old program after the end of April.

The Defense Digital Service was created in 2015 to help the Pentagon adopt fast tech fixes during national security crises and push Silicon Valley-style innovation inside the Pentagon. It built rapid response tools for the military during the Afghanistan withdrawal, databases to transfer Ukrainian military and humanitarian aid, drone detection technologies and more.

Without the program, some key efforts to streamline the DOD’s tech talent pipeline and counter adversarial drones will be sunsetted, one soon-to-be former employee said.

Once dubbed the Pentagon’s “SWAT team of nerds,” DDS was one of the department’s earliest efforts to inject Silicon Valley ethos into its massive bureaucracy.

Jennifer Hay, director of the 14-person office, plans to leave by May 1. Eleven other employees plan to take President Donald Trump’s deferred resignation package by then. The two remaining staffers are also leaving.

A bombshell report from the America First Policy Institute has exposed a staggering $100 million in foreign dark money laundered through the Sixteen Thirty Fund to bankroll radical ballot initiatives across 25 states.

The Sixteen Thirty Fund, a notorious hub for progressive causes, has been caught funneling foreign cash into state ballot measures targeting divisive issues like abortion, election law, and drug policy.

According to the America First Policy Institute:

Non-citizens can influence U.S. elections and domestic policy through donations to ballot initiatives. Instead of the ballot initiative process being decided by state residents who are affected by the result, foreign billionaires, often driven by an ideological agenda, impose their will on U.S. citizens by funneling large amounts of money into the ballot initiative process and swaying the results.

FACTS AND NUMBERS

In 2021, the Federal Elections Commission (FEC) ruled that foreign nationals can donate money to U.S. ballot initiatives, opening the door to foreign involvement in U.S. policy creation.
To varying degrees, California, Colorado, Maryland, Nevada, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, and Washington have all prohibited foreign money in ballot initiatives, but sometimes with the caveat that only foreign-owned or partially owned corporations are prohibited, not foreign individuals.
A 2022 survey from the University of Maryland found that a “strong bipartisan majority of eight-in-ten voters favor Congress banning foreign individuals and entities from spending money to influence ballot initiatives”.
A 2024 report by Americans for Public Trust showed that almost $100 million was spent by one organization alone, the Sixteen Thirty Fund, spanning ballot initiatives in 25 states.

MAJOR EXAMPLE: OHIO

More than $14 million in foreign money was poured into Ohio to support ballot measures reducing penalties for fentanyl possession and codifying radical abortion laws in the Ohio constitution, despite 85 percent of Ohio voters thinking that foreign nationals should not be allowed to influence ballot initiatives. In 2024, as a response, Ohio prohibited foreign money in ballot initiatives.

WHO WAS BEHIND SO MUCH FOREIGN MONEY SPENT IN THESE STATES?

During a recent segment on Fox News, Dana Perino broke down the staggering implications of this discovery with Caitlyn Sutherland, Executive Director of Americans for Public Trust, who confirmed that what we’re witnessing is nothing short of a coordinated foreign influence campaign designed to bypass U.S. laws and hijack American policymaking.

From Ohio to Arizona, this foreign interference has targeted vulnerable state constitutions, aiming to rewrite election rules, expand abortion access to unprecedented levels, and even decriminalize dangerous drugs.

In Ohio alone, foreign-backed funds pushed for gerrymandering schemes that would have rigged congressional districts under the guise of “protecting democracy.”

This is happening in lots of different places where you can try to find a ban for this. Why does this matter? Because people might not realize that this is even still happening.

What we are seeing across the country is sweeping momentum—states are rejecting foreign interference in their policies. It’s actually long been the case that foreign nationals are prohibited from influencing our elections.

But when we take a closer look at what that actually means, we realize that it’s not very comprehensive, and it actually doesn’t apply to ballot measures.

That is a very dangerous and alarming foreign influence loophole. When states learn that their policies and constitutions are vulnerable to foreign interference, they’re stepping up, fighting back, taking action, and passing bans that prohibit foreign nationals and foreign governments from influencing and contributing to state ballot issue campaigns.

A hundred million dollars was spent by the Sixteen Thirty Fund on ballot initiatives in 25 states. That’s a hundred million dollars. That’s according to the America First Policy Institute 2024 report. What kinds of state initiatives were they trying to influence? What’s the topic?

Caitlyn Sutherland:
It’s one thing to know that this is not a hypothetical situation. We have been able to trace over $100 million of foreign money flowing through the Sixteen Thirty Fund in states across the country. They are working to implement far-left and extremist public policies on issues related to abortion, election law, drug policy, and more. They are trying to sidestep the legislative process and push through the most extreme version of public policy possible.

Well, because they know that their far-left agenda often cannot withstand the scrutiny of a typical legislative process. So they are sidestepping that process, getting these extreme public policy measures on the ballot, and using foreign dark money to do it.

It’s a terrible problem. Let me read this statement from the Sixteen Thirty Fund to Fox. It says:

“Sixteen Thirty Fund is proud to support ballot initiative campaigns that are working to advance economic opportunity, reproductive rights, and democracy. Our donations to these initiatives are made in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.”

I’m assuming if these bans go into effect in other states, that would end. I’m just still trying to get to the nut of the problem here, which is—they support a far-left agenda, but what exactly are they looking for? They say they want to support reproductive rights, which I’m assuming means more access to abortion. But when it comes to supporting “democracy,” what does that actually mean?

Caitlyn Sutherland:
Well, when the left says the word “democracy,” that’s their catch-all for “we’re trying to do good things.” But when you take a look under the hood, you realize that it’s an extremist agenda.

We saw that foreign-backed funds came into Ohio last year that would have forced the state to gerrymander their congressional districts and change the way the state conducted elections.

There is nothing democratic about using foreign dark money in these state ballot issue campaigns. States have woken up to this problem and realized that their constitutions and policies are vulnerable to the corruption that is foreign money. That’s why we’ve seen such momentum across the country in passing bans that prohibit foreign funds from being used in these campaigns.

Far-left California Governor Gavin Newsom has to face the reality of the burden illegals place on services and the staggering cost behind the decision to prioritize illegals over citizens.

On Monday, Newson signed a $2.8 billion bailout to address the untenable deficit in California’s Medicaid program.

The deficit is the result of last year’s decision to expand the program to include illegals.

Per Fox News:

The move, confirmed by Newsom’s office to Fox News Digital Monday afternoon, comes after the Democratic governor asked lawmakers last month for a $3.4 billion loan from the state’s general fund to cover some $6.2 billion in outstanding costs for Medi-Cal, one of the state’s primary healthcare programs that takes both federal and state taxpayer dollars. The additional funds will help keep the program running through June for some 15 million Californians, including noncitizens.

According to state data, roughly 1.6 million illegal immigrants are currently enrolled in Medi-Cal, part of the program’s total 15 million enrollees. The state had initially projected the expansion would cost just under $6 billion for fiscal year 2024–2025. But just one year in, the costs have surged far past that estimate.

Newsom’s latest budget proposal now puts the cost of covering illegal immigrants at $8.4 billion for 2024–2025, and $7.4 billion the following year.

California Republican state Senate Minority Leader Brian Jones weighed in saying, “Just now, Senate Democrats rubber-stamped another $3 BILLION for Newsom’s free healthcare for illegal immigrants—on top of the $9.5 billion already spent.”

“Meanwhile, healthcare access is plummeting. Wait times are growing. Democrats have made their choice: legal residents come second.”

“We must stop new enrollments of illegal immigrants and rein in this unsustainable program before it collapses entirely. #FixCalifornia.”
