A Massachusetts couple is facing serious charges after allegedly kidnapping their five children, who had been placed in the custody of the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF).

Isael Rivera, 31, and Ruth Encarnacion, 30, were located by Fitchburg Police in early March, after a multi-state manhunt.

The couple is accused of taking the children across state lines in an attempt to evade DCF intervention.

Authorities believe the family fled Massachusetts shortly before the state attempted to enforce child protective measures, according to WCVB 5.

Rivera, the biological father of four of the five children, was arraigned last week in Fitchburg District Court. A not-guilty plea was entered on his behalf, and he is currently being held without bail, WHDH reported.

Encarnacion, the mother of all five children, is scheduled to be arraigned this week and faces five counts of kidnapping a minor by a relative. A not-guilty plea has also been entered on her behalf.

According to law enforcement, the family went missing just as DCF prepared to remove the children from Encarnacion’s care on February 27.

Encarnacion’s sister reported her missing days later on March 3, citing a lack of contact since February 26. DCF officially reported the five children missing on March 5, triggering a state and federal search.

Court documents indicate that DCF had opened a case against the couple in February after a pediatrician flagged signs of neglect involving the youngest child, a 9-month-old. DCF intervened shortly thereafter, but by then, the family had reportedly left Massachusetts.

The children—ages 10, 9, 5, 4, and 9 months—were eventually found unharmed in Whitney, Texas, and are now in the custody of Texas Child Protective Services pending further investigation.

Attorney Kevin Carl Larson countered that Encarnacion had “acted in the best interest of her children” and was “protecting her children.”

Although she had earlier fled to Texas, Larson said Encarnacion is not a flight risk and said she is not going anywhere without her children.

Larson said authorities lack probable cause to charge his client. He said Encarnacion was not present for the care and protection hearing and that she was not aware of any court order.

Cody Balmer, the suspect who allegedly burned the Pennsylvania governor’s mansion, while Governor Josh Shapiro and his family were in it, is now known to be a far left socialist and BLM supporter.

That is not how the media is reporting on him.

A memo must have gone out because at least two liberal media outlets are emphasizing the fact that Balmer was ‘critical of the Democrats.’

What might a person infer from that last part? That he’s a right winger? Is that why they media is doing this? Or are they trying to imply that Democrats are dealing with threats just like Republicans? Either way, it’s completely dishonest.

Arson at Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro’s residence was ‘domestic terrorism’: Fire chief

Cody Balmer, who is suspected of starting a fire on Sunday at Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro’s residence, was denied bail at his arraignment on Monday.

Balmer — a mechanic who had previously expressed disdain for Democrats on social media — was arrested in connection with the fire early Sunday, sources familiar with the suspected arsonist told ABC News.

Way down at the bottom of the article is this part:

“The attacker was not a fan of Trump I understand just from what I’ve read and from what I’ve been told,” said Trump, adding that he was not informed of the motive in the incident. “The attacker basically wasn’t a fan of anybody’s. Probably just a whack job. And certainly a thing like that cannot be allowed to happen.”

Sources familiar with Balmer said his public grievances with the Democratic party were primarily related to financial issues.

Absolutely nowhere does the article describe the suspect as left or far left.

Over at CNN, same thing. This guy expressed disdain for Democrats.

CNN is doing continuous segments on the man who set fire to the PA Governor’s mansion.

They say that according to social media posts, he has a disdain for just Democrats and Joe Biden.

After Trump’s exchange with Kaitlin Collins of CNN today, he suggested that CNN hates our country. Every Trump supporter knows why he said this. Almost everyone on that network is anti-Trump and anti-Trump supporters.

When CNN cut back to the studio, it was absolutely clear that host Dana Bash was not happy about Trump’s comments and she addressed them while looking visibly bothered and frustrated.

The truth hurts sometimes.

CNN anchor Dana Bash rebuked President Trump after he suggested on Monday the cable news network is withholding positive information about his administration from the public out of hatred.

As Trump was meeting in the Oval Office with El Salvador President Nayib Bukele, he was asked by that country’s leader why the media does not promote the numbers of immigrants his administration has deported.

“Well, they get out … but the fake news,” Trump said gesturing toward reporters gathered in the room. “CNN over there, doesn’t want to put them out because they don’t like putting out good numbers … because I think they hate our country. It’s a shame, really.”

After the network cut away from Trump’s remarks, Bash pushed back on Trump’s comments about her network.

“I just want to say for the record … CNN does not hate our country,” she said. “That should go without saying. I’ve been here for 32 years. And I see a rhetorical device in him trying to say such a thing. That said, I want to focus on the news that we heard.”

Joe Biden’s private email scandal is likely much worse than Hillary Clinton’s email scandal.

And just like Hillary, Biden was never indicted for his use of burner phones and private emails while he was US Vice President.

Special Counsel Robert Hur ignored Joe Biden’s use of private emails.

The National Archives previously confirmed through a FOIA response that they found 5,138 email messages and 25 electronic files pertaining to the known Joe Biden pseudonym accounts robinware456@gmail.com, JRBWare@gmail.com and Robert.L.Peters@pci.gov.

According to newly unredacted documents, in 2014, while Joe Biden was publicly calling for sanctions against Russia, he was privately negotiating an oil and gas deal to help his son Hunter.

While Joe Biden publicly led the charge to punish Russia for its first invasion of Ukraine, he used his role as vice president to quietly open a backdoor for Moscow’s gas to flow to its neighbor in fall 2014, at a time when his son Hunter’s Ukrainian energy company sought such help, according to government messages in a private email account kept from Americans for more than a decade.

The emails, sent to Joe Biden’s private account that used the fake name RobinWare456@gmail.com, were recently turned over by the National Archives, mostly redacted, to Just the News under an open records lawsuit and in unredacted form to the House Oversight and Accountability Committee that continues to investigate corruption concerns surrounding the former first family.

They confirm that Joe Biden played a secret role at a “critical moment” to help secure Russia’s willingness to re-open natural gas spigots to Ukraine, a deal that publicly Germany and its then-chancellor, Angela Merkel, received credit for brokering.

“Ukraine gas deal was just signed. The Germans earlier indicated to Tony that your call had come at a critical moment,” the vice president’s Deputy National Security Advisor Jeffrey Prescott wrote in an Oct. 30, 2014 email to Joe Biden’s private account that appears to reference then-Deputy Secretary of State Tony Blinken, a longtime Biden confident who would later serve as Biden’s chief diplomat during the 46th presidency.

Just The News founder John Solomon appeared on Bannon’s War Room to discuss the newly unredacted documents showing Joe Biden was privately helping his son Hunter while he was on the board of Ukrainian gas company Burisma.

Additionally, according to email records released by the National Archives, then-Vice President Joe Biden was briefed on a highly sensitive North Korea missile launch on his private email account and Special Counsel Robert Hur failed to investigate his use of burner phones and pseudonymous emails.

A federal judge on Monday blocked President Trump’s mass cancelation of the Biden-era parole program that ushered in hundreds of thousands of migrants.

US District Judge Indira Talwani, an Obama appointee in Boston, said Trump’s decision to cancel the parole program was premised on legal error.

Last week Judge Talwani blocked the Trump Administration from revoking the legal status of hundreds of thousands of migrants flown in on Joe Biden’s parole program.

Judge Talwani said the DHS did not interpret the law properly and asserted the migrants have a right to be in the US.

The DOJ argued that the parole programs were discretionary and it is up to the government to decide when it can cut the program.

Last month it was reported that President Trump was set to strip the status of 532,000 migrants living in the United States who were flown in on Joe Biden’s parole program.

Recall that Joe Biden brought in more than a half a million migrants Haiti, Cuba, Nicaragua and Venezuela on his CHNV program.

CBP data found that over 1 million illegal aliens have been allowed into the US through what the Biden Regime defined as “legal” means.” The Biden-Kamala admin used the CBP One App and the CHNV program to allow illegals entry into the US.

These numbers are not included in the millions of illegals that have entered the US under Joe Biden’s watch.

It was previously reported that 81% of the Haitian migrants from Biden’s parole program – 362,000 out of 448,000 – were flown into red states.

Earlier this year it was reported that one of the Haitians who entered the US on Biden’s parole program was charged with triple murder, including two children.

President Trump revoked the migrants’ legal status and told them if they don’t self deport they will be arrested.

Monday’s Blue Origin mission, touted as a historic all-female crew flight, was nothing more than a laughable spectacle.

Six women, including pop star Katy Perry, took a brief trip, barely reaching the edge of space.

This so-called milestone was the ultimate virtue-signaling stunt. It’s being celebrated as a ground-breaking achievement, but let’s be real: It was a glorified amusement park ride.

The New Shepard rocket, operated by mega-billionaire and Amazon founder Jeff Bezos’ Blue Origin, carried the crew for a mere 10 minutes. The flight required no piloting, as the vehicle is fully autonomous, according to ABC News.

NBC News further added that these women crossed the Kármán line, 62 miles above Earth, but just barely. They experienced a few minutes of weightlessness before descending back to the ground.

And yet, we’re supposed to pretend this is a historic accomplishment? A 10-minute joyride doesn’t compare to the feats of true astronauts who’ve spent months (or more) in space.

Katy Perry’s post-flight comments perfectly illustrated the farcical nature of this mission. In a video clipped by Breitbart News, she blathered on about her supposed journey with cringe-worthy, faux-profound rhetoric:

Perry gushed about the “training” and “team” involved, as if they endured rigorous preparation. She made it sound like they were landing on the moon, not taking a quick hop above the atmosphere.

She spoke of “surrender” and “trust,” words that might resonate if the crew had done something truly challenging. Instead, they were just sort of there during their brief weightless stint — hardly a display of astronautical prowess.

The cherry on top was Perry’s claim of connecting to the “strong divine feminine.” This toxic feminist nonsense reeks of self-aggrandizement, not scientific achievement.

Let’s also not forget who’s behind this stunt: Jeff Bezos, the Amazon billionaire. Bezos should be embarrassed for orchestrating this wholly unserious spectacle under the guise of progress.

As ABC noted, Blue Origin’s New Shepard has been ferrying wealthy passengers since 2021, often for publicity stunts. This all-female crew was just another marketing ploy to grab headlines (and it appears to have worked).

The crew, which also included CBS journalist Gayle King and Bezos’ fiancée Lauren Sanchez, was carefully curated for media attention. Sanchez led the mission, adding to the self-promotional vibe for Bezos.

(In fairness, Sanchez is apparently a helicopter pilot, though this writer isn’t smart enough to tell you whether or not those skills matter a lick in an automated spacecraft.)

Perry’s comments reveal how out-of-touch this mission was with real space exploration. Her attempt to paint this as a profound feminist moment is laughable at best, delusional at worst.

Compare this to the real history of women in space. Cosmonaut Valentina Tereshkova, the first woman to fly to space in 1963, completed a solo mission that lasted nearly three days, orbiting Earth 48 times, according to Brittanica.

Tereshkova’s achievement was a genuine milestone, not a 10-minute photo op. The Blue Origin crew’s flight pales in comparison, yet it’s being hyped as equally significant.

Bezos and his team might argue that this inspires future generations, but it’s hard to take seriously. It’s more likely to inspire eye-rolls from those who value substance over symbolism.

As a new father to a girl, this sort of performative nonsense is particularly infuriating. Merit can, has, and should always matter.

The mission’s lack of real challenge undermines any claim to history. These women were passengers, not pioneers, on a rocket that did all the work for them.

Perry’s over-the-top remarks only highlight the absurdity of this endeavor. Her “divine feminine” drivel is a perfect encapsulation of how this stunt prioritized optics over merit.

This Blue Origin flight wasn’t a step forward for women in space — it was yet another in a long line of the left’s mockery of true achievement.

Bezos and Perry have turned a serious field into a circus, and we’re not buying the act.

Once a land shaped by Viking lore and later defined by its austere Protestant ethos, Sweden is now undergoing a dramatic cultural shift, with the number of mosques soaring by 4,200% in less than 25 years—a transformation few could have imagined just a generation ago.

It’s worth noting that the definition of what constitutes a mosque remains unclear—implying the true number could be considerably higher than reported, according to a report by the Swedish news portal Samnytt.

The staggering rise of Muslim houses of worship in Sweden reflects not only shifting religious dynamics but also significant demographic changes. Once a predominantly Lutheran nation, Sweden now sees fewer than half of its population identifying with the Swedish Lutheran Church.

As churches close their doors and the native Swedish birthrate continues to decline, Sweden has seen the number of mosques rise precipitously, from just seven in 2000 to around 300 by 2025.

In parallel with the surge in mosques, Sweden’s Muslim population is growing rapidly, with Pew Research projections indicating that it could surpass 30% of the country’s total population by 2050.

The rapid construction of mosques has prompted concern and sparked debate, largely due to the opaque nature of their funding. Investigations by outlets such as Samnytt have revealed that nations like Saudi Arabia, Iran, Qatar, and Turkey have bankrolled numerous mosque projects across Sweden. One report estimates that one in four mosques has received Saudi funding alone.

To Karin Wanngård, Stockholm’s socialist finance mayor, the dramatic rise in mosques across Sweden is no cause for concern. In fact, she thinks Sweden ought to construct even more mosques.“We have countless churches and far fewer mosques. Of course, we need to build more so people can practice their religion,” Wanngård claimed.

Yet more discerning critics quite rightly warn this religious infrastructure could serve as a conduit for foreign influence.

Swedish security services and civil agencies have repeatedly warned that some mosques may serve as platforms for anti-Western rhetoric or instruments of political influence by foreign powers. Despite these warnings, there is no official registry of mosques or their sources of funding, leaving significant gaps in oversight.

Two major mosque projects in particular have drawn public scrutiny.

In Helsingborg, construction is underway for what’s being dubbed “Scandinavia’s largest mosque,” already funded to the tune of 68 million kronor (6.4 million dollars) via social media and private donors, both domestic and international.

Stockholm’s Skärholmen neighborhood is also preparing to host what could become the largest mosque in Northern Europe. The project is being built by Turkish company EMUG, which has ties to the Islamist Milli Görüs movement—an organization widely criticized for anti-democratic views and anti-Semitism.

Right-of-center politicians point to cities like Malmö as a stark preview of Sweden’s deeply troubling, civilization-altering demographic trajectory.

In Malmö, ethnic Swedes are already a minority in the school system, and the city remains deeply affected by violent crime—most of it linked to migrant gangs. Critics argue that ethnic enclaves have created de facto no-go zones, where police presence is limited and many women report feeling unsafe.

The mosque boom has also reignited debates over national security and integration. The Gothenburg mosque, backed by Saudi funds, has come under fire for promoting misogynistic content. Even more troubling, the Imam Ali mosque in Stockholm has hosted speakers who advocate martyrdom.

National-conservative politicians have seized on the issue. Jimmie Åkesson, leader of the Sweden Democrats, has called for mosques that promote anti-Swedish or anti-democratic messages to be swiftly shut down.

“It is not a right to come to our country and build monuments to a foreign and imperialist ideology,” he said during a party speech. Åkesson advocates for the demolition of mosques found spreading hate or misinformation.

Sweden’s dramatic shift in the religious landscape, underscored by a mushrooming mosque presence and increasing foreign influence, has become a flashpoint in national debates over identity, integration, and security.

As Western European countries like Sweden, the United Kingdom, and France grapple with these changes, increasingly pressing questions remain about how to balance religious freedom with societal cohesion— and which groups should have a hand in shaping the future of these nations.

Trump’s Justice Department trolled Judge Paula Xinis it its latest court filing in the case of deported MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia.

Judge Xinis, an Obama appointee, slammed the Trump Administration during last Friday’s hearing and demanded ‘daily updates’ on Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s whereabouts.

The judge said the Trump Admin has made “no meaningful effort to comply” with her order demanding the physical location and custodial status of Abrego Garcia.

“Defendants made no meaningful effort to comply. Instead, they complained that the Order is “unreasonable and impracticable,” and involves “sensitive country-specific considerations wholly inappropriate for judicial review.”” – the judge wrote.

“From this court’s perspective, defendants’ contention that they could not answer these basic questions absent some nonspecific ‘vetting’ that has yet to take place, provides no basis for their lack of compliance,” she wrote.

The judge demanded daily updates on Abrego Garcia.

“Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that beginning April 12, 2025, and continuing each day thereafter until further order of the Court, Defendants shall file daily, on or before 5:00 PM ET, a declaration made by an individual with personal knowledge as to any information regarding: (1) the current physical location and custodial status of Abrego Garcia; (2) what steps, if any, Defendants have taken to facilitate his immediate return to the United States; (3) what additional steps Defendants will take, and when, to facilitate his return.1 A follow-up in-person hearing will be scheduled for Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at 4:00 PM,” the judge wrote.

The DOJ trolled Judge Xinis in its status report which they filed one hour late on Monday evening.

In Monday’s filing, the DOJ didn’t answer Judge Xinis’ questions on Abrego Garcia’s whereabouts. They linked to El Salvador President Bukele’s Oval Office comments on Abrego Garcia.

President Trump welcomed El Salvadorian President Nayib Bukele to the White House on Monday.

In an Oval Office meeting, Bukele said he will not return alleged MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia to the United States.

CNN’s Kaitlan Collins asked Bukele if he plans to return Abrego Garcia after an Obama judge ordered him to be released from the CECOT prison and brought to the US.

“How can I smuggle a terrorist into the United States? Of course I’m not going to do it. The question is preposterous,” Bukele told CNN’s Kaitlan Collins in the Oval Office on Monday.
