Senator Ron Johnson opened the hearing with a bombshell: the Biden administration knew about deadly heart risks tied to the COVID shots, and deliberately kept it from the public.

Johnson released newly subpoenaed records exposing a detailed timeline of what officials knew and when. While Pfizer and Moderna received insider updates, doctors and citizens who raised concerns were silenced.

In February 2021, Israeli health officials warned the CDC of “large reports of myocarditis, particularly in young people” following Pfizer injections, just two and a half months after the vaccine received emergency use authorization.

By April, the CDC was already reviewing myocarditis data from Israel and the Department of Defense. But instead of alerting the public, they stayed quiet.

By the end of that month, VAERS had recorded 2,926 deaths, nearly half of which occurred within three days of injection. “Somebody ought to be looking at it,” Johnson said.

In May, the CDC considered issuing a formal health alert—but scrapped it. They replaced it with watered-down guidance that removed a key warning for doctors to restrict physical activity in myocarditis patients.

Francis Collins, then director of the NIH, brushed it all off. “Senator, people die,” he told Johnson.

In just six months, the toll was staggering: 384,270 reports of adverse events, 4,812 deaths, and 1,736 of those occurred within just 48 hours of injection.

Dr. Peter McCullough then took the floor and dismantled the narrative surrounding vaccine-induced myocarditis.

Before COVID, McCullough had seen just two cases in his entire career. After the rollout, everything changed.

He says he’s now “examined thousands of patients with this problem.”

“There’s 1,065 papers in the peer-reviewed literature on COVID vaccine myocarditis,” he explained, pointing to a 2021 case published in the New England Journal of Medicine. A 42-year-old man developed vaccine-induced myocarditis. “The infection is ruled out,” McCullough said. “It’s the vaccine.” Three days after his Moderna shot, the man was dead.

McCullough cited a shocking case from Korea—a young man who died within eight hours of hospitalization after a Pfizer shot. His heart had been, in McCullough’s words, “fried with inflammation.”

Then came a case from Connecticut: two teenage boys, 16 and 17, died in their sleep just days after Pfizer. Their parents found them unresponsive.

“These cases… should have gotten everyone’s attention,” McCullough said. “We should never have someone die after taking a vaccine that’s directly caused to the vaccine.”

Alabama-based physician Dr. Jordan Vaughn followed up with a chilling estimate—up to 15 million Americans may be suffering from long COVID or COVID vaccine injuries.

He now treats teenagers who can’t stand up and previously healthy adults who are suffering strokes with no clear cause.

According to Vaughn, the spike protein’s S1 subunit is far from harmless. “It triggers inflammation, it disrupts endothelial barriers, it induces fibrin resistant to breakdown, and it promotes a lot of amyloid aggregates,” he said.

These effects impair oxygen delivery, damage blood vessels, and trigger a wave of symptoms—racing heart, brain fog, shortness of breath, and post-exertional crashes.

In his clinic, Vaughn uses immunofluorescent microscopy to detect the spike protein’s damage, showing up in patients who were once thriving.

He warned that the mRNA injections led to uncontrolled spike protein production, which spread throughout the body, reaching the heart, brain, ovaries, and testes.

Regulators claimed the vaccine stayed in the arm. That was a lie. A Yale study now shows some people are still producing spike protein more than 700 days after their last injection.

We didn’t just inject people. We turned them into spike protein factories.

OB-GYN Dr. James Thorp delivered one of the most haunting moments of the hearing.

He said the COVID shots “MIRRORED” the effects of chemical abortion drugs—and the government knew what it was doing.

Dr. Thorp pointed to the now-infamous Shimabukuro study published in the New England Journal of Medicine, which claimed a 12.6% miscarriage rate following COVID vaccination.

But when you isolate the data for women vaccinated in the first trimester, the miscarriage rate rises to 82%, Dr. Thorp said. This 82% claim remains a topic of debate within the scientific community.

If true, “This figure mirrors the effects of chemical abort drugs,” Dr. Thorp lamented.

Yesterday on The Five of FOX News, the panel was discussing the unfolding aspects of the Joe Biden mental decline scandal and Jessica Tarlov, the liberal on the panel, tried to use a ‘but Trump’ defense of Biden and Democrats.

Greg Gutfeld couldn’t contain himself.

After scolding her over the comparison, Gutfeld pointed out that Biden’s decline was seen as a good thing by the left, because they used it to their advantage politically, which is so spot on.

Are you out of your mind? They’re the best doctors in the world, and a patient who is arguably the most important patient in the world—who gets tested pretty much weekly. They have to check him out, but somehow they decided not to do this?

I’m wondering—do you believe that story? Or is it possible that Democrats might be lying? Oh, that’s a tough call.

Listen to Joe Scarborough just now— It feels like I’m watching a Dateline episode and watching the husband’s alibi fall apart, and he’s desperately trying to save his life because he’s trying to save his job.

There’s a huge hole in this narrative about Joe’s decline. They’re trying to present themselves as a loyal staff protecting an incapacitated leader, and yet the policies were anything but feeble.

He may have been a mess, but the policies were a coherent list of woke desires. And true, the decisions may have possibly destroyed the country. That wasn’t a byproduct of Biden’s brain. That was deliberate and determined. And we need to find out who that person was.

Smith College in Amherst, Massachusetts is a historically all-women’s college. This spring, they decided to give an honorary degree to Rachel Levine, the trans woman who worked in the Biden administration as U.S. Assistant Secretary for Health.

I there’s one thing progressives in higher education love to do, it’s virtue signaling.

It’s amazing that after all the actions Trump has taken with schools like Harvard and Columbia, there are still left wing schools that are trying to double-down on the woke agenda.

The 2024 election sent a very clear message on issues like this one but the left just doesn’t care.

Women’s college bestows honorary degree to trans man Rachel Levine

Smith College, an all-female institution, has bestowed an honorary degree to Rachel Levine, a biological male who identifies as female.

The honor was awarded Sunday during the private school’s commencement ceremony, at which Levine also spoke to the graduates and their families.

Levine, a polarizing figure, is known for being the first openly transgender four-star admiral in the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps and was also the U.S. Assistant Secretary for Health under President Joe Biden. Levine, whose original name was Richard, also previously served as Pennsylvania’s health secretary.

Levine has been widely criticized for stances supporting sweeping transgender transitioning treatments, even for young children, and Draconian policies during COVID-19.

In announcing the honorary degree, Smith described Levine on its website as an “accomplished physician, public health expert, and LGBTQ+ advocate.”

The decision drew a protest outside the school a day before the ceremony from representatives of Women’s Declaration International, a feminist organization that advocates for sex-based protections for women, WORLD reported.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear an appeal brought by 11 Michigan lawmakers seeking to challenge controversial changes to state election law pushed through by progressive groups in 2018 and 2022.

Left-wing groups took millions in ‘dark money’ to run statewide referendums to eliminate all voter integrity laws and make challenging elections extremely difficult. The funds could have come from anywhere, and well-known loopholes in campaign finance law allow ‘layering’ so that foreign governments and left-wing billionaires can donate funds to non-profits and then have those funds eventually transferred to 501(c)4 entities that can engage in ballot initiatives.

Left-wing groups such as “Promote the Vote” raised $23 million in 2022 from dark money to repeal voter integrity laws, and the main group opposing their efforts only raised $4.1 million.

The lawmakers challenging these ballot initiatives, led by State Sen. Jonathan Lindsey (R-Coldwater), had argued that Promote the Vote’s ballot proposals, Proposal 3 of 2018 and Proposal 2 of 2022, unconstitutionally interfered with the state legislature’s authority to regulate federal elections.

“The court seems to feel we don’t have standing, but it’s our responsibility in a Constitutional Republic to set the time, place, and manner of elections, and when that is usurped like this, it clearly erodes the will of the people,” Rep. Steve Carra told the Gateway Pundit. Rep. Carra is one of the signatories to the suit. “I think prop 2 only made it a lot easier to commit systemic voter fraud in Michigan.”

Carra continued, “They used millions of dollars in George Soros and out-of-state money to deceive voters, and now that they enshrined this in the Constitutional, further solidifies their ability to engage in systemic voter fraud.”

The authority for state legislatures to regulate elections is primarily derived from the Elections Clause of the U.S. Constitution. This clause, found in Article I, Section 4, Clause 1, states:

“The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof…”

The district court tossed the Senator’s lawsuit in April, ruling the legislators lacked standing. The Sixth Circuit upheld that ruling in December. With the Supreme Court declining to take the case, the lower court decisions stand, effectively insulating the changes from further federal challenge.

Generally, the court had previously said that the legislators “did not suffer a concrete and particularized injury.”

More specifically, the Sixth Circuit had said last December that the lack of standing was from a combination of reasons, including:

They did not represent the entire legislature or a controlling bloc within it.
Legislators generally lack standing to assert institutional injuries of the legislature.
Legislators had not shown that their votes were nullified by the amendments.

Essentially the court said that only entire legislatures can sue, and that only individual legislators can sue when they can show that they were individually and particularly harmed.

Critics point out that, practically speaking, this ensures that majorities can use as much voter fraud as they want as long as they use enough of it to maintain a majority, and also protect it in law.

The statewide proposals were backed by a coalition of left-leaning groups including the ACLU, NAACP, and the Michigan League for Public Policy.

Proposal 3 of 2018 amended the Michigan Constitution to enshrine straight-ticket voting, same-day voter registration, and no-reason absentee ballots.

Proposal 2 of 2022 further expanded voting access with nine days of early in-person voting, more ballot drop boxes, and taxpayer-funded absentee ballot tracking and postage. Critics of Prop 2 note that drop boxes are unsecure, and that serial fraud has been observed in absentee ballots in Michigan, among other loopholes that the amendment codified into law.

Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, a Democrat who has consistently defended the initiatives, celebrated the court’s refusal to intervene. “This is a victory for the people of Michigan,” Benson said. “I hope this marks the end of an era filled with frivolous lawsuits and attacks on our elections.”

Critics argue that the initiatives were sold to voters under the guise of “access” but effectively eroded election security and legislative control. “These ballot proposals didn’t just expand voting. They cemented partisan control over Michigan’s election system,” said one GOP staffer familiar with the case. “This was a legal power grab wrapped in the language of ‘voting rights.’”

Attorney Erick Kaardal represented the Republican legislators.

Despite winning at the ballot box, the progressive campaign received millions in out-of-state funding and significant legal support from national organizations. Critics say the campaign strategy was to bypass lawmakers altogether and embed their changes directly into the state constitution, making future legislative correction almost impossible.

As reported earlier, a federal judge on Wednesday ruled that the Trump Administration violated his court order when it deported seven illegal aliens to South Sudan.

US District Judge Brian Murphy, a Biden appointee, said the Trump Administration violated his court order to provide the aliens with “meaningful” due process since they were being sent to “third-party” countries.

Some of the aliens are from Laos, Vietnam, and Cuba, so sending them to South Sudan puts them in danger, attorneys argued.

Judge Murphy suggested Trump Admin officials may have committed contempt, but he stopped short of taking action.

Later Wednesday, Judge Murphy ordered the Trump Administration to give “reasonable fear” interviews to the criminal aliens deported to South Sudan.

Judge Murphy also ordered the US government to provide interpreters and counsel to the aliens during the interview.

“Each of the six individuals must be given a reasonable fear interview in private, with the opportunity for the individual to have counsel of their choosing present during the interview, either in-person or remotely, at the individual’s choosing. Each individual must be afforded access to counsel that is commensurate with the access that they would have received had these procedures occurred within the United States prior to their deportation, including remote access where in-person access would otherwise be available. Each individual must also be afforded the name and telephone number of class counsel, as well as access to a phone, interpreter, and technology for the confidential transfer of documents that is commensurate with the access they would receive were they in DHS custody within United States borders,” the judge wrote in his 2-page order.

Judge Murphy also said the US must maintain custody of the dangerous aliens during the process.

“During that 15-day period, the individual must remain within the custody or control of DHS, and must be afforded access to counsel that is commensurate with the access they would be afforded if they were seeking to move to reopen from within the United States’ borders,” the judge wrote.

The judge said the Trump Administration must provide the court with status reports on all six deported aliens every seven days.

“Defendants must provide status reports every seven days as to all six individuals. Should any individual move to reopen, the parties must also immediately provide a status report, and continue providing status reports every seven days thereafter, on the status of the motion to reopen,” the judge wrote.

This has boosted support for political parties demanding stricter immigration controls, such as Alternative for Germany (AfD), which has been rising in the polls.

Government response
The coalition government (SPD, Greens, and FDP) has recently toughened some migration policies, such as speeding up deportations and reinforcing border controls.

It has also promoted agreements with countries of origin to facilitate the return of rejected illegal immigrants.

GOP House Freedom Caucus holdouts and Speaker Mike Johnson on the One Big Beautiful Bill met with President Trump at the White House on Wednesday afternoon as the House of Representatives is set to potentially vote on the Act tonight, a White House official confirmed to The Gateway Pundit.

President Trump has said he needs the budget reconciliation bill to pass in order to cut taxes for the working class, fund his secure border and mass deportation agenda, and follow through on  creating the “Golden Age of America.” On Tuesday, President Trump delivered remarks to House Republicans on Capitol Hill, where he reportedly asked lawmakers to stop haggling over the bill and move it forward to his desk

It “represents a once-in-a-generation opportunity to deliver on the Make America Great Again agenda, responsible for President Trump’s landslide victory on November 5,” White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a recent press conference.

However, some Republicans who met with the President today, including Rep. Andy Harris (MD) and Chip Roy, may oppose the bill, leading to its failure. Speaker Mike Johnson has said he hopes to pass the bill by Memorial Day on Monday.

As House Republicans drag their feet and quarrel over the bill, the Senate has begun work on passing standalone bills in the President’s agenda, including the No Tax on Tips Act, which passed on Tuesday, The Gateway Pundit reported.

The White House said in a statement earlier on Wednesday, “The House of Representatives should immediately pass this bill to show the American people that they are serious about ‘promises made, promises kept.'” The statement continued, “President Trump is committed to keeping his promises, and failure to pass this bill would be the ultimate betrayal.”

Recall that government-sponsored Fannie and Freddie were placed under conservatorship in 2008. The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) took control over the two mortgage giants during the 2008 liquidity crisis.

President Trump said Fannie and Freddie are doing well and throwing off a lot of cash.

“I am giving very serious consideration to bringing Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac public. I will be speaking with Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick, and the Director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency, William Pulte, among others, and will be making a decision in the near future. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are doing very well, throwing off a lot of CASH, and the time would seem to be right. Stay tuned!” President Trump said on Wednesday evening.

Earlier this year Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said that any release of Fannie and Freddie from their conservatorship would depend on what that would mean for mortgage rates.

The national average 30-year fixed rate mortgage is about 7.1%.

Democrat Rep. Ami Bera (CA) on Tuesday admitted that “maybe we should have asked questions” and that he thinks maybe Joe Biden wasn’t the one running the country during his presidency.

This comes as more and more questions arise surrounding who was really running the country, especially with the Biden autopen scandal, which revealed that many official actions during the sham Biden presidency were fraudulently signed with an automated signature.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) has alleged that staffers in Joe Biden’s administration engaged in a “cash for clemency” scheme, using an autopen to issue pardons in exchange for financial payoffs.

Outgoing Acting US Attorney for DC and now incoming Pardon Attorney, Ed Martin, announced earlier this month that the Justice Department is reviewing Joe Biden’s last-minute pardons amid the growing autopen scandal.

President Trump recently said in a fiery Truth Social post that the autopen conspirators “stole the Presidency of the United States, and put us in Great Danger.” He continued, “This is TREASON at the Highest Level! They did it to destroy our Country.”

Leland Vittert, host of NewsNation’s “On Balance,” pointed out that Bera previously failed to acknowledge Biden’s cognitive decline following the first presidential debate in June.

Bera previously admitted that it “was not a good debate performance.” Still, he defended Biden in the post-debate interview, stating, “The President’s had a remarkable three and a half year run. I think he’s accomplished a lot. We’ve accomplished a lot that’s good for the country.”

Vittert pressed him on how the Democrats need to atone for their dishonesty during Biden’s term, and Bera admitted that “in hindsight,” Biden was “in decline.”

The whole country could see it even before the 2020 election, but Democrats are feigning ignorance and acting like they just noticed. “We all saw it,” said Vittert, pointing out the countless times Biden wandered on stage, fell, got confused, and made absurd gaffes while speaking.

This is when Bera finally said the truth, noting that “maybe it wasn’t the president that was doing this” in reference to the policies Democrats passed.

Vittert: In retrospect, don’t you have to say to the American people, we screwed up by not acknowledging what everyone saw? We screwed up not putting the country first and putting party first?

Bera: I’d separate party, I look at the policy that we were able to pass, what we were able to do in the foreign policy space, re-establishing alliances. We were doing a lot. Now, was that Joe Biden or was that the people around him?

Vittert: Politburo?

Bera: I don’t think that was a Politburo, but I think he had really strong folks around him. Now, yes, we can go back in hindsight and say maybe it wasn’t the president that was doing this and maybe we should’ve asked questions. Dean Phillips did that, and kudos to Dean Phillips, he saw something that we didn’t. And I think Dean deserves credit for it.
