Ed Martin moves crooked Biden prosecutors to misdemeanor court.

Associate Deputy Attorney General Ed Martin said former FBI Director James Comey is going to prison after he posted an assassination threat against President Trump.

“He knew… He’s got a problem. Perjury traps are next. Going to jail on one or the other,” Ed Martin said on the Benny Johnson show on Friday.

James Comey posted a cryptic message to his Instagram account on Thursday, spelled out in seashells: “86 47.”

“Cool shell formation on my beach walk,” Comey said in his caption.

After major backlash, Comey deleted the threat and followed up with a statement trying to explain away his assassination post.

Comey’s follow up statement is an obvious lie.

“I posted earlier a picture of some shells I saw today on a beach walk, which I assumed were a political message. I didn’t realize some folks associate those numbers with violence. It never occurred to me but I oppose violence of any kind so I took the post down,” Comey said on Instagram.

Comey implied he did not assemble the shell formation. He is claiming that he just happened to stumble across the assassination message while he was on his beach walk.

Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) announced Thursday that he will introduce legislation to codify President Donald J. Trump’s America First Executive Orders into law, delivering what grassroots conservatives have long demanded: permanent protections against future leftist rollbacks.

“Today, I am announcing that I will be introducing legislation to codify [Donald Trump] Executive Orders,” Burchett announced on X.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that 17 House Republicans—led by Rep. Andy Ogles (R-TN)—have issued a fiery letter demanding that Speaker Mike Johnson stop playing politics and start delivering results by codifying President Trump’s executive orders into law.

The letter obtained by Breitbart is a scathing indictment of Speaker Johnson’s lack of urgency.

It warns that President Trump’s transformative agenda, launched the moment he returned to office on January 20, is in danger of being wiped away by a future Democrat president unless Congress acts decisively.

“But let’s be clear: unless Congress acts, many of these victories are at risk. A future Democrat president could erase them with the stroke of a pen. We cannot let that happen. If we want this new era of American greatness to last, we must codify the President’s actions into law,” the letter warns bluntly.

According to political commentator Amuse, the current GOP-controlled Congress sent fewer bills to President Trump to sign into law than any Congress in 70 years.

Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov and Russian top negotiator Vladimir Medinsky.

The once-impossible peace negotiations between Russia and Ukraine, aimed at ending the bloodiest European conflict since WW2, have taken place today.

The historic good news end right there – the talks ended in just 90 minutes, leading the Ukrainian side and their allies in the MSM to call to the fours winds that it was a flop.

The Russian delegation was upbeat after the talks, while the US response was pragmatic in the sense that they knew real progress will come after Donald J. Trump meets Russian President Vladimir Putin.

This was the first direct peace negotiation between Russia and Ukraine in more than three years, a complex architecture of events with two trilateral meetings: the first with representatives from Turkey, the US, and Ukraine, followed by the ‘main event’: Turkey, Russia and Ukraine.

The delegations met at the Dolmabahçe Presidential Office in Istanbul. The Russian delegation was led by top Putin’s aide, Vladimir Medinsky, while the Ukrainians were headed by Defense Minister Rustem Umerov.

Once again, Reuters tells the story by stacking ‘off-the-records’ Kiev regime sources – it’s long been known that Moscow will demand the totality of the four Oblasts that voted in referendums to become part of Russia.

Both sides are under relentless pressure from the Trump administration to end the war.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio had warned that a major breakthrough was unlikely.

“’I hope I’m 100% wrong. I hope tomorrow the news says they’ve agreed to a ceasefire; they’ve agreed to enter serious negotiations. But I’m just giving you my assessment, honestly’, he said.”

A Ukrainian diplomatic source said the proposals were ‘detached from reality’.

The Kremlin formally annexed Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine in September 2022, and only partially occupies them currently.”

Leaving the Ukrainian complaints aside, in terms of substance, we learn that Russian and Ukrainian representatives discussed a ceasefire and a prisoner exchange during the talks.

Russian delegation, on the other hand,  was satisfied with result of negotiations with Ukraine — head of delegation Vladimir Medinsky.

On Friday, President Donald Trump wrapped up a triumphant trip to the Middle East. This trip was Trump’s first overseas visit to the Middle East during his second term, setting a precedent for prioritizing Gulf nations (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE) early in his administration.

He received a lavish Saudi welcome, where he was greeted personally by the Saudi Crown Prince, with a royal-purple-carpet ceremony, a 21-gun salute, and F-15 jet escorts for Air Force One.

President Trump also became the first U.S. president to meet with Syria’s interim President Ahmed al-Sharaa, a former jihadist leader, during a summit in Riyadh, marking a historic engagement with Syria’s new government.

During the meeting, Preisent Trump also announced the lifting of U.S. sanctions on Syria’s new government.

President Trump oversay the first major U.S.-UAE partnership to establish a 5GW AI campus, a groundbreaking deal for AI infrastructure in the Gulf, valued at part of a $200 billion investment.

While not finalized, Trump’s direct encouragement of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to join the Abraham Accords marked his first public diplomatic push for Saudi-Israeli normalization since returning to office.

The trip also ushered in major ecomomic aggreements. Trump secured deals exceeding $3 trillion across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE, including a $600 billion Saudi investment in U.S. industries like AI, defense, and energy, and a $200 billion Qatar deal for 160 Boeing jets.

Bullets could not stop Prime Minister of Slovakia, Robert Fico.

There’s a saying that tells us that ‘the criminal always returns to the scene of the crime’. What is perhaps not as frequent is for the victim to do so.

Yesterday (15), Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico held a government meeting – under tight security – at the very site where he was shot a year ago.

Fico accused the Liberal-Globalist opposition of making the political atmosphere even more poisonous today.

Reuters reported:

“Snipers were deployed on roofs and barriers erected around the culture centre in Handlova where Fico – the pro-Russian leader of a leftist-nationalist governing coalition – was hit by four bullets on May 15 last year.”

Moment one year ago when the deranged pro-Ukraine militant shot 5 times at Fico.

A crowd of people came to the square on the anniversary of the sinister attempt passed through metal detectors as police lined the streets.

“’The country is in a terrible shape when it comes to the hatred that we hear from the opposition all day long’, Fico told reporters at a briefing after he held his cabinet meeting at the site.

‘We are a millimeter from another tragedy, and if it happens, (the victim) will be a representative of the ruling coalition’, he said.”

Fico underwent surgeries for the life-threatening wounds to his abdomen caused by the shooting.

“Juraj C., the then 71-year-old man who was arrested after the shooting, has said he aimed to hurt, not kill Fico, and that he disagreed with Fico’s policies. His trial on terrorism charges is due to start on July 8.”

Fico returned to power after a 2023 election victory. He ended military aid to Ukraine, and has been in constant dispute with Kiev over the end of Russian gas transit this year.

The Trump agenda suffered a major setback today after a handful of Republicans voted a key bill delivering it down in committee. Now, the largest tax increase in American history looms unless the GOP does an about-face.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, the House Republicans on the Ways and Means Committee—led by Chairman Jason Smith (R-MO)—previously released the text of a monumental new tax reform package titled “The One, Big, Beautiful Bill.”

The bill, strongly backed by President Donald Trump, is aimed at delivering historic cuts to American families, workers, and small businesses.

The 389-page bill includes a long list of pro-growth, America-First provisions that echo many of the successful features of the 2017 Trump Tax Cuts—this time with added firepower. This includes no taxes on tips and overtime.

But five GOPers in the House Budget Committee shot it down primarily over cost concerns.

The final vote was 16-21 against. Here were the Republicans who voted against the President’s agenda:

Rep. Chip Roy of Texas

Rep. Josh Brecheen of Oklahoma

Rep. Ralph Norman of South Carolina

In an October speech praising Tiffany’s father-in-law, the Lebanese-born businessman and current senior White House adviser Massad Boulos, Trump revealed that the couple were expecting their first child.

“He happens to be the father of Tiffany’s husband, Michael, who’s a very exceptional young guy,” Trump at the time.

“And she’s an exceptional young woman. And she’s going to have a baby. So that’s nice.”

Their engagement was made public on January 19, 2021 — just a day before Donald Trump completed his first term as president.

FBI Director Kash Patel announced today that he will keep his big promise to shut down the agency’s current DC headquarters.

During a Friday morning interview on Fox Business with Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino, Patel told host Maria Bartiromo that he has been making significant changes to the FBI’s business practices, beginning with a commonsense change that The Gateway Pundit previously wrote about.

“The FBI is 38,000 when we’re fully manned, which we’re not,” Patel explained. “In the national capital region…There were 11,000 FBI employees; that is a third of the workforce. So we’re taking 1,500 of those folks and moving them out.”

“Every state is getting a plus-up,” he added. “When we do things like that, we inspire people to become intel agents and say, ‘We want to work at the FBI.’”

“In the next three, six, nine months, we’re going to do that hard.”

Then he dropped a massive bombshell, which even Bongino was surprised by: The FBI will no longer use the Hoover building.

“This FBI is leaving the Hoover building because this building is unsafe for our workforce,” he announced.

This caused Bongino to laugh and quip, “You just gave up a big nugget, there.”

Patel then explained that he is also shutting down the current headquarters to send a message to future recruits.

“We want the American men and women to know that if you’re going to work at the premier law enforcement agency in the country, we’re going to give you a building that is commensurate with that.”

As TGP readers know, Patel previously promised to shut down the Hoover building and turn it into a museum to the Deep State.

This would not be a more fitting tribute, considering the extensive civil rights violations that have occurred since the agency’s start.

Much is still unknown about the case against the freshman congresswoman, but interim U.S. Attorney Alina Habba could announce charges as early as today. McIver may turn herself in this afternoon, the New Jersey Globe learned; she’ll be represented by Paul Fishman, the U.S. Attorney for New Jersey during the Obama administration.
