A band has at least temporarily lost one of its members after ICE laid down the law yesterday, but not before the members attempted to pitch a sob story, and a compliant media helped assist their cause.

As multiple outlets have reported, Lord Buffalo, an Austin, Texas based rock band released a statement on Facebook announcing that their drummer, Yamal Said, was “forcefully removed” from their flight to Europe on Monday by Customs and Border Patrol officials. The plane was departing from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.

Due to this, they said their tour has been cancelled.

“We are heartbroken to announce we have to cancel our upcoming European tour,” the band wrote. “Our drummer, Yamal Said, who is a Mexican citizen and lawful permanent resident of the United States (green card holder) was forcibly removed from our flight to Europe by Customs and Border Patrol at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport on Monday May 12.”

“He has not been released, and we have been unable to contact him,” they added. “We are currently working with an immigration lawyer to find out more information and to attempt to secure his release.”

“We are hopeful that this is a temporary setback and that it could be safe for us to reschedule this tour in the future.”

The band later posted an update stating that they had secured legal representation for Said but reiterated that they had no clue why he had been taken into custody to begin with.

The liberal media happily went along with the narrative that an overzealous ICE had cruelly detained a hard-working immigrant. For example, here is how the far-left The Austin Chronicle spun the story.

However, it turns out that the Trump Administration had a good reason for taking Said away. The DHS noted on their X page, after the story went viral, that Said was a Mexican national with a sordid record.

Said had a warrant out for his arrest after violating a restraining order twice. He has since been turned over to local law enforcement.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez on Friday backed down from her threats against Tom Homan and Kristi Noem over the potential criminal charges against three New Jersey Democrats for storming an ICE facility last week and attacking officers. 

The Democrat Congress members stormed into the facility where aliens are being housed without following protocols, and a confrontation with police ensued. Bodycam footage that was released over the weekend shows Democrat Rep. LaMonica McIver verbally abusing and physically assaulting federal agents at the Delaney Hall Detention Center in Newark, New Jersey. Democrat New Jersey Reps. Bonnie Watson Coleman and Rob Menendez were also there, fighting for the release of dangerous criminal aliens.

The Department of Homeland Security has said the incident will not be tolerated, and US Attorney for the District of New Jersey Alina Habba has since announced an investigation.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Ocasio-Cortez issued a threat to law enforcement following the incident with “hell to pay” if any of the members are charged with a crime. “You lay a finger on someone, on Representative Bonnie Watson Coleman, or any of the representatives that were there, you lay a finger on them, we’re going to have a problem,” she said.

When asked about these comments, Ocasio-Cortez boastfully claimed that she’s just an “effective advocate” and called the idea that she threatened anybody “crazy.”

She then refused to answer for why she thinks the Democrats are above the law as her irate staffers attempted to physically block this reporter.

California Governor Gavin Newsom is scaling back his ludicrous pledge to offer free healthcare to all illegal aliens in the state.

His 2025–26 budget proposal, released Wednesday, includes a freeze on new Medi-Cal enrollments for adults without legal immigration status and imposes a $100 monthly premium for those already enrolled.

The freeze would begin in 2026, affecting new applicants over the age of 19.

According to Newsom’s office, the change will not impact those currently enrolled or those receiving limited emergency or maternity coverage.

The new premium would apply starting in 2027 to all adults with what the administration calls “unsatisfactory immigration status,” a term that includes both illegal aliens and certain legal residents ineligible for federal Medicaid.

Newsom’s office says the revised policy is necessary due to a $16 billion shortfall in state revenue, driven in part by ballooning Medi-Cal costs linked to his earlier expansions.

Rather than his own failings and the mismanagement of Democratic authorities, Newsom cited Trump’s decision to impose tariffs as justification for the shortfall.

“California is under assault,” Newsom said. “The United States of America, in many respects, is under assault because we have a president that’s been reckless in terms of assaulting growth engines.”

However, Newsom insisted that he was not cancelling the program altogether.

“We’re just capping it, particularly for those without documentation,” he explained.

”Clearly we’re not in a position to continue to do as much as we wish to do and want to do.”

The state previously approved significant funding increases to expand Medi-Cal to low-income illegal aliens, but costs quickly spiralled.

Newsom’s administration had already approved a $2.8 billion appropriation and taken out a $3.4 billion loan this year to cover growing Medi-Cal expenses.

The proposed changes are projected to save $5.4 billion by the 2028–29 budget cycle, although this still covers less than half of California’s overall deficit.

Newsom’s office maintains that he “remains committed to protecting immigrant communities.”

However, the shift marks a clear departure from his earlier universal healthcare ambitions and signals a broader pivot away from far-left progressivism, as he positions himself for a widely speculated 2028 presidential bid.

Ben Cohen — the far-left co-founder of the notoriously woke Ben & Jerry’s ice cream company — was ARRESTED Wednesday during a Senate hearing for causing a major disruption with a deranged pro-Gaza protest while Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was testifying.

Cohen disrupted the proceedings with an unhinged pro-Gaza protest, accusing Congress of “killing poor kids in Gaza” and bizarrely linking Medicaid funding to the Israel-Hamas conflict, according to NBC News.

Capitol Police were forced to remove Cohen and six other protesters after their outbursts derailed the hearing.

The scene quickly descended into chaos after one protester shouted, “RFK kills people with AIDS,” before Cohen stood up and launched into a tirade blaming the U.S. for the deaths of Palestinian children.

Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-LA), who chaired the hearing, swiftly ordered the removal of the disrupters.

“Members of the audience are reminded disruptions will not be permitted while the committee conducts its business. Capitol Police are asked to remove the individuals from the hearing room,” Cassidy announced while Cohen was forcibly removed by a Capitol police.

As he was being led away in handcuffs, the radical millionaire could be heard shouting, “Congress kills poor kids in Gaza by buying bombs and pays for it by kicking kids off Medicaid in the US.”

He continued, “They need to let food into Gaza. They need to let food to starving kids. Congress is paying to bomb poor kids in Gaza and paying for it by kicking poor kids off Medicaid in the US.”

Cohen, who was later released from custody, doubled down in a post on X.

The Supreme Court is meeting today to hear arguments on the White House’s emergency request to stop nationwide injunction against his birthright citizenship executive order.

Hours after taking office, Trump signed an executive order ending birthright citizenship, which gives children born in the U.S. the immediate right to citizenship.

This order was intended to stop women from entering the U.S. illegally and giving birth to “anchor babies,” whose citizenship they then use for their own benefit.

However, it was immediately challenged by left-wing organizations and has now found its way to the Supreme Court, which is currently hearing arguments from both sides.

President Trump previously asked the Supreme Court to stay the nationwide injunctions issued by the federal judges.

Trump released a statement on Truth Social this morning, slamming the abuse of the loopholes in the law, specifically anchor babies. “The drug cartels love it!” he said, noting that “Birthright Citizenship was not meant for people taking vacations to become permanent Citizens of the United States of America, and bringing their families with them.”

He argues that the law “had nothing to do with Illegal Immigration for people wanting to SCAM our Country, from all parts of the World, which they have done for many years.”

“It had to do with Civil War results, and the babies of slaves who our politicians felt, correctly, needed protection.”

Big case today in the United States Supreme Court. Birthright Citizenship was not meant for people taking vacations to become permanent Citizens of the United States of America, and bringing their families with them, all the time laughing at the “SUCKERS” that we are! The United States of America is the only Country in the World that does this, for what reason, nobody knows — But the drug cartels love it!

Several conservative German media have published the allegedly “secret” dossier the German intel service used to justify classifying the largest German opposition party, the Alternative for Germany (AfD) as “confirmed far-right”. The 1100-page dossier contains mainly public statements by party members which criticize open borders and mass immigration.

“Cicero“, “Tichy’s Einblick” and “Junge Freiheit” obtained the 1,100 page dossier which ex-Interior Minister Nancy Faeser used to drop a bomb on the AfD on her last day in office. The German secret political police (Office for the Protection of the Constitution – Verfassungsschutz / BfV) has since retracted its classification of the AfD as “far-right” after the AfD sued in court and US Senator Tom Cotton wrote to DNI Tulsi Gabbard to ask US intel agencies to stop exchanging information with German secret services that spy on the political opposition.

The dossier released by the conservative media did not contain any new revelations, but consists entirely of public statements by AfD politcians that most US conservatives will find completely normal sentiments, such as a Facebook post by the party from September 25, 2023:

Instead of a pointless housing summit: Deportation for more housing! If hundreds of thousands or even millions enter Germany every year without the same number of apartments being built, there won’t be enough housing. So due to rising demand, rents also increase. The result: According to calculations by the housing industry association, up to one million apartments may be missing by 2025. But instead of even talking about how this problem can be reduced through consistent deportations and protected borders, the established parties organize a pointless housing summit and decide on brutal regulations at the expense of the Germans.

Pretty extreme, huh?

In another example for “racist and xenophobic statements” by the AfD, the secret police cited a nearly four-year-old Facebook post from AfD youth organization Chairman Carlo Clemens:

Anyone who takes a closer look at the coalition agreement of the Scholz government might think the mass migration of 2015 with all its consequences for Germany and Germans never existed. The coalition agreement takes no consideration for terror, foreign crime, social and cultural integration capacities and growing Islamization. Instead: even more migration, even more alleged ‘diversity’, even more naturalizations. Germany is becoming a Third World settlement.

To weaponize these fairly normal statements, the secret police twists Clemens’ post to ascribe to migrants “warlike intent” and accuses him of calling migrants “aggressive, culturally alien conquerors and invaders”:

The statements consistently deny humanitarian reasons for admitting refugees. Rather, they are said to have had penetrated Germany with warlike intent. The quotes attributable to the AfD thus collectively denigrate migrants as aggressive, culturally alien conquerors and invaders. They are accused of aggressively penetrating Germany at the expense of the indigenous population. In this way, migrants are framed as a major threat to Germany, which must be defended against. The continuous defamation and contempt of this group of people, which inmplicitly demands their discriminatory treatment, violate the constitutional guarantee of human dignity.

So the only evidence the German secret police could find to defame, spy on and potentially ban the AfD, are exaggerated misconstructions of the few edgy posts they could find.

ARE “NATIVE GERMANS” WORTH PROTECTING?

The AfD was classified as “right-extremist” because it defines German identity based on ethnicity.

That means, German identity is arbitrary.

The BfV even went so far as to impugn the AfD for “antisemitism” for criticizing non-Jews like the World Economic Forum’s Klaus Schwab with “negative antisemitic tropes that are typically applied to Jews. This not only violates the dignity of Jews, but also of non-Jews, who are effectively treated as Jews with antisemitic connotations.”

So the AfD is deemed “antisemitic” for criticizing the (now fired) head of the World Economic Forum Schwab, who is Swiss and whose father moved the family to Germany to work for the Nazi arms industry during WW II.

These are the best arguments the German secret police could muster, with all the resources of the German federal government.

The secret police dossier did not mention the AfD party program, which is entirely mainstream conservative.

Far-left Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) lost it early this morning after a GOP congressman humiliated her by calling out her grandstanding tactics during a committee hearing.

While the House Energy and Commerce Committee hearing entered the early morning hours as part of its marathon mega bill markup, AOC attempted to disassemble the GOP’s plans to reform Medicaid by asking witnesses a series of leading questions. Of course, she wanted to play to the cameras at the same time.

When she did finally act like a professional, Rep. Randy Weber (R-TX) took notice and roasted her.

“Um, in terms of some of the exemptions, pregnancy is covered, correct?” AOC asked.

“May I interrupt? I’m glad you’re addressing us instead of addressing the camera,” Weber quipped.

AOC then repeated her question about pregnancy, and the witness answered that pregnancy was covered. AOC then tried to ask a gotcha question about abortion laws.

“Given the Dobbs decision and the fact that many women and the fact that many women in many states are forced to…” she began before Weber cut her off.

“Okay, what about miscarriage?” AOC asked.

“Reclaiming my time. I just want to make the point that we’d like for you to address the Republicans and let’s have a dialogue this way & not through a camera,” Weber said.

“But, but, I’m just asking about a miscarriage,” AOC whined.

“The gentlelady is out of order!” Weber shouted.

A short time later, AOC started grandstanding again after getting some backup from Rep. Yvette Clarke.

“There are 13.7 million Americans on the other side of that screen there. Hello, hello,” Ocasio-Cortez stated, waving to the camera. “I’m talking to you because I work for you. They deserve to see what is happening here because there are plenty of districts, including Republican ones, where 25 percent of your constituents are on Medicaid, 40 percent of your constituents are on Medicaid.”

“Will the gentlelady yield?” Weber asked.

Upon hearing this, AOC finally snapped completely.

“I will not yield because it was a terribly disrespectful comment, and I will not yield to disrespectful men!” she whined.

“I will not yield to disrespectful men.”

It was just a couple weeks ago that Democrats thought they had Trump on the ropes. The tariffs were supposedly a disaster…the stock market was crashing…the media was predicting a recession…and Trump’s polls were supposedly cratering.

The man is relentless. He is unstoppable. He is a force of nature. He is a bull in a “China shop.” He isn’t God, but he’s certainly superhuman.

I wrote the book, “TRUMP RULES” back in 2020- almost five years ago. It was about the Trump rules of success that had already (way back then) made Donald J. Trump one of the most successful human beings to ever walk this planet.

I based those “Trump Rules” on my 40+ years of studying Donald J. Trump, since I was a freshman at Columbia University in 1979.

Back in late 2020 and early 2021 when my book came out, Trump was in the middle of an election catastrophe- a rigged and stolen election; the January 6th entrapment of peaceful MAGA protestors by devious Democrats; and so-called “experts” in the media calling Trump everything from a “sore loser” to “insurrectionist” and “traitor.”

Everyone in the media believed Trump’s political career was over, and many, if not most, thought he’d wind up in prison.

I was busy on “book tour” promoting my “TRUMP RULES” book. I gave my bold, shocking predictions to anyone who would listen. I said…

“I know President Donald J. Trump. He will be back bigger than ever by 2024. He will win the 2024 election and become president again. He will become the greatest ‘comeback kid’ of all-time. He will be wealthier, more popular and more powerful than ever before.”

I had a crystal ball- everything I predicted came to pass.

Now look around. Trump is soaring in the polls. The tariffs are working like a charm- Trump is winning the trade wars against China, and every other country in the world. The so-called “stock market crash” has been erased- and we’re headed back up. Inflation is the lowest since Trump’s first term. We just experienced the 2nd biggest monthly budget surplus in history. Job creation is beating all the estimates – and instead of jobs for foreigners (mostly illegals) like we experienced under Biden, virtually 100% of the new jobs are for American citizens.

Trump was elected to secure the border. Guess what? The border is secured- it’s as quiet as a church mouse.

To top it off, Trump is in the Middle East being treated like a visiting king. They’ve rolled out the red carpet; brought out the world’s biggest McDonalds truck; and they’re playing “God Bless the USA” by Lee Greenwood as the president steps off Air Force One.

Arab countries are falling all over themselves trying to please Trump- presenting our president with a $400 million flying palace; buying billions of dollars in arms from US defense contractors; and agreeing to invest over a trillion dollars into the US economy.

As a bonus, Trump (against all odds) is producing peace in the Middle East. He is on the verge of expanding the “Abraham Accords” to include as many as six Arab countries, all promising peace with Israel.

“Peace and prosperity” is no longer just a political slogan. Trump just delivered it!

While that all sounds remarkable, it’s not even the best thing Trump has accomplished this week. That honor goes to his Executive Order lowering prescription drug prices by up to 80% by mandating “favored nation status” for the USA. In other words, Big Pharma must now offer their products here in the USA at the same price as the lowest price they charge anywhere in the world. If the drug sells for $10 in Zimbabwe, it must now sell for $10 here in the USA.

President Trump didn’t just save American patients and consumers billions of dollars; and save seniors from bankruptcy; and save lives by making prescription drugs affordable. He also stole the issue Democrats have talked about…and done nothing about…for decades. Trump just went where no political leader has ever gone. Every American voter who pays for prescription drugs will soon be thanking President Trump.

Wait, there’s more.

By July 4th Trump will sign a tax bill that makes permanent the largest tax cut in history. And also delivers middle class tax priorities like “No tax on OT,” “No tax on tips,” and “No tax on Social Security.”

So, let’s get this straight. Trump has just dramatically cut our taxes…and dramatically lowered prescription drug bills…and with “drill baby drill” he’s dramatically lowering energy costs…he’s beating inflation…his tariffs are producing a budget surplus…he’s brought China to her knees with tariffs…and the trillions of dollars being invested into the US economy by foreign countries and companies looking to please Trump will create millions of new jobs, and make America prosperous again.

Oh, and one other little thing- we may have peace in the Middle East- which should guarantee Trump the Nobel Peace Prize.

Game, set, match.

Trump just clinched the midterms.

Mic drop.

In a move that many feel epitomizes everything wrong with the EU’s globalist class, former European Council President Charles Michel has quietly taken up a prestigious post at a CCP-linked Chinese business school, just months after stepping down from one of the EU’s top leadership roles.

The appointment, which few in European media have reported on thus far, has sparked outrage among critics who view it as the latest example of Brussels selling out European sovereignty to hostile foreign powers.

Michel was named “Distinguished Professor” at the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), an elite institution co-funded by the Chinese government and, incredibly, the EU itself.

CEIBS, which operates campuses in Shanghai, Beijing, and Zurich, has openly praised Michel for his “balanced” diplomacy and his efforts to “strengthen dialogue with China.” In reality, this is little more than ideological laundering for a man who repeatedly bent the knee to Beijing while in office.

The Chinese school lavished praise on Michel’s record, calling him “esteemed” and touting his supposed achievements in economic reform and international cooperation. This isn’t about education or diplomacy, however. It’s about influence, access, and Beijing rewarding those in Brussels who have quietly done its bidding.

The scandal deepens when considering how Michel landed the role. Unlike former EU Commissioners, the former Council President faced no official “cooling-off” period. Instead, he only needed to notify his replacement—António Costa—who rubber-stamped the job without consulting the rest of the Council. No debate. No scrutiny. No problem, apparently.

Michel is hardly the first Eurocrat to sell his services to Chinese institutions after a cushy career in Brussels. CEIBS has already hired a rogue’s gallery of former EU elites, including José Manuel Barroso, Herman Van Rompuy, and Pascal Lamy. These are the same globalist architects who hollowed out Europe’s industries, flooded it with cheap imports, and outsourced decision-making to foreign bureaucrats.

Hungarian MEP Miriam Lexmann didn’t pull any punches when discussing Michel’s new role, blasting him for his longstanding deference to the Chinese Communist Party. “As European Commission President, Charles Michel was always only too happy to accommodate the CCP—so hardly a surprise that his first gig is with CEIBS. I’m curious when offers will also start rolling in from Baku.

She later warned that EU leaders must stop deluding themselves: “The Chinese are not sharing, they are devouring.”

During a visit to Shanghai this May, Michel didn’t hold back on singing Beijing’s tune. He declared that a trade war “is not the right option,” and praised “deeper cooperation” on issues like climate change and internet governance.

He also promoted reforms to the World Trade Organization and floated the idea of the European Investment Bank funneling money into “strategic sectors” like digital infrastructure—a move that would conveniently align with China’s own industrial strategy.

Michel even framed universities like CEIBS as “bridges between continents,” insisting that “sincere and effective international cooperation” can solve the world’s biggest challenges. But behind the lofty language is a hard truth: Michel is now a tool of Beijing’s soft power machine.
