Chinese Nationals Dominate Foreign Purchase of US Homes-83% Jump from Prior Year

As Americans, especially younger generations, struggle to achieve a slice of the American dream by purchasing a home, Chinese buyers continue to snap up properties at an alarming rate.

According to the National Association of Realtors, from April 2024 to March 2025, Chinese nationals spent $13.7 billion on existing homes in the U.S. This represents an 83% jump from the prior year and makes them the top foreign investors in U.S. residential real estate in spending and transaction volume.

Stuart Varney addressed the increasing concern stating, “Chinese buyers are dominating foreign purchases of US homes. Grady Trimble is joining us from Capitol Hill. How much are they buying? And is Congress going to do anything about it?”

Trimble responded, “Billions of dollars worth, Stuart.”

“To answer your second question, some lawmakers say Congress does need to do something to stop Chinese nationals from buying up US real estate and to help US citizens to live out the American dream.”

“Here are the numbers from the National Association of Realtors. They say, Chinese homes from April of last year through March of this year. That’s a fraction of the total purchases, but an 82. 6% increase from the prior year.”

Last week, Senator Rick Scott (R-FL) expressed concern about the surge in Chinese purchases of both homes and farmland.

Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) introduced the Protecting Our Farms and Homes from China Act in the Senate, Rep. Mary Miller (R-IL) introduced a companion bill in the House.

Per Epoch Times:

If the bill becomes law, Chinese companies and CCP affiliates that own or are renting U.S. farmland will have to divest within a year.

They are also banned from owning U.S. homes, although the ban includes a sunset clause, meaning the president will decide whether to extend the ban after two years.

Miller shared on X, “Prized American land is not for sale to our enemies. The Chinese Communist Party is the greatest threat to our national security, and their aggressive push to buy up our farmland and homes is a direct attack on our sovereignty. It’s long past time we take back control and put America’s food supply and communities back in American hands — where they belong.”

HORROR: Royal Caribbean Crew Member Jumps to His Death After Allegedly Stabbing Female Co-Worker

A shocking scene unfolded on one of the world’s most famous cruise ships earlier this week, resulting in the death of one crew member after a violent attack.

Royal Bahamas Police Force revealed to NBC News that a 35-year-old male crew member from South Africa stabbed a female co-worker, who was also from South Africa, multiple times.

The incident occurred on board the Royal Caribbean’s Icon of the Seas cruise ship shortly before 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. The ship was in the waters off the coast of San Salvador Island in the Bahamas at the time.

After knifing the woman, police revealed the man fled the scene and jumped overboard. He was discovered dead by medical staff onboard the ship.

Viral footage from the incident has emerged, showing the male crew member being recovered from the water.

The female victim suffered stab wounds to her upper body but is currently in stable condition.

A Royal Caribbean spokesperson released the following statement:

Our onboard security team responded to an incident involving two crew members in a personal dispute.

One of the crew members was injured, was attended to by the onboard medical team, and she is now in stable condition. Unfortunately, the other crew member is deceased after he went overboard and was recovered in a search and rescue operation.”

Royal Caribbean declined to identify the two individuals involved in the incident.

Police said that an autopsy is pending to determine the official cause of the man’s death while the assault remains under investigation.

Trump Warns Europe on Immigration: ‘Horrible Invasion’ is ‘Killing’ the Continent (Video)

The Gateway Pundit reported that President Trump arrived in Turnberry, Scotland, on Friday, where he was met by a massive, enthusiastic crowd waiting for his arrival.

When the plan landed, the crowd erupted into cheers, and supporters held up a banner reading “Trump the Legend.”

Speaking with reporters, Trump shared his tremendous success at effectively closing America’s southern border and issued a stark warning to Europe, particularly the UK, regarding the implications of unfettered immigration.

“On immigration, you better get your act together or you’re not going to have Europe anymore,” Trump told reporters.

“You got to get your act together and last month we had nobody entering our country. Nobody. Shut it down. And we took out a lot of bad people that got there with Biden.”

“Biden was a total stiff. And what he allowed to happen,” he continued.

“But you’re allowing it to happen to your countries, and you got to stop this horrible invasion that’s happening to Europe.”

Scott Jennings Weighs in on Disturbing Podcast That Platformed Vile, Hateful Anti-Semitic Rhetoric (Video)

On his radio show, Scott Jennings addressed a disturbing podcast recently went viral that sheds light on the depths of anti-semitism that is openly expressed without shame. On an episode of the Fresh & Fit Podcast, host Myron Gaines nodded gleefully as his guests spewed vile, hateful anti-Semitic rhetoric.

One guest didn’t just go down the leftist denial of the Holocaust;  she justified it.

She asked, “What if the Jews did something to the Germans,” and that “the Jews” don’t want to “take accountability” for the Holocaust, as another guest added, “They started it.”

One guest posited that perhaps, by killing six million Jews, Hitler was “trying to save the world.”

Another added, “We gotta kill the motherf***ers.”

In an effort to justify their hate, one suggested, “Jews are the reason why the healthcare system and everything around us in the government is collapsing because they’re sitting up here stealing away from the American people.”

All the while, Gaines smiled and nodded along to the rabid hate.

After playing a clip from the show, Jennings said, Ladies and gentlemen, this is one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever heard. A podcast hosted by a man named Myron Gaines, the Fresh & Fit After Hours podcast. It deserves all of our scorn. Laughing, justifying the actions of Adolf Hitler, saying the Jews deserved the Holocaust.”

“Congressman Richie Torres, a Democrat from New York City, I don’t agree with him on much, but on one issue, the man has had real backbone. It’s the issue of Israel and the treatment of the Jewish people.”

“He had this to say, ‘It is profoundly disturbing to see young social media influencers casually rationalize Hitler and the Nazi regime’s systematic extermination of six million Jews during the Holocaust. The only thing more terrifying than Holocaust denial is Holocaust glorification.’”

“‘The comfort with which these commentators defend the most evil man ever to roam the Earth should send chills down the spine of every decent person.’”

“I could not agree more with Congressman Torres. It is incredible to me the brainwashing that is going on in the United States of America and throughout the West of our young people as it relates to Israel, as it relates to the Jewish people, as it relates to what’s happening in Gaza, as it relates to what happened historically in World War II.”

“You hear the lunacy and the casual hatred coming out of the mouths of these young people. You think about what happened on college campuses in the United States of America, folks. We have a real problem on our hands.”

‘Obama Phone’-Linked CEO Fined $128 Million and Sentenced to Five Years Imprisonment For Defrauding U.S. Government, Money Laundering

The CEO of a company that benefited immensely from the Lifeline program, commonly referred to as ‘Obama phones’ during the Obama administration, has been sentenced to five years in prison and, along with his company, ordered to pay $128 million in fines.

Issa Asad, 51, of Southwest Ranches, FL, and his company, Q Link Wireless, were sentenced for a years-long scheme to steal over $100 million from the ‘Obama phone’ program dating back to 2012.   Asad was also sentenced over charges of money laundering.

Between 2013 and 2019, Q Link Wireless made $618,736,494 from the Lifeline program.  According to the Federal Register, “approximately 21 percent of Q Link’s payments during this period were due to its fraudulent scheme.”

From 2012 through at least 2021, “Q Link, directed by Asad, cheated the Lifeline program by making repeated false claims for reimbursement, taking and retaining Lifeline funds that it was not entitled to receiver, providing false information about its Lifeline customers, and deceiving the FCC about its compliance with program rules,” according to a press release from the DOJ’s Southern District of Florida.

Asad engaged in “multiple tricks” that were intended to mislead the FCC regarding how many users were actually using Q Link’s ‘Obama Phones’ while preventing customers who didn’t want the phones from ending their relationship with the program.  This enabled Q Link to continue billing the Lifeline program despite having unwilling customers.

One of the tricks utilized by Q Link was an automatic script that was played for customers that said:

“Hello, your Medicaid, Food Stamp and Lifeline benefits are about to get cancelled.  To avoid cancellation of these benefits, press 1 now to indicate that you wish to remain enrolled in these government programs.  Press 2 if you wish to speak to a representative about your government benefits.  To opt out of any future calls, press 3.”

One customer, who had an inoperable phone, asked, “Do you want me to throw it in the garbage?”  The response:  “Just make sure you continue to use the device at least once every 30 days.”

When Asad learned that Q Link was under investigation by the FCC, he “provided false records to the FCC to conceal the scam and to continue collecting reimbursement.”  Asad and Q Link, along with others, manufactured cellphone activity of Q Link customers who were not actually using the phones causing losses of $109,637,057 to the FCC.  According to the release, Asad also sent more than $50 million in Lifeline funds to Jordanian bank accounts controlled by his family.

Asad wasn’t finished with defrauding the federal government following the Lifeline scheme.  In 2021, Q Link made false claims that its income was “substantially decreased” by the COVID-19 pandemic and proceeded to make unlawful financial transactions of approximately $389,000 on things such as his “Land Rover payment, his personal Amex card, jewelry, and personal property taxes.”

“Issa Asad and his company, Q Link Wireless, deliberately scammed two vital government programs aimed at supporting people and companies in economic distress, wrongfully diverting hundreds of millions of dollars for their personal benefit and gain, all while impeding the government’s capacity to assist those who genuinely required the help,” stated U.S. Attorney Hayden P. O’ Byrne for the Southern District of Florida. “These outcomes underscore our resolve to make sure that those who mastermind corporate fraud schemes face personal consequences.”

“Q Link and Asad stole funds from a key FCC program meant to serve low-income households,” said Inspector General Fara Damelin of the FCC, Office of Inspector General (FCC-OIG). “This sentencing sends an important message that egregious criminal misconduct against FCC programs will not go unanswered. FCC OIG investigators and their law enforcement partners at DOJ, IRS, SIGPR, and USPIS, did an outstanding job on this investigation, and we thank FCC for its assistance. FCC OIG is dedicated to stopping waste, fraud, and abuse, and will continue to vigorously pursue investigations against wrongdoers who defraud FCC programs and victimize our most vulnerable populations.”

President Trump is not letting a busy trip to Scotland stop him from dunking on the man who tried to discredit his historic 2016 election win by ordering the publication of the Russian Collusion Hoax.

This morning, the President posted an epic meme on Truth Social to remind Obama that he wants to see him pay the price for his treasonous actions and that Vice-President JD Vance will be right alongside him while this happens.

In the meme, Obama appears to be driving a White Bronco, like O.J. Simpson during his infamous police chase over 30 years ago. Most adults remember where they were when that happened.

A smiling Trump follows right behind Obama, knowing he will soon put his tormentor in cuffs.

And take a look at the image Trump uses for Vance, who is driving alongside him. So funny.

Hopefully, Obama will not be allowed to get away with his crimes as Simpson did.

This latest troll of Obama comes after Trump set the internet on fire last weekend after he posted an AI video of Barack Obama being arrested by FBI agents and tossed in prison.

The video showed FBI agents ambushing Barack Obama during an Oval Office meeting with Trump, cuffing him, and putting him in prison.

Tina Peters’ Attorneys File Motion with the Court

Tina Peters’ attorneys filed a motion with the court on Friday.  

After their court appearance earlier in the week, the attorneys representing Tina Peters filed a motion on Friday.

On  July 22nd, a Habeas Corpus hearing was held in the Denver Federal Courthouse.   US District Court Chief Magistrate Judge Scott T. Varholak presided to determine if Judge Matthew Barrett committed reversible error by sentencing Tina Peters to prison because he, in essence, deemed her speech to be a danger to society.

Here’s exactly what Judge Barrett said during Tina’s sentencing:   

“You are no hero. You abused your position – and you’re a charlatan who used, and is still using your prior position to peddle a snake oil that’s been proven to be junk time and time again. Your lies are well-documented and these convictions are serious. I’m convinced you’d do it all over again if you could.  You’re as defiant as a defendant as this court has ever seen.”

Sadly, Tina wasn’t even allowed to participate in Tuesday’s hearing of hers electronically, from where she continues to languish at the LaVista Prison in Pueblo, Colorado. 

Tina’s Habeas claim of whether her Constitutional Right of Free Speech was severely violated is a Federal issue.  The complication arose during the proceeding.  In addition, is the question whether the case was heard and dispositioned sufficiently at the Colorado State Court level.  Since Tina is alleging that Colorado violated her Constitutional rights to begin with, this Constitutional violation should supersede any further involvement with the Colorado Court, and enable it to be immediately heard in the Federal Court.

That was the intent of the July 22nd hearing, led by Tina’s Attorney Peter Ticktin.  Here’s a glimpse of Attorney Ticktin being interviewed by CBS upon conclusion of the proceedings:

While the Judge could have simply thrown out the case with the same malice and forethought demonstrated at all phases of Tina’s persecution and prosecution thus far, he instead fairly asked that Tina’s team refile their paperwork (by July 25th) to only address this First Amendment Habeas issue.

The original submission included 4 other areas of concern that at this juncture only serve to unnecessarily distract from the glaring issue of Habeas.  If this Habeas is resolved, it will be the rising tide to lift all the other areas of concern.  However, unless a miracle occurs, Tina must continue to suffer through at least 5 more unjust weeks of prison time.  Sadly we’re soon approaching the one year mark that Tina has been incarcerated.

On Friday, Peters’ legal team filed their submission.

Biden’s DOJ and FBI were all over this case.  It’s time to move this case to the federal courts where it always belonged.

19% Approval Shocker—Democrats in Disarray

Democrats in Congress have hit rock bottom with a mere 19% approval rating from voters, leaving even their own party members in a state of disbelief.

Democrats’ Approval Plummets

Congressional Democrats are facing an unprecedented crisis. According to a July 2025 Quinnipiac University poll, only 19% of registered voters approve of their performance. This low approval rating is the worst recorded by Quinnipiac since 2009, highlighting a dramatic fall from grace. The dissatisfaction is not limited to the general public; a majority of Democratic voters themselves have expressed disapproval. This reflects deepening internal divisions within the party and a broader disillusionment with their leadership. The Democratic Party’s struggles have been mounting since the 2022 midterms when Republicans regained control of the House, and the 2024 presidential election, which saw Donald Trump return to the White House.

Public confidence in Congress and bipartisan cooperation has been on the decline for over a decade. By 2022, nearly 60% of Americans had expressed no confidence in bipartisan governance, setting the stage for the current political climate. The Republican victories in the 2024 presidential election and the subsequent return of Donald Trump have only intensified the pressure on Democratic leaders to oppose his agenda more forcefully. However, the party appears to be struggling to find a cohesive strategy, with internal strife and dissatisfaction among both voters and leaders.

Internal Struggles and Leadership Challenges

The Democratic Party is experiencing a leadership vacuum, with no clear frontrunner for the 2028 presidential race. Visible fractures between establishment and progressive factions have emerged, further complicating the party’s path forward. The favorability of the Democratic Party has dropped below 30% in other major polls, including those by CNN and NBC News. A Reuters/Ipsos survey found that 62% of Democratic voters want new leadership, underscoring the widespread discontent within the party.

Prominent figures within the Democratic Party, such as Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, face the daunting task of maintaining party unity amid growing dissent. Progressive factions, led by individuals like Zohran Mamdani, are challenging establishment incumbents and signaling a leftward shift. The recent resignation of Randi Weingarten, a key union leader, from the Democratic National Committee further highlights the dissatisfaction among key Democratic constituencies.

Republicans Seize Opportunities

As Democrats grapple with internal turmoil, Republicans are capitalizing on the disarray to strengthen their position. President Donald Trump, along with House and Senate GOP leaders, are using the divisions within the Democratic Party to their advantage, aiming to bolster their electoral prospects. The recent Quinnipiac poll shows that Republicans are outpacing Democrats in fundraising for House battlegrounds, with ten GOP incumbents raising over $1 million each, compared to just one Democrat.

Quinnipiac polling analyst Tim Malloy described the numbers as “flat out terrible” for Democrats, a sentiment echoed by many political analysts. The lack of endorsements from Schumer or Jeffries for progressive primary winners highlights the rifts between the establishment and progressive wings of the party. The Democratic congressional approval is at a historic low, putting the party’s unity and electoral prospects in jeopardy as they approach the 2026 midterms.

Long-Term Implications

The Democratic Party’s current predicament poses significant short-term and long-term implications. In the short term, Democrats face heightened risk in the 2026 midterms due to low approval and fundraising deficits. Internal divisions may lead to more primary challenges, further weakening party cohesion. In the long term, the leadership crisis could result in significant changes at the Democratic National Committee and in congressional leadership roles.

The party’s inability to present a unified legislative agenda could lead to policy paralysis, further eroding public trust in political institutions. Democratic voters, disillusioned with the party’s direction, may either stay home on election day or support third-party or insurgent candidates. Meanwhile, the Republican Party stands to benefit from the Democratic disarray, both electorally and legislatively.

Deranged open borders Democrats are seemingly so determined to put the lives of our brave ICE agents in grave danger that they are willing to throw them behind bars. And they are not alone.

MLive reported on Thursday that Michigan House Democrats have introduced legislation that would bar law enforcement officials from concealing their faces on the job. Those who violate the proposed law would be charged with a misdemeanor, which carries a $1000 fine and up to 90 days in jail.

Yes, Democrats are threatening to lock up those trying to enforce immigration laws.

The Michigan House Democrats are comparing ICE agents masking up to safeguard their identities to “secret police” tactics. Here is what the bill’s sponsor, Rep. Betsy Coffia (D-Traverse City), told MLive:

For the average person, these incidents look like violent kidnappings. With this new federal tactic of wearing masks with no identification, there is no way for the public, the people being accosted or grabbed, or even local law enforcement and local, state elected leaders to know who these folks are.

It’s not clear why these Democrats feel that state law should prevail over federal law, but they don’t care about the Constitution or the rule of law to begin with.

Thankfully, Republicans did take back the State House during the last election cycle and will likely prevent this awful scheme from becoming law.

Newsweek notes that Democrats in California, New York, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania have introduced bills that would require federal officers to display visible identification (no masks). While Republicans control the Pennsylvania State Senate and can block legislation, Democrats have free rein in the other three.

At the federal level, far-left Senators Alex Padilla (D-CA), Elissa Slotkin (D-MI), and Cory Booker (D-NJ) have introduced legislation that would accomplish the same dangerous goal.

As Breitbart reported, President Trump has spoken out about how hypocritical Democrats are on the issue of masks.

After all, Democrats don’t care when Antifa thugs wear face coverings to avoid identification and jail time.

Major Win for Girls’ Safety: Five Virginia School Districts Hit with Title IX Violations for Letting Boys in Female Restrooms

The U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights announced on Friday that five Virginia school districts are in violation of Title IX for allowing boys in female restrooms and locker rooms.

Investigations were launched into Alexandria City Public Schools, Arlington Public Schools, Fairfax County Public Schools, Loudoun County Public Schools, and Prince William County Public Schools in February.

In a press release, the department said, “OCR determined that the Divisions’ policies, which allow students to access intimate, sex-segregated facilities based on the students’ subjective ‘gender identity,’ violate Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972.”

The department continued, “The investigation was based on complaints alleging that the Divisions have similar anti-discrimination policies pertaining to ‘transgender-identifying’ students, which violate the sex-based protections of Title IX. The Divisions are also the subject of several lawsuits, informal complaints, and reports, which allege that students in the Divisions avoid using school restrooms whenever possible because of the schools’ policies, and that female students have witnessed male students inappropriately touching other students and watching female students change in a female locker room.”

“Although this type of behavior was tolerated by the previous Administration, it’s time for Northern Virginia’s experiment with radical gender ideology and unlawful discrimination to come to an end. OCR’s investigation definitively shows that these five Virginia school districts have been trampling on the rights of students in the service of an extreme political ideology,” said Acting Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights Craig Trainor. “The Trump Administration will not sacrifice the safety, dignity, and innocence of America’s young women and girls at the altar of an anti-scientific illiberalism.”

The department has now issued a resolution agreement for the districts to get into compliance, which they have ten days to accept or “risk imminent enforcement action, including referral to the U.S. Department of Justice.”

The proposed Resolution Agreement requires the school districts to take the following actions to remedy the situation:

(i) Rescind the policies and/or regulations that allow students to access intimate facilities based on their “gender identity” rather than their sex;

(ii) Issue a memorandum to each Division school explaining that any future policies related to access to intimate facilities must be consistent with Title IX by separating students strictly on the basis of sex, and that Title IX ensures women’s equal opportunity in any education program or activity including athletic programs; and

(iii) Adopt biology-based definitions of the words “male” and “female” in all practices and policies relating to Title IX.

The education department noted that Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in any education program or activity receiving federal financial assistance.
