Newly Declassified DOJ Watchdog Report on Hillary Clinton’s Private Server Scandal Reveals Barack Obama’s Email Was Hacked

Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley on Monday released the newly declassified “Clinton annex”—an appendix to the DOJ Inspector General’s 2018 report—shows that James Comey’s FBI deliberately ignored key evidence in Hillary Clinton’s email scandal, stonewalled Congress, and prioritized politics over national security.

Recall that Hillary Clinton used a private server to conduct official government business while she was the head of the Department of State.

WHAT THE FBI COVERED UP:

  • Thumb drives containing sensitive data tied to the State Department, Congress, and even President Obama himself were seized… and then ignored.
  • An FBI memo recommended further searches, but the bureau leadership squashed the probe.
  • Intelligence reports indicated coordination between then-DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz and operatives from the Soros-funded Open Society Foundations to suppress the investigation.
  • The FBI failed to pursue leads that the Obama administration intentionally derailed the Clinton probe to protect her 2016 candidacy.

“I’m making the “Clinton annex” public today so the American people have all the facts. Senator Johnson and I have requested this document’s declassification together since 2020, and President Trump, Pam Bondi, Kash Patel, and others finally got it done. Thank you for your dedication to transparency,” Grassley wrote on X.

The newly declassified DOJ watchdog report revealed Barack Obama’s email was hacked – and the FBI was aware of the hack.

Hillary Clinton transmitted classified material over her private server and even outed the name of a clandestine CIA agent.

Judicial Watch previously obtained Hillary Clinton email documents which included classified information, discussions about Benghazi and detail communications with Barack Obama.

The OIG obtained thumb drives from the FBI’s “Midyear” team investigating Hillary Clinton’s email scandal. The thumb drives were necessary to conduct a “thorough and complete investigation. and to “assess the national security risks” associated with Hillary Clinton’s private server.

The first five thumb drives handed over the OIG contained data from various US victims, including the Executive Office office of the President, the State Department, the US House of Representatives and other federal agencies.

Obama’s emails were hacked.

“Examples of US victim information that the analysts observed during this review included former President Barack Obama’s emails, possible evidence of an [redacted] intrusion into the [redacted] advance intelligence about a planned FBI arrest of a Russian citizen, network infrastructure diagrams for US government classified networks, and other potentially classified US government information,” the report said.

Barack Obama’s emails were hacked because Hillary Clinton sent him an email from her private server.

DOJ Fires Employee After Learning of Her Marriage to a Radical Leftist Who Founded a Dangerous Anti-ICE Crowdsourcing App

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has terminated an employee after learning she was married to a radical leftist who founded an anti-ICE app that puts our immigration officers in grave danger.

Carolyn Feinstein, who is married to ICEBlock developer Joshua Aaron, revealed to the far-left The Daily Beast on Monday that the DOJ fired her via email Friday morning. She was working as a forensic accountant for the department before her dismissal.

The termination notice cites Feinstein’s lack of candor during an internal inquiry as contributing to her firing.

Feinstein, though, maintains she did nothing wrong. She alleges the DOJ fired her out of pure vengeance for her husband’s actions.

“This was retribution. I was fired because of the actions, or activism, of my husband,” Feinstein whined to the Daily Beast. “It is insulting to me because I dedicated myself and my career to serving the people of the United States, and now the DOJ is claiming I was attempting to harm some of them. And that’s not true.”

Feinstein also claimed that she informed the DOJ of her marriage to Aaron.

“Since we live in the same house, I thought it was pertinent to contact my employer, the DOJ, to notify them of death threats that were coming in and just in case I needed to be out of the office so that they would be prepared,” she said.

Feinstein went on to say that the Office of the U.S. Trustee contacted her one week later, saying it was reaching out on behalf of an ethics committee.

“They asked me about my relationship to the ICEBlock App,” she explained. “And I informed them in so many words that I really didn’t have any relationship or involvement in the app, I was married to the creator.”

Conservative journalist Laura Loomer previously discovered Feinstein’s marriage to Aaron and revealed they were living together in Austin.

The Daily Beast noted that in a subsequent interview on NewsMax, Border Czar Toman Homan said Loomer had been in touch to share her findings and that he had since contacted the DOJ over the matter.

“The DOJ’s looking at it, and they need to throw some people in jail,” he added.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Aaron introduced an app last month that will not only help illegal aliens avoid being captured by ICE but also put immigration agents in danger.

CNN, of course, was more than happy to amplify Aaron’s invention.

Tricia McLaughlin, the Assistant Secretary for the Department of Homeland Security, later told Fox News’s Dana Perino that not only were apps like this obstructing justice, but that they also put our heroic ICE officers in danger.

“Our ICE enforcement officers are seeing a 500% increase in assaults against them,” McLaughlin said. “A lot of this is because politicians like AOC, like Governor Tim Walz, like Gavin Newsom, demonize our ICE enforcement officers and give them (criminals) free passes.”

“Examples like these apps are absolutely obstructing justice,” she added. “What ICE enforcement officers are doing is enforcing the rule of law. If these rioters, these activists, and these politicians don’t like these laws, they should change it.”

“Don’t go after our ICE law enforcement. It’s disgusting, it’s wrong, and it’s un-American.”

DHS Chief Kristi Noem also said she was working with the DOJ to potentially prosecute CNN for promoting the ICE tracking app. It’s not clear where the situation stands at this point.

Border Czar Tom Homan spoke at a press conference on Monday alongside Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem after visiting a Border Patrol agent at a New York City hospital after he was ambushed by an illegal alien and nearly murdered in a robbery while off-duty. 

As The Gateway Pundit reported, an off-duty Border Patrol agent was shot in the face by an illegal alien during a robbery in New York City on Saturday evening.

The illegal entered the US in 2023 on Joe Biden’s open border invitation.

The agent miraculously survived and shot back at the illegal alien. Miguel Francisco Mora Nunez is now in custody for the attack.

The second suspect involved in the shooting, Cristian Aybar Berroa, was also arrested. He was let into the country by Joe Biden and shielded from deportation by New York City’s sanctuary city policies, DHS announced on Monday.

President Trump responded to the incident on Sunday, slamming the “Illegal Alien Monster” and the Democrats, who “flooded our Nation with Criminal Invaders.”

This comes as ICE law enforcement have seen an 830% increase in assaults between January 21 and July 14, 2025, when compared to the same time period in 2024, DHS announced.

Border Czar Tom Homan blasted sanctuary cities during the press conference earlier today, notifying leaders that “sanctuary cities are now our priority.”

Homan slammed the cities for defying ICE detainer requests and, instead, releasing criminals back on the streets, saying he’s going to give them “exactly what they don’t want: More agents in the community and more agents in the worksite.”

“We’re going to flood the zone,” he said. “And when we arrest them in the community, if he’s with others that are in the country illegally, they’re coming too.”

I’ll say it again, sanctuary cities are sanctuaries for criminals, and I’m gonna work very hard with Secretary Noem to keep President Trump’s promise and his commitment several weeks ago that sanctuary cities are now our priority. We’re going to flood the zone. You don’t want to let us in the jail to arrest a bad guy in the safety and security of a jail; you want to release him into the street, which makes it unsafe for the community, makes it unsafe for the officer, and makes it unsafe for the alien. Anything can happen on a street arrest.

What we’re going to do, we’re gonna have more agents in your City to look for that bad guy, so sanctuary cities get exactly what they don’t want: More agents in the community and more agents in the worksite. If we can’t arrest that bad guy in the safety and security of county jail, we’re gonna arrest them in the community, and we’ll arrest them into jail, and when we arrest them in the community, if he’s with others that are in the country illegally, they’re coming too.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Homan said the One Big Beautiful Bill, which provided over $150 billion to ICE and deportation, would “vastly increase” the number of deportations and number of agents in the field.

In a new interview with Benny Johnson, legal expert and Article III Project founder Mike Davis obliterated the left’s last line of defense in the Russia collusion hoax — Barack Obama’s supposed immunity.

Davis said Obama has zero protection from prosecution if he participated in the cover-up after leaving office.

Mike Davis explained that presidential immunity only protects actions taken while someone is actively serving as President.

Once they’re no longer in office, they lose that protection. So, if a former president is involved in a criminal cover-up after leaving office, they can be held legally accountable—immunity no longer applies.

According to Davis, the so-called “statute of limitations” argument — the favorite excuse of Deep State operatives hoping to run out the clock — doesn’t apply either. Why? Because the criminal conspiracy never stopped.

Mike Davis made clear this isn’t just about exposing a political dirty trick. This was a multi-year coup against the duly elected President of the United States — and the perpetrators are still walking free.

Benny Johnson:
Talk us through what happens next. If you don’t mind, could you narrow it down to Comey, Clapper, Brennan, and Barack Obama? Will Barack Obama be able to claim presidential immunity on this? Can you claim presidential immunity if you’re committing a crime?

Mike Davis:
He might be able to claim presidential immunity for his actions while he was the President of the United States, and they’ll have to litigate that. It’s unclear whether he’ll ultimately get presidential immunity for this. But I’ll tell you this: it’s an ongoing criminal conspiracy. And presidential immunity covers his actions while he’s the President of the United States.

They don’t cover his actions when he’s the former President of the United States. And when he’s participating in the cover-up of this conspiracy, then he doesn’t have presidential immunity.

Benny Johnson:
Can you explain what the statute of limitations is here, Mike? Is there any warming, snake, slithering, wiggle room here? Are there any technicalities that they’re going to be able to hide under a rock? Oliver.

Mike Davis:
Yeah, remember this: back in 2016, you had President Obama, and then-Vice President Joe Biden, and Clapper, and Comey, and Brennan, and so many other goons make up the Russian collusion hoax. They worked with Hillary’s campaign, the DNC. You had Perkins Coie law firm. You made up the Steele Dossier. You made up the Russian collusion hoax. You were lying. You said that Trump and his campaign were colluding with the Russians to steal the 2016 election.

You fed this to the FISA Court as bogus evidence. So you lied to the FISA Court. You got an illegal spy warrant from this federal court. You spied on then-presidential candidate Donald Trump. You continued to spy on Donald Trump when he was the President of the United States. You used his own FBI and his own CIA and other intel agencies to hobble his presidency.

I remember when I went to the Senate Judiciary Committee at the beginning of his administration in 2017, and everyone was running around, including Senate Republicans, saying that Trump is a Russian asset because of this Russian collusion hoax. They destroyed many parts of his first term. Now, it was still wildly successful because Trump is such a strong leader.

Mike Davis:
But look what we’re seeing now compared to his first term, and look at how much he’s accomplishing now compared to his first term. That’s what they were trying to prevent in his first term. His monumental accomplishments over the last six months — they tried to hobble the first time. And you talk about the statute of limitations, Ben. Generally, the statute of limitations for federal is five years.

So you say, “Oh, this was 2016. We’re well beyond the statute of limitations.” Guess what? You’re not, because this is an ongoing criminal conspiracy. When you conspire, in order for the conspiracy to stop, you have to disavow — the conspiracy, the ends of the conspiracy have to end. It happens. They are covering up the conspiracy.

They are perjuring themselves. We saw perjury by high-ranking Obama officials during this ongoing criminal — during this ongoing criminal conspiracy. I think it was in 2022. We’re well within the statute of limitations. I would say to these Biden Democrats: justice is coming. I would be very, very scared if I were you.

I don’t think we’ll put you in Mike Davis’s gulag — the viceroy’s gulag, as we joke, as we troll. But justice is definitely coming, and I think the Bureau of Prisons will have plenty of space for these people.

Karoline Leavitt spoke to the press outside the White House on Monday and confirmed that President Trump wants the Washington Commanders to restore their former team name, the Redskins, and that he’s not afraid to block their return to RFK Stadium, the team’s former home.

President Trump on Sunday warned of “restrictions” on the Washington Commanders’ new stadium deal unless they change their name back to the Washington Redskins.

“If they don’t change the name back to the original ‘Washington Redskins,’ and get rid of the ridiculous moniker, ‘Washington Commanders,’ I won’t make a deal for them to build a Stadium in Washington,” the President wrote on Truth Social.

“The Team would be much more valuable, and the Deal would be more exciting for everyone. Cleveland should do the same with the Cleveland Indians.”

Trump Threatens to Block Washington Commanders Stadium Deal Unless They Change Name Back to Redskins

Previously, in April, President Trump called the name changes for the Cleveland Guardians, formerly the Indians, and the Washington Commanders, formerly the Redsking, “degrading” and “demeaning to Indians.”

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt told reporters that the President wasn’t kidding when he issued this threat, noting that “sports is one of the many passions of this President, and he wants to see the name of that team changed.”

When the reporter pushed Leavitt, implying that Trump is exceeding the scope of his duties, Leavitt said this President does things differently and he is doing this “on behalf of the American people,” especially sports fans, who want to take wokeness out of sports.

Hunter Biden may be a deranged Trump-hating drug addict who sold out his country, but he still makes more sense and understands what ails the Democrat Party than so many of its members.

As The Gateway Pundit reported earlier, Hunter Biden lashed out at President Trump and the administration in a profanity-laced tirade about illegals being deported during an interview with Channel 5 with Andrew Callaghan.

“I say, f**k you! How are we getting those people back from f**king El Salvador?” Hunter Biden said of the illegals sent to El Salvador’s CECOT prison.

Hunter Biden also said that if he were president, he would invade El Salvador if it didn’t send their citizens from prison and send them to the United States.

“I would pick up the phone and call the f*cking President of El Salvador and say, you either f*cking send them back or I’m going to f*cking invade. It’s a f*cking crime what they’re doing. He’s a f*cking dictator!” Hunter shouted.

But later in the interview, Hunter Biden went scorched earth and dropped savage truth bombs on several Democrat Party figures who played a role in forcing his dad to quit the 2024 presidential race last year.

He started by ripping into washed-up actor and activist George Clooney before tearing apart former Bill Clinton henchman James Carville, who last won a race in 1992 (Clinton’s first presidential run). Hunter Biden then mocked Barack Obama’s former speechwriters for exploiting their long-ago relationship with the former President to shake down the Democrat Party for millions.

He closed by taking shots at Anita Dunn and far-left Democrat CNN anchor Jake Tapper. His words toward Tapper were particularly devastating.

James Carville, who hasn’t won a race in 40 f**king years, and David Axelrod, who had one success in his political life, and that was Barack Obama. And that was because of Barack Obama, not because of David f**king Axelrod.

And David Plouffe and The Pod Save America guys were junior f**king speech writers on Barack Obama’s Senate staff who have been dining out on the relationship with him for years, making millions of dollars.

The Anita Dunns of the world have made $40-$50 million off the Democratic Party.

Their judgment over a man (Joe Biden) who has figured out how to get elected to the United States Senate over seven times, how to place more legislation than any president in history…And how to garner more votes than any president who has ever won.

“Who’s Jake Tapper’s audience? I don’t even think it’s your mom anymore if you look at the numbers.

What influence does Jake Tapper have over anything? He has the smallest audience on cable news.

Say what you want about Hunter, but you cannot disagree with anything he says about the likes of George Clooney, James Carville, David Axelrod, and Jake Tapper.

Report: According to Insiders Pete Buttigieg’s DOT Delayed Air Traffic Control Upgrades While Spending $80 Billion on DEI Grants

An exclusive report from The New York Post reveals that during former Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg’s tenure, his financial priorities were more focused on advancing a radical DEI agenda rather than addressing outdated air traffic control systems to the tune of tens of billions of dollars, according to federal spending records and airline industry insiders.

Last year, the GAO warned more than a third of FAA systems are outdated, unsustainable, and lack spare parts.

Instead of addressing these grave concerns, documents from insiders reveal Buttigieg’s DOT spent $80 billion on grants with “equity criteria.”

Per The New York Post exclusive:

What his department was really interested in was handing out hundreds of diversity, equity and inclusion grants totaling more than $80 billion over four years — at least half of the DOT’s entire budget for a typical fiscal year, records show.

“He was definitely pushing an agenda,” an air industry official said, noting the transportation secretary had “little to no interest” and took “definitely zero action” toward air traffic control modernization.

Buttigieg spent his time in President Joe Biden’s cabinet blaming the airlines for their delays and “vilifying” the industry as a whole while denying his department’s DEI agenda led to any air traffic control staffing shortages or was maintaining an ailing safety system that hasn’t been updated since the Carter administration, sources told The Post.

In May, Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy ripped Joe Biden and Pete Buttigieg after an alarming radar outage at Newark Airport.

Buttigieg did nothing to fix the antiquated air traffic control system even though he was given billions of dollars to handle the problem.

Buttigieg couldn’t even fix the potholes when he was a small town mayor of South Bend, Indiana.

Secretary Duffy blasted Buttigieg and Biden for doing nothing to fix the air traffic control equipment.

“What did they do? Nothing! Instead, they spent their time focused on changing the name of ‘cockpit’ to ‘flight deck,’” Duffy said.

President Trump’s Big Beautiful Bill, which passed earlier this month, Republicans have now approved $12.5 billion in additional spending for Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy to revamp the old Federal Aviation Administration systems.

Fox Business anchor Cheryl Casone and Republican Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart discussed their belief that former President Barack Obama plotted a coup and committed treason.

During the on-air interview, the pair discussed Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard’s recent revelation about how Obama was behind the Russiagate hoax in 2016.

Casone explained that Gabbard “revealed an explosive declassified document drop alleging that the Obama administration created and pushed the narrative that President Trump colluded with Russia to win the 2016 election.”

“Congressman, I want to get your reaction to this document dump from Tulsi Gabbard on Friday and what this means going forward. What do you think?” Casone asked.

“Well, we’ve known that there was a concerted effort coming from the administration to basically try to destroy President Trump in his first term. And so that just didn’t happen by osmosis. Somebody had to give the order, because it was coordinated,” Diaz-Balart said.

The congressman continued, “It looks like right now, which we all suspected, that this goes all the way to the top, potentially from President Obama himself. And so I’m grateful that this is finally coming out, because this was an actual coup attempt. You hear the Democrats talk about threat to democracy.”

“There is a threat and there was a threat to democracy, but it wasn’t coming from the right or from conservatives. It was coming from the left and it looks like it came all the way, whether it was President Obama or his closest associates, it looks like it went all the way to the White House. It is important that this is investigated so something like this, an attempted coup in essence, never happens again in the United States of America, the greatest democracy ever.”

Casone asked, “You know, my colleague Gregg Jarrett here at Fox wrote an op-ed at FoxNews.com: ‘How Obama and His Cronies Created the Trump-Russia Hoax,’ but he also poses the question, what happens next? And that is the question about what happens next. I mean, you could look at things like treason. You could look at things—I mean this isn’t about collusion anymore depending on where the investigation goes. Do you think that’s the right path to take right now, or is it more important to focus on the issues at hand for the nation?”

“I mean, look, you can do two things at the same time. I think it’s very important that we follow the facts and that we follow that trail to wherever it leads. We should not be politicizing,” Diaz-Balart responded.

“We have to be, I think, very thoughtful, but you cannot allow, if in fact that happened—which I suspect it did—you cannot allow, in essence, a coup, an organized, planned, aggressive coup to take place, almost take place, and no consequences for that action. But it has to be done seriously. So I tell people, let’s see where the facts go, but right now from what we are able to see just in those documents, it is really damning to President Obama and his entire administration.

And we can do that while at the same time do the other things. And yes, will the Democrats flip out if in fact the facts show that there was this conspiracy with the Democrat leadership and the Senate in particular? Will they flip out and be unable or unwilling to negotiate to do other things for the country? That remains to be seen. But look, we have to get our job done, and part of that job is investigating if there was a potential coup attempt.”

On Friday, Gabbard declassified documents revealing the Obama administration “manufactured and politicized intelligence” to push the Trump/Russia hoax.

In a long thread on X, Gabbard explained how Obama was directly involved in the “treasonous conspiracy.”

“On January 6, 2017, just days before President Trump took office, DNI Clapper unveiled the Obama-directed politicized assessment, a gross weaponization of intelligence that laid the groundwork for a years-long coup intended to subvert President Trump’s entire presidency,” Gabbard said.

Gabbard called for the prosecution of former President Barack Obama and others involved, asserting that the fabricated intelligence damaged U.S. national security and public trust. She wrote, “These documents detail a treasonous conspiracy by officials at the highest levels of the Obama White House to subvert the will of the American people and try to usurp the President from fulfilling his mandate.”

The documents show that U.S. intelligence agencies under Obama assessed that Russia played no role in influencing the election outcome through cyberattacks or other means, both before and after the vote.
