Something is happening in Japan.

By now, we all know the games that the MSM plays. Look what they say about the new Japanese electoral phenomenon, Sanseito: Reuters calls it a ‘Fringe far-right party’, and ‘Inspired by Trump’.

Tokyo Weekender calls it a ‘Conspiracy-laced movement’, while the Korean paper The Star calls them a ‘Japanese First party’.

The epithets come hard and fast: ‘Ultraconservative’, ‘Right-wing populist’, ‘Extremist’, ‘Hardline nationalist’.

But the ‘Anti-globalist’ group calls itself the ‘Party of Do It Yourself!’.

By now, we on the Right are all convinced that we need to pay close attention to this movement – and apparently, the Japanese voters feel the very same way.

Exit polls today (20) show that the ruling Liberal Democratic Party lost its majority, in great part due to the surge in the rightwing vote.

Japan’s prime minister Shigeru Ishiba is refusing to step down after ‘losing its grip on power’ in the upper house of the country’s parliament.

The Telegraph reported:

“Mr. Ishiba said: ‘We are engaged in extremely critical tariff negotiations with the United States… we must never ruin these negotiations’.

However, the 68-year-old admitted: ‘It’s a difficult situation, and we have to take it very humbly and seriously’. He added that he could not ‘speak lightly’ of ‘the results so far’.”

Ishiba minority government had already lost control of the more powerful lower house back in October.

Sanseito emerges now as one of the biggest winners, warning of a ‘silent invasion’ of immigrants, defended tax cuts and welfare spending.

“Born on YouTube during the COVID-19 pandemic, spreading conspiracy theories about vaccinations and a cabal of global elites, the party broke into mainstream politics with its ‘Japanese First’ campaign.

Public broadcaster NHK projected Sanseito would win as many as 22 seats, adding to the single representative it secured in the 248-seat chamber three years ago. It has only three seats in the more powerful lower house.

[…] Sohei Kamiya, the party’s 47-year-old leader: […] ‘The phrase Japanese First was meant to express rebuilding Japanese people’s livelihoods by resisting globalism. I am not saying that we should completely ban foreigners or that every foreigner should get out of Japan’.”

Republican Rep. Tim Burchett is warning the public not to hold their breath waiting for the Jeffrey Epstein files, because secrets get buried in Washington, DC.

Burchett discussed the situation during an interview on CNN’s State of the Union on Sunday.

“We’re at the point they’re going to start dumping files,” the congressman said. “And my biggest fear in this, Jake, you got a thousand children that were abused by this dirtbag who’s burning in hell right now, and he should be. And yet the American public’s all pointing the finger, trying to play politics with this thing. And it’s not accurate.”

Jake Tapper responded, “As of right now, there are ten Republicans, including yourself, who’ve signed Congressman Massie’s what’s called a discharge petition. It forces legislation onto the floor of the House for a vote. It requires 218 signatures.”

Republican Rep. Thomas Massie originally introduced the legislation to release files related to the deceased convicted sex offender alongside Democrat Rep. Ro Khanna. So far, 16 members of Congress have co-sponsored the bill.

Tapper noted that the legislation is likely to get support from Democrats, but that it may be an up hill battle with Republicans, despite it having massive support among the MAGA base.

“Presumably, a lot of Democrats are going to support it,” Tapper continued. “A lot of Republican leaders seem to want this issue to go away. Do you think you’re going to get 218 signatures on the discharge petition to force it for a vote? How many Republicans do you think will join you?”

Burchett replied, “I have no earthly idea, Jake. You know, this town buries secrets. You wrote a book about it, and it’s doing very well because America agrees with you. This town buries secrets.”

“You know, this town does not give up its secrets easily, and it’s just fighting and kicking,” Burchett continued. “And the reason I’m worried about these files now is the fact that the Biden administration, which, in my opinion, has a history of corruption, has tampered with these files, and we’re never going to get to the bottom of it.”

“Trump Derangement Syndrome on Full Display” – Thune Slams Democrats For Obstructing Trump’s Judicial Nominees (VIDEO)

Senate Majority Leader John Thune was on “Sunday Morning Futures” with Maria Bartiromo to discuss the “Big Beautiful Bill” and recission packages.

Thune also slammed the Democrats for obstructing Trump’s judicial nominees.

“When will the American people feel the impact of all of this?” Bartiromo asked.

“Hopefully soon. I think the American people will, and the nice thing about getting all of this done before, particularly the ‘One Big Beautiful Bill’ before the 4th of July recess Maria, is that it has a lot of time to get into effect and to impact people’s lives,” Thune said.

“This part of the President’s agenda, and it’s a big part of the President’s agenda, was designed to impact those very Americans,” Thune said.

“Probably one of the most important pieces here is that you made the tax cuts permanent,” Bartiromo said.

“It is and I think it’s one of the things that we really fought for in that Maria, was to make those tax cuts permanent. And I think if you are looking, a lot of the folks that you talk to out there, the one thing they want is economic certainty,” Thune said.

“If you want to get the budget balanced in this country, you’ve got to restrain spending, which we are also working on, but you need pro-growth policies and taxes and regulations and energy that generate more economic growth. Because growth also leads to more government revenue,” Thune continued.

Senator Thune also discussed the possibility of a government shutdown because of the Democrat party’s unwillingness to listen to the people.

“This is a party struggling for an identity. This is a party that is completely out of step with the mainstream of this country,” Thune said of Democrats effort to cause a government shutdown.

“It’s incredible what we are seeing in New York. I mean, do you see a tone and a pivot toward socialism within your colleagues on the left?” Bartiromo asked.

The Senator had commented on the major shift within the Democrat party to the extreme left, reflecting Bartiromo’s comment. He cited the New York mayoral race as an example of the difference of how the party was compared to when President Clinton was in office.

“There was not that long ago when you had so called you know, ‘Blue Dog Democrats.’ President Clinton now would look like a, I mean he would look like a far-right winger,” Thune said.

“They have moved so far to the left, and they are getting pulled further and further in that direction and that mayoral election in New York is probably the best and most recent indication,” Thune continued.

Thune said the Democrats have Trump Derangement Syndrome.

“[The Democrats] are making it extremely difficult to get any of the president’s nominees through the process here – it’s obstruct, it’s delay – it’s block. That’s been the pattern and it’s Trump Derangement Syndrome on full display here in the United States Senate,” Thune said.

Trump Goes Off on Biden After Illegal Alien Who Invaded US on Joe Biden’s Open Border Invitation Shoots Border Patrol Agent in the Face in NYC

President Trump on Sunday afternoon went off on Joe Biden after an off-duty Border Patrol agent was shot in the face by an illegal alien during a robbery in New York City on Saturday evening.

The illegal entered the US in 2023 on Joe Biden’s open border invitation.

The agent miraculously survived and shot back at the illegal alien.

According to reports, two men on a moped approached the off-duty agent and his female friend while they were sitting next to the Hudson River in Fort Washington Park.

One suspect, Miguel Francisco Mora Nunez, an illegal alien from the Dominican Republic, fired shots at the off-duty agent, striking him in the face and arm.

The agent shot back multiple times and wounded Miguel Francisco Mora Nunez.

The Border Patrol agent underwent surgery and is expected to survive. The wounded illegal was taken into custody. The other suspect is still at large.

The Department of Homeland Security released footage of the illegal alien ambushing and shooting the Border Patrol agent in NYC.

Pulitzer Prize Winner Seymour Hersh Reports That US May Move to Oust Zelensky, Even by Force – General Zaluzhny Would Be Tasked for Succession

Seymour Hersh is an influential – if highly polarizing – investigative journalist who won the Pulitzer Prize back in 1970 for reporting on the My Lai massacre of civilians during the Vietnam War.

Lately, there’s been a fair amount of criticism of his reliance on anonymous sources, and some of his later revelations, such as on the Nord Stream pipeline sabotage, for example, were met with mixed reactions.

Nevertheless, when Hersh writes, many still pay close attention.

And he has come out on Friday (18) with a rather explosive article called ‘The End for Zelensky?’, in which he reports that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s leadership is under great pressure, and that signs from Washington indicate that his time in power may be nearing an end.

Hersh goes as far as suggesting that Zelensky could face exile or even forced removal.

This would come under U.S. influence, and the decision would be up to President Donald J. Trump.

Hersh suggests that Zelensky’s fate is in Trump’s hands.

Seymour Hersh reported (behind a paywall):

“Zelensky is on a short list for exile, if President Donald Trump decides to make the call. If Zelensky refuses to leave his office, as is most likely, an involved US official told me: ‘He’s going to go by force.’”

US officials believe that an eventual refusal by Zelensky to step down could lead to his removal by force – according to Hersh.

This comes as support for the Kiev regime leader is dropping both domestically and internationally.

The article also alleges there are ongoing secret peace talks between Washington and Ukrainian power brokers to end the war with Russia via a settlement with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“There are many in Washington and in Ukraine who believe that the escalating air war with Russia must end soon, while there’s still a chance to make a settlement with its president, Vladimir Putin.”

General Zaluzhny is seen as a viable replacement.

But what about the day after? The article notes that General Valery Zaluzhny, Ukraine’s former commander-in-chief, is a most viable successor.

“In fall of 2023, Ukrainian General Valerii Zaluzhnyi, the commander in chief of the country’s armed forces, gave an interview to the Economist and declared the war with Russia had become a ‘stalemate.’ It took three months for President Volodymyr Zelensky to fire him.

The general, who is the most popular public figure in Ukraine, was named ambassador to London a month later and has served there with distinction, if quietly. Zaluzhnyi is now seen as the most credible successor to Zelensky. I have been told by knowledgeable officials in Washington that that job could be his within a few months.”

U.S. to Charge Travelers $250 ‘Visa Integrity’ Fee — Experts Say It Could Raise $30 Billion Over Next Decade

The United States will soon begin charging travelers a $250 “visa integrity fee” in order to enter the country.

The rule, which was included in the recent budget reconciliation package, will apply to all visitors who need nonimmigrant visas to enter and cannot be waived.

However, some travelers eventually may be able to get the fee reimbursed.

CNBC provides more details:

The fee will be at least $250 during the U.S. fiscal year 2025, which runs from Oct. 1, 2024, to Sept. 30, 2025. However, the secretary of Homeland Security is free to set the fee higher, according to the provision.

Thereafter, the visa integrity fee will be adjusted for inflation.

The “visa integrity fee” applies to all visitors who need nonimmigrant visas, which includes tourists, business travelers and international students.

Some visitors, including those from Australia, Japan and many nations in Europe, may not need visas to enter under the Visa Waiver Program.

The fee is paid when the visa is issued, according to the provision. Thus, visitors whose visa requests are denied will not be charged.

To be eligible for a refund, visa holders must meet the conditions outlined in the visa, including not engaging in unauthorized employment and not overstaying the visa’s expiration date by more than five days.

While illegal immigrants are largely the result of people crossing the southern border, many also enter the U.S. on tourist visas and then disappear indefinitely after securing cash in hand employment.

According to some experts, the fee may raise as much as $30 billion over the next decade, which could be used to pay down the national debt.

Fortune Magazine notes:

All told, the Congressional Budget Office estimates the new fee could cut the federal deficit by $28.9 billion over the next ten years.

During the same period, the CBO expects the Department of the State to issue about 120 million nonimmigrant visas.

In 2023 alone, more than 10.4 million nonimmigrants were issued visas, according to DOS data. CBO expects a “small number” of people will seek reimbursement, as many nonimmigrant visas are valid for several years.

CBO also expects the Department of State would need several years to implement a process for providing reimbursements. Still, the fee could generate billions, the agency estimates.

The fee has not yet been implemented and it is not clear when it will begin.

Syrian Massacre of Druze Marks Third Major Attack on Minorities in Just Seven Months

Nearly 1,000 people, most of them from Syria’s Druze minority, were slaughtered in July 2025 by regime forces loyal to Ahmad al-Sharaa, also known as Abu Mohammed al-Jolani, leader of the HTS-led government. The massacre is the latest in a series of targeted attacks against religious minorities since al-Sharaa seized power in December 2024, following the ousting of the Assad regime. A former jihadist who entered Syria to establish an ISIS cell and later pledged allegiance to al-Qaeda, al-Jolani has since rebranded himself as Ahmad al-Sharaa and claims to lead a new, reformed Syria seeking international investment.

However, his rule has been marked by widespread atrocities. Prior to the Druze massacre, 1,659 Alawites were killed in March in what observers described as a systematic campaign of sectarian violence. Christians have also faced threats and sporadic attacks, including murders, though no mass killing has yet been reported.

In March, regime forces launched an offensive in Latakia Governorate, targeting the Alawite population, a sect of Shia Islam historically dominant under former President Bashar al-Assad, who was himself Alawite. HTS, the Sunni jihadist group now in power, considers Alawites heretics and closely associates them with the former regime, making them a primary target for revenge and sectarian violence. According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), at least 1,659 Alawite civilians were killed between March 6 and March 27. In rural Latakia alone, 52 were executed in the towns of Al-Mukhtariya and Al-Shir. The attacks followed a chilling pattern: armed men asked civilians if they were Alawite before executing them or issuing threats.

Amnesty International reported that some victims were blamed for alleged crimes of the former Assad regime. Families were forced to bury loved ones in mass graves, without religious rites or public mourning. A CNN investigation found that regime-linked Sunni militants openly called for the “ethnic cleansing” of Alawites in online videos.

Just weeks later, in July, a brutal assault in Sweida province left nearly 1,000 dead, including 588 Druze, 182 of whom were executed by regime forces. The Druze are an ethnoreligious minority who follow an Abrahamic, monotheistic faith with roots in Islam but distinct beliefs; most do not consider themselves Muslim. Their rejection of Sunni Islamist doctrine has led HTS to label them apostates, making them targets of persecution and sectarian violence.

Eyewitness accounts and video footage confirmed deliberate acts of humiliation, including the forced shaving of beards and mustaches from Druze elders, considered a profound insult in Druze culture. Bedouin gunmen, Sunni allied with the regime looted and torched homes, while armed fighters boasted of their crimes on camera.

The first attacks on Christians came soon after al-Sharaa’s regime took power. On December 18, 2024, militants fired on a Greek Orthodox church in Hama, damaging religious symbols and graves. Days later, on December 23, foreign fighters from Ansar al-Tawhid torched a Christmas tree at gunpoint in the Christian town of Al-Suqaylabiyah.

In March 2025, during the mass killings of Alawites in Syria’s coastal regions, several Christians were also killed. Victims included Father Yohann Youssef Boutros, Fares Bassam Kawi, Tony Khoury, and an Armenian father and son. Sources describe these deaths as collateral victims of revenge killings carried out by HTS-affiliated forces. Additional reports suggest that at least four Christians, including a father and son, were killed by pro-Assad fighters during the same period.

On June 22, an attacker opened fire and detonated explosives inside the Greek Orthodox Mar Elias Church in Damascus during Divine Liturgy, killing at least 30 worshippers and injuring 54. Carefully timed to strike during a sacred service, the attack underscored the vulnerability of Christian communities under al-Sharaa’s rule. Syria’s Christian population, once over 1.5 million, has now dwindled to an estimated 400,000.

Minority communities, particularly Christians, have expressed fears that these massacres are part of a larger ethnic cleansing campaign. Some experts, however, believe that al-Sharaa may not be directly orchestrating the killings, but that they are being carried out by rogue elements within the Syrian army. To overthrow the Assad regime, al-Sharaa assembled a coalition of hardline factions, including fighters affiliated with al-Qaeda and other terrorist groups. Whether or not he wishes to present a more moderate image to the international community, he appears unable to control his forces, raising concerns that further attacks are likely.

Senator Dave McCormick was on “Fox News Sunday” with host Shannon Bream to discuss President Trump’s America first agenda, which includes budget cuts and the recission package.

“I want to get back to something else the White House really wants to focus on, which is the success of this cuts package, this recissions package. It cuts foreign aid, it also cuts public broadcasting,” Bream said.

“What about that argument that if we create a void, China is already aggressively going into you know, Africa, Central America, South America. They want to take up the space where we pull back,” Bream said of Senator Schumer’s comments.

“What we saw through the DOGE process and the close look at foreign aid was the American people are spending taxpayer dollars on all sorts of things that they are not in favor of,” McCormick said.

“The cuts in foreign aid that came in recissions was about ten percent of the annual foreign aid budget,” McCormick said.

“What do you say about these potential concerns?” Bream asked regarding cuts to public broadcasting.

“It’s very unfortunate what’s happened at NPR and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting. It has become a left leaning media outlet,” McCormick said.

“We are in a country where you can have left leaning media, right leaning media. What’s not ok is for the taxpayers to support it,” McCormick continued.

Senator McCormick also explained that cutbacks to Public Broadcasting would not affect the safety of Americans because FEMA is the organization that handles emergency broadcasting. The Senator also said that only a small portion of Public Broadcasting’s budget is funded by the Federal Government.

“FEMA has a responsibility for emergency broadcasting. Only about ten percent of the budget for NPR and Public Broadcasting comes from the Federal Government,” McCormick said.

The Senator explained that recissions are a way to build confidence in the American people because it shows they are being heard.

“We are using recissions in a very targeted way,” McCormick said.

“We are targeting things that the American people just don’t support, so that’s what’s happening. I think we will see more of these packages. I think it’s a way to give people confidence we are actually willing to claw back spending that’s not in line with what the American people want,” McCormick continued.

The Senator also emphasized the importance of winning the AI race, especially against our main adversary China.

“We are in an existential race for energy leadership and AI leadership and the consequences of not winning that race are unthinkable. China is our main adversary,” McCormick said.
