Laura Ingraham Obtains Criminal Referral on Adam Schiff — Shocking Allegations of Mortgage Fraud and Falsified Bank Records Revealed

On Tuesday night’s episode of The Ingraham Angle, Laura revealed that she had exclusively obtained a criminal referral for none other than Democrat Senator Adam Schiff — and the allegations are explosive.

The criminal referral, reportedly submitted to the U.S. Department of Justice by Housing Director Bill Pulte, accuses Schiff of falsifying bank documents and property records over a period of 16 years in order to score more favorable mortgage terms.

The fraudulent activity allegedly spanned from 2003 to 2019, and centers on a lavish Potomac, Maryland home — while Schiff simultaneously maintained a questionable condo in Burbank, California.

“The referral, submitted to the DOJ by Housing Director Bill Pulte, alleges that Schiff has, in multiple instances, falsified bank documents and property records to acquire more favorable loan terms—impacting payments from 2003 to 2019 for a Potomac, Maryland-based property. Schiff owns a home in California and another in Maryland,” said Ingraham.

“Well, perhaps—perhaps—when the Democrats decided to have Mr. High and Mighty Adam Schiff head an impeachment witch hunt against Trump, they should have done their due diligence—not just on their absurd allegations, but on their own chairman.”

onathan, look, the mortgage fraud issue might seem technical, or like it’s just a small, minor thing—but what can you tell us?

Well, when Trump does it, they make it seem like the biggest deal ever—like they alleged in the New York case. That’s a fun irony here.

But basically, it’s lying on a mortgage application to get more favorable loan terms. When you say it’s your primary residence, you get a more favorable loan term than if it’s a rental residence or something else.

What’s really interesting about this—Adam—this was not just coming from President Trump. In 2023, CNN reported on this issue.
He’s, on one hand, saying he’s a resident of California to run for office—to run for the House, and then for the Senate—and also taking a deduction in California based on claiming residency in California.

For the IRS, also, you can’t claim residency in both California and Maryland. He’s got a lot of issues, because it seems like, however this breaks down, it looks like he’s saying one thing here, one thing there. He can’t be a resident in both places.

So it’s either: was he lying in California, or lying in Maryland to get more favorable loan terms?

But the irony is so rich here—with all of the Adam Schiff stuff: Russiagate, the first impeachment, and now this.

It’s pretty funny.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that President Trump announced on Tuesday that loathsome Senator Adam Schiff (D-CA) has been caught allegedly committing mortgage fraud by Fannie Mae’s Financial Crimes Division.

“I have always suspected Shifty Adam Schiff was a scam artist,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “And now I learn that Fannie Mae’s Financial Crimes Division have concluded that Adam Schiff has engaged in a sustained pattern of possible Mortgage Fraud.”

“Adam Schiff said that his primary residence was in MARYLAND to get a cheaper mortgage and rip off America, when he must LIVE in CALIFORNIA because he was a Congressman from CALIFORNIA,” Trump added.” I always knew Adam Schiff was a Crook. The FRAUD began with the refinance of his Maryland property on February 6, 2009, and continued through multiple transactions until the Maryland property was correctly designated as a second home on October 13, 2020.”

“Mortgage Fraud is very serious, and CROOKED Adam Schiff (now a Senator) needs to be brought to justice.”

In 2023, The Gateway Pundit reported that Schiff has claimed his primary residence as Maryland.

In April 2023, a concerned citizen from the state of California uncovered what is believed to be crimes committed by Schiff.

Schiff was elected to Congress in 2000. In 2003, he reportedly purchased a home in Maryland with his wife, stating they would occupy this home for 12 consecutive months as their “primary residence.” Despite this claim, Schiff continued to vote in California.

Schiff’s primary residence is a large 3,420-square-foot home in tony Montgomery County. He reportedly maintains a little condo in Burbank, California, as another “primary” residence likely to reduce his tax bill.

It’s questionable whether he even goes there.

Schiff refinanced his Maryland home in 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2013. In 2009, a House Ethics investigation claimed that Schiff did this, and Schiff argued it was an error, and he repaid the exempt taxes to the state of Maryland.

Israel Strikes Syrian Capital

Explosions rocked the Syrian capital of Damascus on Wednesday as Israel ramped up attacks on its northern neighbor. Israeli military strikes targeted the Syrian Defense Ministry’s headquarters and the presidential palace following a wave of sectarian clashes in the Southern Syrian city of Suwayda that involved Bedouin tribes and Druze civilians. The clashes left more than 30 dead over the weekend. 

“The warnings in Damascus have ended – now painful blows will come,” Israel’s Defense Minister Israel Katz said in a statement published after the attacks. “The IDF will continue to operate forcefully in Suwayda to destroy the forces that attacked the Druze until their complete withdrawal.” Israeli news outlets reported that the Israel Defense Forces were prepared for a multi-day operation.

The strikes come only a day after Axios journalist Barak Ravid reported that the Trump administration asked Israel officials to stop military actions in the south of Syria. A U.S. official added that Syrian diplomats informed Israel it would be moving military forces into the south “in an attempt to restore order” between the Druze and Sunni Bedouin tribes.

“The IDF continues to monitor developments and the regime’s actions against Druze civilians in southern Syria,” read a message from the Israel Defense Forces following the strikes. “In accordance with directives from the political echelon, the IDF is striking in the area and remains prepared for various scenarios.”

Israel has vowed to protect the Druze minority, who identify as non-Muslim, non-Christian monotheists and have had warm relations with the Israeli government. The Israelis have provided aid and protection to Druze communities in Syria.  

The strikes in Damascus came after the official account of the Syrian state condemned “violations against our people in Suwayda.” U.S. Ambassador to Turkey Tom Barrack called the message “strong” and noted that “actions must follow to end violence, ensure accountability, and protect all Syrians.” Secretary of State Marco Rubio also expressed hope for a ceasefire.

The Trump administration has attempted to normalize relations with Syria following the collapse of Bashar al-Assad’s regime late last year. Trump met with president al-Sharaa in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia this May and has shown a willingness to help bring Syria into a new, more peaceful Middle East.

Sweden, a nation that pioneered the legalization of pornography in 1971 as the world’s second country to do so, has maintained a firm stance against prostitution. Since 1999, Swedish law has penalized those who buy sexual services while shielding sellers, aiming to safeguard at-risk individuals from harsh penalties.

This framework now extends to online spaces. Effective July 1, purchasing tailored virtual sexual experiences, such as explicit messaging or custom videos, can result in up to one year behind bars for Swedes.

The legislation also outlaws facilitating or gaining financially from others providing on-demand sexual performances, prompting OnlyFans to cease operations in the country.

Even in a society often viewed as progressive on personal freedoms, the measure garnered widespread backing across political lines. “The goal is to treat buyers of remote sexual services the same as those engaging in physical encounters,” explained Gunnar Strommer, Sweden’s Minister of Justice from the center-right Moderate Party.

In contrast, the United States enforces tougher restrictions on traditional prostitution, making both buying and selling illegal nationwide except in select Nevada counties.

Nonetheless, OnlyFans operates legally in every state. This has enabled its parent company, Fenix International Limited, headquartered in London, to reap substantial profits from countless explicit communications and live sessions.

Bipartisan voices in Congress are increasingly highlighting the platform’s potential links to online exploitation. Some have singled out OnlyFans directly. “Exploitation of Americans is rampant on OnlyFans,” declared Rep. Ann Wagner, a Republican from Missouri. “It’s time for Congress and federal authorities to step up.”

Wagner authored the 2018 FOSTA-SESTA legislation, enacted under President Donald Trump, which empowered prosecutors to pursue websites enabling sex sales and held platforms accountable for user-posted promotions of such activities.

Adopting a Sweden-style policy could devastate OnlyFans’ finances, given that about one-fourth of its creators are U.S. women and nearly two-thirds of its income stems from American users.

Swedish lawmaker Sanna Backeskog, a key supporter of the new rules, emphasized, “We’re addressing digitized prostitution, where lines between adult entertainment and exploitation fade.”

UPDATE: Israel Lauches 160 Aerial Attacks in Syria, including Against Military Headquarters in Damascus

As reported earlier, Israel fired several missiles into Damascus, Syria on Wednesday.

Israel fired rockets at the Syrian Defense Ministry’s headquarters in Damascus, Syria, as it reportedly prepares for a multi-day campaign against the Syrian regime. 

“As of Wednesday afternoon, the IDF had undertaken 160 aerial attacks on Syrian regime forces in and around the vicinity of Sweida in southern Syria,” the Jerusalem Post reports.

Video from the scene shows at least one of Israel’s strikes on a building in Syria.

This comes after President Trump bombed Iran’s nuclear facilities and negotiated a ceasefire between Israel and Iran.

Per Fox:

Israel announced on Wednesday that its forces struck near the entrance of the Syrian Defense Ministry’s headquarters in Damascus.

“The IDF continues to monitor developments and the regime’s actions against Druze civilians in southern Syria. In accordance with directives from the political echelon, the IDF is striking in the area and remains prepared for various scenarios,” the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) wrote on X.

An Israeli military official said on Wednesday that while the Syrian regime has claimed it is acting to restore order, what is happening on the ground tells a “very different story.” The official added that the more the regime intervenes “the worse it gets.”

The southern Syrian city of Sweida has become a flashpoint in recent days as the country’s leaders clash with armed Druze groups. Syria’s Defense Ministry claimed its forces acted after militias in Sweida violated a ceasefire agreement reached on Tuesday.

Netanyahu said in a statement translated by Google,

My fellow Druze citizens of Israel, the situation in Sweida, the situation in southwestern Syria, is very serious.

The IDF is working, the Air Force is working, other forces are working. We are working to save our Druze brothers and to eliminate the regime’s gangs.

And now I have one request from you: You are citizens of Israel. Do not cross the border.

You are risking your lives; you could be murdered, you could be kidnapped, and you are harming the efforts of the IDF. Therefore, I ask you – return to your homes, let the IDF act.

Liberal States Are Undermining K-12 Education: The Trump Administration Is Fighting Back

In recent years, several liberal state governments have pursued educational policies that have disrupted traditional K-12 education outcomes. New York stands as a key example, where elected officials have advanced policies that restrict school choice and redirect education funding into ideological initiatives. These changes come at a significant cost to academic performance, educational equity, and opportunities for students in underserved communities.

New York City Democratic Mayoral nominee, Zohran Mamdani, argues that charter networks divert resources from traditional public schools and primarily benefit more affluent families. He claims that vouchers are often used by students who were already enrolled in private schools and that these programs lack sufficient accountability. Mamdani proposes an alternative: a fully funded public school system. Yet such a system already exists in New York, which spends over $36,000 per student annually, and despite this massive investment, it continues to produce poor academic outcomes.

Data from the Success Academy network, New York City’s largest and most scrutinized charter school system, provides a sharp rebuttal to Mamdani’s claims. The school network enrolls a student body that is 98% minority and overwhelmingly from low-income households. In 2023, 96% of Success Academy students passed the state math exam, while 83% passed the English Language Arts exam. These figures stand in stark contrast to the citywide proficiency rate, which lingers around 49%.

This disparity highlights a simple truth: charter schools are not undermining public education—they are outperforming it. Restricting their growth only serves to limit access to high-quality education for the students who need it most.

Rather than focus on academic achievement, Mamdani has prioritized political messaging in their budget proposals. The 2025 “People’s Budget” includes $8 million for teacher diversity initiatives and over $250,000 for racial and cultural inclusivity programs and conventions. While the goal of a diverse teaching workforce is laudable, the city already employs a staff that is approximately 42% Black—almost double the proportion of Black residents in the city.

These diversity-driven expenditures come at a time when chronic absenteeism in the New York City public school system nears 40%, and statewide K–12 outcomes remain below national averages.

School choice programs, particularly those that provide scholarships for private education or support for charter schools, have shown measurable success in states such as Florida and North Carolina. Florida’s Tax Credit Scholarship Program, established in 2001, awards scholarships to more than 120,000 students annually. These scholarships are funded entirely by private donations incentivized through state tax credits. The 2024–25 cap for these tax credits is more than $1 billion.

Notably, eligibility restrictions for the program were recently lifted, though priority is still given to students from low-income households or foster care. The program is expanding to include 100,000 personalized education plans for students who remain in public schools but require specialized resources.

Recently, the Trump Administration has signed the “One Big, Beautiful Bill Act,” which includes the most ambitious national school choice initiative to date. The bill provides a $5 billion federal tax credit program designed to support Scholarship Granting Organizations. These organizations would distribute privately funded scholarships to low- and middle-income families, allowing them to pursue charter, private, or specialized education options. Because the funding is derived from private donations, the program does not diminish public education budgets and does not impose federal mandates on school districts.

The proposal also includes reforms to 529 education savings accounts, previously capped at $10,000 annually for K–12 tuition. The new plan would allow families to use 529 funds for tutoring, online learning, test preparation, and even homeschool materials.

Vocational and technical education is another key focus of the proposal. Under the expanded 529 rules, families could fund training in high-demand fields like HVAC repair, nursing assistance, and cybersecurity. These programs cost between $1,800 and $10,000—far less than traditional four-year degrees—and lead directly to workforce participation. The bill recognizes that modern education must align with labor market realities, not outdated academic models.

In addition to advancing the Big, Beautiful Bill, the Trump administration achieved a major legal victory this week: the Supreme Court has cleared the way for the Department of Education to be dismantled. Under the Biden administration, the Department spent billions of dollars promoting controversial programs such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Critical Race Theory (CRT). These initiatives would likely continue under any future Democratic administration, posing a continued threat to academic standards and parental rights. Closing the Department of Education would allow federal funds to be redirected away from bloated bureaucracy and toward school choice programs that empower families and prioritize student success.

Liberal states are failing their students by clinging to ineffective models and prioritizing ideology over outcomes. The Trump Administration offers an alternative that is data-driven, family-centered, and financially sustainable. It provides the tools families need to pursue meaningful educational success, especially those who have long been left behind by the traditional system. If America is serious about improving education, then the answer lies not in more bureaucracy, but in more choice.

He/They Xe/She Arrested in Rural MI Upper Peninsula Community After Being Caught On Surveillance Camera Throwing Molotov Cocktail Into Local GOP Office [VIDEO]

19-year-old Zayn Arcand, who describes himself as “he/they xe/she” and “demi boy, pansexual, emo artist and (high functioning) autistic,” has been arrested in his hometown of Iron Mountain, Michigan, after he was reportedly captured on a surveillance video attempting to throw a Molotov cocktail into a building where the local Dickinson Republican Party Committee has an office. Arcand goes by “Atomic Havoc” on social media.

Arcand was charged with manufacturing and possessing an explosive and arson by the Iron Mountain Police Department. According to the press release, on Saturday, around 3:55 pm (in broad daylight), Arcand was captured on surveillance video using a Molotov cocktail in an attempt to burn down the building containing the Dickinson County Republican Committee’s office.

Earlier today, Jeff Solka, Director of Police and Fire Services, released a statement to explain:

On Saturday, July 12, 2025, at approximately 3:55 p.m., the Iron Mountain Police Department received a report of a suspicious person in the area of 617 North Stephenson Avenue, the location of the Dickinson County Republican Committee Headquarters.

The caller observed the individual attempting to light a rag sticking out of a glass bottle, then throwing the unlit bottle at
the building.

Officers reviewed footage from surveillance cameras in the area, Officers were able to see the subject on video, attempting to light a rag sticking out of a glass bottle containing liquid. The subject did not get the rag to light and threw the glass bottle at the window, causing the bottle to shatter. A second broken glass bottle was located in the parking lot. This bottle contained an unknown liquid and had a rag sticking out of the top.

Officers were able to identify the suspect in the videos and located him at his home. Upon speaking with the suspect, he admitted to making the bottles in his driveway and he threw the bottle at the building, to send a message against the corruption. The suspect was hoping what he made was flammable and would ignite.

The suspect, a 19-year-old male from Iron Mountain, was arrested and booked into the Dickinson County Jail. His identity will be released following his arraignment on the following charges:

• Explosives – Manufacture/possession of a Molotov cocktail/explosive or incendiary
device causing property damage (MCL 750.211a)
• Arson – Preparation to burn property MCL 750.79(d)(i)

Iron Mountain Police claim Arcand “Admitted to making the bottles in his driveway, and he threw the bottle at the building, to send a message against the corruption.”

Fortunately, Arcand failed at his alleged attempt to burn down the building, but it doesn’t excuse the seriousness of the crime that he committed. He clearly needs to get mental health care.

After combing through Arcand’s social media accounts, it seems highly likely that he has some mental illness. Here is a post from the perpetrator’s Instagram account:

Unfortunately, almost every school shooting and act of violence against a political figure is carried out by a loner like Arcand, who is easily influenced by outside forces to carry out acts of violence against political figures. The Whitmer “kidnapping” case is a perfect example of how easily lonely and unstable individuals can be co-opted by undercover intelligence agents to plan and even commit crimes because they so badly want to be accepted or liked. That’s another reason people like US Rep. Maxine Waters (D), and Senator Chuck Schumer (D) need to be held accountable for pushing violence against President Trump and his supporters.

The owners of the building, Barb and Ray Broullire, say they suspect the act was politically motivated and that they are relieved it wasn’t worse.

“My whole thought is accountability,” Barb Broullire said. “I want something done because there was a reason he picked this building at this office. I mean, why?”

President Trump released a statement on Wednesday morning, labeling the Epstrin files the Democrats’ “new SCAM” and condemning his own supporters for talking about the Epstein case.

“My PAST supporters have bought into this “bullshit,” hook, line, and sinker,” Trump said. “Let these weaklings continue forward and do the Democrats work, don’t even think about talking of our incredible and unprecedented success, because I don’t want their support anymore!”

“I have had more success in 6 months than perhaps any President in our Country’s history, and all these people want to talk about, with strong prodding by the Fake News and the success starved Dems, is the Jeffrey Epstein Hoax,” Trump added.

He also doubled down on his comparison of the Epstein files to the Steele Dossier, the Hunter Biden laptop, and Russiahoax, saying “these Scams and Hoaxes are all the Democrats are good at – It’s all they have – They are no good at governing, no good at policy, and no good at picking winning candidates.”

Similarly, President Trump told reporters on Tuesday, “I don’t understand why the Jeffrey Epstein case would be of interest to anybody.”

KALLAS COMPLAINS: Top EU Diplomat Gripes That US Is Not Paying for New Weapons for Ukraine, Thinks 50-Day Ultimatum for Russia ‘Is Too Long’

EU’s top diplomat Kaja Kallas wants the US to help pay for the weapons for Ukraine.

The new NATO initiative to arm Ukraine rubs Kallas wrong.

Not everyone is thrilled by the new plan devised by US president Donald J. Trump and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte to send weapons to Ukraine.

The novel initiative will see NATO countries (Europeans and Canada) to cede equipment to Ukraine, and buy back from the US to replenish their arsenals.

This plan sees Trump shifting the financial burden of the war to the warmongering EU powers that want to keep it going.

‘We have spent about $350 billion on the Russia-Ukraine war. And we would like it to end.’

Chiefly among those disagreeing with the new plans is Kaja Kallas, who holds the pompous title of ‘EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy’.

Top Brussels diplomat Kallas already had opined that the 50-day period that Trump has given Russia to arrange a peace deal ‘is too long’.

‘Fifty days is a very long time if we see that they are killing innocent civilians every day’, she said.

Now, it arises that Kallas ‘insists’ that the US do their ‘fair share’ in the effort.

Politico reported:

“’We welcome President Trump’s announcement to send more weapons to Ukraine, although we would like to see the U.S. to share the burden’, Kallas said at a press briefing after Tuesday’s Foreign Affairs Council meeting in Brussels.

‘America and Europe are working together, and if we work together, we can put pressure on [Russian President Vladimir] Putin to negotiate seriously’.”

“When asked to clarify her comments on sharing the burden with the U.S., Kallas called on the Americans to continue to support Ukraine: ‘If we pay for these weapons, it’s our support. Our call is that everybody should do the same’.”

Israel Bombs Syria – Military Strikes on Syrian Defense Ministry and Presidential Palace – PM Netanyahu Releases Statement

On Wednesday Israel bombed several targets in Damascus, the capital of Syria.

Syrian military targeted the Ministry of Defense, the Presidential Palace,

The presidential palace was also targeted by Israel.

Israel launched the massive attack on Damascus earlier today.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu released a statement on Wednesday. Netanyahu says the military strikes were meant to protect the persecuted Druze minority in Syria.

“My brothers, Druze citizens of Israel, the situation in Suwayda, the situation in southwestern Syria, is very serious.

The IDF is operating, the Air Force is operating, other forces are operating. We are working to save our Druze brothers and to eliminate the regime’s gangs.

And now I have one request of you: You are citizens of Israel. Do not cross the border.
You are putting your lives at risk; you could be killed, you could be kidnapped, and you are hindering the IDF’s efforts. Therefore, I ask you—return to your homes, let the IDF operate.”

This comes a day after Israel targeted Hezbollah targets in Lebanon.
