Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson called in remotely to Monday’s court hearing, during which his public defenders asked the judge for more time to review evidence and determine whether they would seek a preliminary hearing.
Robinson, 22, has three public defenders: Kathy Nester, Michael Burt, and Richard Novak.
Judge Tony Graf set an October 30th hearing and said Tyler Robinson will attend in person.
Robinson did not appear via video in Monday’s hearing.

A new bombshell report from Fox News revealed Robinson made contact with a police officer several hours after he fatally shot Kirk.
According to Fox News, around 6:30 pm on the day of the assassination, 22-year-old Robinson made contact with an officer posted up at a perimeter near where the murder weapon was discovered.
Reports of Robinson’s encounter with law enforcement line up with text messages sent to his transgender lover and roommate, Lance Twiggs.

“I had planned to grab my rifle from my drop point shortly after, but most of that side of town got locked down. Its quiet, almost enough to get out, but theres one vehicle lingering,” Robinson wrote in a text to Twiggs at an unspecified time on September 10.
Robinson told Twiggs that police officers were swarming the area: “There is a squad car parked right by it. I think they already swept that spot, but I don’t wanna chance it.”
“I’m wishing I had circled back and grabbed it as soon as I got to my vehicle,” Robinson wrote. “I’m worried what my old man would do if I didn’t bring back grandpas rifle.”

In a move straight out of the Trump administration playbook, the Irish government finally appears to be tackling the unsustainable flow of migrants to the tiny island nation.
According to The Irish Times, asylum seekers are to be offered an allowance of up to €10,000 for a family – if they drop their claim asylum claims, leave the State and return home.
Minister for Justice Jim O’Callaghan has signed an order increasing the existing voluntary return grant, which will be available to people in the asylum system, before September 28th, who are awaiting a decision on their status.
The move, part of a general toughening of the State’s asylum regime, is intended to incentivise people who may not have a valid claim for international protection, or asylum, to leave the State voluntarily. It would reduce the costs associated with considering asylum claims and accommodating individuals while the process – which can be lengthy and expensive – unfolds.
Figures from the Department of Justice suggest that processing an average international protection application is estimated to cost €122,000 per person. This includes costs for accommodation and food, social protection payments, healthcare and education.
Ireland is grappling with a surge in migration flooding the country and the financial and social implications that follow. Reports suggest there are at least 322 migrant plantations spread across the country.
A record number of applications for immigration have flooded the country in recent years, with an increase of nearly 300% over five years. This influx has put a strain on Ireland’s resources and led to a breakdown of law and order in some areas.

As Ireland struggles to accommodate the influx of arrivals, including a large number of refugees from Ukraine, the cost of housing and support has increased significantly. With nearly 33,000 international protection applicants currently housed across the country, and an additional 100,000 refugees arriving from Ukraine, the financial burden is taking its toll. The Irish Refugee Council recently reported that a record 3,001 asylum seekers were homeless in Ireland at the end of last year.
He added: “If people are seeking asylum, and in their heart of hearts know that they are not going to receive it, it could be economic migrants or whatever, the idea of giving people a helping hand to return or to be integrated to where they return to makes sense to me, both for the individuals concerned, but also for the broader system here in terms of the cost.”

Yesterday, Burton, MI, resident and suspected Mormon terror suspect, 40-year-old Thomas Jacob Sandford, drove his truck into a nearby Grand Blanc, MI, Mormon church. Once inside the church, he reportedly opened fire on hundreds of parishioners. To date, four Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints members have died as a result of the attack. Law enforcement is saying that more casualties may be discovered, as Sandford also lit the church on fire, and first responders are still searching for bodies in the fire.

This morning, I spoke with Kris Johns, a candidate for Burton City Council, who was shocked to see the news of the suspect behind the Mormon Church attack in the neighboring community of Grand Blanc, MI. Johns, who frequently knocks on doors as part of his campaign, quickly discovered that the man accused of the terror attack on the Mormon church was the same guy he spoke with in the suspect’s front yard, only 6 days before the attack, while he was campaigning for votes. The suspect stood out to Johns, as he distinctly remembered his discussion about Mormons, “He went off on a tangent,” the Burton City Council candidate told us.
Our conversation began with a question about a sign the Gateway Pundit discovered on the alleged Mormon terrorist’s home. I explained to Mr. Johns that while investigating the alleged Mormon terrorist, I found his home on Google Maps. While looking at his property, I noticed a Trump sign, which was tucked behind a STOP sign on the fence attached to his garage. Mr. Johns confirmed, “Yes, I do remember seeing that,” but confirmed that the suspect didn’t appear to be interested in engaging in any discussion about politics and showed no allegiance to any political ideology.

Kris Johns told us that although many on social media are attempting to make this a “Left vs. Right” issue, he spoke with him for about 20 minutes and “Not one time did he mention the current President, the former President, Charlie Kirk, or any past President.” He explained that, in addition to about five minutes of personal banter, the rest of the conversation was focused exclusively on the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Mr. Johns recalled that his initial conversation with Sandford was “very jovial” and that they had a “very nice chit chat” that he would call “very polite.” The Burton City Council candidate shared a memory about how the alleged shooter responded when he attempted to park his car in Sandford’s driveway to have a discussion with the potential voter.
Johns confirmed that he had never met Sandford before, but while backing up his vehicle to park, he accidentally bumped into his mailbox. The alleged shooter told him not to worry about it and never got upset or showed any signs of anger. According to Johns, Thomas Sandford never showed any signs of anger throughout their 20-minute conversation in front of his home.
According to Johns, the shooting suspect, Thomas Jacob Sandford, noticed Mr. Johns had his special needs daughter in the car with him, and confided that he also has a special needs son “who needed a G-tube.”

The Burton City Council member explained that when he’s “door-knocking,” he likes to keep his conversations short so he can reach as many voters as possible, but Mr. Sandford appeared to want to engage in a more lengthy conversation with him. Johns recalled that the very first question Sandford asked the city council candidate was about his thoughts on guns. “What do you think about guns?” the accused Mormon Church terrorist asked him. The Burton City Council candidate replied, “I support the 2nd Amendment.” Johns told us that Sandford “Immediately followed up his first question with, ‘What are your thoughts on Mormons?’”
Mr. Johns recalled that each subsequent question that Sandford asked became narrower in scope, and they were all specifically about the Mormon Church. The Burton City Council candidate did his best to respond to the questions, although he admitted that he is not an expert on the topic.
“I know the basic tenets,” he told Sandford. “And then we talked about certain religious practices, and the Mormon bible, and how he believed there are additional books that put some people on the same level as Jesus, and [how the shooting suspect believed] that’s not right.” (Kris Johns explained that he was only summarizing the words the suspected terrorist used to describe the Mormon faith). “Of course, I’m paraphrasing,” he said, adding, “And really, what I came away with is that [Sandford believed] Mormons are the anti-Christ.”
During their lengthy discussion, the alleged Mormon Church terrorist also shared some possible insight as to why he hated Mormons. “What he also shared was, “I was in the Marines, and I had a drug problem. And then, to start new, I moved to Utah to plow snow, and I met Miss Utah’s sister.’ And he didn’t give me any additional context,” Johns explained. “And remember, this is a gentleman — whom I just pulled off the side of the road —and he’s sharing all of this additional information, and I’m not asking any questions. And I’m just there, and I’m engaging with this person, and I’m not going to just walk away. Because when you campaign, you end up having a conversation. Johns explained that after he gave his background, “The very next question was, ‘What do you know about Mormons?’” Mr. Johns revealed that the shooter, who had several tattoos, also confided in him that “They [the Mormon church]wanted me to get my tattoos removed.”

I asked Kris Johns to tell us if the shooter ever told him how he was tied to the Mormon church, to which he responded, “He didn’t tell me how, but the questions he asked indicated that he had a more than common understanding of the Church of Latter Day Saints,” Johns said. He explained that the Mormon terror suspect brought up questions about Joseph Smith and Brigham Young, and asked if he knew how Smith died, indicating to Johns that he had more than just a basic knowledge of the Mormon Church and its history.
“He largely said that Mormons are the anti-Christ and that they’re not Christians, and that they put people above Jesus and nobody’s above Jesus,” Johns said. I asked if Sandford specifically told him that “Mormons are the anti-Christ,” and he responded, “Yes, one hundred percent!”
Mr. Johns told us that he doesn’t believe that the shooting was in any way related to politics, but instead, was 100% related to his anti-Mormon beliefs.

Johns sent the voicemail when he tried to call him on Friday, only 3 days before the attack, to share his bizarre conversation with the suspected Mormon terrorist. In his 43-second voicemail, Johns told his friend that he had just knocked on the door of a guy, “a former Marine who went to Iraq, who went on a ‘tirade’ about Mormons.

Since the Hamas attack of October 7, 2023, which killed more than 1,200 Israelis, Israel has waged an unprecedented series of military and intelligence operations across the Middle East. Coordinated by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and Mossad, these campaigns have included assassinations, sabotage, bombing campaigns, and direct strikes on state and non-state actors alike, stretching from Israel to Gaza, Lebanon, Syria, Iran, Qatar, and Yemen.
Mossad, the Central Institute for Intelligence and Special Operations, is one of Israel’s three main intelligence agencies, alongside Aman (military intelligence) and Shin Bet (domestic security). With roughly 7,000 staff and a $3 billion annual budget, it is the second-largest espionage agency in the Western world after the CIA.
Mossad specializes in foreign intelligence collection, covert operations, and technological espionage. Its reach is extended globally through sayanim, Jewish volunteers abroad who provide logistical support, allowing vast operations on a relatively lean budget. The agency has a long record of bold missions, from hunting down the perpetrators of the 1972 Munich massacre to assassinations of Palestinian leaders in Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa.
One of the most audacious examples of Mossad’s capabilities came in September 2024, when thousands of pagers and walkie-talkies detonated simultaneously across Lebanon and Syria. Branded Operation Grim Beeper, the attack killed 42 people, injured more than 4,000, including Iran’s ambassador to Lebanon, and sidelined 1,500 Hezbollah fighters. Mossad had infiltrated Hezbollah’s supply chain years earlier, beginning in 2015 when it planted booby-trapped walkie-talkies that enabled both surveillance and remote detonation.
By 2024, Mossad was secretly manufacturing devices with PETN charges, sold to Hezbollah through front companies such as B.A.C. Consulting in Hungary. The operation involved fake marketing campaigns, manipulated pricing, and a nine-year buildup of trust before the simultaneous explosions.
It was a strategic win because Hezbollah could no longer rely on electronic communications, and no organization can function without trust in its own systems. The attack spread panic, while Hezbollah suffered its worst internal breach in decades.
The technological sabotage campaign was paired with leadership decapitation strikes. In July 2024, Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh was killed in Tehran.
Two months later, on September 27, Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah was eliminated when Israel dropped 80 bunker-busting bombs on his Beirut stronghold, killing at least 33 others. Less than a week later, his successor Hashem Safieddine was also struck down in another Israeli airstrike. The rapid elimination of Hezbollah’s top two leaders left the group destabilized at a critical moment.
At the same time, Israel escalated destruction on a massive scale. Between October 2024 and January 2025, more than 10,000 structures across Lebanon were damaged or destroyed, with some municipalities losing 70 percent of their buildings.
Power plants, water systems, and telecommunications were systematically targeted, paralyzing daily life. From October 2023 to September 2024 there were 10,200 cross-border attacks, of which Israel launched 8,300. The violence displaced around 96,000 people in Israel and 500,000 in Lebanon.
In Syria, the collapse of Bashar al-Assad’s regime created a power vacuum that drew in multiple armed groups. Israel launched airstrikes aimed at preventing hostile, Iran-backed Islamist forces from establishing a foothold in the south and to support the Druze community, which was being slaughtered by Islamist militias. On July 16, 2025, Israeli strikes hit Damascus government buildings, including the defense ministry and the area near the presidential palace, killing at least three and wounding dozens. The strikes served as a warning to commanders directing troops toward Suwayda, where Druze militias were fighting for survival against regime troops and Islamist factions.
Further south, Yemen became another front in August 2025 when Israeli forces struck Houthi leadership in the capital, Sanaa. Israeli intelligence learned in real time that ten senior Houthi officials had gathered to listen to Abdul-Malik al-Houthi’s speech.
Minutes later, Israeli aircraft destroyed their safe houses, killing Houthi Prime Minister Ahmed al-Rahawi, nine ministers, and senior military leaders including defense minister Mohamed al-Atifi and chief of staff Muhammad Abd al-Karim al-Ghamari. The campaign was overseen by defense minister Israel Katz and IDF chief of staff Eyal Zamir, while Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was briefed via a secure line.
The conflict reached its most dramatic escalation in June 2025 during the Twelve-Day War with Iran. On June 13, Israel launched Operation Rising Lion, its most ambitious strike to date, with more than 200 fighter jets dropping over 330 munitions on roughly 100 targets across the country.
The opening salvo crippled Iran’s largest uranium enrichment facility at Natanz, as well as sites in Isfahan and Tabriz. Nuclear scientists, ballistic missile production facilities, and air defense systems were struck simultaneously.
Thirty Iranian generals and nine nuclear scientists were killed in minutes, including IRGC commander Hossein Salami, armed forces chief of staff Mohammed Bagheri, and air force commander Amir Ali Hajizadeh. Mossad had smuggled precision weapons into Iran and established a covert drone base near Tehran to disable air defenses and secure Israeli air superiority.
At the same time, five car bombs detonated across Tehran, striking government and nuclear sites. Artificial intelligence systems were deployed to coordinate the multi-domain assault with unprecedented precision.
In the following days Israel struck additional facilities in Tabriz, Hamadan, the Parchin base, and the underground Fordow enrichment plant. According to Iran’s Health Ministry, around 1,062 people were killed during the conflict period, with Israel responsible for the initial strategic strikes.
Even the Gulf states, long spared direct Israeli attacks, were not immune. On September 9, 2025, Israel carried out its first-ever strike in Qatar, targeting Hamas leaders in Doha’s diplomatic West Bay Lagoon while they discussed a US ceasefire proposal. The attack marked the first direct strike on a Gulf Cooperation Council member.
From Gaza to Tehran, Beirut to Doha, Israel has shown an ability to fight across every domain, land, air, sea, cyber, and covert. Its campaigns combined the destruction of infrastructure, the elimination of leaders, and the innovation of supply chain sabotage with simultaneous multi-domain strikes, real-time intelligence operations, and years-long operational security.

The Democrats will be targeting ordinary Americans to retailate against the Trump Adminstration for holding disgraced former FBI Director James Comey accountable along with people who have worked with President Trump to clean up corruption and go after bad actors.
