Why is This Father and Son, Brave Trump Supporters, in Prison?

Donald Trump poses for a photo with two men, both smiling and wearing casual attire, against a backdrop featuring the U.S. flag and a presidential seal.

Two Arizona men, father and son Randy and Chad Miller, are behind bars due to the same Southern District of New York that went after President Donald Trump.

The U.S. Attorney there swooped into Arizona and prosecuted them after the pair hosted a Trump rally at their Legacy Sports Park in Arizona and refused to allow men to compete in women’s biological sports.

They faced death threats leading up to the Trump rally in 2022, which was attended by 15,000 people.

The older Miller is 71 years old and in failing health, suffering from bursting ulcers, cirrhosis of the liver, and not even receiving his diabetes medication on time.

He has been in and out of a nearby hospital after major medical episodes this month. Every day behind bars is not just punishment, it is a direct threat to his life.

The younger Miller (41) is living with a broken ankle, physically impaired, and the father of two young children who now face growing up without their dad. These are not hardened criminals. They have no prior record. No history of violence. No pattern of wrongdoing.

By every measurable standard, they are first-time offenders. So why were they denied even the possibility of probation?

Justice is meant to be firm, but it is also meant to be fair and humane. What purpose is served by incarcerating an elderly, gravely ill man and a wounded father with no criminal history?

Who benefits from stripping two children of their father and placing an ailing senior at further medical risk? When punishment outweighs reason and compassion, it ceases to be justice and begins to look like excess.

Kari Lake posted on X that they were “railroaded by a weaponized SDNY” through “pure political persecution, not justice,” and said “We MUST right this wrong.”

The prosecution made up bogus charges of securities fraud and railroaded them into a plea deal. They claimed that the Millers deceived investors, but the truth is that one of the big leftist investment firms failed to deliver tens of millions of dollars they’d promised.

The investors who “lost” money were some of the most sophisticated, largest investment funds in the world, knew exactly what they were doing and were not misled. It’s nothing more than a typical investment risk. The Millers’ offering document categorized the project, correctly and candidly, as speculative.

Legacy Sports brought in record-breaking sports revenues, and the venue, Bell Bank Park, quickly became the second most visited tourist destination in Arizona after the Grand Canyon.

Legacy Sports met and exceeded its contractual obligations by securing strong participation and sponsorships despite startup challenges. Every dollar passed through UMB Bank, the trustee, requiring layered approvals, leaving no opportunity for unauthorized disbursements by Legacy Sports.

But COVID-19 struck, causing events to cancel. When the investors bailed on their promised delivery, the Millers used their own money to cover payroll for over 450 employees and reduced expenses.

After one investor failed to contribute $10 million as promised, Legacy Sports still generated approximately $25 million in sports revenue and another $5 million in sponsorship sales. Legacy Sports pursued alternative financing and restructuring proposals through top firms, but these were dismissed without serious consideration.

The Millers said, “We poured our own hard-earned money back into the project, not for profit, but to protect the livelihoods of hundreds of people who depended on it. We did this knowing the risk — and we did it anyway, even as it meant sacrificing our own families’ financial security. … We walked away with nothing.”

Sadly, the sports/entertainment complex failed, and the owners of the sports facility where the park sat filed bankruptcy. It was merely a business venture that failed, as many businesses do. About 90 percent of start-up businesses fail, with 10 percent failing in the first year, and 70 percent failing between 2-5 years, just like the Millers.

Democrat-appointed Judge Lewis A. Kaplan, who issued orders requiring ICE to improve conditions in illegal immigrant holding cells in New York City, and presided over two kangaroo-court, show trials in New York in which Trump was found liable for civil damages in cases brought by E. Jean Carroll that should have been dismissed at their inception, sentenced Randy to six years in prison and Chad to five years. Both will likely have to pay several million dollars in fines.

Let’s look at a very similar case, prosecuted by the same office.

British billionaire Joe Lewis, founder of the Tavistock Group and controlling owner of the family trust behind Tottenham Hotspur football club, pleaded guilty in January 2024 to one count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud and two counts of securities fraud.

Prosecutors said he repeatedly shared non-public inside information about four publicly traded companies in which he had investments with friends, romantic partners, personal assistants, employees, and two private pilots, enabling them to make millions in illegal profits.

He was sentenced to three years of probation, and the prosecution didn’t ask for prison time, citing his advanced age and bad health. Why was Lewis’ age and health taken into consideration but not Randy Miller’s?

Similarly, Hamed Ettua, a systems analyst, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit securities fraud. He traded on material non-public insider information provided by a tipster connected to Goldman Sachs, making a personal profit of $93,000 according to the SEC.

Despite the guidelines recommending 12-18 months imprisonment, Ettua received three years of probation due to the mitigating factors of an excellent employment record, prior military service, good family relationships, remorse and other positive character factors.

This sounds like the Millers, who were exemplary family members in the Mesa community. Chad spent nearly a decade giving back to underprivileged youth across Arizona through his philanthropic work, and served on the Fiesta Bowl Committee.

The pair are in the process of trying to obtain a pardon or commutation from the Trump administration.

Their attorney, leading Arizona election attorney Tim La Sota, said in his letter requesting a pardon, “I believe the Millers fit the category of those who have faced criminal prosecution because of their political activities. I believe the culprit here, as has often been the case, is the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.” A website has been set up to expose their story.

This is a classic case of lawfare against Trump supporters who dared to stick their necks out. Due to the left controlling so much of our legal system, it is tough to beat a conviction.

Trump needs to pardon these brave men, who were not only victimized by the legal system just like he was, but by one of the same prosecutor’s offices and judges that he was.

WATCH LIVE: President Trump to Award Medal of Honor to 3 Army Soldiers – 11 AM ET

President Trump will participate in a Medal of Honor Ceremony at the White House this morning, where he will award the nation’s highest and most prestigious military decoration to three Army soldiers.

This comes just days after President Trump launched Operation Epic Fury in Iran, which killed dozens of top Iranian officials and the Iranian Supreme Leader on Saturday. The military operation has continued with retaliatory strikes launched by Iran and continued back-and-forth fighting.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Trump provided an update on the operation on Sunday afternoon. “Combat operations continue at this time in full force, and they will continue until all of our objectives are achieved,” Trump said. “We have very strong objectives. They could have done something two weeks ago, but they just couldn’t get there.”

trump is expected to comment further on the operation during the ceremony.

The President also awarded two Medals of Honor during his State of the Union Address last Tuesday. One recipient was Captain Royce Williams, a 100-year-old former Navy fighter pilot, who Trump described as a “living legend,” who “led the takedown of four enemy jets” while “massively outnumbered and outgunned” over Korea in 1952. “His exceptional airmanship, coupled with his complete disregard for his own personal safety, resulted in the destruction of three enemy MiG-15s and severe damage to a fourth, and undoubtedly saved the lives of hundreds of Task Force 77 sailors. By his undaunted courage, bold initiative, and total devotion to duty, Lieutenant Williams reflected great credit upon himself and upheld the highest traditions of the United States Naval Service,” Williams’s Medal of Honor citation reads.

The other was Chief Warrant Officer Eric Slover, who was injured while leading the operation to capture Nicolas Maduro in January. “Slover planned the mission and was the flight lead in the cockpit of the first helicopter,” when he was “hit very badly in the leg and hip, one bullet after another,” Trump said. According to his citation, “Despite the intense and effective enemy fire, and at great personal risk, Chief Warrant Officer Five Slover maintained his situational awareness and aircraft’s position in the line of fire to ensure the safe infiltration of the military forces. After the force disembarked, and despite suffering significant life-threatening injuries, Chief Warrant Officer Five Slover identified hostile heavy machine gun positions that were engaging his aircraft and targeting the ground forces. He maneuvered his aircraft to enable his door gunner to deliver effective fire, successfully neutralizing the threats. Chief Warrant Officer Five Slover’s heroic actions undoubtedly saved countless American lives and ensured the complete and overwhelming success of the mission. His gallantry under fire and extraordinary valor are in keeping with the highest traditions of military service and reflect great credit upon himself and the United States Army.”

The US Army said in a press release:

On March 2, 2026, President Donald J. Trump will award the Medal of Honor to three U.S. Army Soldiers: Master Sergeant Roderick (Roddie) W. Edmonds, U.S. Army (posthumous), Staff Sergeant Michael H. Ollis, U.S. Army (posthumous), and Command Sergeant Major Terry P. Richardson, U.S. Army (Retired).

Master Sergeant Roderick (Roddie) W. Edmonds, U.S. Army will receive the Medal of Honor posthumously for his acts of gallantry and intrepidity above and beyond the call of duty from January 27, 1945, to March 30, 1945, as a prisoner of war in Germany, while assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 422d Infantry Regiment, 106th Infantry Division. Upon arrival at Stalag IXA in Ziegenhain, Germany, he was soon put to the test as Senior Non-Commissioned Officer. On the evening of January 26, 1945, the Germans announced that only Jewish-American prisoners would fall out for roll call the following morning, at the threat of execution. Master Sergeant Edmonds quickly understood that segregating more than 200 Jewish-American POWs would likely result in their persecution and possible death, so he directed his senior leaders to have all 1,200 American prisoners present themselves for roll call. The following morning, the Nazi Commandant became incredulous after realizing that so many Americans were standing in formation. Master Sergeant Edmonds bravely resisted his fury, while also recounting the rights afforded to all prisoners under the Geneva Convention. Still enraged, the Commandant removed his pistol, pressed it hard against Master Sergeant Edmonds’ forehead between his eyes and demanded that he order all Jewish-American prisoners to step forward, or he would be shot. With unwavering courage at the risk of his life, above and beyond the call of duty, Master Sergeant Edmonds fearlessly held his ground, refusing to concede and verbally warned the Commandant that if he executed him, he would be prosecuted for war crimes once the war was over. Finally, the Commandant, who was visibly reddened with anger, lowered his weapon and returned to his office without further attempts to segregate the Jewish-American prisoners. Master Sergeant Edmonds’ actions inspired his fellow POWs. Several weeks later, in March 1945, as Allied forces were rapidly advancing toward the area, the Germans ordered all prisoners to assemble outside the barracks for evacuation farther east to another camp. Fully intending to undermine his enemy captors, Master Sergeant Edmonds ordered all American prisoners to form in front of the barracks, and when the enemy transports arrived, they would break ranks and rush back to their barracks. Without regard for his own life Master Sergeant Edmonds gallantly led these prisoners in a relentless pursuit of opposition and resistance, forcing the Germans to abandon the camp leaving the 1,200 American prisoners behind.

Staff Sergeant Michael H. Ollis will receive the Medal of Honor posthumously for acts of gallantry and intrepidity above and beyond the call of duty, while serving as an Infantryman to Company B, 2d Battalion, 22d Infantry Regiment at Forward Operating Base Ghazni, Afghanistan. On August 28, 2013, a complex enemy attack involving vehicle-borne improvised explosive devices, suicide vests, indirect fire and small arms fire was launched against the FOB. In response, he ordered his fellow Soldiers inside a building to move to bunkers for refuge from the enemy fire. After accounting for his Soldiers, he reentered the building to check for any casualties, moving toward the enemy force who had penetrated the FOB perimeter. He located a Coalition Forces Officer, and together they moved toward the point of attack without their personal protection equipment and armed only with rifles. Upon reaching the attack point, Staff Sergeant Ollis and his comrade linked up with other friendly forces and began a coordinated effort to repulse the enemy from the airfield and adjacent buildings. While under continuous small arms, indirect, and rocket-propelled grenade fires, Staff Sergeant Ollis and his comrades moved from position to position engaging the enemy with accurate and effective fire. While fighting alongside the FOB perimeter, an insurgent came around a corner and immediately engaged them with small arms fire. With complete disregard for his own safety, he positioned himself between the insurgent and the Coalition Forces Officer, who had been wounded and unable to walk. Staff Sergeant Ollis fired on the insurgent and incapacitated him, but as he approached the insurgent, the latter’s suicide vest was detonated, mortally wounding him.

Then-Staff Sergeant Terry P. Richardson distinguished himself by acts of gallantry and intrepidity above and beyond the call of duty on September 14, 1968, while serving as the Lima Platoon Leader with Company A, 1st Battalion, 28th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division in the vicinity of Loc Ninh, Republic of Vietnam. On that date, he was on a reconnaissance mission and was engaged by intense automatic weapons and small arms fire from a well-entrenched North Vietnamese Army battalion. Staff Sergeant Richardson braved heavy machine gun fire on three occasions to rescue three severely wounded Soldiers. Upon returning to his unit, he realized that his entire Company was completely surrounded. He again braved enemy fire to advance to the top of Hill 222, his Company’s objective for the day, to secure a vantage point for directing tactical air strikes. Once on Hill 222, he realized it was an enemy regiment’s base camp. In the midst of the enemy position, Staff Sergeant Richardson skillfully directed air strikes before being wounded by an enemy sniper. Staff Sergeant Richardson continued to direct air strikes within close proximity of his position and that of his unit for seven more hours. After the enemy had fled, Staff Sergeant Richardson was found alive. He declined medical evacuation to stay with his Soldiers. His gallant and selfless actions on September 14, 1968, spared the lives of 85 fellow soldiers.

The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 11 am ET.

Oops: Team Gavin Newsom’s Attempt to Troll Trump Over Iran and Gas Prices Backfires Spectacularly When the US Oil and Gas Association Delivers this Devastating Reply

Screencap of Twitter/X video.

Team Gavin Newsom could not resist a cheap shot against President Trump following the bombing of Iran, and it promptly blew up in their faces.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, the United States and Israel launched ‘Operation Epic Fury’ against Iran over the weekend.

Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was elevated in a joint military operation conducted by Israel and the United States this weekend.

At least 40 other senior Iranian regime leaders were also killed in the strikes.

Several Democrats predictably condemned the attack. Not surprisingly, Newsom was one of them.

Following the bombing, Newsom’s team slammed Trump for rattling oil markets while bragging about California’s supposedly declining gasoline prices.

“Average gas prices in California have stayed below $5 for nearly two years,” the post reads. “Trump’s new war is already rattling markets.”

“We’re watching this space. Closely.”

The US Oil and Gas Association was not pleased by the tweet and decided to school Newsom’s team. After calling the staffer responsible for the tweet a “pajama boy,” the organization shared a brutal fact: California imports roughly 5/8 of its oil from abroad despite sitting on almost 2 billion barrels of reserves.

The US Oil and Gas Association went on to detail each country from which the Golden State imports its oil.

Of course, the reason California imports so much petroleum is that the politicians who run the state are worthless climate alarmists who would rather see rolling blackouts than drill for another drop of oil.

Time to school the Pajama Boy who runs this account for the Gov – because this isn’t the flex on Trump he thinks it is….

California imports 63% of its crude from foreign countries – despite sitting on at least 1.7 billion barrels of proven reserves.

According to the California Energy Commission here is the typical break down of where that foreign-sourced crude supplied to California refineries comes from:

Iraq: ~21%

Brazil: ~20%

Guyana: ~16%.

Ecuador: ~14%.

Colombia: ~6%

Canada: ~4%

Mexico: ~4%

United Arab Emirates (UAE): ~2%.

Others like Saudi Arabia will total the rest of the 100% foreign share.

The only state worried about rattling foreign markets is California because you have let yourselves become dependent on foreign supplies.

You’ve done this to yourselves.

F-15 Fighter Pilot Gets Hit via X

Three U.S. Air Force F-15E Strike Eagle fighter jets crashed in Kuwait after being struck with friendly fire on Sunday.

In a press release, U.S. CENTCOM stated, “At 11:03 p.m. ET, March 1, three U.S. F-15E Strike Eagles flying in support of Operation Epic Fury went down over Kuwait due to an apparent friendly fire incident.”

U.S. CENTCOM added, “The cause of the incident is under investigation.”

Videos of the incident show one of the F-15Es on fire and circling the air as it was free-falling before eventually crashing into the ground.

Per U.S. CENTCOM:

At 11:03 p.m. ET, March 1, three U.S. F-15E Strike Eagles flying in support of Operation Epic Fury went down over Kuwait due to an apparent friendly fire incident.

During active combat—that included attacks from Iranian aircraft, ballistic missiles, and drones — the U.S. Air Force fighter jets were mistakenly shot down by Kuwaiti air defenses.

All six aircrew ejected safely, have been safely recovered, and are in stable condition. Kuwait has acknowledged this incident, and we are grateful for the efforts of the Kuwaiti defense forces and their support in this ongoing operation.

The cause of the incident is under investigation. Additional information will be released as it becomes available.

CNN reported a bystander could be heard in one of the videos of the jet falling, saying, “The American aircraft was shot down by their own missile. We came here thinking it was an Iranian jet. It turned out to be American. Come on, guys, get in the car. Let’s go.

The aircraft’s pilot appeared to eject before impact and safely landed.

WATCH:

More footage, appearing to be related to the crash, shows one of the pilots from the F-15Es who ejected lying in the back of a vehicle shortly after landing.

SCATHING: CBS Contributor and Target of an Iranian Assassination Plot Masih Alinejad SHREDS Radical Rep. Ilhan Omar for Sympathizing with Terrorist Regime

Two women featured side by side, one with curly hair and a flower, and the other wearing a hijab, both showcasing diverse cultural backgrounds.

Two women featured side by side, one with curly hair and a flower, and the other wearing a hijab, both showcasing diverse cultural backgrounds.

Masih Alinejad, the courageous Iranian-American journalist and current CBS News contributor who has survived multiple Tehran-backed assassination plots, took to X to expose the staggering hypocrisy of “Squad” member Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN).

Alinejad, who recently faced her would-be assassins in a New York federal court, did not hold back.

She issued a “letter from an Iranian woman wounded by the regime,” accusing Omar of maintaining a cozy ambiguity toward the Islamic Republic while the regime systematically slaughters its own people.

The heart of Alinejad’s message centered on the tragic story of Sara Saeidi, a 39-year-old mother of two who was executed by the regime while peacefully protesting.

At the time of her death, she was reportedly wearing a sweatshirt that said “MANHATTAN” with an American flag, which some activists claim symbolized her desire for freedom.

Following her death, Iranian authorities allegedly falsified her death certificate, listing the cause of death as a “collision with agricultural machinery” to mask the shooting.

Alinejad’s critique highlights a growing frustration among Iranian dissidents who see far-left U.S. lawmakers as “anti-war” only when it benefits the mullahs in Tehran. She slammed Omar’s “No War With Iran” campaigns as a shield for the regime’s internal massacre of over 30,000 civilians.

Alinejad wrote on X:

“I am a woman from Iran. Let me tell you honestly how women like me see politicians like you in America, women who speak about freedom from the safety of Congress while sympathizing with our killers under Islamic regimes.

You stand next to the American flag, speaking about freedom. Now you launch campaigns saying, “No War With Iran.”

Now I want to introduce you to a brave Iranian woman who understood America better than you ever will.

Her name is Sara Saeidi.
Born and raised in Iran.
39 years old.
A mother of two daughters, 19 and 6.

She was shot in the head for the “crime” of peacefully protesting while wearing a sweatshirt that said MANHATTAN, with the American flag beneath it.

While you stood in Congress under that flag, she carried its name on her chest, not as symbolism for a photo opportunity but as a dream.

Three days after she was killed, her body was returned to her family only after threats and money were taken from them. They were banned from holding a proper funeral. Authorities falsified the circumstances of her death.

That is the regime you refuse to confront clearly.

She wanted the freedom Manhattan represents, the freedom to live without fear, without morality police, without a bullet in her head. The same freedom protected by the Constitution you swore to uphold.

You speak of “No War With Iran,” but you refuse to condemn the war being waged against us, the Iranian people, by the Islamic Republic.

More than 30,000 unarmed civilians have been killed.
Women blinded.
Teenagers hanged.
Mothers executed.

When American lawmakers like you reduce this reality to a partisan talking point, you do the regime’s work for it. Dictatorships thrive when moral clarity disappears and when lawmakers choose ambiguity instead of standing firmly with victims.

You call yourself anti war. But where is your condemnation of the regime’s massacre? Where is your outrage at its war against its own people? You are anti-Iranian women.

Peace without justice is surrender.

Your hatred of President Trump appears stronger than your love for America, stronger than your love for Manhattan, for freedom, for women’s rights. That is why you sound sympathetic to the Islamic Republic while remaining silent about women like Sara, like me, and like millions of Iranians who are victims of this barbaric regime.

You celebrating hijab day in Manhattan in beautiful New York and watching women get killed in Iran for not wearing hijab.

I dare you to share the picture of Sara, and say no to the war being wage by Islamist terrorist on us, Iranians.”

HEROIC: CBS Austin Reporter Caught on Hot Mic Allegedly DEFYING Direct Orders from Higher-Ups to Censor Pro-Trump, Pro-Israel Crowds Following Iran Strikes

Journalist reporting live at a protest with Iranian and American flags, capturing the event's atmosphere and participant engagement.

Journalist reporting live at a protest with Iranian and American flags, capturing the event's atmosphere and participant engagement.

A local news reporter in Austin, Texas, was caught on a hot mic allegedly refusing to follow orders from his corporate overlords to bury the truth.

As the world reacts to the decisive joint U.S.-Israel strikes on Iran, the fake news media apparatus is working overtime to suppress the massive wave of public support for President Trump and Prime Minister Netanyahu.

But at CBS Austin, the narrative hit a major roadblock in the form of reporter Vinny Martorano.

During the live feed staging, Martorano was seen being handed a phone by a crew member, who appeared to relay a directive from higher-ups regarding how to frame the unfolding demonstration at the Texas Capitol last weekend.

CREW MEMBER: [Hands Martorano a phone, likely showing a directive from the newsroom]

VINNY MARTORANO: What does that mean?

CREW MEMBER: It means they don’t want us to focus on this.

MARTORANO: All right. Well, I am.

Despite the clear orders from his “higher-ups” to deemphasize the pro-American, pro-Israel sentiment, Martorano refused to be a puppet for the radical left’s agenda.

Martorano then delivered a balanced report that acknowledged the reality on the ground.

Martorano told the viewers (presumably in the live shot):

All right. There are a lot of mixed opinions across Austin about the joint attack between the United States and Israel against Iran that happened earlier this morning. Some people like this group behind me are thanking Trump and the United States government for following through with this attack against Iran.

WATCH:

He didn’t stop there. Taking to X, Martorano doubled down, posting footage of the massive pro-Trump rally with the caption:

“‘Thank you Trump’ A large group of people in front of the Texas Capitol are celebrating the coordinated strike against Iran early this morning. Some people I spoke with moved to Austin from Iran.”

Pope Leo XIV weighed in on the US and Israeli attacks on the Iranian regime on Sunday.

Leo lectured that “stability and peace are not achieved through mutual threats, nor through the use of weapons, which sow destruction, suffering, and death, but only through reasonable, sincere, and responsible dialogue.”

What a naive take on such a serious international issue. He sounds like a grade school girl.

The pope wrote:

I am following with deep concern what is happening in the Middle East and in Iran during this tumultuous time. Stability and peace are not achieved through mutual threats, nor through the use of weapons, which sow destruction, suffering, and death, but only through reasonable, sincere, and responsible dialogue.

Faced with the possibility of a tragedy of immense proportions, I make a heartfelt appeal to all the parties involved to assume the moral responsibility of halting the spiral of violence before it becomes an unbridgeable chasm. May diplomacy regain its proper role, and may the well-being of peoples, who yearn for peaceful existence founded on justice, be upheld. And let us continue to pray for peace.

The responses to Pope Leo XIV’s take were brutal.

Secretary of War Pete Hegseth and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Air Force General Dan Caine will hold a press briefing this morning amid ongoing military action in Iran under Operation Epic Fury.

Trump announced the operation on Saturday morning.

Trump later released a statement on Truth Social, confirming the death of the Ayatollah and urging the people of Iran to rise up and take over their government.

“The heavy and pinpoint bombing, however, will continue, uninterrupted throughout the week or, as long as necessary to achieve our objective of PEACE THROUGHOUT THE MIDDLE EAST AND, INDEED, THE WORLD!” Trump said.

Trump further told reporters that he could “go long and take over the whole thing or end it in two or three days and tell the Iranians: ‘See you again in a few years if you start rebuilding [your nuclear and missile programs].”

Meanwhile, US and Israeli strikes on Iranian targets are continuing as Iran fires retaliatory strikes.

At least three US troops have been killed and five seriously injured since the operation began on Saturday.

Trump further sent a message to the Iranian forces, demanding that they surrender “and receive full immunity or face certain death,” as well as a message of support for the Iranian people to overthrow the government.

A fourth US service member has died during Operation Epic Fury in Iran as US combat operations continue, US Central Command said on Monday.

As The Gateway Pundit reported on Sunday, Central Command announced that three service members were killed, and five were “seriously wounded” in retaliatory missile strikes by Iran after US strikes killed Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on Saturday.

“Several others sustained minor shrapnel injuries and concussions — and are in the process of being returned to duty,” Central Command said.

Major combat operations continue and our response effort is ongoing.

The identities of the fallen are being withheld until 24 hours after next of kin notification.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, President Trump addressed the losses in an update on the operation on Sunday afternoon, expressing grief for the “true American patriots who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation.” He said, “There will likely be more before it ends,” but “we’ll do everything possible, where that won’t be the case.”,

“Combat operations continue at this time in full force, and they will continue until all of our objectives are achieved,” Trump said.

“We have very strong objectives. They could have done something two weeks ago, but they just couldn’t get there.”

Trump further sent a message to the Iranian forces, demanding that they surrender “and receive full immunity or face certain death,” as well as a message of support for the Iranian people to overthrow the government.
