FBI Arrests 10 Indians for Allegedly Staging Armed Robberies in Visa Fraud Scheme

FIFA World Cup trophy alongside an FBI agent's jacket, symbolizing law enforcement's involvement in sports integrity.

Nearly a dozen Indian nationals face charges after they were accused of taking part in a visa fraud scheme that included fake robberies.

The convenience store robberies were staged so that clerks could falsely claim on immigration applications that they were crime victims, according to a Department of Justice news release.

Six defendants live in Massachusetts, two live in Ohio, one lives in Mississippi, and one lives in Kentucky. Another who lived in Massachusetts has already been deported.

All were charged with one count of conspiracy to commit visa fraud:

The release said that the fake robberies began in 2023.

The alleged purpose of the staged robberies “was to allow the clerks present to claim falsely that they were victims of a violent crime on an application for U non-immigration status (U Visa),” the release said.

“A U Visa is available to victims of certain crimes who have suffered mental or physical abuse and who have been helpful to law enforcement in the investigation or prosecution of criminal activity,” the release added.

The fake robber would allegedly threaten a clerk with what appeared to be a gun before taking cash from a register and fleeing — with store video recording the entire staged incident.

After five minutes, the supposed victims would call police.

The release said that those charged participated in the scheme by working with the scheme’s organizer or paying for a fake robbery to take place.

In August, Rambhai Patel, 38, was sentenced to 20 months and eight days in prison, followed by two years of supervised release and eventual deportation for his role in the scheme, according to a Department of Justice news release.

The release said Patel was paid by the clerks so that he could participate in the scheme.

Patel was alleged to be the fake robber.

The August release said that “one purported victim paid $20,000 to participate as a victim in one of the staged armed robberies.”

Patel then paid store owners to allow the scheme to take place.

Co-conspirator Brandon Singh pleaded guilty in May, according to a Department of Justice news release.

Officials said Singh served as Patel’s getaway driver.

Even the Left Is Tired Of Her: Ilhan Omar Gets Major Primary Challenge From Anti-ICE Lawyer

Woman in a hijab expressing concern during an interview, with a blurred retail background.

Perhaps it’s not surprising that liberal Minneapolis prosecutor Julie Le, who went viral for telling a judge “this job sucks” in protest of immigration enforcement is looking for a new job. It’s also not surprising the new job she’s seeking is that of a lawmaker running on an anti-ICE platform.

What is surprising is who the Democrat is taking on: Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar, the left’s most obnoxious sacred cow.

As the Minneapolis Star Tribune reported Thursday, the former federal attorney who lashed out at a judge over ICE enforcement during Operation Metro Surge is gunning for the Democratic nomination for the U.S. House in Minnesota’s 5th Congressional District.

“Former Assistant Chief Counsel at the Department of Homeland Security and former Special Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Attorney’s Office, Julie T. Le has witnessed firsthand the failures of our broken immigration system,” her campaign website reads.

“Now she’s running for Congress to fight for real reform — and to fight for quality education and accessible healthcare for all families … Her vision is clear: Inspire Unity — a government that works for everyone, bringing people together to solve our greatest challenges through comprehensive immigration reform, education funding, and accessible healthcare for all families.”

“Julie’s campaign is centered on immigration reform that balances border security with a fair pathway to citizenship for those who contribute to society,” a media release from Le’s campaign said, according to Minnesota Public Radio.

Of course, this whole run wouldn’t have been possible if it weren’t for the fact that Le effectively crashed out of public service during a Feb. 3 hearing in which she had what could charitably be described as an — ahem — episode.

Telling the judge that she had “stupidly” accepted the assignment with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Minnesota, she all but begged the judge to penalize her so she could get a mental health day:

“Sometime I wish you would just hold me in contempt, your honor, so that I can have full 24 hours of sleep,” she said.

“What do you want me to do? The system sucks. This job sucks,” she added.

Le was quickly removed from the detail, according to the New York Post.

“The individual was a probationary attorney. This conduct is unprofessional and unbecoming of an ICE attorney in abandoning her obligation to act with commitment, dedication, and zeal to the interests of the United States Government,” said then-Department of Homeland Security assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin.

Unprofessional and unbecoming? Well, the next step was clearly Congress, where that’s not only acceptable, but encouraged on the left.

And what’s more, she looks positively reasonable compared to the woman who currently holds the seat.

Le told The New York Times that “she would be a more moderate lawmaker than Ms. Omar, who has called for abolishing Immigration and Customs Enforcement.”

Of course, anyone to the right of the corpse of Fidel Castro could be perceived as more moderate than Omar, a virulent anti-Semite and firebrand who also happens to appear corrupt as all get-out and has been plausibly accused of committing immigration fraud by entering into a marriage of convenience with a man sources have claimed is her brother.

And while Omar has the advantage of fundraising and the support of the Somali community in the district, it’s worth noting that she’s faced other tough challenges since she was first elected in 2018.

A 2022 Democratic primary against small-fry state politician Don Samuels ended in a narrow victory for the incumbent “squad” member, 50.3 to 48.2 percent.

Omar’s penchant for rhetorical bomb-throwing and self-promoting, in other words, makes her a thorn in the side of Democrats — and a boon for Republicans, who have bought more than a few lunches off of her gaffes and solecisms.

So, yes, Le has an uphill battle, but she’s got two things on her side. First, the primary isn’t until August. Second, even Democrats are tiring of having to explain Ilhan Omar’s antics to America. Of course, it’s not exactly the best substitute in the world, what with it being a prosecutor who thought her job “sucks” because she has to enforce immigration law. It says a lot when we can be pretty certain she’d still be better than Omar.

Judge Smacks Down Tyler Robinson’s Request to Seal Key Charlie Kirk Murder Evidence

A group of professionals engaged in discussion during a meeting in a modern conference room.

A group of professionals engaged in discussion during a meeting in a modern conference room.

Tyler Robinson, the alleged killer of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, has not had the smoothest trial thus far.

And the latest ruling from the judge in the case doesn’t seem likely to make things any smoother for the 22-year-old Robinson.

According to multiple reports, Judge Tony Graf Jr. made two key decisions in the trial of Robinson that likely won’t sit well with the defense.

Perhaps most significantly, Graf ruled against a motion from Robinson’s defense that sought to restrict access to certain court filings, according to Fox News.

The defense was trying to get that evidence stricken before a forthcoming evidentiary hearing.

Graf effectively told Robinson’s defense that it didn’t provide a good enough reason to restrict those filings.

“In balance, the defendant has not provided a sufficient basis for the court to find that the interests favoring closure outweigh the interest favoring an open proceeding and the presumptive right to access,” Graf said on Friday.

He added: “Moreover, as a Utah Supreme Court recognized, even in highly publicized cases, a defendant’s right to a fair trial can be protected through the regular time-honored process for selecting jurors, like enlarging the voir dire of potential jurors, utilizing a detailed juror questionnaire and conducting a thorough voir dire of potential jurors.”

Fox News notes that Robinson’s legal team sought such relief because they felt that certain pieces of evidence might make it impossible to produce a truly unbiased jury, ahead of what’s been a highly publicized case.

“So what we’re talking about is releasing preliminary evidence into the public sphere that has the potential to impact jurors,” defense attorney Staci Visser said. “And it is important enough that we are concerned that it will sway people’s opinions one way or the other.”

She did stress that “our concern here is with selecting an impartial jury.”

Meanwhile, The Center Square is reporting that Judge Graf also ruled against a request from Robinson’s defense team to ban cameras in the courtroom.

That one wasn’t a total loss for Robinson’s legal team, however, as Graf did note that he may yet close certain portions of the April 17 hearing.

He gave Robinson’s defense team until the end of March to notify him of which portions of the trial should be private.

A Utah-based criminal defense attorney not involved with the Robinson case spoke to KUTV-TV and explained why Robinson’s defense team was making such requests.

“The rules of preliminary hearings are far different than the rules at trial. The rules of evidence are different. Hearsay can be admitted,” Skye Lazaro told the outlet. “So, because the rules are so different at a preliminary hearing juncture vs. the trial juncture, a defendant would want to limit the public’s access to things that may or may not be admissible down the road.”

Robinson is accused of shooting and killing Kirk on Sept. 10 during an outdoor event at Utah Valley University.

A jury found nine Antifa members guilty of terrorism charges in an attack on an ICE detention center in Texas.

The nine indicted defendants: Cameron Arnold, a/k/a Autunm Hill, Zachary Evetts, Benjamin Song, Savanna Batten, Bradford Morris, a/k/a Meagan Morris, Maricela Rueda, Elizabeth Soto, Ines Soto, and Daniel Rolando Sanchez-Estrada.

Last 4th of July, nearly a dozen Antifa members dressed in black bloc and body armor descended on the Prairieland ICE Detention Center in Alvarado, Texas.

The terrorists fired off explosives, vandalized federal vehicles, and fired shots at police officers.

A police officer was shot in the neck.

The defendants were found guilty on riot charges, providing material support to terrorists, conspiracy to use and carry an explosive, and using and carrying an explosive, three counts of attempted murder of an officer, three counts of discharging a firearm during a violent crime, corruptly concealing a document and conspiracy to conceal documents.

“Today’s verdict shows the FBI remains committed to identifying, locating, and dismantling Antifa and its funding networks across the country,” said FBI Director Kash Patel. “Acts of violence against our law enforcement partners will not be tolerated, and we continue our work to protect communities across the country from domestic terrorism.”

“Antifa is a domestic terrorist organization that has been allowed to flourish in Democrat-led cities — not under President Trump,” said Attorney General Pamela Bondi. “Today’s verdict on terrorism charges will not be the last as the Trump administration systematically dismantles Antifa and finally halts their violence on America’s streets.”

“Nine North Texas Antifa Cell operatives were convicted today by a federal jury in Fort Worth, Texas for their roles in rioting, using weapons and explosives, providing material support to terrorists, obstruction, and attempted murder of an Alvarado police officer and unarmed correctional officers at the Prairieland ICE Detention Center on July 4, 2025, announced United States Attorney for the Northern District of Texas Ryan Raybould,” the DOJ said.

“In a 12-day trial that began on February 23, 2026, jurors heard testimony from more than 45 witnesses and considered over 210 exhibits supporting the charges against nine indicted defendants: Cameron Arnold, a/k/a Autunm Hill, Zachary Evetts, Benjamin Song, Savanna Batten, Bradford Morris, a/k/a Meagan Morris, Maricela Rueda, Elizabeth Soto, Ines Soto, and Daniel Rolando Sanchez-Estrada,” the Justice Department said.

“Seven others, Seth Sikes, Nathan Baumann, Joy Gibson, Susan Kent, Rebecca Morgan, Lynette Sharp, and John Thomas, pled guilty last year to one count of providing material support to terrorists,” the DOJ said.

This is the first-ever federal Antifa terrorism trial in Texas.

Ground stops have been implemented at all three major airports in the Washington, DC, area due to what the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) described as a “strong chemical smell at the Potomac TRACON.”

News Nation attributed the ground stop to equipment outages.

The FAA said in a statement,

“The FAA has temporarily stopped traffic at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI) because of a strong chemical smell at the Potomac TRACON that is impacting some air traffic controllers.”

Per The DMV Live:

The Potomac Consolidated TRACON (PCT) in Warrenton, Virginia, “provides air traffic control service to the Baltimore-Washington and the Richmond-Charlottesville Areas,” according to the Federal Aviation Administration.

“PCT controls the airspace over Andrews, BWI, Ronald Reagan, Dulles, Richmond and many other area airports.”

Per ABC 7:

The TRACON facility also serves Richmond International Airport, which is also under a ground stop, according to the FAA.

Philadelphia International Airport was also on a ground delay due to “equipment outages.”

This is a developing story.

Leftist Massachusetts Governor Launches Online Portal for Residents to Report ICE ‘Misconduct’ in Latest ‘Sanctuary State’ Attempt to Shield Illegal Aliens from Deportation

A woman in a navy blazer speaks to reporters, with a man holding a phone in the background during a press event.

A woman in a navy blazer speaks to reporters, with a man holding a phone in the background during a press event.

Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey and Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell have unveiled a new online portal to allow residents to report alleged “misconduct” by federal immigration agents.

Launched on Friday, the so-called “reporting tool” is nothing short of a state-sponsored attack on U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers who are doing their jobs to enforce federal immigration laws.

The portal allows individuals, attorneys, or even illegal aliens themselves to submit reports, photos, and videos documenting incidents involving federal agents.

According to state officials, the gathered information will help identify “patterns of potential misconduct,” support affected residents (illegal aliens), and inform possible legal actions or policy recommendations against federal enforcement efforts.

Gov. Healey justified the portal by claiming:

“We’ve seen across the country and here in Massachusetts that the tactics of ICE under the Trump Administration have been putting everyone at risk. This new reporting portal will help us gather information, support residents and ensure federal agents operating in our state are following the law.”

AG Campbell echoed the anti-ICE rhetoric, stating:

“The core duty of law enforcement, including federal law enforcement, is to keep our communities safe. But what we have seen from ICE in recent months across the country is the opposite: aggressive and reckless tactics that spread fear and chaos in our communities.”

This launch comes amid a surge in ICE detentions since President Donald Trump returned to office, with over 1,400 immigrants detained in Massachusetts alone during a major federal operation in September.

Healey’s administration has seemingly been at war against immigration enforcement, including asking private airlines to halt deportation flights from Hanscom Field, pushing legislation to ban ICE operations in “sensitive locations” like courthouses, schools, hospitals, and places of worship, and issuing an executive order requiring judicial warrants for ICE entry into non-public state facilities.

Similar initiatives exist in other blue states, including California and New Jersey.

Perhaps it’s time for the DOJ to step in and remind states who’s in charge of immigration law.

BREAKING: President Trump Announces US Military Carried Out Its “Most Powerful Bombing Raids” in the History of the Middle East

President Trump on Friday evening announced the US military carried out its “most powerful bombing raids” in the history of the Middle East.

“Moments ago, at my direction, the United States Central Command executed one of the most powerful bombing raids in the History of the Middle East, and totally obliterated every MILITARY target in Iran’s crown jewel, Kharg Island,” Trump said.

Our Weapons are the most powerful and sophisticated that the World has ever known but, for reasons of decency, I have chosen NOT to wipe out the Oil Infrastructure on the Island. However, should Iran, or anyone else, do anything to interfere with the Free and Safe Passage of Ships through the Strait of Hormuz, I will immediately reconsider this decision.

During my First Term, and currently, I rebuilt our Military into the Most Lethal, Powerful, and Effective Force, by far, anywhere in the World. Iran has NO ability to defend anything that we want to attack — There is nothing they can do about it!

Iran will NEVER have a nuclear weapon, nor will it have the ability to threaten the United States of America, the Middle East or, for that matter, the World! Iran’s Military, and all others involved with this Terrorist Regime, would be wise to lay down their arms, and save what’s left of their country, which isn’t much! Thank you for your attention to this matter,” he added.

BREAKING… please check back for updates.

As NYC Considers a $30 Minimum Wage, Business Owners Are Warning About the Consequences

New York City stands to make a decision about its minimum wage that can only hinder growth, create layoffs, and result in price hikes.

City Council recently introduced a bill to set the minimum wage at $30 per hour. Democratic City Councilwoman Sandy Nurse put the “$30 for Our City” legislation forward, WPIX reported on Tuesday.

The outlet laid out the wage hike scheme from the bill.

Businesses and franchises that employ more than 500 people must pay $20 an hour in 2027, $23 in 2028, $26 in 2029, and $30 by 2030.

Small employers have a different road map, with a $19 minimum in 2027, $21.50 in 2028, $24 in 2029, $27 in 2030, and $29 in 2031.

The increase would include a cost-of-living adjustment and yearly hikes that account for inflation.

According to The Wall Street Journal, Melissa Fleischut, president of the New York State Restaurant Association, anticipating one of the consequences of this potential change, said that “we feel like we’re at a tipping point with consumers” with respect to price increases that would offset higher wages.

“There’s only so much you can charge for a slice of pizza or a cheeseburger,” she added.

The Wall Street Journal also reported comments by Moe Chan, who has a coffee and tea company in Queens: “As much as I would like to pay $30, we don’t have money.”

According to the New York state government website, the minimum wage for the city is set at $17, seeing a $0.50 increase at the beginning of 2026.

Although The Wall Street Journal said food delivery drivers who make $21.44 under other regulations are not impacted, 1.68 million workers stand to see an increase. The outlet said Democratic Mayor Zohran Mamdani — unsurprisingly — supported the $30 wage during his campaign.

In April 2024, California passed a $20 minimum wage for fast food workers, and the effects were immediate. The New York Post reported that chains like Burger King saw menu items like the Texas Double Whopper go from $15.09 to $16.89, a 12 percent increase.

The California Globe, citing a survey by the Berkeley Research Group, noted that 98 percent of fast-food restaurants said they raised menu prices, 89 percent reduced employee hours, 73 percent limited employee shifts or overtime, and 70 percent reduced staff or consolidated positions.

Those are staggering results from a policy that economically inept leftist public officials claim is beneficial.

If New York City increases wages, you’ll see the same results.

Employers must charge more for their products to keep up with higher operating costs, hurting the consumer.

Layoffs would be inevitable. Why would an employer who once paid two people $17 each for an hour of work, totaling $34, keep them both for $60? The workforce will shrink, and employees will find themselves taking on more responsibilities, as they are forced to do their job and that of their former coworker.

Granted, the pay increase schedule does not make the aggressive jump from $17 to $30 overnight, but the effects will be all the same — higher prices and higher unemployment rates.

Ivermectin for Arthritis? A Promising Treatment

Person experiencing wrist pain while holding their wrist with one hand, indicating discomfort or injury.

Arthritis is not just “a little joint pain.” It’s a constant, grinding ache — the kind of ache it is hard to find any relief from.

And what’s behind it all? Inflammation. The same kind of inflammation that wreaked havoc in severe COVID-19 cases is also attacking joints in those with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and osteoarthritis (OA).

Swelling. Stiffness. Breakdown. It’s the same enemy wearing a different mask.

Your body uses chemicals called cytokines to call for backup when there’s injury or infection. But sometimes these chemical messengers go rogue.

They call in the immune system as if it were an emergency. So, instead of healing, there is more pain, more damage, more swelling. Scientists have named the three worst offenders:

The “Inflammatory Triad” that hijacks your body’s natural defenses

These bad actors flip powerful switches inside your cells — NF-κB, MAPK, JAK/STAT — and set off chain reactions that cause joints to deteriorate and your body to spiral into chronic inflammation.

In other words, you experience pain all the time.

This is where ivermectin rushes in.

Originally developed to fight parasites, ivermectin has shown powerful anti-inflammatory potential. Research suggests it can help calm the same inflammatory signals that drive arthritis — blocking NF-κB, the “master switch” of inflammation, and dialing down pathways like MAPK and JAK/STAT.

The result? Less swelling, reduced tissue breakdown, and relief from persistent joint pain.

For over 30 years, ivermectin has been trusted worldwide — Nobel Prize–winning, FDA-approved, and proven safe for millions. Now, science is uncovering its broader potential to support inflammation and joint health.
