NEW: DOJ Now Investigating White House TV Pool Networks for Antitrust Violations After Attempted Boycott of Coverage White House

The Department of Justice has opened an investigation into major TV networks in the White House press pool over potential violations of the Sherman Antitrust Act, which prohibits anticompetitive business practices and monopolization.

The White House Correspondents’ Association has long come under fire for holding a monopoly on White House coverage, a point originally made by OAN’s Chanel Rion during the first Trump Administration.

CNN has been replaced by Real America’s Voice in the White House television pool several times during high-profile events and Trump’s trips on Air Force One since last month.

(VIDEO) CNN Replaced by Real America’s Voice on Air Force One Again – MS Now Has Lying Meltdown Threatening Boycott of Trump Coverage

Trump has blocked CNN from accessing Air Force One several times since attempting to ban CNN, MS Now, and Politico from accessing the White House.

U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly granted a temporary restraining order reinstating their access to the White House grounds after the three outlets sued.

In the ongoing lawsuit, the outlets are now asking U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly for a preliminary injunction to extend their access to the White House until the case is resolved, as well as seeking restoration of their access to the President on Air Force One. On Thursday, Kelly temporarily extended his TRO until Tuesday, when he plans to make a final determination.

Fox News, ABC, CBS, NBC, and CNN initially banded together to boycott coverage of the President. They later decided to resume coverage, but only if one of the major networks was slated to provide a television pool feed. They have continued their refusal to cover the President when Real America’s Voice is in the Pool instead of a mainstream media network.

The boycotts may have violated the Sherman Act, the Department of Justice said. The act prohibits businesses from conspiring with others to monopolize trade or commerce.

“Members of the television press pool have proudly boycotted covering White House events. Group boycotts among commercial competitors can violate the Sherman Act,” a DOJ spokeswoman said in a statement.

“The Antitrust Division is simply investigating to determine whether these news organizations have violated the antitrust laws.”

Per the New York Times:

Officials from the Justice Department contacted networks on Friday and demanded communications and materials related to the White House TV pool, the people said. The pool is a longstanding system where the networks share the responsibility of providing footage of the president and distributing it to other news outlets.
Last month, the networks collectively suspended their pool footage of Mr. Trump for several days after the president barred CNN journalists from the White House grounds, which prevented CNN from participating in the pool.
The inquiry by the Justice Department is a profound escalation of the Trump administration’s ongoing battles with the White House press corps. It also follows a pattern of the Trump administration using the levers of government against its perceived foes in the media. The Justice Department has subpoenaed reporters from The New York Times and seized a laptop from a Washington Post journalist.

This is a developing story.

Kid Rock speaks at Trump’s rally in Clarksville, Tennessee – October 10, 2026

Legendary country rap star Kid Rock tore into the mainstream media with fire to open his speech, where he introduced President Trump at his Clarksville, Tennessee, rally on Saturday.

The longtime supporter of the President, who performed at Trump’s inauguration rally on January 19, opened for Trump with a scathing rebuke of the Democrats, the Islamic takeover in America, and the wicked mainstream media enabling the destruction of our country.

“It’s an honor to introduce a man who can turn a five-minute appearance into a full-on outbreak of TDS syndrome. I mean, speaking of Trump derangement syndrome, I see the media is here tonight,” he said to open his speech.

“Literally, President Trump could walk across the Cumberland River, and tomorrow the headline would say President Trump refuses to swim,” he continued, labeling the media “public enemy number one.”

“When it comes to honest debate, too often we see facts twisted into half-truths, outrage sold for clicks and views, and a liberal agenda packaged as honest reporting. Division has become their business model, and business is booming,” he added.

“Different opinions, democrats, blue dog Democrats, never scared me. Thinking differently, and having the freedom to do so, is what makes this country great.”

Then, he went off. “Cut the bullsh*t. Give us the Facts,” he said.

“That’s one thing I know about President Trump: You’re never left wondering what he thinks or where he stands. This man’s not a puppet. He’s the first president I can recall who doesn’t need a teleprompter to tell you what he thinks.”

“He’s without a doubt the toughest, most resilient president we’ve ever had. Knocked down, counted out, constantly dragged through the mud — and yet he gets up every day and fights for you and me. And he’s delivered,” he added.

WATCH:

When introducing President Trump to the stage, Kid Rock told the massive crowd, “You know what to do: show up, vote red, and do not let them California our Tennessee.”

“Now please welcome the 45th, probably the 46th, definitely the 47th President of the United States of America, Donald J. Trump,” he said before Trump walked out to Lee Greenwood’s “God Bless the USA.”

They were chanting USA for Trump when he took the podium.

ICE Agents Nab Scores of Gang Members, Killers, Drug Dealers in New Busts

ICE deported a new batch of convicted gang members, killers, and sex offenders last week, and the agency posted two more sets of arrests in the days that followed.

Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin said the agency would not let the country become a sanctuary for illegal aliens and would not apologize for the arrests. The names in the release belonged to people already ordered to be removed — several of them years ago — who were still here.

Manuel Barahona-Rivera, a Honduran MS-13 member, was deported on Sept. 30. DHS said he had convictions for second-degree murder and marijuana possession, and a final removal order from Oct. 14, 2005. His entry date and place were unknown.

Jose Balmory Ramirez Rodriguez, a Salvadoran MS-13 member, was deported Oct. 2. His record included first-degree manslaughter, dangerous contraband in prison, and third-degree assault. He crossed the Texas border in February 2001 and was ordered to be removed in February 2007. He was deported that month but later came back into the United States.

Jorge Andres Chirinos, a Mexican suspected of membership in the 116 gang, was deported on Sept. 30. DHS listed convictions for second-degree murder and terroristic threats. He claimed that he entered in 2002, and his removal order was issued on Sept. 23, 2026.

Jose Refugio Rangel Machuca, a Mexican member of Compton Varrio 70s, was deported on Oct. 2. DHS said he had two attempted murder convictions, plus counts of shooting at an inhabited dwelling and receiving stolen property. His removal order was dated Sept. 22.

Jaime Ramirez-Diaz, a Mexican suspected Sinaloa cartel member, was deported on Sept. 29. His convictions were felony armed robbery and shoplifting. A removal order from Aug. 21, 2014, had not kept him out of the United States.

Ever Magdiel Mejia-Vasquez, a Honduran suspected Maravilla Salva Trucha member, was deported on Oct. 2. DHS listed possession of cocaine base for sale, assault with a firearm, first-degree robbery, and criminal threats. His removal order was from Aug. 19.

Pedro Ruiz-Cisneros, a Mexican Barrio Azteca member, was deported on Oct. 2 after five earlier removals in 1994, 2003, 2009, 2014, and 2018. His convictions included aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, robbery, theft, and illegal re-entry into the United States. The removal order dated to March 18, 2003.

Maria Solis-Iriqui, a Mexican suspected Crips member, was deported on Oct. 1. DHS listed felony assault, felony property damage, theft, and drug possession. She said she entered in June 1991.

Marvin Ernesto Leon-Ceron, a Salvadoran MS-13 member, was deported on Sept. 29 with a second-degree assault conviction and arrests for disorderly conduct and failing to obey an order.

Isidro Cruz-Estefina, a Mexican Latin Kings member, was deported on Sept. 30 after earlier removals in 2004 and 2009. His record included burglary, resisting an officer, and unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon.

The same week, DHS posted arrests that had not yet become removals. On Wednesday, the department said the previous day’s take included pedophiles, animal abusers, and drug traffickers.

On Thursday, DHS posted another day’s arrests and said there would be no sanctuary for those taken into custody.

That batch of arrestees included those with convictions for murder, assault on an officer, firearm possession, abduction, strangulation, and possession with intent to distribute.

12 Dead, Hundreds Injured in Latest Attack on Riyadh’s King Khalid International Airport

Twelve people are dead and hundreds are injured after the latest Houthi missile attack on Riyadh’s King Khalid International Airport.

The airport shut down operations on Saturday as officials assess the damage.

The US Government warned citizens to avoid Saudi Arabia’s King Khalid International Airport.

One US citizen died in the airport attack, officials said.

The AP reported:

The latest attack on the international airport in Saudi Arabia’s capital of Riyadh killed 12 people and injured over 300 others, civil aviation authorities said early Sunday, with some in critical condition. A Saudi-led coalition blamed Iran-backed Houthi rebels in neighboring Yemen.

It was the deadliest attack in any Gulf Arab country since the start of the Iran war, whose fronts have expanded to include the recent surge in fighting between the Houthis and Saudi-backed Yemeni government forces.

A missile struck a King Khalid International Airport complex housing terminals 3 and 4 for domestic flights, a regional official said, speaking on condition of anonymity because they weren’t authorized to speak to the media.

The Saudi statement said the dead included four Saudi citizens as well as two Bangladeshi nationals, a Palestinian, a U.S. citizen, an Egyptian, a Jordanian, a Syrian and a Sudanese. It said the injured were being treated at several hospitals.

President Trump was asked about the latest missile attack.

US Fighter Jet Disables Cargo Vessel Attempting to Violate Naval Blockade (VIDEO)

US forces disabled a cargo vessel attempting to violate President Trump’s naval blockade on Saturday.

A US military fighter jet struck the vessel and disabled the ship’s propulsion without harming any crew members, CENTCOM said.

Full statement from CENTCOM:

U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) forces disabled a commercial cargo vessel in the Gulf of Oman, Oct. 10, after the ship’s crew ignored repeated warnings and attempted to run the ongoing naval blockade against Iran.

A U.S. military fighter jet struck the stern of Panama-flagged M/V Ocean Molica (also known as the “Arika Sun”) with a precision munition, fully disabling the ship’s propulsion without harming the crew.

The large cargo vessel was attempting to transit regional waters after having previously departed an Iranian port.

CENTCOM forces resumed America’s blockade against all ships entering or departing Iranian ports on July 14. Four commercial vessels have been disabled and 135 ships have been turned around during three months of strict enforcement.

Additionally, U.S. forces have destroyed 10 tankers linked to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ multibillion-dollar shadow network over the same period.

All mariners are advised to heed blockade warnings from CENTCOM forces. Crews should also continue to monitor Notice to Mariners broadcasts and contact U.S. naval forces on bridge-to-bridge channel 16 when operating in the Gulf of Oman and Strait of Hormuz approaches.

President Trump on Thursday announced that the US will not be attacking Iran prior to the midterm elections.

“We are having productive discussions with the Islamic Republic of Iran,” Trump said.

“I want to make it clear to everybody that, while Iran is in very bad condition, both Economically and Militarily, and while the Blockade will remain in full force and effect, with Oil flowing in Record Numbers of Barrels through the Hormuz Strait (22 Million Barrels, last night alone, with not one barrel coming from, or going to, Iran!), we will not be attacking Iran at any time prior to the Midterm Elections to be held in the United States on November 3rd,” Trump said.

(VIDEO) Trump Calls BS on Talarico’s Flu Excuse – “TalaFreako Had the Longest Flu Ever Recorded… I Don’t Think it Was the Flu.”

President Trump holds midterm rally in Clarksville, Tennessee – October 10, 2026

President Trump is calling BS on Texas Democratic Senate Nominee James Talarico’s story for why he hid from Texas voters for two weeks after ditching Texas and heading to the Empire State to raise money with Mamdani’s people and the gay Human Rights Campaign.

On September 28, Talarico appeared at a fundraiser with TDS-infected actor Robert DeNiro and allies of NYC Mayor Zohran Mandani in New York. He was also raising money from the gay Human Rights Campaign in New York.

Two days later, on September 30, Talarico appeared virtually at a United States Hispanic Business Council forum, where he claimed he had a so-called flu diagnosis while broadcasting from a hotel room– somewhere.

“I was starting to feel kind of under the weather a few days ago, and last night it got so bad that I went to the urgent care here in Dallas,” he said, though he didn’t look like he was sick — surely not enough for urgent care.

“And I was diagnosed with the flu, and so uh I’m running a fever, and I’m my most contagious uh right now.”

WATCH:

Nearly two weeks later, he was still missing — until yesterday.

Trump was trolling Talarico for wearing a mask still during his rally in Clarksville, Tennessee, on Saturday, and he blasted him for disappearing with a fake flu.

“You know this guy, Talafreako, still wears the mask, and he had the longest flu ever recorded. He was away for like almost 14 days. He was missing in action,” Trump said.

“I don’t think it was the flu. Either that or it was a new strain of flu that keeps you out of commission for weeks.”

“But no, Talafreako, he was wearing a mask. Here’s a guy running in Texas against a very good guy, the greatest Attorney General that this country has seen in many, many years, actually. And Talafreako, a couple of months ago, was wearing a mask,” he continued.

“Look, anybody that’s wearing a mask, let’s say three months ago, you don’t want him to be in Texas, and you don’t want him to be in Tennessee.”

WATCH:

Trump previously noted “bad rumors are coming out” as Talarico remained in hiding.

Elon Musk thinks he caught the sexually transmitted diarrhea bug that’s apparently going around.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Talarico was finally seen in public on Friday at the ACL music festival in Austin, Texas, after a nearly two-week absence.

“Hate to disappoint the conspiracy theorists, but James is still alive and meeting with voters at ACL today,” a Talarico spokesperson said as if it’s totally normal to disappear for two weeks in the heat of an election.

Salmonella Scare Hits M&S, Tesco

Food recalls work when they are fast, precise, and boringly procedural—because in food safety, a narrow, well-executed precaution today prevents a messy outbreak tomorrow.

At a Glance

  • Prepworld recalled selected fresh-cut fruit packs after testing identified Salmonella in apple and kiwi used as ingredients; major UK retailers including M&S and Tesco withdrew affected items.
  • The Food Standards Agency advised customers not to eat listed products and to return them for a refund; recalls named specific product lines and short use-by windows.
  • This was a precautionary ingredient-triggered recall spanning multiple supermarkets, a familiar pattern in UK incident management.
  • The risk communication emphasized “do not eat,” refund instructions, and point‑of‑sale notices to reach consumers quickly.

What Happened: A Targeted, Ingredient-Triggered Recall

Several UK supermarket fruit lines—sold through retailers including Marks & Spencer and Tesco—were recalled after testing identified Salmonella in apple and kiwi ingredients used in those products. The supplier, Prepworld, initiated the action, and retailers executed store withdrawals and consumer-facing recalls with point-of-sale notices and refund guidance. The Food Standards Agency (FSA) reinforced the core public message: if you have the listed items, do not eat them; return them to the store for a refund. The recall was not open-ended. It cited defined product names and short-dated use-by codes, reflecting the limited shelf life of fresh-cut fruit and the traceability of implicated lots.

Contemporaneous reporting detailed the affected product families, including M&S-branded packs such as Café Pink Lady Apple and Pink Lady Apple Slices, with specific use-by dates around 24 June 2026. Coverage emphasized that the Salmonella finding was in the apple and kiwi used in the products, which is exactly the threshold that triggers a precautionary recall under UK practice: detection in an ingredient used in a ready-to-eat food is sufficient to act, independent of whether every finished retail pack tests positive.

How UK Food Recalls Work: Mechanism, Not Drama

In the UK, the playbook for microbiological hazards in ready-to-eat foods is well established. Once a credible hazard is identified—through supplier testing, retailer surveillance, or official sampling—the responsible business initiates a withdrawal (pulling products from sale) and, when items have already reached consumers, a recall (asking customers to return or dispose). The FSA coordinates risk communication, ensuring standardized wording, specific product identifiers, and clear consumer instructions. This process is intentionally routine; the aim is to intercept risk with minimal ambiguity and without waiting for epidemiology to catch up. For perishable foods with short shelf lives, specificity is crucial: named SKUs, pack sizes, and use-by dates anchor the action to the implicated lots.

Point-of-sale notices—those shelf-edge or service-counter signs you see in the days following a recall—are not mere formalities. They are the last-mile tool that ensures someone reaching for a familiar fruit pot gets the signal in time. Retailers then pair these notices with digital warnings in apps and email when loyalty or online accounts indicate a likely purchase match, improving reach and compliance without generating unnecessary panic.

The Supplier and Scope: Why Ingredient Findings Trigger Wide Retail Action

Prepared-fruit suppliers like Prepworld sit upstream of multiple supermarket brands, which is why a single positive test in a shared ingredient can ripple across chains. Centralized preparation and lot-based distribution create efficiency—and shared exposure if a lot is compromised. In this case, Prepworld recalled selected fruit packs sold through M&S, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, ASDA, Morrisons, and Waitrose after Salmonella was identified in apple and kiwi used in those products. The multi-retailer footprint does not imply a system-wide failure; it reflects one supplier’s role in multiple private-label assortments and the disciplined use of traceability to identify precisely which lots and dates were touched.

A defining feature of modern UK recalls is that they are often preventive. Detecting Salmonella in an input to a ready-to-eat item—especially a high-moisture, minimally processed fruit—meets the threshold for immediate action. Unlike raw foods intended for cooking, where a kill step reduces risk, fresh-cut fruit is eaten as sold; the margin for error is thin. Hence the playbook: narrow the lot window, broadcast the “do not eat” instruction, and refund without friction.

Consumer Guidance: What “Do Not Eat” Really Means

When a recall names Salmonella in a ready-to-eat product, the instruction is categorical for the listed items: do not eat them. Return or dispose according to the notice, and claim a refund. It does not mean avoid all apples or kiwi, nor does it implicate unrelated batches or brands. The short use-by dates common to cut fruit naturally limit the time window of concern, and retailers remove stock rapidly. If someone has already consumed a listed product and remains well, routine monitoring for 48 hours is sensible; if gastrointestinal symptoms emerge—diarrhea, fever, abdominal cramps—seek medical advice, particularly for the very young, older adults, pregnant people, and the immunocompromised, who face higher complication risks. The FSA’s standardized language is designed to be both unambiguous and proportional.

Refund logistics are straightforward. Customers can return the affected product to the store for a full refund without a receipt; retailers typically instruct staff accordingly and display the recall details at point of sale. For online shoppers, account-linked alerts and refund credits are commonly used to close the loop efficiently.

Why This Fits a Familiar Pattern—and Why That’s Reassuring

This episode sits squarely in the UK’s risk management pattern: a supplier-initiated recall following a positive microbiological test; FSA amplification; multi-retailer participation; and a finite list of SKUs and dates. It is not evidence of a generalized hazard in fruit supply; it is evidence that surveillance and traceability did their jobs. UK public health agencies and partners routinely investigate hundreds of foodborne outbreaks over multi-year spans; rapid, lot-specific recalls are one of the reasons many never become large public-health events.

The Takeaway for Shoppers and Industry

For shoppers, heed the list and the dates—precision matters. For retailers and suppliers, this recall underlines three durable lessons. First, upstream testing and environmental monitoring must be timely enough to intercept hazards before broad distribution. Second, lot segregation and digital traceability, when disciplined, allow for surgical recalls that protect consumers without indiscriminately scrapping safe stock. Third, clear, consistent public messaging—do not eat; here are the SKUs; here are the use-by dates; return for a refund—builds compliance and preserves trust. The system worked as designed: tight scope, fast action, and unambiguous instructions kept a microbiological detection from becoming a public-health problem.

Scott Bessent Goes Scorched Earth on Elizabeth Warren – Ends Epic Letter with “Happy Indigenous Peoples’ Day”

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent torched Democrat Senator Elizabeth Warren in response to her persistent requests for information about the Trump Administration’s monetary policies.

Elizabeth Warren has sent more than 100 letters to Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent demanding information.

In her latest letter dated October 10, Elizabeth Warren accused Bessent of increasing costs: “The surge in Treasury yields is self-inflicted and follows the Fed’s decision to raise the federal funds rate by a quarter of a percentage point, driven by concerns about inflation.”

Of course, Elizabeth Warren never said a word about inflation during the Biden years.

Bessent hit back at Elizabeth Warren: “As the federal funds rate climbed from near zero to its highest level in 22 years, with inflation hitting a 40-year high, you were a cheerleader for the Biden Administration’s reckless spending.”

Secretary Bessent savaged Elizabeth Warren at the conclusion of his letter.

“Finally, my offer of a Foreign Exchange for Dummies tutorial still, and if you receive a passing grade to the Yale metric, not the Harvard curve, I would be happy to also include a Fixed Income for Dummies.”

“Happy Indigenous Peoples’ Day in advance to you and your family,” Bessent said.

In 2018, Senator Warren released a DNA study where she claims she is 1/512th 1/1024th Native American.

The Boston Globe later issued a correction to their initial report — The DNA test revealed that Elizabeth Warren is not 1/512 Native American, she’s 1/1,024. That’s 0.0009765625.

Warren actually has less Indian in her bloodline than most Caucasian Americans.

But that hasn’t stopped Warren from promoting this lie over the years.

Before the humiliating DNA test results were released, Elizabeth Warren used to claim her paw paw’s high cheekbones were proof she was Native American.

(VIDEO) Trump Says He Wants to Rename the Strait of Hormuz, a River, and an Ocean – “The Atlantic or the Pacific… Trump Ocean or Ocean of the Americas”

President Trump holds midterm rally in Clarksville, Tennessee – October 10, 2026

President Trump revealed his next quest to change the name of a landmark by claiming one of the five oceans as American.

Trump said during a rally on Saturday in Clarksville, Tennessee, that he wants to change the name of the Atlantic or the Pacific Ocean to “Trump Ocean or Ocean of the Americas,” and the name of the Strait of Hormuz between the Persian Gulf and Gulf of Oman to the “Trump Strait.”

He also said that he wants a river, but left the Hudson River in New York off the table. “That’s too much. Henry Hudson, he did a good job sailing up that sucker a long time ago,” he said.

“We’re taking out more barrels of oil right now from the Hormuz Strait — we’re thinking about renaming it to the Trump Strait,” Trump said, causing the crowd to go wild with cheers.

“Well, I’m not going to do it; I wouldn’t want to do it. I’ll get Bill Hagerty and Marsha [Blackburn], she’ll come in from the governorship to do it. No, we’re thinking about doing it,” he added, noting that he already changed the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America and Lake Ontario to Lake America.

“We had the Gulf of Mexico, and I said one day — and everyone thinks I kid. I said one day, you know, I think we should name it the Gulf of America, right? And everybody smiled. ‘Oh, that’s so funny!’ I did it, right? It’s done,” he said.

“And look at Lake Ontario. Canada has been ripping us off for 50 years, charging us massive tariffs. Everyone says, like, ‘Oh, Canada’s so nice.’ They treat us terribly. They really treated us terribly. They’re not treating us terribly anymore. But I decided that Lake Ontario should be renamed to Lake America. So we’ve got the Gulf, we’ve got a beautiful lake.”

But we don’t have a river or an ocean, Trump pointed out.

“So we need a river, and we need an ocean,” he said.

“So I was thinking of either the Atlantic or the Pacific. We call it Trump Ocean, or Ocean of the Americas, something like that.”

WATCH:

Trump previously floated the idea on August 27, when he signed an executive order renaming Lake Ontario.

“We have a gulf, and we have a lake. Now all we need is an ocean,” he said. “So, maybe we’ll have to change the name of the Atlantic and/or the Pacific. Maybe we’ll change them both.”
