Bodycam Footage of Georgia Cop Who Gunned Down Adorable Baby Donkey is Released – Blows Up His Stated ‘Reason’ for Killing the Animal (VIDEO)

Police have finally released the body camera footage of the despicable Georgia cop who gunned down a baby donkey back in late August, and it destroys the disgusting lie he was trying to sell to the public.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Elsberry farm owner Hannah Israel revealed that Cedartown, Georgia police officers entered her family’s pasture and killed her donkey HeeHaw after they perceived him as a “threat.”

In a post on Facebook, Israel wrote, “At 12:45 am cops entered my pasture searching for a missing person WITHOUT permission or warning and shot and killed my bottle-raised BABY donkey.”

She added, “HeeHaw was raised in the house and did petting zoos; he never knew a stranger. And was shot and killed in his OWN pasture for doing what donkeys do. Alerting to a stranger.”

At the time, the police had been reportedly called to assist a bloodhound team that was searching for a missing 12-year-old girl.

Trenton Garner, the officer who killed Heehaw, claimed taking the animal’s life was the only way to protect himself, the K-9 officer, and the team of bloodhounds.

Garner later stated that he informed his sergeant and the animal’s owner.

Now, the body camera footage, released Thursday night, CONFIRMS that Gardner’s statement was a complete lie. The footage PROVES that Heehaw was not threatening anybody.

In the video, a curious HeeHaw walks up to greet what he thinks is a ‘friendly’ police officer. The K-9 handler then shoots Heehaw with a taser.

The donkey walks away, seemingly into the night.

But Garner, who is to the side, is not satisfied and proceeds to unload a hail of bullets into the innocent animal, causing it to fall to the ground several feet away.

Garner then gets on his radio to announce he has shot a donkey and that it was trying to attack him and the other officer in the pasture.

But the video makes clear this was a cold-blooded killing.

Based on this horrifying video and other facts in the case, the firing of Officer Gardner is nowhere near enough. He deserves a lengthy prison sentence and a massive fine.

Our nation also needs far more stringent animal welfare laws to deter crooked cops and others from killing innocent animals in cold blood.

Pro-Life Citizens Gather to Pray for the Courts as Supreme Court Begins New Term

WASHINGTON, D.C. — We’ve all been in gatherings where we’ve sung Christian hymns, and we’re all familiar with so many of them. But when was the last time you heard a verse of a Christian hymn say, “And here comes judicial reform?”

For me, it was this past Monday, as I gathered with Christian conservative leaders and prayer warriors at the Museum of the Bible in Washington, DC to speak and lead prayer at third annual National Consecration of Our Court. This annual event focuses on prayer for the entire judicial branch of government, from the U.S. Supreme Court to federal appellate and district courts and state courts.

Monday was first day of the Supreme Court’s new term, and the event was organized by the Judicial Action Group (JAG), headed by Phillip Jauregui. JAG works to help citizens understand the judicial branch of our government, including the process of selecting, confirming and electing judges.

The gathering is an important reminder that the courts are just as consequential to the protection of unborn children as the legislative and executive branches. Most people have some experience in dealing with those two branches but are unclear on how to affect the judicial branch.

The way to do that is through keeping informed about specific judicial nominees and paying attention to judicial confirmation processes and elections.

At the gathering, different faith leaders prayed for the various levels of the American judicial system. Retired Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Tom Parker led prayer for the state courts, while Mike Berry from First Liberty Institute prayed for the federal district and appellate courts. Those courts deserve particular attention because – simply for practicality — well over 99% of court cases are resolved without ever reaching the Supreme Court.

Different faith leaders were assigned to pray individually for each justice and I was given Justice Brett Kavanaugh. In my remarks, I began by thanking God for President Trump, who reshaped the Court for the good of the prolife movement. I also thanked God for the US Senate Republicans who got rid of the filibuster for Supreme Court nominations. That was essential for reversing Roe, because none of President Trump’s three Supreme Court Justices got more than 54 votes.

The reversal of Roe, which Justice Kavanaugh helped accomplish by his vote, was an act of humility and repentance by the Court. His separate concurrence made the point that nine Justices should not presume to decide such a crucial issue for all the people.

I also noted that during his time on the DC Circuit Court of Appeals, Kavanaugh had previously sided with Priests for Life in our challenge to the federal HHS mandate requiring us to participate in a process that could facilitate the provision of contraception and abortion-inducing drugs to our employees.

Although a three-judge panel ruled against Priests for Life, Kavanaugh dissented from the denial of the organization’s request for an en banc hearing by the full appeals court. He said he would side with us, recognizing that the government had a less burdensome way of accomplishing its objectives without requiring Priests for Life to participate in a process that violated our beliefs.

(We ended up in the Supreme Court, and ultimately won that whole battle thanks to the election of President Trump.)

We all remembered the intense attacks he endured during his confirmation process, as well as the attempted assassination, and prayed for the protection of all the Justices.

The event sponsor, Judicial Action Group, researches and vets judicial candidates before they are nominated, confirmed or elected, helping citizens understand who the candidates are and what judicial philosophies they hold. Citizens can then communicate with their senators during federal confirmation processes and become informed participants in state judicial elections.

Let’s pray regularly for America’s courts (see ProLifePrayers.com) and make prayer for judges and the judicial system an ongoing part of the pro-life movement.

Americans GO OFF on “Angry” NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani After He Grandstands Over ICE Shooting Violent Illegal Alien Gangster in His City (VIDEO)

Communist New York City Mayor is getting destroyed in the comments online after his disgusting statements following the most recent ICE shooting of an illegal alien.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, protests erupted in the Bronx on Thursday evening after an ICE agent shot and wounded an illegal migrant from the Dominican Republic in Marble Hill.

The illegal migrant was later identified by the NYPD as 28-year-old Oscar Bengal. He was shot in the neck and later taken to the hospital.

Per ICE, Bengal has a prior criminal conviction for grand larceny, and multiple prior arrests for assault, robbery, possession of drugs, and weapons possession.

He also has associations with the Trinitarios gang, the same gang that killed a CBP officer last year.

In an X post, Mamdani said he was “angry” before going on to prevaricate about the incident, having initially announced it on social media.

This included calling the illegal alien a “New Yorker.” Mamdani also reiterated his call to abolish ICE.

He included a video containing part of his speech to the protesters of the shooting.

“The pretext of ICE is to keep this country safe. How is it keeping anyone safe to have individuals wearing construction vests and masks and long guns when residents have no idea whether these are law enforcement agents or if they are simply attacking someone on the streets?” Mamdani whined.

“And when it comes to ICE: what’s the difference?”

Americans immediately responded by calling Mamdani a “traitor” and for outright ignoring the illegal alien’s extremely violent background.

Iowa Republican Congressional Candidate Leaves Democrat Opponent Flustered By Her Own Radical Record During Debate (Video)

Joseph Mitchell is running in Iowa’s 2nd Congressional District to replace Republican Ashley Hinson, who is running for Senate.

During a debate with his opponent, Democrat state Rep. Lindsay James, Mitchell left James stumbling by simply reminding voters of her radical record in the State House.

Mitchell stated, “So this is before she made her home LA and San Francisco, Massachusetts, before she conveniently moved to Iowa just 10 years ago, immediately ran for office.”

“She gets in office, she missed over half her votes this last legislative session.”

“And when she was there, which was probably worse, she was voting to give illegal immigrants state-funded Medicaid, food stamps, housing assistance, sex changes for kids. She hasn’t seen a tax raise she didn’t like.”

“She was letting criminals off, violent criminals that we were trying to penalize and give the three strikes law to.”

“So again, we don’t judge her for being from Portland, Oregon.”

James, who looked like a deer in headlights, interjected, “These are absurd claims and absolutely misleading.”

Mitchell shot back, “It is not. And you know that’s true.”

He then dropped a simple line that left James looking haunted when he reminded her that all of her votes are on the record for voters to see.

“Well, we’ll have everything on our page after this, every single bill that she voted on that we just listed off.”

Mitchell took to social media to share some of her radical votes and her dereliction of duty by missing 177 of 342 votes in the state house since launching her campaign.

James voted against a bill requiring noncitizens to verify immmigration status and Iowa residency to receive public assistance.

In 2023, James voted against a bill prohibiting the mutilation of minors through sex reassignment surgeries. In 2025, James voted against a bill prohibiting state funds from being used for sex reassignment surgeries, forcing taxpayers to foot the bill.

AOC Lashes Out at Target Over Bronx ICE Shooting, Despite Being a Half Mile from Where it Happened

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is demanding a “full and independent investigation” of an ICE shooting in the Bronx, and she is blaming Target for letting federal agents use a parking lot, even as the Department of Homeland Security says the man who was shot is a criminal illegal immigrant with gang ties.

The shooting took place at approximately 4:20 p.m. Thursday.

Agents were trying to arrest 28-year-old Oscar Belgal, a Dominican national the NYPD identified and DHS described as tied to the Trinitarios gang. He was shot in his vehicle.

A 5-year-old boy, believed to be his son, was in the back seat and was not hurt.

Belgal was taken to a nearby hospital and is expected to survive.

DHS said Belgal has a conviction for grand larceny and prior arrests for assault, robbery, drug possession, and weapons possession.

Sources told the New York Post that agents were also looking at whether he is tied to the migrant moped crew that shot an off-duty Border Patrol agent at Fort Washington Park last year.

Naturally, AOC sided with the violent criminal in a statement posted to X.

“ICE’s already unwelcome presence in our city has been growing more escalatory and dangerous by the day. Today’s shooting is a grave development that requires a swift and immediate response to protect the safety of all New Yorkers,” she said.

The congresswoman called first for “a full and independent investigation of this incident,” then for “a full and immediate release of all body camera footage.”

She also blamed Target rather than the criminal.

“In addition, the Target Corporation must stop offering its Bronx properties as private staging sites for ICE, in compliance with requests from New York officials,” she said.

“Target opening up large, active retail parking lots for paramilitary activity is unacceptable and places the entire community at risk.”

The Target store is about half a mile from where the shooting took place.

A representative for the retail giant told the New York Post, “Target has no cooperative agreements with ICE or any other immigration enforcement agency.”

Ocasio-Cortez concluded by calling ICE “a rogue, lawless paramilitary and surveillance agency” that “does not belong in New York City and it should not exist in the United States of America. Abolish ICE.”

New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani also sided with the criminal.

Mamdani said he tried to reach President Trump to demand an end to ICE enforcement in the city and that he tried to negotiate Belgal’s release.

“This is an unconscionable and incredibly serious situation. I have called the President; when we speak I will demand that he ends all ICE enforcement actions in our city. I will not stand by while ICE agents terrorize our communities,” Mamdani said.

About 300 protesters gathered outside the hospital, and many clashed with police.

OUTRAGEOUS! Brazilian Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes Issues ARREST WARRANT for Eduardo Bolsonaro as His Brother Emerges as Favorite to Become Brazil’s Next President

Brazil’s Supreme Court tyrant Alexandre de Moraes, the justice critics have long called Alexandre de Voldemort, has ordered the arrest of Eduardo Bolsonaro, the son of imprisoned former President Jair Bolsonaro and the brother of Flávio Bolsonaro, the frontrunner to send socialist Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva packing on October 25.

Eduardo’s brother, Senator Flávio Bolsonaro, has emerged as the frontrunner to become Brazil’s next president after defeating incumbent socialist President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva in the first round of voting. Moraes did not wait for the runoff.

Moraes ordered Eduardo to begin serving a four-year, two-month sentence immediately, directed federal police to arrest him if he sets foot in Brazil, canceled his Brazilian passports, and suspended his political rights for the length of the sentence, according to Reuters.

The conviction became final on October 3 after appeals were rejected. Eduardo has lived in the United States, including Texas, since 2025.

His “crime,” according to the court’s First Panel, was speaking to the Trump administration about the weaponization of Brazil’s justice system against his father.

In June the panel, Moraes, Lula ally Cristiano Zanin, Cármen Lúcia, and Flávio Dino, convicted Eduardo unanimously of “coercion in the course of proceedings.” Prosecutors said he lobbied Washington for tariffs on Brazilian goods, Magnitsky sanctions, and visa revocations aimed at STF ministers, in an effort to pressure the court during Jair Bolsonaro’s trial.

The sentence starts in a semi-open regime, carries a fine, strips him of a Federal Police clerk post, and bars him from office for eight years after the term.

Moraes, who also ran the case against the father, wrote that Eduardo “cannot benefit from his own wrongdoing by fleeing the national territory” to thwart the sentence.

The same justice was sanctioned by the U.S. Treasury under the Magnitsky Act in July 2025 for arbitrary detentions and the suppression of speech. The Gateway Pundit reported when Treasury then hit Moraes’ wife and his Lex Institute, and when aides lost their U.S. visas.

Eduardo called the new order what it is. In a statement Thursday he said that even after voters delivered a clear “enough,” Moraes was again throwing the country into turmoil with a decision that is “arbitrary, ill-timed and ineffectual,” because the United States “has already made clear it does not comply with delirious decisions of this nature.”

He said the only practical effect, timed in the middle of an election, is to inflame the country, and that on October 25 Brazilians will elect Flávio Bolsonaro and, with a new Congress, “restore normalcy.”

WAIT, WHAT? Harvard Quietly Preparing to Spend Millions on Increasing AI Computing Ability as Leftists Claim AI Must be Stopped for Our Safety

For months now, Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren and countless other leftists have been running around the country, telling anyone who will listen that AI (artificial intelligence) will kill us all if it isn’t stopped now.

AND YET…

Harvard is quietly preparing to spend millions of dollars to increase their AI computing ability.

So which is it?

This news is coming from the Harvard student newspaper the Harvard Crimson:

Harvard Weighs $25 Million Investment to Double University-Wide AI Computing Capacity

Harvard is considering putting roughly $25 million from a new centrally administered fund toward computing infrastructure to significantly boost the University’s computing capacity, according to two people familiar with the planning.

The money is penciled in to purchase a cluster of GPUs roughly the same size as the existing cluster at the Kempner Institute for the Study of Natural and Artificial Intelligence, according to Bernardo L. Sabatini ’91, who co-directs the institute. Sabatini estimated the investment could roughly double the University’s AI computing capacity.

While the Kempner cluster — roughly 1,100 GPUs — prioritizes access for its own affiliates through a tiered system, the new GPUs would be “a University resource for all,” Sabatini wrote. Decisions about which GPUs to purchase and how they are used would be made centrally rather than by Kempner, he added.

A second person, granted anonymity to discuss plans that are not public, confirmed a similar figure had been discussed. Both Sabatini and the person said the number was not finalized but had circulated in recent talks about how the University plans to allocate a recently announced $50 million investment in cutting-edge scientific research.

A University spokesperson declined to comment on the size or scope of the computing investment. The spokesperson referred The Crimson to a Sept. 28 announcement in the Harvard Gazette that said the money would support servers, computational capacity, cloud computing, and leading AI models.

If this is true, why isn’t Bernie Sanders leading a protest in front of Harvard University right now?

Where are all of the other leftists who have been saying that AI must be stopped and regulated?

Why is Harvard getting a pass? As if we didn’t know.

It’s ironic that President Trump announced today that he doesn’t want former President Obama prosecuted. That’s the biggest mistake of President Trump’s presidency.

Because it’s now 100% clear who and what Obama is. No one can any longer debate what I’m about to say…

 

Obama is an unAmerican, communist, radical Muslim.

 

How can I prove that? Well, who you support, endorse, and campaign for certainly defines who you are.

If I campaigned for KKK, racist, white supremacist, neo-Nazi David Duke, wouldn’t the liberal mainstream media call me “a racist white supremacist KKK Nazi?”

Of course they would.

Well guess who just announced he’s campaigning for an unAmerican, communist, radical Muslim who supports Sharia Law?

Obama.

Obama just announced he will be on stage in Michigan on October 24th, campaigning for and openly endorsing Democrat US Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed.

Abdul El-Sayed is a communist, radical Muslim, who once said he will support Sharia Law for life.

So, what does that make Obama? 

 

 

Is it a fact that Abdul El-Sayed said he supports Sharia Law for life?

Michigan Democratic Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed once declared his sacred “obligation” to follow Sharia law in every aspect of his life until he meets his maker on the day he dies, according to unearthed comments he made to the New York Times in 2009 as a young man buying his first home.

 

But don’t listen to me. I’m biased. I strongly believe Islam is a death sentence for Western Civilization. I strongly believe Islam is incompatible with America and the US Constitution. 

 

Sharia Law can NEVER be allowed in America.

 

But don’t take my word for it- just ask Google. Google is as far left biased as it gets. Yet even Google admits that Sharia Law is extreme, poisonous and most importantly, DEADLY.

 

Here is what Google says about, “the dark side of Sharia Law”…

 

Restrictions on Freedom of Religion and Speech

  • Apostasy laws: Leaving Islam or converting to another religion is treated as a crime and, in some fundamentalist nations, is punishable by death.
  • Blasphemy laws: Criticizing Islam, the Prophet Muhammad, or the Quran can lead to severe prison sentences or execution.
  • Non-Muslim status: Under strict historical or fundamentalist frameworks, non-Muslims are classified as dhimmis (protected people), which can limit their rights to build houses of worship, proselytize, or hold certain public offices.
  • Persecution of LGBTQ+ People:
  • Harsh penalties: Fundamentalist state interpretations penalize homosexuality with imprisonment, corporal punishment, or death. 

And of course, Sharia Law treats women as second-class citizens, with no rights or freedom.

But again, don’t take my word for it. Listen to people who have lived it.

In his book “Heretic,” former Muslim Ayaan Hirsi Ali explains the horror of sharia for women:

Repeatedly, women are considered under the code to be worth at most “half a man.” Sharia subordinates women to men in a multitude of ways: the requirement of guardianship by men, the right of men to beat their wives, the right of men to have unfettered sexual access to their wives, the right of men to practice polygamy, and the restriction of women’s legal rights in divorce cases, in estate law, in cases of rape, in court testimony, and in consent to marriage.5

Or listen to the testimony of Egyptian-born Nonie Darwish, author of the book “Cruel and Usual Punishment.” Here she explains what it was like to grow up in Egypt under Sharia law:

 

 “For the first thirty years of my life, I lived as a virtual slave…a second-class citizen who had to watch what I said even to my close friends. Under Islamic law I had to live in a gender-segregated environment and always be aware that the legal and social penalty for ‘sin’ could end my life…treating all aspects of human relations as governable by Allah’s law. (Sharia law) allows a woman seen without a headdress to be flogged, punishes rape victims, and calls for beheading for adultery. I never questioned or challenged it — or dared to even think about its validity.”

Folks, this is what a Democrat US Senate candidate El-Sayed believes in, for every aspect of life, until the day he dies.

And Obama supports him, endorses him and campaigns for him.

Obama is no longer hiding who he is. It’s all out in the open. I’ll say it again- it’s now 100% fact and beyond debate…

Obama is now, and always has been, an unAmerican, communist, radical Muslim “Manchurian Candidate” who supports Sharia Law.

I told you so. 

I’ve been right for almost 20 years (since 2007). Now it’s all out in the open.

 

Obama tried to destroy this country. Obama tried to destroy capitalism. Obama tried to destroy you, President Trump. He ordered the spying on you and your campaign. He ordered the “Russian Collusion” conspiracy to take down your presidency. He coordinated the 2020 stolen election to throw you out of office. He ordered your persecution- Obama wanted you to die in prison.

Obama is the one who invented “open borders” to flood this country with illegal alien foreign invaders- and then got them registered to vote Democrat to rig and steal all future elections.

Obama destroyed the US healthcare system and bankrupted middle-class America with the fraud and lies of Obamacare.

Obama flooded this nation with Muslim migrants who hate America and everything it stands for- like Ilhan Omar and Zohran Mamdani.

Obama’s fingerprints are all over the hatred for Israel and Jews in America for the first time in history.

The curses of antifa, BLM, Arab Spring and ISIS all formed since Obama.

And now Obama and his radical Muslim buddies want to make America into a Sharia Law-compliant nation. All roads lead to Obama.

This man is a curse upon our nation. 

 

President Trump is the greatest President of my lifetime, and one of the greatest in U.S. history. He saved America (at least temporarily) from a communist and radical Islamic takeover.

 

I will ALWAYS stand with President Trump.

He is superhuman. He achieves more in a week than any other president in eight years- including my hero, Ronald Reagan.

The American Conservative’s AI Writing Policy

TAC is committed to preserving the trust it has built up with its readership over a quarter-century.

IBM had a famous dictum in its 1979 training manual: “A computer can never be held accountable, therefore a computer must never make a management decision.” 

As far corporate training-manual maxims go, we think that’s a pretty good one, and generalizable to our own work. Journalism is useful insofar as it is trustworthy, and it is trustworthy only insofar as a person or set of persons are responsible for getting facts and analysis right. Failure must come at the risk of public shame and, in extremity, professional jeopardy. 

The only way a journalist can be held responsible for the entirety of an article is for him to write the entire thing, including the background material that nonprofessionals may think is mere window-dressing for the central reporting or argument. Any reporter can regale you with war-stories in which perfunctory fact-finding for context or kickers brought new detail or insight to light, radically changing the entire premises, emphases, or framing of the article. 

Journalistic writing is the artifact of the writer’s critical engagement with fact; if you are not engaging with the facts critically as you put words onto the page, you are not doing journalism. Putting your name on an article is an assertion that you have actually thought through what you have written, and will stand by it.

For this reason, The American Conservative does not accept stories containing AI-generated prose. While AI has opened exciting vistas of technical progress, including for the research and data-processing that go into journalism, it is not an appropriate tool for the replacement of human judgment, which is what bylined writing represents. A computer can never be held accountable. No matter how proficient AI tools become at generating aesthetically acceptable prose, they cannot supply authority and responsibility.

TAC’s editors and writers are not infallible, but we’d like to think that over nearly a quarter-century they’ve amassed a pretty good track record, and have earned a reputation for independence and honesty. We do not present you, our readers, with articles we have not thought through ourselves and we are not willing to stand behind. To maintain this standard of responsibility, our editors check every submission not only using their own judgment but also the best available tools for AI detection. We will not publish those we believe to be generated by AI.

We believe the American public is with us on this issue. Ninety-four percent of those surveyed by Pew Research think it is important for them to know whether a given piece of media is generated by AI. Just 10 percent believe that AI use will have a positive effect on journalism. Fifty-six percent say they are less confident in an article composed using AI. These are not ambiguous numbers. Americans understand that journalism is ultimately a matter of trust, and trust is a matter of human responsibility.
