Worst Coach in Sports History: Stephanie White Holds Press Conference after Epic Collapse in Playoffs – Says Top Priority Is Keeping Kelsey ‘Ball-Hog’ Mitchell and NOT Caitlin Clark

Stephanie White needs to be fired. Enough!

You just can’t make this up.

Stephanie White, arguably the worst coach in professional sports history, held a press conference on Saturday for some reason.

White held her presser as Caitlin Clark returned to a hero’s welcome to the University of Iowa and promoted her new basketball shoe — the best-selling women’s shoe in Nike history! The shoe sold out before Caitlin got out of bed!

But White never cared about Caitlin – the generational player that continues to break records on the court and in the sales department.

Clark had the most-watched games in the WNBA season once again.
Caitlin set the WNBA viewership record on CBS, NBC, ESPN, Prime, USA Network, and Ion.

This does not matter to White and the Fever franchise. They are all idiots in an idiot league.

On Saturday, White went before the media in what all Caitlin Clark fans were hoping was her exit interview.
No such luck.

During her interview, White announced that her first priority was securing a contract with Kelsey Mitchell???

Is this woman insane? She has Caitlin Clark on the team and she is focusing on securing a contract with ball-hog Kelsey Mitchell?
What is wrong with this woman?

Sports Patriot explains why this is so utterly retarded.

**IF KELSEY MITCHELL IS STEPHANIE WHITE’S #1 PRIORITY, IS CAITLIN CLARK THE ONE GETTING SQUEEZED OUT OF INDIANA?**

**THE SALARY CAP DOESN’T LIE. DO THE DAMN MATH.**

**INDIANA FEVER FANS… READ BETWEEN THE LINES.**

Stephanie White opens her end-of-season press conference by declaring that Kelsey Mitchell is her **NUMBER ONE PRIORITY.**

And then she REPEATS IT.

GOOD LORD. DOES ANYBODY IN THIS ORGANIZATION UNDERSTAND THE SALARY CAP?

Caitlin Clark is eligible to renegotiate her contract for 2027 under the WNBA’s new EPIC provision. She could command approximately $1.3 MILLION, and frankly, she has earned every penny.

Meanwhile, Indiana already has approximately **$4.57 MILLION COMMITTED TO JUST SEVEN PLAYERS** next season.

Aliyah Boston: $1.47 million.

Lexie Hull: $803,250.

Monique Billings: $800,000.

And those contracts aren’t simply disappearing because Stephanie White wants to keep her favorite scorer.

Now consider Kelsey Mitchell’s $1.4 million salary this season.

Using the current salary-cap framework, retaining Mitchell at that figure, paying Caitlin what she’s eligible to earn, and filling the mandatory roster spots would require roughly **$7.75 MILLION**.

That’s BEFORE retaining Sophie Cunningham or meaningfully upgrading this roster.

Yes, the 2027 cap will increase. Yes, trades and other roster changes are possible.

**BUT SOMEBODY HAD BETTER EXPLAIN HOW THE HELL THIS IS SUPPOSED TO WORK.**

Because Stephanie White just stood in front of the media and made Kelsey Mitchell her unmistakable NUMBER ONE PRIORITY.

TWICE.

And I have a question.

**WHERE THE HELL DOES THAT LEAVE CAITLIN CLARK?**

The generational talent who transformed this franchise, filled arenas, drove television audiences, and helped bring an entirely new generation of fans to the WNBA.

The player Indiana should be doing EVERYTHING in its power to build around.

We’re barely out of the playoffs, and the first thing we’re hearing is another declaration about Kelsey Mitchell.

After an entire season of questionable rotations, stagnant offensive schemes, and an inexplicable reluctance to maximize Caitlin Clark’s greatest strengths, I find that absolutely astonishing.

**STEPHANIE WHITE, THE SALARY CAP DOESN’T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT YOUR FAVORITES.**

You cannot keep handing out enormous contracts without making difficult basketball and financial decisions.

And the Indiana Fever have already made some incredibly questionable ones.

I want Caitlin Clark in Indiana.

I want her compensated appropriately.

And I want a roster built to WIN CHAMPIONSHIPS around her extraordinary abilities.

**SO BEFORE WE HEAR ONE MORE WORD ABOUT KELSEY MITCHELL BEING THE NUMBER ONE PRIORITY, I WANT SOMEBODY TO EXPLAIN HOW CAITLIN CLARK FITS INTO THE FINANCIAL AND BASKETBALL PLAN.**

Because right now, Stephanie White is giving Fever fans every reason to question the priorities of this organization.

**CAITLIN CLARK SHOULD BE THE FOUNDATION OF THE INDIANA FEVER’S FUTURE.**

**EVERY OTHER ROSTER DECISION SHOULD BE BUILT AROUND THAT REALITY.**

Stephanie White cannot be fired soon enough. The abuse Caitlin Clark takes in this league is like nothing we have ever seen. She is responsible for AT LEAST half of the viewership, and they all treat her like crap – including her train-wreck of a coach.

Last word from Stephanie – daddy issues.

FIRE STEPHANIE WHITE!

Banks Skim $3,450 A Year Off A $15,000 Balance At 23% – This Card Pauses That to 0%

(Note: Thank you for supporting businesses like the one presenting a sponsored message below and working with them through the links below which benefits Gateway Pundit. We appreciate your support!)

Every month the interest comes off the top of your payment. Groceries, gas, the furnace, Christmas. The check leaves and the number on the statement barely blinks.

You work. You pay. The debt sits there because the interest got to the money first.

On $15,000 at 23%, that skim is $3,450 a year. A second bill hiding inside the first one. None of it knocks the balance down.

That skim is the bank’s profit. Your payment is how they collect it, month after month, while the balance sits.

This card pauses that interest to 0% for 21 months from the day the account opens. Open it now and that stretch runs into May 2028.

New purchases and qualifying balance transfers both get the 0%. You move what you already owe, and for almost two years every dollar you send can actually hit the debt.

There is a 5% fee on each transfer, $5 minimum, $750 on $15,000. That $750 is the toll to shut off $3,450 a year. Qualifying transfers have to post within 120 days of opening, and a transfer can take up to 14 days, so you start the move the day the account opens.

After 21 months the rate becomes 17.49%, 23.99%, or 28.24% variable, based on your credit. If the balance is still sitting there, the interest starts eating again.

There is no yearly fee. You are here for 21 months at 0%, and that is what this card is selling.

FinanceBuzz named this card Best 0% Intro APR and Balance Transfer Card for 2026. They list good to excellent credit, about 670 or higher. Approval is not guaranteed.

For almost two years the meter can stay off and the payments can finally mean something.

See this card here.

Larry Kudlow DESTROYS Democrat “Affordability” BS: “They Complain Now About Gasoline Prices, But They Did Everything They Could – to End Fossil Fuels Altogether” (VIDEO)

Kudlow just leveled lying Democrats and their media water-carriers.

The great Larry Kudlow dropped the receipts on the Democrat Party of socialist fools in his show The Kudlow Report on Thursday.

Kudlow found it laughable that Democrats are running on affordability following the 9% inflation the country suffered through under crazy Joe Biden.

Democrats tanked the US economy under Joe Biden and now they are fooling Americans to get back in power.

Biden and Democrats also did all they could to increase energy prices. They closed pipelines, refineries, drilling, exploration, coal plants, etc. And Americans suffered dearly for it.

Now they are running on affordability! And they know the wicked fake news outlets will carry their water for them.

Larry Kudlow: You know, Democrats today think they’re winning the midterms on affordability.

But the last time they had the reins of power, they spent $7 trillion that was monetized by the Powell Fed that created a 9% inflation peak and over 21% cumulative inflation.

They complain now about gasoline prices, but they did everything they could with their radical climate change greenie policies to end fossil fuels altogether and tax gasoline to death in the meantime.

And just today, Gavin Newsom’s California has $6.50 gasoline, which is $2 above the national average.

Now, Mr. (Jerome) Powell may not have done anything criminal in the Fed building fiasco, but he was certainly complicit in the disaster known as big government socialism during the Biden years. And that’s riff.

Here is the video:

New Jersey Student Sues After Professor Called Him a ‘Racist’ Over a Trump Flag on His Bedroom Wall

A New Jersey man is suing his former community college, a business professor, and a dean, claiming he was branded a “racist” in front of his classmates and pushed out of an online course because of a “Trump 2020” flag that was hanging on his bedroom wall during a Zoom class.

Justin Caiazzo, 29, of Lake Hiawatha, filed the complaint late last month in New Jersey Superior Court.

Caiazzo is suing Passaic County Community College, Professor Gladys Harris, and dean Peter Hynes.

The lawsuit says his First Amendment rights were violated during a business statistics class in July 2021.

Caiazzo was attending the class from home when Harris stopped the session after noticing the flag in his background, according to the complaint obtained by the New York Post.

The document says she demanded that he take it off the wall immediately and told him the class would not continue until he did. Caiazzo says he did not discuss or mention politics in class.

When he asked what was wrong with the flag, Harris called it “offensive,” the lawsuit alleges.

Harris then called him a “racist” in front of the other students and removed him from the Zoom call, effectively kicking him out of the class, after he refused to take it down.

When Caiazzo logged on for the next class, the complaint says Harris let other students speak over him and refused to let him participate.

After class, he asked about tutoring and about discussing what had happened. Harris told him to get help on “tutor.com” and would not address the incident, the suit says.

Caiazzo complained about the professor’s behavior to other school officials, including Hynes.

The college opened a review and sided with the professor, court papers say, blaming Caiazzo and treating his “political expression” as “disfavored.”

The lawsuit says officials did not offer meaningful relief, such as a transfer or a no-credit grade.

Caiazzo withdrew rather than finish the course under those conditions.

The complaint says he “ultimately withdrew from the class at his own expense rather than continue under conditions regarded as hostile, unfair, unconstitutional and academically untenable.”

Caiazzo is seeking unspecified damages for educational harm, emotional distress, and humiliation.

The former student’s lawyer, Marc Calello, told the New York Post that “our client was wronged on many levels.”

Calello said Caiazzo couldn’t graduate because he was forced to drop the course, and he argued that colleges meant to foster debate are instead censoring certain views.

“There’s a difference between an opinion and a fact … regardless of what side you’re on,” Calello said.

Caiazzo later completed the same business statistics course at William Paterson University with a grade of 88, and the suit claims Passaic County Community College has refused to issue his associate’s degree despite his completing the requirements.

The college, Hynes, and Harris did not respond to the Post’s requests for comment.

A school spokeswoman told NJ.com the college does not comment on ongoing litigation.

Trump Responds to Tom Cotton in Scorched-Earth Truth Social Post Over Blocked Daylight Saving Time Bill: “Take the Win Tom, Just Take the Win”

Credit: Gage Skidmore

President Donald Trump fired back at Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) on Truth Social after the Arkansas Republican refused to move the Sunshine Protection Act, telling him to stop his ego and “TAKE THE WIN” for the Senate and the Republican Party.

The Gateway Pundit reported earlier Saturday that Cotton answered Trump’s pressure campaign, including a post that published what Trump said was the senator’s cellphone number, with a flat refusal.

“No one likes changing the clock, me included, but Congress has enacted permanent Daylight Savings Time multiple times before and repealed it each time once Americans experienced absurdly late sunrises in the winter,” Cotton wrote.

“Arkansans don’t want their kids going to school in the pitch dark, and I’ll always put Arkansas first.”

In a lengthy Saturday response on Truth Social, Trump accused Cotton of standing in the way of an easy bipartisan victory and argued that Arkansas voters would be better served by getting rid of the maddening ritual of changing clocks twice every year.

Trump then turned the dispute political, reminding Cotton that the president has repeatedly carried Arkansas by overwhelming margins.

Trump also accused Cotton of allowing his “ego” to stand in the way of legislation that already sailed through the House with broad bipartisan support.

Trump wrote on Truth Social:

“If Tom Cotton were putting Arkansas first, he would give them an extra hour of daylight and, more importantly, they wouldn’t have to run all over their houses, farms, work places, and everywhere else, twice a year, having to change their Clocks, and often forgetting to do so. That is really putting Arkansas FIRST, and I know, because, unlike Tom, I won that Great State, three times, and by almost 40 points!

Additionally, it would be a very nice and easy WIN for the Republican Party, in particular, the Republican Senate, a place where we could use some WINS! The House approved, long ago, “The Sunshine Protection Act,” by a very Bipartisan Vote, 308 to 117. It has been held up in the Senate, a place where things go to die, by Tom Cotton, for months! — And for what, other than “ego?”

The reason that it was terminated in the past was that certain Congressmen and Senators, from long ago, used it as a “negotiating chip” for far more important Legislation — And they got plenty! Everybody loved it, but it was given up in order to get bigger, better, and more consequential “things.”

Give the Republican Party a Senatorial WIN, for a change! Thank you to Speaker of the House Mike Johnson, and all Members of the House of Representatives, both Republican and Democrat, who so overwhelmingly approved “The No More Ridiculous Changing of Your Clocks Act,” and who so strongly want their “SUN” in the afternoon, rather than the early morning — Loved by Farmers, Sportsman, and Sports.

Daylight Saving Time is 65-35 in the Polls but, why wouldn’t it be — Who wouldn’t want more “SUN” in the afternoon than in the morning? It’s even been proven to be better in stopping CRIME, something of which I have done an Historic job because, CRIMINALS DON’T LIKE WORKING IN THE LIGHT.

Not wanting to change your many Clocks, including for Church Steeples and Municipal Buildings is, however, a 100% issue. TAKE THE WIN TOM, JUST TAKE THE WIN! YOU NEED IT, AND SO DOES OUR BELOVED REPUBLICAN PARTY!”

Official House records show that H.R. 139, the Sunshine Protection Act, passed 308-117 on July 14, with 193 Republicans, 114 Democrats and one Independent voting in favor.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, the Trump-backed bill was then sent to the Senate, where it has remained stalled.

And on Friday, The Gateway Pundit reported that Trump had specifically called out Cotton for helping block the legislation, arguing that Americans are sick and tired of resetting their clocks every spring and fall.

Cotton’s stated reason is the 1970s experiment. Congress tried year-round daylight saving time during the energy crisis and backed off after complaints about late winter sunrises and children waiting for the bus in the dark, the same argument he used when he objected to a similar push in 2025.

One senator can still keep a bill off the floor. Trump’s point is simpler: the House already delivered a bipartisan vote, Americans are tired of resetting every clock in the house twice a year, and the Senate is the place the win goes to die.

War Room: Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon Blast Democratic Socialists of America – “The Only Thing They do is Engineer a Massive Transfer of Wealth” (VIDEO)

War Room‘s Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon discussed the DSA, and their disastrous plan to drive up the national debt an additional $50 trillion if they were to gain power.

The Democrat party has been taken over by the DSA, which is basically a group of communists that are trying to take over the United States of America.

Their plans would include Medicare for all, massive wealth taxes, rent control, open borders, keeping illegal aliens in the US, the Green New Deal, defunding police, and abolishing prisons.

“We are over 100% of debt to GDP right now. That’s not a great place to be,” Bannon said.

“We have a hard enough time of what we are doing right now with what we inherited from Biden,” Bannon continued.

“If this plan, even the conception of this plan, if they ever get power in the House and the Senate. Forget the White House, House or the Senate, the bond market is going to go crazy,” Bannon warned.

“The debt to GDP ratio is not an abstraction Steve. The reason why it’s important is because it tells you how much of your tax dollars you need to pay service on the debt,” Navarro said.

“You get to thresholds where you really don’t have enough money coming in to pay for government things. You are just giving it to the debt holders,” Navarro warned.

“By the numbers, $50 trillion, Steve, $50 trillion of additional debt. That’s how you get to 254 percent debt to GDP ratio,” Navarro said.

“In how many years?” Bannon asked.

“2030 something,” Navarro said.

“It happens quickly, ok. It’s ramping up quickly,” Navarro continued.

“What they don’t want is really high value-added manufacturing jobs, and the reason is that creates people’s own wealth and ability. They don’t want that,” Bannon said of the DSA.

“The Democrat Socialists of America have no economic plan to grow the economy. The only thing they do is engineer a massive transfer of wealth,” Navarro warned.

King Charles Rebuffs Demands for Slavery Apology and Reparations Ahead of Caribbean Tour

King Charles will not apologize or offer financial reparations for Britain’s role in the transatlantic slave trade, rebuffing demands from campaigners ahead of his upcoming tour of the Caribbean.

The King will visit the Bahamas, Guyana and Antigua and Barbuda later this month, where reparations activists are seeking an apology and financial compensation from Britain over the slave trade.

Campaigners in the Bahamas have warned Charles not to arrive “empty-handed,” although they are unlikely to get their wish.

The British government has made clear that its opposition to reparations has not changed and that ministers have not advised the King to issue an apology.

“The Government has been clear that it will not pay financial reparations,” a Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office spokesman said.

The government also maintains that Britain has no legal obligation to make reparations for historical acts that were not contrary to international law at the time.

Although Charles has previously expressed “personal sorrow” over the slave trade, Buckingham Palace made clear that this does not amount to support for either an official apology or reparations.

“As far as reparations and apologies go, that is a matter for the Government,” a Palace spokesman said.

“And His Majesty always acts on his Government’s advice.”

The Palace also highlighted Charles’s work across the Commonwealth, including his support for education programs and young people through The King’s Trust.

Britain says its relationship with Commonwealth countries will remain focused on present-day cooperation, including investment, trade and economic development.

Charles will visit Guyana before Queen Camilla joins him in Antigua and Barbuda for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting.

The gathering is expected to concentrate on trade, investment and opportunities for women and young people.

The Guyana portion of the tour will also promote opportunities for British businesses in the country, which has emerged as Britain’s largest trading partner in the Commonwealth Caribbean.

Buckingham Palace has indicated that Charles is prepared to discuss the history of slavery during the tour.

However, what he will not be doing is giving campaigners an apology and a reparations payout.

The tour follows recent allegations from Earl Spencer, Princess Diana’s brother, that King told him “we’ll forget her soon enough” following her death.

Spencer has since been forced to apologize to Piers Morgan for falsely linking the broadcaster to the publication of intrusive photographs of the late princess, potentially casting doubt on his other allegations.

Guatemalan Illegal Alien Sex Offender Arrested Twice in 18 Hours in New York Thanks to Sanctuary Policies

A 24-year-old Guatemalan illegal alien was arrested twice over just 18 hours in Putnam County, New York.

The illegal alien, Diego Rodriguez-Ordonez, has prior sex-offense convictions and was released into the United States during the Biden administration.

Authorities took Rodriguez-Ordonez into custody around 3:05 a.m. Wednesday after deputies assisting the Kent Police Department found him hiding in a swampy area near a gas station.

Authorities said he allegedly robbed a Kent convenience store and assaulted a clerk who tried to stop him. Kent police charged him with robbery, assault, and felony criminal mischief tied to a separate incident at a nearby bank. He was released with an ankle monitor.

That same evening, Putnam County 911 sent sheriff’s deputies to the Southeast Metro-North station after a woman reported that a man had touched her aboard a train and later groped her on the platform.

Deputies found Rodriguez-Ordonez near the train yard. He refused repeated commands and resisted arrest, and officers deployed a Taser, the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department said, according to a report from the New York Post.

Rodriguez-Ordonez was still wearing the ankle monitor issued earlier that day. He was charged with forcible touching, obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, and criminal trespass, all misdemeanors.

A judge in Southeast Justice Court set bail at $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.

ICE has lodged a detainer.

A DHS spokesperson told the Post that Rodriguez-Ordonez also has pending charges for sexual assault, possession of stolen property, assault, larceny, burglary, crimes against a person, dangerous drugs, fraud, and property crimes.

Border Patrol first encountered him in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas on December 11, 2018.

In March 2021, the Biden administration released him from ICE custody, DHS said.

“Under President Trump and Secretary Mullin, if you break the law, you will face the consequences,” the spokesperson said. “Criminal illegal aliens are not welcome in the US.”

Putnam County Sheriff Brian Hess told the Post it was upsetting that Rodriguez-Ordonez was still on the street.

“It’s definitely upsetting that he’s out here assaulting our citizens — arrested that same day within 24 hours of being released the day earlier — and looking at his history of 17 arrests in the last two years you wonder how this guy can still be out there hurting our people,” Hess said.

Student Dies After Fourth-Floor School Fall

A campus death moves fast; the facts that matter most arrive slowly. In Highland Park, what is firmly established is stark: a Benjamin Franklin High School student fell from a fourth-floor level just after 1 p.m., was transported from the campus alive, and was later pronounced dead at a hospital while police opened a death investigation. The open question is not whether this happened, but how the minutes before the fall unfolded.

The Short Version

  • Police and multiple outlets confirm a student fell from the fourth floor at Benjamin Franklin High School around 1 p.m. and later died at a hospital.
  • The school went into a multi-hour lockdown as a death investigation proceeded on campus.
  • Students and witnesses describe an altercation inside a classroom immediately before the fall.
  • Officials have not made a criminal finding; police initially said there was no evidence of foul play while the investigation continued.

What is confirmed: sequence, location, and official posture

On September 30, 2026, around 1:00 p.m., Los Angeles police responded to the 800 block of North Avenue 54 — the Benjamin Franklin High School campus — for the death of a male juvenile. Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics transported the student from the scene to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. Police characterized the matter as a death investigation with the inquiry ongoing; they did not announce a criminal determination at that stage, and the student’s name and age were not released in the initial statement. These facts anchor the public record and have been consistently reported by major Los Angeles outlets.

The school was placed on a near-three-hour lockdown while investigators worked the scene. Students returned to classes the next day with mental health professionals available on campus — a standard trauma-response measure following on-campus fatalities. The fall was into the school’s quad, the central outdoor space where students gather; witnesses and multiple reports converged on that specific location.

Accounts of the moments before the fall

Several students described a confrontation immediately preceding the fall. One witness told local television that an altercation occurred between the victim and another student and that the victim ran before the fall. Other students described a fight in a classroom on an upper floor just prior to the incident. These on-scene recollections are aligned across multiple outlets: a brief, physical dispute in a classroom and a short cascade of events that ended on the fourth-floor balcony and the quad below. While the phrasing varies — “ran,” “fight,” “grabbed the balcony railing” in different tellings — the existence of a classroom altercation as a proximate event has been a consistent thread.

It is equally clear what the official posture was in the immediate aftermath: police described a death investigation and, in at least one outlet’s summary of their remarks, said they had no evidence of foul play at that time. That does not resolve causation; it simply marks the investigative baseline — no immediate indication that another person intentionally caused the fall by force — while detectives worked to reconstruct the sequence.

How schools and investigators reconstruct incidents like this

Campus death inquiries follow a well-worn playbook because precision matters. Investigators collect physical evidence where the fall occurred — scene diagrams, measurements of railing height and balcony geometry, spatter and impact analysis — and track the path back into the building: classroom, corridor, stairwell, balcony. They seek fixed-point video: classroom cameras, hallway and balcony surveillance, and any mobile-phone footage circulating among students. They secure and reconcile witness statements taken separately — classmates, teachers, staff who responded — and compare those narratives against the time-stamped digital record. That technical triangulation is designed to answer a small number of specific questions: What contact happened in the classroom? How much time elapsed before the fall? Was there continuous observation? Did the subject climb, slip, or go over the railing in a way consistent with a jump or a fall? Those are empirical determinations more than rhetorical ones.

School systems, for their part, are bound to run structured bullying or misconduct inquiries in parallel when allegations surface. Well-developed district protocols call for prompt initiation, interviews of the reporter, the student at the center, alleged aggressors and witnesses, and the preservation of digital evidence — text messages, social-media posts, and any classroom or hallway video. Timelines are tight by design; policies in large districts typically require starting the inquiry immediately and closing findings within defined windows counted in school days. The purpose is to establish what happened, not to retroactively fit facts to an early narrative.

What the early evidence supports — and what it does not

Based on the public record, three points are well supported. First, the fall occurred just after 1 p.m. from a fourth-floor level at Franklin High School, with impact in the quad below, and the student later died at a hospital. Second, there was a brief physical altercation in a classroom moments before the fall, as described by multiple students and reported by major outlets. Third, law enforcement treated the incident as a death investigation, not a resolved criminal case, and indicated early on that they lacked evidence of foul play. Those pillars are not in tension; they describe timing, place, proximate events, and investigative status with reasonable clarity.

What the current public record does not yet resolve is the exact mechanism between classroom and balcony. Eyewitness accounts can diverge in phrasing when compressed by shock, vantage point, and rumor. That is why fixed-point video, autopsy findings about injury pattern and trajectory, and minute-by-minute dispatch logs become decisive. They can establish, for instance, whether the motion over the railing was self-directed, a slip, or contact-driven, and how quickly events unfolded from the classroom to the balcony. None of that nuance undermines the confirmed facts; it simply explains why investigators proceed methodically after the headline moment.

Why the school response looked the way it did

A multi-hour lockdown after a catastrophic on-campus injury is not a verdict; it is an operational posture. It preserves the scene for investigators, controls movement so that students are accounted for and safe, and protects the integrity of potential evidence. The following day’s return with mental health staffing acknowledges the normal arc of shock on a campus: students will replay what they saw and heard, often with partial information or second-hand clips. Bringing counselors into that setting is as much about stabilizing the social environment as treating acute grief. Both steps — lockdown, then a supported reopening — align with standard practice after an on-campus fatality.

What will likely answer the remaining questions

In incidents like this, clarity tends to arrive in a small set of documents and files. The police death-investigation packet typically includes witness statements, scene photographs and diagrams, and, when available, surveillance footage logs and excerpts. The medical examiner’s report can narrow mechanism by correlating injury pattern with fall dynamics. If the district’s safety office or school administration had prior reports involving the same students, those records — often shielded for privacy while an investigation is open — can later contextualize whether a prior pattern existed or whether the events were acute and isolated. Together, these materials move the matter from plausible narratives to documented sequence.

Until then, the most reliable frame is the one already established: a fourth-floor fall around 1 p.m.; transport and later death at a hospital; a classroom altercation described by witnesses just before the fall; and an open death investigation with no early finding of foul play. That is not a hedge. It is the factual backbone against which any later release of video, reports, or findings will be measured.

What matters now

For the school community, immediate needs are practical and human: support students and staff, maintain a disciplined information channel to dampen rumor, and give investigators the time and cooperation they need to resolve sequence and cause. For families watching from beyond Highland Park, the case is a sobering example of why schools and police use structured processes after a tragedy: because the details that decide accountability live in timelines, camera angles, and corroborated statements — not in the first wave of shock.

Clinton Judge Tosses Trump DOJ Lawsuit Accusing Pro-Palestinian Mob of Targeting New Jersey Synagogue Under the FACE Act — Same Law Biden Used to Jail Pro-Life Grandmas

Justice Department officials hold a press conference outlining the federal government’s FACE Act case stemming from a pro-Palestinian protest outside Congregation Ohr Torah in West Orange, New Jersey.

A Clinton-appointed federal judge has thrown out the Trump Justice Department’s landmark lawsuit accusing pro-Palestinian demonstrators of violating the 1994 FACE Act during a violent protest outside a New Jersey synagogue, and she did it by lecturing the government about the First Amendment rights of the mob.

U.S. District Judge Katharine S. Hayden, appointed by Bill Clinton in 1997 and on senior status since 2010, granted motions to dismiss on September 30 in United States v. Party for Socialism and Liberation New Jersey.

The order, reported Friday, wiped out the sole FACE Act claim against the Party for Socialism and Liberation New Jersey, American Muslims for Palestine New Jersey, Tova Fry (also known as Terry Kay), Altaf Sharif, Matt Dragon, and Eric Camins.

The dismissal is without prejudice. Hayden gave the Justice Department 30 days to file an amended complaint.

According to Reuters, Hayden ruled that the government’s complaint “did not adequately plead violations of the statute.”

The case was the first time the Trump Justice Department used the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act to allege interference with religious worship, Civil Rights Division chief Harmeet Dhillon said when the suit was filed.

The FACE Act is the same Clinton-era law the Biden regime used for years to hunt pro-life Christians who prayed and sang hymns outside abortion clinics.

The Gateway Pundit has reported extensively on those prosecutions, including the conviction of four pro-life advocates, Eva Edl, Eva Zastrow, James Zastrow, and Paul Place, after a peaceful protest at a Tennessee abortion facility.

This time, the law was aimed at a synagogue.

The Justice Department sued on September 29, 2025, over a November 13, 2024 protest outside Congregation Ohr Torah, an Orthodox synagogue in West Orange, New Jersey.

The event was billed by organizers as a spiritual service and a real estate fair promoting property in Israeli settlements in the West Bank.

The DOJ said the demonstration escalated into violence, with demonstrators physically assaulting worshippers, chanting, and blasting vuvuzelas to disrupt the gathering. The complaint also described a religious ceremony honoring a deceased rabbi.

Then-Attorney General Pamela Bondi was blunt when the case was filed.

“No American should be harassed, targeted, or discriminated against for peacefully practicing their religion,” Bondi said, according to the Justice Department.

“Today’s lawsuit underscores this Department of Justice’s commitment to defending Jewish Americans — and all Americans of faith — from those who would threaten their right to worship.”

Dhillon was just as direct. “This Justice Department will vigorously enforce the right of every American to worship in peace and without fear,” she said. “Those who target houses of worship and violate our federal laws protecting people of faith are on notice that they will face the consequences.”

The Gateway Pundit reported at the time that Dhillon described a scene the Biden DOJ never seemed interested in: about 50 protesters assembled without a permit, defendants Altaf Sharif and a Jane Doe blew vuvuzelas within inches of a Jewish worshipper’s ears, Sharif charged a worshipper, and, after another worshipper intervened with pepper spray, Eric Camins pointed and shouted “the Jew is here,” prompting Sharif to put a worshipper in a chokehold lasting more than 20 seconds.

Even after police ordered the crowd off synagogue grounds, Dhillon said, protesters kept shouting “You can’t hide” and “You’re next.”

Hayden was not impressed with the pleading.

According to the New York Daily News, the judge wrote that a “threat of force” must be “a constitutionally unprotected true threat: a serious expression, assessed in context, of an intent to commit unlawful violence against a particular person or group.” Political hyperbole, she said, “does not qualify.”

She warned that treating the government’s central allegations as a FACE Act violation “would mean every push, shove, brawl or forceful conduct occurring during a protest like the one alleged here automatically becomes a FACE Act violation.”

Then she added the line that will land with Jewish congregants: “It would demonize protestors who exercise their own First Amendment rights as being part of a mob, which this complaint does.”

The Jewish News Syndicate reported that Hayden also wrote that “getting into a scuffle during a protest, a scuffle that took place somewhere on the grounds of the place of worship, definitely away from its entrance, does not mean that person’s conduct falls under FACE Act interdiction.”

She suggested the facts could just as easily support an inference that two men the DOJ identified as victims interfered with a protester’s rights.

The same statute Biden’s DOJ stretched to prosecute grandmothers with hymnals was, in this Clinton judge’s courtroom, too harsh for a protest the government says included a chokehold, horns blasted in worshippers’ ears, and threats of “You’re next” outside a synagogue.
