U.S. officials met with representatives of the Houthis—an Iran-backed Yemeni militant group—over the weekend in Oman, Reuters reported on Wednesday. During the meeting, the Houthis agreed not to attack American or Israeli vessels in the Red Sea but said they’d continue to attack ships belonging to Saudi Arabia. The State Department has not confirmed any meetings took place.
Last week the Houthis seized control of Yemen’s Red Sea coastline, and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman urged President Donald Trump to join Riyadh’s military operations against the group.
The Houthis on Wednesday claimed new strikes on Saudi Arabia. A military spokesperson said the group had launched missiles and drones at the oil facilities of the state-owned energy company Aramco. On Tuesday Saudi Arabia intercepted a Houthi drone that appeared to be targeting the holy city Mecca. The U.S. State Department reissued an elevated travel warning the same day for the Kingdom.
The White House backed Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth on Tuesday after Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) introduced articles of impeachment against him over the Iran War and other military operations. Attorney General Todd Blanche defended Hegseth, saying he “follows the law” and is doing a “phenomenal job.”
Presenting the long-shot resolution on the House floor, Massie said Hegseth had subverted the constitution by deploying military power without congressional authorization. He later told CNN that civilian casualties in Iran are higher than they’d otherwise be because Hegseth “has degraded the ability” of the Pentagon to minimize them.
The House voted Tuesday, for the third time, to end the Iran War. Seven Republicans and all Democrats present supported the resolution, and the final tally was 220–204.
Vice President J.D. Vance said the Iran War will enter a “much different phase in a couple of months,” the New York Post reported Tuesday. The Post said Vance agreed with Trump’s remark that the war will end “right after” the November midterm elections.
“I certainly understand there’s some impatience from the American people, but fundamentally what’s happening right now is that the United States is not engaged in aggressive operations,” Vance said. “We’re just not.”

CNN’s lone conservative Scott Jennings faced off with Obama bag man David Axelrod this week over Trump’s disagreement with the Supreme Court on mail-in ballots.
Jennings reminded Axelrod of the time that Obama scolded the justices of the Supreme Court to their faces during a State of the Union address over the Citizens United decision in 2010.
He also pointed out that mail-in ballots are not nearly as reliable as in-person voting and used real world examples to make his point.
“You know, I’m trying to rack my brain, Axe, about a time when an American president attacked the U.S. Supreme Court over something they were mad about as it related to elections. And, you know, 2010 — in a speech that I’m sure you wrote, President Obama stood at the lectern at the State of the Union and excoriated the justices over Citizens United. This is hardly the first time a president has been upset with the Supreme Court, and it will not be the last.”

FBI agents arrested Jonathan Hunter Kramer, 21, after authorities alleged he was preparing an ISIS-inspired attack in Pennsylvania.
An ISIS-inspired terror attack was reportedly stopped in Pennsylvania before innocent Americans could be harmed.
Jonathan Hunter Kramer, 21, of Valencia, Pennsylvania, was arrested by the FBI on September 12 after investigators allegedly caught him taking final steps toward a violent attack in support of ISIS.
The U.S. Department of Justice charged Kramer by federal criminal complaint with receiving a firearm and ammunition while knowing, or having reason to believe, they would be used to commit a felony or federal crime of terrorism.
According to federal authorities, Kramer operated online under the alias “Hamza Al Rashid.” Investigators say the account claimed affiliation with ISIS, offered to share explosive manuals, and discussed preparing for a “mission” while saying he was only missing a weapon.
The FBI had reportedly known Kramer since 2023, when he was a minor.
In 2023, while still a minor, he was investigated after using Telegram under names including “Nikolas Cruz” and “@ShootIntoACrowd.”
Agents searched his parents’ home and found a recording of him pledging allegiance to ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. Pennsylvania authorities adjudicated him delinquent for his role in a mass-casualty plot and for possessing child sexual abuse material. He was sent to a juvenile facility in Oil City and released in March 2026, NBC News reported.
After Kramer was released from the facility, an anonymous tipster alerted the FBI that he had returned to troubling behavior, including ordering suspicious packages and reconnecting with individuals linked to his earlier case.
On September 12, FBI agents observed Kramer leave his residence with a bag and travel by rideshare to a retail store, where he purchased a disposable phone. Investigators then allegedly watched him meet another individual in a parking lot and obtain a long black bag believed to be large enough to hold a rifle.
Kramer later traveled to a hotel in Cranberry Township, paid $450 in cash for a weeklong stay, and visited a sporting goods store. When he returned to the hotel, FBI agents approached him and executed search warrants on his person, hotel room, and home.
From the hotel room, his person, and his residence they seized:
A semiautomatic rifle
Five rifle magazines, two of them loaded
A bipod and scope
About 190 rounds of rifle ammunition
Roughly 30 knives
Pepper spray
An entrenchment tool
A prayer rug

Federal officials said Kramer appeared to be preparing for a mass shooting that could have taken many lives. Assistant Attorney General for National Security John Eisenberg said the suspect’s alleged ISIS inspiration and rapid escalation toward violence showed how close the country may have come to a devastating attack.
“As Americans observed the 25th anniversary of 9/11, our law enforcement partners were working to protect our country from the continued threat of terrorism,” said Attorney General Todd Blanche.
“Their outstanding work thwarted this alleged attack before innocent lives could be lost. The Department of Justice will relentlessly pursue anyone who seeks to terrorize the American people and bring them to justice.”
“This FBI continues to move more effectively than we ever have stopping terrorists before they harm the American people. The subject in this case was allegedly plotting a violent attack in support of ISIS — engaging with ISIS propaganda online, building attack concepts, and repeatedly expressing extremist rhetoric — all while acquiring weapons believed to be in preparation of the attack.

Elizabeth Carter, a self-described lifelong Democrat, testified before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement on Tuesday that she is “ashamed” of what Democrats have done on immigration after an illegal alien semi-truck driver wiped out her son, his new wife, and even the family cat on a dark Oregon highway.
Carter’s son, 25-year-old William Micah Carter, and his 24-year-old wife, Jennifer Lynn Lower, were killed on November 24, 2025, only 16 days after their wedding.
Their cat, Bert, was also killed.
The couple’s Subaru Outback slammed into the trailer of a Freightliner driven by Rajinder Kumar, 32, after Kumar’s semi became jackknifed across both lanes of U.S. Highway 20 in Deschutes County, Oregon, KTVZ 21 reported.

Cristina Laila reported that Kumar had jackknifed his tractor-trailer across U.S. Highway 20 before the Carter vehicle struck the trailer, killing William and Jennifer.
The report also highlighted DHS’s statement that Kumar entered the country illegally in 2022 and later received a California CDL.
On Tuesday, Rep. Brad Knott (R-N.C.) pressed her on the millions released under Biden. Carter did not hedge.
“We allowed 10 million people in under Biden. How is there a different suggestion as to how to process them, other than the same way they came into the country en masse, leaving?” she said.
Knott answered the only way an honest lawmaker can: Democrats on the dais still will not say that if you are here illegally, you should get out.
“Well, they don’t care,” he said. He asked whether enforcing the law is worth it if it saves even one American family from what the Carters suffered. Carter’s answer was immediate: “Absolutely.”
“I have to say, as a lifelong Democrat, I am ashamed of what my party is doing,” Carter said.

He was then “rewarded,” she said: allowed to stay, allowed to work, and given a California CDL.

President Trump and America are facing the wrath of the radical left in this year’s midterm election. Our country and our freedoms are in danger like never before.
The 2026 midterm elections are shaping up to be one of the most important elections in American history. The Democratic Party appears increasingly dominated by openly radical left politicians who only temper their disdain for the United States while campaigning. The party controlling the White House typically loses seats in the House and Senate in midterm elections. There is a reason why President Trump said, in his speech at the Republican Midterm Convention, that we should consider him to be a candidate in this election, and then as a seeming ‘aside’ suggested that he actually is. Trump knows that if the Democrats take the House and Senate, his years as an effective president are likely done.
Donald Trump realizes that with unrestrained mail-in balloting and with the voting machines in full use, nothing is in place to stop the radical left from stealing the election. The 2006 midterm elections are the radical left’s chance to get the majority of the House and enough seats in the Senate so that our president can not only be impeached but also removed. In fact, the Democrat plan is most likely to not only impeach and remove Donald Trump, but to remove J.D. Vance with him, so that the next Speaker of the House of Representatives, probably Hakeem Jeffries, will be our next President. If that were to happen, we would lose more than Congress. We would lose the whole country to China, Canada, and the World Economic Forum.
There is no question that the Globalists are desperate. They cannot delay their 2030 Agenda, and Donald Trump is making progress to eliminate the cheating in our voting system, to eliminate their crooked cash flow (such as in USAID), and to restore our military. Two more years of Donald Trump, and the radical left will be cooked.
Those who rigged the election in 2020 had the courage to steal our country right before our eyes. We knew the night of that Presidential Election that it was fixed. Yet, Donald Trump was powerless to do anything other than relinquish his office, hoping he could come back in 2024. However, if we endure such an onslaught, this time, there will be no coming back.
With the Democratic Party running so many Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), we have no reason to doubt that the cheating will continue. These candidates who want to undo our Constitution are poised to manipulate the election machinery to their advantage, which put President Trump at the point where an election steal is inevitable unless he issues a national emergency declaration. President Trump has already set the stage for issuing a national emergency declaration by specifying in his speech to the nation on July 16, 2026, that Communist China has “carried out what is believed to be the largest compromise of election data in history—resulting in China’s illicit acquisition of 220 million U.S. voter files.”
President Trump has not shied away from using his national security emergency powers under the National Emergencies Act (NEA, 1976) to bypass Congress and the courts in his efforts to build a wall to secure our southern border. In that regard, on February 15, 2019, President Trump first declared a national emergency concerning the United States under the auspices of the NEA. As noted in the Federal Registry, President Trump’s authority in so doing extended to his authority as Commander-in-Chief to involve the U.S. military if necessary to enforce the declaration:
NOW, THEREFORE, I, DONALD J. TRUMP, by the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including sections 201 and 301 of the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601et seq.), hereby declare that a national emergency exists at the southern border of the United States, and that section 12302 of title 10, United States Code, is invoked and made available, according to its terms, to the Secretaries of the military departments concerned, subject to the direction of the Secretary of Defense in the case of the Secretaries of the Army, Navy, and Air Force. To provide additional authority to the Department of Defense to support the Federal Government’s response to the emergency at the southern border, I hereby declare that this emergency requires use of the Armed Forces and, in accordance with section 301 of the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1631), that the construction authority provided in section 2808 of title 10, United States Code, is invoked and made available, according to its terms, to the Secretary of Defense and, at the discretion of the Secretary of Defense, to the Secretaries of the military departments.
The left-leaning Brennan Center objected that Trump’s use of the NEA was unconstitutional in that under Article I of the Constitution, only Congress has the right to control federal spending. The Brennan Center argued the following:
On February 15, 2019, President Trump followed through on a threat to declare a national emergency under the National Emergencies Act (NEA) of 1976 and to invoke emergency powers in order to secure additional money for construction of a wall along the southern border. Congress—holding the “power of the purse” granted to it by Article I of the U.S. Constitution―had repeatedly refused to grant Trump the funding he sought to build the wall. At the same time that Trump announced his intention to use emergency powers, he also announced that he would divert funds from other programs that do not require the declaration of a national emergency, such as funds set aside for drug interdiction programs (10 U.S.C. § 284) and funds obtained through asset forfeiture programs (3 U.S.C. § 9705). In total, Trump announced an intention to commandeer approximately $6.5 billion that Congress had not allocated for border wall funding.
The multiple federal lawsuits filed to block President Trump’s 2018 declaration of a national security emergency requiring the building of a wall on our southern border all failed. President Trump twice extended for an additional calendar year the national security emergency declaration on the border, first on February 13, 2020, and again on January 15, 2021. In February 2021, President Joe Biden terminated Trump’s border declaration, halting the redirection of federal funds to build the wall.
In a comprehensive analysis of the president’s power under NEA 1976, Congress.com stressed that under the standard of the Supreme Court’s decision in Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) v. Chadha, 462 U.S. 919 (1983), only a two-thirds vote of both the House and Senate can rescind a presidential national security declaration if issued under NEA 1976. The Congress.gov analysis concluded the following:
Emergency declarations were to terminate automatically after one year unless formally continued for another year by the President, but they could be terminated earlier by either the President or Congress. Originally, the prescribed method for congressional termination of a declared national emergency was a concurrent resolution adopted by both houses of Congress. This type of “legislative veto” was effectively invalidated by the Supreme Court in 1983. The National Emergencies Act was amended in 1985 to substitute a joint resolution as the vehicle for rescinding a national emergency declaration.
Now, the time has come for President Trump to use his national security emergency powers under the National Emergencies Act to protect election integrity by establishing voting rules and procedures that will block foreign involvement and the increasingly radical Democrats from stealing the 2026 midterm elections. All President Trump has to do is follow the blueprint he used to declare a national emergency at the border.
In his speech to the Storm Summit held in Las Vegas on September 12, 2026, Wayne Allyn Root repeated his call for a national security emergency declaration under NEA 1976 to protect the 2026 midterm elections from theft by severely limiting mail-in ballots to the traditional absentee ballot system, by requiring proof of citizenship and voter IDs, and by introducing paper ballots to prevent electronic voting machines from secretly switching votes. For being one of the first public figures to champion the use of a national security emergency declaration to secure the 2026 midterm elections, Root has been excoriated by the typical leftist critics, as evidenced by this Soros-funded Media Matters article. Wayne Allyn Root, desperately concerned, as are we, that the 2026 midterm elections will be rigged, has called for President Trump to issue “The NEED Act,” declaring a “National Emergency for Elections Act” under the auspices of the National Emergency Act of 1976.
As previously noted, on August 31, 2026, President Trump signed an Executive Order that extended for one year the 2018 Executive Order: “Continuation of the National Emergency with Respect to Foreign Interference in or Undermining Public Confidence in the United States Elections.” The national emergency declaration issued under the NEA can limit mail-in ballots to the traditional rules for absentee ballots, demand proof of citizenship and voter IDs, and introduce paper ballots to make sure the machines do not switch votes.
Also, as we commented in our previous article, the Constitution conveyed upon the president the powers of commander-in-chief for times such as these [Book of Esther in the Bible]. When the alternative is the loss of the Republic, President Trump has become our last line of defense, if the nation is to experience election integrity ever again.
Think about it. We either need directions to the states to be proclaimed pursuant to the Executive Order of August 31, 2026, or we very well could need martial law to be declared after. In this regard, Donald Trump is the right man, the only man in the world to have experienced being the President of the United States and to have relinquished power to the Cabal, knowing he was being ousted because of a rigged election. After the Left took over, they invented nonsense criminal charges against him. Had he not won the presidency again in 2024, he probably would have spent the rest of his life behind bars.
Since then, President Trump has had time to ruminate. He knows that his discission to capitulate in 2000 came from legal advisors who were advising to step down. This time, President Trump must be urged to follow his own instincts for survival, not just for his presidency, but for the integrity of the Constitution itself.. President Trump knows so much more now about his powers as president than he did in 2020. He realizes that should he be removed from office a second time, his life is over, as will be our freedom, and the lives of those who toil in MAGA. President Trump now has no choice but to issue tight election rules that will ensure a fair election by implementing the type of national security emergency that he did to build the wall.
Finally, each and every one of us has to get out and vote, as well as to encourage others of like mind to vote. No matter what the machines do, the outcome is likely to be determined by voter turnout. Without your vote, we are going to lose America. Believe us, your vote means more now than perhaps at any other time in history.
Donald Trump is never to be counted out of the game. Remarkably, Donald Trump always looks like he’s going to lose until just before he wins. At the Republican Midterm Convention in Dallas, he promised to campaign for GOP candidates for the House and Senate as if this were a presidential election year. Nothing would reassure the American people that our Republic is secure more than for President Trump to issue the NEED Order that Wayne Allyn Root is encouraging, followed by getting aboard his new Air Force One to campaign for MAGA victories as only he can do. In the final analysis, our foreign enemies and our growing number of vocal enemies within cannot withstand the courage of a man like Donald Trump who fights, fights, fights as if there were no tomorrow. At his rallies, President Trump often asks his audience, “Are you tired of winning yet.” The answer is a resounding “No!” We need to keep on winning, defeating both enemies abroad and enemies within who threaten our freedom. Democrat Socialists are certain to lose in a midterm election in which only citizens vote, and the turnout is once again “too big to rig.”
