On October 12th, federal agents raided the Washington, D.C. home of Congresswoman Ilhan Omar.
They came with a warrant signed by a judge. And according to Fox News, they walked out with her cellphone.
But here’s what I find fascinating…
The Justice Department has long followed an unwritten rule:
No big moves against a candidate in the last 60 days before an election.
This raid came 22 days before Election Day.
So why break the rule now?
We may know the reason why…
Months ago, a former advisor to the CIA, the Pentagon and the U.S. Treasury warned that a wave of criminal cases would hit Washington before November 3rd.
He says Omar won’t be the last.
And when Washington goes to war with itself, the damage won’t stay in Washington. It could set off chaos in the markets between now and Election Day… the kind most Americans won’t see coming until it’s already cost them.
The heat on far-left Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and her family continues to build as more damning information leaks out, including what triggered the raid on her home to begin with.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, federal agents raided the Washington, DC-area residence of Omar early Monday morning as part of an ongoing criminal investigation into her immigration paperwork.
Fox News Digital reported exclusively that the pre-dawn raid was part of an ongoing criminal fraud investigation into the Somali-born congresswoman’s immigration paperwork, documents filled out by her late father when she was a child.
According to her website, Ilhan Omar arrived in the United States in March 1995, when she was 12 years old. She came with her family as a Somali refugee after spending approximately four years in a refugee camp in Kenya. She became a naturalized U.S. citizen in 2000, at age 17.
Multiple agents wearing HSI jackets were observed outside the residence around 6 a.m.
Now, we know exactly the discovery that led to the raid. The New York Times exclusively reported on Saturday that federal officials seized the phone of Omar’s Sister, Sahra Noor, earlier this year.
When they did so, they noticed that the phone contained damning family text messages. Investigators then later used these messages to get a federal judge to authorize the raid on Omar’s home.
Federal investigators have been reviewing family text messages as they aim to build a case implicating Representative Ilhan Omar, a Minnesota Democrat, of conspiring to commit immigration fraud, three people familiar with the matter said this week.
The messages were obtained from a phone that officials seized earlier this year from one of Ms. Omar’s sisters, Sahra Noor, a health care executive and author, according to the three people.
The messages contained information that investigators had used to get a federal judge to authorize homeland security agents to search Ms. Omar’s Washington-area residence on Monday, the three people said.
Agents spent hours searching the home of the congresswoman and were seen walking away with several boxes of seized items.
Sahra Noor was supposed to be on a tour promoting her book about her life as a Somali immigrant, and had scheduled a book tour stop at the University of Minnesota Rochester on Thursday night.
But she skipped the event allegedly due to a “family emergency.”
Jackie Rogers, a spokeswoman for Ilhan Omar, issued the following statement to the New York Times regarding the seizure of the congresswoman’s sister’s phone.
Unsurprisingly, she leaned into Trump Derangement Syndrome.
“Trump has spread lie after lie about the congresswoman in a desperate attempt to justify his extraordinary abuse of power,” Rogers whined. “This is politically motivated and an escalation of Trump’s personal vendetta against her lasting over a decade.”

A group of friends chipped in to help their friend Sydney overcome her “irrational childhood fear” that terror leader Osama Bin Laden would come into her bedroom.
That’s when Rob O’Neill, with a little help from her friends, came in to assuage her fears.
O’Neill is a former U.S. Navy SEAL, author, speaker, and media commentator best known for publicly claiming to be the SEAL who fired the shots that killed Osama bin Laden during the 2011 raid in Abbottabad, Pakistan.
Before handing her a phone, her friends tell her, “We have a gift for you.”
“Ready? Close your eyes. Okay, just because we love you, we felt the need to do this. Okay, open it. Open your eyes. Press play.”
That is when a video of O’Neill pops up on the screen.
“Hey Sydney,” O’Neill says. “What is up? This is Robert J. O’Neill, former U.S. Navy SEAL, SEAL Team 6 operator.”
“I heard from Lindsay and Kaylee and Ashley that your biggest childhood fear was Osama bin Laden coming into your bedroom.”
“So I’m gonna let you know, I’m not sure how much of a history buff you are, but a few years ago in May of 2011, my friends and I went into his bedroom and got him.”
“So I might get into psychiatry because I think I helped you with childhood trauma.”
“That’s pretty dope if you think about it.”
“But what I got out of it, though, is my new motto. You should use it too.”
“Take the shot. Take the shot.”
“Have a kick-ass day.”
A stunned Sydney concludes, “I feel like I’m gonna throw up.”

O’Neill served roughly 16 years on SEAL Teams 2, 4, and 6 (DEVGRU) and reached the rank of Senior Chief Petty Officer. He participated in more than 400 combat missions and is highly decorated, with awards including two Silver Stars, and multiple Bronze Stars with Valor.
Clinton’s camp claimed the weather contributed to Hillary’s fainting episode.
But it was a very comfortable 75 degrees that morning in New York City.
The Clinton campaign then released a statement from Hillary’s doctor stating she was diagnosed with pneumonia on that day which led to her fainting episode.
“Secretary Clinton has been experiencing a cough related to allergies. On Friday, during follow-up evaluation of her prolonged cough, she was diagnosed with pneumonia. She was put on antibiotics, and advised to rest and modify her schedule. While at this morning’s event she became overheated and dehydrated. I have just examined her and she is now re-hydrated and recovering nicely,” Clinton’s doctor said on September 11, 2016.
During a podcast episode with Kara Swisher, Hillary Clinton compared Texas Democrat Senate candidate James Talarico’s 13-day absence to her fainting episode.
Kara Swisher absurdly claimed that in 2016 Trump was “quantumly sicker” than Hillary Clinton.
“They tested me and they said, ‘Oh, you’ve got pneumonia. You need to take like five or six days off.’ I said, I can’t do that. And my doctor said, ‘Well, that’s what you should do.’ And I thought, Well, yeah, that’s what I should do. But I’m campaigning and I have to show up on 9/11 because it means a lot to me since, as you know, I was a senator. So, I kept going, which was a mistake,” Hillary Clinton said.
“They did have the video of me struggling to get to the car to be able to, you know, take some breaths and recover myself. From my perspective, it worked because it was just papering social media, papering traditional media. ‘I was dying. I was lying about my health.’ This is from a guy who has never given us an honest medical report ever. Ever,” Hillary said, trashing Trump.
The Trump White House savaged Hillary Clinton in a statement to Fox News.
“President Trump’s sharpness, unmatched energy, and historic accessibility stand in stark contrast to what we saw during the last administration, when Democrats and the legacy media intentionally covered up Joe Biden’s serious mental and physical decline from the American people,” White House spokesman Davis Ingle told Fox News.
“President Trump is working nonstop to solve problems and deliver on his promises, and he remains in excellent health. Meanwhile, Crooked Hillary Clinton is still whining about her spectacular 2016 election defeat. It’s time for Hillary to move on,” he said.
The sad drift left of the Bush family, while disappointing, is no longer surprising.
The latest example comes as one of former President George W. Bush’s daughters, Barbara, has donated to a Super PAC supporting far-left weirdo James Talarico over Republican Ken Paxton for Senate in the Lone Star State.
Apparently unbothered by the flood of illegals that have poured over the border, he has pushed for comprehensive reform that includes a path to citizenship for many undocumented immigrants.
While the left has marinated in violent, radical rhetoric and deeds, he lectures his own party about “compassionate” conservatism.
While he has not overtly criticized President Trump, he has repeatedly attacked many of his policies indirectly.
He congratulated Joe Biden on the 2020 result the day it was called and later said he was “pleased” with Biden’s early months.
And his seemingly favorite travel/speaking tour buddy? Bill Clinton.
The Statesman reported that Barbara donated $2500 to Lone Star Rising PAC, which is the main outside group backing Talarico.
The move could also have a hint of score-settling.
In 2022, Paxton thoroughly trounced George P. Bush, Barbara’s cousin, in the Republican primary runoff for Texas Attorney, by about 36 percentage points.
Last week, President Trump ripped another member of the Bush circle, “Super RINO Karl Rove,” for his efforts to derail Paxton.

The CEO of one of the most beloved fast-food chains in America perfectly handled a sly corporate news hack who tried to paint him and his company as hostile to the gay community.
Chick-fil-A CEO Andrew Cathy sat down with NBC’s Craig Melvin on Wednesday to discuss the company, including its devotion to the Christian faith and past positions that triggered radical leftists.
Throughout the interview, Cathy refused to apologize or back down, while also not giving the company’s haters any bulletin-board material.
“It is our anchor, in the sense of what our corporate purpose states: that we’re in business to glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that’s entrusted to us and have a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A,” Cathy told Melvin.
Melvin then asked how the company would respond to LGBTQ activists still angered over Dan Cathy, the father of Andrew and the previous Chick-Fil-A CEO, for publicly stating back in 2012 that the company was opposed to gay marriage.
This caused thousands of woke Americans to boycott the company for merely expressing an opinion that was quite mainstream at the time.
But Cathy did not take the bait.
Instead, he issued a response that perfectly represents what companies are supposed to do: serving clients regardless of political beliefs.
“Anybody who hasn’t tried us, we’d love for you to come try and have our great-tasting food and the hospitality that we’re known for,” Cathy replied.
“Everybody that’s willing to walk in the door, they’re welcome to come eat with us,” he added. “We would love to give them a great-tasting sandwich and great hospitality.”
“We’re focused on serving everybody that’s coming to eat with us.”

The Daily Mail notes that back in 2019, four years after the Supreme Court ruled in favor of nationwide same-sex marriage, Chick-fil-A announced a change to its charitable giving strategy.
Instead of focusing on issues related to marriage, it would instead steer its donations to organizations working in education, homelessness, and hunger.
On Friday, CNN political analyst Harry Enten, speaking with Sara Sidner, shared a powerful reminder of why Republicans have to get out and vote in the midterms.
Enten asserted that current polling averages in key Senate races, Kansas, Iowa, Maine, Texas, Michigan, Ohio, show Democrats with small leads or ties in most of them. Democrats likely need to win at least three of these for Senate control.
Looking at historical final Senate poll aggregates in close races, margins within 5 points since 1998, the average error rate is 3.7 points.
Because most of these battleground races are well within the historical average error, the Senate is currently too close. In past cycles, Democrats have often seen themselves ahead in the polls only for Republicans to outperform on Election Day.
Enten called it “big siren warning sign for Democrats.”
Sidner asked, “And that is the question that I would like you to answer. On average, when you look at these polls, what’s the error? What happens?”
Enten replied, “Yeah. Okay. So let’s take a look at the final polling averages. That is the polls conducted over the final 21 days in each state, compile up an average in them, and let’s see how they do historically speaking. And keep these numbers in mind on your screen.”
“Take a look here. Okay. Final Senate poll aggregates in close races, that is races within 5 points. The average race— look at this— the average error rate, they’re off by 3.7 percentage points.”
“Polls are a tool. Poll aggregates are a tool. When you have all of these close races, you have to keep this in mind. Those races, most of those races on the last screen, are well within that average error rate.”
“And that is why the Senate at this point is too close to call if these poll averages hold and they go to Election Day with what we saw on slide number 1, with all these races, many of which are well within 3 points.”
Sidner asked, “OK, so what would this look like if the error went to the Republican side? Because when you look at this average and then you go back, there’s only one match what the polling shows right now.”
Enten responded, “That’s exactly right. And this, to me, is the big siren warning sign for Democrats right here. Because I know you feel like it’s Lucy and the football. You’ve seen yourselves ahead before, and then Election Day, the votes are cast and counted, and the Republicans come out ahead.”
“So let’s just say, in fact, we get this average error rate, and it goes, and the Republicans outperform their polls yet again. This is what we’re talking about. The 2026 Senate map, if, in fact, Republicans outperform the averages by 3.75 points.”
“Look at this. This is the key nugget on your bottom right of the screen. Republicans would get 52 seats, Democrats would get 48. Republicans would easily maintain control of the U.S. House. They’d win up here in Maine. They’d win in Michigan. They’d win down here in Texas. They’d win in Kansas. They’d win in Iowa. And they’d also win— win— I’m going to come over to Sarah’s side of the screen right here. They’d win in Alaska.”

President Trump gave a shout-out to Sophie Cunningham at his Youngstown, Ohio rally on Monday night.
On Saturday, President Trump will hold a rally in Highland Heights, Kentucky, near Cincinnati, at Truist Arena on the Northern Kentucky University campus.

Trump hopes to energize the base in the solidly red state and highlight the open Senate race between Republican Congressman Andy Barr and Democrat former state rep Charles Booker.
Scheduled attendees include Barr and Ed Gallrein.
Gallrein is the Republican nominee for Kentucky’s 4th Congressional District. He is a fifth-generation Kentucky farmer and a retired Navy SEAL officer.
Gallrein defeated disgraced RINO Rep. Thomas Massie in the Republican primary.
The corporate media smells blood in the water following Katie Zacharia’s depature as White House Press Secretary and senses an opportunity to claim another major Trump Administration scalp.
Politico and The Telegraph both separately reported that White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles helped orchestrate what one source described as a “sanctioned hit” on Zacharia by having her appear on Sean Hannity’s Fox News show.
“(White House spokesperson) Danielle (Alvarez) and Susie fed her to Hannity,” a person familiar with the matter allegedly told Politico.
As The Gateway Pundit’s Jordan Conradson previously reported, grilled Zacharia during an appearance on his show on Thursday night. Her performance on Hannity helped seal her fate with White House officials.
Steven Cheung, the White House communications director, called the reporting on Wiles’ involvement in Zacharia’s ouster “speculation.”
“All of this breathless speculation is just that – speculation. And it’s fiction that’s not even creative,” Cheung said.
“Katie took on a very important job, and she will continue to support the president as she transitions to a new role,” he added.
“She is an amazing teammate and tremendous talent.”
A senior White House official told Politico that while “Susie and Sean do talk, but Susie did not need to feed her to Sean or anybody else. It’s not her style.”
“And Hannity wasn’t the nail in her coffin; her hit (on Fox & Friends) this morning was, as well as her weird answer on being a lawyer,” the senior White House official added.
This all comes as the media pushes the narrative that Wiles is “on thin ice” and will go soon. Trump has called these reports “fake news.”
Anonymous sources have also claimed that Wiles was sidelined in Trump’s decision to hire Zacharia as Press Secretary last week, according to anonymous sources who claimed he did not consult with her.
When it comes to White House decisions, the only voice that matters is Trump’s.
And he is not going to make decisions on Wiles or anyone else to please the vultures in the corporate press.

“I’m told this investigation extends FAR beyond the most familiar case and accusation against Omar that she married her brother to gain citizenship or that she falsified her birth date to gain entry as a minor.”
“The investigation involves additional family members and will be part of a grand jury investigation that goes long past the general election,” Vittert continued.
“Sources tell me that the likely coming indictments will be stunning in nature and far beyond anything the public has understood the case to be about.”
