“Were We Supposed to Get These Questions Beforehand?” — Republican Sen. Dan Sullivan Confronts Democrat Mary Peltola During Alaska Senate Debate After Spotting Her Reading Prepared Answers (VIDEO)

Screenshot

Republican Sen. Dan Sullivan of Alaska did not hold back during Thursday night’s high-stakes “Debate for the State” in Anchorage when he spotted his Democrat opponent, former Rep. Mary Peltola, appearing to read from scripted notes or answers.

Sullivan appeared suspicious after observing Peltola consulting her notes and suggested that her responses looked suspiciously prepared.

“We weren’t supposed to get these questions beforehand, were we?” Sullivan asked the moderators from Alaska Public Media and Alaska’s News Source.

The moderator replied firmly: “Neither one of you got questions beforehand. Absolutely not.”

Sullivan didn’t let it go. “Okay, I’m just watching my opponent read from questions that seem to be answered.”

Peltola’s response was pure Democrat confidence: “I’m prepared.”

WATCH:

This is the same race where The Gateway Pundit previously reported on Peltola’s campaign descending into “complete chaos” after she abruptly fired multiple senior staffers just before the August primary, turning to a Chicago firm tied to Obama adviser David Axelrod.

TGP also covered former acting DNI Ric Grenell calling out Peltola as a “hypocrite” after reports that former aides accused her of using homophobic slurs, including toward her own gay staffers, along with other crude language.

And TGP documented the Democrat-linked effort to place a similarly named candidate on the ballot in an apparent bid to confuse voters and siphon support from the real Sen. Sullivan.

Peltola, who lost her House seat to Republican Nick Begich in 2024 after briefly holding it, is the national Democrats’ top recruit to flip this seat. The race is viewed as pivotal for Senate control, with President Trump making a rare campaign stop in Alaska just days earlier to boost Sullivan.

AOC Blatantly Lies About the Trump Administration: ‘They Don’t Want Women to go to College’ (VIDEO)

Screencap of Twitter/X video.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was recently campaigning for Abdul El-Sayed when she launched into a rant about why college should be free.

In the process, she told a blatant lie about the Trump administration, saying ‘They don’t want women to go to college.’

First of all, college is free for many people in this country because of scholarships and grants. Second, women now vastly outnumber men on American college campuses. If anyone is being denied the college experience, it’s men not women.

And finally, what evidence does she have that the Trump administration is trying to keep women out of college?

It’s amazing how often she is allowed to just make things up with no challenge from anyone in media.

The Washington Examiner has details:

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) blasted the Trump administration, saying the Department of Education’s rule limiting student loan programs targets women-dominated fields.

“I want to be very clear that what the Trump administration is doing, specifically, is attacking women’s ability to get an education,” Ocasio-Cortez said Thursday during the “It Shouldn’t Be This Hard” town hall in Escanaba, Michigan, with Michigan Democratic Senate nominee Abdul el Sayed.

Under the DOE’s new rule, Student Tuition and Transparency System and Earnings Accountability, announced in June, undergraduate programs will need to show proof that their graduates earn more money than those without a college degree, and graduate programs need to show that their graduates earn more money than an individual with a bachelor’s degree. If they fail to show enough return on investment, they will be disqualified from federal student loan programs…

According to the Los Angeles Times, the DOE will prevent federal student loan access for college programs that don’t earn enough postgraduation.

“Because they put down that list on what they’re making harder, what they’re not going to give people student loans for, and it’s nurses, it’s teachers, it’s social workers,” Ocasio-Cortez said. “They don’t want women to go to college.”

Here’s the video:

The simple fact is that not everyone needs to go to college.

We would be much better off as a country if more people went to trade schools or just entered the workforce.

Biden-Appointed Judge Jinsook Ohta Orders Trump Admin to Restart “Diversity” Green Card Lottery That Admitted Brown University–MIT Shooter – Program Must Reopen by Sunday

Judge Jinsook Ohta

A California-based federal judge appointed by Joe Biden has ordered the U.S. State Department to reinstate the Diversity Immigrant Visa lottery for fiscal year 2027 by this Sunday, forcing the Trump administration to reopen a program it suspended after a Portuguese national who entered through the lottery was suspected in the deadly Brown University shooting and the murder of an MIT professor.

U.S. District Judge Jinsook Ohta of the Southern District of California issued a preliminary injunction requiring Secretary of State Marco Rubio to publicly announce and open registration for the program, which awards permanent residency (green cards) to up to 55,000 applicants annually from countries with historically low rates of immigration to the United States. A large share of these visas go to applicants from Africa.

Registration is typically a random lottery with millions of entries; winners then face interviews and vetting.

According to Breitbart News, Judge Ohta’s injunction requires the State Department to open a 30-day electronic registration period by October 18 and notify selected applicants by November 19.

The government must then proceed with visa processing, subject to statutory eligibility requirements and the program’s annual limits.

As The Gateway Pundit reported in December 2025, President Donald Trump ordered the immediate suspension of the Diversity Immigrant Visa Program (often called the green card lottery) after authorities identified the suspect in the Brown University and MIT attacks as a beneficiary of the program.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem announced the pause, stating: “The Brown University shooter, Claudio Manuel Neves Valente entered the United States through the diversity lottery immigrant visa program (DV1) in 2017 and was granted a green card. This heinous individual should never have been allowed in our country. … At President Trump’s direction, I am immediately directing USCIS to pause the DV1 program to ensure no more Americans are harmed by this disastrous program.”

Valente, a 48-year-old Portuguese national, had previously studied at Brown on a student visa before later obtaining the diversity visa and permanent residency.

He is believed to have opened fire in a Brown University lecture hall in December 2025, killing two students, Ella Cook and Mukhammad Aziz Umurzokov, and wounding nine others, then murdered MIT professor Nuno F.G. Loureiro (a former classmate from Portugal) at his home before taking his own life.

The Trump administration did not open the fiscal year 2027 registration window on the normal schedule, effectively pausing the program amid national security reviews of screening and vetting.

Immigration lawyers, including California-based Red Eagle Law, sued and argued this amounted to a de facto cancellation of a program created by Congress in 1990.

Ohta ruled that the failure to open registration was arbitrary and capricious and ordered the State Department to announce the registration period (originally by midnight October 15, with later adjustments discussed), keep it open for at least 30 days, accept eligible electronic entries, notify selected applicants, and process applications under normal procedures until the available visas are issued or the fiscal year ends in September 2027.

Ohta, born in South Korea, was nominated by Biden in 2021 and confirmed to the Southern District of California. She previously served as a San Diego Superior Court judge after an appointment by California Governor Gavin Newsom.

Critics view the ruling as another example of an unelected Biden-appointed judge attempting to override the elected administration’s efforts to tighten immigration security following real-world attacks.

The Diversity Visa program has a troubled history with security failures. Trump previously sought to end it after the 2017 New York City truck attack by Sayfullo Saipov, who entered via the lottery and killed eight people.

Noem and Trump officials have repeatedly described the program as a “disastrous” pathway that prioritizes diversity over rigorous national-interest screening.

Big Tech Enters the 2026 Midterms: Anthropic Announces Claude AI Will Deliver Official U.S. Voting Information and Election Results from Left-Leaning Nonprofit

Claude AI by Anthropic

Anthropic, the AI company behind Claude, announced this week that it will begin pumping “official” U.S. voting information and election results directly into its chatbot later this month, just in time for the high-stakes November midterms.

The company says the data will come from Democracy Works, a Brooklyn-based nonprofit that runs TurboVote.

Anthropic claims this will help users get state-specific answers on polling places, voter ID requirements, registration, and logistics without leaving the chat. Claude will also display “up-to-date” official results on election night and in the days after.

In a blog post titled “Preparing for the 2026 US midterms,” Anthropic framed the move as a responsible effort to make Claude “a useful tool for political conversations, while preventing election-related abuse.”

The company analyzed roughly 250,000 U.S. Claude.ai conversations from late September and reported that politics, public policy, or social issues already make up about 5.75% of chats. Election- or voting-specific talks account for 0.51%, and direct “whom should I vote for” requests are vanishingly rare at 0.01%.

Anthropic has partnered with Democracy Works since 2024. Earlier this year it already displayed a TurboVote banner for registration and polling questions. Now the chatbot will pull the information straight into responses.

Democracy Works presents itself as nonpartisan. Its funding history tells a different story. The group has received millions from left-of-center sources including the New Venture Fund, Democracy Fund, MacArthur Foundation, Rockefeller Brothers Fund, Pew Charitable Trusts, Knight Foundation, and others frequently tied to progressive election and “democracy” initiatives. InfluenceWatch and grant trackers document these patterns clearly.

In other words, one of Silicon Valley’s leading AI platforms is handing the keys for midterm voting guidance to a nonprofit bankrolled by the usual progressive foundation complex. Americans asking Claude where to vote or what ID is required will receive answers filtered through that pipeline.

Anthropic insists its models score highly on internal “political evenhandedness” tests (99% for the latest Claude versions) and that it has strengthened classifiers against coordinated abuse, foreign influence operations, and deceptive campaign content.

It says it has already banned accounts tied to fake news sites pushing adversarial narratives and financially motivated election spam. Independent reviews it commissioned still flagged issues, including uneven hedging that more often softened right-leaning arguments.

It’s Not a “Socialist Revolution” – It’s a Misery, Starvation, and Death Movement

It’s Not a “Socialist Revolution.” It’s Misery, Starvation, and Death.

The following is from the Trump team.

A coordinated campaign is underway to sanitize, normalize, and romanticize one of history’s most dangerous and lethal ideologies. Newsweek is currently running a “little red test” that asks about oat milk, shorter workweeks, and tote bags — then scores readers on how ready they are for an “American socialist revolution.”

There’s nothing lighthearted about the reality that campaign is trying to hide. Socialist and communist regimes have killed some 100 million people through engineered famines, mass executions, and slave labor camps.

That same ideology is now being sold to Americans by the Democrat Socialists of America and the Radical Left that dominates the Democrat Party. Their agenda — Medicare for All, open borders, mass amnesty, abolishing police and prisons, and the Green New Deal chief among them — carries a staggering price.

A new report from the Council of Economic Advisers puts the ten-year cost of the socialist agenda at $49 trillion, or as much as $400,000 per American household — financed by massive tax hikes that slash wages by nearly 30%, shrink economic output, and drive inflation sky-high. Mortgage rates would soar, millions of jobs would vanish, and productivity would collapse as empty shelves, rationed care, and the slow grind of state control replace the abundance of American exceptionalism.

Socialism is a sick, perverse system that produces misery and death on an incomprehensible scale. Democrats are deliberately attempting to hasten the destruction of American prosperity, security, and freedom — and if given the chance, they’ll gleefully turn America into a third-world country.

President Donald J. Trump is said it best: “America the Beautiful will NEVER be a Communist Country!!!”

Transgender Substitute Teacher Convicted of Threatening ‘Murder Spree’ and Cannibalism at Loudoun County High School

Hadyn James Dollery (Credit: Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office)

A 19-year-old biological male who identifies as a woman and worked as a substitute teacher in Loudoun County Public Schools has been convicted of threatening to go on a “murder spree” at a Virginia high school, kill multiple people, and cannibalize one of the victims.

The Gateway Pundit first reported on Dollery’s arrest in April 2026, when the biological male who identifies as female was taken into custody after the Discord threats and “kill list” references. At the time, Loudoun County Sheriff Mike Chapman publicly questioned the school district’s hiring practices, noting the risk of placing 18- and 19-year-olds with only a high school diploma in charge of students.

Hadyn James Dollery, who goes by the name “Sophie” and used the Discord handle “Cotton Candy,” was found guilty Friday on four of the five counts he faced, Loudoun Now reported.

A Loudoun County jury of seven men and five women convicted the former non-licensed substitute teacher of two counts of threatening to injure or kill a person, one count of making threats on school grounds, and one count of threatening to damage a building. He was acquitted on a third threat count.

Prosecutors said Dollery sent the messages over Discord at 1:49 a.m. on April 15, the day after his boyfriend broke up with him. Senior Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney Dircia Schubert told jurors that Dollery threatened to kill the ex, the ex’s family, and members of his own family.

He also vowed to carry out a “murder spree” at the ex’s school, John Champe High School, and described cannibalizing one of the victims after killing them. In another message, he asked the ex to return a shirt “if I’m deemed fit to work after this s—t I’m about to do,” according to Breitbart.

This is the same Loudoun County that became a national symbol of progressive education policy gone wrong. Parents still remember the school system’s handling of the 2021 sexual assault of a female student by a biological male in a girls’ bathroom, followed by the district’s attempts to downplay the incident and the subsequent prosecution of the victim’s father for speaking out.

SHOCKING REVELATION: Unearthed Video Shows Soros-Funded Candidate Jocelyn Benson Explaining How She Worked Undercover for SPLC—Was an Informant for The FBI

In an unearthed video, Michigan Secretary of State and Democratic gubernatorial candidate Jocelyn Benson can be seen campaigning for her first run for secretary of state in Michigan in 2010. The event was held in Houghton, Michigan, at a Democratic Party office. At the time, Benson was new to politics, but somehow caught the attention of George Soros, who apparently saw someone he aligned with in his quest to destroy everything good and decent about America and helped fund her campaign. To date, 4 members of the Soros family, including George Soros, have contributed a whopping $33,120 to Jocelyn Benson’s current 2026 Michigan gubernatorial campaign.

Jocelyn Benson

Jocelyn Benson is seen standing in front of what appears to be a kitchen, addressing a crowd of fellow Democrats. During her introduction, Benson said she was raised in Pennsylvania and that, after graduating from Harvard Law School in 2004, she worked for the Southern Poverty Law Center in Alabama. Although their stated mission is to root out “hate groups,” many believe the SPLC is in and of itself a “hate group,” used to target conservative groups by mislabeling and mischaracterizing them in an effort to destroy their credibility.

Benson doesn’t explain exactly how she became an FBI informant through her undercover work for the SPLC, but she makes sure to include this little tidbit in her resume when addressing potential voters.

“And I moved to Alabama after college to work for the Southern Poverty Law Center and investigated hate groups down there undercover, for the FBI and other folks that we informed of hate activities in the South,” Benson told the group.

She continued, “And, you know, living in Alabama, I really developed just a commitment to continuing the work that had been done both in Alabama and throughout our country.”

Watch the awkward exchange here:

Jocelyn Benson must have really impressed the far-left radicals running the SPLC, as she was chosen to become a board member in 2014.

Jocelyn Benson served on the Southern Poverty Law Center’s board of directors from 2014 until she became Michigan Secretary of State in 2019—precisely the years covered by the April 2026 federal indictment that charges the SPLC with wire fraud, bank fraud, and money-laundering conspiracy. Prosecutors allege the organization secretly funneled more than $3 million in donor money to informants inside the Ku Klux Klan, Aryan Nations, National Alliance, and other extremist groups, routing the payments through shell companies and prepaid cards while publicly fundraising to “dismantle” those same organizations.

The indictment specifically identifies one paid informant, labeled F-37, as a member of the online leadership chat that planned the 2017 “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville. According to the charging document, F-37 attended the event at the SPLC’s direction, made racist postings under SPLC supervision, helped coordinate transportation for attendees, and was paid more than $270,000. Benson has described her board role as “mostly ceremonial,” but the indictment’s timeline places her on the board throughout the period these payments were allegedly made—including the years surrounding the deadly Charlottesville violence that the SPLC later used to drive a massive surge in donations.

To date, no mainstream media outlet has asked Jocelyn about her role as a SPLC board member or whether she wrote the checks allegedly paid to the undercover informants. Since she seems to know so much about being an informant, it may be worth asking, especially since she is running to become Michigan’s top elected official.

Gruesome Double Murder Rattles Alabama

A capital murder case built on a chainsaw, a decapitated grandmother and aunt, and a defendant who told a judge to “kill him” rather than accept a public defender is now working through the Alabama court system — and the procedural machinery that follows an arrest like this, particularly a court-ordered competency evaluation, often matters as much to how the case unfolds as the horror of the allegation itself.

Key Points

  • Thomas Steele, 47, faces two counts of capital murder in Mobile County, Alabama, after a criminal complaint alleged he decapitated his aunt and grandmother with a chainsaw on October 12, 2026.
  • Police found the victims, Christy DeLoach and Dora Boone, dead in a home on Carolina Court and detained Steele at the scene; he was denied bond at his initial appearance.
  • During the hearing, Steele told the judge “no, kill him” when offered a public defender and was removed from the courtroom.
  • A judge ordered a competency evaluation through the Alabama Department of Mental Health, a process district attorney Keith Blackwood said could take up to 90 days.
  • A 911 call placed before the killings reportedly referenced concerns that Steele was off his medication, adding a mental-health dimension to the case’s early record.

What the Criminal Complaint Alleges

The criminal complaint, filed October 13, 2026, in Mobile County, alleges that Steele used a chainsaw to kill and decapitate Christy DeLoach and Dora Boone “by one act or pursuant to one scheme or course of conduct” — language that supports the capital-murder theory prosecutors are pursuing rather than a lesser homicide charge. Mobile police have separately described the weapon in their own release as a “bladed instrument” used to “intentionally cause the deaths of two family members”. Prosecutors identified the victims as Steele’s aunt and grandmother, establishing the family relationship that sits at the center of the charging theory. The complaint’s specificity — naming the weapon, the manner of death, and the familial connection — is what elevated the charges from murder to capital murder, a distinction that carries the possibility of the death penalty under Alabama law.

The Scene on Carolina Court and the Police Response

Mobile police said officers responded to the 2400 block of Carolina Court at approximately 1:36 p.m. on October 12, 2026, and found two women dead inside the home. Steele was detained at the scene. A neighbor, Candi Allen, told local television she had long found Steele’s behavior unusual — he avoided eye contact and rarely acknowledged people in the neighborhood — while describing the victims as kind women frequently seen tending their yard. That contrast, between an unremarkable residential block and the violence alleged to have occurred inside one of its homes, is a familiar texture in cases like this one, where neighbors are often the first to publicly process what investigators are still working to document.

Inside the Courtroom: A Chilling Exchange and a Competency Order

At his October 13 initial appearance, Steele was charged with two counts of capital murder. When the judge asked whether he could hire his own attorney, Steele answered “no.” Moments after a public defender was appointed, Steele responded “no, kill him” — a remark that led to his removal from the courtroom without further incident. The judge denied bond, citing the severity of the alleged crime, and ordered Steele to undergo a competency evaluation through the Alabama Department of Mental Health. District Attorney Keith Blackwood, addressing reporters afterward, was candid about what the outburst suggested: “I’m not a psychiatrist, but nevertheless it appears that there are some issues.” Blackwood added that the prosecution intends to proceed regardless of the evaluation’s outcome, though he acknowledged the process could take roughly 90 days before the case’s procedural posture is clarified.

That timeline matters. A competency finding doesn’t resolve guilt or innocence; it determines whether Steele is presently able to understand the charges against him and assist in his own defense. If he is found incompetent, Alabama law requires treatment aimed at restoring competency before the capital case can move toward trial — a detour that has lengthened countless prosecutions involving defendants with documented mental-health histories, and one that will likely shape the next several months of this case more than any single piece of forensic evidence released so far.

The 911 Call and a Neighborhood in Disbelief

Separate reporting on the hours before the killings described a 911 call in which a woman said she had also phoned the 988 crisis line in an effort to reach Steele, and suggested he had gone without his medication. That detail, combined with Blackwood’s courtroom comments, has introduced a mental-health thread into public discussion of the case well before any formal diagnosis or legal finding has been entered. It is a pattern seen in other high-profile capital cases: the emotional weight of the alleged violence collides with an unresolved question about the defendant’s mental state, and the two narratives — one about culpability, one about capacity — run in parallel until a court sorts them out.

What Comes Next

Capital cases built around aggravating factors like multiple victims or extreme cruelty move through a deliberate, multi-stage process — grand jury presentation, discovery, pretrial motions, and, if competency is restored, eventually trial — that in Alabama can span years. Steele has not been convicted, and the allegations described in the complaint remain, as a matter of law, accusations rather than adjudicated facts. What is established is the charging document, the police account of the scene, the bond denial, and the competency order — a sequence of concrete legal steps that will determine how, and when, this case is ultimately resolved.

What Is Going On? High-Profile Nevada Case Involves Unusual Actions by DOJ Attorney

What Is Going On?  Defense Attorney Represents Man Against the US Government While Also Representing the US Government in Separate Proceedings.

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA — October 9, 2026 — A shocking Miscarriage of Justice has created a constitutional question for the federal criminal prosecution: How can an attorney defend a man against the United States while simultaneously serving the Department of Justice?

The Sixth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution guarantees essential rights to individuals facing criminal prosecution, ensuring a fair and transparent judicial process.

On October 7, 2026, Dr. Surajit Khanna filed a 34-page Brief of Amicus Curiae, including eight supporting exhibits, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, exposing an apparent conflict of interest involving Lt. Col. Aniela K. Szymanski, Esq., defense attorney for federal criminal defendant Rick Kiran Saga, a U.S. citizen.

Federal court records document that Szymanski continued representing Saga while also appearing as a DOJ-USAO attorney representing the United States in separate federal proceedings.

Semper Fi is the short, everyday form of the Latin phrase Semper Fidelis, which means “Always Faithful” or “Always Loyal”. Lt. Col. Aniela Szymanski is a Judge Advocate (JAG) for the U.S. Marine Corps and attorney for Saga. Lt Col. Steven W. Myhre also served as a JAG for the U.S. Marine Corps. and is now the prosecuting DOJ-USAO attorney against Saga.

Is Myhre up to his old shenanigans? “When a federal judge dismissed the indictment against cattle rancher Cliven Bundy earlier this year due to what she described as “outrageous” misconduct by Nevada prosecutors, she repeatedly referred to similar wrongdoing in a case from a decade earlier. … A judge found that prosecutors, including then-acting U.S. Attorney Steven Myhre, withheld more than 3,000 pages of FBI reports and other documents and misled the court. This is the same sort of misconduct that led to the dismissal of the indictment in Chapman.”

Why did Myhre characterize Saga as a Non-US Citizen to a Federal Magistrate Judge?

Was it so Myhre could detain Saga seven days longer than was necessary?

Who Was Defending Rick Saga When His Attorney Was Also Representing the United States?
THE DOCUMENTED CONFLICT

The court filing presents a disturbing chronology:

  • January 11, 2026: Szymanski submitted redacted military orders referencing the

Department of Justice in Memphis, Tennessee, while representing Saga.

  • January 22, 2026: Federal court records identified Szymanski as a DOJ-USAO attorney representing the United States.
  • February 19–26, 2026: Nevada court filings continued identifying Szymanski as Saga’s defense attorney.
  • July 28, 2026: A separate federal criminal case, United States Shanks, identified Szymanski as DOJ-USAO counsel representing the United States.
  • August 19, 2026: Szymanski continued appearing in Saga’s federal criminal case as his defense attorney.

The question is unavoidable: Was Saga’s defense attorney serving two opposing interests—and did the defendant, prosecutors, and Court know?

A POTENTIAL SIXTH AMENDMENT CRISIS

The Sixth Amendment guarantees every criminal defendant effective, conflict-free legal representation.

Dr. Khanna’s filing cites landmark Supreme Court decisions, Cuyler v. Sullivan and Mickens v. Taylor, and raises questions under 18 U.S.C. § 205, which restricts certain private representations by federal employees.

The filing demands answers to three critical questions:

  1. Was Saga’s constitutional right to independent defense counsel compromised?
  2. Did federal prosecutors know of Szymanski’s DOJ relationship, and was it concealed from Saga or the Court?
  3. Did Saga’s confidential defense information become accessible to the government prosecuting him?

These questions remain unresolved. The filing does not establish that misconduct or a constitutional violation occurred.

WARNING: DEFENDANT AND FAMILY MAY BE IN DANGER

Dr. Khanna opens his filing with an extraordinary statement:

“It is my belief that Rick and his family’s lives may be in danger.”

This is Dr. Khanna’s expressed concern, not a judicial finding of a verified threat.

CALL FOR AN INDEPENDENT FEDERAL INVESTIGATION

Dr. Khanna requests immediate preservation of relevant DOJ records, military orders, communications, and electronic evidence, followed by a neutral, conflict-free judicial inquiry.

The central demand is simple: Preserve the evidence. Expose the truth. Protect the Constitution.

The public filing raises a question that reaches far beyond one defendant:

If a criminal defendant’s own attorney also serves the federal department responsible for prosecuting him, who is protecting his constitutional rights?

The federal court has now been asked to answer that question.

BOMBSHELL FLORIDA ELECTION REPORT: 1,827 Noncitizens Removed from Voter Rolls Allegedly Cast 7,035 Ballots — Thousands More Removed as Election Integrity Groups Demand Answers

Another alarming election-integrity report is raising serious questions about who has been voting in American elections and how thousands of allegedly ineligible ballots could have slipped through the cracks in the red state of Florida.

A new investigation by a coalition of Florida election-integrity organizations claims that 1,827 noncitizens who were removed from the state’s voter rolls cast a staggering 7,035 ballots between 2020 and the second quarter of 2026.

The findings, first reported by The Daily Signal on Wednesday, October 14, come as the Trump administration continues its efforts to tighten voter registration requirements and prevent noncitizens from participating in American elections.

According to the report, a Joint Task Force of Florida election integrity groups examined voter registration and voting histories across all 67 Florida counties.

The coalition reported the following figures:

  • 5,612 noncitizens removed from Florida’s voter rolls during the period examined.

  • 1,827 of those individuals allegedly cast a combined 7,035 ballots.

  • Approximately 600 individuals were referred to Florida’s Office of Election Crimes and Security.

The report warns that the number of ballots attributed to individuals subsequently removed from the rolls could be significant in tightly contested elections.

Consider Florida’s November 2021 Democratic special primary election for the state’s 20th Congressional District, where the winning margin was just five votes.

The report also cited a 2018 Baker County School Board race decided by only three votes.

The coalition argued that the ballots it identified were numerous enough to potentially influence closely contested races.

The latest findings follow a major election fraud crackdown announced by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and Attorney General James Uthmeier last month.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Florida officials announced on September 24 that 20 individuals faced charges in an election fraud investigation.

Sixteen defendants were noncitizens accused of falsely declaring themselves U.S. citizens before casting ballots. The remaining four were convicted felons accused of voting while still on probation.

Uthmeier declared:

Florida will not allow anyone to steal the vote of Americans at the ballot box.

The cases brought Florida’s total election fraud prosecutions above 100 since DeSantis established the Office of Election Crimes and Security in 2022.

The Gateway Pundit has extensively documented the Trump administration’s election integrity investigations.

In March, The Gateway Pundit reported that Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon disclosed troubling findings from a federal examination of voter registration records.

That review raised concerns about noncitizens, deceased voters, and duplicate registrations in state election databases.

In July, The Gateway Pundit reported that Dhillon’s Civil Rights Division warned election officials across all 50 states and Washington, D.C., about their obligations to maintain accurate voter rolls and prevent unlawful voting.

The administration’s aggressive approach has also encountered legal setbacks.

On October 9, U.S. District Judge Sparkle Sooknanan ruled against a Justice Department voter-data collection initiative, finding that the federal government’s approach exceeded its authority and violated legal protections.

According to The Daily Signal, officials in several Florida counties declined to validate the coalition’s conclusions without examining the underlying data.

Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections official Alison Novoa said her office could not independently verify the numbers or conclusions presented by outside organizations.
