Speaking in a controlled environment for a few dozen militants, in an aggressive tone, and with bloodshot eyes, Brazilian President Lula da Silva doubled down on his statements over the war between Israel and Palestine that has sparked a grave diplomatic rift between the countries,

“‘If This Isn’t Genocide, I Don’t Know What Is,’ Says Lula of Israeli Attack on Gaza.

‘What the Israeli government is doing to the Palestinian people is not war,’ said the President of Brazil. ‘It’s not soldiers who are dying, but women and children who are dying inside the hospitals’.”

In fact, the Brazilian Government does not intend to retract President Luiz Inacio da Silva’s comment comparing Israel’s war on Gaza to Hitler’s treatment of Jews.

Reuters reported:

“Brazil’s foreign ministry has already summoned the Israeli ambassador for talks and recalled its own ambassador to Israel after Israeli officials gave him a formal reprimand following Lula’s comment.

‘What is happening in the Gaza Strip with the Palestinian people has no parallel in other historical moments’,” Brazil’s president said.

‘In fact, it did exist when Hitler decided to kill the Jews’, said Lula during a weekend African Union summit in Addis Ababa, referring to Nazi war crimes during World War Two.”

Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz immediately announced that Lula is not welcome until he takes back his comments.

“‘We will not forget nor forgive. It is a serious anti-Semitic attack. In my name and the name of the citizens of Israel – tell President Lula that he is persona non grata in Israel until he takes it back’, Katz told Brazil’s ambassador, according to a statement from Katz’s office.”

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu responded harshly to Lula’s previous comments, saying: “The words of the President of Brazil are shameful and alarming. This is a trivialization of the Holocaust and an attempt to harm the Jewish people and Israel’s right to defend itself.

Israel is fighting for its defense and securing its future until complete victory and it does so while upholding international law.”

In British TV, former Prime Minister Naftali Bennett called Lula da Silva ‘an idiot’ on a Monday segment of Piers Morgan Uncensored.

Lula not only faces challenges in the diplomatic field but is also now facing internal tribulations, even inside his own coalition.

El Mundo reported:

“The controversial statements of the Brazilian president caused friction within the government, with allied parties that make up the official base, and even calls for the impeachment of the opposition in Congress.”

Harsh criticism of Lula in Brazil comes from close allies with important places in the government structure.

“’Hamas provoked that [the war], because it went to Israel to execute a mountain. It is a comparison without any meaning. I find it regrettable, because it is not a genocide’, Carlos Siqueira, president of the Brazilian Socialist Party (PSB), told the newspaper O Globo.”

The PSB is the party of the vice president, Geraldo Alckmin, who heads two ministries. Alckmin is a descendant of Sephardic Jews and is close to the large and very influential Jewish community in Brazil.

The large ‘Evangelical group’ in Parliament is also painted for war.

“’Unbalanced verbalizations, in addition to not representing the thoughts of the majority of Brazilians, compromise international politics unnecessarily’, said in a note this Monday the [Evangelical] group, which brings together 203 of the 512 deputies, including dozens of political parties. the official base.

The organization ‘Jews for Democracy’, which supported Lula in the 2022 presidential campaign […] described the statements as ‘indefensible’, in a critical note published on social networks.”

In his mega-demonstration on Sunday, former President Jair Bolsonaro held and kissed an Israeli flag.

Bolsonaro aligned Brazil with Israel, and transferred the Brazilian capital from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

“Almost a hundred opposition deputies signed a request for impeachment presented by the opposition in the lower house. Dozens of deputies from parties from the official base such as the Progressive Party (PP) of the president of Deputies, Arthur Lira, and Republicans, signed the request.”

A professional bowler was arrested for child pornography during the U.S. Open professional bowling tournament earlier this month.

Brandon Novak, 35, was arrested in Indiana and extradited to Ohio.

According to a report from CNN, “Novak was first indicted in Ohio in January and is facing 15 felony charges; five charges are pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, and ten charges are illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material.”

“Novak was reportedly arrested midway through his second game at the 2024 US Open at Royal Pin Woodland in Indianapolis on February 1,” the report continues. “In a video showing the US Open competition, Novak is out of shot but several players can be seen looking off screen at some commotion.”

Novak had to withdraw from the competition, as he was being arrested, but he still finished in 36th place, earning him $1,500 in winnings. It is unclear if he was paid out or not.

Novak was on the radar of the Chillicothe police last year after they were alerted to his Facebook account being associated with child pornography.

The report continued, “During police interviews with Novak, he said he purchased pornography from someone on Snapchat, but initially said that he did not know the videos would contain child pornography, The Dispatch reported. He later admitted that he knew he was purchasing child pornography and was taking steps to conceal it, according to The Dispatch’s review of the police report.”

A Salvadoran fugitive with ties to the notorious MS-13 gang and wanted for murder back home was detained by Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Boston in Foxboro on February 19.

This isn’t his first, second, or even third rodeo with U.S. immigration authorities. The 44-year-old has been removed from the United States not once, not twice, but three times before.

According to ERO Boston Field Office Director Todd Lyons, the arrest is a significant achievement in safeguarding the community.

“This unlawfully present fugitive is a member of a violent transnational criminal organization who is wanted for murder in his home country,” said Lyons.

“The people of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts are safer today now that this fugitive criminal has been arrested. ERO Boston continues to help make our communities safer by our unwavering commitment to protecting public safety every day,” he added.

The Boston Herald has learned that the fugitive is identified as Wilmer Alexy Garcia-Manzanarez, according to a “Red Notice” from INTERPOL, the International Criminal Police Organization headquartered in France, issued at the request of El Salvador. The notice details his charges in Spanish as “Organizaciones terroristas.”

Garcia-Manzanarez initially entered the U.S. illegally across the Canadian border in New York in March 2001 and was served with a notice to appear before an immigration judge. After failing to appear and being ordered removed in absentia in March 2002, he was eventually deported in January 2007 by ERO Phoenix.

In May 2010, Garcia-Manzanarez entered the U.S. again, was arrested in Texas, and was removed a second time in July of that year. His third unlawful entry resulted in another arrest in September 2012 and subsequent removal the following month.

Despite these removals, Garcia-Manzanarez illegally reentered the U.S. and was living in Massachusetts until his most recent arrest by ERO Boston. He is currently in ICE custody pending his removal proceedings. If deported, this would mark his fourth removal.

According to ERO, “In fiscal year 2023, ERO made 170,590 administrative arrests, a 19.5% increase over the previous year. ERO arrested 73,822 noncitizens with a criminal history; those arrested had an average of four charges and convictions per individual, including more than 33,209 charges or convictions for assault, 7,520 for weapons offenses, 1,713 for homicide-related offenses, and 1,615 for kidnapping. Removals also included 3,406 known or suspected gang members, 139 known or suspected terrorists, seven human rights violators, and 108 foreign fugitives wanted by their governments for crimes including homicide, rape, terrorism and kidnapping. Also in fiscal year 2023, ERO conducted 142,580 removals to more than 170 countries worldwide.”

On Tuesday morning Kilmeade took an indirect swipe at President Trump by attacking Steve Bannon and Rep. Matt Gaetz on FOX and Friends.

Kilmeade compared Steve Bannon and Rep. Gaetz to the communist, anti-American Squad members. Kilmeade finds Bannon, Gaetz and millions of Americans extreme for wanting a secure border, a rational spending plan, and an honest, unbiased Justice system in America.

That was a low blow for this longtime anti-Trump RINO.

Brian Kilmeade: Well, I think both candidates have to realize this, that on the left, if Joe Biden listens to The Squad, he loses. And I think if Donald Trump listens to Matt Gaetz and Steve Bannon, he loses. They have to understand that most of the people are not on the extremes. And if you could understand that, you’re going to win. The first one to understand that and does what they think they should do. And now what the extremists are bullying them to do is going to be successful.

California Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom is once again facing a recall effort, the second in three years, as a conservative group initiates a new campaign to oust him from office.

On Monday morning, Rescue California served Governor Newsom with a notice of intent to recall, reprising their role from the 2021 recall attempt.

The conservative group gathered over the needed 1.5 million signatures to force a recall election. However, California Governor Gavin Newsom survived the rigged recall election.

There was plenty of opportunity for rampant fraud because there is no chain of custody with ballot harvesting, mail-in ballots, ballot drop boxes and printing ballots from home.

More than 30% of the people who signed the petition to recall Newsom were Independents and Democrats, but he allegedly won the recall in a ‘landslide.’ Even more ridiculous, Gavin Newsom ‘won’ conservative Orange County: 52.6% (464,164) voted “No” to 47.4% (418,362) voted yes, KTLA 5 reported.

Rescue California, undeterred by the previous outcome, announced on Monday their plan to initiate a recall campaign against Governor Newsom once more.

“We filed this morning. We served the governor with a notice of intent to recall. This is a preliminary element to the total process of recalling someone in office simultaneously. We then also filed with the Secretary of State,” said Anne Hyde Dunsmore, the Campaign Director for Rescue California.

Dunsmore said that the decision to launch a recall was driven by a series of policy failures and fiscal mismanagement, culminating in a staggering $73 billion budget deficit as reported by the Legislative Analyst’s Office—a figure that has seen a rapid increase in just a matter of weeks.

According to the Rescue California’s website:

Governor Newsom has abandoned the state to advance his Presidential ambitions, leaving behind a $68 Billion budget deficit and a public safety, immigration and education crisis. He:

Granted 700,000 illegal immigrants free health care at a cost to taxpayers of $3 billion annually, while cutting vital programs for veterans, school children, the disabled and the homeless.
Kept schools closed during Covid longer than other states allowing California students to fall further behind in basic skills such as language and mathematics.
Closed prisons and ordered the release of thousands of dangerous criminals onto our streets.
Weakened our public safety laws, creating an epidemic of smash and grab crimes and violent assaults.
Forced Californians to suffer under the highest taxes in the nation and the highest home prices outside Hawaii, while he undermines Prop. 13.
Spends billions on government homeless programs that have repeatedly failed.

The effort, which began with over 450 signatories across five counties, exceeds the new requirement set by state regulations that mandate a minimum of 325 signatures from at least five counties.

Despite the challenges of organizing a recall, Dunsmore is confident in her group’s approach. With a streamlined strategy and a reduced signature threshold compared to previous campaigns, Rescue California aims to gather the necessary support well within the 160 to 180-day (6-month) timeframe allowed.

The group has a tight timeline to collect signatures, aiming to qualify for the ballot before key political dates, such as the Democratic National Convention.

Dunsmore emphasizes that Rescue California is not aligning with any single candidate to replace the governor. Instead, the organization seeks to create an opportunity for competent leadership to emerge.

As the recall movement gains momentum, Dunsmore urges Californians to join the cause, emphasizing the grassroots nature of the effort and the importance of holding the Governor accountable for the state’s financial predicament.

As Gateway Pundit readers know, looting has become a national crisis thanks to far-left prosecutors in major cities refusing to prosecute retail theft crimes in the name of “social justice.” Businesses from San Francisco to Washington D.C. are either closing or moving because the young thieves keep stealing their items while law enforcement does nothing.

The Hatchard Report released this information in October 2023. From November 13, 2021, to September 26, 2022, a total of 478 applications for Significant Service Disruption exemption (SSD) were received. 103 applications were granted, covering approximately 11,005 workers.

An OIA HNZ00023978 dated 2 August 2023 asked the following question:

“According to the legislation at the time in 2021, there were operational exemptions available for those who were not getting vaccinated against Covid 19. Your website outlines the process of applying for an operating exemption under clause 12a. How many requests were received? How many were approved by the ministry?”

Matt Hannant, Interim Director, Prevention, National Public Health Service, Te Whatu Ora replied:

“From 13 November 2021 to 26 September 2022, a total of 478 applications for Significant Service Disruption exemption (SSD) were received. 103 applications were granted, covering approximately 11,005 workers. Please note that it is not possible to provide the exact number of workers that were covered by SSDs. This is because it was possible for an organisation to submit an application to cover more than one worker.”
