Whoopi Goldberg told her co-hosts Wednesday on ABC’s “The View” that some Republicans would like to “bring slavery back” during the panel discussion of the Arizona Supreme Court’s ruling reinstating an 1864 abortion ban.

Co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin said, “I believe a lot of elected Republicans are completely out of step with the sentiment of the country because we’ve seen in Kansas, a very red state, Ohio, and Kentucky that Republicans turned out to protect access to abortion so this is a big win for Democrats I believe in the election.”

Goldberg said, “Take a look at the things that they’re rolling back. Remember I said ages ago, you know, in their minds they want to bring slavery back. They’re okay with it because you see things change — now one of the good things about the Supreme Court is you can fight to make sure you make stuff better. You don’t generally fight to make stuff worse.”

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris think that support from LGBT voters is going to win them the day in November. While it is true that a majority of LGBT voters support Democrats, they are still a minority in the United States.

The fact that the Biden Harris campaign is talking about this speaks volumes. They are doing this because they are losing support from other parts of their coalition. Black voters, Latino voters and young voters are all drifting away from them.

This is a way for Democrats to brag about one part of their base that still seems steady.

As Biden seeks to win another term in the White House despite facing historic low approval ratings, Team Biden-Harris announced the launch of “Out for Biden-Harris.” The campaign describes the program as a national effort to mobilize LGBTQ+ voters and community members across the country.

In a statement, Biden-Harris 2024 campaign manager Julie Chavez Rodriguez said, “LGBTQ+ voters are a force to be reckoned with.”

“They were critical to our victory in 2020, and they will be critical to winning again this November,” Chavez Rodriguez added. “That’s why we’re thrilled to launch Out for Biden-Harris, which will harness the LGBTQ+ community’s organizing prowess to reelect President Biden and Vice President Harris this November.”

Like everything Biden does, this could backfire.

Even with this push, Biden and Harris will not win every vote in the LGBT community. There are plenty of LGBT people who support Trump.

The promised Iranian retaliation for the Israeli attack on Tehran’s consulate in Damascus is likely in the next 24-48 hours, anonymous US officials told Bloomberg on Wednesday.

Two generals of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Quds Force were killed in the Israeli airstrike on April 1, which for the first time targeted an internationally protected diplomatic mission.

There has been a widespread expectation that Iran would refrain from reprisal until the end of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan. Speaking on Wednesday, as Muslims celebrated the feast of Eid-al-Fitr, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said that Israel “must and shall be punished” for what it did.

“Major missile or drone strikes” are now imminent, Bloomberg reported citing “people familiar with” the Israeli, US and allied intelligence reports. They will likely be carried out by either Iran directly, or its allies such as the Lebanon-based Hezbollah, the anonymous sources said.

“I wanted to run with someone who would put a smile on the face of Fannie Lou Hamer and Martin Luther King Jr. from the grave,” West said.

He announced his pick on Wednesday’s episode of the Tavis Smiley Radio Show on KBLA radio.

West is running as an independent candidate and faces significant challenges in his campaign for the White House. West’s fundraising has lagged behind his opponents, raising less than $1 million since launching his bid last summer.

Democrats are worried about West for the same reason they’re worried about RFK:

Democrats were swift to criticize West’s announcement. “Despite Cornel West announcing a running mate, our view remains the same: only two candidates have a path to 270 electoral votes, President Biden and Donald Trump,” said DNC spokesperson Matt Corridoni. “The stakes are high, and we know this is going to be a close election — that’s why a vote for any third party candidate is a vote for Donald Trump.”

James O’Keefe’s O’Keefe Media Group has released undercover footage of a Federal Reserve employee admitting to how Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell sabotaged President Trump and wants to go down in history as “someone who held the line against Trump.”

Principal Economist Aurel Hizmo, a self-proclaimed liberal, told an undercover journalist more about Powell’s hatred for Trump, saying, “As soon as he became Chair, Trump wanted him to lower interest rates. Because when you lower interest rates, it stimulates the economy, and Trump was President. He wanted to stimulate the economy, but he wouldn’t do it. And he started raising interest rates, and doing the opposite of what Trump wanted. Trump tried to find all the loopholes to fire him.”

The Federal Reserve continues to raise interest rates under Joe Biden, which Hizmo says is to prevent a recession and the economy from crashing.

The Federal Reserve raised interest rates at least 11 times since 2022 – 7 times in 2022 and 4 times in 2023 – in an effort to hedge inflation.

But it hasn’t worked, as Americans are still getting crushed by Joe Biden’s inflation crisis.

Hizmo further told the journalist that conservatives at the Federal Reserve are “dumb” and would be discriminated against depending on how ‘out there’ they are.”

Aurel Hizmo is a former finance professor who now works as a subject matter expert who even writes speeches for Jerome Powell. The people behind the scenes, who are running our institutions into the ground and pulling the strings behind the public figures, think you’re stupid!

Finally, Hizmo told the undercover journalist how the Federal Reserve’s priorities are turning to focus more on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and climate change and to apparently implement environmental and social governance (ESG) policies to include “wealth inequality as part of the mandate” and “create[ing] an environment” for climate scientists.

Shocking footage has emerged showing a helpless white female Greenwich High School student being brutally assaulted by multiple youths while witnesses loudly cheered and recorded the attack.

The Connecticut Centinal reported the incident occurred in Byram Park in Greenwich, CT, around 8:25 pm on April 9th.

The footage starts with the victim getting beat up by two individuals. They kick, punch, and drag her across the ground while onlookers gleefully yell and start taping the assault.

The beating briefly ceases, and the girl sits up while being surrounded by an angry mob. She then utters what witnesses claim is the N-word, and the onslaught resumes.

Two other youths began violently punching her until she lay unconscious on the ground. The unruly crowd can be heard demanding the beating continue and laughing before someone regains a semblance of humanity and screams, “Chill chill, chill.”

One youth can be heard exclaiming “that b**ch got knocked the f**k out!” while others laugh and suggest she got what she deserved for supposedly saying the offending word. The group then left.

The Connecticut Centinal reported the victim was transported to the hospital following the attack where she was treated for injuries.

Greenwich Police have not publicly identified any of the suspects or spoken about the nature of the altercation. The incident is currently under investigation.

Witnesses and others with information regarding this assault are being urged to contact Detective John King at 203-622-8052.

Jim Hoft previously reported that the House of Representatives appeared poised to pass legislation to continue their FISA warrantless spying on American citizens and even gave themselves a corrupt carveout from surveillance.

As Gateway Pundit readers know, FISA was used to spy on Donald Trump’s presidential campaign illegally.

But in a surprise move Wednesday, 19 House Republicans joined with Democrats to vote the move to start debate on a bill to reauthorize the nation’s warrantless spy program. The move came after Trump urged Republicans to “KILL FISA.”

The vote to advance Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) failed by a 193-228 vote.

Section 702 is set to expire on April 19 if Congress fails to act. Speaker Mike Johnson has called the spy program “critically important,” ignoring the grave constitutional concerns associated with it.

As previously reported by Hoft, Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) revealed that Congress gave its members a special carve out in the latest version of the FISA bill.

Via the proposed legislation, here is the special gift that members of Congress tried to give themselves:

Requirement: The Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation shall promptly notify appropriate congressional leadership of any query conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation using a query term that is reasonably believed to be the name or other personally identifying information of a member of Congress, and shall also notify the member who is the subject of such query.

Congress gives itself a carve-out in the reauthorization of FISA 702 warrantless spying on Americans.

The bill requires the FBI to notify and seek consent from Congress before violating the privacy of Congressmen.

Video footage on Tuesday emerged showing the moment when plainclothes Chicago police officers unloaded nearly 100 gunshots during a traffic stop last month, killing a man and subsequently leading to negative anti-cop coverage. However, the narrative of police killing an innocent man runs counter to the facts.

As the New York Post reported, 26-year-old Dexter Reed was killed during a March 21 traffic stop in Humboldt Park on West Ferdinand Street after officers in an unmarked cop car pulled him over for failing to wear a seatbelt.

The wild footage opens with a female officer and four others approaching Reed’s vehicle while he rolls down the window. But he refuses to exit his SUV despite the policewoman angrily ordering him to do so several times.

The officers then back up, and a major shootout subsequently erupts, sending her scrambling.

“Shots fired! Shots fired!” the female officer yells. “Alert the neighbors!”

She and her fellow officers then fire several more bullets before stopping.

Reed is next seen on the ground near the rear passenger wheel of his car, which is full of bullet holes. The policewoman calls for an ambulance and reveals an officer has been shot.

The cops handcuff a motionless Reed and say that “he started shooting at us” while trying to locate his gun.

The corporate media, though, wasted no time slanting an anti-cop version of events. CNN, for example, ran a segment that was very sympathetic to Reed after the footage leaked.

The liberal outlet interviewed members of his family and the family attorney but did not bother to interview a dissenting voice. The attorney alleged without evidence that the cops conducted an unconstitutional search while the family members mourned Reed’s loss and painted him as an angel.

Meanwhile, here is how the far-left Washington Post decided to slant their coverage of the incident. Note the racial angle involved:

The Civilian Office of Police Accountability, however, revealed that evidence showed Reed had fired first during the shootout. One police officer was shot in the hand during the exchange.

Four other officers then returned fire, killing Reed. All told, 96 bullets were fired in 41 seconds.

“Available preliminary evidence also confirms that officers returned fire approximately 96 times over a period of 41 seconds, including after Mr. Reed exited his vehicle and fell to the ground,” COPA said.

In other words, this is a case of self-defense by the police officers.

But their actions are under investigation. Communist Cook County State Attorney Kim Foxx said Tuesday that her office would determine whether the officers’ use of force was warranted or necessitated criminal charges.

It would not come as a surprise if these cops are punished and fed to the mob despite Reed opening fire first.

Now, it arises that may not have been just an extremely incompetent leader, but allegedly, also deeply corrupt.

The Argentine Justice has frozen the assets and has lifted the fiscal and banking secrecy of Fernández and several of his collaborators.

The actions are part of an investigation into alleged corruption regarding the contracting of State insurance during his Government.

ABC International reported:

“Judge Julián Ercolini of the national Federal Criminal and Correctional Court, has ordered the general [freezing] of Fernández’s assets and has lifted the tax and banking secrecy on his accounts in the case that investigates whether the president favored, for the contracting of State insurance, the husband of his private secretary.

Ercolini’s measure also covers another 32 people, [among] former officials, companies and cooperatives that are being investigated, and who will now not be able to sell or dispose of their assets.”

The decision affects one Héctor Martínez Sosa and his wife María Cantero, who was Fernández’s secretary.

For Judge Ercolini, this link raises credible suspicions that the former president played an important role in the intermediation between state entities and Nación Seguros.

“Fernández is being investigated for alleged irregularities regarding a decree that he signed in December 2021, by which he ordered that all public organizations must contract insurance with Nación Seguros , from the state-owned Banco Nación, in which friends of the ex-president as intermediaries collecting million-dollar commissions.

Despite not needing managers to contract these insurances, the public organizations used the husband of their secretary and friend, Martínez Sosa, as an intermediary, who also appears as a creditor of the former president in their sworn statements.”

If convicted, Fernández will join in infamy his Vice President (also former first lady and later President) Cristina Kirchner, another leading Peronist politician who was indicted and convicted for obstructing the investigation into the 1994 Hezbollah Bombing of the Asociación Mutual Israelita Argentina (AMIA), a Jewish Community Centre – a conviction later overturned during Fernández’ term.

On 6 December 2022, she was further sentenced to six years in prison and a lifetime ban from holding public office for corruption.
