Joe Biden is once again repeating a series of black and white lies regarding the 2nd Amendment.

The Gateway Pundit reports,

Joe Biden sat down for a one-on-one softball interview with Democrat-friendly Univision.

Biden attacked the Second Amendment during his interview and told Univision host Enrique Acevedo that he used to teach law school.

“I used to teach the Second Amendment in law school … From the very beginning, there were limitations. You couldn’t own a cannon!” Biden said.

Of course, the Univision host did not push back on Joe Biden’s lies.

This is a brazen lie. Biden never taught a single class and there was never a ban on cannon ownership.

Joe Biden is a legend in his own mind. He was paid $1 million by UPenn but he never taught a single class.

At the time of our nation’s founding, there were NO restrictions on the 2nd Amendment. Citizens could absolutely own a cannon. This was made very clear in 1812 when James Madison signed letters of marque and reprisal telling private ship owners that they could outfit their boats with cannons.

There were no restrictions on the 2nd Amendment because for a long time Americans had sufficient reading and comprehension skills to know what “shall not be infringed” meant. All of the guns that they owned were so-called weapons of war, because they had just used them to fight off a tyrannical government. It would have been completely antithetical to the expressed intent of the 2nd Amendment to allow the government to restrict what the people could own.

Joe Biden Wednesday afternoon participated in a joint press conference in the Rose Garden with Japanese Prime Minister Kishida Fumio.

Biden was nearly an hour late to the presser. He read from a list of pre-approved reporters from his handlers.

Shortly after 2:30 PM ET today, a mass shooting took place on the West side of Philadelphia. The Gateway Pundit reported that the shooting took place at or near Clara Muhammad Square on 47th Street and Wyalusing Avenue, near a local Muslim mosque during an Eid al-Fitr event, celebrating the final day of  Ramadan, a holy month of fasting celebrated by Muslims around the world.

According to Mike Nik, there is a major police response to the shooting near Clara Muhammad Square, which is near Girard St and 48th St. in Philadelphia.

According to Steve Keeley of local Fox 29, Multiple people have been shot, according to the Philadelphia Police Department, and police have made “numerous arrests,” and “At least 4 guns were recovered.”

Keeley tweeted: “Sources tell me at the scene of shooting at 46th & Wyalusing Avenue at a Ramadan event. At least one Philadelphia Police officer also fired a weapon.

There were several reports of multiple injuries, as well as arrests on the scene by Philadelphia Police. Details surrounding the shooting, however, were being kept quiet from the public, leaving many to wonder “why?”

While the story gained national attention because of the proximity of the shooting to a Muslim mosque on the final day of the holy month of Ramadan, it appears that from the latest reporting, it’s just another day of violence in the City of Brotherly Love.

Now, we are learning some of the details behind the shooting, including that a teen was wounded in a shootout with police and is now in custody. It is also being reported that three people were injured, and five people, including the teen, 3 men, and a woman, have all been arrested in connection with the shooting scene.

According to the Philadelphia Inquirer– Officers were writing tickets for cars parked at a nearby gas station when they heard about 30 shots being fired, Philadelphia Police Commissioner Kevin Bethel said.

The officers observed at least two groups in the area shooting at each other. During the shooting, a police officer approached a 15-year-old boy, according to investigators. That teen fired at the officer who fired back and shot him, according to police.

Besides the teen boy, two other people were struck during the shooting, police said.

I visited Philadelphia over the weekend and was stunned by all of the amazing history that our nation’s first capital has to offer. It’s incredibly sad that a city that serves as a remarkable reminder of the bravery, sacrifice, and courage of our Founding Fathers is now thought of by most Americans as just another violent city run by Democrats that’s not worth visiting.

With police recruitment at an all-time low and violence on the rise, there has never been a better time to remove Democrats from office who are anti-law enforcement and easy on criminals and replace them with pro-law-enforcement and pro rule-of-law Republicans.

The organization spent almost half of the $3 million-plus it brought in last year on travel expenses, political consultants, and legal fees despite the PAC’s claimed focus on electing leftist Gen Z candidates.

One of the expenditures includes a payout to former Clinton campaign general counsel and Trump-Russia hoax cheerleader Marc Elias.

However, Breitbart reports that their stated initiative comes second to supporting Hogg’s travel itinerary and enriching consultants, with expenditures of only $263,000 on campaigns and candidates.

Of the more than $3 million raised in its first year of operations, the Leaders We Deserve PAC spent only about $263,000 on its stated mission of electing candidates from Generation Z to office combined with donations to other Democrat Party committees and groups—and instead spent more than $1.4 million on disbursements to themselves for payroll and to political consulting firms and legal fees, in addition to travel and entertainment expenses like hotels, flights, and meals.

The FEC records show that Hogg’s group spent more than $51,000 across several payments to a group called Accelerate Political Advisors and another more than $25,000 across several payments to a firm called Bee Compliance, LLC. In addition, the group spent more than $83,000 on legal fees to Elias Law Group, the firm headed by Democrat lawyer Marc Elias. Leaders We Deserve spent another more than $28,000 over two payments, the records show, for “Communications Consulting” from a group called “Liftoff Campaigns” and yet another $60,000 for “Strategic Consulting” from a firm called “Lim Consulting Services.”

Democrat New Jersey Congressman Rep. Donald Payne Jr. has been hospitalized after a “cardiac episode.”

Payne, a relentless advocate for the COVID vaccine, said in a statement that complications from his diabetes prompted the incident.

“Congressman Donald M. Payne, Jr. suffered a cardiac episode based on complications from his diabetes during the weekend,” Payne’s office said in a statement on Monday.

Payne’s office said that he is expected to fully recover, though he remains hospitalized.

The statement continued, “He was admitted to a local hospital for treatment. Currently, he is recovering in the hospital as doctors conduct routine exams to monitor and observe his improvement. The Congressman’s prognosis is good and he is expected to make a full recovery.”

The statement also said that Payne will be out of Congress for the week while he recovers.

Fellow New Jersey Democrat Rep. Mikie Sherrill responded to the news by saying that Payne is a “fighter” in a statement posted to X, the platform formerly known as Twitter.

Former Fulton County special prosecutor Nathan Wade, who recently resigned from his role in the Georgia indictment against President Trump and 18 co-defendants, is now pleading poverty to skip out on his divorce agreement to pay alimony and child support.

Wade withdrew from the Trump lawfare RICO case after Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee ruled that he must be removed in order for Soros Funded District Attorney Fani Wills to continue her RICO case against Trump and the co-defendants.

During his time at the District Attorney’s office, after Willis improperly hired Wade to prosecute Trump while she was sleeping with him, Wade was paid more than $700,000!

It can be recalled that Soros-funded Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis was subpoenaed to testify in the divorce proceedings of Nathan Wade and Joycelyn Wade. According to a court filing obtained by The Wall Street Journal, Willis was served a subpoena at her Atlanta office for her testimony.

These revelations about Willis and Wade’s secret and nefarious relationship came to light after Mike Roman, a former Trump campaign official and co-defendant in the racketeering case led by Willis, moved to accuse both Willis and Wade of misconduct. The motion, spearheaded by Roman’s attorney, Ashleigh Merchant, alleges an “improper, clandestine personal relationship” between Willis and Wade.

Now, Wade is claiming he’s broke and asking for an emergency hearing to lower the amount of money he agreed to pay his ex-wife in their divorce settlement.

Wade — forced to step down as special prosecutor in the Georgia case following the revelation of his affair with District Attorney Fani Willis — says he can no longer afford to honor the terms of a temporary agreement he reached with wife Joycelyn Wade less than three months ago, according to the filing.

“With the income from [Wade’s] employement as the Special Prosecutor no longer coming in, and with income from [his] private practice being diminished, [he] is no longer able to … meet the financial obligations set forth in the temporary order,” Wade’s divorce lawyer M. Scott Kimbrough wrote in papers filed Monday.

During the investigation into his affair, it was revealed he had made over $700,000 while working for the DA, and had spent thousands on lavish trips for himself and Fani to the Caribbean, Central America and California.
