El Paso County Judge Ruben Morales on Monday dismissed riot charges against 140 illegal aliens who participated in a ‘border riot’ on April 12 and released them from state custody.

The illegals cut through the concertina wire and rushed over the border illegally on April 12.

Judge Morales said he doesn’t believe probable cause exists to keep the illegals in custody for participating in a riot.

The El Paso District Attorney can still indict the illegals on riot charges.

The alien migrants were separately hit with federal charges for illegally entering the US.

El Paso Times reported:

A county court judge dismissed 140 cases against migrants charged in an April 12 “riot” at the U.S.-Mexico border after determining there was no probable cause for their arrests.

County Court at Law 7 Judge Ruben Morales dismissed the 140 cases during a hearing Monday, April 22, after ruling Texas Department of Public Safety state troopers failed to provide probable cause for the mass arrest.

“After reviewing the affidavit, I don’t believe that (probable cause) exists,” Morales said during the hearing. “I don’t believe there is probable cause for these individuals to continue to be detained for the offense of riot participation.”

The migrants will now be released from state custody. However, all 140 migrants are still facing federal charges of illegal entry into the U.S. and will be turned over to federal custody.

This is the second time an El Paso judge has taken the side of illegal aliens.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that hundreds of illegal aliens from Africa, Central America, Colombia, and Venezuela made a rush for the border in El Paso, Texas after they were pushed south of the concertina wire in the middle of the night by the National Guard.

According to the New York Post, the National Guard personnel reported the seizure of knives and makeshift weapons from individuals involved in the disturbance. Additionally, there was an instance where an illegal alien attempted to seize a firearm from a soldier.

Several soldiers stationed near Gate 36 on that day required medical attention for minor injuries and were taken to a local hospital for treatment.

On Easter Sunday, El Paso Magistrate Judge Humberto Acosta ordered the release of a large group of illegal immigrants accused of participating in a violent encounter with National Guard troops along the Rio Grande.

Meanwhile, more than 1,000 January 6 defendants are rotting in prison on ‘disorderly conduct’ and ‘conspiracy to obstruct’ charges for peacefully walking through the US Capitol.

Mike Rowe, the former host of the popular TV show “Dirty Jobs,” has a way of telling it like it is.

He has consistently criticized America’s dependence on higher education as the only path to success.

Community colleges, trade schools, and apprenticeship programs are labeled as “alternative.” Millions of well-intended parents and guidance counselors see apprenticeships and on-the-job training opportunities as “vocational consolation prizes,” best suited for those not cut out for the brass ring: a four-year degree. The push for higher education has coincided with the removal of vocational arts from high schools nationwide. And the effects of this one-two punch have laid the foundation for a widening skills gap and massive student loan debt.”

Rowe’s concern with what is happening on college campuses, where the focus on a woke agenda has supplanted a robust education meant to create productive members of society, has never been more apparent.

In the last several days, protests have become even more violent, including assaults on Jewish students with chaos at Columbia University in New York City.

Protests have occurred at campuses across the country.

Rowe took X to share his concerns and contrast that chaos with what is happening at trade schools.

“For a guy who runs a foundation that sends young people to trade schools all over America – trade schools where I’m pleased to report, no one is calling for the extermination of Jews – today’s headlines are once again offering another excellent reason to consider redirecting whatever financial support you might earmark for the Ivy League, to the mikeroweWORKS Foundation. Why? Because the Ivy League has truly lost its mind.

Consider the latest madness at Columbia University, where the president, Minochuhe Shafik, has announced a new round of remote learning – effective immediately – in response to a noisy rabble of thugs and bullies calling for the eradication of Israel.

If I had a kid at Columbia, I’d be livid.

It’s simply mind-boggling that the president of this university would rather consign her students to another crucible of remote learning, than permanently expel the protesters. I mean, seriously, what does it take to get expelled from Columbia? These creeps are on camera, literally screaming into the faces of Jewish students.

“They yelled at us to go back to Poland, said we have no culture, and chanted, ‘Strike, strike Tel Aviv,” said one terrified student. Followed by, “Burn Tel Aviv to the ground,” “Go Hamas, we love you, we support your rockets, too.”

In a now-infamous image, one demonstrator appeared before a group of counter-protesters holding Israeli and American flags with a sign pointing in their direction that read, “Al-Qasam’s next targets.”

That’s what you get for $68,000 a year at Columbia – an administration who cowers in the face of thugs and bullies, and a university president who would rather make your kids try to learn off campus, than take a truly hard line with those students calling for the murder of Jews.

For the love of God, expel them. Calling for murder is not protected speech.

This is all Obama.

What you see happening right now in New York City. It all started at Columbia University way back in the early 1980’s. Obama was my Columbia U classmate. And now it’s all full circle back to our roots (excuse the pun).

Columbia University is the canary in the coal mine.

George HW Bush talked about “1,000 points of light.” Obama uses “1,000 points of destruction” to achieve his goal- the intentional destruction of America.

You can see it all happening just blocks apart right now – all built around Columbia University and NYC.

Upper Manhattan is where the anarchy at Columbia is on display. The Jew-hatred. The America-hatred. The hatred of capitalism. The desire to destroy the greatest nation in world history, ever blessed by God.

And then a few miles south to lower Manhattan is the courtroom where a rigged communist show trial is happening to destroy the greatest symbol of everything Obama hates- President Donald J. Trump.

SYNERGY: Columbia U and New York City. That’s where Obama and I learned the plan to destroy America- called “Cloward-Piven.”

The main tool of Cloward-Piven was to get the whole country on welfare and food stamps, so the country would be overwhelmed. This creates so much debt, the economy implodes, the country collapses and in this mess, America is reborn as a socialist/communist utopia.

Obama started all of that during his presidency. The spending, taxes and debt exploded. Even though Obama’s friends and donors got filthy rich on Wall Street, Main Street was decimated. By some measures, Obama’s economy was worse than the Great Depression.

Under Obama the number of Americans on welfare, food stamps and a thousand other government programs exploded to well over 100 million.

Then he passed Obamacare to solve a problem that never existed. Healthcare spending exploded. More Americans dependent on government, more debt, more inflation to wipe out the middle class.

But now Obama has perfected his craft.

If you can’t get everyone on welfare, just open the border and wave in the whole poverty-stricken world. Plus the added benefit of all the sick and pregnant of the world to add more massive spending, healthcare spending, welfare and debt until the economy is overwhelmed and America collapses.

Meanwhile you also completely change the demographic makeup of America and replace American citizens with foreign sheep who vote 100% Democrat to keep their welfare checks coming.

And boy did Obama sharpen his use of government as a weapon. I’m a witness. As president he used the IRS to try to destroy me personally.

Today he has weaponized every agency of government and funded 86,000 new IRS agents- many with guns. He uses the DOJ and FBI to destroy President Trump, J6 protestors and soon everyone who stands in the way of the final destruction of America.

Obama and his Marxist comrades use a government partnership with media and social media to push propaganda and misinformation out to the public 24/7, and to censor, silence and ban anyone who tells the truth.

And then there’s the radicalized lynch mobs used as Obama’s army to create chaos and crisis. Today he is behind the anarchy and unrest of this radical anti-Israel, pro-Hamas movement.

Soon the real “Obama Army” will appear- 20 million new illegal aliens- most of them criminals and military age males.

The Trump persecution. The rigged Trump trials. The Jew-hatred. The America-hatred. The open border empowering a foreign invasion. The insane welfare, spending and debt. Exploding healthcare costs.

As a staunch conservative, I was appalled and deeply concerned by these grave accusations. In this article, we will dive into the details of Greene’s claims and examine them from a conservative point of view.

According to Greene, the Democrats are determined to silence President Trump and his supporters at any cost. She alleges that they are planning to have him jailed and then murdered, in order to eliminate him as a political threat.

As a conservative, I am well aware of the Democrats’ blatant hatred for President Trump and their constant attempts to undermine his presidency. Therefore, it is not far-fetched to believe that they would go to extreme measures to remove him from the political arena.

Moreover, Greene points to the Democrats’ repeated calls for Trump’s impeachment and the recent impeachment trial as evidence of their desperation to get rid of him. She also highlights the Democrats’ history of dirty tactics and their close ties to the media as potential avenues for carrying out their alleged plan. As a conservative, I cannot deny the Democrats’ relentless attacks on President Trump and their constant vilification of him in the media. This makes Greene’s accusations all the more plausible.

Furthermore, Greene’s claims have been met with vehement denial and condemnation from the Democrats. However, as conservatives, we know that the Democrats are masters of deception and manipulation. They have a history of covering up their true intentions and using diversion tactics to mislead the public. So, it is not surprising that they would deny these allegations and attempt to discredit Greene.

As a conservative, I am deeply concerned about the safety and well-being of President Trump. These allegations, if true, pose a grave threat not only to him but to our democracy as a whole. If the Democrats are willing to go to such extreme lengths to silence their political opponents, what other tactics are they capable of using? As conservatives, we must stand up against any attempts to suppress our voices and undermine our democracy.

In conclusion, Marjorie Taylor Greene’s accusations against the Democrats may seem outrageous to some, but as conservatives, we must take them seriously and analyze them objectively. It is our duty to uncover the truth and expose any attempts to undermine our democracy. While we cannot confirm the validity of these allegations, we must remain vigilant and continue to fight for the values and principles that we hold dear. The fate of our country and our democracy may depend on it.

A woman in her 60s was stabbed to death at the Universal/Studio City Metro station in Los Angeles on Monday morning in an unprovoked attack by a homeless man.

According to police, the victim was stabbed in the neck at 5 am on Monday with small kitchen knives.

The suspect fled the scene. Authorities arrested the suspect later on Monday.

The suspect, identified as 45-year-old Elliot Tramel Nowden, is being held on $2 million bail.

“This does appear to be completely unprovoked from what witnesses have told detectives,” LAPD Det. Meghan Aguilar to KTLA 5’s Rachel Menitoff. “There was no altercation prior to this violent attack.”

KTLA 5 reported:

A woman in her 60s has died following another violent incident involving public transportation in Los Angeles.

The latest incident occurred around 5 a.m. Monday morning. The victim was stabbed on the southbound train before exiting at the Universal City B Line Station at 3901 Lankershim Blvd, close to the major tourist attraction, Universal Studios.

The Los Angeles Police Department arrested Elliot Tramel Nowden. The homeless 45-year-old is charged with murder and is being held on $2 million bail, authorities said.

According to LAPD, Nowden stabbed the victim in the throat using two small kitchen knives. The woman got off the train while bleeding profusely at the station, and Nowden exited right after.

He fled the scene, but a combination of surveillance cameras and witness descriptions about the suspect and his distinctive clothing helped officers locate and arrest him a short time later near Ventura Boulevard and Vineland Avenue.

Authorities say Nowden and the victim did not know each other.

There are no anti-LGBTQ rules or policies in schools, and no anti-LGBTQ laws at the state level or federal.

What activists label as “anti-LGBTQ” are rules and laws that say “everyone” or “every student” must adhere to certain requirements or prohibitions.

President Biden and Vice President Harris have touted their pro-LGBTQ rights stance. The issue with discussions about LGBTQ rights, or other minority rights, is that LGBTQ and other minorities already possess full rights under the law. Consequently, enacting legislation or policies that specifically name LGBTQ or other groups is extending them additional rights while restricting the rights of people not named in the legislation.

In a report titled “20 states passed anti-LGBTQ legislation,” the Point Foundation, a foundation dedicated to empowering LGBTQ students, published a list of anti-LGBTQ laws identified by the American Civil Liberties Union. An examining the list, however, suggests that none of these laws or rules prevent LGBTQ students from participating in education, sports, or activities.

One example of allegedly anti-LGBTQ rules identified in the list is “11 bills include language prohibiting transgender and nonbinary or other gender-diverse students from joining sports teams that align with their gender identity.” These rules do not prevent LGBTQ students from participating in sports. They only stipulate that girls play sports with girls and boys with boys. A boy who identifies as a girl and changes his name to Sally would be allowed to play sports with other boys.

“Nine bills allow staff at schools to deadname and use the wrong pronouns for students.” This is not an anti-LGBTQ rule. Students at schools are called by their legal names. And this is true for all students, regardless of orientation. If a boy named Tyler wants to be called Loretta, he will need to change his name legally. And if the teacher accidentally calls him Tyler, the student can remind the teacher that his legal name is Loretta now. If it really gets to be a problem, a complaint can be filed. But current legislation addresses all of this.

Forcing people to use specific pronouns is a violation of the First Amendment’s protections against forced speech.

“Six bills specifically prohibit students from using bathrooms that align with students’ gender identities.” Correct, all students have to use the bathroom according to their birth gender. It is not an anti-LGBTQ rule. It applies to everyone.

“Two bills allow parents to remove any materials they personally deem inappropriate from classrooms or schools.” In addition to not mentioning LGBTQ, this statement accurately describes how parents have the right to influence their children’s education. In the US, there is no federal curriculum and there are very few federal requirements in schools. For the most part, each state has its own Department of Education responsible for setting education standards, curriculum frameworks, and assessment policies. School districts, which are typically organized at the county or municipal level, have considerable autonomy in determining curriculum, instructional materials, and educational programs. Local school boards, composed of elected representatives, usually parents, make decisions on behalf of the community regarding school policies and practices.

“Two laws forbid staff and administrators from addressing sexuality or gender in schools.” Once again, there is no mention of LGBTQ. Apparently, parents in those districts do not want sex taught in school. That is their choice, and parents are allowed, under US law, to influence what is taught in local schools.

“Two laws require staff and administrators to out their students’ sexuality.” This is an exaggeration. Some districts have rules requiring school staff to inform parents if a child is identifying as trans. This is not an anti-LGBTQ rule. It just says that parents have a right to know what is happening with their children.

“One law specifies that no speech, including anti-LGBTQ hate speech, is restricted on campuses.” This rule is not anti-LGBTQ. It is pro-free speech.

“A law that removes funding for diversity, equity, and inclusion programming, which commonly supports LGBTQ students.” This law is not anti-LGBTQ. It is anti-DEI programming.

From the list provided by the Point Foundation, it seems there are no laws or rules that are anti-LGBTQ. Examining problems faced by LGBTQ students in the GLSEN National School Climate survey on LGBTQ students, it appears the chief complaint among LGBTQ students is that other students do not accept them. And this is something that legislation cannot change. Additionally, the list of harassment and bullying complaints did not demonstrate that LGBTQ students were harassed or bullied at a greater rate than other students.

The GLSEN National School Climate survey on LGBTQ students states, “Most LGBTQ students have experienced harassment and discrimination at school.” However, this harassment does not appear to have been the result of school rules but rather fallout with classmates. The survey reports that 85 percent of LGBTQ students “experienced verbal harassment based on a personal characteristic.” And while this is unfortunate, every kid who ever attended school experienced “verbal abuse based on a personal characteristic.”

The survey doesn’t specify “verbal abuse because of being LGBTQ.” So, this includes the LGBTQ kid who was teased along with the fat kid, tall kid, awkward kid, late bloomer, early bloomer, weird kid…the kid who was too into dinosaurs or Dungeons and Dragons, or the kid who always wore a bowtie.

The survey also said that “Due to feeling unsafe or uncomfortable, nearly a third (32 percent) of LGBTQ students missed at least one day of school in the last month.” The question here is, were they actually unsafe, or did they feel that way? If they felt unsafe because of school policies requiring them to play sports in their birth gender, be called by their birth name, or parents being allowed to remove materials they found objectionable from the school, perhaps they just need some encouragement. But legislation won’t help.

In March 2022, the 9th Circuit Court issued a final ruling in the case brought against Trump by disgraced attorney Michael Avenatti and Stormy.

The court ruled that Stormy Daniels owed President Trump $300,000 in legal fees for filing a frivolous lawsuit against the US President.

The media is ignoring this important development as they continue to lie by omission to the American public.

Former President Donald Trump on Monday announced the court ruled in his favor in Stormy Daniels’ libel lawsuit against him and she will have to pay him nearly $300,000 as a result.

Trump announced the win on Twitter through his spokeswoman Liz Harrington.

“The 9th Circuit just issued a final ruling in the Stephanie Clifford (aka Stormy Daniels) frivolous lawsuit case against me brought by her disgraced lawyer, Michael Avenatti, upholding the lower court ruling that she owes me nearly $300,000 in attorney fees, costs, and sanctions (not including appeal costs),” Trump wrote.

Daniels filed several lawsuits against the former president and his attorney Michael Cohen in 2018. She claimed in one lawsuit that Trump defamed her in a tweet.

“As I have stated many times throughout the years, I never had an affair with Stormy Daniels, nor would I ever have wanted to. The ruling was a total and complete victory and vindication for, and of me,” he said.

“The lawsuit was a purely political stunt that never should have been started, or allowed to happen, and I am pleased that my lawyers were able to bring it to a successful conclusion after the court fully rejected her appeal,” he said. “Now all I have to do is wait for all of the money she owes me.”
