The House of Representatives will vote on three bills to provide foreign aid to hand out money to Ukraine, Israel, Gaza, and other non-U.S. involved conflict zones around the world.

Votes on these bills are expected at approximately 1 pm ET.

The $95 billion package, endorsed by Joe Biden, provides an additional “$60.84 billion to address the conflict in Ukraine and assist our regional partners as they counter Russia, $23.2 billion of which will be used for replenishment of U.S. weapons, stocks, and facilities.” It also provides aid to both Israel and, reportedly, Gaza and other conflict zones around the world. “I will sign this into law immediately to send a message to the world,” said Joe Biden in a statement urging Democrats in the House and the Democrat-controlled Senate to pass the un-American legislation.

It’s been reported, yet to be confirmed, that details of Speaker Johnson’s foreign aid strategy have been leaked. The alleged specifics are as follows:

This comes after President Trump aired similar sentiments in a press conference with Speaker Johnson last week. He noted that “we keep handing out gifts of billions and billions of dollars” and called on Europe to give money to equalize America’s aid contributions. Trump also stated that he wanted to see Mike Johnson and Republicans in Congress attach loan terms to the aid we’re providing.

The Gateway Pundit reported that Dolton, Illinois, Mayor Tiffany Henyard is under FBI investigation for abusing her power after she shut down businesses that didn’t donate to her campaign.

According to Dolton citizens, Henyard uses local police to target businesses that don’t contribute to her.

She has also been accused of stealing charitable funds and even using taxpayer dollars for personal use.

No wonder residents call her the “worst mayor in America.”

A May 2023 taxpayer-funded trip to Las Vegas that resulted in allegations of serious misconduct and claims that Henyard retaliated against an aide and a police officer who reported alleged sexual misconduct on the part of a village trustee, is also part of the investigation.

In March, Henyard reportedly vetoed an investigation, unanimously approved by The Dolton Village Board, into allegations that she misused funds for lavish expenses and a costly $1 million security detail.

A group of Dolton trustees recently hired failed former Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot, who let her city burn with rampant crime and violence, to investigate Henyard for a hefty $400 an-hour fee.

In a society that prides itself on fairness and equality, it is disheartening to see a blatant disregard for justice when it comes to certain individuals. While many proudly claim to champion human rights and equality, their actions often speak louder than their words.

Firstly, it is important to address the root cause of this problem – the radical agenda of anti-Israel activists. These individuals, masquerading as champions of justice, have consistently shown a deep hatred towards the state of Israel.

Their extreme views and actions have caused harm to innocent civilians, yet they continue to receive a free pass from the mainstream media and political elites. This raises the question – why are these individuals allowed to roam free while others are held accountable for their actions?

One possible explanation is the biased narrative pushed by the liberal media. The constant demonization of Israel and its people has created a distorted perception of the truth, allowing these activists to thrive without any repercussions. This media bias has also influenced the justice system, where individuals with similar views seem to receive preferential treatment. It is a dangerous trend that must be addressed before it spreads further.

Moreover, the leniency shown towards these anti-Israel activists is not just a matter of bias, but also a reflection of a larger issue – the erosion of traditional values. In today’s society, where moral relativism and political correctness reign supreme, it has become increasingly acceptable to attack certain groups and ideologies. This disregard for traditional values has created a culture of entitlement, where individuals believe they are above the law and can act with impunity. It is a dangerous mindset that must be challenged.

One might argue that these activists have the right to express their opinions and protest peacefully. However, their actions often cross the line into violence and hate speech. The recent surge in anti-Semitic attacks and vandalism can be attributed to the toxic rhetoric spread by these individuals. It is clear that their actions have consequences, yet they continue to face little to no consequences themselves. This double standard is simply unacceptable.

Furthermore, it is not just the justice system that turns a blind eye to these radical activists, but also the educational institutions. Many of these individuals are found on college campuses, spreading their hateful rhetoric and inciting violence. Yet, these same institutions claim to be champions of diversity and inclusion. How can they preach tolerance while allowing such divisive and harmful ideologies to thrive on their campuses? It is a contradiction that must be addressed.

In conclusion, the double standard shown towards radical anti-Israel activists is a clear indication of a two-tiered justice system in our society. While many may choose to turn a blind eye to this issue, it is our responsibility to speak out against this injustice. We must demand accountability and equality under the law, regardless of one’s political beliefs. It is time to expose the radical hypocrisy and hold these individuals accountable for their actions. Only then can we truly claim to live in a just and fair society.

A Texas fire department has warned of an encounter with “candy” that tested positive for fentanyl.

The Longview Fire Department announced the discovery in a post on Facebook.

“The Longview Fire Department would like to make the public aware of a potentially dangerous situation in our community. We had recent encounter with ‘candy’ that tested positive for fentanyl,” the post read.

“This is a narcotic that can be lethal when ingested. This drug is being used to lace other substances and cannot be detected through taste or smell.”

The fire department continued, “If you or someone you know comes in contact or you believe you have ingested fentanyl or any other illicit drug you should call 911 immediately to seek medical treatment.”

No additional details were provided about how or where the “candy” was obtained.

As little as 2 milligrams of fentanyl can kill a person, depending on their body size.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website, “Pharmaceutical fentanyl is a synthetic opioid approved for treating severe pain, typically advanced cancer pain. It is 50 to 100 times more potent than morphine. It is prescribed in the form of transdermal patches or lozenges and can be diverted for misuse and abuse in the United States.”

“However, most recent cases of fentanyl-related harm, overdose, and death in the U.S. are linked to illegally made fentanyl. It is sold through illegal drug markets for its heroin-like effect. It is often mixed with heroin and/or cocaine as a combination product—with or without the user’s knowledge—to increase its euphoric effects,” the website continues.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene: Thank you, Mr. Speaker. My amendment today would drive the amendment, the bill for Ukraine, take each dollar amount in this act, is hereby reduced to zero.

You see, the United States’ taxpayer has already sent $113 billion to Ukraine, and a lot of that money is unaccounted for. This is a continuance of a sick business model that the American government continues. The federal government continues to fund the military-industrial complex This is a business model that requires Congress to continue to vote for money, to continue to fund foreign wars. This is a business model the American people do not support. They don’t support a business model built on blood and murder and war in foreign countries, while this very government does nothing to secure our border. The American people are over $34 trillion in debt, and the debt is rising by over $40 billion every single night while we all sleep. But yet nothing is done to secure our border or reduce our debt.

Inflation has driven out of control. Americans are suffering every single day. They can hardly afford their grocery bills. They can hardly afford gas in their car. They can hardly afford rent. Now, mortgage payments are well over $3,000, where they were only just over $1,700 three years ago.

The youngest generation, young adults, don’t even think going to be able to buy a home in their lifetime. Today in Congress, the most important thing that this body thinks should be done is to send another $61 billion to a war in Ukraine that the American people by 70% do not support. Mind you, this comes on the very heels of Monday being April 15th, Tax Day, where every single American had to scrounge up their money and send their dollars in to the IRS, or some of them had to file extensions because they weren’t ready and didn’t have the money to pay their taxes. But today this body says the most important thing we can do, no, is not reduce spending. That’s not it. Not to do anything to drive down inflation. Oh, no, we can’t do that for the American people. It’s not to secure our own border that is invaded every single day, every single day by people from over 160 different countries. No, don’t secure the American border. Let everyone in. We have over 1.8 million known God aways. We don’t know who these people are. And yet you have members of this body Talking big and tough about, Oh, we have to defeat Russia.

Oh, we have to protect Ukraine. But yet all of you are unwilling to protect the American citizens that pay your paycheck, pay the light bills in this building, and pay for this entire federal government. For what? For nothing.

Ukraine is not even a member of NATO. Ukraine is not a member of NATO. But the most important thing you hear in Washington, DC, is, ‘Oh, we have to spend Americans hard-earned tax dollars over to Ukraine and keep the money going to continue to murder Ukrainians, wipe out an entire generation of Ukrainian men so that they are widows, they are fatherless orphans, there are not enough men to work in their industries.’ Oh, but you really support Ukraine. Wow, what support is that? It’s repulsive. You know, shame on the American government. Shame on the American government. If we support our military, support our military. We should be funded to build up our weapons and ammunition, not to send it over to foreign countries to kill foreign peoples. If this body was worth what it claims to be what it is, every single one of us would be demanding peace in Ukraine between these countries, peace for these people so that no more of them have to die.

But you never hear anybody demanding peace. No, no, no, no. Peace is the last thing Washington wants because it doesn’t fit the business model. This is a business model that they say continues our economy protects American jobs. What a disgusting business model. We should have a business model that builds up our American companies and American jobs to serve American interests and our military and our government should care about protecting the national security of the United States of America and the Americans that pay their hard-earned tax dollars to fund all of this. America last. America last. That’s all this is. Every single day, America last.

The House then immediately voted down her Ukraine bill in a voice vote. They wouldn’t even go on record with their vote.

In a riveting segment of HBO’s “Real Time” on April 19, 2024, host Bill Maher took a bold stance against the pervasive culture of exploitation and sexual misconduct in the entertainment industry, specifically targeting the treatment of child actors within networks such as Nickelodeon and Disney.

Bill Maher took aim at both Nickelodeon and Disney, linking them to recent allegations of child abuse and exploitation highlighted in the Max documentary, “Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV.”

“Nickelodeon, it wasn’t a studio. It was Neverland Ranch with craft services,” Maher lamented on his show, comparing the children’s network to the infamous residence of Michael Jackson.

“It is just scene after scene, clip after clip of the child stars of their day being subjected to obviously inappropriate, highly sexualized degradation and quite a few pickles going through glory holes. I was grossed out,” he said.

Maher called out the industry for turning a blind eye to such issues when politically inconvenient.

“It also exposed hypocrisy because it must be pointed out that when the ‘evil governor of Florida‘ was saying the exact same thing about kids and creepy stuff at Disney that liberals now find went intolerable at Nickelodeon, he was dismissed as a hick and a bigot.”

Maher cited past incidents, referring to a 2014 CNN report that uncovered a disturbing number of Disney employees arrested for sex crimes against children and the public confessions of former child stars like Allison Stoner and Cole Sprouse, who spoke out about the sexualization they faced.

“The reason we find pedophiles in the Boy Scouts, the rectory, and kids’ TV is that’s where the kids are. DeSantis wasn’t wrong. The left will overlook child f***ing if the guy from the wrong party calls it out,” Maher declared, pointing out the double standards in Hollywood and the political sphere.

He criticized the hiring of Brian Peck by Disney after the former Nickelodeon actor served prison time for molestation charges.

“After Brian Peck, who was one of the lead creeps at Nickelodeon, served 16 months in prison for the molesting he did there, Disney hired him, naturally, to work on a children’s series. For pedophiles in Hollywood, it’s a small world after all,” Maher said.

Maher didn’t stop with Hollywood studios. He also targeted what he termed “sharenters,” parents who sexualize their children on social media for fame and profits.

“They’re called ‘sharenters,’ a hybrid of sharing and parent. I call them pimps, a hybrid of pimp and ***. People who believe in social justice have agreed this is wrong and this is bad in exposing kids to an adult world of lured costumes and garish makeup borders on abuse.”

Maher also questioned the appropriateness of certain educational and entertainment strategies for children, such as Drag Queen Story Hour, suggesting they might serve adult interests over those of children.

“Jeez, can’t we just go back to the good old days when kids were read simple stories with simple morals…” Maher said before delving into criticism of what he calls ‘wokeness gone too far,’ particularly around discussions of gender to young children.

NPR has been under fire after hiring a leftist activist, Katherine Maher, as their new CEO.

Former NPR editor Uri Berliner was also recently suspended (and subsequently resigned) after revealing NPR’s Washington, D.C., news team includes 87 registered Democrats and zero registered Republicans.

The bill states that “no Federal funds may, directly or indirectly,” be “made available to or used to support” NPR, “including through the payment of dues to or the purchase of programming from such organization by a public broadcast station using Federal funds received by such station.”

In a press release, the Anti-Woke Caucus Chairman said, “NPR’s new CEO is a radical, left-wing activist who doesn’t believe in free speech or objective journalism.”

“Hoosiers shouldn’t be writing her paychecks,” the congressman continued. “Katherine Maher isn’t qualified to teach an introductory journalism class, much less capable of responsibly spending millions of American tax dollars. NPR was a liberal looney bin under the last CEO John Lansing, and it’s about to get even nuttier. It’s time to pull the plug on this national embarrassment. Congress must stop spending other people’s hard-earned money on low grade propaganda.”

Banks’ office noted, “Katherine Maher, NPR’s recently appointed CEO, has described the First Amendment as ‘the number one challenge’ to combatting ‘misinformation,’ and has attacked former President Donald Trump on social media on several occasions.”

The recent jury trial involving former President Donald Trump has left the nation divided, with both sides passionately defending their beliefs. However, amidst the heated debates and polarizing opinions, one woman’s emotional breakdown has shed light on the true impact of the trial on those who stand by Trump’s side. As a conservative, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of empathy and understanding towards this woman’s tears.

The trial began with the prosecution’s strong accusations against Trump, claiming that he had incited the Capitol riot on January 6th. As a conservative, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of skepticism towards these claims, knowing how biased and selective the media has been in portraying Trump’s actions. However, it was during the jury selection process that this trial took an unexpected turn.

As a conservative, I couldn’t help but feel proud of her bravery in standing up for her beliefs, even in the face of potential backlash.

The media’s relentless attacks on Trump and his supporters have taken a toll on their mental and emotional well-being, and this woman’s breakdown was a stark reminder of the toll that the biased coverage has had on us.

It is a sad reality that in today’s society, being a conservative and supporting Trump comes with a heavy price. We are constantly demonized and portrayed as hateful, ignorant, and violent. The media has successfully painted us in a negative light, making it nearly impossible for us to voice our opinions without facing backlash. This trial is just another example of the media’s biased agenda, and the impact it has on the everyday lives of conservatives.

As the trial continues, I can’t help but wonder how many other Trump supporters are sitting in the jury box, struggling to hold back tears as they are subjected to the prosecution’s biased arguments. As a conservative, I believe that every person has the right to a fair and unbiased trial, regardless of their political beliefs. But it seems that in today’s society, that is a luxury that we, as conservatives, are not afforded.

The emotional breakdown of this woman serves as a wake-up call to those who may not understand the gravity of the situation. Behind every Trump supporter, there is a person with feelings, emotions, and beliefs. We may not always agree, but we deserve to be treated with respect and empathy. The biased media coverage and relentless attacks on Trump and his supporters must come to an end.

In the end, this trial is not just about Trump, but about the millions of Americans who supported him and continue to do so. It is a reminder that our voices matter, and that we must stand strong in the face of adversity. As a conservative, I stand in solidarity with this woman and all the Trump supporters who have faced backlash and discrimination. One day after Senate Democrats squashed the House Republican effort to remove Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas from office, GOP Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky held Mayorkas’ feet to the fire during a Senate hearing, making him squirm in his seat.

On Wednesday, Democratic senators shut down the impeachment proceedings initiated last week by the Republican-controlled House over Mayorkas’ handling of immigration and border security.

On Thursday, during a Senate Homeland Security Committee hearing, Paul masterfully laid bare the utter disregard for the law Mayorkas has shown in his time as homeland security secretary in a systematic and deliberate line of questioning without accusing or raising his voice.

The senator first asked Mayorkas what the criteria for paroling someone from detention was.

Mayorkas replied that the parole process, according to the law, involved “individualized determinations with respect to significant public benefit or an urgent humanitarian reason.”

“So for what reason was the alleged killer of Laken Riley, Jose Ibarra, paroled and allowed to come into this country?” Paul shot back.

Paul was, of course, referring to the high-profile case of a Georgia college student who was allegedly killed by an illegal immigrant.

Mayorkas refused to answer based on the fact the case is currently being prosecuted.

“You’re refusing to give any specifics about Jose Ibarra?” the senator said. “Well, I have the documentation, and the document says that the parole, the subject, the person accused of killing Laken Riley, was paroled due to detention capacity — it was full.

“So is detention capacity statutorily allowed to be used as a reasoning for parole?”

Mayorkas acknowledged that people were paroled because of a lack of beds for those encountered at the border, causing Paul to quickly retort, “You might have more beds if they remained in Mexico.”

The senator noted that the Biden administration had reversed “92 executive orders of the Trump administration which allowed them to apparently have people remain in Mexico, allowed them to have, you know, probably 90 percent less parolees than you have.”

“When you come to us and say, ‘Oh gosh, if we only had more legislation, we could do it,’ why don’t you bring back the executive orders of Donald Trump that seemed to be working? You immediately got rid of them for political purposes. The border is a disaster. Why don’t you bring back the 92 executive orders that you reversed?” he demanded.

The fiery exchange escalated as Paul listed other recent crimes allegedly perpetrated by illegal immigrants, including the killings of a Washington state trooper and a Michigan woman.

“I think a lot of people in America are going to be appalled, you know, that you refuse to answer the questions,” he said.

When asked about Ibarra’s unlawful entry, Mayorkas deflected again, saying that criminal perpetrators “need to be held accountable for their crimes.”

“Well, that’s not much consolation if you wait until after he’s murdered somebody,” Paul retorted.

The senator then went on to explain to Mayorkas the major flaws in how the Department of Homeland Security screens and processes migrants who are paroled into the United States — the most crucial of which is that DHS relies heavily on the “honor system,” i.e., just taking migrants at their word for their name and background information.

Paul pointed out that when migrants arrive at the border and claim to be from a country such as Venezuela, DHS has no real way to verify that is their true identity or country of origin because “most domestic crimes in Venezuela probably are not in any kind of international database.”

“So if you waltz into the country through your generous parole programs and say, ‘I’m John Smith from Venezuela,’ you have no way of ascertaining that,” he said. “You still let them go. So you say, ‘Well we’re going to make sure that they’re not a violent criminal.’ You have no way.”

What’s even worse, Paul pointed out that when DHS does collect biometric data such as fingerprints from paroled migrants, since their identities were not properly vetted initially, the agency is essentially just issuing them a new official identity in the United States.

“You look in some databases, maybe they’re not in the database, but you have no way of even knowing that that’s their name. Then you give them biometrics … you give them fingerprints, now they have a new name and fingerprints, they essentially have been given a new identity by your agency,” he said.

Hearing the senator speak, I had the feeling that if a person from another country, completely unaware of our laws, saw the process, he or she would be convinced that the DHS was hoping for an attack on American soil.

To pretend to “vet” people by taking their word for who they are after they have just broken your laws by entering your country illegally is already ludicrous.

But then Mayorkas’ department takes it a step further by collecting fingerprints without first properly vetting migrants’ stated identities, effectively issuing them new official identities in the U.S. based on unverified information.

As Paul bluntly put it, the agency is just “giving a new identity” to these migrants.

It’s no wonder 90 percent of migrants are now turning themselves in to U.S. authorities instead of trying to escape them, according to Bloomberg.

I mean, if it were me, I would be so upset by this, I would be doing everything possible to make sure another Jose Ibarra doesn’t get in.”

He concluded by saying, “All I can express is disappointment and bewilderment that the Democrats let you get away with it.”

The saga of the geopolitical realignment in the African Sahel region seems far from over.

After a string of coups ushered a number of military juntas into power in Niger, Mali, and Burkina Faso, the power and influence of the Western powers – notably France and the US – crumbled at a rapid pace.

After Emmanuel Macron’s France was forced to withdraw all his troops from the Sahel nations, in a major humiliation for the post-colonial power, now it’s time for the American forces to also depart Niger, in a considerable setback for its counterterrorism and security policy in the tumultuous Sahel region of Africa.

It has been reported that US sources have admitted that more than 1,000 American military personnel will leave Niger in the coming months.

The void left by the departure of the Western powers has been filled by Russia.

In a meeting in Washington, State Department officials told Niger’s prime minister, Ali Lamine Zeineof, of the US disagreement with the country’s turn toward Russia for security and also for considering Iran for a deal on its uranium reserves.

New York Times reported:

“The decision was not a particular surprise. Niger said last month that it was revoking its military cooperation deal with the United States following a highly contentious set of meetings in Niger’s capital, Niamey, with a high-level American diplomatic and military delegation.

That move was in keeping with a recent pattern by countries in the Sahel region, an arid area south of the Sahara, of breaking ties with Western countries. Increasingly, they are partnering with Russia instead. American diplomats have sought in the past several weeks to salvage a revamped military cooperation deal with Niger’s military government, U.S. officials said, but in the end they failed to strike a compromise.”

The presence of the US troops was amply rejected by the population. Protesters in the capital have been calling for the withdrawal of military personnel – only days after Russia delivered its own set of military equipment and instructors to the country’s military.

Discussions were held with Niger to plan out an ‘orderly and responsible withdrawal’ of forces in the coming days, a process that will take months to complete.

“Many of the Americans posted to Niger are stationed at U.S. Air Base 201, a six-year-old, $110 million installation in the country’s desert north. But since the military coup that ousted President Mohamed Bazoum and installed the junta last July, the troops there have been inactive, with most of their MQ-9 Reaper drones grounded except those flying surveillance missions to protect the U.S. troops.

It is unclear what access, if any, the United States will have to the base in the future, and whether Russian advisers and perhaps even Russian air forces will move in if Niger’s relations with the Kremlin deepen. Because of the coup, the United States had to suspend security operations and development aid to Niger. Mr. Bazoum is still under arrest, eight months after he was ousted. Nevertheless, the United States had wanted to maintain its partnership with the country.”

One hundred Russian instructors and an air-defense system arrived in Niger this past week in a sudden move that disrupted cooperation in the short term.

“The demonstrators in Niamey […] waved Russian flags as well as those of Burkina Faso and Mali, two neighboring countries where military-led governments have also called in Russian assistance to help fight insurgents affiliated with the Islamic State and Al Qaeda.”

The Defense Department is trying to establish new drone bases in a coastal West African country. Talks are still in the early stages.
