A Wyoming Girl Scout has been fined $400 for selling cookies in her grandparent’s driveway.

Emma McCarroll, 13, nearly missed her sales goal due to a stickler municipal code officer in Pinedale.

The Cowboy State Daily reports:

The spat between the city and the Girl Scout and her mom began when the code enforcement officer asked the mom, Erica Fairbanks McCarroll, if she had the landowner’s permission to sell from the city’s Pine Avenue spot and park a vehicle in a driveway there.

Puzzled, Fairbanks McCarroll didn’t answer the officer’s question because the spot where she parked was in the driveway of her parents.

Nonetheless, the officer snapped photographs of their sales activity between March 13 and 15 to prove that Emma McCarroll had set up the stand, and mom had parked illegally in the driveway, which straddled the public sidewalk on Pine Avenue.

“I personally don’t think she ever understood that I was related to the Fairbanks, my parents who own the driveway,” Fairbanks McCarroll told the paper.

Pinedale Mayor Matt Murdock told the paper that the mother was told to move and had refused to do so.

“Sometimes I just think that government can be unreasonable,” Emma McCarroll said. “It wasn’t reasonable to be fined $400 for selling cookies in front on my grandparent’s property.”

An Arkansas teacher has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy she met at the Arkansas church long frequented by former President Bill Clinton.

As the New York Post reported Monday, 26-year-old Reagan Gray was apprehended earlier this month after it was learned she had allegedly been assaulting the minor boy since 2020 while volunteering for the student ministry at the Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock.

THV11 reported the child’s parents uncovered several text messages on their child’s phone at the time and told Gray to leave him alone. The parents next reported Gray to the senior pastor of Immanuel Baptist Church.

The outlet also revealed the church’s head pastor confronted Gray about the messages between her and the boy. She claimed the relationship was not physical.

But Gray returned and began volunteering in the ministry once again shortly after being dismissed. Moreover, contact between her and the boy resumed, according to THV11.

Authorities got involved in February upon learning this information. They interviewed the head pastor of Immanuel Baptist Church that month, who said Gray admitted to him during a counseling session last fall that her relationship with the minor back in 2020 was sexual.

During his interviews with federal agents, the 15-year-old allegedly revealed Gray had given him oral sex but they didn’t have intercourse because she wanted him to “stay pure,” according to the Post.

The boy said that Gray received his phone number through the group chat for the church’s music program. Gray also allegedly sent nude photos of herself to the minor daily and wanted nude images of him sent back to her.

Gray was charged with a single felony count of sexual assault on a teenager between September 2020 and May 2021. She was released on $20,000 bail after turning herself into Little Rock police on Wednesday.

The church leader stepped down from his position earlier this month after being criticized over his handling of the alleged sexual abuse.

Gray currently works at Sylvan Hills Middle School but has been on administrative leave since February 12, 2024.

Clinton’s ties to Immanuel Baptist Church run deep. He not only attended the church regularly but also noted how pivotal it was in preparing him for the presidency, as the LA Times notes in a 1993 article.

“Were it not for this church, I believe it would be virtually impossible that I would be going to Washington next week as president,” Clinton told congregants then. “And I am absolutely certain I would be less prepared for the job.”

State prosecutors on Monday said they will not retry Arizona rancher George Kelly after a judge declared a mistrial following a hung jury.

Judge Thomas Fink last Monday declared a mistrial after an Arizona jury was unable to reach a unanimous verdict in the murder trial for Arizona rancher George Alan Kelly.

Jurors deliberated a couple of weeks ago and were unable to reach a verdict. Deliberations continued pn the following Friday and after more than 7 hours the jury sent a note to the judge and informed him they could not reach a verdict.

Far-left protestors posted up outside of the court in Nogales demanded a retrial.

Reporters caught up with George Kelly as he walked out of court.

“The nightmare is over,” George Kelly told reporters.

A reporter asked George Kelly if he’s worried protestors will show up to his house and he responded, “God will look after me like He always has…”

Kelly, 75, was arrested for killing Gabriel Cuen-Butimea, on his Arizona ranch in Kino Springs just outside of Nogales, Mexico on January 30, 2023.

According to reports, Gabriel Cuen-Butimea has a history of illegally crossing into the United States and multiple deportations.

According to the defense lawyers, Mr. Kelly fired warning shots after he saw a group of men dressed in camouflaged clothing point an AK-47 right at him.

The rancher later discovered the deceased illegal alien, who is likely a cartel smuggler, when he went to go check on his horse.

The bullet that killed Gabriel Cuen-Butimea was never recovered so authorities were never able to conduct a ballistics test to see if it matched George Kelly’s AK-47.

Kelly’s defense attorneys argued cartel bandits shot and killed Gabriel Cuen-Butimea and robbed him.

The law firm representing America’s “Worst Mayor,” Tiffany Henyard, and the Village of Dolton in a slew of lawsuits is asking to withdraw from those cases.

The Gateway Pundit reported that Dolton, Illinois, Mayor Tiffany Henyard is under FBI investigation for abusing her power after she shut down businesses that didn’t donate to her campaign.

According to Dolton citizens, Henyard uses local police to target businesses that don’t contribute to her.

She has also been accused of stealing charitable funds and even using taxpayer dollars for personal use.

A May 2023 taxpayer-funded trip to Las Vegas that resulted in allegations of serious misconduct and claims that Henyard retaliated against an aide and a police officer who reported alleged sexual misconduct on the part of a village trustee, is also part of the investigation.

In March, Henyard reportedly vetoed an investigation, unanimously approved by The Dolton Village Board, into allegations that she misused funds for lavish expenses and a costly $1 million security detail.

A group of Dolton trustees recently hired failed former Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot, who let her city burn with rampant crime and violence, to investigate Henyard for a hefty $400 an-hour fee.

Globalist poster boy, former Rothschild banker, French President Emmanuel Macron is on a crusade, warmongering for better poll numbers, and if he has to threaten the use of France’s nuclear arsenal in the process, so be it.

In the run-up to June, where there will be at once a European Election and the Olympic Summer Games in Paris, Macron seems to be shying away from his numerous domestic problems and focusing on a deranged foreign policy where he envisions France to be a major planetary force that it has long ceased to be.

Trailing the conservative opposition in all polls badly, Macron took the ultimate grandstanding step of putting France’s nuclear weapons should ‘on the table.’

‘Le Petit Roi’ was interviewed by a group of newspapers on Sunday and drew heavy fire from political opponents.

Reuters reported:

“In an interview set up by EBRA, a group of French eastern regional newspapers, he said a ‘credible European defense’ should go beyond the protection already offered by NATO.

‘That may mean deploying anti-missile shields, but we need to be sure that they block all missiles and deter the use of nuclear weapons’, he said.”

France’s doctrine on Nuclear weapons is only to use them ‘when the country’s vital interests are threatened.’

Macron now says he was ‘open’ to giving a more ‘European dimension’ to these vital interests.

“‘I’m in favour of opening this debate, which must therefore include missile defense, long-range weapons and nuclear weapons for those who have them or who have American nuclear weapons on their soil’, he said.”

His nuclear warmongering drew heavy criticism from opponents both on the right and the left.

“‘Macron is becoming a national danger!’, far-right European lawmaker Thierry Mariani wrote on social media platform X. ‘#We can’t wait for June 9th to give him a clear signal that his policies are over!’ Mariani, a member of France’s Rassemblement National (RN) headed by Marine Le Pen, added in a reference to the approaching EU parliamentary elections.”

Macron summarized his thoughts by saying that France is ‘ready to contribute more to the defense of Europe’ – a.k.a. he needs to have more relevance at all costs.

Deutsche Welle reported:

“‘Let us put it all on the table and see what really protects us in a credible manner’, he added. Paris will ‘maintain its specificity but is ready to contribute more to the defense of Europe’.

[…] Far-left French lawmaker Bastien Lachaud said France’s nuclear deterrent ‘cannot be shared’.

“‘Under the guise of defending European soil, Macron wants to liquidate France’s strategic autonomy’, Lachaud said.”

Palestinian health authorities have said they are now unable to count the number of residents dying due to the massive destruction of infrastructure in the Gaza Strip, including hospitals.

On April 28, the Wall Street Journal reported that, although health officials in Gaza contend that the death toll has indeed surpassed 34,000, difficulties in gathering data have prevented them from obtaining a precise count.

Medhat Abbas, a spokesman for the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza, told the Journal, “At the beginning we had systems, we had hospitals…. The Civil Defense teams were able to get people who were stuck under the rubble. Then the whole system collapsed.” 

Western sources estimate that thousands of people are stuck beneath destroyed buildings or buried in shallow, unmarked graves throughout the Gaza Strip. Palestinians have said that they do not have sufficient tools to clean up the rubble, so they are forced to leave the bodies there until a ceasefire or the end of the war.

Additionally, so many hospitals have been destroyed that the ones still standing are unable to even process the dead and identify them. Health officials say their priority is those who come in injured. Zaher Sahloul, a Chicago-based critical-care doctor who spent time in Khan Younis earlier this year, said, “The priority was to treat the injured, to make sure the living had a chance to live…. The dead were the last priority.”

In the meantime, Gazan authorities are relying on the reported testimony of families and friends to estimate who has died. Additionally, an online forum has been established for people to report deaths of their loved ones; this has proven unreliable, as internet access in Gaza is intermittent. Thus, over 10,000 dead have yet to be identified, while some deaths have not been reported at all.

The Biden White House is purportedly working to negotiate a ceasefire; U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken is in talks with leaders at Riyadh this week to figure out a way forward.

This latest report may fuel pro-Palestinian Americans’ anger against President Biden and his perceived lack of support for Gaza.

Kamala Harris blamed sexism as the motivation behind criticism of her cackle.

The Gateway Pundit reported on a new poll from CNN that shows Donald Trump holding an impressive six-point lead over Joe Biden in the 2024 presidential race.

Even more encouraging for Trump is that with the presence of third-party candidates, he leads Biden by a staggering nine points.

CNN reports:

Trump’s support in the poll among registered voters holds steady at 49% in a head-to-head matchup against Biden, the same as in CNN’s last national poll on the race in January, while Biden’s stands at 43%, not significantly different from January’s 45%.

Looking back, 55% of all Americans now say they see Trump’s presidency as a success, while 44% see it as a failure. In a January 2021 poll taken just before Trump left office and days after the January 6 attack on the US Capitol, 55% considered his time as president a failure.

James Carville did not take the news well.

In a clip on X, taken from a longer video shared to Politicon, Carville had strong words for young voters if Donald Trump wins.

“If they get ahold, there will be no government left, no rights left, you will live under a theocracy, you’ll end up with Christian Nationalism. But that’s all right you little f’ing  26-year-old, you don’t feel like the election is important.”
