The federal government warned employers that if they don’t use workers’ preferred pronouns or stop them from using bathrooms that align with their ‘gender identity’ they will face punishment.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) on Monday updated its guidance on workplace harassment to cover transgender, non-binary and other LGBTQ workers.

The Democrat-led EEOC voted 2-3 on Friday to update its guidance.

Employers can find themselves in court if they do not follow the new anti-bias laws and fail to adhere to the EEOC guidelines.

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Monday said employers refusing to use transgender workers’ preferred pronouns and barring them from using bathrooms that match their gender identity amounts to unlawful workplace harassment under federal anti-discrimination law.

The EEOC updated its enforcement guidance, opens new tab on workplace harassment for the first time in 25 years, including to reflect a landmark U.S. Supreme Court ruling that anti-bias laws cover LGBTQ workers, after an earlier attempt stalled during the Trump administration.

The commission in the new guidance also addressed the rise of remote work and said that discriminating against employees based on their decisions to have abortions or use contraception is a form of sex discrimination.

The guidance is not legally binding, but lays out a blueprint for how the EEOC will enforce anti-bias laws and can be cited in court to back up legal arguments.

Democrat Climate Change Cult: Ban Everything!

Ministers from the Group of Seven (G7) nations have agreed to eliminate all coal-fired power plants by 2035.

The countries that are members of the Group of Seven (G7) are Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States, as well as the European Union.

This declaration was made by Andrew Bowie, a UK minister at the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, during an interview in Turing, Italy.

“We do have an agreement to phase out coal in the first half of the 2030s,” Bowie said.

“This is, by the way, a historic agreement, something that we weren’t able to achieve at COP28 in Dubai last year.”

“So, to have the G7 nations come around the table to send that signal to the world – that we, the advanced economies of the world are committed to phasing out coal by the early 2030s – is quite incredible,” he added.

Italian diplomatic sources said a technical deal had been reached.

The accord will be included in the G7 energy ministers’ final communique to be released on Tuesday at the end of a two-day meeting in Turin.

One source told Reuters earlier that diplomats from the G7 nations – Italy, the United States, Britain, France, Germany, Canada and Japan – discussed the issue until late on Sunday, before the start of the ministerial gathering.

The agreement marks a significant step in the direction indicated last year by the COP28 United Nations climate summit for a transition away from fossil fuels, of which coal is the most polluting.

It helps accelerate the shift of investments from coal to clean technology in particular in Japan and more broadly in the whole Asian coal economy, including China and India,” Luca Bergamaschi, co-founding member of Italian climate change think-tank ECCO, said on X.

China has the most coal-fired power plants in the world with 1,142 operational plants, and the highest installed capacity of coal power plants with 1,108.91 gigawatts. It is also the largest climate polluter in the world.

India has the second-most coal power plants, with approximately 285 active plants, and the United States has 240 active plants.

However, this agreement will not impact China and India, as they are not members of the G7.

Last week, the Biden regime introduced new regulations to lower emissions from power plants. The rules mandate that coal and new natural gas facilities capture or reduce 90% of their climate pollutants by 2032.

“The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced a suite of final rules to reduce pollution from fossil fuel-fired power plants in order to protect all communities from pollution and improve public health without disrupting the delivery of reliable electricity. These rules, finalized under separate authorities including the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, will significantly reduce climate, air, water, and land pollution from the power sector, delivering on the Biden-Harris Administration’s commitment to protect public health, advance environmental justice, and confront the climate crisis,” according to the press release.

“EPA is proud to make good on the Biden-Harris Administration’s vision to tackle climate change and to protect all communities from pollution in our air, water, and in our neighborhoods,” said EPA Administrator Michael S. Regan.

“This year, the United States is projected to build more new electric generation capacity than we have in two decades – and 96 percent of that will be clean,” said Biden’s National Climate Advisor Ali Zaidi.

“President Biden’s leadership has not only sparked an unprecedented expansion in clean electricity generation, his leadership has also launched an American manufacturing renaissance. America is now a magnet for private investment, with hundreds of billions of dollars committed and 270,000 new clean energy jobs created. This is how we win the future, by harnessing new technologies to grow our economy, deliver environmental justice, and save the planet for future generations.”

In 2022, Biden vowed to shut down all coal plants in the country.

“No one is building new coal plants because they can’t rely on it,” Biden said on Friday in north San Diego county. “Even if they have all the coal guaranteed for the rest of the existence of the plant.”

“So it’s going to become a wind generation,” Biden added. “And all they’re doing is, it’s going to save them a hell of a lot of money and using the same transmission line that they transmitted the coal-fired electric on. We’re going to be shutting these plants down all across America and having wind and solar power.”

The White House (or whoever is really in charge) went into damage control mode after Joe Biden let the truth slip.

Biden shutting down coal plants will impact voters in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, West Virginia, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Colorado and others.

Democrat West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin blasted Joe Biden and called his comments “outrageous and divorced from reality.”

The White House scrambled to clean up on aisle Joe Biden after he vowed to shut down coal plants.

“The President’s remarks yesterday have been twisted to suggest a meaning that was not intended; he regrets it if anyone hearing these remarks took offense. The President was commenting on a fact of economics and technology: as it has been from its earliest days as an energy superpower, America is once again in the midst of an energy transition,” Karine Jean-Pierre said.

Several Charlotte officers were wounded after gunfire erupted in east Charlotte, North Carolina on Monday afternoon.

Their conditions are not known at this time.

One US Marshal died in the shootout.

According to authorities, the shooting unfolded along Galway Drive as the US Marshal Task Force was serving a search warrant.

Law enforcement officers were “engaged by active gunfire from a subject.”

WXII 12 News reported:

Multiple law enforcement officers were shot in east Charlotte, according to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department. The severity of the officers’ injuries is not yet known.

It happened on Galway Drive, near Julian Underwood Park and not far from the intersection of The Plaza and Milton Road.

The CMPD SWAT team is at the scene and working through the incident. Roads in the area are closed to allow first responders to get through. Details are still limited at this time.

North Carolina Roy Cooper (D) released a statement on the shooting.

The usual suspects are behind the push for lab-grown “meat” in America and abroad, including Bill Gates and BlackRock who are bankrolling several companies in the burgeoning industry. The World Economic Forum and Council for Inclusive Capitalism have signaled their support to replace beef from cattle altogether for the sake of climate change.

In Spain, the world’s largest meat processing company is spearheading the push to make lab-grown meat available everywhere. According to Lance D Johnson from Natural News:

There are plans to scale up mass production of artificial meat lines. The news broke at the annual meeting of the Wyoming Stockgrowers Association. The world’s largest artificial meat plant is about to be constructed in San Sabastian, Spain. Brazil-based JBS S.A. is working with Bio Tech Foods to get the new venture up and running by mid-2024. The Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade will be tasked with researching and cultivating new cell lines to produce a new line of artificial meats.

In a press release, JBS confirmed that Bio Tech Foods will conduct “research on cell lines, cultured media and biomaterials for their correct bioprocessing to enable the production of cultivated meat.” The cultivated meat is referred to as “investMEAT.” JBS says the new line “will allow a highly efficient cultivated meat production line, which will solve the challenges of current technology linked to scalability.”

“We started our company to give Americans access to real food long-term,” Nelson said. “Our beef is shelf-stable for at least a decade or two, which will hopefully buy us all enough time to bring sanity back to our nation.”

FBI agents spread docuements from Mar-a-Lago on the floor during their raid on President Trump’s home.

President Trump shared last week that he believes the FBI stole his will. The FBI also stole 1,800 other items that were not documents that belonged to President Trump. This was not lawful or necessary.

It is also widely known at this point that Joe Biden who ordered the FBI access to Trump’s documents at Mar-a-Lago and President Trump’s personal belongings.

On pages 2-3 of the ruling Judge Cannon revealed that it was JOE BIDEN who ordered the FBI access to the Mar-a-Lago documents and President Trump’s personal belongings.

This was despite the Biden regime insisting they had nothing to do with the raid.

In September 2022, Joe Hoft at The Gateway Pundit reported that Chris Wray’s FBI created a fake crime scene at Trump’s home by adding their own documents to the scene and doctoring at least one photo. (more here).

The FBI created the crime scene, inserted their own documents, and then photoshopped the document.  At the bottom of the photo provided to the court there is the number 2A, indicating that this was a crime scene photo as well as a type of tape measure across the bottom of the photo. The corrupt FBI threw the photos on the floor themselves. They staged this.

We know this because the containers were right next door. The documents would have been placed on a table had the FBI wanted to take a picture of the documents. Showing them as scattered across the floor is for show to indicate they were found this way, a lie we explain below. Also, the cabinets are right next to the documents, which is likely where they were stored. They weren’t stored on the floor.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Biden’s corrupt FBI’s raid on Mar-a-Lago was all a set-up. We reported this when it happened. Now we have more evidence.
It was all another set up from our totally corrupt DOJ and FBI.

In November 2022, we reported at TGP that the FBI set up President Trump and inserted documents at the Mar-a-Lago raid.

1. We know that the FBI wanted to make this look like a crime scene.

We know this because at the bottom of the photo provided to the court there is the number 2A, indicating that this was a crime scene photo as well as a type of tape measure across the bottom of the photo.  The corrupt FBI threw the photos on the floor themselves.  They staged this.

2. The FBI inserted documents into the photo. 

The cover sheets in the above photo that were red, yellow, and brown were inserted by the FBI.  They are the FBI’s cover sheets.  We know this for various reasons.  The Trump White House did not need these cover sheets in the documents they held because they had their own cover sheets.

If you look closely at the photo above, the document right above the 2A is folded back.  The papers are stapled together as they should be.  If you look at that batch you see there already was a cover sheet on that document.  It says “Please store in…”.  That is the real cover sheet.

The red, yellow, and brown cover sheets were inserted.  If you look closely at the yellow cover sheets, they are paper clipped to the documents.  The documents would have been stapled.  They are paperclipped because they were inserted by the FBI.

Also, the front cover sheet in brown, showing SCI, says the following wording:

Handling, storage, reproduction, and distribution of the attached document must be in accordance with the applicable executive orders statutes and agency implementing regulations.

This document was inserted.  The FBI inserted this to indicate that the “agency implementing regulations” – i.e. the DOJ – is involved in the maintenance of these records but this is not the case.  The President has the right to documents that are his.  They are his property and an inserted document saying something different is simply not true.   

3. The photo was altered or photoshopped after it was taken (i.e. the FBI was tampering with evidence).

Throughout the picture there are sections in white.  It would be proper for the FBI to take pictures of the crime scene and then add paper to cover up the classified info and then take photos to cover up any classified information.  However, we know that these white sections are redactions to the photo.

At the end of the article we reported that this was a crime scene but the FBI and DOJ were the criminals.

This past weekend Judge Cannon redacted documents previously concealed to the American public.

The unredacted documents prove the raid on Mar-a-Lago was all a set up as we previously reported.

Julie Kelly reported on X that an entire pallet full of boxes that was held by GSA was later dumped at Mar-a-Lago. These boxes contained the papers with “classified markings.”

Last week, Tennessee Governor Bill Lee signed the ‘Baby Olivia Act’ into law.

The law requires public schools to show school children a “high-quality, computer-generated animation or high-definition ultrasound” of unborn babies as they develop in the womb.

According to Life Site, “family life curriculum is required by Tennessee law in all counties where the teen birth rate exceeds 19.5 per 1,000 females between the ages of 15 and 19, which amount to 78 of the state’s 95 counties, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).”

On March 18, 2024, The Tennessee State House adopted amendments #1 and #2 and passed House Bill 2435 which states:

AMENDMENT #1 rewrites the bill to, instead, enact the Baby Olivia Act, which requires a family life curriculum that directly or indirectly addresses human growth, human development, or human sexuality to include the presentation of a high-quality, computer-generated animation or high-definition ultrasound of at least three minutes in duration that shows the development of the brain, heart, sex organs, and other vital organs in early fetal development, such as “Meet Baby Olivia,” a high-quality, computer-generated animation developed by Live Action that shows the process of fertilization and the stages of human development inside the uterus.

AMENDMENT #2 deletes the requirement that the development of “sex organs” be included in the computer-generated animation or high-definition ultrasound of at least three minutes.

The law cites the computer-animated “Baby Olivia” video by Live Action, which depicts fertilization and fetal development from conception, as an example of an animation that would meet the law’s requirements.  The video has been viewed almost 7 million times on YouTube.

The video goes on to depict milestone events of early fetal development with vivid computer animation, including the emergence of a detectable heartbeat at 22 days from conception, and recordable brain activity at six weeks from fertilization.

“[Baby Olivia] can bring her hands together at 7 ½ weeks, and separate fingers and toes emerge. She can also begin to hiccup,” the video explains.

Live Action has verified that the video accurately depicts fetal development, citingthe review and certification of “leading OBGYNs and medical professionals” including Dr. David Bolender, who has a PhD in Cell Biology, Neurobiology & Anatomy, and Michelle Cretella, MD, Executive Director of the American College of Pediatricians. The information in the video was derived from the Endowment for Human Development, a bioethics nonprofit.

Hunter Biden launched a war against Fox News with a defamation lawsuit.

“Hunter Biden’s legal team wrote that they anticipate “imminent” litigation against Fox News and requested that prominent Fox News hosts, including Sean Hannity, Jesse Watters and Maria Bartiromo, preserve documentation.” Axios reported.

The lawsuit alleges “conspiracy and subsequent actions to defame Mr. Biden and paint him in a false light, the unlicensed commercial exploitation of his image, name, and likeness, and the unlawful publication of hacked intimate images of him.”

NBC News reported:

Lawyers for Hunter Biden plan to sue Fox News “imminently,” according to a letter sent to the network and obtained by NBC News.

The letter, dated April 23, puts the Fox News Channel and Fox News Digital on notice for litigation claims arising from the network’s alleged “conspiracy and subsequent actions to defame Mr. Biden and paint him in a false light, the unlicensed commercial exploitation of his image, name, and likeness, and the unlawful publication of hacked intimate images of him.”

Biden has hired attorney Mark Geragos and his firm to represent him in the Fox litigation efforts. The letter is the second outreach to Fox this month. An earlier letter was hand-delivered to Fox’s counsel two weeks ago, and the network asked for more time to respond, according to a source familiar with Biden’s legal efforts. The network has not yet responded to the letter sent April 23, which included a Friday evening, April 26, deadline to respond, according to Geragos. The letter is signed by Tina Glandian, a partner at Geragos & Geragos working on the case.
