The popular video-sharing platform Rumble is suing Google for over $1 billion for illegally leveraging its technological dominance against its ability to compete as an ad tech competitor.

The lawsuit, filed in the Northern District of California, alleges that Google has abused its position to deprive Rumble of billions in ad revenue.

The complaint reads:

Google exploits significant conflicts of interest that stem from its multiple roles in this electronically traded marketplace. As a result, it is able to pocket a supra-competitive portion of every advertising dollar that passes through the Ad Tech markets it controls, ad revenue that rightly should have passed through to publishers like Rumble and its content creators.

Google unlawfully forecloses competition in the market for publisher ad servers in the market for ad buying tools for small advertisers, and in the separate markets for ad exchanges and ad networks,” the complaint reads.

Google excludes competition by engaging in conduct unlawful under settled antitrust precedent, including through unlawful tying arrangements, a pattern and practice of exclusionary conduct targeting actual and potential rivals, and even a market allocation and price fixing agreement with Facebook, at one time its largest potential competitive threat in the publisher ad server and ad network markets.

This is not the only lawsuit filed by Rumble against Google, which is notorious for its aggressive and bullying behavior towards potential competitors and conservative entities.

Back in 2021, Rumble filed a separate antitrust lawsuit alleging that it favored YouTube in search results and across the Android operating system. The following year, a judge in California ruled that the lawsuit could proceed, with the two sides current in discovery.

Rumble is far from alone in targeting Google for illegal activities. The Justice Department and several U.S. states sued the company last year for violations of the Sherman Antitrust Act, while the European Union fined them $1.7 billion back in 2019 for engaging anticompetitive practices.

Dozens of other companes and individuals, including presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., have also filed similar lawsuits.

AI is all the rage, right now, with both the benefits and the dangers of this breakthrough tech being discussed to the exhaustion.

AI is said to help us code, write, and synthesize vast amounts of data. They reportedly can outwit humans at board games, decode the structure of proteins and hold a rudimentary conversation.

But now it surfaces a study claiming that AI systems have grown in sophistication to the point of developing a capacity for deception.

The paper states that A range of AI systems have learned techniques to systematically induce ‘false beliefs in others to accomplish some outcome other than the truth’.

“The paper focused on two types of AI systems: special-use systems like Meta’s CICERO, which are designed to complete a specific task, and general-purpose systems like OpenAI’s GPT-4, which are trained to perform a diverse range of tasks.

While these systems are trained to be honest, they often learn deceptive tricks through their training because they can be more effective than taking the high road.

‘Generally speaking, we think AI deception arises because a deception-based strategy turned out to be the best way to perform well at the given AI’s training task. Deception helps them achieve their goals,” the paper’s first author Peter S. Park, an AI existential safety postdoctoral fellow at MIT, said in a news release’.”

Meta’s CICERO, developed to play the game Diplomacy. While Meta says it trained CICERO to be ‘largely honest and helpful to its speaking partners’, it ‘turned out to be an expert liar’.

Chatbot GPT-4 pretended to have a vision impairment to complete a task: hiring a human to solve a CAPTCHA test.

Correcting deceptive models isn’t easy. Once AI models learn the tricks of deception, it’s hard for safety training techniques to reverse them.

“They concluded that not only can a model learn to exhibit deceptive behavior, but once it does, standard safety training techniques could ‘fail to remove such deception’ and ‘create a false impression of safety’.

The paper calls for policymakers to advocate for stronger AI regulation since deceptive AI systems can pose significant risks to democracy.”

In a twist of nearly perfect irony, Psaki claims that in saying this, she was fighting misinformation.

Several members of the families of the troops killed in Afghanistan expressed their frustration with Psaki for denying the incident, which many of them personally witnessed…

The group called on Psaki’s book publisher and her employer MSNBC to address the mistake.

‘We are calling on Simon & Schuster and MSNBC to hold Ms. Psaki accountable for publishing this dishonest attack on Gold Star families,’ they concluded.

It is time we talk about the dangers of fighting racism in the modern world.

When the world set out to stop what was called discrimination, I believe it came from a good place.

I would like to believe that those people thought they were doing the right thing and that it was all meant for good.

Unfortunately, as time goes by, I am starting to see the adverse effects of fighting this fight.  I say this as a black woman myself who has tried hard to be a good black person and be productive in society.

Do you know what I see as a result of fighting racism? I see anti-white law enforcement officials like Alvin Bragg, Fani Willis, and Letitia James who ignore black crimes and the victims affected all in the name of going after the “racist.”

I also see an unchecked amount of violence from black men, specifically against women and kids.

It doesn’t take long to find mugshots of people the same race as Bragg, James, and Willis committing crimes.

When a state is harboring dangerous, undocumented illegals who have no respect for American laws, coupled with the ghetto cultured blacks who commit a large percentage of crime in the state, we have a national security issue. It’s even more concerning when those state officials ignore the crisis to go fight manufactured racism by attacking President Trump.

What I am seeing, I can only describe as an attempt to make real victims and being white, illegal, or taboo to discuss. Do you hear what I am trying to say, my friends?

We’ve fought racism so hard that it is now shameful to be white or a victim of a black person. How do I know this?  Well, for one, black women all over the world in all continents have taken to social media to denounce black men in poverty and gang violence.

What should be noted is that even Louis Farrakhan, the leader of black male celeb types, came out and echoed these sentiments. The black community is in shambles, and the men are not acting as protectors and providers but as predators of their own women and children.

To get to my point, when high-profile cases like George Floyd lacked nuance in the discussion, and then you have black leaders who put attacking Trump over the safety of their own people, fighting racism isn’t helping; it’s become a weapon to discredit white people and real victims of crime. Black men saw the way George Floyd’s death was treated and realized they didn’t have to reach the success of MLK or other civil rights leaders to be seen as “valuable.”

This mindset, whether people want to admit it or not, is causing a national security issue in America. You have men who have no issue going out in public and committing rape, robbery, or assault on women or kids because they have become a protected class and are aware of their new status.

In the 60s, when thousands of women used their voices to tell the government they weren’t happy, it became a historical event. We are approaching 4 years of black women and white people, for their own safety, divesting from black areas and culture with no word from the Biden administration,

Again, when optics are about going after Donald Trump as the big “racist,” there is no time to protect the public from the other race who commits most of the violence.  We can’t have that because they don’t want to offend the black law enforcement officials they are using to attack Trump.

This is now an attack on real victims. Anyone who is attacked by a non-white is the problem. If you speak out, you’re a racist. You must stay silent because it can hurt the ongoing attack on the only Politician who never asked black Americans to settle for a life of crime.

It’s time to stop fighting racism the way we were taught and start holding people accountable for contributing to the dangers in society, and yes, many of those people happen to be black.

Former Marine Joshua Cobb has been arrested for making threats on the internet to commit a mass attack against white people.

The DOJ reported Joshua Cobb, who was discharged from the U.S. Marines in 2023, was arrested and charged with “one count of transmitting a threat in interstate and foreign commerce.”

In December of 2022, Cobb wrote on social media, “I want to cause mayhem on the white community. The reason i specifically want to target white people is because as a black male, they will NEVER understand my struggles”

“I want to erase them. All of them, really, but in this case, as many as I possibly can. As of today, I have officially begun planning my attack. It is going to take place in 2023 in the state of New Jersey.” added Cobb

In another sinister post, Cobb wrote, “Imagine the rush you’d feel while shooting some sh*t up. Probably could get literally high off the adrenaline alone. I’d probably OD on my own adrenaline after the 10th body goes down.”

A Mercer County, New Jersey, man was arrested Friday night for transmitting via the internet a post containing threats to kill white people, U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger announced today.

Joshua Cobb, 23, of Trenton, New Jersey, was arrested and charged by complaint with one count of transmitting a threat in interstate and foreign commerce. He is scheduled to appear this afternoon before U.S. Magistrate Judge Rukhsanah Singh in Trenton federal court.

According to documents filed in this case and statements made in court:

On Dec. 17, 2022, Cobb used a social media application to post a message, stating:

I want to cause mayhem on the white community. The reason i specifically want to target white people is because as a black male, they will NEVER understand my struggles. Same way I will never understand their struggles, but I don’t care to. I want to erase them. All of them really, but in this case as many as I possibly can. As of today I have officially began planning my attack. It is going to take place in 2023 in the state of New Jersey, I have not chosen a exact date but I am going to be sure it is close to an important holiday to their race. I have a location in mind already which I have frequented for the past year and I am certain nobody there is armed to be able to stop me from spraying them to the ground. I have already acquired 2 of the 4 firearms I plan to use for my attack, and I also know my entry and exit points already after the mayhem.

Senator Ben Cardin of Maryland made an absolute fool of himself on X where he tweeted out his support for banning “high-ammo stocks”, whatever that is. Senator Cardin claims that we “owe it” to young people to strip them of their rights? Young people deserve senators that understand the Bill of Rights and at least make a basic attempt to understand the topics that they speak on. Instead we have Senator Ben Cardin.

A conference on Israel to be held in Nashville May 20-22 was canceled by the convention center on Sunday, on the guidance of Nashville police, due to pro-Hamas and antifa activists who bombarded the hotel with threats. Lawyers are involved, as are Senator Marsha Blackburn and the Governor of Tennessee. The organizers are looking for a new venue.

Speakers at the conference included Michele Bachmann, Caroline Glick, Rabbi Pesach Wolicki, and others.

My understanding is that years ago Obama started importing people from the Middle East into America and Nashville was a spot where the illegal immigrants were placed. It is no wonder that the event was shut down.

Republicans will hold US Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt over the Justice Department’s refusal to hand over audio recordings of Joe Biden’s interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur.

The GOP-led House Judiciary Committee on Monday released a report recommending that the full House of Representatives hold Garland in contempt for defying a congressional subpoena.

The House Oversight and Judiciary Committees will meet on Thursday morning to consider a resolution to hold Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress.

“The House Oversight and Judiciary Committees issued lawful subpoenas to Attorney General Garland for the audio recordings of President Biden’s interview with Special Counsel Hur, yet he continues to defy our subpoenas,” House Oversight Chairman James Comer said in a statement Monday. “These audio recordings are important to our investigation of President Biden’s willful retention of classified documents and his fitness to be President of the United States.”

Comer added: “There must be consequences for refusing to comply with lawful congressional subpoenas and we will move to hold Attorney General Garland in contempt of Congress.”

House Oversight Chairman James Comer last month released a statement after the DOJ rebuffed his committee’s request for the audio recordings.

“The Biden Administration does not get to determine what Congress needs and does not need for its oversight of the executive branch,” Comer said. “The American people deserve to hear the actual audio of President Biden’s answers to Special Counsel Hur.”

Comer said it is “curious” that the Biden Regime is refusing to release audio of Biden’s interview with Hur after releasing the transcript.

What we do know is that Joe Biden lied about Robert Hur raising the issue about his dead son Beau.

The Justice Department previously defended not bringing charges against Biden because he’s a “sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”

According to the transcript, Joe Biden forgot when he was Vice President and couldn’t remember when his son Beau died.

Joe Biden attacked Robert Hur during an impromptu presser in February.

“There is even reference that I don’t remember when my son died. How in the hell dare he raise that?” Biden previously told reporters in an impromptu White House press conference. “Frankly, when I was asked the question, I thought to myself, it wasn’t any of their damn business.”

What else is Biden lying about? How bad was his memory during the 2-day interview with Robert Hur?

Special Counsel Robert Hur testified before Congress in March on Biden’s interview on his stolen classified documents scandal that spanned two days.

Biden’s stolen classified documents were scattered all over the place in damaged cardboard boxes and unlocked drawers at the Penn Biden Center. The documents were also easily accessible in Biden’s Delaware garage and basement den.

Robert Hur found that Joe Biden “willfully retained” classified information, however, he decided not to charge him. Hur said there is evidence Biden retained classified notebooks, “knowing he was not allowed to do so.”

Biden was not charged even though he willfully retained SCIF-designated classified documents and shared material with his ghostwriter Mark Zwonitzer.

According to Robert Hur, In 2017, Joe Biden read aloud classified passages about meetings in the Situation Room to his ghostwriter “verbatim on at least three occasions” – and Biden still wasn’t charged.

“We also considered whether Mr. Biden willfully disclosed national defense information to his ghostwriter by reading aloud certain classified notebook passages to the ghostwriter nearly verbatim on at least three occasions,” the report read.

Biden wasn’t charged for reading classified information to his ghostwriter because jurors could conclude his actions were “unintentional.”

In his opening remarks, Biden claimed he works for Kamala Harris.

Biden’s entire speech was a disaster.

“I could go on folks, Look, the point here is we’re lowering costs, expanding opportunities and protecting freedoms!” Biden slurred.

Of course, this is a lie. Grocery prices are up 30+%, gas prices are soaring, energy prices are up, and mortgage rates are high.

At one point Biden lost a battle with his teleprompter.

“There is no singular Asian American, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander identity and diversity and those cultures, the breadth of achievement, and shape the strength and fabric of this country,” Biden said.

This whole thing is a joke and wouldn’t be happening if President Trump wasn’t leading in every swing state poll.
